About Ocugen, Inc.
Ocugen, Inc. is a pioneering biotechnology company developing gene therapies for blindness diseases. The Company’s breakthrough modifier gene therapy platform has the potential to address significant unmet medical needs across large patient populations through a gene-agnostic approach. Unlike traditional gene therapies and gene-editing technologies that target a single gene mutation, Ocugen’s modifier gene therapies are designed to address the underlying disease biology by restoring balance across multiple gene networks. The Company is currently advancing programs for inherited retinal diseases and other causes of blindness that affect millions worldwide, including retinitis pigmentosa, Stargardt disease, and geographic atrophy, an advanced form of dry age-related macular degeneration. OTTAWA, Canada, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Telesat (Nasdaq and TSX: TSAT), one of the world’s largest and most innovative satellite operators, today announced its financial results for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2026. All amounts are in Canadian dollars and reported under IFRS® Accounting Standards unless otherwise noted.

“I’m pleased with the strong progress we made last quarter and throughout the year on our key strategic objectives,” commented Dan Goldberg, Telesat’s President and CEO. “The third quarter marked the signing of our landmark $2.7 billion initial agreement with the Government of Canada for the ESCP-P program, a major milestone in validating the large and growing opportunity for Telesat Lightspeed in the sovereign satellite communications space. We see this initial ESCP-P contract as just the first step in a very attractive pipeline of government and defence opportunities with Canada and allied countries, and we’re moving in a focused way to secure those opportunities and turn them into contracted backlog. In parallel, we’re making steady progress on the initial Telesat Lightspeed constellation, now expanded to a planned 225 satellites, and the ground infrastructure that will support it. Telesat Lightspeed is fully funded and we expect to commence high latitude commercial service around the end of Q1 2028.”

“In our GEO business, we continue to be laser-focused on maximizing the revenue and cash flow from our existing GEO satellite fleet while at the same time taking a highly disciplined approach to cost management. Our GEO business has performed consistent with our expectations in the first nine months of the year, and we are reiterating our 2026 GEO revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance.”

“Finally, we remain focused on refinancing the Telesat GEO debt, as it begins to mature later this year. Our advisors continue to seek good-faith engagement with the Telesat GEO debtholders and to evaluate other alternatives as well, with the goal of reaching an outcome that is fair to all stakeholders.”

For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, Telesat reported consolidated revenue of $81 million, a decrease of 20% ($20 million) compared to the same period of the prior year, and adjusted EBITDA1 of $12 million, a decrease of 74% ($35 million) from the third quarter of 2025. Foreign exchange did not materially impact these year-on-year comparisons. Excluding the impact of higher expenses related to our debt refinancing process, adjusted EBITDA decreased 41%. Telesat net loss for the quarter was $157 million compared to a $121 million loss in the prior year. The increased net loss was primarily due to lower adjusted EBITDA and a larger loss associated with increases in the fair value of the Telesat Lightspeed Financing Warrants, partially offset by a foreign exchange gain in the third quarter of 2026 compared to a foreign exchange loss in the third quarter of 2025.

In our GEO segment, revenue for the quarter was $79 million, a decrease of 21% ($22 million) from the same period in 2025. The revenue decline was driven primarily by non-renewal of a broadcast contract in 2025 and a reduction in contracted capacity for a broadcast customer in 2026, combined with a reduction in service to a North American broadband customer and the removal from service of certain geostationary satellites. GEO segment adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $36 million, a 43% ($27 million) decline from the comparable period in 2025, reflecting lower revenue and higher expenses related to our debt refinancing process. Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter of 2026 included $25 million in expenses relating to our debt refinancing process. Excluding these costs, adjusted EBITDA for the GEO segment was 23% lower than the prior period and the adjusted EBITDA margin1 was 78%, compared to 79% in the same period of 2025.

In our LEO segment, we invested $368 million in the Telesat Lightspeed program in the third quarter of 2026, comprising $24 million in operating expense and $344 million in capital expenditure.

For the nine-month period ending September 30, 2026, Telesat reported consolidated revenue of $247 million, a decrease of 24% ($77 million) compared to the prior year, and adjusted EBITDA1 of $69 million, a decrease of 60% ($104 million) from the first nine months of 2025. Foreign exchange does not materially impact these year-on-year comparisons. Excluding the impact of higher expenses related to our debt refinancing process, adjusted EBITDA decreased 42%. Telesat net loss for the first nine months of 2026 was $867 million, compared to a $97 million net loss in the prior year. The variance was primarily due to a loss associated with an increase in the fair value of the Telesat Lightspeed Financing Warrants, a GEO goodwill impairment charge, lower adjusted EBITDA, and a foreign exchange loss.

GEO segment revenue in the nine months ending September 30, 2026 was $243 million, a 24% decline ($79 million) from the same period in 2025. GEO segment adjusted EBITDA for the nine months ending September 30, 2026 was $135 million, a 40% decline from the comparable period in 2025. Excluding expenses related to our debt refinancing process, adjusted EBITDA for the GEO segment was 28% lower than the prior period, and the adjusted EBITDA margin was 74% in the first nine months of 2026, compared to 78% in the same period of 2025.

Telesat invested $705 million in the Telesat Lightspeed program in the first nine months of 2026, of which $64 million was recorded as operating expense and $641 million as capital expenditure.

As of September 30, 2026, backlog2 for our GEO segment totaled approximately $779 million and LEO backlog2 totaled approximately $5.6 billion. GEO satellite utilization was approximately 59% at September 30, 2026.

Business Highlights

  • In August, Telesat announced a $2.7 billion agreement, including option periods, with Canada’s Defence Investment Agency to deliver Telesat Lightspeed Military Ka-band services to the Canadian Armed Forces for the Enhanced Satellite Communications Project – Polar (ESCP-P) program. The contract is for a period of 15 years, including option years, with service under the contract beginning once Telesat Lightspeed enters commercial service. The contract includes milestone-based payments totaling $2.0 billion which are expected to be received between Q3 2026 and Q4 2028. The milestone payments will principally be used to fund the expansion of the Telesat Lightspeed constellation from a planned 156 to 225 satellites.

2026 Financial Outlook

(assumes an average foreign exchange rate of US$1=C$1.38)

Telesat is reiterating its 2026 GEO segment guidance provided in March:

  • GEO revenue to be between $300 million and $320 million;
  • GEO Adjusted EBITDA1 to be between $210 million and $230 million, excluding non-recurring debt refinancing costs.

Telesat is adjusting its Telesat Lightspeed spending forecast to reflect the expected timing of satellite and launch payments:

  • Total spending on the Telesat Lightspeed program, including both expensed and capitalized costs, is now expected to be in the $1.1 billion to $1.3 billion range, compared to the $1.3 billion to $1.5 billion range we provided when we reported second quarter 2026 earnings.

Telesat’s quarterly report on Form 6-K for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026, has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Canadian securities regulatory authorities, and may be accessed on the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov and on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval+ (SEDAR+) website at www.sedarplus.ca.

End Notes

1        Non-IFRS Accounting Standards Measures – Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA margin are non-IFRS Accounting Standards measures. EBITDA is defined as “Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization.” Adjusted EBITDA is used to measure Telesat’s financial performance. Adjusted EBITDA is defined as operating income (less certain operating expenses such as share-based compensation expenses and unusual and non-recurring items, including restructuring related expenses) before interest expense, taxes, depreciation and amortization. Adjusted EBITDA margin is used to measure Telesat’s operating performance. Adjusted EBITDA margin is defined as the ratio of Adjusted EBITDA to revenue.

Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA margin are not standardized financial measures under IFRS Accounting Standards and might not be comparable to similar financial measures disclosed by other issuers. Adjusted EBITDA allows investors and Telesat to compare Telesat’s operating results with that of competitors exclusive of depreciation and amortization, interest and investment income, interest expense, taxes and certain other expenses. Financial results of competitors in the satellite services industry have significant variations that can result from timing of capital expenditures, the amount of intangible assets recorded, the differences in assets’ lives, the timing and amount of investments, the effects of other income (expense), and unusual and non-recurring items. The use of Adjusted EBITDA assists investors and Telesat to compare operating results exclusive of these items. Competitors in the satellite services industry have significantly different capital structures. Telesat believes that the use of Adjusted EBITDA improves comparability of performance by excluding interest expense.

Telesat believes that the use of Adjusted EBITDA and the Adjusted EBITDA margin along with IFRS Accounting Standards measures enhances the understanding of our operating results and is useful to investors and us in comparing performance with competitors, estimating enterprise value and making investment decisions. Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA margin as used here may not be the same as similarly titled measures reported by competitors. Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA margin should be used in conjunction with IFRS Accounting Standards measures and are not presented as a substitute for cash flows from operations as a measure of our liquidity or as a substitute for net income (loss) as an indicator of our operating performance.

2        Telesat’s backlog represents future revenue expected to be recognized from existing enforceable contracts and other arrangements. As of September 30, 2026, GEO backlog was $0.8 billion and LEO backlog was $5.6 billion.

3         Includes severance payments and special compensation and benefits for executives and employees.

MATTOON, Ill. and WELLSVILLE, Mo., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — First Mid Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FMBH) (“First Mid”) and Evergreen Bancshares, Inc. (“Evergreen”), the parent company of American Bank of Freedom, announced the execution of a definitive agreement dated October 28, 2026 under which Evergreen will merge with First Mid in a stock and cash transaction, strengthening First Mid’s presence in St. Louis and along the I-70 corridor, expanding its Illinois franchise through Rochester, and establishing a full-service banking presence in the greater Indianapolis market.

American Bank of Freedom is headquartered in Wellsville, Missouri and operates 10 banking centers, including locations throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area and I-70 corridor, as well as banking centers in Rochester, Illinois and Westfield, Indiana. American Bank of Freedom also operates a loan production office in the Denver, Colorado area. As of September 30, 2026, American Bank of Freedom had approximately $932 million in total assets, $712 million in loans and $727 million in deposits. American Bank of Freedom traces its roots to 1880 and has a long history of relationship-driven community banking.

Under the terms of the agreement, First Mid will acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Evergreen. Evergreen shareholders will receive 0.4081 shares of FMBH common stock plus $5.20 in cash for each share of Evergreen common stock. Based on First Mid’s closing price per share of $51.01 on October 27, 2026, the aggregate consideration to be paid by First Mid is approximately $70.7 million, subject to certain conditions and adjustments. The transaction is expected to be approximately 80% stock and 20% cash based on First Mid’s stock price at announcement.

The transaction is estimated to be approximately 5.0% accretive to earnings per share in 2028(1), inclusive of the anticipated impact from crossing $10 billion in assets. Estimated tangible book value per share dilution to First Mid is expected to be approximately 0.5%, with an earnback period of approximately 0.5 years(2). First Mid expects to achieve cost savings of approximately 33% of Evergreen’s noninterest expense, in addition to approximately $0.9 million of annual pre-tax savings from branch consolidation. First Mid expects to maintain a strong capital position following the transaction, with a pro forma CET1 ratio of approximately 13.6%.

“We are excited to welcome American Bank of Freedom’s employees, customers and shareholders to First Mid,” said Matthew Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Mid. “We have known the organization and its leadership for many years, and we are honored to have been selected as their strategic partner. This transaction strengthens our presence in St. Louis and along the I-70 corridor, expands our Illinois franchise through Rochester, and establishes a full-service banking presence in the greater Indianapolis market. American Bank of Freedom has a long history of relationship-driven community banking and a strong commitment to its customers and communities, which aligns well with First Mid.”

“This is also an important step for First Mid as we continue to build scale and prepare our organization for growth above $10 billion in assets,” Smith continued. “We have made significant investments in our people, technology, risk management and operating infrastructure, and we believe the additional earnings and synergies from this transaction more than offset the incremental financial impact of operating above the $10 billion threshold while positively positioning First Mid for future opportunities.”

“We are pleased to partner with an organization that shares our commitment to community banking and strong customer relationships,” said Timothy Nash, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Bank of Freedom. “First Mid brings additional scale, capabilities and resources while maintaining the community-focused approach that has been important to American Bank of Freedom throughout our history. We believe this combination will create additional opportunities for our customers, employees and communities.”

Following completion of the transaction, American Bank of Freedom customers will have access to First Mid’s broader range of financial services, including wealth management, brokerage, agricultural services, treasury management and insurance, as well as increased lending capacity and a larger banking network.

The transaction has been unanimously approved by each company’s board of directors and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals, the approval of Evergreen’s shareholders and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The companies expect to complete the bank merger and systems conversion in the second quarter of 2027.

WATERTOWN, Mass., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kymera Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: KYMR), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company advancing a new class of oral small molecule degrader medicines for immunological diseases, today reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, and provided business highlights and updates on its pipeline.

“Kymera’s recent progress reinforces the opportunity across our portfolio and our ability to help shape a new era of differentiated oral medicines in immunology,” said Nello Mainolfi, PhD, Founder, President and CEO, Kymera Therapeutics. “With KT-621 and KT-579, we are advancing complementary immunoregulatory mechanisms that target distinct drivers of disease, with significant potential to address unmet needs across the current treatment landscape. The last patient has now completed their week 16 visit in our KT-621 BROADEN2 Phase 2b atopic dermatitis trial, and we plan to report topline data by year-end 2026. We also are planning to initiate our first Phase 3 AD trial by mid-2027, and report data from our BREADTH Phase 2b asthma trial in late 2027.”

Dr. Mainolfi continued, “The positive results from the Phase 1 healthy volunteer trial of KT-579, which we reported today, demonstrate strong translation of its preclinical pharmacology into humans and highlight its potential to modulate multiple core inflammatory pathways through a single oral mechanism. These findings exceed our expectations in terms of depth of degradation, safety and pathway suppression measured by downstream cytokines and gene transcripts. The results provide an important foundation as we advance KT-579, our 7th degrader to enter the clinic, toward a study in lupus patients and explore the opportunity for targeting IRF5 in additional autoimmune diseases. Beyond these clinical programs, our research engine remains focused on unlocking novel biology and pursuing high value targets to build the next wave of oral medicines for patients who need effective, safe and convenient treatment options.”

Business Highlights, Recent Developments and Upcoming Milestones

STAT6 Degrader Program
KT-621 is an investigational, first-in-class, once daily, oral degrader of STAT6, the specific transcription factor responsible for IL-4/IL-13 signaling and the central driver of Type 2 inflammation. KT-621 is currently in Phase 2 clinical development in atopic dermatitis (AD) and asthma. KT-621 has the potential to transform treatment paradigms by offering a safe, effective, oral option for the more than 140 million patients worldwide living with Type 2 diseases, such as AD, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), prurigo nodularis (PN), and bullous pemphigoid (BP), among others.

  • In October 2026, the last patient received their final dose and completed the week 16 visit in the KT-621 BROADEN2 Phase 2b clinical trial in patients with moderate to severe AD. The Company plans to report topline data by year-end 2026. Subject to discussions with regulators, the Company expects to initiate the first Phase 3 trial in AD by mid-2027.
  • In September 2026, the Company presented data from the KT-621 BroADen Phase 1b clinical trial in AD across leading dermatology and respiratory forums, including posters at the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) and European Respiratory Society (ERS) Congresses.

IRF5 Degrader Program
KT-579 is an investigational, first-in-class, oral degrader of IRF5, a genetically validated transcription factor and master regulator of immunity. KT-579 has the potential to modulate multiple core inflammatory pathways through a single oral mechanism, offering a differentiated approach to serious autoimmune diseases where effective and well-tolerated oral therapies are needed, such as lupus, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Sjögren’s, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and others.

  • The Company today announced positive results from the completed first-in-human KT-579 Phase 1 healthy volunteer trial. The results met or exceeded study objectives and established strong proof of mechanism:
    • Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics: KT-579 demonstrated a favorable plasma pharmacokinetic profile. Exposure increased with dose following single and multiple doses. Robust, sustained IRF5 degradation was observed following a single oral dose in the single ascending dose (SAD) portion of the trial. In the multiple ascending dose portion (MAD), KT-579 demonstrated deep, sustained IRF5 degradation in blood, with ≥90% median degradation across multiple dose levels with saturation of degradation by dose level 3. Similar reductions in IRF5 levels were also observed in skin, demonstrating target degradation in tissue as well as blood.
    • Ex vivo-stimulated IRF5-dependent biomarkers: KT-579 showed robust suppression of disease-relevant blood biomarkers and significant downregulation of pathway gene transcripts, reflecting pharmacodynamic effects on the three immune pathways modulated by IRF5 including inflammatory cytokines, interferon (IFN) response, and B-cell biology. The inflammatory cytokine and IFN analysis using the median of all MAD dose cohorts showed inhibition of 88% of TNFα, 87% of IL-12/23p40, 94% of IL-1β, and 98% of IFNβ at Day 14. Gene-expression analyses also showed broad downregulation of inflammatory cytokine, interferon and B-cell associated genes, supporting the functional cytokine findings.
    • Safety and tolerability: The safety profile of KT-579 was comparable to placebo. There were no serious or severe adverse events (AEs) and no AEs leading to discontinuation. Very few mild treatment-related AEs were reported, and there was no dose-dependent pattern in treatment-emergent AEs. There were no clinically relevant changes in vital signs, laboratory tests or ECGs.
  • The KT-579 LUMORA Phase 1b trial in lupus patients is planned to start by early 2027. LUMORA is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial testing KT-579 in approximately 30 adult patients with systemic lupus erythematosus dosed over 16 weeks. The key aim of this biomarker study is to demonstrate that KT-579 can modulate underlying disease biology with a favorable safety and tolerability profile while exploring potential clinical benefits.
  • The Company will present new preclinical data on KT-579 in an oral presentation at the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) Convergence conference, taking place November 6-11, 2026, in Orlando, FL. The presentation will highlight KT-579’s compelling profile, including significant activity both as a monotherapy and in combination with background therapies in preclinical lupus models.

Partnered Programs & Research

  • The first-in-human Phase 1 clinical trial evaluating KT-485 (SAR447971) in healthy volunteers and hidradenitis suppurativa patients is ongoing. Under the collaboration, Sanofi is leading development, regulatory and commercial efforts for the program. KT-485 is a potent, selective, oral second-generation IRAK4 degrader with the potential to offer a novel approach for a range of chronic immuno-inflammatory diseases.
  • Gilead Sciences is advancing KT-200 in IND-enabling studies to support an IND filing in 2027. KT-200 is a first-in-class, oral CDK2 molecular glue degrader development candidate discovered and characterized by Kymera and exclusively licensed to Gilead. KT-200 has the potential to improve the standard of care for patients with breast cancer and other solid tumors.
  • Leveraging its unique target selection strategy, proven small molecule discovery capabilities, and deep development expertise, the Company continues to advance an early pipeline of novel oral programs with a goal to deliver at least one new development candidate per year.

Corporate

  • In July 2026, the Company appointed Terence Rooney, MD, as Chief Medical Officer and Elizabeth Laws, PhD, as Senior Vice President, Global STAT6 Development Program Leader, strengthening its clinical development leadership to support the continued advancement of Kymera’s oral immunology portfolio.

Financial Results

Collaboration Revenues: There were no collaboration revenues for the third quarter of 2026 compared to $2.8 million for the third quarter of 2025. Collaboration revenues recognized in the third quarter of 2025 were all attributable to the Company’s collaboration with Gilead. The Company does not expect to recognize additional collaboration revenue in 2026.

Research and Development Expenses: Research and development expenses were $128.5 million for the third quarter of 2026 compared to $74.1 million for the third quarter of 2025. This increase was primarily due to increased expenses related to the investment in the Company’s STAT6 program, platform and discovery programs, as well as costs related to continued growth in the research and development organization. Stock based compensation expenses included in R&D were $10.9 million and $8.4 million for the third quarters of 2026 and 2025, respectively.

General and Administrative Expenses: General and administrative expenses were $18.7 million for the third quarter of 2026 compared to $17.3 million for the third quarter of 2025. The increase was primarily due to an increase in legal and professional service fees in support of the Company’s growth and an increase in personnel, facility, occupancy, and other expenses to support growth as a public company. Stock based compensation expenses included in G&A were $7.9 million and $7.4 million for the third quarters of 2026 and 2025, respectively.

Net Loss: Net loss was $132.0 million for the third quarter of 2026 compared to $82.2 million for the third quarter of 2025.

Cash and Cash Equivalents: As of September 30, 2026, Kymera had $1.6 billion in cash, cash equivalents and investments. Kymera expects that its cash balance will provide the Company with a cash runway into 2029 beyond multiple clinical inflection points in its pipeline.

MATTOON, Ill., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — First Mid Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FMBH) (the “Company”) today announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Highlights

  • Net income of $33.3 million, or $1.25 diluted EPS
  • Adjusted quarterly net income* of $33.6 million, or $1.26 diluted EPS
  • Announced pending acquisition of Evergreen Bancshares, Inc. (“Evergreen”)
  • Total loans of $6.85 billion, quarterly decrease of $85.8 million
  • Total deposits of $7.62 billion, quarterly increase of $44.2 million
  • Quarterly return on average assets of 1.45%
  • In late October, 2026 the Company completed the sale of investment securities with a weighted average yield of 1.51% for a loss of $14.8 million, which provided $175.8 million in cash. The proceeds are expected to be reinvested at higher rates with an earn back period of less than 2 years.
  • Agreed to acquire Winship Farm Management in Putnam, IL, which is expected to add over 8,600 acres under management over the next 3 years
  • Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share

“We delivered another strong period of financial results highlighted by a record high quarter of earnings. Asset quality was strong with lower classifieds and negligible net charge-offs during the quarter. Deposit growth was solid, while loan growth was pressured due to higher payoff activity from customer collateral sales. We continue to put a strategic focus on revenue diversification and fee business growth through the acquisition of Winship Farm Management,” said Matthew Smith, Chief Executive Officer.

“I am pleased to announce our pending acquisition of Evergreen Bancshares and its subsidiary American Bank of Freedom. We are excited to welcome their employees and customers to the First Mid family. This acquisition will deepen and extend our presence in Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana while better positioning us to move past the $10 billion asset threshold,” Smith concluded.

Net Interest Income
Net interest income for the third quarter of 2026 was $79.4 million, a decrease of $0.3 million compared to the second quarter of 2026. The decrease was primarily driven by a decline in average loan balances for the quarter along with an increase in the cost of funding from rate increases and continued deposit pricing competition. Interest income increased by $1.8 million, while interest expense increased by $2.1 million during the period. Accretion income for the third quarter was $3.8 million which was in line with the prior quarter.

In comparison to the third quarter of 2025, net interest income increased $13.0 million, or 19.6%. Interest income was higher by $20.6 million, inclusive of a $0.7 million increase in accretion income. The increase was primarily driven by organic earning asset growth along with the addition of Two Rivers Bank & Trust (“Two Rivers”). Interest expense was higher by $7.6 million compared to the third quarter of last year primarily from higher overall deposit balances including the addition of Two Rivers.

On October 26th, 2026 the Company sold investment securities with a weighted average yield of 1.51% for a loss of $14.8 million, which provided $175.8 million in cash. The transaction will be reflected in the fourth quarter financial results. The Company expects to reinvest this cash at higher rates with an expected earn back period of less than 2 years.

Net Interest Margin
Net interest margin, on a tax equivalent basis*, was 3.76% for the third quarter of 2026 representing a decrease of 3 basis points from the prior quarter. The yield on earning assets improved by 6 basis points compared to the second quarter, but was outpaced by the increase in the average cost of funds. The increase in the average cost of funds was primarily from overall rate movements and deposit pricing competition.

Loan Portfolio
Total loans ended the quarter at $6.85 billion, representing a decrease of $85.8 million for the quarter on a combination of elevated payoffs and disciplined pricing decisions. The decrease for the quarter was primarily in commercial real estate loans. This was primarily driven by the partial collateral sale of a multi-location business and subsequent loan payoff. Growth in other portfolios was well diversified.

Asset Quality
Asset quality improved for the quarter with overall criticized assets declining $45.9 million. Special mention loans decreased by $37.6 million to $101.5 million and substandard loans decreased by $8.3 million to $131.6 million. Non-performing loans had a modest increase of $1.8 million to $43.1 million. The declines in criticized assets were primarily driven by a combination of upgrades, paydowns, and external refinances.

The allowance for credit losses (“ACL”) ended the period at $86.5 million and the ACL to total loans ratio was 1.26%, which was a 1 basis point increase compared to the second quarter of 2026. In addition to the overall ACL, an unearned discount of $37.1 million remains at quarter end. Provision expense of $0.3 million was released during the quarter due to lower loan balances as well as minimal net charge offs of $0.2 million.

The ratio of non-performing loans to total loans was 0.63%, which was an increase from 0.60% in the prior quarter. The ACL to non-performing loans ratio was 201%, a decrease from 211% in the prior quarter primarily from the modest increase in non-performing loans and the slight decline in the ACL during the quarter. The ratio of non-performing assets to total assets remained flat compared to the prior quarter at 0.51%.

Deposits
Total deposits ended the quarter at $7.62 billion, which represented an increase of $44.2 million from the prior quarter. Money market accounts had the largest growth compared to the prior quarter with a $198.8 million increase. This growth was driven by the Company’s deposit product refresh in early 2026 and continued marketing of these products. The average cost of interest-bearing deposits for the quarter was 2.16%, an increase of 18 basis points from the end of the previous quarter, primarily due to overall rate movements and continued deposit pricing competition.

Non-Interest Income
Non-interest income for the third quarter of 2026 was $27.2 million compared to $28.8 million in the prior quarter and $22.9 million in the third quarter of 2025.

Wealth management revenues for the quarter were $7.4 million. Revenues decreased $0.8 million compared to the second quarter primarily from seasonality. Overall Ag Services revenue was $2.0 million in the period compared to $1.9 million in the prior quarter and $1.8 million in the third quarter of 2025. Insurance commissions for the quarter were $7.5 million, which was $1.3 million lower than the second quarter due to seasonality of contingent revenues. Third quarter insurance commissions were an increase of $0.4 million compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Non-Interest Expenses
Non-interest expense for the third quarter of 2026 totaled $65.0 million compared to $70.6 million in the second quarter of 2026. This decrease was primarily due to lower one-time merger-related costs that were recognized in the second quarter. During the third quarter, acquisition-related expenses related to Two Rivers totaled $0.4 million compared to $7.1 million in the prior quarter. Salaries and benefits expense increased by $1.0 million compared to the prior quarter primarily due to additional variable compensation for overperformance compared to plan.

The Company’s efficiency ratio*, as adjusted in the non-GAAP reconciliation table herein, for the third quarter of 2026 was 56.13% compared to 54.39% in the prior quarter and 58.75% for the same period last year.

Capital Levels and Dividend
The Company’s capital levels remained strong and above the “well capitalized” levels. Capital levels ended the period as follows:

Total capital to risk-weighted assets 15.79%
Tier 1 capital to risk-weighted assets 14.39%
Common equity tier 1 capital to risk-weighted assets 13.91%
Leverage ratio 11.29%

Tangible book value per share* decreased $0.06, or 0.2% during the third quarter of 2026. The decrease was driven by an increase in the Company’s unrealized loss position in its investment portfolio of $32.3 million. This increase in the unrealized loss position lowered tangible book value per share* by $1.21 which was materially offset by earnings growth. During the quarter, the Company paid off $10.0 million of subordinated debt with cash on hand.

The Company’s Board of Directors declared its regular quarterly dividend of $0.26 payable on December 1, 2026 to the shareholders of record as of November 16, 2026.

  • Swisslog Healthcare’s automated transport systems operate in more than 2,300 hospitals in North America, including 18 of the top 20 U.S. hospitals
  • Network will deliver medication, laboratory specimens, and urgent supplies between hospital facilities
  • First U.S. deployments target California, Florida, and Arizona

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif and WESTMINSTER, Colo., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — TransLogic, a Swisslog Healthcare company and a leading supplier in transport automation for hospitals, and Matternet, Inc. (OTCQB: MTTN), a leading developer of autonomous drone networks for ultra-fast, low-cost, and zero-emissions delivery, have partnered to close the last-mile gap in hospital logistics. For the first time, healthcare systems will gain access to a single automated transportation network that extends from the pneumatic tube station inside a hospital to the satellite facilities outside it, replacing fragmented manual deliveries.

A New Standard for Hospital Logistics

Until now, hospitals have managed the movement of medications, laboratory specimens, and critical supplies in two disconnected ways. Swisslog Healthcare automates delivery inside hospital buildings through pneumatic tube systems, pharmacy automation, and specimen tracking. Matternet automates the same movement between facilities by air.

“For years, hospitals have automated what happens inside their walls. This partnership extends that automation to everything outside them,” said Cory Kwarta, CEO of Swisslog Healthcare. “Connecting our network with Matternet’s aerial delivery platform is a meaningful step forward for hospitals and the patients they serve.”

Partnership Details

During the first year of the partnership, the two companies will work together to bring drone delivery to hospital systems in California, Florida, and Arizona. The collaboration centers on Matternet’s next-generation M3 drone delivery platform, which carries packages up to 11 pounds within a 10-mile service radius and operates fully autonomously. Between flights, the M3 Aircraft is stored and charged in the compact M3 Dock, which can be installed on a hospital rooftop or other underutilized space. Deployed across a health system, Matternet’s M3 drone delivery system complements Swisslog’s tube network, connecting hospitals, labs, pharmacies, and clinics into a single on-demand delivery network. Matternet has operated drone delivery for health systems since 2017 in Europe and 2019 in the U.S., transporting lab samples, vaccines, pathology specimens, specialty pharmaceuticals, and a continuously expanding set of payload types.

As part of the agreement, the TransLogic sales team will serve as a distribution channel for M3 systems into TransLogic’s established customer base of 3,000+ hospitals globally, including more than 2,300 in North America. Every day, major hospitals need to move hundreds of small packages—like medications, laboratory specimens, and supplies—urgently between facilities, often relying on ground couriers that can be costly and slow. With this partnership, Matternet’s goal is to help make drone delivery available to every hospital across the country, moving items across healthcare campuses and beyond. The two companies will also explore expanding the partnership to include installation, support, and maintenance services, with Swisslog Healthcare’s field service organization performing installation work for Matternet infrastructure at hospital sites.

Expanding the Reach of Drone Delivery

“Swisslog Healthcare has been a leader in automated hospital transport for decades. This partnership gives us the ability to bring the benefits of drone delivery directly into the more than 3,000 hospitals worldwide that depend on Swisslog tube systems,” said Andreas Raptopoulos, Founder and CEO of Matternet. “A lab specimen may be shipped from a remote clinic to a central lab by a drone and then travel by pneumatic tube inside a hospital to its destination. End-to-end automation will define the future of hospital logistics.”

ANTIOCH, Tenn., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — LKQ Corporation (Nasdaq: LKQ) today reported third quarter 2026 financial results.

Commenting on the third quarter, John Mendel, Chairman of the Board of LKQ, said: “LKQ remains a fundamentally strong enterprise, supported by its scale, leading positions across key markets, and global distribution platform. At the same time, our recent financial and operating performance has not reflected the strength of the business or met the standards we expect, particularly in Europe. The Board has been deeply engaged in addressing these challenges, and the appointment of a new CEO, leadership changes in Europe, and the engagement of Alvarez & Marsal are important steps in a broader effort to improve execution and financial performance. We believe LKQ has significant strengths that are not currently reflected in its operating performance, and our focus is on translating those strengths into improved performance and increased value for our shareholders.”

Third Quarter 2026 Financial and Operating Results

Revenue for the third quarter of 2026 was $3.3 billion, a decrease of 5.1% compared to $3.5 billion for the third quarter of 2025. Total parts and services revenue decreased 5.6%, which included a 5.4% decrease in parts and services organic revenue, a 0.7% decrease from foreign exchange rates year over year, and the net impact of acquisitions and divestitures, which increased revenue by 0.6%.

Net loss2 was $24 million, including $111 million of pre-tax non-cash impairment charges, compared to net income of $178 million for the same period of 2025. Diluted loss per share2 was $(0.09) compared to diluted earnings per share2 of $0.69 for the same period of 2025.

On an adjusted basis, net income1,2 was $127 million compared to $216 million for the same period of 2025. Adjusted diluted earnings per share1,2 was $0.50 compared to $0.84 for the same period of 2025.

“The third quarter was characterized by weakness in our Europe segment, driven by operational issues related to the ERP implementation in Germany and volume declines in the United Kingdom and Benelux. Specialty was modestly below plan. North America performed in line with expectations despite a softer demand environment,” said Rick Galloway, Chief Financial Officer of LKQ.

Cash Flow and Balance Sheet

Cash flow from operations3 and free cash flow1,3 were $411 million and $372 million, respectively, for the third quarter of 2026. Cash flow from operations3 and free cash flow1,3 were $466 million and $336 million, respectively, for the nine months ended September 30, 2026. As of September 30, 2026, the balance sheet reflected total debt of $3.7 billion and total leverage, as defined in our credit facility, was 2.8x EBITDA.

Returning Capital to Shareholders

During the third quarter of 2026, the Company invested $30 million to repurchase 1.2 million shares of its common stock and distributed $76 million in cash dividends. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the Company returned $313 million to its shareholders by investing $83 million to repurchase 3.1 million shares of its common stock and distributing $230 million in cash dividends. Since initiating the stock repurchase program in late October 2018, the Company has repurchased approximately 72 million shares of its common stock for a total of $3.0 billion through September 30, 2026. As of September 30, 2026, there was $1.5 billion remaining on the authorization.

On October 25, 2026, the Board authorized a two-year extension to its stock repurchase program, authorizing repurchases through October 25, 2028.

On October 27, 2026, the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock, payable on December 3, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 19, 2026.

Strategic Review

Alongside the recent leadership changes, the Board has decided to suspend the strategic review, including the Specialty segment sales process. This will provide the new leadership team the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the business and evaluate the full range of value‑creation pathways available to the Company.

The Board will continue to oversee the strategic direction, protect shareholder interests, and ensure accountability. This includes evaluating opportunities that it believes could enhance shareholder value and optimize the Company’s strategic positioning over the long term.

Other Events

On October 23, 2026, the Company announced that the Board appointed Salvatore A. “Sal” Abbate as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective December 15, 2026. Mr. Abbate brings more than three decades of experience leading large, complex distribution and industrial businesses. As CEO of Veritiv Corporation, he led a significant transformation of the company, with its share price increasing more than 13-fold during his tenure, culminating in its $2.6 billion sale to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in 2023. Before becoming CEO, he served as Veritiv’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Abbate held senior leadership roles at Andersen Windows & Doors, Solutia, Inc., now part of Eastman Chemical Company, and Armstrong World Industries, with responsibilities spanning sales, marketing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, strategy and process improvement.

On October 23, 2026 the Company announced that it is withdrawing its full-year 2026 guidance, which was most recently updated on July 30, 2026.

The risks, uncertainties, assumptions and other factors that could cause actual events or results to differ from the events or results predicted or implied by our forward-looking statements include the factors set forth below, and other factors discussed in our filings with the SEC, including those disclosed under the captions “Risk Factors” and “Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations” in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 and in our subsequent Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q. These reports are available at the Investor Relations section on our website (www.lkqcorp.com) and on the SEC’s website (www.sec.gov).

These factors include the following (not necessarily in order of importance):

  • our operating results and financial condition have been and could continue to be adversely affected by the economic, political and social conditions in North America, Europe, Taiwan and other countries, as well as the economic health of vehicle owners and numbers and types of vehicles sold;
  • we face competition from local, national, international, and internet-based vehicle products providers, and this competition could negatively affect our business;
  • we rely upon insurance companies and our customers to promote the usage of alternative parts;
  • intellectual property claims relating to aftermarket products could adversely affect our business;
  • if the number of vehicles involved in accidents or being repaired declines, or the mix of the types of vehicles in the overall vehicle population changes, our business could suffer;
  • fluctuations in the prices of commodities could adversely affect our financial results;
  • an adverse change in our relationships with our suppliers, disruption to our supply of inventory, or the misconduct, performance failures or negligence of our third party vendors or service providers could increase our expenses, impede our ability to serve our customers, or expose us to liability;
  • future public health emergencies could have a material adverse impact on our business, results of operations, financial condition and liquidity, the nature and extent of which is highly uncertain;
  • if we determine that our goodwill or other intangible assets have become impaired, we may incur significant charges to our pretax income;
  • we could be subject to product liability claims and involved in product recalls;
  • we may not be able to successfully acquire businesses or integrate acquisitions, and we may not be able to successfully divest certain businesses;
  • we have a substantial amount of indebtedness, which could have a material adverse effect on our financial condition and our ability to obtain financing in the future and to react to changes in our business;
  • our senior notes do not impose any limitations on our ability to incur additional debt or protect against certain other types of transactions, and we may incur certain additional indebtedness under our credit agreement and CAD Note;
  • each of our credit agreement and CAD Note imposes operating and financial restrictions on us and our subsidiaries, which may prevent us from capitalizing on business opportunities;
  • we may not be able to generate sufficient cash to service all of our indebtedness, and may be forced to take other actions to satisfy our obligations under our indebtedness, which may not be successful;
  • our future capital needs may require that we seek to refinance our debt or obtain additional debt or equity financing, events that could have a negative effect on our business;
  • our variable rate indebtedness subjects us to interest rate risk, which could cause our indebtedness service obligations to increase significantly;
  • repayment of our indebtedness is dependent on cash flow generated by our subsidiaries;
  • a downgrade in our credit rating would impact us;
  • the amount and frequency of our share repurchases and dividend payments may fluctuate;
  • existing or new laws and regulations, or changes to enforcement or interpretation of existing laws or regulations, may prohibit, restrict or burden the sale of aftermarket, recycled, refurbished or remanufactured products;
  • we are subject to environmental regulations and incur costs relating to environmental matters;

  • we may be adversely affected by legal, regulatory or market responses to global climate change;
  • our amended and restated bylaws provide that the courts in the State of Delaware are the exclusive forums for substantially all disputes between us and our stockholders, which could limit our stockholders’ ability to obtain a favorable judicial forum for disputes with us or our directors, officers or employees;
  • our effective tax rate could materially increase as a consequence of various factors, including U.S. and/or international tax legislation, applicable interpretations and administrative guidance, our mix of earnings by jurisdiction, and U.S. and foreign jurisdictional audits;
  • if significant tariffs or other restrictions are placed on products or materials we import or any related counter-measures are taken by countries to which we export products, our revenue and results of operations may be materially harmed;
  • governmental agencies may refuse to grant or renew our operating licenses and permits;

  • we operate in foreign jurisdictions, which exposes us to foreign exchange and other risks;
  • our business may be adversely affected by union activities and labor and employment laws;
  • we rely on information technology and communication systems in critical areas of our operations and a disruption relating to such technology and systems, including cybersecurity threats, could harm our business;
  • business interruptions in our distribution centers or other facilities may affect our operations, the function of our computer systems, and/or the availability and distribution of merchandise, which may affect our business;
  • if we experience problems with our fleet of trucks and other vehicles, our business could be harmed;
  • we may lose the right to operate at key locations; and

(1) We define organic revenue growth as total revenue growth from continuing operations excluding the effects of acquisitions and divestitures (i.e., revenue generated from the date of acquisition to the first anniversary of that acquisition, net of reduced revenue due to the disposal of businesses) and foreign currency movements (i.e., impact of translating revenue at different exchange rates). Organic revenue growth includes incremental sales from both existing and new (i.e., opened within the last twelve months) locations and is derived from expanding business with existing customers, securing new customers and offering additional products and services. We believe that organic revenue growth is a key performance indicator as this statistic measures our ability to serve and grow our customer base successfully.

(2) The sum of the individual revenue change components may not equal the total percentage change due to rounding.

We have presented Segment EBITDA solely as a supplemental disclosure that offers investors, securities analysts and other interested parties useful information to evaluate our segment profit and loss and underlying trends in our ongoing operations. We calculate Segment EBITDA as Net Income and Loss excluding net income and loss attributable to noncontrolling interest; income and loss from discontinued operations; depreciation; amortization; interest; gains and losses on debt extinguishment; income tax expense; restructuring and transaction related expenses; change in fair value of contingent consideration liabilities; other gains and losses related to acquisitions, equity method investments, or divestitures; equity in losses and earnings of unconsolidated subsidiaries; equity investment fair value adjustments; impairment charges; and direct impacts of the Ukraine/Russia conflict. Our chief operating decision maker (“CODM”), who is our Chief Executive Officer, uses Segment EBITDA as the key measure of our segment profit or loss. The CODM uses Segment EBITDA to compare profitability among our segments and evaluate business strategies. This financial measure is included in the metrics used to determine incentive compensation for our senior management. We also consider Segment EBITDA to be a useful financial measure in evaluating our operating performance, as it provides investors, securities analysts and other interested parties with supplemental information regarding the underlying trends in our ongoing operations. Segment EBITDA includes revenue and expenses that are controllable by the segment. Corporate general and administrative expenses are allocated to the segments based on usage, with shared expenses apportioned based on the segment’s percentage of consolidated revenue. Refer to the table on the following page for a reconciliation of net income to Segment EBITDA.

We have presented Segment EBITDA solely as a supplemental disclosure that offers investors, securities analysts and other interested parties useful information to evaluate our segment profit and loss and underlying trends in our ongoing operations. See paragraph under the previous table (revenue and Segment EBITDA by reportable segment) for details on the calculation of Segment EBITDA.

Segment EBITDA should not be construed as an alternative to operating income, net income and loss or net cash provided by (used in) operating activities, as determined in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States. In addition, not all companies that report Segment EBITDA information calculate Segment EBITDA in the same manner as we do and, accordingly, our calculation is not necessarily comparable to similarly-named measures of other companies and may not be an appropriate measure for performance relative to other companies.

(4) Figures are for continuing operations attributable to LKQ stockholders.

We have presented Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Diluted Earnings per Share as we believe these measures are useful for evaluating the core operating performance of our continuing business across reporting periods and in analyzing our historical operating results. We define Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Diluted Earnings per Share as Net Income and Loss and Diluted Earnings (Loss) per Share adjusted to eliminate the impact of net income and loss attributable to noncontrolling interest, income and loss from discontinued operations, restructuring and transaction related expenses, amortization expense related to all acquired intangible assets, gains and losses on debt extinguishment, changes in fair value of contingent consideration liabilities, other gains and losses related to acquisitions, equity method investments, or divestitures, impairment charges, direct impacts of the Ukraine/Russia conflict, excess tax benefits and deficiencies from stock-based payments and any tax effect of these adjustments. The tax effect of these adjustments is calculated using the effective tax rate for the applicable period or for certain discrete items the specific tax expense or benefit for the adjustment. Given the variability and volatility of the amount of related transactions in a particular period, management believes that these costs are not core operating expenses and should be adjusted in our calculation of Adjusted Net Income. Our adjustment of the amortization of all acquisition-related intangible assets does not exclude the amortization of other assets, which represents expense that is directly attributable to ongoing operations. Management believes that the adjustment relating to amortization of acquisition-related intangible assets supplements the GAAP information with a measure that can be used to assess the comparability of operating performance. The acquired intangible assets were recorded as part of purchase accounting and contribute to revenue generation. Amortization of intangible assets that relate to past acquisitions will recur in future periods until such intangible assets have been fully amortized. Any future acquisitions may result in the amortization of additional intangible assets. These financial measures are used by management in its decision making and overall evaluation of our operating performance and are included in the metrics used to determine incentive compensation for our senior management. Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Diluted Earnings per Share should not be construed as alternatives to Net Income and Loss or Diluted Earnings (Loss) per Share as determined in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States. In addition, not all companies that report measures similar to Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Diluted Earnings per Share calculate such measures in the same manner as we do and, accordingly, our calculations are not necessarily comparable to similarly-named measures of other companies and may not be appropriate measures for performance relative to other companies.

The following unaudited tables reconciles Net Cash Provided by Operating Activities to Free Cash Flow:

  Three Months Ended
September 30,
  Nine Months Ended
September 30,
(In millions)   2026     2025     2026     2025
Net cash provided by operating activities $ 411   $ 440   $ 466   $ 733
Less: purchases of property, plant and equipment   39     53     130     160
Free cash flow (1) $ 372   $ 387   $ 336   $ 573

(1)  For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, Self Service contributed approximately $20 million and $50 million, respectively, of free cash flow.

We have presented free cash flow solely as a supplemental disclosure that offers investors, securities analysts and other interested parties useful information to evaluate our liquidity. We calculate free cash flow as net cash provided by (used in) operating activities, less purchases of property, plant and equipment. We believe free cash flow provides insight into our liquidity and provides useful information to management and investors concerning our cash flow available to meet future debt service obligations and working capital requirements, make strategic acquisitions, pay dividends and repurchase stock. We believe free cash flow is used by investors, securities analysts and other interested parties in evaluating the liquidity of other companies, many of which present free cash flow when reporting their results. This financial measure is included in the metrics used to determine incentive compensation for our senior management.

Free cash flow should not be construed as an alternative to net cash provided by (used in) operating activities as determined in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States. In addition, not all companies that report free cash flow information calculate this metric in the same manner as we do and, accordingly, our calculations are not necessarily comparable to similarly-named measures of other companies and may not be appropriate measures for performance relative to other companies.

•  State-of-the-art Global Operations Command Center centralizes oversight of automated facilities worldwide

•  Anita Nanda appointed Chief Technology & Solutions Officer

ATLANTA, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Americold Realty Trust (NYSE: COLD), a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics, real estate and value-added services, today announced the opening of its new Global Innovation Center at the company’s Atlanta headquarters and the appointment of Anita Nanda as Chief Technology & Solutions Officer.

The Global Innovation Center brings together technology, automation, data and analytics, business solutions and operational expertise to accelerate decision-making, improve execution and develop solutions that create value for Americold and its customers.

At the heart of the center is Americold’s state-of-the-art Global Operations Command Center, which centralizes around-the-clock oversight of the company’s automated facilities worldwide. Rather than replicating specialized monitoring and support capabilities at individual sites, Americold can monitor and manage automated operations from one location, enabling real-time optimization, rapid problem-solving and coordinated support. The centralized model also strengthens operational resilience and redundancy while creating efficiencies.

“The Global Operations Command Center gives us a fundamentally different way to manage and optimize our automated network,” said Rob Chambers, Chief Executive Officer of Americold. “By centralizing oversight and specialized expertise, we can respond faster, continuously optimize performance and more efficiently support our automated facilities around the world. Over time, we see the potential to apply these capabilities more broadly across our conventional network as well.”

To lead Americold’s broader technology and solutions strategy, the company has appointed Anita Nanda as Chief Technology & Solutions Officer.

“Technology creates the greatest value when it is focused on the right business and customer challenges,” said Anita Nanda. “Bringing our Technology and Solutions teams together gives us a clearer path from identifying a need to developing, deploying and scaling the right solution. The Global Innovation Center gives our teams an environment to do that work together and turn ideas into meaningful operational and customer outcomes.”

Nanda, who was instrumental in the design and implementation of the Global Operations Command Center, will oversee the company’s global Technology and Solutions organization, including enterprise technology, automation, cybersecurity, business solutions, data and analytics, and digital transformation. Her expanded role more directly connects technology strategy and solutions development with Americold’s operational priorities and customer needs, helping focus resources and innovation where they can have the greatest impact.

Nanda brings more than two decades of experience spanning technology, engineering, automation and operations. Since joining Americold in 2022, she has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Development and Automation, and has also served as interim leader of Americold’s Technology organization. Nanda currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA).

The Global Innovation Center is currently open to Americold associates and is expected to welcome customers beginning in the first quarter of 2027.
