Phase 1/2 APOLLO global clinical trial to evaluate CR-002 in multiple solid tumor types, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), on track to initiate in the fourth quarter of 2026

Initial clinical data expected in the second half of 2027

WALTHAM, Mass., Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —  Crescent Biopharma, Inc. (“Crescent” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CBIO), a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to rapidly advancing the next wave of therapies for cancer patients, today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared its Investigational New Drug (IND) application for CR-002, a topoisomerase inhibitor antibody drug-conjugate (ADC) targeting programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1), being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.

“FDA clearance of the CR-002 IND is an important milestone for Crescent and is the third distinct program in our portfolio to enter the clinic,” said Ellie Im, M.D., chief medical officer of Crescent. “The strong scientific rationale and encouraging preclinical profile of CR-002 underscores its promise in addressing a range of solid tumors. We look forward to initiating the APOLLO trial this quarter and working with global investigators to generate important clinical insights and advance our mission of bringing new treatment options to patients living with difficult-to-treat cancers.”

The Phase 1/2 APOLLO global clinical trial plans to enroll patients in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific with advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), and various gastrointestinal and gynecological tumors. The study’s dose escalation and tumor-specific backfill cohorts are expected to enroll approximately 200 participants with the opportunity for additional participants in expansion cohorts. Crescent anticipates reporting initial clinical data from the APOLLO trial in the second half of 2027, including safety, pharmacokinetic and preliminary antitumor activity in multiple tumor types.

About CR-002
CR-002, internally developed in collaboration with Paragon Therapeutics, is a topoisomerase inhibitor ADC directed to PD-L1, a validated target known to have high expression in multiple solid tumors and comparatively limited expression in healthy tissue. CR-002 incorporates a PD-L1 antibody selected for high internalization to facilitate payload release in target cells and a linker designed for intracellular cleavage and high stability in circulation, an approach intended to concentrate payload delivery in tumor tissue. APOLLO, a global Phase 1/2 trial of CR-002 in patients with solid tumors, is anticipated to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026. Crescent also plans to evaluate CR-002 in combination with CR-001, its PD-1 x VEGF bispecific antibody, as part of its efforts to evaluate synergistic ADC and immuno-oncology combinations.

– In exploratory analyses at Month 12, among individuals with LGMD2I/R9 (FKRP-related) with elevated HS troponin I at baseline, 100% treated with BBP-418 returned to the normal range by Month 12 versus 40% in the placebo arm (p=0.0248); HS troponin I, a blood marker of heart muscle injury, declined more with BBP-418 than placebo (LS mean difference -17.8 ng/L; 95% CI: -35.1 to -0.5; p=0.0443)

– 54% of BBP-418-treated individuals had stable or improved LVEF at Month 12 versus 25% in the placebo arm (p=0.0262)

– In data presented separately, BBP-418 treatment of LGMD2I/R9 in FORTIFY increased mean glycosylated αDG by Month 3 to the levels of asymptomatic heterozygous FKRP carriers, who do not exhibit disease; this result was sustained through Month 12

– Taken together, these findings support the potential of BBP-418 to act as a disease modifying therapy by addressing the condition at its source

– BBP-418 is under FDA Priority Review with a PDUFA target action date of November 27, 2026

PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBIO) (“BridgeBio” or the “Company”), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines for genetic conditions, today presented new exploratory cardiac data from the 12-month interim analysis of FORTIFY, the Phase 3 clinical trial of oral BBP-418 in individuals living with limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2I/R9 (LGMD2I/R9) (FKRP-related). The data were presented in an oral presentation at the 31st annual Congress of the World Muscle Society in Hiroshima, Japan by Volker Straub, M.D., Ph.D. of Newcastle University, UK.

“Cardiac involvement is a major driver of morbidity and mortality in LGMD2I/R9, which is why it remains one of the greatest concerns for people living with the condition, families and treating physicians. Historically, we have been able to monitor the heart and manage complications, but we have not been able to address the underlying cause of the disease,” said Dr. Straub. “What stands out in this analysis is how consistent it is: high-sensitivity troponin I fell and, in those who entered the study with elevated levels, it normalized; ejection fraction stabilized; and this happened alongside walking farther and breathing better. It’s encouraging to see that the therapeutic approach seems to work across the whole muscular system, including the heart.”

Cardiomyopathy affects approximately 30% of individuals with LGMD2I/R9 and approximately 60% of those with other FKRP genotypes, and is progressive, with an annual loss of approximately 0.4% of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). In FORTIFY, 22.9% of participants (25/109) had elevated high-sensitivity (HS) troponin I at baseline and 17.1% (18/105) had an LVEF below 50%. Exploratory cardiac findings at Month 12 showed:

  • HS troponin I is a blood test used to detect injury to heart muscle. 100% of the participants treated with BBP-418 returned to the normal range for HS troponin l by Month 12 versus 40% in the placebo arm (p=0.0248); HS troponin I declined more with BBP-418 than placebo (LS mean difference -17.8 ng/L; 95% CI: -35.1 to -0.5; p=0.0443)
  • At Month 12, 54% of participants treated with BBP-418 had stable or improved LVEF, a measurement of how much blood the heart’s main chamber pushes out with each beat, compared with 25% of those on placebo (p=0.0262)
  • Both HS troponin I and LVEF will continue to be monitored in the ongoing FORTIFY study

A consistent pattern across the FORTIFY interim analysis is the proportion of treated individuals reaching normal or near-normal levels on markers of the disease e.g., 38% of patients whose CK reached normal levels. In addition to the HS troponin I finding, in which 100% of evaluable BBP-418-treated participants with elevated levels at baseline returned to the normal range by Month 12, separate data presented at WMS 2026 by Anne Katrine Kjemsø Jensen, a medical student in the laboratory of John Vissing M.D., D.M.Sci., Copenhagen Neuromuscular Center of Rigshospitalet, DK, quantified αDG glycosylation in 34 asymptomatic heterozygous FKRP carriers. Results showed:

  • Asymptomatic carriers showed significantly reduced glycosylation versus healthy controls, thereby establishing a reference point for the level associated with normal muscle function (34% of control)
  • In FORTIFY, BBP-418 treatment increased mean glycosylated αDG above carrier levels by Month 12, suggesting that BBP-418 can restore glycosylated αDG to asymptomatic levels
  • While many therapies in progressive neuromuscular disease aim to slow decline, BBP-418 was developed to target LGMD2I/R9 at its source, and the pattern of biomarker normalization observed to date, alongside functional improvement from baseline rather than stabilization, is consistent with the potential for BBP-418 to be a disease modifying therapy

In the Phase 3 FORTIFY trial, BBP-418 met all primary and secondary endpoints at the pre-specified 12-month interim analysis, showing treated individuals improving while placebo recipients declined across every key measure. These results were presented as a late-breaking oral presentation at the 2026 MDA Clinical and Scientific Conference, which are available here.

BridgeBio believes BBP-418 is positioned to become the first and only approved therapy for individuals living with LGMD2I/R9, addressing a significant unmet need in this disease and potentially representing the first approval of a therapy for any form of LGMD. Approximately 7,000 individuals currently live with LGMD2I/R9 and other addressable α-dystroglycanopathies in the U.S. and Europe. BBP-418 is under FDA Priority Review with a PDUFA target action date of November 27, 2026. The Company is also engaging regulatory agencies to identify an expedited path to approval for BBP-418 in Europe.

BBP-418 has previously received Orphan Drug, Fast Track, and Rare Pediatric Disease Designations from the FDA and Orphan Drug Designation from the European Medicines Agency (EMA). BBP-418 received Priority Review from the FDA, highlighting the potential for BBP-418 to address unmet need in LGMD2I/R9. Consistent with Rare Pediatric Designation from the FDA, if BBP-418 is approved, BridgeBio may qualify for a Priority Review Voucher. The Company intends to initiate clinical studies of BBP-418 in LGMD2I/R9 for individuals less than 12 years of age in the first half of 2027 and in LGMD2M/R13 and LGMD2U/R20 in the near future.

About Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy Type 2I/R9 (LGMD2I/R9)
LGMD2I/R9 is a monogenic autosomal recessive disease caused by partial loss of function mutations in the fukutin-related protein (FKRP) gene, and FKRP mutations impair glycosylation of alpha-dystroglycan (αDG), a protein associated with stabilizing muscle cells. Clinical manifestations typically present as a skeletal myopathy affecting the lower and then upper limbs, which is commonly later accompanied by pulmonary muscle and cardiac muscle involvement. Individuals who harbor a homozygous L276I genotype typically develop disease manifestations during late childhood with progression to loss of independent ambulation (25%), assisted ventilation (10%), and cardiomyopathy (30%) in adulthood. Cardiomyopathy is progressive, with an annual loss of 0.4% of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Individuals with other FKRP genotypes typically have an earlier childhood onset with a more severe clinical course, rapid loss of mobility by 20 years of age, more frequent cardiac involvement (60%), and eventual pulmonary decline by 30 years of age in nearly all cases.

About BBP-418
BBP-418 is an investigational oral glycosylation substrate therapy with potential to be the first and only therapy for LGMD2I/R9. BBP-418 is designed to saturate the partially functional FKRP enzyme with substrate thereby enhancing residual FKRP function and restoring glycosylation of αDG. Through restoration of αDG glycosylation, BBP-418 may stabilize or improve muscle function, including gross motor, ambulatory, and cardiopulmonary function.

(the “Company”), today announced that it has entered into an ATM Consent, Note Repayment and Warrant Exchange Agreement (the Note and Warrant Restructuring Agreement”), effective as of October 2, 2026, with Anson Investments Master Fund L.P. and Anson East Master Fund L.P. (collectively, the “Anson Funds”).

The Note and Warrant Restructuring Agreement is intended to simplify the Company’s capital structure and support future financing as management evaluates potential acquisitions, mergers and other strategic transactions across the AI ecosystem and advanced technologies. There can be no assurance that any transaction will be pursued or completed.

Under the Note and Warrant Restructuring Agreement, i) full payment of $2.5 million will make the remaining note convertible solely at a fixed price equal to the average daily VWAP for the three trading days immediately preceding full payment, with its anti-dilution, price-reset and similar adjustment provisions ceasing to apply. ii) Anson may, at its discretion, exchange warrants covering 8,310,250 ordinary shares for an aggregate of 4.5 million ordinary shares, subject to ownership limits and specified adjustments; delivery of the corresponding exchange shares cancels the exchanged warrants, and completion of the full exchange eliminates their anti-dilution and price-adjustment provisions. The cashless exchange provides no cash proceeds to the Company and will dilute existing shareholders. iii) Anson has also consented to an ATM offering during the agreed consent period at a minimum public offering price of $2.00 per ordinary share. Existing adjustment provisions continue until the applicable payment or exchange milestone is completed, and other note terms and specified financing restrictions, participation rights, repayment rights and security arrangements remain in effect except as expressly amended or waived.

“Our objective is to make our capital structure more predictable as we pursue future financing and evaluate strategic acquisitions and other transactions,” said Myungjong Kim, Co-Chief Executive. “Completing the agreed payment and other requirements per the agreement will eliminate variable conversion pricing and anti-dilution adjustments from the remaining note, while completing the warrant exchange will retire the exchanged warrants and their adjustment provisions.”

The Company will furnish the Note and Warrant Restructuring Agreement and this release to the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 6-K. Investors should review the Note and Warrant Restructuring Agreement for the complete terms, conditions and continuing obligations.

Drilling will test extensions at depth and along strike of a historically productive uranium system

Vancouver, British Columbia, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Terra Clean Energy Corp. (“Terra” or the “Company”) (CSE: TCEC; OTCQB: TCEFF; FSE: C9O0) is pleased to announce that it has contracted KB Drilling Co., Inc. of Mound House, Nevada, to conduct the Company’s planned 10,000-foot core drilling campaign at its Marysvale Uranium Mines Project in Utah, United States beginning the first week of November 2026.

The program will evaluate the resource potential surrounding the past-producing Prospector and Freedom uranium mines. The mines are located within Utah’s historic Marysvale Uranium District, which produced approximately 1.33 million pounds of U3O8 at an average grade of approximately 0.22% U3O8. The Prospector and Freedom mines accounted for more than 75% of the district’s historical production.

Terra will be drilling a historically productive and comparatively well-understood epithermal uranium vein system. Historical underground development, drilling records, assay results and geological information provide the Company with an extensive technical foundation from which to target potential extensions of the mineralized veins.

The planned drill program will comprise approximately 10,000 feet of diamond core drilling from five permitted drill pads encompassing 12 drill targets. Drill targets have been developed using historical mine and drilling records including underground engineering reports, drill holes and assays, underground sampling, geological mapping, radiometric survey data all feeding the Company’s extensive three-dimensional geological model.

Testing the Full Potential of a Historic Uranium System

The Marysvale Uranium District hosts structurally controlled, volcanic-hosted epithermal uranium mineralization occurring principally within steeply dipping veins and associated fracture zones.

The Company believes the project offers significant exploration potential because:

  • Historical mining was concentrated on accessible portions of the known veins;
  • Historical drilling indicates that mineralization continues more than 600 feet below portions of the former underground workings;
  • The mineralized structures remain open for testing along strike and at depth;
  • Historical drill logs, assay information, geochemical data, underground workings and mine maps have been digitized and incorporated into the Company’s three-dimensional geological model; and
  • Modern core drilling, downhole surveying and three-dimensional modelling provide Terra with tools unavailable to the historical operators.

The principal objectives of the program are to:

  1. Test the down-dip continuation of mineralized veins beneath the former mine workings;
  2. Evaluate strike extensions beyond the historically mined areas;
  3. Confirm the location, orientation, width and grade of known mineralized structures;
  4. Identify parallel veins and previously unrecognized mineralized structures; and
  5. Generate geological and assay information to guide subsequent drilling and resource-evaluation work.

“This is an exciting milestone for Terra – drilling at a former producing uranium operation where the geological controls on mineralization are well understood,” stated Greg Cameron, Chief Executive Officer of Terra Clean Energy. “Historical mining focused on accessible portions of the known veins, while drilling and mine records indicate that the system continues beyond the former workings.”

“We believe there is substantial potential to expand the known mineralized footprint. This 10,000-foot core program will test the veins along strike and at depth, investigate mineralization beneath the historical workings and evaluate parallel structures that may never have been adequately tested. Contracting KB Drilling moves us into the most important phase of the program – putting core in the ground.”

Site preparation crews are scheduled to begin constructing the permitted drill pads and excavating the planned exploration trenches during the final week of September. KB Drilling is scheduled to mobilize to the project and commence core drilling during the final week of October 2026.

The Company’s previously announced private placement and current cash on hand will provide funding for the work program at the Marysvale Uranium Mines Project, including the planned core drilling campaign and initial environmental baseline study.

Board previously adopted committee charters written to Nasdaq listing standards, strengthening oversight of financial reporting, executive pay and board quality as the Company pursues its Nasdaq application

RENO, Nev., Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Globaltech Corporation (OTCQB: GLTK) (“Globaltech” or the “Company”), a U.S.-based technology platform company enabling growth in AI, data and frontier technologies, today confirmed the composition of its three standing Board committees – the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee – and the adoption of a charter for each committee.

The charters and committee appointments were approved by unanimous written consent of the Board of Directors effective January 7, 2026, together with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Clawback Policy. The charters are written according to the independence and composition standards of the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Each committee is comprised of directors the Board has determined to be independent in accordance with Nasdaq’s rules which generally require that they are not part of the Company’s management and have no financial relationship with the Company beyond their role as directors.

The Board is chaired by James A. Gibbons, who served as the 28th Governor of Nevada from 2007 to 2011 and before that represented Nevada for five terms in the U.S. House of Representatives. An attorney by training, Governor Gibbons is also a former U.S. Air Force and Nevada Air National Guard pilot.

Committee membership

  • Audit Committee: Mehdi Al Abduwani (Chair), James A. Gibbons, and David J. Fox. The Board has designated Mehdi Al Abduwani as the Committee’s audit committee financial expert.
  • Compensation Committee: Charles J. Bartolotta (Chair), Mehdi Al Abduwani, and Shahid A. Khan.
  • Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee: James A. Gibbons (Chair), David J. Fox, and Shahid A. Khan.

What each committee does

The Audit Committee oversees the preparation of the Company’s financial statements. It hires and supervises the independent auditor, reviews every quarterly and annual report before it is filed, monitors internal controls, approves any transaction between the Company and an insider, and maintains a confidential channel for employees to report concerns. It also oversees the Company’s cybersecurity and data-privacy risks.

The Compensation Committee establishes the pay of the Chief Executive Officer and other executive officers and recommends director compensation to the Board. It ties executive pay to performance, administers the Company’s equity plans, and oversees the Company’s clawback policy, under which certain incentive pay can be recovered if financial results are later restated. No executive takes part in decisions about his or her own pay.

The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee decides who is nominated to serve on the Board. It sets the criteria for directors, leads the search for candidates, evaluates the performance of sitting directors each year, and keeps the Company’s governance guidelines current. Shareholders may recommend director candidates in writing to the Company Secretary.

What this means for our shareholders

In plain terms, the people who oversee the preparation of the Company’s financials, set executive pay and choose directors are now overseen by independent directors who have a fiduciary duty to the shareholders. This is the structure investors expect of a company listed on a national exchange, considered best practices and is typically required for a Nasdaq listing.

“A company earns the trust of the market one structure at a time,” said Dan Green, Chief Executive Officer of Globaltech. “Independent committees overseeing financial reporting, executive pay and board composition are the foundation of that trust. We have put them in place ahead of our planned move to a national exchange, because our shareholders should not have to wait for a listing to get that level of oversight.”

“Good governance is not a box to check. It is how a board earns the right to be trusted with other people’s money,” said James A. Gibbons, Chairman of the Board. “These committees put independent directors in charge of the questions shareholders care about most. Mehdi, Charles and I take those responsibilities seriously.”

Globaltech’s common stock was approved for quotation on the OTCQB Venture Market on March 26, 2026, and the Company completed a 1-for-3 reverse stock split on August 27, 2026.

The Company has applied to list its common stock shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market, which application is currently under review. Any listing remains subject to Nasdaq’s review, satisfaction of all applicable initial listing standards and other customary conditions, as well as Nasdaq’s discretionary approval to uplist, and there can be no assurance regarding the timing or completion of the up listing.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cambria Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV: CAMB; OTCQX: CAMVF) (“Cambria” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide a status update of ongoing construction, development, permitting, Feasibility Study preparation and infill drilling progress from the Premier Gold Project (“PGP” or the “Premier Project”) and Red Mountain Gold Project (“Red Mountain”), located near Stewart in northwestern British Columbia, as well as additions to its engineering and operational team. The Company is targeting commissioning of the 2,500 tonne per day mill at PGP in Q4 of 2027 with continued ramp up through 2028. Additionally, the Company is pleased to announce that over CA$45.9 million has been received through the exercise of outstanding warrants.

“Cambria continues to advance operational permitting, infill drilling, engineering and construction activities at PGP and Red Mountain, de-risking critical components to facilitate mining and processing in late 2027. Sufficient mineralization is accessible at PGP to commence mining, which would be subsequently augmented by Red Mountain once construction is complete,” said Robert McLeod, President and CEO of Cambria Gold Mines. “The Red Mountain Access Road construction is advancing very well and we are pushing to achieve access to Bromley Humps by the end of 2026.”

“As we complete additional development and prepare for operation readiness, our ability to attract exceptional engineers, such as: Ali Farah, Carla Romero, Brandon Chambers and Dinesh Devathasan, is driven by the quality of our gold projects and by our positive, supportive and determined team,” said Gord Doerksen, VP Projects of Cambria Gold Mines. “Our construction team has made strong headway in all facets, and our new engineering strength will set us up well for continued project development in 2027, with particular emphasis on planning and engineering, as well as water management and treatment and PGP.”

Red Mountain Access Road

The final Permit for the Red Mountain access road, a Fisheries Act Authorization (FAA), was received on September 21, 2026, allowing for in-stream construction work to be performed in Bitter Creek, rebuilding sections of a previous road that was washed away during a storm event in 2013.   With the FFA in hand, Cambria’s construction team and road building contractor are advancing the road expeditiously and safely toward our goal of reaching the Bromley Humps area near the base of Red Mountain, roughly 12 km from Highway 37A.

The alpine portion of the road to access the Red Mountain deposit is anticipated to be built during the 2027 construction season. The Company’s objective is to truck mill feed material to the mill at PGP, a distance of approximately 50 km, through the communities of Stewart and Hyder.

Additionally, the Company is studying bulk material transport options: an aerial tramline or rope conveyor from the Red Mountain Deposit to the Bitter Creek valley, which would be installed after the road is completed, likely following the first year of operations. These aerial conveyance systems have historically been used extensively in the region and modern systems have proven very successful globally.

Resource Modelling and Infill Drilling

To inform the updated Feasibility Study, the Company has built a comprehensive geological and assay database, remodelling the geology and mineralized zones of the PGP deposits with the purpose of informing an updated Mineral Resource and Reserve Estimate. The current Resource and Reserve Estimate, last updated in 2021, was modelled using grade shells rather than following geological units. Starting from first principles, Cambria’s geological team has been remodelling the major and peripheral deposits at PGP, integrating both new and historical data from over 100 years of mining history from multiple epithermal deposits.

Both the Big Missouri and Silver Coin Deposits, previously mined by Cominco and Westmin/Tenajon Resources were wide breccia and vein stockwork structures mined using longhole underground techniques. Cambria has modelled these structures as well as post mineral faults and dykes with the objective of outlining bulk mineable areas; infill drilling has been ongoing at both areas to increase confidence in grade and structure. Emphasis has been on the Silver Coin deposit, which has higher grades than Big Missouri, can be mined using productive longhole mining methods, and will be the primary focus for the restart along with the high-grade Premier deposit.

At the Premier Deposit, extensive infill drilling work on 12.5 metre spacing targeting high-grades within the Prew and 602 Zones has been prioritized. Once underground development has recommenced in Q4 2026, additional underground drilling will be completed to continue defining Measured Resources that could potentially convert to Proven Reserves and be accessed in the early years of the operation. This material would be blended with wide and continuous mineralization from Silver Coin and Big Missouri while the Red Mountain Deposit is developed.

Feasibility Study Update

Cambria continues to advance an updated Red Mountain-PGP Feasibility Study to capture the value of the combined project, with targeted completion in H1 2027. SLR Advisors, a global mining consultancy, has been engaged to be the primary author with support from QPs from other specialists in their respective fields.

As discussed in recent releases, the Feasibility Study work is informed by an extensive infill drilling program at PGP to provide robust resource confidence, as well as new metallurgical testing, mine plan optimization, and processing plant modifications to treat mineralized material from both projects. No additional infill drilling has been required at the Red Mountain Deposit.

Water Treatment Plant

At PGP, the priority work on the site has been water management and the water treatment plant. Since construction in 2024, the Water Treatment Plant (“WTP”) continually struggled with discharge compliance for zinc. Through a series of focused initiatives, expedited with urgency, the Company is advancing closer to compliance with results improving in the past two months. Extensive efforts have fixed many of the WTP’s operational problems, including taking over control of plant operations with in-house personnel (previously managed and operated by a contractor), engaging specialized water treatment consultants for guidance and activating better process controls. Cambria’s team completed extensive upgrades and additions to pumps, valves, pipes and various equipment that were in various stages of neglect. The Company also updated a water balance to better understand the entire water system and how best to manage and treat contact water.

Mining

Cambria is currently upgrading underground infrastructure at Premier-Northern Lights with brow support, power upgrades, a ventilation bulkhead, water management sumps and secondary egress. These improvements will be complete by the end of 2026 and will allow us to begin additional development for stope access for mining and additional platforms for further infill drilling.  Underground work will be completed using Cambria’s newly purchased and commissioned fleet of mining equipment including LHDs, a twin-boom face jumbo, scissor deck and service vehicles. Additionally, underground development at the Silver Coin deposit will take place in the spring of 2027 to create development for operations. Accessing Silver Coin will be from the recently constructed underground workings at the Big Missouri deposit, 700 metres north of Silver Coin or from a new portal location closer to the mineralized zones, based on permitting considerations. Cambria’s remodelling of the Big Missouri Deposit has also identified the potential for several small open pit, that will be further evaluated as part of the Feasibility Study.

2026 geotechnical drilling at new Silver Coin and Red Mountain portal locations will assist in detailed portal design. All deposits benefit from previous underground development accelerating our development plan and reducing anticipated restart capital costs.

Premier Mill Upgrades

Detailed planning and budgeting of the Premier processing plant upgrades are underway with engineering, procurement and installation work. The mill operated as recently as 2025 and is in excellent condition. Based on past operating knowledge, the program includes some additional optimizations. These critical improvements include the installations of a new primary jaw crusher and feeder. The crusher building, covered crushed material stockpile and conveyor system, dating to the 1990’s operations are in excellent condition, with just the mechanical and electrical components required. Additional immediate upgrades will include converting an unused clarifier to a pre-leach thickener. Prior to introduction of material from Red Mountain, a fine grinding mill and second detox tank will be added. All required mill upgrades for restarting with Premier material will be completed in 2027.

Permitting

The Company achieved a significant permitting milestone in 2026 with the receipt of all permits required for construction of the Red Mountain access road. In parallel, Cambria is advancing engineering and environmental programs to support submission of the proposed haul road permit application. Baseline environmental studies were also conducted throughout 2026 at both the Premier and Red Mountain projects to validate and supplement existing environmental baseline information, while supporting ongoing project planning and future permitting requirements.

Looking ahead, the Company’s permitting efforts will focus on advancing the major mine authorizations required for the construction and operation of both the Premier and Red Mountain projects. At Red Mountain, ongoing engineering, environmental, and technical studies are also supporting an amendment to the existing Environmental Assessment Certificate to reflect the current project design and development plan. The Company continues to work collaboratively with regulatory agencies, Indigenous interests, and local stakeholders to advance these permitting processes.
