About the AMPLIFY-7P Phase 2 Study

AMPLIFY-7P Phase 2 is a randomized study evaluating camupepimut (ELI-002 7P) versus observation in patients with mutant KRAS-driven pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma following completion of standard locoregional therapy. The study enrolled 144 patients across 24 U.S. clinical sites.

About camupepimut (ELI-002 7P)

Camupepimut is an investigational, off-the-shelf immunotherapy designed to generate immune responses against seven of the most common KRAS mutations. Camupepimut utilizes Elicio’s proprietary Amphiphile (“AMP”) technology to target mutant KRAS peptide antigens and an immune-stimulatory adjuvant directly to the lymph nodes, where adaptive immune responses are orchestrated.

Always-on neuromorphic AI with on-chip learning comes to the world’s most popular single-board computer

AKD1500 Raspberry P1 5 Dev Kit

The kit pairs a Raspberry Pi 5 with BrainChip’s AKD1500 M.2 board, giving the millions of engineers, makers and product teams who already build on Raspberry Pi an off-the-shelf way to develop low-power, always-on AI applications.
The kit pairs a Raspberry Pi 5 with BrainChip’s AKD1500 M.2 board, giving the millions of engineers, makers and product teams who already build on Raspberry Pi an off-the-shelf way to develop low-power, always-on AI applications.

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN, OTCQX: BRCHF, ADR: BCHPY), a global leader in ultra-low-power, fully digital, event-based neuromorphic AI, today launched the AKD1500 Raspberry Pi 5 Development Kit. The kit pairs a Raspberry Pi 5 with BrainChip’s AKD1500 M.2 board, giving the millions of engineers, makers and product teams who already build on Raspberry Pi an off-the-shelf way to develop low-power, always-on AI applications – and a clear path to production on the same AKD1500 chip.

“As an American Tier 1 for physical AI, Hellbender looks for edge technologies that can move cleanly from prototype to production,” said Brian Beyer, CEO, Hellbender. “BrainChip’s AKD1500 Raspberry Pi 5 kit makes it easy for engineering teams to evaluate low-power, always-on AI on familiar hardware, and we see it as a promising option for the robotics and vision applications our customers are building.”

The challenge: always-on AI strains power, privacy and the path to production

A growing class of edge devices – sensors, monitors, wearables, industrial equipment and smart home products – must listen, watch or measure continuously. Running AI on these devices with conventional processors means analyzing every frame and sample, whether anything has changed, which drains batteries and adds heat. Sending the data to the cloud instead adds latency, bandwidth cost and privacy risk. And once a model is deployed, teaching it something new typically means collecting data, retraining in the cloud and pushing an update.

Developers face a second hurdle: the hardware used to build a proof of concept is often not the hardware that ships. Moving from a prototype to a production design can mean re-porting models, re-validating performance and starting over on a new platform.

The solution: event-based AI that learns on the device

AKD1500 uses BrainChip’s event-based, neuromorphic architecture to process only meaningful events rather than every piece of incoming data, making it well suited to power always-on workloads such as sensing, monitoring and detection. All processing happens on the device, so applications avoid the latency, bandwidth cost and privacy exposure of the cloud.

AKD1500 also supports on-chip learning, so models can learn new classes directly on the device without cloud retraining. A developer can teach a Raspberry Pi 5 application to recognize a new keyword, gesture or object in the field, and the data stays local.

“Raspberry Pi is where many edge AI products begin,” said Steve Brightfield, chief product officer, BrainChip. “This kit puts neuromorphic AI where developers already work and gives teams a fast, low-cost way to validate applications on streaming data.”

“Kit support will include Docker images that can be preloaded to simplify benchmarking and demos and that serve as a reference for custom neuromorphic application containers. Developers who already have a Raspberry Pi 5 with an M.2 HAT can add the production AKD1500 M.2 card and use the same software.”

From prototype to production on one chip

The kit is off the shelf and quick to set up. Teams evaluate their application on Raspberry Pi 5, then design the same AKD1500 chip into their own product with a PCIe or SPI interface to suit their system without switching to new silicon. The kit joins the AKD1500 PCIe card and AKD1500 M.2 board in BrainChip’s family of AKD1500 development platforms, and teams can prototype on any of them.

For developers, the kit offers:

  • A familiar platform: Build and test edge AI on Raspberry Pi 5 hardware and workflows developers already know.
  • Always-on efficiency: Event-based processing handles continuous sensing workloads without processing every input.
  • Local learning and privacy: Add new keywords, gestures or objects on the device, with no cloud retraining and no data leaving the device.
  • Free tools and models: BrainChip’s MetaTF software tools and models are available at no charge through the BrainChip Developer Hub.
  • One chip, prototype to product: The AKD1500 chip that runs on the kit is the same one teams design into production.

Strategic significance for BrainChip

According to MarketsandMarkets, the global edge computing market is projected to grow from $111.34 billion in 2026 to $317.39 billion by 2031, fueled by organizations prioritizing faster data processing, low-latency applications and decentralized digital infrastructure.

The AKD1500 Raspberry Pi 5 Development Kit reflects BrainChip’s commitment to executing its product roadmap and delivering the production-ready tools developers need today. It advances three priorities:

  • Broader developer adoption: Putting Akida in front of the Raspberry Pi community expands the pipeline of engineers who design with Akida.
  • AKD1500 commercialization: Alongside the PCIe card and M.2 board, the kit completes an accessible lineup built on one chip, covering prototyping through production and creating a direct path from evaluation to chip design-ins.
  • Edge AI leadership: AKD1500 brings BrainChip’s event-based processing and on-chip learning to a mainstream developer platform.

Availability

The AKD1500 Raspberry Pi 5 Development Kit is available now through the BrainChip Shop. MetaTF software tools and models are available at no charge through the BrainChip Developer Hub.

Yield Table Assumptions – Average loan balances are inclusive of nonperforming loans. Net interest spread is calculated as the yields realized on interest-bearing assets less the rates paid on interest-bearing liabilities. Changes in net interest income are attributed to either changes in average balances (volume change) or changes in average rates (rate change) for earning assets and sources of funds on which interest is received or paid. Volume change is calculated as change in volume times the previous rate while rate change is change in rate times the previous volume. Changes not due solely to volume or rate changes are allocated to volume change and rate change in proportion to the relationship of the absolute dollar amounts of the change in each category.

NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Today Roivant Social Ventures (RSV) announced it is joining efforts with No Patient Left Behind (NPLB) to improve drug affordability and access while supporting ongoing medical innovation, through a six-figure legacy donation.

RSV is a 501(c)3 public charity and social impact organization that partners with innovative companies, institutes, and organizations to promote systemic, sustained improvements to the way health care is accessed and delivered. The organization launched with the vision of a world where every person is born with the right and ability to access medicine and medical care, regardless of their geographic location, wealth, or insurance status. In striving for this goal, RSV spent the last six years building out programing to increase access to therapeutics for underserved people, while working to embed these principles throughout the biotechnology and healthcare industries.

In this next chapter, RSV closes out its own institutional work, while putting full support behind NPLB to enhance organizational mission fulfillment, operational efficiency, and community impact.

Lindsay Androksi, RSV Founder and Board President, shared, “I am immensely proud of RSV’s work incubating and investing in early-stage companies and launching and expanding educational and fellowship opportunities for future equity-minded industry leaders. We also co-founded groups working to bring new therapies to underserved patient populations, such as the Global Gene Therapy Initiative and the Catalyzing Access to Research and Equity in Representation Group, and are excited to see those organizations continue their important work.

I am grateful to Roivant Sciences for enthusiastically supporting the launch of Roivant Social Ventures six years ago and our projects since that time. I can think of no better organization to carry on our legacy than NPLB.”

“Roivant Social Ventures has opened doors for people who need help accessing medicines,” said Priscilla VanderVeer, Executive Director of No Patient Left Behind. “We’re honored by this donation, and will continue their legacy as we work to improve affordability while preserving the innovation ecosystem we all rely on.”

About No Patient Left Behind (NPLB)

NPLB is a network of biotechnology innovators, investors, economists, healthcare professionals, and patients working together to support solutions that improve affordability while preserving the innovation ecosystem we all rely on. NPLB’s work educates stakeholders and policymakers about balanced policy solutions that enable every patient to afford the drugs prescribed by their doctor at low or no out-of-pocket cost — while also preserving the incentives for investment that spur the development of new, life-saving treatments.

NPLB’s Goals are to:

  • Eliminate out-of-pocket costs
  • Preserve and expedite development of the cures we still need
  • Ensure drugs go generic on time
  • Inspire all countries to appreciate the value of medicines and contribute their fair share to incentivizing innovation

You can learn more about NPLB’s work, including their free Biotech Fellowship program, through visiting their website: https://www.nopatientleftbehind.org/

RSV would like to extend a heart-felt thank you to all of those who have supported the organization’s important work in healthcare equity and access over the past six years.

(1) Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions of the Offers described in the Offer to Purchase, if the aggregate total consideration for each $1,000 principal amount of each series of Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date, and not validly withdrawn, and accepted by Verizon pursuant to the Offers (the “Total Consideration”) exceeds the Waterfall Cap, Verizon will accept Notes for purchase in the order of their respective Acceptance Priority Level specified in the table above (each, an “Acceptance Priority Level,” with 1 being the highest Acceptance Priority Level and 5 being the lowest Acceptance Priority Level), subject, in the case of the Sub Cap Notes, to the Sub Cap. It is possible that a series of Notes with a particular Acceptance Priority Level will not be accepted for purchase or will be accepted only on a prorated basis.
(2) The Sub Cap limits the aggregate Total Consideration payable for the Sub Cap Notes purchased pursuant to the Offers, collectively, to $155,000,000. Verizon reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to waive or increase the Sub Cap at any time, subject to applicable law.
(3) The Total Consideration for each series of Notes validly tendered will be determined in accordance with standard market practice, as described in the Offer to Purchase, to result in a price as of the applicable Settlement Date (as defined below) that equates to a yield to the applicable maturity date (or, if the price so determined would be greater than $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes, the applicable par call date) in accordance with the formula set forth in Annex A to the Offer to Purchase, for the applicable series of Notes, equal to the sum of (i) the yield corresponding to the bid side price of the applicable Reference U.S. Treasury Security specified in the table above for such series of Notes as of the Price Determination Date (as defined below) quoted on the Bloomberg reference page “FIT1” or “FIT4,” as specified in the table above for such series of Notes, plus (ii) the applicable “Fixed Spread” specified in the table above for such series of Notes. The Total Consideration does not include the applicable Accrued Coupon Payment, which will be payable in cash in addition to the applicable Total Consideration.

The Offers will each expire at 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on November 4, 2026, unless extended or earlier terminated by Verizon (such date and time with respect to an Offer, as the same may be extended with respect to such Offer, the “Expiration Date”). All Holders (as defined in the Offer to Purchase) whose Notes are accepted in an Offer will receive a cash payment equal to accrued and unpaid interest on such Notes to, but excluding, the Settlement Date (as defined below) (the “Accrued Coupon Payment”) in addition to their Total Consideration. Notes may be validly withdrawn at any time at or prior to 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on November 4, 2026, unless extended or earlier terminated with respect to any Offer, but not thereafter. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase, Holders who validly tender, and do not validly withdraw, Notes at or prior to the Expiration Date, and whose Notes are accepted for purchase by Verizon, will receive the applicable Total Consideration per $1,000 principal amount of such Notes. Subject to applicable law and limitations described in the Offer to Purchase, Verizon expressly reserves the right to amend, extend or, to the extent the conditions described in the Offer to Purchase are not satisfied or waived, terminate any of the Offers at any time at or prior to the Expiration Date.

Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions of the Offers, the “Acceptance Priority Procedures” with respect to the Offers will operate as follows:

  • if the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date does not exceed the Waterfall Cap, and the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date does not exceed the Sub Cap, then Verizon will accept all such Notes;
  • if the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date exceeds the Sub Cap, and the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date does not exceed the Waterfall Cap (subject to Verizon’s right to waive or increase the Sub Cap at its discretion, subject to applicable law), then Verizon will first, accept for purchase all validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of each series starting at the highest Acceptance Priority Level (level 1) and moving sequentially to Sub Cap Notes of each series having a lower Acceptance Priority Level (the lowest of which is level 3), until the aggregate Total Consideration for all validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of the applicable series, together with the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes accepted for purchase from series with higher Acceptance Priority Levels, is as close as possible to, but does not exceed, the Sub Cap; second, to the extent the Sub Cap would otherwise be exceeded, accept on a prorated basis validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of the series with the next lower Acceptance Priority Level, and Verizon will not accept for purchase any Sub Cap Notes of a series with an Acceptance Priority Level below the prorated series; and third, accept for purchase all validly tendered Notes of each series starting with Acceptance Priority Levels following the Sub Cap Notes (level 4 and level 5); and
  • if the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date exceeds the Waterfall Cap and the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes so tendered exceeds the Sub Cap (in each case, subject to Verizon’s right to waive or increase the Waterfall Cap or the Sub Cap at its discretion, subject to applicable law), then subject to the limitations imposed by the Waterfall Cap described below, Verizon will first, accept for purchase all validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of each series starting at the highest Acceptance Priority Level (level 1) and moving sequentially to Sub Cap Notes of each series having a lower Acceptance Priority Level (the lowest of which is level 3), until the aggregate Total Consideration for all validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of the applicable series, together with the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes accepted for purchase from series with higher Acceptance Priority Levels, is as close as possible to, but does not exceed, the Sub Cap; second, to the extent the Sub Cap would otherwise be exceeded, accept on a prorated basis validly tendered Sub Cap Notes of the series with the next lower Acceptance Priority Level, and Verizon will not accept for purchase any Sub Cap Notes of a series with an Acceptance Priority Level below the prorated series; third, for the Waterfall Cap, subject to the limitations imposed by the Sub Cap above, accept for purchase validly tendered Notes of each series starting at the highest Acceptance Priority Level (level 1) and moving sequentially to the series of Notes having the lowest Acceptance Priority Level (level 5), until the aggregate Total Consideration for all validly tendered Notes of the applicable series, together with the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes (including Sub Cap Notes) accepted for purchase from series with higher Acceptance Priority Levels, is as close as possible to, but does not exceed, the Waterfall Cap; and fourth, accept on a prorated basis (following the procedures described in the Offer to Purchase) validly tendered Notes of the series with the next lower Acceptance Priority Level, and Verizon will not accept for purchase any Notes of a series with an Acceptance Priority Level below the prorated series. For the avoidance of doubt, if the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date exceeds the Waterfall Cap but the aggregate Total Consideration for all Sub Cap Notes so tendered does not exceed the Sub Cap (in each case, subject to Verizon’s right to waive or increase the Waterfall Cap or the Sub Cap at its discretion, subject to applicable law), then Verizon will first accept for purchase validly tendered Notes of each series starting with the Acceptance Priority Level 1 and moving sequentially to the series of Notes having the lowest Acceptance Priority Level (level 5), until the aggregate Total Consideration for all validly tendered Notes of the applicable series, together with the aggregate Total Consideration for all Notes (including Sub Cap Notes) accepted for purchase from series with higher Acceptance Priority Levels, is as close as possible to, but does not exceed, the Waterfall Cap; and second, accept on a prorated basis validly tendered Notes of the series with the next lower Acceptance Priority Level, and Verizon will not accept for purchase any Notes of a series with an Acceptance Priority Level below the prorated series.

The “Settlement Date,” if any, is the date on which Verizon will settle all Notes of a series validly tendered and accepted for purchase, subject to all conditions having been satisfied or waived by Verizon. The Settlement Date is expected to be the third business day following the applicable Expiration Date (November 9, 2026), unless the Expiration Date is extended with respect to any Offer.

The applicable Total Consideration payable by Verizon for each $1,000 principal amount of each series of Notes validly tendered at or prior to the Expiration Date, and not validly withdrawn, and accepted by Verizon will be paid in cash on the Settlement Date.

Promptly after 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on November 4, 2026, unless extended with respect to an Offer (such date and time with respect to an Offer, as the same may be extended with respect to such Offer, the “Price Determination Date”), Verizon will issue a press release announcing, among other things, the Offer Yield (as defined in the Offer to Purchase) and the Total Consideration for each series of Notes. If the Expiration Date with respect to an Offer is extended by more than 24 hours, the applicable Price Determination Date will be extended to 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the same day as the new Expiration Date.

Promptly after the Expiration Date, and in any event by 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the next business day, Verizon will announce the aggregate principal amount of Notes accepted in each Offer and any applicable proration factor.

Enhancements to workforce technology platform enable faster, better-informed talent decisions

Facts at a Glance:

  • Sevayo is now powered by an AI assistant that guides hiring managers through workforce decisions.
  • New voice-enabled intake allows hiring managers to start requisitions quickly and easily.
  • Market rates and benchmark data are available within the platform at the point of requisition.

TROY, Mich., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kelly® (Nasdaq: KELYA, KELYB), a global workforce strategy and solutions provider, has introduced new capabilities in Sevayo®, its proprietary workforce technology platform that offers employers greater visibility and actionable insights across every worker type and channel. The enhancements include a generative AI assistant, voice-enabled requisition intake, and live market data, helping hiring managers make more informed talent decisions from the start of the requisition process.

“Workforce outcomes are largely determined at the requisition, when a hiring manager decides what to buy, from whom, and at what rate,” said Alan Stukalsky, chief product and technology officer at Kelly. “Sevayo’s AI-powered capabilities give hiring managers the guidance, data, and support they need in that moment, so the right decision is also the easiest one.”

Sevayo connects clients’ existing systems with external talent channels, including contingent staffing, services procurement, freelance talent, and direct sourcing, on one unified platform. It brings workforce information together across connected vendor management (VMS), applicant tracking (ATS), and human resources information systems (HRIS), helping organizations build a complete view of talent, activity, and spend.

New capabilities include:

  • Generative AI assistant: Hiring managers can ask questions in natural language and receive guidance as they assess requisition needs and workforce options.
  • Voice-enabled intake: Hiring managers can begin a requisition simply by speaking, making the intake process faster and more accessible.
  • Live market data: Benchmark and rate information is built into the requisition workflow, giving managers market context as they make hiring decisions.

Sevayo is designed to route each talent request to the appropriate channel and apply governance and compliance controls before a requisition is placed. Its unified data environment aggregates and enriches information across talent types, sources, systems, and spend categories to give clients a single source of workforce insight.

The platform brings practical AI and decision support into workforce planning and operations. Talent market predictions and scenario modeling help organizations anticipate talent needs and weigh options based on cost, compliance, and speed. Real-time labor-market intelligence can inform pay rates, skills-gap planning, and competitive positioning.

Sevayo further aligns clients’ Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) data to support integrated workforce programs. It streamlines portfolio-level performance insights across both contingent and full-time hiring, while business-ready dashboards make supplier activity and workforce spend more transparent. That cohesive view is changing how clients plan their workforce.

Kelly made the enhancements after bringing its Helix, Helix UX, and Sevayo Insights tools together under the Sevayo® name. The combined platform is the foundation for future agentic automation across Kelly programs as the company continues to build the infrastructure and expand use cases over time.

“Clients are asking for unified, strategic solutions that cut across their entire workforce,” Stukalsky said. “Sevayo is the foundation of our workforce programs, so intelligence is built into everything we deliver, not bolted on afterward.”

Two-year cooperation pairs local institutional outreach with Formind Global’s platform contracting and support

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: RYET) (“Ruanyun” or the “Company”) announced that its Malaysian subsidiary, Formind Global Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Formind Global”), has entered into a marketing cooperation agreement with Fangtu, a Taiwan-based company that will lead local promotion and institutional customer development for the HanLink Chinese learning platform in Taiwan.

The two-year cooperation covers local market promotion, customer development and school procurement referrals. Fangtu will engage schools, universities and Chinese-language centres and assist with demonstrations, pilots, teacher training and customer feedback. Formind Global will provide the platform, demonstration environment and technical and sales materials, and undertake commercial contracting and service obligations under individual school agreements.

HanLink combines digital Chinese-language courses with AI-assisted interaction, practice and learning assessment. Its tools are designed to give students more opportunities to practise and help institutions extend teaching support beyond scheduled lessons. The parties intend to supplement teacher-led instruction, with individual school implementations agreed separately.

“For a language-learning platform, local institutional relationships and support are as important as the technology. We want HanLink to fit into the way institutions teach, while giving students more opportunities to practise between lessons. Working with Fangtu gives us a local partner to develop that opportunity in Taiwan, with Formind Global connecting customer engagement to the platform and its delivery.”

Maggie Fu, Chief Executive Officer, Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc.

Local Market Development and Direct School Contracting
The cooperation is non-exclusive, and either party may terminate it on 30 days’ written notice. Fangtu will be Formind Global’s preferred marketing partner in Taiwan for the first 12 months; exclusivity would require a separate written agreement. Schools that proceed with procurement will contract with and pay Formind Global directly.

The agreement sets a standard annual platform fee of US$30,000 per school, with a fixed NT$980,000 alternative for contracts denominated in New Taiwan dollars. Each school’s quotation and executed contract will specify the selected currency, price, licensed scope and service arrangements. Fangtu will be eligible for a 20% commission on the net contract amount of school agreements arising from registered opportunities accepted by Formind Global, with commission payments tied to the corresponding school payments collected.

The marketing agreement does not itself commit any school to purchase HanLink or establish minimum sales. Any revenue contribution will depend on school contracts, delivery of the relevant services, collectability and applicable accounting requirements.

Building HanLink’s International Business
The Taiwan agreement adds another local market-development arrangement to HanLink’s international activities. HanLink’s previously announced Saudi activities include school pilot work and university cooperation, followed by commercial school contracting through Link Door Smart Company, the Company’s separately owned strategic associate. In the United States, Ruanyun announced a HanLink pilot with the Center on Chinese Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, supported by a Company grant to evaluate AI-assisted learning.

Through its Formind Group strategy, the Company is seeking to connect AI applications and education with institutional partnerships, implementation and continuing support. The Taiwan cooperation is intended to apply that approach to Chinese-language learning through local customer engagement and direct platform procurement.
