Quarter-to-date, SOL has outperformed the Nasdaq-100 by 39%, and DFDV has outperformed SOL by 2x over that same period

CHAD ATM issuance is expected to occur at or above $10.00 per share, CHAD’s par value

Latest purchase expands treasury to 2,388,923 SOL and SOL equivalents

BOCA RATON, FL, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — DeFi Development Corp. (Nasdaq: DFDV) (the “Company” or “DeFi Dev Corp.”), the first U.S. public company with a treasury strategy built to accumulate and compound Solana (“SOL”), today announced that its total treasury holdings have grown by 55,491 SOL to approximately 2,388,923 SOL and SOL equivalents, an increase of approximately 2% since August 27, 2026, reflecting continued SOL purchases and organic treasury growth as the Company’s accumulation flywheel gains momentum.

The Company also announced that it has established an at-the-market (“ATM”) offering program for up to $300 million of its Variable Rate Series C Perpetual Preferred Stock (Nasdaq: CHAD) (“CHAD”). The shares will be offered pursuant to a sales agreement between the Company and R.F. Lafferty & Co., Inc., as sole sales agent. The Company intends to issue shares under the ATM program at or above $10.00 per share, CHAD’s par value. Net proceeds are intended primarily to fund additional SOL purchases.

Together, continued treasury growth and the new ATM capacity advance DFDV’s capital flywheel to raise capital, accumulate SOL, generate organic yield, and compound SOL per share (“SPS”) growth. With CHAD adding a new funding engine, the Company is expanding its ability to turn capital markets access into a larger productive asset base.

The SOL Accumulation Flywheel Is Gaining Momentum
“We are growing our SOL treasury, generating more organic yield, and delivering strong performance, with DFDV returning twice as much as SOL quarter-to-date,” said Joseph Onorati, Chief Executive Officer of DeFi Development Corp. “With a $300 million ATM now in place, we have the structure to scale CHAD into a meaningful new engine of growth—and we intend to  issue at or above $10.00 par. The flywheel is spinning, and we now have more capacity to put it to work.”

$300 Million CHAD ATM Provides Additional Funding Capacity
The ATM program allows the Company to raise capital through CHAD sales over time, subject to market conditions, investor demand and the Company’s capital needs. Establishing the program does not represent an immediate capital raise, and the Company is not obligated to sell any shares. All issuance under the program is intended to occur at or above $10.00 per share. Learn more about CHAD at www.defidevcorp.com/chad.

Watsco to Expand its Growing Presence in Plumbing Products Distribution by 82 Locations

MIAMI, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Watsco, Inc. (NYSE: WSO) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire The Granite Group, a diversified distributor of plumbing and HVAC products with approximately $500 million in sales throughout seven Northeast States. Watsco’s ownership culture, scale, OEM relationships and industry-leading technologies will be at the full disposal of Granite’s leadership team to help them accelerate beyond their impressive track record of growth.

Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Concord, New Hampshire, The Granite Group is a third-generation, family-led distributor serving customers across seven states in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New York.

The Granite Group serves approximately 11,000 customers from 82 locations and offers approximately 29,000 SKUs sourced from over 450 vendors. The Granite Group has achieved a 10% annual compounded growth rate in sales since 2010 through a combination of bolt-on acquisitions and more than 30 new store openings to win new customers and better serve existing customers.

Watsco’s partnership with The Granite Group adds scale, density, product diversification and deepens Watsco’s market position in the growing plumbing space – a large and fragmented market that represents compelling avenues for expansion.

The Granite Group will operate as an independent business and will continue to be led by its existing management team, under the leadership of Bill Condron, in keeping with Watsco’s disciplined strategy of investing in great leadership teams and successful cultures. The transaction is expected to close following completion of customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

Albert H. Nahmad, Watsco’s Chairman and CEO said: “The Granite Group is one of the most respected, entrepreneurial businesses in our industry. For more than 50 years, the Condron family and their team have built a company defined by an extraordinary people-first culture, an entrepreneurial spirit that mirrors our own and an unwavering commitment to their customers. We look forward to their inclusion in our ownership culture and to support their plan for growth with our scale, capital and technology to build on their track record of success. We are pleased to become part of their family.”

Bill Condron, CEO of The Granite Group, commented: “We have long admired Watsco – its people, its culture and the values that have guided the company. We share similar cultures and think about the business in similar ways. Watsco was the logical choice for The Granite Group in that we remain independent while gaining access to Watsco’s scale, capital, and the most advanced technology platforms in the industry. We could not be more excited to join the Watsco family and pursue our ambitious growth plans together.”

Watsco’s Buy and Build Growth Strategy

Watsco has acquired 73 businesses in the HVAC and plumbing markets since 1989, most of which were successful, multi-generation, family-owned businesses. Watsco’s buy and build strategy can be summarized as follows:

  • Identify and partner with great distribution businesses
  • Support their leadership team and honor the culture and legacies they created
  • Ask for aggressive growth plans and help leadership achieve their ambitions
  • Motivate teams and build an ownership culture with long-term equity
  • Deploy the industry’s most comprehensive suite of customer-focused technologies
  • Solicit and collaborate on big ideas to foster a spirit of innovation and growth
  • Build a stronger Watsco because of our association with these companies

On June 1, 2026, Watsco closed on the acquisition of Jackson Supply Company, a market-leading HVAC distributor with annualized sales of approximately $230 million across 25 Sunbelt locations. Jackson Supply offers a balanced product offering of HVAC equipment, parts and supplies. As importantly, Jackson Supply added to Watsco’s entrepreneurial community of leaders.

Watsco is actively seeking additional opportunities to invest and grow through acquisitions to expand its relatively low market share of the estimated $74 billion North American distribution marketplace.

About Watsco

Watsco is the largest distributor in the highly fragmented North American HVAC market. Since entering distribution in 1989, Watsco has achieved an 18% compounded annual total shareholder return through a combination of organic growth and the acquisition of more than 70 market-leading businesses.

Watsco maintains a solid balance sheet, enabling sustained investments in growth, including the Company’s industry-leading technologies. Today, more than 70,000 contractors and technicians engage digitally, empowering them to adopt and integrate Watsco’s tools into their daily operations. The Company is also introducing AI-driven initiatives to leverage its extensive data assets and enrich the customer experience. The Company believes its technology ecosystem represents a durable and widening competitive advantage in its highly fragmented industry.

NAVAIR contract supports Leonardo DRS’ strategy to deliver secure, modular, open-architecture and multi-network connectivity for EA-18G Growler missions, helping aircrews maintain communications, threat awareness and mission advantage in contested environments

ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Leonardo DRS, Inc. (Nasdaq: DRS) announced today that its Airborne and Intelligence Systems business unit has been awarded a $39.6 million contract by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) for the production and delivery of Joint Tactical Terminal Transceiver (JTT-X) units. The firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract includes non-recurring engineering, production, aircraft integration, qualification, and production support for the EA-18G Growler aircraft.

The award supports the Navy’s Global Lightning initiative with continued investment in resilient communications, enhanced threat warning, and improved situational awareness for Naval Aviation operating in contested and complex mission environments.

JTT-X is a critical upgrade to the Navy’s primary, alternate, contingency, and emergency (PACE) layered communications architecture. As a Hybrid SATCOM Terminal, JTT-X is designed to communicate across a variety of government and commercial network pathways, including proliferated Low Earth Orbit (pLEO) satellite communications architectures. This capability provides resilient, flexible, and survivable communications options for Naval Aviation missions.

JTT-X is designed with a modular open systems approach (MOSA) including 3U VPX expansion slots for technology insertion and future capability growth. DRS’ SOSA-aligned (Sensor Open Systems Architecture), Transceiver Crypto Module (XCM3) cards provide both Embedded Crypto Module (ECM) and UHF secure tactical comms capability. The ECM has been developed to the latest NSA SERD 2.0 High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryption (HAIPE) standards.

“This award is an important milestone for our team and reflects the Navy’s continued confidence in Leonardo DRS to deliver secure, resilient communications for Naval Aviation,” said Larry Ezell, senior vice president and general manager of Leonardo DRS Airborne and Intelligence Systems. “JTT-X strengthens the layered communications architecture aircrews rely on in highly contested environments. We are proud to continue supporting the EA-18G community with technology that enhances threat awareness, improves situational understanding, and supports mission success.”

  • After Chelsey and her husband adopted their son, his medical needs put their family on the receiving end of the kind of care she’d spent her career providing.
  • Home is where people feel safe, Chelsey says, “and that’s why doing my nursing in the home environment is so key for people.”

Chelsey, a registered nurse with Coram CVS Specialty Infusion Services, has spent 13 years providing clinical care, patient education, therapy administration and ongoing support for patients managing complex conditions such as immune disorders, neurological diseases and other chronic and rare conditions that require infusion therapy. She’s always taken pride in her practice — but a real turning point came after she and her husband, James, became parents to their son, Oliver.

When he came home in February 2020, Chelsey found herself on the receiving end of home health care for the first time.

“I’m forever grateful, because it made me a better person, a better mom, and a better nurse,” she says.

That experience deepened her bond with patients like Angela, whom Chelsey sees in her home every few weeks for several hours.  The routine has grown into a real friendship, with the two checking in and swapping family updates even on off days. When IV complications sent Angela to the emergency room and led to a port placement, Chelsey’s steady presence helped calm her nerves.

Chelsey’s work with Angela and others embodies the way Coram CVS Specialty nurses prioritize safety and quality. “Home to me means somewhere you belong, somewhere you feel safe,” Chelsey says. “That’s why I think doing my nursing in the home environment is so key for people.”

All In. Carbon Out

Our sustainability strategy encompasses a variety of innovative approaches and advanced solutions. Through the implementation of operational improvements and emissions reduction efforts, we are committed to lowering our environmental impact and promoting a sustainable future.

In our 2025 Corporate Sustainability Report, we highlight various initiatives and programs we implement to reduce our direct and indirect operational emissions. In this article, we take a closer look at one of the projects in 2025 that is a testament to this.

Spotlight on progress: Improving efficiency of offshore field operations in Brazil & North America

Launched in 2022, Carbon Out is our global employee engagement initiative designed to empower staff to operate sustainably and deliver innovative solutions. Our dedicated team leverages expertise across diverse energy sectors to find new ways to cut both operational and value chain emissions. Through Carbon Out, employees gain access to tools, funding, and resources, enabling them to drive emission reductions throughout our business.

The Carbon Out Pressure Pumping team made significant strides by lowering fuel use and emissions connected to Dynamic Positioning (DP) operations on three vessels. They spotted a chance to boost efficiency and environmental performance during offshore operations and responded by implementing Variable Frequency Mode (VFM) on integrated stimulation vessels, optimizing their energy usage during activities.

ship at sea

The first deployment occurred on the Blue Marlin in Brazil in April 2023, followed by installations on two more North American vessels – the Blue Dolphin and Blue Tarpon – in 2025. This project has cut each vessel’s fuel consumption by 35%, leading to notable emissions reductions and cost savings.

Additionally, all three ships received new Safety Management Certificates from ABS, highlighting their commitment to regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Read this case study here to learn more.
