Singapore, Sept. 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Magnitude International Ltd (Nasdaq: MAGH) (“Magnitude International” or the “Company”), a mechanical and electrical engineering service provider that specializes in electrical works in Singapore, today announced that on September 16, 2026, the Company received an additional staff determination from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), notifying the Company that, due to its failure to timely file its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2026, it was then not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).

This matter constituted an additional basis for potential delisting of the Company’s securities, in addition to the prior staff determination from Nasdaq dated August 3, 2026, to delist the Company’s securities pursuant to Nasdaq’s discretionary authority under Nasdaq Listing Rule IM-5101-4 pertaining to the potential for one or more third parties to engage in misconduct impacting the Company’s securities.

The delay in filing the Form 20-F was attributable to the internal administrative procedures of the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm. The Form 20-F was subsequently filed on September 17, 2026.

The additional staff determination does not have any immediate effect on the Company’s ongoing business operations or financial condition, and the Company continues to conduct its business in the ordinary course.

Computer vision and machine learning module detects signatures and stamps, extracts text using OCR and matches data against shipment records; reduces the manual workload on every completed shipment

HOUSTON, Sept. 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Freight Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: FRGT, “Fr8Tech” or the “Company”), a technology-centric logistics company offering a diversified portfolio of AI software solutions designed to address key inefficiencies in the supply chain, today announced the launch of AI POD Validation, a new artificial intelligence module within its Fleet Rocket Transportation Management System (TMS) that automatically reads and verifies proof-of-delivery (“POD”) documents and flags those that do not meet validation requirements.

PODs are essential logistics documents that close out shipments and provide carriers with evidence for payment. However, warehouses, carriers and customers all use their own formats, complicating data matching, stamping, signatures and other critical approvals. AI POD Validation, developed by Fr8Tech’s in-house AI Lab, is designed to perform those reviews automatically. It receives the document, references the shipment record and returns a verdict (Approved, Review or Rejected), a confidence score and the supporting evidence, which are all displayed next to the POD in the shipment record. Operations teams can then focus on only those documents requiring review.

“Every shipment ends with a piece of paper that someone has to read, compare and approve. Multiply that by thousands of shipments a month and you have one of the most repetitive, expensive and error-prone tasks in freight operations,” said Javier Selgas, Chief Executive Officer of Freight Technologies. “This is exactly the kind of repetitive work we built our AI Lab to resolve. AI POD Validation lets the software handle the mundane reading and matching, and empowers people to manage important customer and vendor relationships.”

Key capabilities within the AI POD Validation module include multi-model signature and stamp detection with consensus filtering, structured optical character recognition (“OCR”) that preserves label-to-value relationships, spatial document understanding that matches pickup numbers, bills of lading, carrier names and invoice data against the Fleet Rocket load, bilingual stamp interpretation of English and Spanish, automatic document-quality checks and fully explainable decisions that show operations teams exactly why each document was approved, flagged for review or rejected.

AI POD Validation is available to Fleet Rocket customers as part of the Enterprise version and joins the AI Tendering Bot and the Zayren.ai integration as capabilities within Fleet Rocket’s transportation management platform. The Company expects to extend the same document-intelligence approach to other freight documents, including carrier invoices and bills of lading, as part of its transition to a software-first, SaaS-based business serving the U.S.–Mexico corridor. About Freight Technologies Inc.

New training site in Baltimore will help further develop CMC’s technician workforce.

Parsippany, NJ, Sept. 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Lincoln Educational Services Corporation (NASDAQ: LINC), a national leader in specialized technical training for 80 years, has announced that its WorkforceLinc division (WFL) is expanding its intermodal technician training program to the Port of Baltimore in partnership with CMC, the largest provider of integrated intermodal solutions in the U.S. This expansion reflects the continued growth of a national training partnership focused on strengthening CMC’s existing workforce of highly skilled mechanics who support port and intermodal operations.

Designed exclusively for CMC technicians, this program focuses on intermodal equipment maintenance, is built around CMC’s proprietary curriculum and goes beyond industry standards to reflect the company’s rigorous expectations for safety, quality, and technical proficiency. CMC partners with Lincoln Tech to leverage its proven teaching methodologies and training expertise, helping CMC technicians build the depth of knowledge and hands-on readiness needed to perform at their best in the field.

WorkforceLinc currently partners with CMC in Savannah, GA; Charleston, SC; and Wilmington, NC. The expansion into Baltimore represents the next phase of this collaboration, extending a consistent, hands-on training model to additional locations.

“Since 2024, Lincoln has been proud to support CMC and help strengthen the workforce of intermodal equipment maintenance technicians,” says Scott Shaw, Lincoln Tech’s President and CEO. “This equipment is key to transporting millions of dollars in goods and consumer products around the world every day, and the world needs expertly trained individuals to keep them in top working order. CMC is a leader in that field and Baltimore is of course a key global shipping hub, and we’re excited to expand Lincoln’s collaboration with their organization.”

Leaders from CMC emphasized the operational value of expanding training directly within their facilities.

“This expansion reflects our commitment to the technicians who power our operations every day, and our confidence that investing in best-in-class training is what gives us a real edge in the marketplace and allows us to deliver the level of service our customers deserve,” says Michael Wojnowski, SVP, South Region, CMC. “Through our partnership with Lincoln Tech’s WorkforceLinc, we provide structured, hands-on training in the real-world environment of our facilities. Based on our proprietary curriculum, this professional-level training program helps our technicians continuously enhance their skills and maintain the high standards of safety, quality, and performance that define the company.”

Training is delivered at CMC facilities located on or near port operations using a performance-based approach that emphasizes hands-on application, instructor-led facilitation, and job-aligned skill validation. By training within the operating environment, technicians work with the same equipment and conditions they encounter daily, supporting consistency across regions while remaining aligned with the demands of intermodal equipment maintenance.

Core areas of training include intermodal chassis mechanic instruction, which focuses on inspection, maintenance, and repair of critical chassis systems, as well as container structural repair for both dry and refrigerated containers. These structural repair courses emphasize welding techniques and industry-standard repair practices. WorkforceLinc and CMC have also established a dedicated welding training program at the CMC facility in Wilmington, centered on SMAW and GMAW welding techniques performed in multiple positions aligned to real-world repair applications. The program continues year-round, reinforcing welding proficiency for container and structural repair.

Since launching the program in 2024, WorkforceLinc and CMC have trained more than 90 CMC technicians across multiple port locations. The expansion into Baltimore is expected to further increase access to training and support continued workforce development across key logistics hubs.

As port and intermodal operations continue to evolve, the need for skilled maintenance technicians remains critical. Through this partnership, WorkforceLinc and CMC are working together to deliver scalable, standardized training aligned with operational needs while supporting the long-term development of the workforce.

The Fund may also invest up to 100% of its net assets in other public investment funds (including investment funds managed by Mulvihill). In addition, the Fund is exposed to securities traded in foreign currencies and may, at Mulvihill’s discretion, enter into currency hedging transactions to reduce the effects of changes in the value of foreign currencies relative to the value of the Canadian dollar.
