About SAB BIO
SAB BIO is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing multi-specific, high-potency, human immunoglobulin G (hIgG) to treat and prevent immune and autoimmune disorders. Using advanced genetic engineering and antibody science, SAB BIO developed a proprietary technology which holds the potential to generate additional novel therapeutic candidates utilizing the human immune response, without the need for human donors or convalescent plasma. SAB BIO has optimized genetic engineering in the development of transchromosomic cattle, or Tc-Bovine, to produce hIgG. SAB BIO’s drug development production system is able to generate a diverse repertoire of specifically targeted, high-potency, hIgGs that can address a wide range of serious unmet needs in human diseases. The Company’s lead candidate, SAB-142, targets autoimmune T1D with a disease-modifying therapeutic approach that aims to change the T1D treatment paradigm by delaying onset and potentially preventing disease progression of Stage 3 T1D patients. SAB-142 is being evaluated in two clinical trials: the registrational Phase 2b SAFEGUARD study for those newly diagnosed with Stage 3 T1D and the investigator-led Phase 3 PRISE-hATG study for people up to two years following a Stage 3 T1D diagnosis. Company Reports 500+ U.S. Leads, Expanding Healthcare Network Relationships, Federal Market Access, International Distribution and 300+ Issued and Pending Patents Worldwide

Just 2% Penetration of Estimated U.S. Epidural Procedure Market Represents $33 Million in Potential Annual Disposable Revenue

Medical Segment Revenue Increased 200%+ in Q2 2026 as Company Advances Commercial Expansion and Recurring Revenue Strategy

ROSELAND, N.J., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Milestone Scientific Inc. (NYSE American: MLSS), a medical technology company specializing in advanced computerized injection and drug-delivery technologies, today provided a comprehensive commercial update highlighting significant progress in expanding its CompuFlo® Epidural System across U.S. and international markets.

Milestone believes its proprietary Dynamic Pressure Sensing® technology addresses a substantial opportunity within an estimated 30 million-plus annual epidural procedures globally, including more than 11 million in the United States.

At just 2% penetration of the estimated U.S. procedure market, approximately 220,000 annual procedures would represent $33 million in potential annual disposable revenue, assuming a $150 selling price per procedure. This illustrative opportunity excludes equipment sales, international markets and potential future medical applications. It is not a revenue projection and assumes clinical eligibility, physician adoption and disposable purchasing.

With an expanded commercial organization, growing physician pipeline, established reimbursement pathways, international distribution and a substantial global patent portfolio, Milestone believes it is positioned to pursue a significantly larger share of this market.

Commercial Expansion and Recent Highlights

  • 200%+ Medical Revenue Growth: Medical segment revenue increased 200%+ year-over-year in the second quarter of 2026, demonstrating early commercial momentum.
  • 500+ U.S. Commercial Leads: Expanding physician and institutional pipeline generated through targeted sales, digital marketing, medical conferences, physician referrals and clinical outreach.
  • Digital Marketing Momentum: Since launching its social media marketing in April 2026, CompuFlo® social media content has generated more than 217,000 views and approximately 1,600 link clicks through October 27, 2026, expanding awareness among potential customers and supporting physician outreach and lead generation.
  • Major Healthcare Network Opportunities: Milestone’s development relationship with Pain and Spine Specialists, led by Dr. Sudhir Rao, spans 22 locations across four states. Additional commercial engagement includes Rothman Orthopaedics, Main Line Health and Memorial Health, representing prospective institutional opportunities at varying stages.
  • Growing Physician Adoption: The CompuFlo Advisor Program has generated more than 200 procedure-feedback submissions across approximately 15 sites, supporting clinical experience, physician advocacy and reimbursement development.
  • Established Medicare Payment Pathways: Approximately $325 per qualifying CPT® 0777T procedure has been reported in Novitas and First Coast jurisdictions, with Avania Medical LLC supporting broader reimbursement and market-access initiatives.
  • Expanded U.S. Commercial Organization: Five dedicated medical sales professionals, approximately 15 sales consultants, three distribution partners, and additional clinical, reimbursement and physician-advisor resources support market penetration.
  • Federal Healthcare Expansion: Strategic distribution partner Red One Medical provides access to VA, Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency and other federal healthcare customers, supporting potential nationwide institutional adoption.
  • Growing International Footprint: Clinical education initiatives in Italy reached more than 40 physicians from over 10 hospitals, while relationships with Movi S.p.A. in Italy, Avalon Medical in Qatar and Luxxustone Spa in Chile support broader international expansion.
  • Extensive Global Intellectual Property: Approximately 305 issued patents, including approximately 121 CompuFlo-related patents, together with regulatory approvals in 30 countries, support the Company’s technology platform and potential future applications.
  • Expanding Clinical Evidence: CompuFlo has been evaluated or utilized at more than 40 universities, academic medical centers and teaching hospitals worldwide, with additional clinical research and academic collaborations underway.

Large Market Opportunity and Recurring Revenue Potential

Milestone believes CompuFlo’s commercial opportunity is supported by the scale of the global epidural market and its recurring-use business model.

Each additional active physician and procedure creates potential demand for the Company’s proprietary disposable products, providing an opportunity to build predictable purchasing patterns as clinical adoption expands.

The Company’s commercial strategy focuses on converting physician interest into active accounts through demonstrations, training, initial procedures, reimbursement support and repeat purchasing.

Milestone believes larger multisite physician practices and healthcare systems provide particularly attractive opportunities, as initial successful adoption may enable expansion across additional physicians and affiliated locations.

Building the Foundation for Broader Market Penetration

Milestone is executing a targeted geographic strategy, initially concentrating commercial resources in Medicare jurisdictions with established payment pathways and expanding into additional regions as physician utilization and reimbursement experience develop.

The Company is increasing its visibility through leading pain and neuromodulation conferences, including ASPN, FSIPP and ISPN, together with physician webinars, hands-on education and engagement with key opinion leaders.

Clinical validation remains a central component of this strategy. A recent 79-patient peer-reviewed University of Texas Medical Branch study associated CompuFlo-guided epidural access during spinal cord stimulator implantation with approximately 91% lower adjusted odds of composite complications compared with conventional loss-of-resistance techniques.

Additional research, including a University of Minnesota evaluation of CathCheck®, is intended to support broader clinical understanding and utilization across appropriate epidural applications.

Milestone also intends to leverage its broad intellectual-property portfolio to explore additional applications of Dynamic Pressure Sensing® technology beyond the current epidural market.

Management Commentary

Eric Hines, Chief Executive Officer of Milestone Scientific, commented:

“We believe Milestone is entering an important new phase of commercial growth. We are addressing a large global market with patented technology, growing clinical validation, established reimbursement pathways and a significantly expanded commercial organization.

“The scale of the opportunity is compelling. Just 2% penetration of the estimated U.S. procedure market represents approximately $33 million in potential annual disposable revenue at our illustrative selling-price assumption, before considering international expansion, equipment sales or additional medical applications.

“Our commercial strategy is now focused on converting our growing pipeline of more than 500 U.S. opportunities into active accounts, increasing procedure volumes and expanding successful adoption across larger healthcare networks.

“With growing physician utilization, federal market access, expanding international distribution and a substantial global patent portfolio, we believe the Company has established a stronger foundation for long-term growth.

“Our goal is to scale recurring disposable revenue, replicate successful commercialization across additional markets and continue advancing the clinical and utilization evidence necessary to pursue CPT Category I status, supporting broader adoption of CompuFlo.”

Multi-tenant platform combines fixed-wing VTOL drone operations, crop intelligence, targeted treatment planning, and mission management

Product information and an interactive demonstration are available at evafarmsight.com

LAS VEGAS, NV, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eva Live Inc. (NASDAQ: GOAI) (“Eva” or the “Company”), an artificial intelligence and autonomous technology company, today announced EvaFarmSight, an AI-powered precision agriculture platform designed to connect machine vision, fixed-wing vertical takeoff and landing drone operations, crop monitoring, and field-level decision support.

The public website and interactive product demonstration are available at evafarmsight.com. Current customers can use the same site to sign in to their organization’s secure operating environment.

The initiative marks Eva’s expansion into a major new commercial market, leveraging the Company’s existing investments in artificial intelligence and autonomous systems to address the growing demand for agricultural automation.

According to Grand View Research, the global precision farming market is projected to expand from approximately $16.8 billion in 2026 to $38.8 billion by 2033, representing a compound annual growth rate of 12.7%.

The agricultural drone market, a segment within the broader agricultural technology ecosystem, is separately projected to reach $13.2 billion by 2033, growing at 18.8% annually.

Eva believes these trends present a significant opportunity for companies capable of combining autonomous aerial systems with sophisticated AI analytics.

From Autonomous Defense Technology to the World’s Farmlands

Through its Eva Defense initiative, Eva has been developing autonomous drone concepts, machine vision capabilities, and AI-driven technologies intended for demanding operational environments.

Now, Eva intends to apply relevant elements of those technologies to a different mission: helping farmers protect crops, reduce waste, and operate more efficiently.

EvaFarmSight is designed as a secure, multi-tenant agricultural operations platform that transforms aerial imagery and field data into findings, targeted treatment plans, and flight missions that farm teams can review and manage.

“The same artificial intelligence that can help an autonomous drone identify an object in a complex environment can also help a farmer identify a crop problem across thousands of acres,” said David Boulette, Chief Executive Officer of Eva Live Inc.

“We believe the future of farming will involve autonomous drones continuously gathering intelligence while AI analyzes field conditions and helps farmers make better decisions. Our goal is to make that future practical, affordable, and scalable.”

Giving Every Acre an AI-Powered Eye in the Sky

EvaFarmSight is being designed around a simple concept: farmers should not have to physically inspect every acre to understand what is happening across their land.

The platform’s current and planned capabilities include:

  • AI Crop Health Detection: Analyze aerial imagery for signs of potential disease, pest activity, crop stress, and abnormal vegetation patterns, with findings organized by severity and confidence.
  • Fixed-Wing VTOL Survey Operations: Support repeatable aerial inspections using long-range aircraft that combine vertical takeoff and landing with efficient fixed-wing field coverage.
  • Targeted Treatment Planning: Convert reviewed crop findings into treatment zones and draft prescriptions so farm teams can focus applications on affected areas.
  • Precision Water Management: Detect potential irrigation problems, uneven moisture, and drainage patterns that may require field inspection.
  • Field Intelligence and Records: Maintain field-level crop information, survey history, findings, and aerial records throughout the growing season.
  • Mission and Fleet Management: Plan survey, treatment, and verification missions while monitoring aircraft readiness, battery status, and flight activity.
  • Multi-Tenant Agricultural Operations: Separate each customer organization’s farms, fields, aircraft, missions, and user access within a shared platform architecture.

The Company’s longer-term vision includes integrating autonomous aerial monitoring with AI software to create a continuously improving agricultural intelligence system.

A New Recurring Revenue Opportunity for Eva

EvaFarmSight is intended to create opportunities for recurring software revenue, enterprise agricultural licensing, and autonomous monitoring services.

Potential commercial models include subscription-based crop analytics, per-acre monitoring services, enterprise platform licensing, and partnerships with agricultural equipment providers and drone operators.

Unlike traditional agricultural equipment businesses that rely primarily on hardware sales, Eva intends to explore a software-centric model that could generate recurring revenue as farmers use the platform throughout successive growing seasons.

The Company believes this approach could allow EvaFarmSight to scale through agricultural service providers and technology partners without requiring Eva to manufacture or operate every drone used by customers.

Artificial Intelligence Is Moving Beyond the Data Center

EvaFarmSight reflects a broader strategic direction for Eva: commercializing artificial intelligence in industries where software can directly influence real-world operations.

The Company’s initiatives span enterprise AI, autonomous defense systems, machine vision, and now agricultural intelligence.

By applying related technology capabilities across multiple markets, Eva aims to create additional commercialization opportunities from its core research and development activities.

“Agriculture represents a tremendous opportunity because the value of better information can be measured in real economic terms,” Boulette added.

“A farmer who identifies a developing problem earlier may be able to protect an entire section of a field. A farm that optimizes water and fertilizer usage can potentially improve its economics. We want EvaFarmSight to put advanced AI technology to work where those improvements matter.”

Product Platform and Commercial Development

The EvaFarmSight web platform provides a public product overview and interactive demonstration. Within the operating environment, farm teams can review crop health, examine findings by severity and confidence, prepare targeted treatment prescriptions, plan missions, and monitor VTOL aircraft readiness.

The platform uses organization-based roles and server-side tenant controls to separate each customer’s operational data. Eva intends to continue validating EvaFarmSight with agricultural operators, developing industry partnerships, and advancing its autonomous monitoring and analytics capabilities.

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — West Bancorporation, Inc. (Nasdaq: WTBA; the “Company”), parent company of West Bank, today reported third quarter 2026 net income of $11.6 million, or $0.67 per diluted common share, compared to second quarter 2026 net income of $11.1 million, or $0.64 per diluted common share, and third quarter 2025 net income of $9.3 million, or $0.55 per diluted common share. On October 28, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.26 per common share. The dividend is payable on November 25, 2026, to stockholders of record on November 11, 2026.

David Nelson, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented, “Our net income for the first nine months of 2026 has increased 32 percent compared to the first nine months of 2025. Our annualized return on average equity has improved to 16.18 percent for the first nine months of 2026, compared to 14.27 percent for the first nine months of 2025 and our annualized return on average assets has grown to 1.16 percent in the third quarter of 2026. We are producing stronger profitability through margin expansion and expense discipline, while maintaining a strict underwriting culture and strong asset quality. Our balance sheet management strategies have resulted in a reduction in wholesale funding and steady growth in net interest income.”

Mr. Nelson added, “Our balance sheet remains exceptionally strong, supported by solid capital and liquidity levels. Credit quality remains pristine with no loans on nonaccrual status at September 30, 2026. Additionally, this marks our ninth consecutive quarter-end with no loans greater than 30 days past due.”

Third Quarter 2026 Compared to Second Quarter 2026 Overview

  • Quarterly net income was $11.6 million, an increase of $0.5 million, or 5.01 percent, compared to prior quarter.
  • Quarterly return on average equity increased to 16.41 percent, compared to 16.21 percent in prior quarter.
  • Loan balances increased $45.1 million, or 1.5 percent as of September 30, 2026, compared to June 30, 2026.
  • No credit loss expense on loans was recorded in either the third or second quarter of 2026.
  • The allowance for credit losses to total loans was 1.02 percent as of September 30, 2026, compared to 1.03 percent as of June 30, 2026. There were no nonaccrual loans at September 30, 2026 or June 30, 2026. Substandard loans decreased to $13.8 million as of September 30, 2026, from $14.4 million as of June 30, 2026. The substandard loan balances consisted of commercial and commercial real estate loans to two borrowers. In both instances, the Company believes the loans are sufficiently collateralized. Watch list loans decreased from $7.1 million as of June 30, 2026 to $6.7 million as of September 30, 2026. The decreases in substandard and and watch list loans was primarily due to principal payments.
  • Deposits, excluding brokered deposits, decreased $65.8 million, or 2.0 percent, in the third quarter of 2026. Brokered deposits were reduced by $8.5 million. As of September 30, 2026, estimated uninsured deposits, which exclude deposits in a reciprocal deposit network, brokered deposits and public funds protected by state programs, accounted for approximately 28.5 percent of total deposits.
  • Net interest margin, on a fully tax-equivalent basis (a non-GAAP measure), was 2.77 percent for the third quarter of 2026, compared to 2.69 percent for the second quarter of 2026. Net interest income for the third quarter of 2026 was $26.4 million, compared to $25.5 million for the second quarter of 2026. Loan yields increased 8 basis points, to 5.73 percent, in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2026, while the average balance of loans declined $44.1 million. The cost of interest-bearing deposits increased 3 basis points, to 2.76 percent. The average balance of interest-bearing deposits decreased $36.4 million in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the prior quarter. The comparison of asset yields and cost of interest-bearing deposits is impacted by the 25 basis point increase in the federal funds target rate in September 2026. The average balance of FHLB advances declined $32.1 million in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the prior quarter as matured advances were not renewed.
  • The efficiency ratio (a non-GAAP measure) was 47.81 percent for the third quarter of 2026, compared to 48.78 percent for the second quarter of 2026, primarily due to the increase in tax-equivalent net interest income.
  • The tangible common equity ratio was 6.98 percent as of September 30, 2026, compared to 6.97 percent as of June 30, 2026.

Third Quarter 2026 Compared to Third Quarter 2025 Overview

  • Quarterly net income was $11.6 million, an increase of $2.3 million, or 24.8 percent, compared to prior year.
  • Quarterly return on average equity increased to 16.41 percent, compared to 15.25 percent in prior year.
  • Loan balances were down slightly by $13.7 million at September 30, 2026, or 0.5 percent, compared to September 30, 2025. Changes in the loan portfolio included decreases of $159.0 million in construction, land and land development loans and $52.9 million in commercial loans and an increase of $156.3 million in commercial real estate loans. The change in loan mix included reclassifications resulting from completed construction projects moving to permanent financing and commercial loan restructurings that added real estate as collateral.
  • Deposits, excluding brokered deposits, increased $67.0 million, or 2.2 percent, as of September 30, 2026, compared to September 30, 2025. Brokered deposits were reduced by $102.9 million.
  • Net interest margin, on a fully tax-equivalent basis (a non-GAAP measure), was 2.77 percent for the third quarter of 2026, compared to 2.36 percent for the third quarter of 2025. Net interest income for the third quarter of 2026 was $26.4 million, compared to $22.5 million for the third quarter of 2025. Loan yields increased by 7 basis points in the 3rd quarter of 2026, compared to the third quarter of 2025, while the average balance of loans declined $19.6 million. The cost of interest-bearing deposits decreased by 41 basis points in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025. The average balance of interest-bearing deposits declined $41.3 million in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025. The comparison of asset yields and cost of interest-bearing deposits is impacted by the 75 basis point decrease in the federal funds target rate in the third and fourth quarters of 2025 and subsequent 25 basis point increase in the federal funds target rate in September 2026.
  • The efficiency ratio (a non-GAAP measure) was 47.81 percent for the third quarter of 2026, compared to 54.06 percent for the third quarter of 2025. The improvement in the efficiency ratio in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025 was primarily due to the increase in tax-equivalent net interest income.
  • The tangible common equity ratio was 6.98 percent as of September 30, 2026, compared to 6.40 percent as of September 30, 2025. The increase in the tangible common equity ratio was due to growth in retained earnings.

NON-GAAP FINANCIAL MEASURES

This report contains references to financial measures that are not defined in GAAP. Such non-GAAP financial measures include the Company’s presentation of net interest income and net interest margin on a fully taxable equivalent (FTE) basis and the presentation of the efficiency ratio on an adjusted and FTE basis, excluding certain income and expenses. Management believes these non-GAAP financial measures provide useful information to both management and investors to analyze and evaluate the Company’s financial performance. These measures are considered standard measures of comparison within the banking industry. Additionally, management believes providing measures on a FTE basis enhances the comparability of income arising from taxable and nontaxable sources. Limitations associated with non-GAAP financial measures include the risks that persons might disagree as to the appropriateness of items included in these measures and that different companies might calculate these measures differently. These non-GAAP disclosures should not be considered an alternative to the Company’s GAAP results. The following table reconciles the non-GAAP financial measures of net interest income and net interest margin on a fully taxable equivalent basis and efficiency ratio on an adjusted and FTE basis.

(1) Computed on a tax-equivalent basis using a federal income tax rate of 21 percent, adjusted to reflect the effect of the nondeductible interest expense associated with owning tax-exempt securities and loans. Management believes the presentation of this non-GAAP measure provides supplemental useful information for proper understanding of the financial results, as it enhances the comparability of income arising from taxable and nontaxable sources.
(2) The efficiency ratio expresses noninterest expense as a percent of fully taxable equivalent net interest income and noninterest income, excluding specific noninterest income and expenses. Management believes the presentation of this non-GAAP measure provides supplemental useful information for proper understanding of the Company’s financial performance. It is a standard measure of comparison within the banking industry. A lower ratio is more desirable.

About Celcuity

Celcuity is a commercial-stage biotechnology company focused on developing and commercializing targeted therapies for the treatment of multiple solid tumor indications. The company’s first FDA-approved product is REVTORPYK™ (gedatolisib), a potent pan-PI3K and mTORC1/2 inhibitor that comprehensively blocks the PI3K/AKT/mTOR (“PAM”) pathway. Its mechanism of action and pharmacokinetic properties are differentiated from other currently approved and investigational therapies that target PI3Kα, AKT or mTORC1, alone or together. A Phase 3 clinical trial, VIKTORIA-1, evaluated gedatolisib in combination with fulvestrant, with or without palbociclib, for the treatment of patients with hormone receptor-positive (“HR+”), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (“HER2-“) locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer (“ABC”). Data from this trial is the basis for FDA approval of REVTORPYK for use in adult patients with HR+/HER2- ABC without a PIK3CA mutation detected following progression on or after treatment with at least one line of endocrine therapy in the metastatic setting. Results for the PIK3CA mutant cohort of the VIKTORIA-1 study have been released.

Our Phase 3 clinical trial, VIKTORIA-2, is an ongoing trial incorporating two independent studies, Study 1 and Study 2, in two separate cohorts of patients with ABC who are treatment-naive in the advanced setting. Study 1 is evaluating gedatolisib in combination with palbociclib and fulvestrant as first-line treatment for patients with endocrine-resistant HR+/HER2- ABC. Study 2 is evaluating gedatolisib in combination with palbociclib and letrozole as first-line treatment for patients with endocrine-sensitive HR+/HER2- ABC. A Phase 1b/2 clinical trial, CELC-G-201, evaluating gedatolisib in combination with darolutamide in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, is ongoing.

More detailed information about Celcuity’s active clinical trials can be found at ClinicalTrials.gov. Celcuity is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
