Five-unit pilot combines component development, prototyping and assembly as AIBotics works toward production validation

MIAMI, Oct. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AIBotics, Inc. (OTCID: AIBT) (“AIBotics” or the “Company”) announced today an update on development and manufacturing of PHILL ROBOT™, its proprietary AI-powered massage and wellness platform, as U.S.-based manufacturing partner 3DX Industries, Inc. (OTCID: DDDX) continues its support of the initial five-unit pilot program.

The pilot program is designed to establish the manufacturing processes, assembly procedures and quality standards needed to move PHILL from continued product development toward a repeatable production model. 3DX is providing component manufacturing, prototyping, assembly and manufacturing-development support while AIBotics retains responsibility for software, AI architecture, system integration and overall product performance.

PHILL requires close coordination among mechanical design, electronic components, software and robotic functionality. The manufacturing program draws on 3DX’s capabilities in metal additive manufacturing, advanced resin printing, precision CNC machining, finishing and assembly, allowing the physical design to be refined as the system progresses through its pilot stage.

The proposed sequence for completing the pilot is organized around engineering and design review; production and inspection of pilot components; mechanical and electronic assembly; AIBotics-led software and system integration; functional testing and any required refinements; and final acceptance of the five pilot units. This sequence is a planning framework and is subject to confirmation with 3DX, including the status and timing of each stage.

3DX Industries will provide a target delivery timetable for the five-unit PHILL pilot once the remaining manufacturing, integration, and validation requirements have been confirmed.

The five-unit pilot is intended to provide the technical and operational basis for any subsequent production planning. Decisions regarding expanded manufacturing, commercial rollout and customer deliveries will depend on completion of the pilot, demonstrated product performance, available financing and final production arrangements.

“Our priority is to turn PHILL’s design into a product that can be manufactured, integrated and tested consistently,” said Ben Kaplan, Chief Executive Officer of AIBotics. “The five-unit pilot is an important step in establishing that foundation. We want to define the work that remains, complete it systematically and communicate meaningful progress as PHILL moves toward commercialization.”

PHILL ROBOT™ is being developed as an AI-powered robotic wellness platform designed to provide personalized, on-demand massage and therapeutic-touch functions in homes, fitness and recovery facilities, hospitality properties and related environments. The platform combines a foldable robotic arm with adaptive AI control, interchangeable massage functions and connected software. AIBotics recently announced additional steps to protect the PHILL ROBOT™ trademark as development and commercialization efforts continue.

Cyabra’s 2026 U.S. Midterm Report finds about 1 in 9 posts about the candidates came from inauthentic accounts, at roughly the same rate for Republican and Democratic candidates

New York, NY, Oct. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cyabra, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYAB) (“Cyabra” or the “Company”), an artificial intelligence (“AI”)-powered narrative intelligence company that helps governments and enterprises detect coordinated manipulation and protect digital trust, today released Cyabra’s 2026 U.S. Midterm Report, an evidence-based narrative open-source intelligence analysis of inauthentic activity and coordination in online conversation.  The report adds election integrity to Cyabra’s national security work in the U.S. public sector, following the Company’s formation earlier this month of its National Security Advisory Council. Cyabra will further discuss the report at a December 9, 2026 luncheon with Carahsoft for public-sector leaders and election stakeholders.

The report examined six of the most competitive races of the 2026 cycle, the U.S. Senate contests in Kansas, Maine and Michigan and the governor’s races in Georgia, Nevada and Ohio. Cyabra analyzed about 274,000 posts and comments across X, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram from August 31 to October 19, with no sampling. For each race, Cyabra identified the leading narratives about both candidates, measured the rate of inauthentic profiles and content behind them, assessed whether that activity was coordinated, and traced how specific narratives were amplified. The report found:

  • About 1 in 9 posts about the candidates came from inauthentic accounts, at roughly the same rate for Republican and Democratic candidates. By platform, the share was about 1 in 4 on TikTok, 1 in 7 on X, 1 in 11 on Instagram and under 1 in 20 on Facebook.
  • Between 1 in 3 and 1 in 5 comments on a candidate’s own X account came from inauthentic accounts in most races, up to three times the overall rate.
  • In five of the six races, Cyabra identified coordinated inauthentic accounts with high confidence; in four, coordinated attacks hit both the Republican and Democratic candidates.
  • Inauthentic activity peaked around the candidate debates in mid-October, and such activity was still active in Ohio and Michigan when Cyabra’s analysis window closed on October 19.

During an election, a coordinated attack can look like a groundswell, and inauthentic accounts can pass for real voters. For governments, protecting elections from foreign and domestic disinformation and safeguarding national sovereignty both depend on knowing what is authentic, whether activity is coordinated and, where the evidence allows, who is behind it. Cyabra’s methodology gives election agencies early warning of influence operations and coordinated disinformation, with confidence-rated findings they can act on before false narratives take hold. It also measures narrative reach, sentiment and how much engagement comes from authentic versus inauthentic accounts.

“Influence operations are now a weapon system and public trust is being shaped by forces most citizens can’t see,” said Dan Brahmy, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cyabra. “We tracked the run-up to Election Day, so the picture is in hand while the cycle is still live, when knowing which activity is inauthentic and which activity is coordinated is most useful to the institutions responding to it. Our standard is the same for every candidate and every party. Evidence first, and conclusions only as far as the evidence goes.”

The next step comes on December 9, 2026, when Cyabra and Carahsoft will host a luncheon for public-sector leaders and election stakeholders, where Cyabra will introduce its global protocol for narrative open-source intelligence collection and analysis in elections. The protocol draws on Cyabra’s analysis of national elections in five countries and sets out how online political conversation is collected, how inauthentic and coordinated activity is identified and how findings are confidence-rated and reported. Additional details, including registration information, will be announced.

“Agencies need findings they can defend under scrutiny and brief up the chain,” said Keith E. Noble, Ph.D., VP, Public Sector North America, at Cyabra. “This report shows what that looks like in a live election. On December 9, 2026, we’ll introduce a global protocol, drawn from elections in five countries, that agencies can apply to their own elections.”

Cyabra is nonpartisan and every finding in the report is drawn from publicly available data. Both candidates in every race were assessed using the same method, platforms and time window. Races with little inauthentic activity are reported as plainly as races with a great deal. Where the report identifies coordination, it describes the behavior, states a confidence level and notes where attribution cannot be established. The report takes no position on any candidate, party, policy or electoral outcome.

The report builds on Cyabra’s recognition as a Market Shaper in the inaugural June 2026 Gartner® Emerging Market Quadrant for Narrative Intelligence – Startup Vendors, in which Gartner, Inc. formally defined and assessed the narrative intelligence market for the first time.¹

The full report and state-by-state analysis can be accessed here (https://cyabra.com/reports/coordinated-inauthentic-activity-in-the-2026-us-midterm-races/).

Gurijala Sarath lives in Gopinenipalem where he grows 27 acres of chilis, cotton, and paddy. He signed up to grow chili for TEROVA in 2014 as the first farmer in TEROVA’s chili program and is still a proud supplier today. The most significant benefit for famers like Sarath is economic – they are paid as soon as the dried chilis are accepted and given market price plus a premium for implementing sustainable practices that are certified by Rainforest Alliance/UEBT. TEROVA’s prompt payment and annual purchase from the farmers helps them reinvest in their farms and support their families.

Sarath’s experience during the past 12 years is an example of how TEROVA works with farmers to promote economic stability. Sarath started with 5 acres of land and through training, incorporated regenerative farming practices such as cover crops. Other benefits include:

  • Comprehensive Training: Farmers receive guidance to boost yields and ensure their crops meet export standards, unlocking access to better prices. Regenerative farming training includes integrated pest management (IPM) that uses colored sticky sheets on posts throughout the field to attract insect pests and trap them, helping the farmer know quickly when they have a pest issue and reducing the number of pests in a non-chemical way.
  • Essential Materials: IPM tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and drying nets are supplied to support safe and effective farming. Drying nets help the farmer reduce loss of chili during the drying process and prevent rocks or other foreign materials from being introduced into the crop.
  • Reliable Storage and Transport: TEROVA manages logistics, including cold storage and quality testing, to maintain product integrity and maximize value.
  • Prompt, Fair Payment: Farmers are paid on time—typically within 21 days—at market price plus a premium, with all transactions transparently documented.
  • Ongoing Field Support: There are dedicated field teams visit every 10 days on average, monitoring crops, identifying pests, and offering agronomic advice.

Now, TEROVA is working closely with the Griffith Foods regenerative agriculture team to implement more regenerative practices into the farmer’s education program. The current regenerative practices include no and low-till, cover crops, and pesticide management, with farmers selecting which practices to implement based on their knowledge of the land and crops.

At the 2025 Terova farmer awards, Sarath won Best Sustainability Award, highlighting his success in the program. Terova’s model demonstrates that responsible sourcing can deliver value for everyone involved. By investing in farmer training, fair compensation, and community wellbeing, Terova not only ensures a reliable supply of high-quality spices but also fosters resilient, thriving agricultural communities.
