BUILT FOR THE WILD: FIELD-TESTED. MADE FOR MORE.

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — YETI Holdings, Inc. (“YETI”) (NYSE: YETI) will host its 2026 Investor Day today in Austin, Texas. Under the theme “Built for the Wild: Field-Tested. Made for More.,” YETI’s leadership team will outline how the Company intends to build on its iconic brand, accelerate innovation, strengthen commercialization and scale a proven international playbook to drive increasingly profitable growth and long-term shareholder value.

Matt Reintjes, Chair of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer said, “We have spent two decades building a field-tested foundation, and we believe YETI is well positioned to expand what we build, where we sell it and how far our brand can travel. The capabilities beneath the business are stronger, the playbook is clearer and the opportunity is broader. The next chapter for YETI is about building a larger, more global and more durable company, supported by expanding product platforms, improving profitability and strong free cash flow generation. As we enter our next decade, we are focused on four priorities: creating the next billion dollars of sales, building our next billion-dollar product platform, generating a billion dollars of sales outside the United States and delivering more than a billion dollars of cumulative free cash flow. These priorities are underpinned by a clear operating plan and disciplined capital allocation framework, which we believe will drive durable growth and attractive long-term shareholder returns.”

A Focused Strategy Built to Compound
YETI will detail four mutually reinforcing growth engines as part of investor day presentations:

  • Build on a strong foundation and extend the brand. Deepen YETI’s relevance in the communities it serves while earning a place in more moments, with more consumers and across more geographies.
  • Accelerate Innovation. Apply a repeatable innovation engine to expand product families across Gear & Equipment, Home & Hydration, and Bags & Soft Coolers, with Bags & Soft Coolers becoming YETI’s next billion-dollar platform.
  • Power US commercialization. Put the right product in the right place with the right story through sharper consumer vertical strategies, complementary channel expansion, and a more disciplined end-to-end go-to-market process.
  • Scale globally. Repeat a proven playbook that builds credibility, activates locally and scales through wholesale, direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels, positioning YETI to generate a billion dollars of International sales.

Long-Term Financial Framework
YETI’s long-term financial algorithm through Fiscal 2030 is the basis for the Company’s long-term financial commitments and is designed to translate diversified sales growth into faster earnings growth and strong free cash flow generation – the majority of which will continue to be returned to shareholders via share repurchases:

Long-Term Metric Financial Framework
Annual net sales growth Mid-single-digit to High-single-digit
Annual adjusted operating income growth High-single-digit to Low-double-digit
Annual adjusted EPS growth Low-double-digit to High-teens
Cumulative free cash flow (5-year period ending Fiscal 2030) $1.2 billion to $1.4 billion

The Company intends to fund its highest-return organic growth opportunities, maintain balance-sheet flexibility, selectively pursue tuck-in acquisitions that add capability or speed, and return excess cash to shareholders, primarily through share repurchases. Through Project Upcycle, YETI’s enterprise-wide productivity initiative, the Company has identified approximately $100 million of productivity opportunity across cost of goods sold and operating expenses to help fund growth investments, offset mix pressures, and support sustainable margin expansion.

Fiscal 2026 Outlook Reiterated
YETI is reiterating the Fiscal 2026 outlook most recently provided on August 13, 2026:

Fiscal 2026 Metric Outlook
Sales growth 7% to 8%
Adjusted operating income growth 10% to 12%
Adjusted operating income as a percentage of sales 14.9%
Adjusted EPS $2.94 to $3.00
Effective tax rate (GAAP) 24%

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cambria Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV: CAMB; OTCQX: CAMVF) (“Cambria” or the “Company”) announces that due to the opportunity to realize significant value for shareholders as a potential Tier 1 asset, the Company will retain its ownership in the Mt. Margaret copper and gold porphyry deposit located in Washington State (“Mt. Margaret”), deferring the proposed spinout. Based on ongoing discussions with strategic partners, feedback from Cambria’s investors and the strong fundamentals for copper, the Company believes significantly more value can be added by advancing Mt. Margaret as a significant asset within the portfolio, in addition to the Premier Gold Mine Complex and the Red Mountain Gold Deposit located in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia. Cambria will provide updates on the continued drilling, engineering and construction advancements at the Premier Mine Complex and the Red Mountain Gold Deposit in the near future.

To support Cambria’s new vision of advancing Mt. Margaret, the Company is pleased to announce the immediate addition of an exceptional US-based director to the Cambria board: Kim Colloton. Additionally, Cleve Rueckert, previously announced as Vice-President (USA), will assume the role of Vice-President of Corporate Development for Cambria. As previously announced, Asa East, Vice-President of Exploration (USA), David Thomas, Vice-President Projects (USA) and Orla Abrahams, Manager, Stakeholder Relations (USA) will continue in their current roles.

“We see the opportunity to build an exceptional growth-oriented company at Cambria, anchored by near-term gold production at the Premier Gold Mine Complex in Canada and a potential Tier 1 copper deposit at Mt. Margaret. With over one square kilometer of outcropping mineralization at surface, open for expansion in most directions and at depth below 500 meters, the Mt. Margaret deposit represents a unique opportunity in the United States. Through systematic goals including: permitting milestones, infill and exploration drilling, Mineral Resource Estimates and Economic Studies, we feel that we can add substantial value for our shareholders by keeping our portfolio together,” said Robert McLeod, CEO of Cambria Gold Mines. “Our Company will be supported by the highly accretive addition of US-based team members, including our new director Retired Major General Kim Colloton, as well as ex-Barrick Vice-President Cleve Rueckert.”

“I am excited about this expanded opportunity, working with an exceptional team focused on building something special,” said Cleve Rueckert. “We think there is substantial value embedded in Cambria’s portfolio of assets and I look forward to helping unlock that value for the benefit of our stakeholders, importantly the communities where we work, our employees and our shareholders.”

Cambria’s US-based management team continues to advance permit applications and environmental studies supporting additional exploration drilling at Mt. Margaret in the near future. The Company has also begun engagement with local communities and county, state, federal and Tribal representatives regarding Mt. Margaret. About the Mt. Margaret Copper-Gold Deposit

The Mt. Margaret deposit is a calc-alkaline porphyry deposit hosting high-grade copper, gold, and molybdenum mineralization located approximately 22 km southwest of Randle, Washington State. The Mt. Margaret Project is primarily located on patented federal mineral claims that are held by Cambria and the United States Federal Government Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”) and located on Forest Service land. Through its US entity, Ascot USA Inc. (“Ascot US”), Cambria controls 50% mineral rights of select patented claims centered over the deposit with the Federal Government controlling the remaining 50%, as well as other patents in the area. Cambria also controls 100% interest in 184 lode claims surrounding the property. The Company has been advancing discussions with various US Federal Government Departments, including the BLM, regarding future direction for the deposit.

This porphyry system was discovered and actively explored by Duval Corporation (“Duval”) from 1971-1980, completing a total of 20,729m over 105 diamond drill holes (Taylor, 1980)1. In 2010, Cambria’s predecessor, Ascot Resources Ltd., completed 4,880m of infill diamond drilling over 10 holes, which confirmed and expanded the mineralized zones defined by Duval’s drilling (See Cambria’s News Releases dated October 13, November 3, November 23, and December 1, 2010 and January 12, 2011).

A historical mineral resource was completed by Duval for the Mt. Margaret deposit, totaling 577Mt grading 0.36% Cu, 0.24 g/t Au, 0.011% Mo, and 1.58 g/t Ag (Taylor, 1980)1. This historic estimate predates the implementation of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI-43-101”) guidelines and is not compliant with currently accepted reserve and resource classifications as set forth by the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, August 20, 2000 (CIM Guidelines) or the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s Regulation Subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K (“S-K 1300”). Furthermore, uncertainty regarding cut-off grade, metal prices, modelling methodology, or other parameters and assumptions used in the Duval work could impact the reliability of the historic estimation. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves and the Company is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. Further work including quality assurance / quality control procedures, geological modelling, and assay certificate and collar validation by a Qualified Person would be required to produce a NI-43-101 or an S-K 1300 compliant resource. There are no guarantees that this additional work would confirm the historical resource estimate defined by Duval.

RECORDATI ANNOUNCES THE WINNER OF THE 12TH EDITION OF THE ARRIGO RECORDATI PRIZE FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

  • The 2026 Award, open to early career investigators from around the world, was dedicated to advancing research in paediatric oncology, focused on sarcomas
  • Paediatric sarcomas are among the leading causes of cancer-related death in children, yet there has been little innovation in treatment progress over the past 40 years
  • Dr. Laura Broutier has been awarded the €250,000 research grant for her DISARMS project on fusion-negative rhabdomyosarcoma
  • The project aims to uncover the mechanisms that allow tumour cells to survive chemotherapy and prevent relapse and metastasis, with the ultimate goal of identifying new, low-toxicity therapeutic approaches

Milan, 17 September 2026 – Recordati S.p.A today announced Dr. Laura Broutier as the winner of the 12th edition of the International Prize for Scientific Research Arrigo Recordati, dedicated this year to advancing research in paediatric oncology, with a specific focus on sarcomas.

At the 58th Annual SIOP Congress, in Texas, Dr. Broutier was awarded the €250,000 research grant for her project, “DISARMS – Disrupting Invasion, Stemness And Resistance in RhabdoMyoSarcoma by targeting dormant persister cells.”

The winning project was selected by an independent Review Committee of internationally recognised experts following the assessment of research proposals submitted by early career investigators from around the world.

Established in 2000 in memory of the Italian pharmaceutical entrepreneur Arrigo Recordati, the Prize aims to promote scientific research and inspire biomedical discoveries benefiting people worldwide. Since 2019, reflecting Recordati’s commitment to rare diseases, the Prize has been dedicated to the promotion and recognition of excellence in orphan disease treatment research.

“It is a privilege to award the 12th Arrigo Recordati Prize to Dr. Laura Broutier and her team, and to support research with the potential to make a meaningful difference for children affected by these devastating diseases,” said Andrea Recordati, Chairman of Recordati. “Paediatric sarcomas remain an area of significant unmet need, where progress in treatment has been limited for decades. Supporting outstanding researchers and innovative science is one way we can contribute to advancing knowledge and, ultimately, to improving outcomes for patients and their families.”

Paediatric sarcomas

Paediatric sarcomas are a diverse group of rare cancers arising in bone and soft tissues and are among the leading causes of cancer-related death in children. Despite advances in the understanding of their biology, there has been limited innovation in treatment over the past 40 years.

Advancing understanding of the pathophysiology of paediatric sarcomas is critical to developing targeted therapies that are both effective and tolerable, while limiting treatment-related toxicity. Translational research that bridges laboratory discoveries with clinical applications is therefore essential to developing new therapeutic approaches and improving outcomes for children affected by these diseases.

The winning project: DISARMS

Fusion-negative rhabdomyosarcoma is the most common soft-tissue sarcoma of children and young adults, yet survival has not improved in four decades and treatment toxicity precludes further dose escalation. The mechanisms allowing tumour cells to survive chemotherapy and later drive relapse and metastasis remain poorly understood.

Combining patient-derived organoids, single-cell technologies, and genetic engineering, we have uncovered a dormant, drug-tolerant persister cell state whose signature predicts patient survival in independent cohorts. Building on this foundation, the DISARMS project aims to decode how this cell state couples chemoresistance to an invasive, pro-metastatic programme, and to exploit its vulnerabilities in rational, low-toxicity drug combinations to eliminate the cells conventional chemotherapy spares. As dormant persister programmes are increasingly recognised across cancer types, the framework developed here may extend beyond rhabdomyosarcoma.

2026 Award Winner: Dr. Laura Broutier

Dr. Laura Broutier is an Inserm researcher and group leader at the Cancer Research Center of Lyon, in the “Childhood Cancers & Cell States” team led by Dr. Marie Castets and Prof. Jean-Yves Blay. After a PhD on cancer cell death resistance and a postdoc in Cambridge, pioneering the first liver tumour-derived organoids, she redirected this expertise toward paediatric cancers — rare diseases with almost no dedicated models. Her group now grows 3D tumoroids directly from children’s biopsies, including sarcomas, developing innovative approaches to decipher and bypass the molecular and cellular processes that drive treatment resistance, relapse and dissemination.

Dr. Broutier leads the DISARMS project together with a multidisciplinary team combining expertise in patient-derived organoid modeling, single-cell multiomics, computational biology, cancer cell metabolism and translational paediatric oncology. Dr. Maëlle Broustal, a third-year PhD student in biology and bioinformatics who is directly involved in the project, received the Award on Dr. Broutier’s behalf at the 2026 Award Ceremony.

“I am deeply honoured that the DISARMS project has been selected for the 2026 Arrigo Recordati Prize,” said Dr. Laura Broutier. “Our research seeks to understand how a small population of tumour cells can survive chemotherapy and later drive relapse and metastasis. With the support of this Prize, we hope to identify vulnerabilities that can be translated into rational, low-toxicity therapeutic approaches, with the ultimate goal of improving outcomes for children and young adults with rhabdomyosarcoma. I am also particularly grateful for the recognition of the team behind this work.”

The Award Ceremony was held in San Antonio, Texas, during the SIOP Congress.

The International Prize for Scientific Research Arrigo Recordati

The Prize is an international award that aims to promote scientific research and inspire biomedical discoveries benefiting people worldwide. It was established in 2000 in memory of Arrigo Recordati, who strongly believed in the power of scientific research to drive the growth of the pharmaceutical industry and provide products beneficial to public health and individual well-being. His legacy continues to inspire a new generation of researchers — driven by the belief that scientific discovery is the true engine of progress in healthcare.

Over the last almost 20 years, Recordati has developed, produced and marketed medicines for the treatment of rare diseases through Recordati Rare Diseases, dedicated entirely to serving patients globally living with rare conditions and focused on key treatment areas including rare metabolic diseases, endocrinology and hema-oncology. From 2019, to reflect our commitment, the Prize is dedicated to the promotion and recognition of excellence in orphan disease treatment research.
