Previously announced follow-on orders from an existing governmental intelligence customer reflect continued operational use of Maris-Tech’s edge video and AI technology in mission-critical, bandwidth-constrained environments

Rehovot, Israel, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Maris-Tech Ltd. (Nasdaq: MTEK, MTEKW) (“Maris-Tech” or the “Company”), a global provider of video and artificial intelligence (“AI”)-based edge computing technology, today provided an update highlighting a series of previously announced orders from an existing governmental customer operating in the intelligence gathering domain, including follow-on orders announced in June 2026 and an additional follow-on order announced in August 2026.

The June orders extended the ongoing deployment of Maris-Tech’s edge video and AI systems and reflected continued operational use in mission-critical environments. The August order continued a series of product deployments with the same customer, which is already operating Maris-Tech systems in the field for intelligence gathering applications, and followed earlier orders announced in March, April and June 2026.

Taken together, the orders reinforce the customer’s sustained use of the Company’s solutions for real-time video capture, processing and transmission directly at the point of collection, including in bandwidth-constrained conditions.

Israel Bar, Chief Executive Officer of Maris-Tech, said: “The repeat orders we have received from a customer already operating our systems in the field are the clearest signal we can ask for. An additional order from that same customer provides meaningful validation of both the technology and our ability to support its operational requirements. We believe these previously announced orders demonstrate how our solutions perform when they matter.”

Maris-Tech continues to support intelligence and defense-related applications with edge-based video and AI technologies designed for deployment in complex operational conditions.

DENVER, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — (247marketnews.com) — NeOnc Technologies Holdings (NASDAQ: NTHI) is sending investors a signal that is impossible to ignore.

The company’s CEO, President and director, Amir F. Heshmatpour, just bought another 37,000 shares of NTHI at $3.6654 apiece, putting approximately $136,000 of his own money behind the stock and the timing is what makes this purchase particularly intriguing.

NeOnc had just announced a $15 million registered direct offering at $4.20 per share, meaning Heshmatpour’s latest purchase occurred at a substantial discount to the financing price.

That is not the kind of insider transaction small-cap biotech traders casually dismiss.

Heshmatpour has been buying NTHI repeatedly and he isn’t the only insider who has been putting money behind the company. In August, Heshmatpour bought additional shares, while founder and Chief Scientific Officer Thomas C. Chen also made substantial purchases.

The Clinical Catalyst

NeOnc reported topline Phase 2a results for NEO100 in recurrent IDH1-mutant high-grade glioma. The company reported a 48.9% six-month progression-free survival rate, versus a pre-specified 20% benchmark.

Even more eye-catching: the company reported a 26.09-month median overall survival.

Five of 24 patients remained on treatment at the data cutoff, including one patient with progression-free survival approaching 19 months and another with an ongoing partial response. For a company operating in one of oncology’s toughest areas, those numbers naturally attracted attention, but the real story may be what comes next.

NeOnc says it plans to request a Type B meeting with the FDA to discuss the potential registrational path for NEO100. CEO Heshmatpour said the company’s priority is “to engage with the FDA and align on the most efficient path toward a registrational study,” which is a major potential inflection point.

If FDA discussions produce a viable path forward, NEO100 could move from an intriguing clinical-stage asset toward a potentially registrational development program, which makes the insider buying even more interesting, because Heshmatpour is buying after clinical data have been released and while the company is pursuing regulatory discussions.

The Blood-Brain Barrier

There is another piece investors cannot ignore: the blood-brain barrier.

Brain tumors are notoriously difficult to treat because getting drugs into the brain is itself a major challenge. NeOnc’s NEO100 program uses intranasal delivery designed to facilitate delivery to the brain through olfactory and trigeminal pathways.

If that approach can translate into meaningful clinical benefit, the opportunity could extend well beyond one small study.

NEO100’s Phase 2a study was small, open-label and single-arm. Larger studies are needed. FDA discussions do not guarantee a registrational pathway, or approval.

The company has simultaneously been advancing NEO100 and NEO212, raising capital and moving toward additional clinical and regulatory milestones.

For investors hunting for small-cap biotech names before major catalysts, that’s the part of the story that deserves attention, and if NEO100’s clinical signal ultimately translates into a successful registrational program, today’s insider buying could look considerably more significant in hindsight.

Sanofi and Cheplapharm to create new strategic partnership in mature medicines

Paris, September 14, 2026. Sanofi and Cheplapharm, a European leader in well-established medicines, today announced their intention to create a strategic partnership under which Cheplapharm would take over from Sanofi a selection of 20 mature medicines and three manufacturing sites worldwide. In return, Sanofi will receive a 26.4% equity stake in Cheplapharm, building on a collaboration that started in 2014.
The partnership is based on a shared conviction: that innovative medicines and certain mature medicines have different needs and should benefit from operating models tailored to their specific manufacturing, regulatory and commercial requirements. Cheplapharm’s specialized expertise will ensure these medicines continue to meet patients’ needs throughout the next stage of their lifecycle.

“Our multi-year journey to simplify our mature portfolio has enabled us to focus on innovation while ensuring mature medicines continue to reach patients who need them. Cheplapharm has been a trusted partner for more than a decade and this transaction significantly builds on its prior acquisitions from Sanofi’s mature medicines portfolio. This new partnership, together with our equity stake in Cheplapharm, underscores our commitment to ensuring patients continue to benefit from today’s essential medicines while also pursuing tomorrow’s breakthroughs,” said Thomas Grenier, Executive Vice President, General Medicines, Sanofi.

“This partnership marks a major milestone for Cheplapharm. Through this project, we are incorporating products that complement our extensive portfolio, as well as the expertise and manufacturing capabilities required to produce a flagship product, Lovenox®/Clexane®. This represents a long-term pharmaceutical and industrial commitment: to invest in our sites and their expertise, to preserve rare skills, and to ensure the long-term availability of these treatments for patients.” “We are proud to pursue this ambition alongside Sanofi,” said Edeltraud Lafer and Sebastian Braun, both Co-CEOs of Cheplapharm.

As part of the project, three manufacturing sites would be transferred to Cheplapharm: Csanyikvölgy in Hungary (c.400 employees), Jurong in Singapore (c.100 employees), and Ploërmel in France (c.65 employees). The teams would continue their activities with existing employment arrangements and collective agreements maintained. Sanofi and Cheplapharm will work closely together to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of supply in compliance with the highest manufacturing quality standards.

The commercial transfer of the medicine portfolio is planned to begin in the first quarter of 2027, followed by the transfer of the sites, subject to employee information and consultation procedures with employee representatives, regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to be fully completed by the third quarter of 2027.

For Cheplapharm, this partnership represents an important step ensuring the continuity of its strategic growth. For Sanofi, it will enable the company to continue focusing its efforts on innovation, while supporting certain established medicines through the next stage of their lifecycle.

Financial considerations for Sanofi
The proposed transaction is not expected to have any impact on Sanofi’s financial guidance for 2026. The medicines being divested from Sanofi include Lovenox/Clexane (enoxaparin)1. Additional financial details are expected to be provided at a later stage.

Founder and CEO outlines NextNRG’s vision, technology platform and path forward

MIAMI, FL, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — NextNRG, Inc. (Nasdaq: NXXT) (“NextNRG” or the “Company”), a pioneer in AI-driven energy innovation transforming how energy is produced, managed, and delivered, today announced that Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Michael D. Farkas, has issued the following letter to the Company’s shareholders outlining his perspective on NextNRG’s business, technology platform and opportunities ahead:

Letter to Our Shareholders

I have spent the better part of my career building companies in industries that were changing before the market fully understood where they were going. I founded NextNRG with the same conviction: that the way businesses produce, store and use energy is changing, and that the companies willing to build for that future will have an opportunity to create lasting value.

I still believe that as strongly as I did when we started. I want to take this opportunity to speak directly to you about where we are headed.

The market will always put a price on a company. Our job is to build the company that ultimately determines what that price is worth. That is where my focus is.

NextNRG is building an integrated energy platform around a simple idea: businesses need more agency over how they generate, store and use energy. Our opportunity is to bring together the technology, infrastructure and operating capabilities to help them do that.

We have spent years building the foundation for that opportunity. We have developed technology, established an operating business, secured agreements and developed a pipeline of projects that we believe can become sources of future revenue, including, in the healthcare sector alone, multiple facility projects at different stages of development.

Projects like these take real time to move from an agreement to operational, and that timeline is not always visible from the outside. But the work behind the scenes is real, and it is where our team remains focused.

And we are beginning to see opportunities to extend the value of capabilities we have already built beyond their original purpose.

That is how I think about NextNRG’s future. We are building on what we have already created while continuing to look for opportunities to expand the value of our technology and infrastructure. The goal is not to chase every opportunity. It is to build businesses around capabilities we believe have real value, and to execute against opportunities we believe make sense for NextNRG.

There is more in the pipeline, and we will announce each project when it is signed, not before. Our focus is on turning the opportunities in front of us into operating projects and new sources of revenue.

I founded NextNRG. I am deeply invested in its future, and I have not sold a share of my position.

Our job now is to execute and be straightforward with our shareholders about how it is going.

I believe in what we are building, and I believe the opportunity ahead of NextNRG is significant.

Michael D. Farkas
