TEL-AVIV, Israel, Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hub Cyber Security Ltd. (Nasdaq: HUBC) (“HUB Security” or the “Company”), a global provider of confidential computing and secured data fabric technologies, today announced a 1-for-25 reverse share split of its ordinary shares, no par value per share (the “Ordinary Shares”). The reverse share split and corresponding share capital adjustment will become effective at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, September 11, 2026. The Ordinary Shares will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) at the open of business on Monday, September 14, 2026, under the existing trading symbol “HUBC,” but the Ordinary Shares will trade under a new CUSIP number, M6000J309. HUB Security’s outstanding warrants will continue to be traded under the symbols “HUBCW” and “HUBCZ” and the CUSIP numbers for such warrants will remain unchanged.

As a result of the reverse share split, every 25 issued and outstanding Ordinary Shares will automatically be converted into one Ordinary Share. No fractional shares will be issued as a result of the reverse share split. Instead, all fractional shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole share. The reverse share split affects all shareholders uniformly and will not alter any shareholder’s percentage ownership interest in the Company’s issued and outstanding Ordinary Shares, except for adjustments that may result from the treatment of fractional shares. As of the date hereof, the Company had 44,895,531 Ordinary Shares issued and outstanding, which, following the effectiveness of the reverse share split, will result in 1,795,821 Ordinary Shares outstanding on a post-split basis (taking into effect the settlement of fractional shares).

The reverse share split will also affect the Company’s derivative securities, including outstanding notes, options, warrants and restricted share units (collectively, the “Outstanding Equity Rights”). Generally, the plans and other documents pertaining to the Outstanding Equity Rights include provisions providing for adjustments in the event of a reverse share split in order to maintain the same economic effect. Specifically, the exercise price and the number of Ordinary Shares issuable pursuant to Outstanding Equity Rights will be adjusted pursuant to the terms of such instruments in connection with the reverse share split.

The Company believes the reverse share split will increase the per share trading price of the Ordinary Shares and enable the Company to maintain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1).

Additional information regarding the reverse share split can be found in the Company’s proxy statement furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 4, 2026.

New Nasdaq Global Indexes survey finds private markets the top-ranked area of client demand across every region

Among asset managers, 80% now use AI in the product development process, but only 26% actively use it across multiple stages

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nasdaq, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today released the 2026 Global Voice of the Issuer Study, which finds that asset managers have converged on private markets as their top area of client demand and now use AI routinely in product development, but face increasing difficulty bringing new products to meaningful scale.

The study, conducted in partnership with Escalent, gathered insights on product development, differentiation, distribution, technology, and index provider partnerships from 406 senior investment product professionals (356 asset managers and 50 insurance firms) at firms with $25 billion or more in assets under management across seven countries.

While private markets ranked first in client demand across every region surveyed and AI adoption reached 80%, the research suggests the industry’s biggest challenge is no longer identifying growth opportunities, but turning them into products that succeed at scale. Seventy-one percent of asset managers say it is increasingly difficult to break through in a crowded market, while 66% say many new product innovations struggle to accumulate meaningful assets.

“Asset managers have identified where they want to grow. The harder question is what it takes to get there,” said Emily Spurling, Global Head of Indexes at Nasdaq. “As firms move quickly to satisfy demand for a range of exposures, including private markets and AI, what they need from index providers has changed – a partner in the room at the design stage, one that moves at their speed and can help them scale strategically. That is where the next phase of growth gets built.”

Private Markets Lead Client Demand Globally

Across both institutional and advisor channels, private markets rank first among the product areas asset managers say their clients are asking for most. Among institutional-focused firms, 82% of Americas respondents place private markets in their top five client demand areas, alongside 71% in APAC (Japan and South Korea) and 67% in Europe (the U.K., Germany, France, and Italy).

As the category grows, firms point to the data and benchmark standards behind it as the areas with the most room to develop. Among surveyed respondents, 58% identified private-market benchmarks as the largest unmet need presented in the survey, followed by digital asset benchmarks (41%). Asset managers active in private markets identify access to differentiated data (27%) and a clear investment narrative (27%) as the two factors most critical to stand out.

AI Adoption Is Broad, but Implementation Remains Shallow

Artificial intelligence has become a standard part of product development, though its use remains uneven. Eighty percent of asset managers globally report using AI in some capacity, rising to 84% in APAC, but only 26% actively deploy it across multiple parts of the process, with most limiting it to idea generation (69%) and product design (61%).

Among firms not yet using AI or still exploring it, the barriers are organizational rather than technological, led by compliance concerns (53%), lack of internal expertise (53%), and questions about the accuracy and transparency of AI outputs (50%). Firms are also divided on whether to talk about it — 63% believe AI use should feature in go-to-market messaging, while those opposed, concentrated in Europe, worry it signals experimentation over expertise.

Scale Depends on Credibility and Distribution

Asset managers report that product design alone no longer determines which launches succeed. Brand credibility and recognition is the leading competitive differentiator globally (55%), ahead of unique product design and structural innovation (46%), pricing (42%), and sales distribution capability (42%).

Distribution is among the leading constraints on scale, cited by 41% of firms and rising to 54% in the Americas, and 53% still depend on wealth channel home office approvals to reach meaningful scale, rising to 58% in the Americas and 60% in APAC. Firms are adapting through data-driven targeting (54%), greater use of digital distribution (50%), and increased emphasis on advisor education (43%).

Regional Priorities Diverge Across the Americas, Europe, and APAC

In the Americas, firms show the deepest engagement across emerging product areas, including digital assets (32% versus 13% in APAC) and options-based strategies (48% versus 17%), and decision-making is distribution-led, with 64% involving distribution and sales teams in go-to-market decisions.

In Europe, regulatory requirements are the leading barrier to scaling products (51%), reflecting the complexity of MiFID II, SFDR, and divergent national frameworks, and firms hold the highest speed-to-market expectations globally. In APAC, firms lead globally in AI adoption (84%) and show the strongest appetite for external research support.

Index Providers as Strategic Growth Partners

Asset managers increasingly want index partners involved more deeply in the ideation and development of new products, but also in the support of product growth in market. Sixty-eight percent say they need support during the product design phase, and 65% say it would be valuable for an index provider to act as an extension of their research team.

The support they most want to source externally is analytical — competitive intelligence (53%), research and insights (45%), and global market coverage (39%). Expectations are also outpacing delivery: 73% expect a new index product within six months, but only 62% say that timeline is met, extending the partnership model beyond benchmark construction into design, research, and go-to-market.

  • Sixth Agreement Signed as Correspondent Pipeline Continues to Advance
  • Agreement Executed Through AtlasClearing, the Company’s Correspondent Clearing Subsidiary
  • Executive and AML Teams Strengthened with Additions of Robinhood, Axos and Morgan Stanley Alumni
  • Company Expects to Timely File Its Annual Report on Form 10-K for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2026

TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AtlasClear Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: ATCH) (“AtlasClear” or the “Company”), a company building regulated financial infrastructure for smaller institutions, fintechs and advisors, today announced the execution of its sixth correspondent broker-dealer agreement through AtlasClearing, Inc. (formerly Wilson-Davis & Co., Inc.) (“AtlasClearing”), the Company’s wholly owned correspondent clearing subsidiary.

The agreement follows the fifth correspondent agreement announced in April and extends a pipeline that has advanced across consecutive quarters.

Infrastructure work completed during earlier correspondent integrations has shortened onboarding timelines and expanded the platform’s capacity to clear for multiple correspondents concurrently. AtlasClearing has added operations staff to support current correspondent activity and near-term pipeline development. The Company has also strengthened its executive team with the addition of senior leaders formerly with Robinhood and Axos, and enhanced its anti-money laundering (AML) program with the addition of a compliance professional formerly with Morgan Stanley.

“A correspondent clearing platform becomes more valuable as you add relationships to infrastructure that is already built and operating,” said John Schaible, Executive Chairman of AtlasClear Holdings. “Each agreement adds revenue potential on a cost base that is already largely in place, and six signed agreements tell us there is continued demand from firms looking for a clearing partner sized to the way they actually operate.”

“Each of these agreements represents a firm that has decided to move its business, and our job from here is to make that transition as straightforward as we can for them,” said Craig Ridenhour, President of AtlasClear Holdings. “The infrastructure work behind the platform was done with exactly this in mind, and the operations team we have added gives us the capacity to take it on.”

AtlasClear continues to advance discussions with additional broker-dealers as it scales its correspondent clearing platform through AtlasClearing and expects to announce further agreements as they are executed.

Separately, the Company reminds investors that it expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on a timely basis. The Company looks forward to reporting on a fiscal year in which it advanced its correspondent clearing strategy and strengthened the foundation of its platform, and encourages investors to review the Form 10-K in its entirety when it is filed.

  • Small business benefits from free AI courses: Verizon’s free skill-development programs for small-business owners helped Destynee Turner build AI and digital capabilities that supported her business’s growth.
  • AI skills help save time, drive repeat customers: Turner used AI-enabled automation to reduce manual work, including inventory tasks and appointment reminders, saving time and encouraging repeat business.
  • Application of AI creates revenue growth: Her new skills contributed to an approximate 20% revenue increase and gave her the insight for improved budgeting, seasonal planning and growth for her small business.

Destynee Turner became an optician because she loves helping people see. But growing The Optical Experience, her boutique optical shop in West Palm Beach, Florida, demanded business skills no opticianry program taught her.

To fill that gap, Turner took advantage of Verizon’s free skill-development program, Verizon Small Business Digital Ready, which offers 60+ courses, mentoring, networking and grant opportunities. Those events and courses gave her new strategies to tackle her biggest challenge: working too hard in her business, rather than on it. She applied what she learned, specifically around customer retention, to support her small business’s growth, driving an approximate 20% increase in revenue. Through the program, she also expanded her knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI).

Turner’s story shows how practical AI skills can help small-business owners save time, strengthen customer relationships and support growth. Small-business owners can explore Verizon’s free AI courses and resources and the new 12-week immersive Verizon Small Business AI Accelerator to discover new ways to put AI to work.

Driving small-business growth through personalized service

Working with clients was Turner’s motivation for launching her own business. After years in large-scale optical retail, where the fast pace left little room for personalized attention, she wanted to practice the kind of care she believed in. She started a mobile eyewear service in 2018, visiting clients at home and bringing the equipment to them.

In 2022, Turner opened The Optical Experience, designing the experience around one-on-one attention. She pre-selects frames based on each client’s preferences, and eye exams are conducted on-site via telehealth with a licensed optometrist. “I’ve literally created my own lane,” Turner says. “There are people who have mobile opticals and there are other opticians who have shops, but they’re nothing like mine.”

How AI-powered automation saves hours of busywork every month

Part of creating her own lane meant exploring tools she’d never used before, such as AI. When a shipment of frames arrives, Turner snaps a photo of the SKU numbers and uses AI to generate an inventory spreadsheet in seconds—work that used to eat up time she’d rather spend with clients. “I wouldn’t have been as comfortable with AI if I hadn’t taken the Verizon courses,” says Turner, who also uses business internet and phone services as a Verizon Business customer. “I’ve taken other courses, but the Verizon ones were more hands-on, actually showing you how to use it.”

Another new strategy Turner learned was to automate annual checkup reminders through an AI-powered platform, instead of managing them manually using spreadsheets. This shift saved her about three hours a month and increased revenue by keeping existing clients coming back.

Putting new digital skills to work beyond AI

In addition to AI, other Verizon courses have increased Turner’s business acumen. During an in-person event, she received a budgeting framework she uses to manage her business finances. Previously, Turner used accounting software, but was just logging expenses without knowing how much of her profit should go to operations, inventory or her own pay. The event showed her how to categorize spending and apply general rules, such as taking 20%-30% of profit as pay. From there, Turner built a custom budget, which helped her see where she was overspending: networking events that weren’t moving the business forward. Now, she only invests in opportunities directly tied to her growth.

Seasonal planning was another shift Turner made. Early on, the shop’s slow summers caught her off guard. “The Verizon courses helped me to strategize and think, ‘Okay, these are my off-months of the year. How do I plan for this?’” she says. Now, she launches promotions that help drive business in the summer and also uses that time to recharge with her family.

Now pursuing her doctorate in optometry—with about five years of schooling ahead—Turner plans to keep her shop open while she studies and to eventually open a second location in her community. The business skills she picked up through Verizon helped sharpen that ambition. “It’s really cool when you implement the knowledge from these courses and can actually see things changing and growing. Having these tools, with all these experts willing to share this information, is gold.”

2025 marked a proud moment for DaVita as we met our goal to power 100% of our global operations with renewable energy. We achieved this by securing multiple virtual power purchase agreements in the US and Europe over the past five years — offsetting our global energy consumption with renewable solar and wind power.

This milestone was one of multiple environmental goals DaVita established five years ago and has met in the time since. This marks an important step in DaVita’s long-term sustainability journey.

Our Journey to Net Zero
In addition to our near-term, self-identified goals, we are committed to net-zero scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2050. These are emissions related to DaVita’s operations. We call this commitment our Journey to Net Zero, and have focused our action plan in three critical areas:

Energy infographic highlighting DaVita’s plans pursuing net zero, including increasing our energy efficiency, reducing our reliance on carbon-intensive fuels through electrification, and continuing to pursue the goal of powering all global operations with 100% renewable energy even as we grow.

Science-Based Climate Goals
A review by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) verifies our climate targets are in line with the scale of reductions required to keep global warming from rising more than 1.5 degrees Celsius from pre-industrial levels. Our many energy efficiency initiatives and clean energy investments have driven notable progress to date.

81% reduction of scope 1 and 2 emissions, as of December 31, 2025, as compared to a 2018 baseline.

Meeting Our Renewable Energy Goals
2025 marked a proud moment as we met our goal to power 100% of our global operations with renewable energy. We achieved this by securing multiple virtual power purchase agreements in the US and Europe over the past five years. Through these agreements, we now offset our global energy consumption with renewable solar and wind power.

Energy Efficiency
DaVita has been focused on energy efficiency improvements for over a decade. These include efficient LED lighting systems and smart building controls. We also upgrade water heaters and HVAC units to high-efficiency systems whenever replacements are required. As a result of our systematic approach to upgrades, the majority of our U.S. centers now have these energy efficient features.

Continued Progress in Electrification
In 2023, we were proud to announce the launch of our first ever net-zero dialysis center featuring all electric systems and solar power. In 2025 we continued to build on this progress by replacing gas-fired roof top HVAC units with heat pumps in select facilities — another step toward scaled adoption of higher-efficiency equipment.

Vendor Engagement
DaVita encourages its suppliers to set meaningful climate goals. By the end of 2025, 71% of vendors, by emissions, had publicly stated science-based targets.

Water Stewardship
Access to clean, fresh water is essential to the dialysis process, and we are committed to being good stewards of this resource. In 2025, we utilized a targeted Top Water Users reduction program to identify and address areas with the greatest room for efficiency improvement. We also continued ongoing work to upgrade reverse-osmosis water purification systems to newer, more efficient models to reduce water consumption in our clinics.

Through these initiatives, we saved more than 90 million gallons of water in 2025 and 468 million gallons from 2021 to 2025, greatly surpassing our publicly reported goal of saving 240 million gallons of water from 2021 to 2025.
