Read on for more about the history, purpose, innovations, sustainability, and the team’s pioneering spirit that goes far beyond the Schwarzkopf Professional brand.

The History of Schwarzkopf Professional

Schwarzkopf Professional was introduced in Germany in 1898. The chemist and pharmacist Hans Schwarzkopf laid the foundations for a brand that has been at the forefront of innovation ever since. Schwarzkopf products combine quality ingredients and the latest haircare technology, reliability, expertise, and craftsmanship to cater to customers in over 150 countries including the US and Canada, where they were launched in 2001.

The Purpose of Schwarzkopf Professional

Schwarzkopf Professional’s purpose is to be change makers – together. Along with stylists and consumers, the brand strives to transform hair, create beauty, fuel creativity, and unleash potential. Schwarzkopf Professional is your partner in craft.

Innovations from Schwarzkopf Professional

Schwarzkopf Professional is renowned for its breakthrough products. With its European origins, the brand is credited with launching the first dry shampoo, the first liquid shampoo, the first hairspray, the first cold perm, and the first home color product. This legacy continues today, with new innovations consistently being rolled out.

For example, IGORA VIBRANCE® was re-launched with more shades versus the previous portfolio and more sustainable packaging than the previous line. The Moisture Protecting Complex with AQUAXYL™ Technology in this line protects hair during the demi-permanent coloration process. It controls the hair’s inner moisture level to stabilize the internal structure of each hair fiber, protecting against hair breakage* and creating an ideal canvas.

To innovate for a diverse set of stylists and clients, the OSiS+® range announced a wide variety of hair styling products designed for different needs: Smooth & Shine, Curls & Waves, Volume & Body, Texture, and Hold. These innovations are designed to ensure that everyone can discover styling with character in their own unique way, and express personality and individuality through their hair.

The ad, titled “Act Like You Know,” showcases how GoDaddy Airo® brings small business ideas like Walton Goggins Goggle Glasses to life through AI, giving entrepreneurs the tools to look and feel like they know what they’re doing.

“When we set out to tell the story of empowering entrepreneurs with GoDaddy Airo, we knew we wanted to tell that story through the lens of an actual entrepreneur,” said GoDaddy Chief Marketing Officer Fara Howard. “Walton was the perfect partner—he had a passion for entrepreneurship and eyewear, and GoDaddy Airo could help him bring it to life. This campaign is all about proving that with the right AI tools, anyone can build a business and confidently feel like they know what they’re doing. We’re proud to show the value of GoDaddy Airo to a massive audience on game day.”

GoDaddy Airo® Drives the Return to Big Game Advertising
In 180 countries and counting, GoDaddy Airo® is an AI-powered experience that enables entrepreneurs to establish and grow their online presence by generating domain names, logos, fully built websites and marketing, social media content and commerce capabilities. With more than 3 million customers tapping into the power of GoDaddy Airo® in the U.S. alone, its impact on small businesses inspired GoDaddy’s return to Super Bowl advertising after an eight-year hiatus.

Walton Goggins Goggle Glasses: An Example of the Power of GoDaddy Airo®
Goggins is known for his scene-stealing performances in “Fallout,” “The Righteous Gemstones,” “Vice Principals,” “The Hateful Eight,” “Justified” and the upcoming season of “The White Lotus.” As an actor, Goggins can make you believe he knows what he’s doing in just about any role—from a post-apocalyptic bounty hunter to a power-hungry vice principal—even when he doesn’t. But his toughest job yet isn’t one he plays onscreen; it’s his real-life role as a small business owner.

Walton launched Walton Goggins Goggle Glasses last year, offering retro-futuristic hybrid eyewear. GoDaddy Airo® helped his Goggle Glasses brand create a logo, website and social content, transforming an idea into a business like a seasoned pro. Small business owners like Goggins can focus on what they do best and let GoDaddy Airo®, using the power of AI, take care of the rest.

“As an entrepreneur, you need more than just an idea—you need the confidence and know-how to turn that idea into something,” said Walton Goggins. “For me, that’s where GoDaddy Airo came in. It filled in the gaps and made Walton Goggins Goggle Glasses a reality.”

The Spot: “Act Like You Know”
The ad opens with a close-up of Goggins. “Actors. We can make you believe we know what we’re doing, when in fact, we do not.” Various scenes depict Goggins playing roles he could not perform in real life, first as a detective absentmindedly traipsing through a sensitive crime scene. Then he’s an astronaut floating inside a space station, where he manipulates complex controls and admits, “I have no idea what these buttons do,” as he accidentally launches a fellow astronaut into deep space. Next, he’s a race car driver, dramatically shifting gears…in a car that he’s inadvertently driving backwards.

The spot shifts to Goggins entering his office, where boxes of Walton Goggins Goggle Glasses line the walls. There he acknowledges working as a small business owner is his hardest role yet. That’s because “I have no idea what I’m doing… but GoDaddy Airo® does, using AI to build a logo, website and social content.” Goggins confidently shows off his beautiful website created with GoDaddy Airo®. Wearing his signature namesake eyewear, Goggins declares: “If your goggles ain’t Goggins, they don’t belong on your noggins.”

Goggins then delivers the ad’s final line: “With GoDaddy Airo, it’s like you know what you’re doing.”

The spot also features a cameo appearance by Auguste Goldman, a GoDaddy veteran of nearly 18 years, as a police officer behind Goggins at the fake crime scene. Goldman has worn many hats throughout the years, including Chief Technology Officer, Chief People Officer and head of the company’s award-winning Care & Services team. Now he can add “Super Bowl extra” to the list.

What to Expect During the Big Game and Beyond
GoDaddy’s 30-second ad will air during the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter of the game on February 9. The spot is also now available on GoDaddy’s YouTube, X, Instagram and Facebook channels. GoDaddy also released an extended version available on YouTube.

The Super Bowl moment begins a yearlong, multi-channel marketing campaign in the U.S. across television, over-the-top (OTT) services, YouTube, out-of-home, social media and influencer marketing. The campaign, featuring Goggins, will continue highlighting GoDaddy Airo® as the ultimate small business partner.

Amid an ongoing climate crisis, a biodiversity crisis also looms, as many countries race to save their species and habitats. Human interaction and overdevelopment are amongst the major contributors to biodiversity loss, along with climate change. How can we rethink our traditional development practices in order to better serve our species, our environments, and our communities? Listen to the full podcast episode on Biodiversity, Natural Wealth and Resilient Ecosystems here and find some of the key points below.

In this article, we explore global efforts to protect biodiversity in projects ranging from Costa Rica’s reforestation and energy independence to New Zealand’s marine conservation and France’s local ecosystem preservation. Biodiversity consultant experts Susan Jackson of Tonkin + Taylor in New Zealand, Stéphanie Le Bonniec of HPC International in France, and Jose Dengo of CDG Environmental Advisors in Costa Rica share their insights on how businesses and communities can strike a balance between development and environmental protection, proving that what’s good for nature can also be good for business.

Q: How do you define biodiversity?
Jose Dengo: Biodiversity is about recognizing that the planet is a giant living organism. Everything we have and interact with comes from it. It’s not just about rainforests or beaches, but about all the resources we rely on daily. Our job as environmental practitioners is to ensure we continue benefiting from these natural resources by preserving them.

Q: What drives biodiversity work in Costa Rica?
Jose: New development is the main driver. Costa Rica is known for being environmentally conscious, so most new projects require some level of environmental licensing. This regulatory framework has been in place for decades, and it ensures that any new development takes environmental impact into account.

Q: What makes Costa Rica unique in its environmental protection efforts?
Jose: Costa Rica made a decision around 75 years ago to develop its national energy infrastructure around hydropower, which was the most abundant resource at the time. This wasn’t initially driven by environmental awareness, but rather by common sense. However, over time, this decision allowed Costa Rica to become a leader in renewable energy and environmental conservation, particularly as the environmental movement gained momentum in the 1970s and 1990s.

Q: How has Costa Rica balanced hydropower with biodiversity conservation?
Jose: Hydropower was essential to Costa Rica’s energy independence, but building new dams has become increasingly challenging due to concerns about biodiversity loss, social impact, and relocation of communities. As a result, Costa Rica has shifted to other renewable energy sources, such as wind and geothermal energy. The challenge moving forward is to adapt our energy markets to support faster development of these cleaner alternatives while minimizing environmental impact.

Q: How does climate change impact biodiversity in Costa Rica?
Jose: Habitat loss is the biggest threat to biodiversity here. Changing weather patterns can harm vulnerable ecosystems like Costa Rica’s dry tropical forests, which rely on extended dry periods and shorter periods of intense rainfall. Climate change also brings issues like prolonged droughts, which can threaten our hydropower-dependent energy system, and extreme rainy seasons, which cause flooding and damage to infrastructure.

Q: How does Costa Rica’s approach to biodiversity influence the global community?
Jose: Costa Rica’s leadership in biodiversity conservation has given it a significant voice in international climate negotiations and environmental forums. Despite its small size, Costa Rica is home to nearly 4% of all species on the planet, so our biodiversity is an international asset. Costa Rica’s success in reversing deforestation and protecting natural habitats is seen as a model for other countries. It’s a powerful example of how local efforts can have a global impact.

Q: How is New Zealand approaching biodiversity conservation?
Susan Jackson: In New Zealand, we have a high proportion of endemic species, meaning species that are found nowhere else in the world. Around 85% of our wildlife is found in the ocean, making marine biodiversity especially important here. This local lens is crucial because we are the only ones who can protect these species. Our approach to biodiversity is heavily influenced by our unique culture and environmental conditions.

Q: Can you share an example of a local biodiversity project in New Zealand?
Susan: One recent project involved constructing a footpath and cycleway along Wellington’s coastline. We worked to enhance the marine biodiversity in the area by incorporating ecological features like precast enhancement tiles and pseudo rock pools. These enhancements mimic natural rocky shorelines and provide habitats for marine life. We designed these features with both ecological and cultural considerations in mind, drawing inspiration from local Māori traditions like the kete basket design.

Q: How does New Zealand’s regulatory framework support biodiversity conservation?
Susan: New Zealand’s National Policy Statement for Indigenous Biodiversity, introduced in 2023, guides local governments to protect and restore indigenous biodiversity. We also use an effects management hierarchy to avoid, minimize, and remedy the impacts of development. This framework helps ensure that projects don’t proceed if their impact on biodiversity is too great.

Q: What cultural practices in New Zealand help protect biodiversity?
Susan: One significant concept is kaitiakitanga, or guardianship. This practice emphasizes that we all have a responsibility to protect the biodiversity in our environment. It’s a collaborative effort involving government, communities, and individuals, and it’s essential to preserving the unique species we have here in New Zealand.

Q: How does France approach biodiversity in its projects?
Stephanie: Biodiversity in France is crucial due to the presence of endemic species, even though we aren’t a tropical country. We work to ensure that development projects comply with European and national biodiversity regulations, like the French Water Law, which protects natural resources. One project I worked on involved the Roscoff Nautical Center, where we had to minimize environmental impacts while supporting local tourism and economic growth.

Q: How can companies integrate biodiversity into their operations?
Stephanie: Companies need to focus on their impacts, dependencies, risk management, opportunities and resilience throughout their value chain, while ensuring that they minimize their contribution to biodiversity loss. This means, above all, complying with local, national and international environmental regulations. For example, by taking steps to ensure that all company activities comply with regulations, and then disclosing their results through ESG reports based on the CSRD Directive and the European Taxonomy, with an emphasis on ESRS E4. This makes it clear that biodiversity is not just an environmental issue – it’s also a key factor in a company’s long-term success. By taking care of biodiversity, companies can not only improve their social responsibility and financial performance, but also reassure investors, customers and all other stakeholders.

Q: What’s a key takeaway for leaders focused on biodiversity?
Stephanie: Biodiversity loss is linked to multiple global challenges like famine, conflict, and disease. Companies need to recognize their role in protecting biodiversity, not just for their operations but for the future of the planet. Every action we take has an impact, and we are all part of the solution.

Environmentally conscious products

Product materials

Lenovo’s corporate-wide environmental standards and specifications require its product designers to consider environmentally conscious design practices to facilitate and encourage recycling and minimization of resource consumption. Lenovo’s priority is to use environmentally preferable materials whenever practical. In adhering to this precautionary approach, it supports restricting the intentional addition of materials that are potentially concerning when economically and technically viable alternatives exist. These restrictions may also include implementing concentration limits for incidental occurrences.

For materials where economically and technically viable alternatives do not exist, Lenovo collects data on usage above the defined concentration limit. This data can then be reported to customers or other stakeholders. Lenovo continues to actively search for environmentally preferable materials that can be used as substitutes and expects its partners and suppliers to demonstrate the same commitment to environmentally sound practices. See Lenovo’s Materials Management webpage for more information.

Lenovo restricts the use of environmentally sensitive materials in its products. This includes the prohibition of ozone-depleting substances in all applications; the restriction on the use of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) under the Stockholm Convention; and the elimination of materials covered under European Union (EU) Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), even beyond the jurisdictions where these regulatory requirements exist. Lenovo’s implementation strategy and requirements are consistent with the requirements specified in the EU’s RoHS Directive and REACH Regulation.

Lenovo supports phasing out brominated flame retardants (BFRs) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and is committed to driving its supply chain toward this goal. Lenovo continues to focus on eliminating halogens from its top-selling products and across as many commodities as possible and has made progress including the following achievements:

Phasing out completely the use of BFR/ chlorinated flame retardants (CFR)/PVC in all mechanical plastic parts (such as external covers, housings, etc.) across all its productsMost of hard disk drives, optical disk drives, solid-state drives, LCD screens, memory, central processing units (CPUs), chipsets, and communication cards; and other commodities with offerings meet the International Electronics Manufacturing Initiative (iNEMI) definition3 of low halogenAll ThinkPad notebooks including printed circuit boards (PCBs) meet the iNEMI definition3 of low halogen except for cables and wires, AC adapterAll commercial monitors meet the iNEMI definition of low halogen except for their PCB assembly and cables. Furthermore, some monitors fully meet the iNEMI definition3 of low halogenAll smartphone products are free of BFR and PVC • Prohibiting the intentional addition of the following pollutants to any of its parts:Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs)Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs)Deca-Brominated Diphenyl Ethers

3 Lenovo supports the definition of “low halogen” electronics as defined in the “iNEMI Position Statement on the ‘Definition of Low-Halogen’ Electronics (BFR/CFR/PVC-Free)”

Lenovo plans to use additional BFR and PVC-free parts and materials across the Think and Idea family of products as acceptable alternative materials become available, working toward the goal to phase out the use of these materials across all newly introduced products. Lenovo continues to work with its suppliers to pilot new BFR– and PVC– free applications. Lenovo recognizes that the phase-out of these materials is dependent upon the availability of suitable alternatives that meet its technological, cost, quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.

In addition to the regulated materials, Lenovo has also identified an expanded list of materials and substances of environmental interest. These substances may be candidates for further restrictions in the future. It holds suppliers accountable for reporting the use of these materials through Supplier Material Declarations. A spreadsheet file containing the Full Material Disclosure (FMD) information, submitted via an environmental compliance analysis system, is the preferred format for confirmation of compliance to the restrictions and for reporting when substances in question are above the specified concentration levels.

Lenovo’s business unit environmental engineers utilize the environmental compliance analysis system to perform a Bill of Materials (BOM) validation to ensure every part number used in building the product has the required supplier information. Once the full BOM compliance verification is complete a detailed compliance summary report is generated to show the internal Company and external legal requirements at the full product level.

Big data set for materials and substances

As of the end of FY 2023/24, Lenovo’s Full Material Disclosures (FMD) system has accumulated an expansive data set of full material disclosure information for the business units. This information serves as a tool that can aid structural design and optimization, analyzing materials and mechanical properties, and improving product reliability.

Lenovo does not exempt any of its suppliers from providing FMD, though it does allow considerations for confidential information. Less than five percent of component suppliers do not provide FMD, usually for security or intellectual property reasons. Lenovo will continue its efforts to support FMD and those suppliers who do not provide them are requested to ensure their components’ compliance with an acceptable alternate format of materials disclosure, IEC 62474 declaration, test report, or self-declaration.

Lenovo informs its customers about the environmental attributes of its products as it relates to compliance with applicable laws and regulations through an industry-standard IT Eco Declaration form. Declarations for newly released products are posted on Lenovo’s ECO Declarations webpage.

Consistent with its precautionary approach, Lenovo continuously analyzes the regulatory environment and considers input from its customers, NGOs, and other stakeholders in the evaluation of potential health and environmental impacts of its products. Lenovo weighs these inputs to determine the restricted substances, as well as the substances of interest to be tracked for reporting and consideration of future restrictions.

Recycled materials

Lenovo continues to incorporate post-consumer recycled content (PCC) plastics, closed-loop post-consumer recycled content plastics (CL PCC), ocean bound plastics (OBP), recycled metals and it also introduced new materials such as post-consumer recycled rare earth metals into select products. These recycled materials are important to Lenovo’s product development strategy and transition to a circular economy. Using engineered plastics not only helps save the natural resources and energy that would have gone into manufacturing new plastics, but also diverts these materials from landfills. Lenovo’s increased use of CL PCC is helping to sustain the demand for recycled plastic materials from IT products. Environmental benefits are achieved while still creating a product that meets Lenovo’s high performance standards.

Lenovo currently uses PCC plastics in laptops, desktops, workstations, monitors, and accessories and is introducing its closed-loop process in more products each year.

By FY 2025/26, 100% of PC products will contain post-consumer recycled content materials. 4

4 Excludes tablets and accessories

Using PCC in IT products presents significant challenges due to the unique structural, performance, and cosmetic requirements associated with these applications. To overcome the continuing challenges of using recycled content in the design and manufacture of smart connected devices, especially notebooks, tablets, and smartphones, Lenovo’s engineers work closely with its suppliers to develop and qualify new grades of plastic resins previously unavailable to the IT industry. These materials receive environmental and performance qualifications before

For CL PCC, Lenovo’s research and development teams work with material suppliers and a third-party certification authority to build its CL PCC supplier and material process, including the “Approved Recycling Standard,” the “Quality Assurance Operation Requirements,” and the “Recovery Ratio” to validate their sources of waste and control processes using a hierarchical waste product traceability scheme. Since early 2005, Lenovo’s cumulative total use of recycled plastics in products has reached over 140 million kilograms (gross) containing PIC, PCC, and/or CL PCC, with net PCC of more than 55 million kilograms and net CL PCC of nearly 25 million kilograms.

In 2023, Lenovo’s use of plastics containing recycled content was approximately 9.7 million kilograms (gross) with a net CL PCC of approximately 6.6 million kilograms.

Lenovo’s ESG KPIs include recycled content, refer to Section 9.0. Results of Lenovo’s progress against its recycled content usage targets are available in Section 8.0.

In addition to recycled plastics mentioned above, during FY 2023/24, Lenovo continues to incorporate ocean bound plastics (OBP) and recycled metals in its products. In an effort to reduce ocean pollution, Lenovo researched and sourced OBP for use in some products.

In 2023, Lenovo’s use of plastics containing OBP was approximately 14,000 kilograms (gross) with a net OBP of approximately 700 kilograms.

This year, Lenovo introduced OBP content in the speaker enclosures of ThinkPad L13 Gen 5 and ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 5. OBP content was also introduced into the fan housing, dummy smart card, and dummy SIM cover of the ThinkPad L14 Gen 5 and ThinkPad L16 Gen 1.

Recycled metal usage also supports the transition to a more circular economy. Recycled metal usage helps reduce mining and consumption of natural resources and has potential energy and emissions savings. In FY 2023/24, Lenovo expanded the use of recycled aluminum and magnesium to more ThinkPad products and all-in-one (AIO) products, including but not limited to:

For Lenovo ThinkPad X1 2-In-1 Gen 9:

minimum 75% recycled aluminum for the A cover, minimum 75% recycled aluminum or minimum 90% recycled magnesium for the C cover, andminimum 55% recycled aluminum for D cover.

For Yoga AIO 9 32IRH8:

minimum 75% recycled aluminum for the frame.

Lenovo this year also started to use:

minimum 21% recycled steel in main frame of:ThinkVision P27pz-30, andThinkVision P32pz-30,minimum 50% post-consumer recycled copper in thermal module of:ThinkPad P14s Gen 5,P16s Gen 3,T14p Gen 2,L14 Gen 5, andL16 Gen 1, andpost-consumer recycled rare earth element in the magnet for the speaker, ForcePad, and hall sensor of select ThinkPad products.

Many products contain different kinds of recycled and sustainable materials. ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 12 contains:

3.1% pre-consumer recycled carbon fiber in the A cover, minimum 90% recycled magnesium in the C cover,55% recycled aluminum in the D cover,85% post-consumer recycled plastic in the keycap, and90% post-consumer recycled plastic in the battery enclosure, speaker enclosure, and AC adapter enclosure.

DENVER /3BL/ – DaVita announced performance year one clinical outcomes achieved in partnership with nearly 1,300 nephrologists across the U.S. through value-based care arrangements designed to enhance the lives of Medicare patients with kidney disease. As the broader health care community continues to explore value-based care arrangements to improve health outcomes in the U.S., DaVita commends the efforts from likeminded specialty care providers leading the movement.

These efforts have helped lead the kidney care community through scaled participation and investment in these programs, which are part of the Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting (CKCC) option within the government’s voluntary Kidney Care Choices (KCC) model — a value-based care demonstration that began on Jan. 1, 2022, as the largest government model for kidney care.

“This program relies on the understanding that kidney care in the U.S. has been fragmented and that a system that better coordinates these care silos is better for our patients. When our patients do better, they can live a better life and cost the system less money. Those savings can be wrapped around to provide even better care — and the cycle continues,” said Dr. Gregory Spin, clinical leader for the Northern California Kidney Care Choices group and founding partner of Summit Nephrology. “We have worked hard to share best practices across our program, and DaVita has amplified that process by bringing learnings from other participants.”

Together with participating nephrologists, DaVita launched 11 value-based care arrangements in 2022 and has since doubled that footprint to 22 Kidney Contracting Entities (KCEs). An evaluation now available for the first performance year (PY1) demonstrates that these value-based care arrangements result in better patient outcomes, which, over time, should lead to decreasing cost expenditures. This includes engaging patients in their care earlier and supporting access to kidney transplants for patients managing their kidney health.

Physicians and providers in the CKCC program improved outcomes for patients through collective quality metrics, with a 16% industry increase in optimal start rates for kidney patients transitioning to dialysis. Reducing unplanned starts leads to more optimal outcomes for patients, with care teams better coordinating their kidney and non-kidney care needs as well as improving interventions to help keep them healthy and out of the hospital, while also reducing high health care costs.

“Our focus at the launch of the program was to provide robust support for our nephrology partners, and we’re encouraged by the current momentum. Though scaled transformation takes time, we continue to trend positively into the third year of the program,” said Dr. Amy Schuerman-Gen, chief medical officer for DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC). “Our vision for care innovation is taking shape, with CKCC laying a vital foundation for lasting change. The model’s emphasis on care coordination and patient engagement has already led to encouraging health outcomes, and we’re optimistic about the program’s potential for continued success.”

DaVita and its nephrologist partners have already seen significant progress over the course of the CKCC program and expect the impact on outcomes and cost savings will continue to improve. Achievements include:

Embedding care team members in 68% of nephrology practices, providing care to shared patients directly at the site of care.Overseeing approximately 31,000 patients across dialysis centers of multiple providers, remotely, and in nephrologist offices.Enabling 2.4x more DaVita patients to have a planned start on home treatment through patient education, care management and transition support.Screening 67% of patients for depression remission with a baseline PHQ-9 across 11 KCEs, supporting holistic care of both physical and mental health.Increasing patient activation by 13%, indicating higher patient engagement across patient populations — inclusive of people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and people with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) who do not treat at DaVita.

Care coordination is fueled in part by DaVita’s tech-enabled platform, with more than half of participants either leveraging DaVita’s co-designed EHR with Epic or allowing DaVita access to another platform. This foundation helps to meet patients earlier with crucial identification and education to help slow progression to kidney failure and avoid dialysis. From PY1 to current year-to-date, DaVita has increased CKD education by 39% via Kidney Smart®, an award-winning, interactive community and virtual education program, for patients aligned with CKCC practices.

From coast to coast, participation in CKCC has allowed for a broad evaluation of the positive impact value-based care at scale can have for kidney patients.

“As we continue in the CKCC demonstration, I look forward to working collaboratively with our DaVita IKC partners and others to tackle difficult challenges we face in patient-centered care,” said Dr. Alec Otteman of Associated Nephrology Consultants in St. Paul, MN. “We continue to work through how to best support patients to prevent hospitalizations and readmissions, and our DaVita IKC partners can create wrap-around support for medication reconciliation and transition of care post-hospitalization.”
