VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — HI-VIEW RESOURCES INC. (“Hi-View” or the “Company”) (CSE: GXLD; OTCQB: GXLDF; FSE: B630) announces that it has acquired the Jim Property in the Toodoggone Gold & Copper District of northern British Columbia. The Property is contiguous to Thesis Gold & Silver’s land package and lies near Evergold Corp.’s Golden Lion project.

R Nick Horsley, Chief Executive Officer of Hi-View, commented: “The Jim Property acquisition further adds to our existing land position in the Toodoggone district. The property is surrounded by Thesis Gold & Silver’s northern land package. With a gossanous zone visible at surface, we believe this could indicate hidden sulphide mineralization at depth, possibly associated with a copper porphyry system. We see this as a target worth following up on.”

The Property hosts the historic ‘JM’ showing, first documented in 1988 and sits adjacent to Thesis Gold & Silver’s land package and near Evergold’s Golden Lion project.

Malachite staining with associated chalcopyrite, was noted throughout the area, lining fracture planes and associated with quartz and calcite stringers within narrow shears. The combination of copper sulphides and oxides with gold and silver values, localized in fractures, shears, and quartz-calcite veining, suggests an epithermal hydrothermal system with stronger mineralization potentially concealed beneath the gossanous zone. Historically, the area has only been prospected so further mapping and analyses are warranted to follow up on. We see this as an opportunity to advance an epithermal target in a district that already hosts the Kemess, Aurora, Lawyers, and Baker deposits.

Terms of the Agreement

The Company has acquired 100% interest in the Property from an arm’s length vendor by issuing 100,000 common shares of the Company, making a $5,000 cash payment, and granting the vendor a 2% net smelter returns royalty (NSR) on the Property, of which the Company has the right to buy back 1% for $1,000,000.

  • Partnership combines Nokia Defense’s advanced connectivity with C3IA’s systems engineering, capability integration and security services expertise to support UK defense modernization.
  • Focuses on delivering resilient multi-domain capabilities spanning tactical communications, C2, sensing, autonomous systems and edge computing.
  • Builds on Nokia Defense and C3IA’s participation in the UK MOD TacSys framework to enhance tactical communications and interoperability.

16 September 2026
Espoo, Finland – At the 2026 DVD (Defence Vehicle Dynamics) event, Nokia Defense and C3IA, a UK specialist in systems engineering, capability integration and security services, announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration and support the digital transformation of UK Defense. The partnership combines Nokia’s expertise in advanced connectivity with C3IA’s engineering, capability integration, support and security services to help deliver next-generation defense capabilities for modern, multi-domain operations.

Together, the companies will deliver resilient communications, secure information sharing and network interoperability across land, air, maritime, cyber and space domains. The collaboration also builds on Nokia Defense and C3IA’s participation in the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) Tactical Communication Systems (TacSys) framework, providing access to Nokia’s full connectivity portfolio from headquarters to the tactical edge.

Modern military operations increasingly depend on the ability to securely connect people, platforms, sensors and data across multiple domains. Under the agreement, Nokia Defense and C3IA will co-develop solutions across tactical and operational communications, private 4G and 5G, situational awareness, command and control (C2), sensing, autonomous systems and edge computing. The collaboration will focus on translating advanced communications technologies into practical, integrated capabilities that address real operational requirements for the defense sector.

“Through this collaboration with C3IA, we are combining resilient, mission-critical connectivity with expertise in defense systems engineering and support services to help turn technology into operational capability and advance tactical communications and interoperability across future UK defense programs,” said Mikko Viitaniemi, Vice President and Head of Nokia Defense.

“Delivering defense capability at pace requires more than technology alone. It requires the right combination of secure communications, sector expertise and systems integration. Our partnership with Nokia enables the rapid deployment of innovative capabilities that can deliver real operational value on the battlefield. Ultimately, our shared goal is to connect the battlespace, strengthen national security, and help equip the MOD for the future,” said Steve Brown, Managing Director, C3IA.

Nokia Defense and C3IA participate in the UK Government’s TacSys framework (RM6393) in Lot 1 (Services) and Lot 3 (Components), giving the UK MOD and other public sector organizations the ability to procure Nokia’s connectivity portfolio to support future tactical communications requirements.

Nokia Defense provides secure, intelligent connectivity for defense in the AI era. Built on Nokia’s global leadership across fixed, mobile, and transport networks, it delivers resilient, mission-ready communications solutions that strengthen national security and support critical operations worldwide.

About semaglutide
Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist that mimics the effects of the naturally occurring hormone GLP-1, which regulates blood sugar and body weight. Semaglutide has been tested in several robust clinical development programmes and outcome studies in cardiometabolic diseases, including type 2 diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, liver disease and other related cardiometabolic diseases. Semaglutide is marketed under the brand names Wegovy® (injection or tablet), Ozempic® (injection or tablet) and Rybelsus® (tablet).

About CagriSema
CagriSema is being investigated by Novo as a once-weekly subcutaneous injectable treatment for adults with overweight or obesity (REDEFINE programme) and as a treatment for adults with type 2 diabetes (REIMAGINE programme). CagriSema is a fixed-dose combination of a long-acting amylin analog, cagrilintide and a GLP-1 receptor agonist, semaglutide.

About Fatty liver disease
Fatty liver disease – also known as MASH (metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis) – is a common condition in which excess fat builds up in the liver. Over time, this can cause inflammation and liver damage, especially in people with obesity, type 2 diabetes or other metabolic health conditions. The disease can range from mild fat buildup to more serious forms that may lead to scarring and reduced liver function.

About zenagamtide
Zenagamtide, formerly known as amycretin, is a unimolecular long-acting GLP-1 and amylin receptor agonist under development by Novo to provide a treatment for adults with overweight or obesity (AMAZE programme) and as a treatment for adults with type 2 diabetes (AMBITION programme). Zenagamtide is under investigation for oral and subcutaneous administration.

About type 2 diabetes
Type 2 diabetes is a chronic condition that affects how the body processes blood sugar (glucose) for energy. 589 million adults (20-79 years) are living with diabetes – 1 in 9. This number is predicted to rise to 853 million by 2050. Diabetes was responsible for 3.4 million deaths in 2024 – 1 every 9 seconds.

About obesity
Obesity is a serious, chronic, progressive, and complex disease that requires long-term management. One key misunderstanding is that this is a disease of just lack of willpower, when in fact there is underlying biology that may impede people with obesity from losing weight and keeping it off. Obesity is influenced by a variety of factors, including genetics, social determinants of health and the environment.

Novo is the global healthcare company that believes lasting health starts now. For over a century, we’ve combined leading scientific expertise with a deep understanding of people’s lives. We develop treatments and support that help millions of people make progress they can see, feel and sustain now and in the future.
