  • Five-year Olympus follow-up data published in Therapeutic Advances in Urology reinforce the long-term durability of response with JELMYTO
  • Results demonstrate sustained disease control through extended follow-up among patients who achieved a complete response after treatment with JELMYTO
  • No progression to high-grade disease was observed during extended follow-up

PRINCETON, N.J., Oct. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — UroGen Pharma Ltd. (Nasdaq: URGN), a biotech company dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative therapies that treat urothelial and specialty cancers, today announced publication of final results from the Olympus long-term follow-up study in Therapeutic Advances in Urology, demonstrating the long-term durability of response with JELMYTO® (mitomycin) for pyelocalyceal solution in adult patients with low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer (LG-UTUC).

Among all 41 patients from the Olympus trial who achieved a complete response following primary chemoablation with JELMYTO (n=41), the median duration of response was 47.8 months, with a median follow-up of 28.1 months (95% CI: 13.1, 60.1). Twenty patients entered the long-term follow-up study with a median follow-up of 53.3 months (95% CI: 27.9, 72.8), and in these patients the median duration of response was not estimable (95% CI: 43.5, not estimable) due to the low event rate. As of March 2025, 75% (15/20) of patients in the long-term follow-up study remained event-free, and no progression to high-grade disease was observed.

“These five-year findings further demonstrate the long-term durability of response achieved with JELMYTO in adults with low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer,” said Phillip Pierorazio, MD, Chief of Urology, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and Professor of Surgery, Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and lead author of the study. “The sustained disease control observed during extended follow-up provides additional evidence supporting the long-term benefits of JELMYTO.”

Published in Therapeutic Advances in Urology, the five-year follow-up analysis builds upon previously published Olympus findings and provides extended follow-up of patients who achieved a complete response following treatment with JELMYTO. The publication reinforces the durability of response observed among patients who participated in the analysis.

“We are encouraged by the long-term clinical outcomes in patients who achieved a complete response following treatment with JELMYTO,” said Mark Schoenberg, MD, Chief Medical Officer, UroGen. “The publication of these five-year follow-up data supports JELMYTO as a kidney-sparing treatment option, providing patients with durable, long-lasting results. We look forward to pending real-world data regarding use of JELMYTO from the uTRACT Registry.”

About JELMYTO
JELMYTO® (mitomycin) for pyelocalyceal solution is a mitomycin-containing reverse thermal gel containing 4 mg mitomycin per mL gel approved for the treatment of adult patients with LG-UTUC. JELMYTO is a viscous liquid when cooled and becomes a semi-solid gel at body temperature. The drug slowly dissolves over four to six hours after instillation and is removed from the urinary tract by normal urine flow and voiding. It is approved for administration in a retrograde manner via ureteral catheter or antegrade through a nephrostomy tube. The delivery system allows the initial liquid to coat and conform to the upper urinary tract anatomy. The eventual semisolid gel allows for chemoablative therapy to remain in the collecting system for four to six hours without immediately being diluted or washed away by urine flow.

About Upper Tract Urothelial Cancer
Urothelial cancer is the ninth most common cancer globally and the eighth most lethal neoplasm in men in the United States. Between five percent and ten percent of primary urothelial cancers originate in the ureter or renal pelvis and are collectively referred to as UTUC. In the United States, there are approximately 6,000 – 7,000 new or recurrent LG-UTUC patients annually. Most cases are diagnosed in patients over 70 years old, and these older patients often have multiple comorbidities. There are limited treatment options for UTUC, with the most common being endoscopic surgery or nephroureterectomy (removal of the entire kidney and ureter). Treatment with endoscopic surgery can be associated with a high rate of recurrence and relapse.

About UroGen Pharma Ltd.
UroGen is a biotech company dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative solutions that treat urothelial and specialty cancers because patients deserve better options. UroGen has developed RTGel® reverse-thermal hydrogel, a proprietary sustained-release, hydrogel-based platform technology that has the potential to improve the therapeutic profiles of existing drugs. UroGen’s sustained release technology is designed to enable longer exposure of the urinary tract tissue to medications, making local therapy a potentially more effective treatment option. Our first product, JELMYTO (mitomycin) for pyelocalyceal solution, is approved to treat low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer, and our second product is approved for adult patients with recurrent LG-IR-NMIBC. Both products are designed to ablate tumors by non-surgical means. UroGen is headquartered in Princeton, NJ with operations in Israel. Targeted for Launch in 2028, Freedom Will Be the First U.S. Nuclear Fission Reactor-Powered Interplanetary Spacecraft

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: KTOS), a leading technology company in the defense, national security, and space domains, today announced a $33.6 million contract award to design, build, and deliver the power conversion system for NASA’s Space Reactor-1 Freedom. Kratos will be executing this work as a subcontractor to Sierra Lobo, Inc., under their NASA SpaceDOC III contract. Targeted for launch in 2028, SR-1 Freedom will be the first nuclear fission reactor-powered interplanetary spacecraft, designed to travel beyond Earth’s orbit to Mars, demonstrate advanced nuclear electric propulsion (NEP), and successfully deliver the SkyFall payload.

Under this subcontract, Kratos will provide a compact, space-qualified closed Brayton cycle power conversion system. This crucial component serves as the mechanical bridge between SR-1 Freedom’s onboard fission reactor and the spacecraft’s power distribution and electric propulsion subsystems. It converts the thermal energy generated by the reactor into the vital electrical power required to drive SR-1’s propulsion thrusters and sustain all critical spacecraft operations.

Nuclear electric propulsion utilizes a fission-based, nuclear power module to generate electricity, powering highly efficient electric thrusters rather than relying solely on conventional chemical thrusters. By accelerating charged particles to create a gentle but relentless thrust, NEP allows the spacecraft to gradually build immense velocity. Because they can operate continuously for months or years, NEP-equipped spacecraft can reach Mars utilizing significantly less propellant than traditional chemically propelled spacecraft. This unprecedented efficiency drastically reduces fuel requirements, freeing up critical mass for scientific instruments, cargo, and future crew-support equipment.

“Being selected to power SR-1 Freedom is a generational honor for Kratos,” said Stacey Rock, President of Kratos Turbine Technologies Division. “SR-1 is the spacecraft that turns space nuclear propulsion from concept into reality; it is the vehicle that will help answer whether America leads the third space race or watches it from the sidelines. By delivering the power conversion heart of SR-1 Freedom, Kratos is helping NASA give birth to the ‘Nuclear NASA’ that will open the outer solar system, shorten the path to Mars, and strengthen our national security in space.”

NASA has positioned the SR-1 Freedom mission as a cornerstone in a broader space nuclear initiative. The mission aims to launch the first U.S. space reactor since 1965, paving the way for a transformative era of deep space exploration. SR-1 Freedom is strategically structured to mitigate development risks and cultivate the necessary industrial base for future deep-space operations and will facilitate follow-on concepts like Lunar Reactor-1 (LR-1), which is envisioned as a sun-independent power source for NASA’s upcoming Moon Base efforts. The SR-1 Freedom contract adds to Kratos’ expanding portfolio of advanced propulsion, power, and hypersonics work. This milestone reinforces the company’s broader corporate strategy of leveraging strategic internal investments to support critical national security and next-generation space programs.

Year-over-year revenue growth for the third quarter of 35.9% driven primarily by expanding commercial customer base across healthcare, aerospace and data center markets

Year-to-date book-to-bill of 1.46x reflects strong demand and robust pipeline
across defense and commercial markets

Management increases revenue growth guidance to approximately 40% for 2026, from its prior guidance of 25% to 30%, as a result of stronger than expected third quarter sales and orders

ESCONDIDO, Calif., Oct. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — One Stop Systems, Inc. (“OSS” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: OSS), a leader in rugged Enterprise Class compute for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), autonomy and sensor processing at the edge, reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. Third quarter and nine-month comparisons are to the same year-ago periods unless otherwise noted. On December 30, 2025, the Company closed a definitive agreement to sell all assets and operations of Bressner Technology GmbH. All operations, assets, and liabilities associated with the sale of Bressner have been classified as discontinued operations.

“Our third quarter results were better than expected and reflect accelerating momentum across our business, supported by growing demand for our Enterprise Class compute solutions and the expanding diversity of our customer base,” stated OSS President and CEO, Mike Knowles. “We are particularly encouraged by the composition of our third quarter revenue growth, which was primarily driven by higher sales to commercial customers across healthcare, commercial aerospace, and specialized data center applications, complementing our established strength and continued momentum in defense markets. Expanding customer diversification, combined with higher average order values, reflects growing demand for our differentiated compute solutions across multiple end markets.”

“Our pipeline remains robust, with a year-to-date book-to-bill ratio of 1.46x reflecting strong underlying demand for our solutions. While third quarter bookings were influenced by the timing of customer orders, we expect several large, multimillion-dollar orders to close during the fourth quarter and continue to advance what we believe to be potentially transformative opportunities across our core defense and commercial markets. We believe these opportunities reflect our strengthening competitive position and provide a solid foundation for sustained growth,” continued Mr. Knowles.

“Third quarter adjusted EBITDA increased 33.7% year-over-year to $0.3 million. In the quarter, we recognized $0.5 million of bad debt expense related to the bankruptcy filing of a former customer and $0.4 million of legal expenses related to a previously disclosed settlement with a former customer. Excluding these two items, third quarter adjusted EBITDA would have been approximately $1.2 million, or nearly 10% of third quarter total revenue, demonstrating the underlying profitability and operating leverage of our business. We are excited about the opportunities ahead in the fourth quarter and as we enter 2027, and remain confident in our ability to drive sustainable, profitable growth and long-term shareholder value,” concluded Mr. Knowles.

2026 Third-Quarter Financial Summary

Total revenue from continuing operations increased to $12.6 million, from $9.3 million in the third quarter of 2025. The 35.9% year-over-year increase in total revenue was driven by revenue generated from new customers in 2026 and from higher production volumes with certain existing customers. Key drivers of the revenue increase included initial deliveries to a new customer developing a network of autonomous energy nodes engineered to power compute payloads, higher production deliveries to a commercial aerospace customer for in-flight entertainment systems, and higher sales to a medical imaging OEM to support a breast cancer screening application.

Gross margin from continuing operations was 42.6% for the three months ended September 30, 2026, compared to 45.6% in the prior year quarter. The year-over-year decrease in gross margin percentage was primarily driven by product mix, partially offset by more favorable manufacturing absorption.

Total operating expenses from continuing operations increased 33.7% to $6.2 million. The $1.6 million year-over-year increase in operating expenses was primarily due to $0.5 million of bad debt expense recognized for a receivable with a former customer that entered bankruptcy, $0.4 million of legal fees associated with a previously disclosed legal settlement with a former customer, and $0.5 million of higher stock-based compensation expense due to a higher grant date fair value of RSUs expensed in the current year period. Total operating expenses were partially offset by lower year-over-year R&D expenses.

The Company reported a loss from continuing operations of $0.6 million, or $0.02 per diluted share for the three months ended September 30, 2026, as compared to a loss from continuing operations of $0.4 million, or $0.02 per share, in the prior year period. The Company reported non-GAAP net income from continuing operations of $0.3 million, or $0.01 per diluted share, compared to non-GAAP net income of $31,000, or $0.00 per share, in the prior year period.

Adjusted EBITDA, from continuing operations, a non-GAAP metric, was $0.3 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026, compared to adjusted EBITDA, from continuing operations, of $0.2 million in the prior year period. Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter of 2026 included expenses of $0.5 million for a bad debt expense and $0.4 million of legal fees associated with the previously disclosed legal settlement with a former customer. 2026 third quarter adjusted EBITDA excluding these expenses would have been $1.2 million.

Net cash used in continuing operations for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, was $12.4 million, compared to net cash used in continuing operations of $5.9 million in the prior year period. 2026 year-to-date net cash included a $6.25 million legal settlement that occurred in the 2026 second quarter, and a year-to-date increase of $7.8 million in inventories to support expected revenue growth.

As of September 30, 2026, the Company reported cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments of $18.9 million, and total working capital of $37.9 million, compared to cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments of $31.2 million, restricted cash of $2.2 million and total working capital of $45.3 million at December 31, 2025.

2026 Nine Month Financial Summary

Total revenue from continuing operations increased to $30.0 million, compared to $20.2 million for the same period last year. The 48.3% year-over-year increase in total revenue was driven by revenue generated from new customers in 2026 and from higher production volume with certain existing customers. Key drivers of the revenue increase included higher sales to support the P-8A Poseidon reconnaissance aircraft, higher sales to a medical imaging OEM to support a breast cancer screening application, higher sales for military applications onboard naval vessels and aircraft, initial deliveries to a new customer developing a network of autonomous energy nodes, and higher revenue from customer-funded development programs.

Gross margin from continuing operations was 43.9%, as compared to 44.4% in the prior year. The slight year-over-year decrease in gross margin percentage was primarily driven by product mix, partially offset by more favorable manufacturing absorption and higher engineering efficiencies on customer funded development programs.

Total operating expenses increased 56.5% to $22.4 million, from $14.3 million for the same period last year. The $8.0 million year-over-year increase in operating expenses included a $6.25 million charge related to the legal settlement in the second quarter, as well as a $0.5 million of bad debt expense, primarily driven by provision for a receivable with a former customer that entered bankruptcy, $0.7 million of legal fees associated with a previously disclosed legal settlement with a former customer, and $0.9 million of higher stock-based compensation expense due to a higher grant date fair value of RSUs expensed in the current year period. Total operating expenses were partially offset by lower year-over-year R&D expenses.

OSS reported a loss from continuing operations of $8.3 million, or $0.33 per share, as compared to a loss from continuing operations of $5.1 million, or $0.24 per share, in the prior year. The Company reported non-GAAP net income from continuing operations of $0.4 million, or $0.02 per share, compared to a non-GAAP net loss from continuing operations of $3.7 million, or $0.17 per share in the prior year.

Adjusted EBITDA income, from continuing operations, a non-GAAP metric, was $0.1 million, compared to an adjusted EBITDA loss, from continuing operations, of $3.2 million in the prior year period. Adjusted EBITDA for the first nine-months of 2026 included $0.5 million for a bad debt expense associated with the bankruptcy of a former customer and $0.7 million of legal fees associated with the previously-disclosed legal settlement with a former customer. 2026 year-to-date adjusted EBITDA excluding these expenses would have been $1.4 million.

Income from Discontinued Operations, net of Income Taxes

Income from discontinued operations consists of income from the Company’s Bressner Technologies subsidiary, which was sold on December 30, 2025. Income from discontinued operations also includes the gain recognized on the sale.

The Company recorded no income or loss from discontinued operations, net of income taxes, for the three months ended September 30, 2026, compared to income of $0.6 million in the prior year. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, loss from discontinued operations, net of income taxes, was $0.2 million, compared to income from discontinued operations, net of income taxes, of $1.4 million in the prior year. The loss in the current year period was due to post-transaction adjustments to the gain on sale of the Bressner business for final net working capital balances.

2026 Full Year Outlook

The Company is executing a strategic plan targeting both commercial and defense markets, aiming to provide integrated solutions and establish OSS as a platform incumbent on large, multi-year programs. This approach is expected to drive long-term value by increasing predictable, recurring revenue and building a strong, multi-year backlog.

Based on its current performance and business outlook, OSS is increasing its full-year 2026 revenue growth guidance. We believe that the Company’s expectations for 2026 reflect better than expected growth across its core defense and commercial markets and expected higher customer-funded development revenue compared with 2025. The Company also continues to monitor potential supply chain constraints affecting certain components, including memory, and the current outlook for the federal government budget. Changes in these assumptions could positively or negatively affect OSS’s 2026 results.

For the full year of 2026, OSS expects:

  • Revenue growth of approximately 40%, compared to prior guidance of 25% to 30%
  • Gross margin of approximately 40%-42%
  • Adjusted EBITDA of $0.5 million to $1.0 million

Non-GAAP Financial Measures

We believe that the use of adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, or adjusted EBITDA, is helpful for an investor to assess the performance of the Company. The Company defines adjusted EBITDA as income (loss) before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization, acquisition expense, impairment of long-lived assets, financing costs, government funded programs, fair value adjustments from purchase accounting, stock-based compensation expense, and expenses related to discontinued operations. Adjusted EBITDA also excludes the impact of the legal settlement agreement.

Adjusted EBITDA is not a measurement of financial performance under generally accepted accounting principles in the United States, or GAAP. Because of varying available valuation methodologies, subjective assumptions and the variety of equity instruments that can impact a company’s non-cash operating expenses, we believe that providing a non-GAAP financial measure that excludes non-cash and non-recurring expenses allows for meaningful comparisons between our core business operating results and those of other companies, as well as providing us with an important tool for financial and operational decision making and for evaluating our own core business operating results over different periods of time.

Our adjusted EBITDA measure may not provide information that is directly comparable to that provided by other companies in our industry, as other companies in our industry may calculate non-GAAP financial results differently, particularly related to non-recurring and unusual items. Our adjusted EBITDA is not a measurement of financial performance under GAAP and should not be considered as an alternative to operating income or as an indication of operating performance or any other measure of performance derived in accordance with GAAP. We do not consider adjusted EBITDA to be a substitute for, or superior to, the information provided by GAAP financial results.

Adjusted EPS excludes the impact of certain items and, therefore, has not been calculated in accordance with GAAP. We believe that exclusion of certain selected items assists in providing a more complete understanding of our underlying results and trends and allows for comparability with our peer company index and industry. We use this measure along with the corresponding GAAP financial measures to manage our business and to evaluate our performance compared to prior periods and the marketplace. The Company defines non-GAAP income (loss) as income or (loss) before amortization, government funded programs, impairment of long lived assets, stock-based compensation, expenses related to discontinued operations, and acquisition costs. Non-GAAP income (loss) also excludes the impact of the legal settlement agreement. Adjusted EPS expresses adjusted income (loss) on a per share basis using weighted average diluted shares outstanding.

Adjusted EPS is a non-GAAP financial measure and should not be considered in isolation or as a substitute for financial information provided in accordance with GAAP. These non-GAAP financial measures may not be computed in the same manner as similarly titled measures used by other companies. We expect to continue to incur expenses similar to the adjusted income from continuing operations and adjusted EPS financial adjustments described above, and investors should not infer from our presentation of these non-GAAP financial measures that these costs are unusual, infrequent or non-recurring.

Submission backed by clinical data from two clinical studies representing 168 subjects demonstrating quality of life improvements and an approximately 40% reduction in neuropathic pain scores in the active treatment group

ROCKAWAY, N.J., Oct. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — electroCore, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECOR), (“electroCore” or the “Company”), a bioelectronic technology company, today announced that it has submitted a 510(k) premarket notification to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) seeking 510(k) clearance for its Quell® wearable neuromodulation platform (“Quell”) for the treatment of chronic chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN).

CIPN is a common and potentially persistent complication of certain neurotoxic cancer therapies that can significantly affect pain, sensation, physical function, and quality of life. There are currently no drugs or devices approved or cleared by the FDA with an indication specific to CIPN. Current management relies on therapies approved or cleared for other conditions, including off-label treatments. If cleared, Quell would be [among] the first FDA-cleared device[s] with a labeled indication specifically for chronic CIPN.

The 510(k) submission is supported by clinical evidence from two studies involving a total of 168 subjects, including a 142-subject randomized controlled trial and a 26-subject open-label study. Across the studies, treatment with Quell was associated with improvements in CIPN-related symptoms and quality-of-life measures. In the active treatment group, neuropathic pain scores decreased by approximately 40%, compared with approximately 24-33% in the sham group. In an analysis that was not pre-specified of subjects with moderate to severe pain at baseline, neuropathic pain scores decreased by approximately 50% in the active group compared with approximately 30% in the sham group.

The EORTC QLQ-CIPN20 (European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire – Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy 20-item scale) is a validated patient-reported outcome measure used to assess the severity of peripheral neuropathy symptoms in cancer patients receiving neurotoxic chemotherapy. In the 142-subject randomized controlled trial, subjects treated with Quell demonstrated an 11.6% improvement in EORTC-CIPN20 scores compared with an 8.7% improvement in the sham control group. The between-group difference met the study’s pre-specified statistical significance threshold of 0.2, which was selected because the proof-of-concept study was designed to evaluate preliminary efficacy. In the 26-subject single-site, open-label feasibility study, the 22 subjects who completed the six-week treatment period demonstrated a 13% improvement in EORTC-CIPN20 scores. Across the clinical program, Quell-related adverse events were generally infrequent, mild and self-limiting.

“Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy can persist long after cancer treatment has ended and can have a profound impact on patients’ daily lives,” said Peter S. Staats, M.D., MBA, Chief Medical Officer of electroCore. “The clinical evidence supporting this submission is particularly encouraging because it includes data from a randomized controlled trial shows encouraging improvements in symptoms that matter to patients, including neuropathic pain and quality of life. Following our interactions with the FDA, we have determined to pursue the 510(k) pathway for this indication. Submitting our 510(k) is an important step toward potentially bringing patients and clinicians a non-pharmacologic treatment option for this difficult-to-treat condition, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with the Agency during its review.”

The submission builds upon clinical data generated with the Quell platform and represents an opportunity for electroCore to expand its neuromodulation portfolio into oncology supportive care. Because the studies supporting the submission have already been completed, the Company has been able to advance the program to this regulatory milestone while leveraging its existing technology platform, clinical evidence, and organizational infrastructure.

A 510(k) premarket notification is intended to demonstrate that a device is substantially equivalent to a legally marketed predicate device. FDA review of the submission will determine whether Quell is substantially equivalent to a legally marketed predicate device for the proposed indication. Submission of a 510(k) does not guarantee that FDA will clear the device, and FDA may request additional information during its review.

About Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy

Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy is a frequent adverse effect of several commonly used cancer therapies and may include pain, numbness, tingling, sensory abnormalities, and impaired function. For some patients, symptoms persist for months or years after completion of chemotherapy and can substantially affect quality of life. Despite its clinical burden, treatment options remain limited. There are currently no therapies approved or cleared by the FDA with a labeled indication specifically for CIPN, and patients are commonly treated with therapies approved or cleared for other conditions.

Such forward-looking statements include, but are not limited to, statements about the FDA’s review of the Company’s 510(k) premarket notification for Quell for the treatment of CIPN, the timing and outcome of that review, and the anticipated commercialization of Quell for CIPN, the Company’s future business strategies, growth opportunities, prospects, product development, and market expansion, and other statements that are not historical in nature, particularly those that utilize terminology such as “anticipates,” “will,” “expects,” “believes,” “intends,” and other words of similar meaning, derivations of such words and the use of future dates. Actual results could differ from those projected in any forward-looking statements due to numerous factors. Such factors include, among others, the preliminary nature of the clinical evidence, which was generated using a proof-of-concept study design, the possibility that the FDA may determine that Quell is not substantially equivalent to a predicate device, which could require the Company to pursue a De Novo classification request or other regulatory pathway, or may clear Quell for a narrower indication than requested, the possibility that the FDA may request additional clinical data or information, which could delay or prevent clearance, the ability to use strategic partnerships to provide more accessibility to those looking to purchase our consumer devices, the inherent uncertainties associated with developing new products or technologies, the ability to commercialize its products, electroCore’s results of operations and financial performance, inflation and currency fluctuations, and any expectations electroCore may have with respect thereto, competition in the industry in which electroCore operates, competition from existing therapies, including drugs and devices approved or cleared for other indications that are used to manage CIPN symptoms, which physicians and payors may continue to prefer, and which may limit market acceptance of, or reimbursement for, Quell for CIPN if cleared, and overall economic and market conditions. Any forward-looking statements are made as of the date of this press release, and electroCore assumes no obligation to update the forward-looking statements or to update the reasons why actual results could differ from those projected in the forward-looking statements, except as required by law.
