ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 313
10 September 2026

Annual Report 2025/26 (1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026)

Positioning ChemoMetec for future growth

Despite changes and uncertainty affecting ChemoMetec’s markets, revenue grew by 3% to DKK 511.1 million in 2025/26 whilst EBITDA grew from DKK 258.0 million to DKK 281.3 million. The growth was driven by increased sales of new instruments and services, with sales of XcytoMatic instruments rising from DKK 27.7 million to DKK 61.8 million. Towards the end of the financial year, we noted a further increase in demand for the more recent products, in part due to the phasing out of older instruments.

“We are in the midst of a period of significant change in our markets – in part as a result of our customers’ strong focus on automation. Over the past year, we have therefore taken a number of important steps to place ChemoMetec in a position to be able to leverage these new opportunities. The launch of our XcytoMatic products, including the replacement of the NC-200 with the NC-203, and increased collaboration with other leading players in our field give us a solid foundation for driving growth in the coming years.

In many cases, ChemoMetec is chosen as supplier of cell counting equipment, and we also see a number of customers purchasing a combination of our products, as the instruments are suitable for different functions within their respective organisations. This is in part attributable to the fact that, with our new XcytoMatic platform, we are one of the only suppliers whose products can be integrated into larger automation solutions, and that we also supply state-of-the-art semi-automated cell counters for smaller integrated setups. We thus supply equipment that meets our customers’ wide-ranging needs and varying degrees of automation.

Over the past few years, we have worked on strengthening our position in the bioprocessing sector, and our XcytoMatic products and our customers’ focus on automation have opened up new opportunities for ChemoMetec. To enable us to offer our customers the overall automation solutions they request, we devoted considerable resources in the past year to establishing collaborations with partners in the industry. In particular, we are looking to establish partnerships with suppliers providing solutions to bioprocessing customers worldwide, and we are very confident that such partnerships will make a contribution to our growth in the coming years and help us build a stronger market position in the bioprocessing sector.

In the coming year, our primary focus will be on further stepping up the marketing of our latest XcytoMatic products, for example through partnerships, continuing the development of the XcytoMatic platform, including the XcytoMatic Octopus software solution, establishing new partnerships and further developing existing ones, as well as on continuing to strengthen our organisation. Another major undertaking in the coming years will be replacing the NC-200 with the NC-203, and the work involved in driving increased sales through the new partnerships and jointly developing integration solutions will also require significant and focused efforts,” says Martin Helbo Behrens, CEO.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Apollo Silver Corp. (“Apollo” or the “Company”) (TSX.V:APGO, OTCQB:APGOF, Frankfurt:6ZF) reports that Ejido Benito Juárez (the “Ejido”), located in Buenaventura Municipality, Chihuahua, Mexico, has scheduled a community assembly at which members of the Ejido are expected to vote on lifting the moratorium on mineral exploration and development affecting lands which include the Cinco de Mayo project (the “Project”), which is optioned by the Company, as well as the acceptance of a long-term access agreement. The moratorium, which has been in place since 2012, represents a key outstanding condition for advancement of the Project.

The assembly is expected to take place on September 20, 2026, in accordance with the Ejido’s established governance procedures.

“We are encouraged by the progress of this process and by the strength of the relationships we have built at the community level,” said Colin Sutherland, President and Chief Executive Officer of Apollo. “The Company respects the autonomy of the Ejido and its decision-making processes, and we look forward to continuing an open, transparent and constructive dialogue with local stakeholders.”

This upcoming assembly represents a pivotal milestone for the Project. It will be the first time since the Ejido imposed its moratorium in 2012, more than a decade ago, that the community will get to vote on rescinding the ban and re-opening the path to exploration and development at Cinco de Mayo. A vote in favour of the proposed long-term access agreement would resolve the single largest impediment to advancing the Project and would represent a defining moment in the Company’s efforts to unlock the full potential of one of the largest undeveloped silver resources in the Americas.

The Company is not a participant in the assembly or its voting process, and respects that this is a matter for the community to decide. The Company’s future activities will continue to be guided by the results of the vote, together with applicable regulatory approvals and its ongoing engagement with the community.

About Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo is an approximate 25,000-hectare property located in the north central part of Chihuahua State, Mexico, approximately 190 kilometres northwest of the state capital of Chihuahua City in the Buenaventura Municipality. The Project is prospective for and hosts carbonate replacement type deposits including the Upper Manto Pb-Zn-Ag (Au) deposit, which consists of two parallel and overlapping manto deposits referred to as the Jose Manto and the Bridge Zone. An independent technical report and Mineral Resource estimate (“MRE”) on the Upper Manto deposit was prepared in 2012 by Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (“RPA”). At a NSR cut-off of US$100/t, Inferred MRE was estimated to total 12.45 million tonnes at 132 grams per tonne silver, 2.86 per cent lead and 6.47 per cent zinc and 0.24 gram per tonne gold (See Apollo’s news release dated March 7, 2025). The total contained metals in the historical resource were 52.7 million ounces of silver, 785 million pounds of lead, 1,777 million pounds of zinc and 96,000 ounces of gold. See cautionary statement below.

A potential new discovery, called the Pegaso Zone was not included in the 2012 historical MRE. Apollo’s technical team considers this intersection as a high priority target that has potential to be a significant new discovery. The Company’s initial review of historical data suggests that the Pegaso Zone could indicate a larger and higher-grade resource at depth.

About Apollo Silver Corp.

Apollo is advancing one of the largest undeveloped primary silver projects in the US. The Calico project hosts a large, bulk minable silver deposit with significant barite and zinc credits – recognized as critical minerals essential to the US energy and medical sectors. The Company also holds an option on the Cinco de Mayo Project in Chihuahua, Mexico, which is host to a major carbonate replacement (CRD) deposit that is both high-grade and large tonnage. Apollo is well positioned to advance the assets and deliver value through exploration and development.

Originally published on Aflac Newsroom

On a Friday afternoon, when many people were looking ahead to weekend plans, 31 Aflac employees gathered in a Columbus, Georgia, warehouse with a different purpose in mind. Surrounded by stacks of freshly cut lumber, power tools and workstations, they rolled up their sleeves to build something that would have a lasting impact on the lives of local children.

Their destination was Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), a nonprofit organization with more than 400 chapters nationwide and a simple but powerful mission: ensuring that no child sleeps on the floor. The need is significant. Across the country, more than 108,000 children are currently waiting for a bed, including nearly 2,000 in the Columbus area alone.

In just three hours, Aflac volunteers transformed raw materials into 20 completed beds. Teams measured, cut and sanded lumber, assembled frames, stained wood and stacked slats — each step bringing them closer to providing a safe, comfortable place for a child to sleep.

For Ryan Walker, Aflac Compliance Resource Manager and longtime volunteer leader with the local SHP chapter, the impact of the organization’s work extends far beyond furniture.

“For many children, receiving a bed is transformative,” Walker shared with fellow volunteers. “It can mean better sleep, improved health, stronger focus in school and a renewed sense of self-worth. A bed becomes more than a piece of furniture — it becomes a foundation for growth and stability.”

The opportunity to make a tangible difference inspired employees to volunteer their time. The Columbus build was followed by a similar effort in June, when Aflac employees in Omaha partnered with their local SHP chapter to build and deliver beds for children in their community.

“I love the enthusiasm that SHP has about not allowing a child to sleep on a floor another night,” said Chevy Ingersoll, Aflac Sales Compliance Incentives Specialist. “I feel so blessed and honored to work for a company that gives us opportunities to come together as a team and serve our community. We enjoy working alongside one another because we know we’re making a difference — not only in the lives of others, but within our organization as well.”

For Compliance Analyst Yvonne Corbin, this volunteer opportunity especially meaningful. She and her family have supported Sleep in Heavenly Peace for years, and she welcomed the chance to introduce more colleagues to a cause close to her heart.

Person using wood working tools

“Each experience is more meaningful than the last,” Corbin said. “Helping fulfill SHP’s mission alongside my colleagues is nearly as rewarding as seeing the joy on a child’s face when they receive a bed of their own.”

Volunteers may choose to help deliver and assemble the beds in the children’s homes. Each delivery includes a brand-new mattress, pillow and bedding set, turning a simple bed frame into a complete place of comfort and security.

While the beds built by Aflac employees will help reduce the growing waiting list, the need remains ongoing. Community members can support Sleep in Heavenly Peace by volunteering, donating funds or providing new bedding for children in need. In addition to other factors, the following are important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those discussed in the forward-looking statements: (1) the Company’s ability to estimate accurately the time and resources necessary to meet applicable testing standards, reporting frameworks and emissions targets, as well as the cost and availability of capital required for such projects; (2) evolving standards and frameworks, including those related to tracking and reporting GHG and methane emissions; (3) changes in the Company’s business, including acquisitions or other expansions of the Company’s property, plant and equipment; (4) disallowance by applicable regulatory bodies of appropriate rate recovery for system modernization; (5) the development and performance of new technology and products, services and programs, particularly those related to energy efficiency and emission reductions; (6) governmental initiatives or market pressures to reduce or eliminate reliance on natural gas, and the viability of energy-transition-related opportunities, including adaptation of the Company’s existing assets; and (7) the other risks and uncertainties described in (i) the Company’s most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K at Item 7, MD&A and Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q at Part I, Item 2, MD&A, in each case under the heading “Safe Harbor for Forward-Looking Statements,” and (ii) the “Risk Factors” included in the Company’s most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K at Item 1A, as updated by the Company’s Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for subsequent quarters at Part II, Item 1A. The Company disclaims any obligation to update any forward-looking statements to reflect events or circumstances after the date hereof.
