New platform and subscription model position the Company for a return to growth and target EBITDA break-even in early 2027

COSTA MESA, Calif., Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Amaze Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: AMZE), an end-to-end, creator-powered commerce platform, today provided an update on its product roadmap and path to profitability as its next-generation platform becomes fully operational. Building on its upgraded Commerce platform, the new Concierge subscription, and expansion of the revenue generation model, the Company has now moved into growth mode. Based on the new platforms being launched, the Company is significantly reducing its cost base.

Subscription Model Rollout

The creator economy is projected to reach approximately $480 billion by 2027, yet mid-tier creators, those with large, engaged audiences but no dedicated team or commerce infrastructure, remain underserved by tools built for either hobbyists or enterprises. Amaze is purpose-built to close that gap, offering an improved Commerce platform built on a proprietary toolkit.

Amaze’s subscription-led model is designed to build compounding value across three connected layers. Concierge, Amaze’s upcoming subscription offering, is intended to establish the Company’s recurring-revenue foundation, combining insights from Amaze’s live Brand Analysis and Moments AI tools into personalized recommendations that help each creator understand what makes their brand valuable and prioritize what to do next. Amaze Commerce and the Company’s Earn/Affiliate capabilities are designed to extend that value further, giving creators ways to act on those recommendations directly within the platform and, in turn, generate additional commerce and affiliate revenue for Amaze as creator businesses grow.

Since launching, Amaze Commerce has organically attracted more than 30,000 sign-ups and delivered approximately 7,000 Brand Analyses to creators ahead of the rollout of the Concierge subscription program.

Concierge is expected to provide recurring subscription revenue for Amaze, beginning at $9.99 per month, shifting a greater share of the Company’s revenue toward a recurring, subscription-based model. As the next-generation Commerce platform continues to roll out and Concierge subscriptions become available, Amaze believes it is positioned to capture the seasonal end-of-year uptick and build toward the revenue run-rate needed to support its 2027 target.

A More Efficient Operating Model

The Company’s goal to break even in the first quarter of 2027 is based on the platform’s return to revenue growth coupled with the recently announced plan to decrease operating expenses by approximately 40%. These measures are now underway and are primarily driven by a substantial reduction in infrastructure costs as the legacy platform is shut down. Combined with the projected revenue growth, this leaner cost structure underpins the Company’s break-even target.

“The next generation of Amaze will be built on a foundation of subscription revenues as creators harness the power of the platform to build their businesses,” said Joel Krutz, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Amaze Holdings. “Paired with our cost reduction program, this gives us a clear, disciplined path to break even in early 2027.”

NEW YORK, NY, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Fabric.AI (Nasdaq: FABC) (“Fabric.AI” or the “Company”), an AI infrastructure company developing a suite of fabless semiconductor technologies for next-generation AI factories, today announced that it has retained Haynes and Boone, LLP (“Haynes Boone”) as intellectual property counsel to support development and protection of Neural I/o™ intellectual property jointly owned with its partner Kopin Corporation (Nasdaq:KOPN). Through their partnership, Fabric.AI and Kopin are jointly developing MicroLED-based optical interconnect technology designed to address bandwidth and energy-efficiency constraints in next-generation AI data centers.

“Establishing a strong and defensible intellectual property portfolio with Kopin is an important component of our strategy as we continue advancing Neural I/o™ toward commercialization,” said Josh Silverman, Fabric.AI Chief Executive Officer. “The engagement comes as we have entered into non-disclosure agreements with multiple major AI companies in connection with technical discussions regarding Neural I/o™. As those discussions progress, we believe a rigorously protected patent portfolio is essential to preserving the value of the jointly developed technology for both partners and their shareholders.”

Haynes Boone will advise Fabric.AI on patent strategy, technology licensing and other intellectual property matters related to the jointly owned Neural I/o™ technology roadmap.  Haynes Boone’s Intellectual Property Practice Group is one of the largest and most comprehensive IP practices in the United States, with more than 120 IP lawyers located in offices across the country. The patent practice’s capability is reflected in both scale and recognition: the firm has filed more than 23,000 patent applications in the last five years and is ranked No. 2 nationally for both overall patent prosecution performance and high-tech patent work in LexDana’s 2026 Patent Prosecution Report.

The appointment also supports Fabric.AI’s continued collaboration with Kopin on Neural I/o™, an optical interconnect architecture designed to address the increasing data-movement, bandwidth and energy-efficiency demands of next-generation AI infrastructure.

Strong Operating Performance and Improved Liquidity Support Debt Reduction and Lower Financing Costs

Tokyo, Japan, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tokyo Lifestyle Co., Ltd. (“Tokyo Lifestyle” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: TKLF), a retailer and wholesaler of Japanese beauty and health products, sundry products, luxury products, electronic products, collectible cards, trendy toys as well as other products in Hong Kong, Japan, North America, Thailand, Vietnam, the United Kingdom and Australia, today announced that its wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary, Tokyo Lifestyle Limited, had agreed to fully prepay all outstanding amounts under an existing revolving financing facility previously announced by the Company on June 30, 2025 (the “Facility”) by September 30, 2026. The Facility, which provided for a maximum credit amount of HK$100 million (approximately US$12.8 million) and had not been fully utilized, was terminated on June 24, 2026.

Pursuant to a loan termination agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into with the creditor on June 24, 2026, Tokyo Lifestyle Limited agreed to repay in full, by September 30, 2026, all outstanding principal, accrued interest, fees, and other amounts payable under the original revolving loan facility letter dated June 27, 2025. Upon the effectiveness of the Agreement on June 24, 2026, the Facility, which has a five-year term, was terminated immediately, while the Company’s obligation to repay the outstanding amounts remained due by September 30, 2026.

Prior to this decision, Tokyo Lifestyle Limited had not fully utilized the available credit facility. After evaluating its overall operating needs, cash flow position, and year-to-date accounts receivable collections, Tokyo Lifestyle Limited determined that it does not expect to require further funding under the Facility. Tokyo Lifestyle Limited believes that it now has a stronger liquidity position and improved cash flow generation and has elected to proactively repay all outstanding amounts under the Facility, with the objective of reducing debt, lowering financing costs, improving capital efficiency, and further optimizing its capital structure. Despite the voluntary termination, Tokyo Lifestyle Limited retains the flexibility to apply for new financing facilities or renew or modify similar arrangements in the future based on its actual financing needs.

The Company believes that the decision reflects the Company’s improving operating performance and liquidity position. According to its financial statements released on July 10, 2026, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, Tokyo Lifestyle reported revenue of US$373.2 million, representing a 77.6% year-over-year increase, while gross profit increased 17.5% year-over-year to US$28.1 million.

The Company believes that since the beginning of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, its Hong Kong subsidiary, Tokyo Lifestyle Limited, has maintained stable operating performance and cash flow generation, supported by the continued recovery of the local retail market. In addition, improved timing of certain accounts receivable collections has further strengthened the Company’s liquidity position and provided greater financial flexibility. Against this backdrop, the Company believes that terminating the Facility and reducing its outstanding financing obligations in general will allow it to operate with a more efficient capital structure while retaining greater flexibility to allocate resources toward its core business and strategic growth initiatives.

Mr. Mei Kanayama, Principal Executive Officer of Tokyo Lifestyle, commented: “We have maintained strong business momentum since the beginning of this year, with key operating indicators continuing to improve. At the same time, our liquidity position has strengthened, providing us with greater financial flexibility to support our ongoing operations and planned business expansion.

“Therefore, we have decided to fully repay the outstanding obligations under the Facility and terminate the existing financing arrangement. This decision reflects our confidence in our operating performance and financial position, as well as our commitment to proactively managing our capital structure. By reducing our financing obligations and associated interest and financing costs, we expect to improve capital efficiency and create greater flexibility to allocate resources toward product development, operational optimization, and market expansion. We believe these efforts will further strengthen our financial foundation and support sustainable growth and long-term value creation for our shareholders.”

“The Future Monday Morning Meeting” demonstrates humans and AI Twins working side by side and invites the public to join the conversation about what comes next

NEW YORK, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Fusemachines Inc. (NASDAQ: FUSE), a leading provider of enterprise AI products and services, today unveiled its AI Twin technology, demonstrating a future in which intelligent AI counterparts can represent employees, participate in meetings, share knowledge and perform authorized work on their behalf.

Watch the Introduction: AI Twin Technology
Watch the Demonstration: “The Future Monday Morning Meeting”

In a new demonstration, “The Future Monday Morning Meeting,” Fusemachines showcases human employees and the AI twin of their colleague participating in the same workplace meeting, providing updates, answering questions, making recommendations and coordinating work.

The demonstration brings together technology Fusemachines has been developing across voice AI, agentic AI, enterprise context, memory, knowledge retrieval and real-time human-AI interaction.

While AI agents are typically designed to perform tasks or execute workflows on a user’s behalf, an AI Twin takes that concept further. It is intended to serve as an intelligent digital representation of an individual, understanding that person’s knowledge, responsibilities, preferences, priorities and organizational context.

With appropriate permissions, controls and governance, an AI Twin could learn from information available to an employee, including documents, meetings, projects, communications and historical decisions. That context could ultimately enable AI Twins to participate in meetings, ask and answer questions, communicate on an employee’s behalf, provide guidance and carry out authorized tasks.

“We are getting increasingly close to our vision of truly fusing machines with humans and enabling them to work together,” said Sameer Maskey, Founder and CEO of Fusemachines. “AI agents have already begun changing how people accomplish work. AI Twins could take that idea much further by meaningfully expanding what an individual is capable of accomplishing.”

“The Monday morning meeting of the future may bring humans together with AI Twins representing colleagues whose human counterparts are focused on other, higher-priority work. This demonstration offers a glimpse into what that future could look like.”

Creating an AI Twin requires more than adding a face and voice to a large language model. Fusemachines is bringing together multiple layers of AI technology to enable an agent to understand not just what someone says, but the knowledge and organizational context surrounding that person.

“We have been innovating across voice, conversational intelligence, enterprise context, memory, knowledge retrieval, security, governance, agent orchestration and real-time interaction,” said Anish Joshi, Head of Technology at Fusemachines. “Bringing these technologies together is an important step toward making an AI Twin possible.”

Fusemachines plans to apply components of its AI Twin technology to existing products as it continues developing its longer-term vision for humans and AI agents working together.

What Should the Future of Work Look Like?

The demonstration also raises questions that extend beyond the technology itself.

What happens when an AI can attend a meeting on your behalf? What work should we delegate to AI? What should remain distinctly human? How should privacy, accountability and trust work when AI represents us? And how could this technology change jobs, organizations and our everyday lives?

Fusemachines believes that because the answers to these questions could shape how we work and live, the conversation must extend beyond the technology industry. The company is inviting people across the workforce, employers, business leaders, technologists, government and policy leaders, academics, historians, researchers, students and the broader public, to share their perspectives, raise important questions and help shape a future in which AI Twins evolve on human terms and in ways that reflect the needs, values and priorities of society.

Middleton, Mass., Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — SCWorx Corp. (the “Company”) (OTCQB: WORX), a provider of data management solutions to healthcare providers, announced today that it entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with institutional and accredited investors (the “Investors”) for an equity financing resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $938,000, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses.

In connection with the financing, the Company agreed to sell Units consisting of an aggregate of 350,000 shares of common stock, and warrants to purchase 350,000 shares of common stock, at a purchase price of $2.68 per Unit. The warrants have an exercise price of $2.56 per share, are subject to a beneficial ownership limitation, are exercisable immediately and have a term of five years.  In addition, existing investors have exercised outstanding warrants to purchase an aggregate 50,000 shares of common stock, and the Company will issue approximately 50,000 shares of common stock to the placement agent as compensation.

Upon completion of these issuances, SCWorx expects to have more than 500,000 Publicly Held  Shares, as required by Nasdaq Rule 5550(a)(4), subject to Nasdaq’s determination that the Company has regained compliance with the Rule. The Company’s common stock remains listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market, but trading on Nasdaq has been suspended since April 14, 2026, and the common stock is currently quoted on the OTCQB market.

Dawson James Securities, Inc. acted as placement agent in connection with the financing.

The Company has agreed to file a registration statement on Form S-3 within thirty days with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) covering the resale of the shares of common stock as well as the shares issuable upon exercise of the warrants.

The net proceeds from the financing are intended to be used for working capital purposes.

Under the terms of the Securities Purchase Agreement, the proceeds from the financing will be maintained in a segregated account until November 30, 2026. The Company must regain compliance with the continued listing standards of the Nasdaq Capital Market on or prior to October 5, 2026. If the Company’s common stock does not resume trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market by October 31, 2026, or if Nasdaq issues a determination to delist the Company’s common stock before that date, each Investor will then have the right, subject to the terms of the Securities Purchase Agreement, to require the Company to return such Investor’s subscription amount in exchange for cancellation and surrender of the securities purchased by that Investor. Nasdaq has advised the Company that, in order to regain compliance, the Company must both satisfy the 500,000 Publicly Held Shares requirement and thereafter maintain a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for ten consecutive trading days, and that both conditions must be satisfied on or before October 5, 2026, the deadline set by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel. If the Company does not satisfy these conditions by that date, the Company expects that Nasdaq will delist its common stock. There is no assurance that the Company’s common stock will resume trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The securities described above were offered and sold in a private placement pursuant to an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and have not been registered under the Securities Act or applicable state securities laws. ATLANTA, September 9, 2026 /3BL/ – Georgia‑Pacific’s plant‑floor 3D printing is an example of teams replacing slower-to-procure, more expensive methods with better ones. In other words, creative destruction. Across our facilities, teams are using 3D printing in innovative ways to solve manufacturing challenges faster, safer and at a fraction of the cost. What makes this more effective is that it is driven by a bottom-up approach. It starts on the plant floor, where employees know the equipment best and see opportunities firsthand.

At facilities like Muskogee (Oklahoma) and Brewton (Alabama), 3D printing has become an in-house source for items that are costly, time‑consuming or difficult to source through traditional channels. Engineers and maintenance teams are designing and producing small parts and novel and protective solutions tailored to real operational needs, replacing long lead times and process frustrations with on-demand production.

How Georgia‑Pacific Uses 3D Printing in Manufacturing

In Muskogee, drafter Nate Yarbrough leads much of this work, using CAD software to model parts. Ideas often come directly from operators and mechanics. “It’s not a solution for everything,” Nate says, “but it is for a lot of things.”

One example is small tabs on junction boxes for LGVs (Laser Guided Vehicles). Instead of ordering an entire replacement box for a single broken tab, the team 3D printed just the tab, cutting the cost to a nominal amount and significantly reducing downtime. Nate has also created custom mounts for turnstile cameras and protective cages for drones so they can safely fly in tight spaces without risking damage.

3D Printing for Process Human Factors & Operational Efficiency

At Brewton, maintenance learning and development lead, Kyle Null, has embraced 3D printing to enhance process reliability and operator safety. In the demineralized water area, operators previously collected multiple process samples using individual glass beakers, carrying them between their fingers. Doing this increased handling and breakage risk and made sample mix-ups more likely.

To address this, the team designed a custom 3D-printed sample organizer for the beakers. The organizer helps operators collect all required samples in a single pass while maintaining clear and consistent organization while also reducing breakage risk, reinforcing process discipline and making training more intuitive for new operations. Utilities field operator Orlando Gandy shared the impact, “The new cart and water sample organizer makes my job much more efficient and safer. No broken glass cylinders. If I get interrupted, I instantly know exactly where I left off without fail.”

Safety, Compliance, and Responsible Innovation

Safety and compliance remain central to every design and print. Printed parts must be reviewed and approved before use, and safety‑related items are often produced in distinct colors. Teams are also careful to respect legal and “right‑to‑repair” considerations, avoiding patented components while still enabling safe repairs to GP‑owned equipment.

The Future of 3D Printing at Georgia‑Pacific and Koch

The technology continues to evolve quickly, including advances in metal 3D printing, and teams are already exploring more robust printers to expand what’s possible. Support and contributions from prototype supervisor Matt Williquette who leads the Krē8 lab at the Neenah Technical Center in Wisconsin have also helped strengthen these efforts.

While many of these advancements are happening at Georgia‑Pacific, additive manufacturing capabilities and demand are growing across Koch as well. The Additive Manufacturing workstream within the Koch Republics group brings together employees throughout Koch. As the network expands, teams are sharing designs, lessons learned and best practices to accelerate 3D adoption enterprise‑wide.

Kyle notes, “There are tremendous opportunities happening in our facilities.” From custom glue‑head guards that prevent burns to low‑cost replacement parts, 3D printing is proving that innovation can thrive at even our most established mills, and that empowering employees to create solutions can make a real difference.
