NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Today Roivant Social Ventures (RSV) announced it is joining efforts with No Patient Left Behind (NPLB) to improve drug affordability and access while supporting ongoing medical innovation, through a six-figure legacy donation.

RSV is a 501(c)3 public charity and social impact organization that partners with innovative companies, institutes, and organizations to promote systemic, sustained improvements to the way health care is accessed and delivered. The organization launched with the vision of a world where every person is born with the right and ability to access medicine and medical care, regardless of their geographic location, wealth, or insurance status. In striving for this goal, RSV spent the last six years building out programing to increase access to therapeutics for underserved people, while working to embed these principles throughout the biotechnology and healthcare industries.

In this next chapter, RSV closes out its own institutional work, while putting full support behind NPLB to enhance organizational mission fulfillment, operational efficiency, and community impact.

Lindsay Androksi, RSV Founder and Board President, shared, “I am immensely proud of RSV’s work incubating and investing in early-stage companies and launching and expanding educational and fellowship opportunities for future equity-minded industry leaders. We also co-founded groups working to bring new therapies to underserved patient populations, such as the Global Gene Therapy Initiative and the Catalyzing Access to Research and Equity in Representation Group, and are excited to see those organizations continue their important work.

I am grateful to Roivant Sciences for enthusiastically supporting the launch of Roivant Social Ventures six years ago and our projects since that time. I can think of no better organization to carry on our legacy than NPLB.”

“Roivant Social Ventures has opened doors for people who need help accessing medicines,” said Priscilla VanderVeer, Executive Director of No Patient Left Behind. “We’re honored by this donation, and will continue their legacy as we work to improve affordability while preserving the innovation ecosystem we all rely on.”

About No Patient Left Behind (NPLB)

NPLB is a network of biotechnology innovators, investors, economists, healthcare professionals, and patients working together to support solutions that improve affordability while preserving the innovation ecosystem we all rely on. NPLB’s work educates stakeholders and policymakers about balanced policy solutions that enable every patient to afford the drugs prescribed by their doctor at low or no out-of-pocket cost — while also preserving the incentives for investment that spur the development of new, life-saving treatments.

NPLB’s Goals are to:

  • Eliminate out-of-pocket costs
  • Preserve and expedite development of the cures we still need
  • Ensure drugs go generic on time
  • Inspire all countries to appreciate the value of medicines and contribute their fair share to incentivizing innovation

You can learn more about NPLB’s work, including their free Biotech Fellowship program, through visiting their website: https://www.nopatientleftbehind.org/

RSV would like to extend a heart-felt thank you to all of those who have supported the organization’s important work in healthcare equity and access over the past six years.

(1) Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions of the Offers described in the Offer to Purchase, if the aggregate total consideration for each $1,000 principal amount of each series of Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date, and not validly withdrawn, and accepted by Verizon pursuant to the Offers (the “Total Consideration”) exceeds the Waterfall Cap, Verizon will accept Notes for purchase in the order of their respective Acceptance Priority Level specified in the table above (each, an “Acceptance Priority Level,” with 1 being the highest Acceptance Priority Level and 5 being the lowest Acceptance Priority Level), subject, in the case of the Sub Cap Notes, to the Sub Cap. It is possible that a series of Notes with a particular Acceptance Priority Level will not be accepted for purchase or will be accepted only on a prorated basis.
(2) The Sub Cap limits the aggregate Total Consideration payable for the Sub Cap Notes purchased pursuant to the Offers, collectively, to $155,000,000. Verizon reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to waive or increase the Sub Cap at any time, subject to applicable law.
(3) The Total Consideration for each series of Notes validly tendered will be determined in accordance with standard market practice, as described in the Offer to Purchase, to result in a price as of the applicable Settlement Date (as defined below) that equates to a yield to the applicable maturity date (or, if the price so determined would be greater than $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes, the applicable par call date) in accordance with the formula set forth in Annex A to the Offer to Purchase, for the applicable series of Notes, equal to the sum of (i) the yield corresponding to the bid side price of the applicable Reference U.S. Treasury Security specified in the table above for such series of Notes as of the Price Determination Date (as defined below) quoted on the Bloomberg reference page “FIT1” or “FIT4,” as specified in the table above for such series of Notes, plus (ii) the applicable “Fixed Spread” specified in the table above for such series of Notes. The Total Consideration does not include the applicable Accrued Coupon Payment, which will be payable in cash in addition to the applicable Total Consideration.

The Offers will each expire at 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on November 4, 2026, unless extended or earlier terminated by Verizon (such date and time with respect to an Offer, as the same may be extended with respect to such Offer, the “Expiration Date”). All Holders (as defined in the Offer to Purchase) whose Notes are accepted in an Offer will receive a cash payment equal to accrued and unpaid interest on such Notes to, but excluding, the Settlement Date (as defined below) (the “Accrued Coupon Payment”) in addition to their Total Consideration. Notes may be validly withdrawn at any time at or prior to 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on November 4, 2026, unless extended or earlier terminated with respect to any Offer, but not thereafter. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase, Holders who validly tender, and do not validly withdraw, Notes at or prior to the Expiration Date, and whose Notes are accepted for purchase by Verizon, will receive the applicable Total Consideration per $1,000 principal amount of such Notes. Subject to applicable law and limitations described in the Offer to Purchase, Verizon expressly reserves the right to amend, extend or, to the extent the conditions described in the Offer to Purchase are not satisfied or waived, terminate any of the Offers at any time at or prior to the Expiration Date.

Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions of the Offers, the “Acceptance Priority Procedures” with respect to the Offers will operate as follows:

  • if the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date does not exceed the Waterfall Cap, and the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date does not exceed the Sub Cap, then Verizon will accept all such Notes;
  • if the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date exceeds the Sub Cap, and the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date does not exceed the Waterfall Cap (subject to Verizon’s right to waive or increase the Sub Cap at its discretion, subject to applicable law), then Verizon will first, accept for purchase all validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of each series starting at the highest Acceptance Priority Level (level 1) and moving sequentially to Sub Cap Notes of each series having a lower Acceptance Priority Level (the lowest of which is level 3), until the aggregate Total Consideration for all validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of the applicable series, together with the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes accepted for purchase from series with higher Acceptance Priority Levels, is as close as possible to, but does not exceed, the Sub Cap; second, to the extent the Sub Cap would otherwise be exceeded, accept on a prorated basis validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of the series with the next lower Acceptance Priority Level, and Verizon will not accept for purchase any Sub Cap Notes of a series with an Acceptance Priority Level below the prorated series; and third, accept for purchase all validly tendered Notes of each series starting with Acceptance Priority Levels following the Sub Cap Notes (level 4 and level 5); and
  • if the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date exceeds the Waterfall Cap and the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes so tendered exceeds the Sub Cap (in each case, subject to Verizon’s right to waive or increase the Waterfall Cap or the Sub Cap at its discretion, subject to applicable law), then subject to the limitations imposed by the Waterfall Cap described below, Verizon will first, accept for purchase all validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of each series starting at the highest Acceptance Priority Level (level 1) and moving sequentially to Sub Cap Notes of each series having a lower Acceptance Priority Level (the lowest of which is level 3), until the aggregate Total Consideration for all validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of the applicable series, together with the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes accepted for purchase from series with higher Acceptance Priority Levels, is as close as possible to, but does not exceed, the Sub Cap; second, to the extent the Sub Cap would otherwise be exceeded, accept on a prorated basis validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of the series with the next lower Acceptance Priority Level, and Verizon will not accept for purchase any Sub Cap Notes of a series with an Acceptance Priority Level below the prorated series; third, for the Waterfall Cap, subject to the limitations imposed by the Sub Cap above, accept for purchase validly tendered Notes of each series starting at the highest Acceptance Priority Level (level 1) and moving sequentially to the series of Notes having the lowest Acceptance Priority Level (level 5), until the aggregate Total Consideration for all validly tendered Notes of the applicable series, together with the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes (including Sub Cap Notes) accepted for purchase from series with higher Acceptance Priority Levels, is as close as possible to, but does not exceed, the Waterfall Cap; and fourth, accept on a prorated basis (following the procedures described in the Offer to Purchase) validly tendered Notes of the series with the next lower Acceptance Priority Level, and Verizon will not accept for purchase any Notes of a series with an Acceptance Priority Level below the prorated series. For the avoidance of doubt, if the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date exceeds the Waterfall Cap but the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes so tendered does not exceed the Sub Cap (in each case, subject to Verizon’s right to waive or increase the Waterfall Cap or the Sub Cap at its discretion, subject to applicable law), then Verizon will first accept for purchase validly tendered Notes of each series starting with the Acceptance Priority Level 1 and moving sequentially to the series of Notes having the lowest Acceptance Priority Level (level 5), until the aggregate Total Consideration for all validly tendered Notes of the applicable series, together with the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes (including Sub Cap Notes) accepted for purchase from series with higher Acceptance Priority Levels, is as close as possible to, but does not exceed, the Waterfall Cap; and second, accept on a prorated basis validly tendered Notes of the series with the next lower Acceptance Priority Level, and Verizon will not accept for purchase any Notes of a series with an Acceptance Priority Level below the prorated series.

The “Settlement Date,” if any, is the date on which Verizon will settle all Notes of a series validly tendered and accepted for purchase, subject to all conditions having been satisfied or waived by Verizon. The Settlement Date is expected to be the third business day following the applicable Expiration Date (November 9, 2026), unless the Expiration Date is extended with respect to any Offer.

The applicable Total Consideration payable by Verizon for each $1,000 principal amount of each series of Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date, and not validly withdrawn, and accepted by Verizon will be paid in cash on the Settlement Date.

Promptly after 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on November 4, 2026, unless extended with respect to an Offer (such date and time with respect to an Offer, as the same may be extended with respect to such Offer, the “Price Determination Date”), Verizon will issue a press release announcing, among other things, the Offer Yield (as defined in the Offer to Purchase) and the Total Consideration for each series of Notes. If the Expiration Date with respect to an Offer is extended by more than 24 hours, the applicable Price Determination Date will be extended to 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the same day as the new Expiration Date.

Promptly after the Expiration Date, and in any event by 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the next business day, Verizon will announce the aggregate principal amount of Notes accepted in each Offer and any applicable proration factor.

Enhancements to workforce technology platform enable faster, better-informed talent decisions

Facts at a Glance:

  • Sevayo is now powered by an AI assistant that guides hiring managers through workforce decisions.
  • New voice-enabled intake allows hiring managers to start requisitions quickly and easily.
  • Market rates and benchmark data are available within the platform at the point of requisition.

TROY, Mich., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kelly® (Nasdaq: KELYA, KELYB), a global workforce strategy and solutions provider, has introduced new capabilities in Sevayo®, its proprietary workforce technology platform that offers employers greater visibility and actionable insights across every worker type and channel. The enhancements include a generative AI assistant, voice-enabled requisition intake, and live market data, helping hiring managers make more informed talent decisions from the start of the requisition process.

“Workforce outcomes are largely determined at the requisition, when a hiring manager decides what to buy, from whom, and at what rate,” said Alan Stukalsky, chief product and technology officer at Kelly. “Sevayo’s AI-powered capabilities give hiring managers the guidance, data, and support they need in that moment, so the right decision is also the easiest one.”

Sevayo connects clients’ existing systems with external talent channels, including contingent staffing, services procurement, freelance talent, and direct sourcing, on one unified platform. It brings workforce information together across connected vendor management (VMS), applicant tracking (ATS), and human resources information systems (HRIS), helping organizations build a complete view of talent, activity, and spend.

New capabilities include:

  • Generative AI assistant: Hiring managers can ask questions in natural language and receive guidance as they assess requisition needs and workforce options.
  • Voice-enabled intake: Hiring managers can begin a requisition simply by speaking, making the intake process faster and more accessible.
  • Live market data: Benchmark and rate information is built into the requisition workflow, giving managers market context as they make hiring decisions.

Sevayo is designed to route each talent request to the appropriate channel and apply governance and compliance controls before a requisition is placed. Its unified data environment aggregates and enriches information across talent types, sources, systems, and spend categories to give clients a single source of workforce insight.

The platform brings practical AI and decision support into workforce planning and operations. Talent market predictions and scenario modeling help organizations anticipate talent needs and weigh options based on cost, compliance, and speed. Real-time labor-market intelligence can inform pay rates, skills-gap planning, and competitive positioning.

Sevayo further aligns clients’ Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) data to support integrated workforce programs. It streamlines portfolio-level performance insights across both contingent and full-time hiring, while business-ready dashboards make supplier activity and workforce spend more transparent. That cohesive view is changing how clients plan their workforce.

Kelly made the enhancements after bringing its Helix, Helix UX, and Sevayo Insights tools together under the Sevayo® name. The combined platform is the foundation for future agentic automation across Kelly programs as the company continues to build the infrastructure and expand use cases over time.

“Clients are asking for unified, strategic solutions that cut across their entire workforce,” Stukalsky said. “Sevayo is the foundation of our workforce programs, so intelligence is built into everything we deliver, not bolted on afterward.”

Two-year cooperation pairs local institutional outreach with Formind Global’s platform contracting and support

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: RYET) (“Ruanyun” or the “Company”) announced that its Malaysian subsidiary, Formind Global Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Formind Global”), has entered into a marketing cooperation agreement with Fangtu, a Taiwan-based company that will lead local promotion and institutional customer development for the HanLink Chinese learning platform in Taiwan.

The two-year cooperation covers local market promotion, customer development and school procurement referrals. Fangtu will engage schools, universities and Chinese-language centres and assist with demonstrations, pilots, teacher training and customer feedback. Formind Global will provide the platform, demonstration environment and technical and sales materials, and undertake commercial contracting and service obligations under individual school agreements.

HanLink combines digital Chinese-language courses with AI-assisted interaction, practice and learning assessment. Its tools are designed to give students more opportunities to practise and help institutions extend teaching support beyond scheduled lessons. The parties intend to supplement teacher-led instruction, with individual school implementations agreed separately.

“For a language-learning platform, local institutional relationships and support are as important as the technology. We want HanLink to fit into the way institutions teach, while giving students more opportunities to practise between lessons. Working with Fangtu gives us a local partner to develop that opportunity in Taiwan, with Formind Global connecting customer engagement to the platform and its delivery.”

Maggie Fu, Chief Executive Officer, Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc.

Local Market Development and Direct School Contracting
The cooperation is non-exclusive, and either party may terminate it on 30 days’ written notice. Fangtu will be Formind Global’s preferred marketing partner in Taiwan for the first 12 months; exclusivity would require a separate written agreement. Schools that proceed with procurement will contract with and pay Formind Global directly.

The agreement sets a standard annual platform fee of US$30,000 per school, with a fixed NT$980,000 alternative for contracts denominated in New Taiwan dollars. Each school’s quotation and executed contract will specify the selected currency, price, licensed scope and service arrangements. Fangtu will be eligible for a 20% commission on the net contract amount of school agreements arising from registered opportunities accepted by Formind Global, with commission payments tied to the corresponding school payments collected.

The marketing agreement does not itself commit any school to purchase HanLink or establish minimum sales. Any revenue contribution will depend on school contracts, delivery of the relevant services, collectability and applicable accounting requirements.

Building HanLink’s International Business
The Taiwan agreement adds another local market-development arrangement to HanLink’s international activities. HanLink’s previously announced Saudi activities include school pilot work and university cooperation, followed by commercial school contracting through Link Door Smart Company, the Company’s separately owned strategic associate. In the United States, Ruanyun announced a HanLink pilot with the Center on Chinese Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, supported by a Company grant to evaluate AI-assisted learning.

Through its Formind Group strategy, the Company is seeking to connect AI applications and education with institutional partnerships, implementation and continuing support. The Taiwan cooperation is intended to apply that approach to Chinese-language learning through local customer engagement and direct platform procurement.

Taco Bell blog

Alba R. began her journey in the restaurant industry at just 16 years old, working her way through every position, from Team Member to her current role as an Area Coach overseeing multiple Taco Bell restaurants for Franchise Org. U.S. Leader Restaurants OPCO, LLC.

“Before Taco Bell, I learned the value of hard work, resilience, and taking care of people. But when I got here, Taco Bell became more than a job for me, it became a career.”

Collage of Alba and coworkers

Starting at the restaurant level, Alba learned every role and steadily advanced through operations and leadership positions within her franchise organization. Along the way, she developed teams, supported General Managers, and ultimately stepped into her current role leading multiple restaurants. These experiences have come with many memorable moments!

“One of my favorite moments which is ongoing is seeing people I’ve coached get promoted and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach! This has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.”

Education has also played an important role in her development. Through Taco Bell’s Tacos & Tuition program (available for company-owned restaurants and select franchises like U.S. Leader Restaurants OPCO, LLC), Alba saw an opportunity to continue growing and took it.

“I wanted to take advantage of the benefit that invests in their team and helps open doors for the future. By taking courses through Tacos & Tuition, it’s helped me build confidence, expand knowledge, and continue developing as a leader, because learning never stops.”

Above all, Alba values the culture she’s found!

“What I love most is that Taco Bell has created a culture where growth is possible. I’m proud of my journey, proud to lead others, and grateful to work for a brand that supports education, opportunity, and people development.”

CLEVELAND, October 29, 2026 /3BL/ – Today, KeyBank (NYSE: KEY) announced the first half of the 2026 graduating classes of the Key Secured Credit Card® program comprised of more than 4,600 clients who have been empowered to improve their credit scores and establish financial stability. Of these graduates, 68% graduated within 12 months, while 85% graduated over the course of 24 months (Data from graduating classes between January 1-June 30, 2026).

Among graduates, 74% entered the program without a FICO® Score and 26% entered with a low FICO Score. Clients who began with a low FICO Score improved their scores by an average of 86 points,1 while those who entered without a score graduated with an average FICO Score of 724, underscoring the program’s ongoing success in helping clients establish, build, and strengthen their credit histories.

The Key Secured Credit Card aims to strengthen financial wellness by providing eligible clients with opportunities to establish or improve their credit history,2 bolster savings while building credit, and create better money habits. Upon graduation, a client’s Key Secured Credit Card will be upgraded to an unsecured credit card, releasing the funds from their Key Active Saver® account that were once pledged as collateral.

Since the program’s inception in 2019, more than 48,000 clients have graduated as a result of both establishing credit and demonstrating credit improvement.

“At Key, we’re passionate about helping our clients understand the importance of building and maintaining strong credit, as it’s an important building block to a solid financial future. Providing education around the importance of establishing good credit, while also supplying the tools to achieve it, is what sets Key apart from other banks,” said Maria Ponce, Head of Consumer Payments at KeyBank. “To be a part of this work, and to witness the success our clients have firsthand, year after year, is truly special.”

Over the years, the secured card program has been recognized by clients for providing a path of access to Key’s traditional credit solutions. Earlier this year, clients provided testimonies proving just how this program is a steppingstone for financial success.

  • As one client shared: “Having the Secured Card allowed me to build my credit after divorcing destroyed it.” And another client mentioned, “It just helped me to build my credit to the point where I was able to take out a car loan and get an unsecured credit card.”

Each year, KeyBank looks for ways to support and boost the overall client experience to foster success.

  • Enhanced communications. Recently, Key introduced brand-new cardholders access to tools and training, providing greater clarity and transparency that ultimately helped cardholders build credit. Last year, card holders were supported with additional communications around financial education and account engagement communications.
  • Credit Line increases. As part of the graduation process, a Credit Line Increase program enhancement was introduced in 2024 for qualifying clients. Since then, 10,021 graduates have received a credit line increase, including 2,052 during the first half of 2026. The increased credit capacity enhances clients’ purchasing power and provides additional support for their ongoing financial needs.
  • Access to traditional forms of credit. Additionally, a new Invitation to Apply campaign was launched in June 2025 for graduates ready to transition to traditional credit cards, reaching over 6,100 clients. The ongoing campaign introduces eligible clients to more traditional credit cards like the KeyBank Latitude® and Key Cashback® credit card products.
  • Scheduled for 2027: Clients will soon have access to the enhanced ‘Money Me and Key’ live workshops to help better understand the lending ecosphere. In addition to current Key Secured Credit Card clients, Key will be expanding its audiences to additional clients who seek assistance. The Key Secured Credit Card program has provided this year’s graduates with the building blocks they need to take control of their credit and make sound financial decisions to maintain a healthy FICO score.

Since its launch in 2019, the program has helped 48,055 clients strengthen their credit profiles, with 60% of graduates completing the program within 12 months and 88% within 24 months. Overall, 71% of graduates entered the program without a FICO® Score, demonstrating the program’s success in helping clients establish credit, while 29% enrolled with a low FICO Score and used the program to rebuild their credit. Among those with a low FICO Score at enrollment, graduates increased their scores by an average of 70 points. Clients who entered the program without a FICO Score achieved an average FICO Score of 722 upon graduation.

Additional Key Secured Credit Card features include:

  • Cardholders have the ability to check their FICO score3 for free anytime in online and mobile banking. It’s quick, easy and does not impact their credit score.
  • With Key’s temporary lock security feature, cardholders can more easily use online or mobile banking to lock and unlock a misplaced credit card, thus reducing the likelihood of having to cancel it and open a new one—potentially harming their credit score.

The Key Secured Credit Card requires a refundable security deposit,4 which determines clients’ credit lines. Deposit amounts start at $300. While clients build their credit their Key Secured Credit Card deposit must be kept in a Key Active Saver account, allowing users to build their credit and savings in tandem. The monthly maintenance service charge on the Key Active Saver account is waived for Key Secured Credit Card clients. In addition, there is a $0 annual fee on the Key Secured Credit Card.5Unlike prepaid or debit cards, the Secured Credit Card reports clients’ history to credit bureaus, allowing them to show progress. For more information on Secured Credit Card, visit https://www.key.com/personal/credit-cards/key-secured-credit-card.jsp.

Results are based on historical data; individual outcomes will vary and are not guaranteed.

2 Use of the Key Secured Credit Card can help build your credit when the minimum payment is made by the due date, each month.

3 Clients with newly opened credit card accounts may not see their first FICO® Score in online and mobile banking for up to 90 days after enrollment. In certain circumstances, a FICO® Score may not be available for various reasons, e.g., having a limited credit history. The monthly maintenance service charge on the Key Active Saver account will be waived for Key Secured Credit Card clients. This waiver remains in effect only while the Key Secured Credit Card account is open and in good standing as referenced in the Cardmember Agreement (https://www.key.com/about/misc/leaving.html?to/mastercard+zeroliability) If the Key Secured Credit Card account is closed or converted to an unsecured credit card, the Key Active Saver monthly maintenance service charge of $4.00 may apply, unless you are the owner of a KeyBank consumer checking account (including the KeyBank Hassle-Free Account®).

At Elanco, we believe that making life better for animals, makes life better. That includes every pet, whatever their owner’s circumstances. That’s why we were proud to join The Veterinary Cooperative (TVC) in supporting The Street Dog Coalition, a nonprofit that brings free veterinary care to the pets of people experiencing homelessness.

Together, TVC and Elanco donated a combined $14,088, enough to help provide free veterinary care for more than 120 pets.

A Night of Bingo with a Big Impact

At TVC VetVision 2026 in Columbus, Ohio, TVC shareholders, team members and industry partners gathered for the second annual Paws for a Cause: Bingo Night. The evening raised $7,044, and Elanco matched every dollar.

For TVC, a member-owned cooperative of independent veterinary practices, the event was a chance to live out one of its founding values. Concern for Community is one of the seven cooperative principles that guide TVC’s work, reflecting its commitment to animal welfare and the communities its members serve.

Why The Street Dog Coalition?

For many people experiencing homelessness, a pet is family, a source of comfort and a constant companion. The Street Dog Coalition takes a One Health approach to street medicine. That approach recognizes that the health of people and the health of their animals are closely connected. Its volunteers deliver preventive care through pop-up street clinics. They also work with community partners to connect pets and their people with additional services.

What this donation makes possible:

  • $116: The Street Dog Coalition’s 2026 average cost to care for one pet
  • 120+ pets: the number of animals this gift can help care for
  • 60+ locations: the number of communities across the U.S. where the organization runs clinics

The Street Dog Coalition said the joint gift will have “an enormous impact” on its ability to care for these pets. It added that support from partners who share its focus on the human-animal bond helps the organization expand its reach.

Real Impact Happens Locally

Elanco works alongside shelters and community clinics across the country to help deliver vaccines, preventive care, treatment and support services to pets and families who might otherwise go without. Our support of The Street Dog Coalition builds on that work. It strengthens local animal welfare networks and helps more pets stay healthy alongside the people who love them.
