TORRANCE, Calif. and CHANDLER, Ariz., Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Navitas Semiconductor (Nasdaq: NVTS) and Microchip Technology (Nasdaq: MCHP) – As AI data centers scale to support high-power GPU clusters, the industry is shifting toward 800V DC rack power architectures to improve distribution efficiency, increase power density and support next-generation server designs. To help accelerate this transition, Navitas and Microchip have collaborated on an 800V DC-to-6V DC reference design for AI data center rack power applications.

The platform combines Microchip’s digital power control and security technologies with Navitas’ GaNFast™ gallium nitride (GaN) power devices to give developers a practical path to implement high-efficiency power conversion aligned with the Open Compute Project (OCP) 800V DC standard. Complete with reference hardware, software and design documentation, the solution helps reduce design risk, shorten development cycles and accelerate deployment of next-generation AI infrastructure.

“AI infrastructure optimization is driving one of the most significant power architecture transitions the data center industry has experienced in decades,” said Joe Thomsen, corporate vice president of Microchip’s digital signal controller business unit. “As the ecosystem moves toward higher-voltage rack power systems, developers need proven building blocks that help reduce design risk and accelerate innovation. Our collaboration with Navitas brings together complementary technologies to help customers navigate this transition and bring next-generation power solutions to market more quickly.”

At the core of the reference platform are Microchip’s dsPIC33AK Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs), TA100 CryptoAuthentication™ device, and Navitas’ GaNFast FETs. The dsPIC33AK is designed to provide high-resolution control, high-speed analog and security with support for post-quantum cryptography. The devices offer library support for Commercial National Security Algorithm (CNSA) Suite 2.0 recommended post-quantum cryptographic (PQC) algorithms and feature hardware accelerated cryptographic functions needed in Open Compute Project (OCP) power supplies and other connected real-time control designs. Powered by a 200 MHz 32-bit core with a double-precision floating-point unit (FPU), the dsPIC33AK256MPS306 family combines 78 ps high-resolution Pulse Width Modulators (PWMs) and multiple 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) operating at up to 40 MSPS. The high-speed core and peripherals support fast, deterministic control loops for high frequency, high-efficiency DC/DC power conversion.

This PDB is powered by 16 × NV6034, 650 V, 17 mΩ GaNFast FETs in a stacked half-bridge topology on the primary side. The DFN8×8 dual-side-cooled package extends the performance advantages of GaN by reducing thermal resistance, allowing higher continuous power operation while maintaining exceptional efficiency. The PDB targets delivering up to 96% peak efficiency at full load with 1 MHz switching frequency, enabling a power density of 2,100 W/in³.

Approximately 20% thinner than a mobile phone, its ultra-low profile enables extremely close integration with the GPU board, maximizing transient performance and improving power distribution efficiency. Navitas’ system-level approach ensures that advances in GaN technology translate into measurable improvements in efficiency, power density, transient performance, and total cost of ownership. Direct conversion from 800V DC to 6V DC combines both 800V DC to 50V DC and 50V DC to 6V DC conversion stages into one converter, delivering higher end-to-end efficiency.

“As AI infrastructure scales to support increasingly demanding computing platforms, Navitas’ GaNFast technology is a critical enabler of higher power density, greater efficiency, and improved system performance,” said Vipin Bothra, vice president of Global Solution Marketing at Navitas Semiconductor. “By combining Navitas’ leadership in power semiconductors with Microchip’s digital control expertise, this collaboration accelerates the delivery of advanced power solutions tailored to the evolving requirements of next-generation AI data centers.”

The reference design also incorporates Microchip’s TA100 CryptoAuthentication™ device to help address growing security requirements within modern power infrastructure. By integrating hardware-based security into the design, developers can establish a trusted foundation for system authentication and protection without the complexity of implementing security measures from scratch. The TA100 device provides support for code authentication (secure boot), Message Authentication Code (MAC) generation, trusted firmware updates, multiple key management protocols including Transport Layer Security (TLS) and other root-of-trust-based operations.

The Microchip and Navitas reference design provides a platform for developing high-voltage, high power, compact rack power systems for AI data centers. The design combines power control, security and GaN power technologies to support efficient 800V-to-6V-power conversion while helping system developers address evolving power delivery, performance and form-factor requirements. The solution will be showcased at Microchip’s OCP Event, taking place October 12–15, 2026, in San Jose, California.

The design will be supported with a reference board, software and supporting documentation, giving developers access to the resources needed to evaluate and accelerate deployment of 800V DC power conversion systems for AI data center applications.

  • Non-dilutive transaction retires $87.8 million in asset-backed financing with no new equity issued; Duos and Axe Compute to expedite additional SPV site developments
  • Axe Compute’s AI Cluster Customer Agreement Extended to Five Years

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Axe Compute Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU) today announced that it completed its acquisition from Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (“Duos”) of 100% of the special purpose vehicle (the “SPV”) that owns the Axe Compute AI cluster in Columbus, Georgia (the “Georgia Cluster”) on September 30, 2026. At closing, Axe Compute paid off the SPV’s asset-backed loan facility of approximately $87.8 million, with no new equity issued. The remaining consideration consists of a $42.9 million deferred purchase price payable to Duos in monthly installments of $715,000, with any unpaid balance due in full by the earlier of twelve months after signing and the date Axe Compute enters into a financing secured by the Georgia Cluster. Axe Compute expects to pay the deferred purchase price directly from cash flows generated by the Georgia Cluster. Axe Compute expects to generate approximately $364.6 million in revenue over the life of the customer agreement, with a significant expected improvement to estimated contract gross margin. In addition, the Georgia AI Cluster customer agreement has been extended from three years to five years, running through 2031 with renewal options thereafter.

Under a separate agreement, Duos covers the facility’s colocation and energy costs for the full five-year term, so the Georgia Cluster’s power and facility costs are fixed for the life of the customer contract. Duos continues to own and operate the Georgia facility.

Located at Duos’ facility in Columbus, Georgia, the Georgia Cluster consists of 288 servers containing 2,304 NVIDIA B300 GPUs. This Georgia Cluster is a landmark deployment and demonstrates Axe Compute’s program for designing, deploying, owning and operating dedicated AI infrastructure for enterprise customers. Axe Compute intends to apply the same structure to future deployments under the program: a committed customer, infrastructure secured for the same term, and ownership of the compute hardware.

“In another validation of our partnership with Duos, we are taking this step so we can both focus on what we do best. Duos is a world class data center builder and we are fortunate to call them a partner,” said Christopher Miglino, Chief Executive Officer of Axe Compute. “Our customer is committed for five years, our power and facility costs are covered for five years, and we own our GPUs. That alignment is expected to significantly expand the margin profile and return on this existing cluster.”

“This is the right move for both companies, and our relationship with Axe Compute has never been stronger,” said Doug Recker, Chief Executive Officer of Duos Technologies Group. “It streamlines the Georgia structure so Axe Compute can focus on what it does exceptionally well, delivering AI clusters to its customers. Duos stays focused on what we do best, providing the power and infrastructure behind them, now under a five-year partnership.”

Details of the acquisition are provided in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Axe Compute with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Government of Greenland formally approves the Tanbreez Mining Plan and Closure Plan for one of the world’s largest heavy rare earth deposits – 19 critical elements approved, including the heavy rare earths terbium, dysprosium and yttrium and the magnet metals neodymium and praseodymium – with activity-specific operating permits the final step before construction

Key Highlights

  • Government Green Light Through 2050: The Government of Greenland has approved the Mining Plan and Closure Plan for the Company’s flagship Tanbreez Project, establishing a clear, long-term framework to build, operate and ultimately rehabilitate the mine through September 2050 – approximately 24 years of permitted operations under the Company’s existing exploitation licence.
  • 19 Critical Elements Approved for Extraction: The approvals cover the heavy rare earths terbium, dysprosium and yttrium, the magnet metals neodymium and praseodymium, and the strategic metals zirconium, hafnium, tantalum and niobium – materials essential to electric vehicles, wind turbines, advanced electronics and defense systems, and among the most supply-constrained critical minerals in Western markets.
  • Major De-Risking Step Toward Construction: With the Mining and Closure Plans approved, the remaining gate to construction is the activity-specific operating permits under sections 120 and 121 of the Greenland Mineral Activities Act. The approvals give investors and prospective financing partners significantly greater clarity on the path to developing a Western-aligned source of heavy rare earths.

NEW YORK, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Critical Metals Corp. (Nasdaq: CRML) (“Critical Metals Corp” or the “Company”), a leading critical minerals exploration and mining company, today announced that the Government of Greenland (Naalakkersuisut) has formally approved the Mining Plan and Closure Plan for the Company’s flagship Tanbreez Project in Southern Greenland – one of the world’s largest heavy rare earth deposits. The approvals build on the exploitation licence granted to Tanbreez in 2020 and set out how the mine will be built, operated and ultimately closed and rehabilitated over a period running through 2050.

The approvals were granted to the Company’s Greenlandic subsidiary, Tanbreez Mining Greenland A/S, under sections 77 and 80 of the Greenland Parliament Act on Mineral Activities and Exclusive Licence No. 2020-54, which covers the exploitation of minerals at Killavaat Alannguat, between Narsaq and Qaqortoq in Southwest Greenland. They were signed on behalf of the Government of Greenland by Múte B. Egede, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Business and Mineral Resources, in Nuuk on September 29, 2026.

Scope of the Approvals

The approvals cover the period from signing until September 8, 2050, and set out the 19 elements the Company may extract at Tanbreez once the remaining operating permits are in place: zirconium, hafnium, tantalum, niobium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutetium and yttrium.

Of particular significance, the approved elements include the heavy rare earths terbium, dysprosium and yttrium – among the scarcest and most strategically important rare earths, used in high-temperature permanent magnets for electric vehicle motors, wind turbines and defense applications – together with the magnet metals neodymium and praseodymium.

The Mining Plan sets out how the Company will build and operate the mine, processing facilities, port and supporting infrastructure at Tanbreez. The Closure Plan sets out how the site will be decommissioned and rehabilitated at the end of its life, reflecting the Company’s commitment to responsible development in partnership with the Government of Greenland and the communities of South Greenland.

Tony Sage, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Critical Metals Corp, commented:
“Approval of the Mining and Closure Plans is a defining milestone for Tanbreez and for Critical Metals Corp. It gives us a clear framework through 2050 to responsibly develop one of the world’s largest heavy rare earth deposits, in partnership with the Government of Greenland and the communities of South Greenland. We thank the Government and the Mineral Resources Authority for their thorough review, and we now move forward with the specific operating permits that will take us to construction.”

Michael Hanson, Independent Director of Critical Metals Corp, added:
“The approval of the Mining and Closure Plans is an important step in de-risking Tanbreez. It gives investors and potential financing partners greater clarity on the path to development of one of the most significant rare earth projects outside of established supply chains.”

Path to Construction

The next step is to obtain the operating permits for specific activities at Tanbreez under sections 120 and 121 of the Act, covering areas including environmental management, marine transport, health and safety, and the export and sale of minerals. Construction can begin once these permits are granted and the required financial security is in place. The Company will provide further updates as these approvals progress.

Integration agreement enables Malam to integrate Zorronet technology into large-scale customer projects across Israel

NETANYA, Israel, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Zorronet Ltd. (“Zorronet”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tessera Defense and Homeland Security Inc. (“Tessera” or the “Company”) (NYSE American:HLSQ), today announced the signing of a 24-month framework subcontracting agreement with Team-Netcom Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Malam Team Ltd. (“Malam”), one of Israel’s top five largest IT services groups. The agreement will see Malam incorporate Zorronet’s AI-powered security orchestration technology as a preferred vendor for projects for customers across Israel.

Under the agreement, Team-Netcom Ltd. will serve as the prime contractor and systems integrator, managing project delivery, customer implementation and integration with existing systems. Zorronet will provide the AI intelligence layer that connects cameras, sensors and other security systems, understands activity in real time, validates relevant events and helps coordinate the response. The technology also supports object detection and classification across security, safety, vehicle, fire and smoke-related scenarios.

With approximately 5,700 technology specialists, Malam-Team Group is one of Israel’s largest technology groups, with capabilities spanning systems integration, communications, cloud, cyber, municipal solutions, transportation and defense. Its experience delivering complex projects for government, critical infrastructure and enterprise customers nationwide, gives the collaboration a strong foundation for enabling customers to add more advanced security capabilities across a wide range of sites and applications.

The agreement enables Zorronet’s technology to be deployed within larger Malam-led projects without requiring customers to replace existing security infrastructure. For organizations whose existing camera networks are still used primarily for monitoring and recording, Zorronet adds an intelligence layer that turns those systems into sources of real-time awareness. Zorronet can connect with installed cameras, VMS platforms and other security systems to provide a unified intelligence layer for real-time understanding, event validation and coordinated response. The offering also includes Zorronet’s own video management capabilities and will be available primarily through a SaaS model, with an on-premises option for customers that require local processing.

Specific projects under the 24-month framework agreement will be carried out through individual work orders agreed between Malam and Zorronet. The parties also intend to pursue additional projects together and to evaluate, in good faith, opportunities to expand the scope of their collaboration over time.

The companies intend to operate a tiered support model backed by a back-to-back service level agreement. Malam will provide implementation and front-line customer support, including help desk services and subject-matter expertise, while Zorronet’s engineering teams will provide development-level support, software fixes and version updates.

“We see significant value in working with a Tier 1 integrator that understands both the technology and the practical requirements of large customer deployments,” said Idan Wasserman, CEO of Zorronet. “That integration expertise is important because customers increasingly want to improve the systems they already have rather than replace them. Together, we can give customers a more straightforward path to adding advanced analytics and orchestration to their existing systems, helping them identify and validate relevant events, make better use of their current infrastructure, and build additional capabilities over time.”

“This agreement demonstrates an important route to market for Zorronet,” said Roy Timor-Rousso, CBO of Tessera. “By working with a Tier 1 systems integrator of Malam’s scale, Zorronet can bring its technology into larger customer projects while leveraging Malam’s existing integration, delivery and support capabilities. Becoming a preferred vendor within that framework strengthens Zorronet’s ability to participate in projects across a broad range of customer environments. The model enables each company to focus on what it does best, and we look forward to building on this collaboration as projects move forward.”

Repayment of Oak Street Funding Term Loan Eliminates Approximately $1 Million of Annual Principal, Interest and Fee Payments

LAKEWOOD, NJ, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Reliance Global Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: EZRA) (“Reliance,” “EZRA” or the “Company”), an InsurTech company leveraging artificial intelligence, cloud computing and advanced technologies to transform the insurance agency/brokerage industry, today announced that it has repaid in full its term loan with Oak Street Funding LLC, which was the Company’s only term debt. As a result of the repayment, the Company has no outstanding term debt. The term loan had an outstanding balance of approximately $4.4 million as of June 30, 2026. Following the repayment, the Company has more than $6 million of cash on its balance sheet.

The loan was repaid with approximately $1.2 million from the sale of Southwestern Montana Insurance Center, which closed on September 11, 2026, approximately $2.2 million from the sale of Altruis Benefit Consulting, which closed on September 24, 2026, and approximately $1.0 million of cash previously held as collateral for the loan.

Highlights

  • Term debt retired. Following repayment of the Oak Street Funding term loan, the Company has retired 100% of its term debt.
  • More than $6 million of cash. Even after the repayment, the Company has more than $6 million of cash on its balance sheet.
  • Lower annual debt service. Repayment eliminates approximately $1 million of annual principal, interest and service fee payments, including approximately $400,000 of annual interest and service fees.
  • Cash collateral applied. Approximately $1.0 million of cash previously held as collateral for the loan was applied toward the payoff.
  • Funded by asset sales. The repayment was funded with proceeds from the Company’s sales of non-core agencies and cash previously held as loan collateral, without the issuance of any shares.

“Retiring our term debt has been a priority since we began monetizing our non-core agencies, and doing so this month strengthens our balance sheet in a meaningful way,” said Ezra Beyman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Global Group. “With the loan repaid, more of our cash can go toward our AI platform and the RELI Exchange network, and we have greater flexibility as we plan the Company’s next stage of growth.”
