SAN DIEGO, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — LPL Financial LLC announced today that the financial advisors of Anchor Financial Partners have joined LPL Financial’s broker-dealer and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) platforms. The team reported serving approximately $525 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets* and joins LPL from Northwestern Mutual.

Based outside of Atlanta in Vinings, Ga., Anchor Financial Partners is led by Frank Conner, ChFC®, CLU®, RICP®**, CASL®***, Andrew Runnion, Josh Eisenberg, CFP®, Brandon Porter, CFP®, AEP®, Kyle Brooker, CFP®, and Trey Beavers. The team works with affluent and high net worth individuals and families both pre- and post-retirement, business owners, and others with specialized wealth services, tax strategies and estate planning needs.

Anchor Financial Partners was formed to provide comprehensive guidance that extends beyond investments. The firm combines disciplined investment services with retirement planning, risk management, business continuation, legacy planning and wealth transfer considerations. The firm’s name reflects the team’s mission of helping clients stay anchored through changing markets, major life events and the complexities of long-term financial decision-making.

“Our approach is very relationship focused,” Eisenberg. “We may be working with business owners or executives, but ultimately we are working with people and their families. We want to understand what is important to them, why it is important and how we can come alongside them to help pursue those goals. That means looking beyond pie charts and dollars and cents and keeping the focus on the life they want their wealth to support.”

The practice operates as one integrated team rather than separate individual books of business. While each client has a lead advisor, the partners share responsibility for client relationships and regularly draw on one another’s specialties. Anchor Financial Partners has also invested in developing the next generation of advisors, with an emphasis on continuity, succession planning and long-term relationships that can extend across generations.

“Our work starts with people, not portfolios,” added Runnion. “We’ve intentionally built a collaborative team where we can bring different perspectives and areas of expertise to the table. That gives our clients access to the strength of the entire firm and creates continuity as their needs evolve.”

Why Anchor Financial Partners Chose LPL

Anchor Financial Partners selected LPL for its independence, open architecture and ability to support the firm’s vision for growth. The team sought a platform that would allow it to serve clients with greater flexibility while providing the infrastructure and resources to expand organically and welcome experienced financial advisors who are preparing for retirement and seeking a thoughtful succession solution.

“We wanted the independence to serve clients the way we believe is best, supported by a platform with the scale and capabilities to help us keep building,” said Porter. “LPL stood out during our due diligence for both its open architecture and the strength behind the platform. It gives us the flexibility to deepen the client experience, pursue organic growth and provide a home for advisors who want confidence that their clients will continue to be well served as they transition into retirement.”

“Anchor Financial Partners has built a distinctive culture around collaboration, continuity and a genuine commitment to placing people at the center of financial planning,” said Marc Cohen, chief growth officer at LPL Financial. “The partners bring complementary expertise to a shared client experience, helping families and business owners navigate important decisions while intentionally preparing the next generation of advisors to carry those relationships forward. We are honored to welcome Anchor Financial Partners to LPL and look forward to supporting the team as it grows its impact, advances its succession vision and continues serving clients with the personal guidance that defines the firm.”

Anchor Financial Partners is guided by the core values of integrity, simplicity and fun. The firm also maintains a philanthropy committee that regularly reviews community organizations and nonprofit initiatives and supports people experiencing homelessness and the team’s annual involvement with Street Grace.

Approximately 42 metric tons of neodymium metal and 520 kilograms of dysprosium metal already delivered to Pohang, 712 metric tons of neodymium pending shipment or committed through 2027, and a further 1,000 metric tons in discussion, all sourced entirely outside China

Dysprosium supply of 1.5 metric tons per month committed from February 2027, with usage efficiency expected to increase six to eight times through EM&T’s grain boundary diffusion technology

Sellers in the U.S., Japan, India, West Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand engage with EM&T to diversify beyond China, historically their dominant buyer

Miami, FL, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —  Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. (“EM&T” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: EMAT), a U.S.-based critical materials and advanced manufacturing company, today announced that it has secured approximately 754 metric tons of neodymium metal, sourced entirely outside China, which the Company expects is sufficient for approximately 50% of the feedstock it requires to deliver its full-year 2027 revenue guidance of $400 million to $460 million. The total includes approximately 42 metric tons already delivered to Pohang, 72 metric tons pending shipment through March 2027, and 640 metric tons committed through the end of 2027, including a 600-metric-ton contract with Senri Trading for rapid delivery, with a further 1,000 metric tons in discussion for 2027 delivery. For heavy rare earths, the Company holds approximately 520 kilograms of dysprosium metal in Pohang, with 1.5 metric tons per month committed starting in February 2027. With feedstock in place, EM&T has now put together all ten factors it believes are required to manufacture rare earth magnets at large commercial scale: land, power, equipment, permits, operators, feedstock, magnets, buyers, buyer certifications, and capital.

The disclosure addresses what EM&T sees as the real constraint on magnet supply outside China. Rare earth ore is not scarce. What is scarce is converting that ore into midstream materials to support downstream magnet production. EM&T believes that upon completion of its current expansion it will be one of the largest known in-production magnet and magnet materials producer outside China, with feedstock independent of China in place, and is now commissioning all 57 containers of ULVAC equipment to expand annual capacity from approximately 1,000 metric tons to more than 10,000 metric tons.

That position is also drawing sellers to the Company. Producers of rare earth ore and upstream feedstock have historically had one meaningful buyer, China, and EM&T believes it is one of the few credible buyers outside China that is producing downstream products, including magnets, at commercial scale. Selling to EM&T lets those producers diversify their customer base, and the Company is in dialogue with sellers of rare earth feedstock and end-of-life magnets in the U.S., Japan, India, West Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. EM&T’s grain boundary diffusion technology reduces its heavy rare earth requirements: the Company requires approximately 0.5% heavy rare earths, such as dysprosium and terbium, to produce high-performance sintered magnets, compared with the 3% to 4% historically required, stretching its heavy rare earth feedstock six to eight times further.

“There is no shortage of rare earth material. China is a net importer of rare earth ore, with approximately 60% of what it processes coming from outside China, and there is no shortage of investment in developing even more rare earth mines. What is in short supply, outside China, is commercial-scale magnet production and magnet materials producers,” said Frank Moon, Chief Executive Officer of EM&T. “Approximately 360,000 tons of sintered magnets are made each year, and only about 14,000 tons of those are made outside China. But today, those 14,000 tons are dependent on midstream magnet materials bought from China. Evolution has the equipment and capability to avoid that very issue, with more than 14,000 tons per annum of strip alloy production coming online this year as part of our planned expansion from 1,000 to more than 10,000 tons per annum of finished magnets. We have sourced rare earth magnet materials independent of China, but also continue to source from China. Our flexible, diversified business model serves both defense customers requiring DFARS compliance and commercial customers seeking non-China supply. Together with the other nine operational factors we have established, this positions us to become one of the largest magnet and magnet materials producers outside China. We are focused on executing our expansion plan, building on years of operational experience to position EM&T as a leading non-China supplier. We make magnets.”

“President Donald Trump urged defense contractors and businesses to ‘do magnets,’ telling an audience at the July 2026 Pennsylvania Defense & Innovation Summit, ‘I’ll tell you how to make money. Do magnets.’ That is what EM&T is doing, following the President’s direction,” said David Wilcox, Executive Chairman of EM&T. “We will continue to source feed material wherever and whenever we can to support revenue and margin, and to deliver shareholder returns as we target profitability in 2027. DFARS sets the requirements for defense contractors, and we will also continue to produce magnets for commercial customers whose applications do not require traceability back to the ore. Evolution was built on a diversified strategy spanning input materials, midstream materials and downstream magnet production. That enables us to serve customers across all eight of our certified high-performance grades, grow our bonded magnet business, and supply customers—primarily in Japan—that require non-China intermediate magnet materials, as we scale production with our new strip cast alloy equipment and sintering vacuum furnace system lines.”  . Our customer relationships, distribution network, and current magnet revenue support our strategy as we target profitability in 2027 and work to become a leading magnet producer outside China. We are answering the President’s call now, not in 2030.”

EM&T will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony and operational showcase at its Pohang facility on December 17, 2026. The Company has received attendance confirmations from more than 200 individual government representatives, customers, trade partners, investors and bankers. Event details and RSVP are available at evolution-metals.com/rsvp.

SINGAPORE, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Primech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: PMEC) (“Primech” or the “Company”), a Singapore-headquartered technology-driven facilities services and AI robotics group, today announced that its subsidiary, Primech AI Pte. Ltd. (“Primech AI”), has secured a contract with a total value of over US$60,000 for the purchase of one HYTRON autonomous restroom-cleaning robot, together with four years of maintenance services, for a retail mall in Singapore. The Company views the order as a step toward building a robotics business that contributes to long-term shareholder value.

The total contract value covers both equipment and maintenance services, with revenue recognition subject to fulfilment of the respective contractual obligations. Primech’s robotic segment reported revenue of approximately US$12,000 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, its first year of robot sales and leasing, as disclosed in its Annual Report on Form 20-F filed on July 29, 2026.

The engagement represents a further step in HYTRON’s commercialisation, combining a commercial equipment order with ongoing maintenance support. It supports Primech AI’s strategy of developing robotics sales and associated service revenue alongside the Group’s established facilities services operations.

Contract Scope and Maintenance Support

The contract covers the supply of one HYTRON robot and four years of maintenance services. The maintenance component extends the customer engagement beyond the initial equipment purchase and is intended to support the robot’s ongoing operation throughout the agreed service period.

This structure illustrates how HYTRON equipment sales can be complemented by continuing service relationships. Future equipment orders and maintenance engagements will depend on customer demand, operational performance and further commercial execution.

Strategic Rationale for Retail Applications

Retail facilities require regular restroom cleaning and consistent hygiene standards as part of daily operations. HYTRON is designed to assist with repetitive cleaning tasks, supporting cleaning teams while allowing employees to focus on responsibilities requiring human attention.

The contract provides a commercial application for HYTRON within Singapore’s retail sector and an opportunity for Primech AI to support the customer’s operational requirements.

For Primech, the engagement aligns with its strategy of drawing on facilities services experience to develop practical robotics applications. Combining equipment sales with maintenance support offers a potential pathway to build service revenue as HYTRON’s installed base develops.

HYTRON Product Overview

HYTRON is a fully autonomous AI-powered restroom-cleaning robot designed to clean toilets, urinals, wash basins, sinks, mirrors and surrounding floor areas. Combining intelligent navigation with robotic manipulation, HYTRON automates repetitive cleaning tasks to support consistent hygiene standards and improve workforce productivity.

The robot’s autonomous capabilities include self-charging and automatic water refilling and discharge, reducing the need for continuous human intervention during routine operations. Its monitoring and reporting capabilities also provide facility operators with greater visibility into cleaning performance.

Built for demanding commercial environments, HYTRON addresses a practical operational need: helping facility operators maintain restroom hygiene while enabling cleaning teams to focus on other essential responsibilities.

Management Commentary

“This HYTRON order represents a concrete step in translating our robotics capabilities into commercial business,” said Ken Ho, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Primech Holdings Limited. “The combination of a robot purchase and four years of maintenance gives us an opportunity to support the customer beyond the initial equipment supply and build a continuing service relationship.”

“Our priority is disciplined commercial execution: meeting customer requirements, supporting HYTRON’s operation and developing further commercial opportunities. We aim to grow our robotics business through equipment sales and associated services that complement Primech’s established facilities services operations.”

Two-year contract supports the VIDEP program with a processing and technology fee for each citation issued

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — OMNIQ CORP. (OTCQB: OMQS) (“OMNIQ” or the “Company”), a provider of AI-based computer vision solutions, today announced a two-year contract to deploy its Q Shield™ platform in Arkansas to support uninsured vehicle enforcement through the VIDEP program. The contract marks the Company’s first deployment in the state.

The deployment will use license plate recognition (LPR) technology to help identify uninsured vehicles and support the citation process. Q Shield sends potential violations to authorized officers for review and a final enforcement decision.

Cameras are planned at two locations. One location has estimated traffic of 8,000 to 15,000 vehicles per day. Traffic volume at the second location has not yet been confirmed.

Under the two-year contract, OMNIQ will receive a processing and technology fee for each citation issued through the program. This creates an opportunity for recurring revenue tied to citation activity over the contract term. Revenue will depend on the number of citations issued. Enforcement decisions remain with the responsible agency.

“This contract brings Q Shield into Arkansas with a focused application for uninsured vehicle enforcement,” said Shai Lustgarten, CEO of OMNIQ. “The two-year term and per-citation processing and technology fee create an opportunity to generate recurring revenue as the program operates. We see this deployment as a foundation for pursuing additional opportunities in Arkansas.”
