Repeat order from a leading Israeli defense industry company supports the integration of Maris-Tech’s video processing technology into UAV mission computers

Rehovot, Israel, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Maris-Tech Ltd. (Nasdaq: MTEK, MTEKW) (“Maris-Tech” or the “Company”), a global leader in edge computing, artificial intelligence (“AI”), and video intelligence solutions for defense applications, today announced that it has received a follow-on order from a leading Israeli defense industry company for boards from its Neptune family, designed to integrate Maris-Tech’s video processing technology into mission computers for unmanned aerial vehicles (“UAVs”).

The repeat order follows previous deliveries to the same customer and reflects continued demand for Maris-Tech’s technology in defense applications.

The Neptune family of boards is designed to enable the integration of advanced video processing capabilities directly into UAV mission computers. By embedding video processing at the mission computer level, UAV manufacturers and system integrators can support the capture, processing, encoding, and transmission of video from onboard cameras within the aircraft’s existing computing architecture.

This approach allows video and AI processing to be integrated into the UAV’s core systems, supporting real-time video handling while considering the size, weight, and power constraints of airborne platforms. This level of integration is particularly relevant for UAV applications that require efficient onboard processing and reliable delivery of video intelligence.

Israel Bar, Chief Executive Officer of Maris-Tech, commented, “We appreciate the continued confidence of this customer in our technology. Follow-on orders are important to us because they reflect the ongoing use of our solutions in customer systems. We believe that the ability to integrate our video processing technology directly into UAV mission computers is increasingly important in meeting the evolving requirements of defense platforms.”

About Maris-Tech Ltd.

Maris-Tech delivers AI-powered edge video solutions for mission-critical defense and security operations, enabling real-time situational awareness, intelligence gathering, and surveillance in bandwidth- and latency-constrained environments. Trusted by leading security organizations, Maris-Tech platforms are deployed across UAVs, UGVs, armored vehicles, and dismounted soldier systems, supporting missions that require ultra-low-latency video processing and onboard AI analytics. Reports highlight Concentrix’ growing leadership in driving meaningful client outcomes across AI operations, compliance, and digital trust

NEWARK, Calif., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC), a global technology and services leader, announced today it has earned designations from Everest Group across four areas critical to modern business operations: fraud management, financial crime and compliance, trust and safety, and agentic operations. Together, these designations highlight the evolving needs of Concentrix’ clients and the innovative solutions being developed alongside them to address emerging risks, regulatory pressures, and new opportunities with AI.

Concentrix was positioned as a Leader in Everest Group’s inaugural 2026 Fraud Management Operations Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment and achieved the highest designation in market impact among 20 providers evaluated. Fraud is becoming more sophisticated as real-time payments accelerate and AI lowers the barriers to increasingly complex attacks. In this environment, businesses need new ways to strengthen resilience while improving how fraud is identified and addressed. Everest Group highlighted Concentrix’ ability to bring together advanced technology, strategic partnerships, and operational expertise to help clients stay ahead of evolving threats.

This assessment follows Concentrix’ acquisition of CastleHill Managed Risk Solutions, which expanded the company’s capabilities across governance, risk, compliance, third-party risk management, and AI governance. By combining these capabilities with its global scale and deep operational knowledge, Concentrix helps organizations build trust, adapt more quickly to change, and manage risk in ways that support long-term business growth.

“Organizations today are facing a fundamentally different operating environment, in which AI is creating enormous opportunity while simultaneously introducing new risks, complexity, and expectations,” said Axel Mouquet, Senior Vice President of Global Practices, Concentrix. “Our clients are at the forefront of this shift, challenging us to think differently, move faster, and solve challenges that are redefining how businesses operate. These recognitions reflect our belief that the future belongs to organizations that can bring together humans, AI, and operations in practical ways that build trust and deliver results. We’re proud to be the partner that helps clients navigate that future.”

Concentrix was also named a Leader in Everest Group’s 2026 Trust and Safety Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment, marking its sixth consecutive year in the Leaders category. As AI-generated content, platform abuse, and regulatory scrutiny reshape digital ecosystems, trust and safety has become a board-level priority. The Leader designation reflects Concentrix’ ability to blend specialized expertise, AI-enabled operations, and platform knowledge to support safer digital experiences at scale.

About ImmTAC® molecules for cancer

Immunocore’s proprietary T cell receptor (TCR) technology generates a novel class of bispecific biologics called ImmTAC (Immune mobilizing monoclonal TCRs Against Cancer) molecules that are designed to redirect the immune system to recognize and kill cancer cells. ImmTAC molecules are soluble TCRs engineered to recognize intracellular cancer antigens with ultra-high affinity and selectively kill these cancer cells via an anti-CD3 immune-activating effector function. Based on demonstrated T cell infiltration into human tumors, the ImmTAC mechanism of action holds the potential to treat hematologic and solid tumors, regardless of mutational burden or immune infiltration, tumors that are characterized as immune “cold” or having low mutation burden.

About the IMC-F106C-101 Phase 1/2 trial

IMC-F106C-101 is a first-in-human, Phase 1/2 dose escalation trial in patients with multiple solid tumors, including non-small cell lung and ovarian cancers, as well as uveal melanoma, evaluating brenetafusp both as monotherapy and in combination arms with standards-of-care. The Phase 1 dose escalation portion of the trial was designed to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), as well as to evaluate the safety, preliminary anti-tumor activity and pharmacokinetics of IMC-F106C (brenetafusp) both as monotherapy and in combination with standards-of-care. Brenetafusp is a bispecific protein built on Immunocore’s ImmTAC technology, and the Company’s first molecule to target the PRAME antigen.

About KIMMTRAK

KIMMTRAK is a novel bispecific protein comprised of a soluble T cell receptor fused to an anti-CD3 immune-effector function. KIMMTRAK specifically targets gp100, a lineage antigen expressed in melanocytes and melanoma.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Monitor for at least 16 hours following first three infusions and then as clinically indicated. Manifestations of CRS may include fever, hypotension, hypoxia, chills, nausea, vomiting, rash, elevated transaminases, fatigue, and headache. CRS occurred in 89% of patients who received KIMMTRAK, with 0.8% being grade 3 or 4. Ensure immediate access to medications and resuscitative equipment to manage CRS. Ensure patients are euvolemic prior to initiating the infusions. Closely monitor patients for signs or symptoms of CRS following infusions of KIMMTRAK. Monitor fluid status, vital signs, and oxygenation level and provide appropriate therapy. Withhold or discontinue KIMMTRAK depending on persistence and severity of CRS.

Skin Reactions

Skin reactions, including rash, pruritus, and cutaneous edema occurred in 91% of patients treated with KIMMTRAK. Monitor patients for skin reactions. If skin reactions occur, treat with antihistamine and topical or systemic steroids based on persistence and severity of symptoms. Withhold or permanently discontinue KIMMTRAK depending on the severity of skin reactions.

Elevated Liver Enzymes

Elevations in liver enzymes occurred in 65% of patients treated with KIMMTRAK. Monitor alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and total blood bilirubin prior to the start of and during treatment with KIMMTRAK. Withhold KIMMTRAK according to severity.

Embryo-Fetal Toxicity

KIMMTRAK may cause fetal harm. Advise pregnant patients of potential risk to the fetus and patients of reproductive potential to use effective contraception during treatment with KIMMTRAK and 1 week after the last dose.

NEEDHAM, Mass., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Candel Therapeutics, Inc. (Candel or the Company) (Nasdaq: CADL), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing multimodal immunotherapies to improve disease outcomes for patients with cancer, today announced that a late-breaking abstract from its phase 2 PrTK05 clinical trial evaluating aglatimagene besadenovec (aglatimagene) in localized prostate cancer has been accepted for poster presentation at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer’s (SITC) 41st Annual Meeting, taking place November 4–8, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona.

The presentation will feature longitudinal immune-profiling findings from PrTK05 (NCT07332000), together with biodistribution and viral shedding data, providing additional insights into the biological activity and characterization of aglatimagene in patients with localized intermediate-risk prostate cancer.

The poster presentation details are as follows:

Title: Longitudinal immune profiling in the PrTK05 trial of aglatimagene besadenovec plus valacyclovir with radiation therapy for localized intermediate-risk prostate cancer

Presenter: Francesca Barone, MD, PhD, Chief Scientific Officer, Candel Therapeutics

Abstract Number: 1172

Session Date: Saturday, November 7, 2026

Location: Phoenix Convention Center – North Building – Lower Level – Exhibition Halls 4, 5 and 6

About aglatimagene besadenovec

Aglatimagene besadenovec (aglatimagene), Candel’s most advanced multimodal biological immunotherapy candidate, is an investigational, off-the-shelf, replication-defective adenovirus designed to deliver the herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase (HSV-tk) gene to a patient’s tumor. After intratumoral administration, HSV-tk enzyme activity results in conversion of prodrug (valacyclovir) into deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)-incorporating nucleotide analogs, leading to immunogenic cell death in cells exhibiting DNA damage and proliferating cells, with subsequent release of a variety of tumor (neo)antigens in the tumor microenvironment. At the same time, the adenoviral serotype 5 capsid proteins promote inflammation through the induction of expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, chemokines, and adhesion molecules. Together, this regimen is designed to induce an individualized and specific CD8+ T cell-mediated response against the injected tumor and uninjected distant metastases for broad anti-tumor activity, based on in situ immunization against a variety of tumor antigens. Aglatimagene has the potential to treat a broad range of solid tumors. The Company completed successful phase 2a clinical trials of aglatimagene in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with results published in the Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer, and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), and a pivotal, placebo-controlled, phase 3 clinical trial of aglatimagene in localized prostate cancer, conducted under a Special Protocol Assessment agreed with the FDA and published in The Lancet Oncology. The FDA also granted Fast Track Designation and Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy Designation to aglatimagene for the treatment of newly diagnosed localized prostate cancer in patients with intermediate- to high-risk disease, Fast Track Designation in NSCLC, and both Fast Track Designation and Orphan Drug Designation to aglatimagene for the treatment of PDAC. More than 1,000 patients have been dosed with aglatimagene in clinical trials with a favorable tolerability profile to date, supporting the potential for use with standard of care, when indicated. Aglatimagene is currently not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for any use.
