OMAHA, Neb., Sept. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Exodus Movement, Inc. (NYSE American: EXOD) (“Exodus” or the “Company”), a leading self-custodial finance and payments platform, today announced select metrics for the month of August 2026 in connection with its Web3 and Payment Processing services.

“August was an encouraging month across both sides of our business,” said James Gernetzke, CFO of Exodus. “Our Web3 exchange volumes increased approximately 20% from July as monthly active users remained relatively stable. While we remain cautious about drawing conclusions from one month of improved activity, we are encouraged by the direction of exchange volumes on our platform.”

“Transaction activity in our payments business also continued to grow, with gross transaction volume increasing approximately 6% from July and nearly 18% from June. Importantly, this growth is occurring before the benefit of several operational initiatives currently underway. We also continue to make progress on the payments infrastructure initiatives discussed during our August earnings call while integrating Monavate and executing against our broader cost-reduction initiatives.”

Web3 Services

Exchange provider processed volume was $376.8 million for the month of August 2026, of which 23% originated from the Company’s XO Swap partners. This compares with $314.8 million exchange provider processed volume in July 2026, of which 23% originated from the Company’s XO Swap partners.

Monthly Active Users (MAUs) were 1.4 million as of August 31, 2026, compared to 1.4 million as of July 31, 2026.

Payment Processing Services

Gross transaction volume was $356.8 million for the month of August 2026, compared to $338.0 million in gross transaction volume for the month of July 2026. Gross transaction volume is calculated by converting total monthly transaction volume from British Pounds (GBP) to U.S. Dollars using the average currency conversion rate of 1 GBP to 1.35 USD for August and 1 GBP to 1.34 USD for July.

Monthly Active Cards were 757.9 thousand as of August 31, 2026, compared to 783.6 thousand as of July 31, 2026. Monthly Active Cards represents the total number of unique payment cards issued on behalf of enterprise customers that made transactions during the applicable month.

Revenue Grew to $97.7M, up 20.8% YoY

Gross margin expansion of 609 basis points

Reaffirms FY26 Guidance for Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA

Announces Paige Thomas as Chief Executive Officer and President and Teri Bariquit as Chair of the Board

NEW YORK, Sept. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Rent the Runway, Inc. (“Rent the Runway” or “RTR”) (NASDAQ: RENT), the company transforming the way women get dressed, today reported financial results for the fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2026.

Second quarter results reflect continued execution against our plan, with total revenue of $97.7 million, up 20.8% YoY. Net loss was $(12.9) million, or (13.2)% of revenue, compared to $(26.4) million, or (32.6)% of revenue, in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025. Adjusted EBITDA was $12.6 million, or 12.9% of revenue, compared to $3.6 million, or 4.4% of revenue, in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025, driven by gross margin expansion of 609 basis points and disciplined control of operating expenses. We also continued to see growth in our add-on business, with add-on bookings increasing 81% year-over-year in Q2 and 33% of subscribers using an add-on during the quarter, up from 29% a year ago, driven primarily by higher subscriber engagement with our assortment and membership flexibility.

A key focus in 2026 remains on Discovery, and this quarter we completed the rollout of AI-powered outfits generation to all customers, delivering on the commitment we set out at the start of the fiscal year. We also concentrated our resources on the core rental and selling businesses, stepping back from several pilots and smaller initiatives to focus on the experience our customers value most.

Rent the Runway also announced today that Paige Thomas has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and President and member of the Board of Directors, effective September 14, 2026, succeeding Teri Bariquit, who has served as Interim CEO and President since May 2026. Ms. Bariquit has been appointed non-executive Chair of the Board of Directors, effective the same date, and will work closely with Ms. Thomas to support the transition. Dhiren Fonseca, will step down as Executive Chairman, and continue as a member of the Board. The Board of Directors thanks and acknowledges Mr. Fonseca for his leadership during the period of transition.

Ms. Thomas brings over 30 years of retail leadership to the role. She joined Rent the Runway as Chief Commercial Officer in June 2026, and previously served as Chief Merchant and Product Innovation Officer at Signet Jewelers, President and CEO of Saks OFF 5TH, and spent more than a decade at Nordstrom, including five years leading Nordstrom Rack.

“Rent the Runway is operating from a focused foundation, with a core rental business that continues to grow and a customer who is telling us what she values most,” said Teri Bariquit, Interim CEO and President of Rent the Runway. “This quarter we concentrated our resources on that core, delivered capabilities against the discovery experience we committed to at the start of the year, and began building a 2027 plan centered on transforming the business. I want to thank Dhiren for his leadership as Executive Chairman through this transition, and I am confident in the company Paige is stepping into.”

“I’m focused on listening to our customer and making every decision through her lens, doubling down on fashion and what makes this fashion service platform unique, while executing with operational excellence,” said Paige Thomas, CEO of Rent the Runway. “This is not a new direction—it’s an acceleration of the strong foundation the team has built. The path is clear, and I’ve never been more excited to lead the team forward.”

Recent Business Highlights

  • AI-Powered Outfits Generation Now Live to All Customers: In May 2026, we piloted outfits generation, and by the end of June the experience was live to all customers. Customers can now discover complete looks rather than individual items, making it easier to imagine what to wear together. Engagement with the feature in our app is running approximately 35% and during the pilot, customers with the experience added items to their bag approximately 12% more often than those without it.
  • Using AI to Help Customers See Themselves in the Product: In August 2026, we rolled out avatars within the outfits experience to all customers, so they can see recommended looks on a variety of figures. We also began piloting virtual try-on tools, designed to show a customer how a specific item will look on them before renting or buying.
  • Sharpened Focus on the Core Business: We concentrated our resources on our rental and selling offerings this quarter. We paused the online marketplace pilot until it can be fully integrated with the core rental experience, we paused on-site advertising and monetization to prioritize a premium experience, and we are no longer pursuing new B2B dry cleaning business opportunities while continuing to serve our existing partner. Those resources are moving to the parts of the business our customer values most, including Reserve, which carries our strongest satisfaction scores.

“Second quarter results were strong with revenues that reflect an all-time high for the company and profit margin expansion that is driven by our operating discipline and highlights how we intend to run the business,” said Dave Loretta, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Rent the Runway. “We remain committed to strengthening our liquidity position with the improved free cash flow in the first half and additional funding support from our investor group.”

Outlook

  • Revenue of between $87 million and $90 million
  • Adjusted EBITDA Margin1 of between negative 3% and negative 6%

For fiscal year 2026, Rent the Runway expects:

  • Reaffirming Double-Digit Revenue Growth versus fiscal year 2025, led primarily by continued product and inventory experience improvements.
  • Reaffirming Adjusted EBITDA Margin2 of between 4% and 7%
  • Updating Rental Product Acquired3 in the range of $53-55 million versus $74.9 million in fiscal year 2025.

There are unknowns around the economy, such as fuel surcharges, tariffs, and other macroeconomic developments, which are not incorporated into our expectations and that can materially affect actual results for fiscal year 2026 versus our current expectations. Our outlook is based on current conditions and assumptions and does not contemplate material deterioration, including volatility in these factors or from our decision to pass on fuel surcharges to customers; accordingly, actual results may differ materially if such conditions change.

Key Business and Financial Metrics

Active Subscribers is defined as the number of subscribers with an active membership as of the last day of any given period and excludes paused subscribers. Total Subscribers represents the number of subscribers with an active or paused membership as of the last day of the period and excludes subscribers who had an active or paused subscription during the period, but ended their subscription prior to the last day of the fiscal period.

Average Active Subscribers is defined as the mean of the beginning of quarter and end of quarter Active Subscribers for a quarterly period; and for other periods, represents the mean of the Average Active Subscribers of every quarter within that period.

Gross Profit is defined as total revenue less costs related to activities to fulfill customer orders and rental product acquisition costs, presented as fulfillment and rental product depreciation and revenue share, respectively, on the consolidated statement of operations. We depreciate owned apparel assets over three years and owned accessory assets over two years, net of 20% and 30% salvage values, respectively, and recognize the depreciation on a straight-line basis and remaining cost of items when sold or retired on our consolidated statement of operations. Rental product depreciation expense is time-based and reflects all rental product items we own. We use Gross Profit and Gross Profit as a percentage of revenue, or Gross Margin, to measure the continued efficiency of our business after the cost of our products and fulfillment costs are included.

Non-GAAP Financial Measures

This press release and the accompanying tables contain the non-GAAP financial measures of Adjusted EBITDA, Adjusted EBITDA margin, free cash flow, and free cash flow margin. In addition to our results determined in accordance with GAAP, we believe that Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA margin are useful in evaluating our performance and free cash flow and free cash flow margin are useful in evaluating our performance and liquidity. Adjusted EBITDA is a key performance measure used by management to assess our operating performance and the operating leverage of our business prior to capital expenditures. These non-GAAP financial metrics are not meant to be considered as indicators of our financial performance in isolation from or as a substitute for our financial information prepared in accordance with GAAP and should be read only in conjunction with financial information presented on a GAAP basis. There are limitations to the use of the non-GAAP financial metrics presented in this press release. For example, our non-GAAP financial metrics may not be comparable to similarly titled measures of other companies. Other companies, including companies in our industry, may calculate non-GAAP financial metrics differently than we do, limiting the usefulness of those measures for comparative purposes.

We define Adjusted EBITDA as net loss, adjusted to exclude interest expense, rental product depreciation, other depreciation and amortization, share-based compensation expense, write-off of liquidated assets, non-recurring adjustments, non-ordinary course legal fees, non-ordinary course executive transition costs, income tax (benefit) expense, other income and expense, and other gains / losses. Adjusted EBITDA margin is defined as Adjusted EBITDA calculated as a percentage of total revenue, net for a period.

We define free cash flow as net cash used in operating activities and net cash used in investing activities on a combined basis. Free cash flow margin is defined as free cash flow as a percentage of revenue.

The reconciliation of presented non-GAAP financial metrics to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measure is presented below. We encourage reviewing the reconciliation in conjunction with the presentation of the non-GAAP financial metrics for each of the periods presented. In future periods, we may exclude similar items, may incur income and expenses similar to these excluded items, and may include other expenses, costs and non-recurring items. Reconciliations of Adjusted EBITDA margin expectations for fiscal year 2026 and Q3 2026 to the most directly comparable GAAP measures are not available without unreasonable efforts on a forward-looking basis due to the high variability, complexity, and low visibility with respect to the charges excluded from these non-GAAP measures, in particular, share-based compensation expense, and non-recurring expenses, which can have unpredictable fluctuations based on unforeseen activity that is out of our control and/or cannot reasonably be predicted.

  • Future-Ready Infrastructure: Natively designed for next-gen thermal density and 1.6T lossless networks, supporting long-term capital expenditures.
  • Dual-Track Monetization: Featuring initial deployment of advanced HGX and MGX mixed clusters for AI training and inference.

HONG KONG, Sept. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — 3 E Network Technology Group Limited (Nasdaq: MASK) (the “Company” or “3 E Network”), a business-to-business (“B2B”) information technology (“IT”) business solutions provider, committed to becoming a next-generation artificial intelligence (“AI”) infrastructure solutions provider, today unveiled the core engineering blueprint for its key AI data center in Mikkeli, Finland. The project’s physical infrastructure (civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental control) is natively designed to provide support for NVIDIA’s next-generation Vera Rubin DSX system-level architecture standards. To support initial commercialization, the Company plans to deploy a mix of HGX- and MGX-based computing clusters during the first phase.

To address increasing power-density requirements as AI models continue to scale, 3 E Network has established an engineering strategy of “forward-looking infrastructure readiness combined with pragmatic computing cluster deployment.” This blueprint addresses a critical industry pain point: the misalignment between facility lifespans (typically 10-15 years) and AI chip iteration cycles (1-2 years). By separating facility infrastructure from compute hardware, the facility aims to help manage long-term total cost of ownership and preserve the value of hardware investments by reducing the cost and disruption of future upgrades.

Reconstructing the Foundation: “Vera Rubin-Ready” to Address High Physical and Thermal Demands

As AI chips evolve toward higher performance, data centers are facing significant challenges in power, cooling, and structural load-bearing. To ensure the Mikkeli facility remains capable through future generational transitions, the project sets rigorous metrics during the civil and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (“MEP”) stages, aligned with the Vera Rubin architecture:

  • Full-Stack Liquid Cooling and Resilient Piping Networks: Anticipating the application of the Vera CPU and Rubin GPU Superchip, alongside the new HBM4 high-bandwidth memory, single-rack thermal loads are expected to reach levels of tens to over a hundred kilowatts. Consequently, the facility is designed with a direct-to-chip liquid cooling and Coolant Distribution Unit circulation system compatible with blind-mate technology. Leveraging Finland’s natural cooling resources, this architecture is designed to provide adequate cooling redundancy and continuously optimize Power Usage Effectiveness under high loads.
  • 1.6T Scale-out and High-Density Interconnect Infrastructure: Addressing the massive physical volume of intra-rack high-density cabling required by the 6th-generation NVLink, the facility reserves ample rack-level routing space; concurrently, to support the capabilities of the ConnectX-9 architecture, the data center’s backbone fiber cable trays and routing pathways are fully aligned with 1.6T scale-out non-blocking network topologies. The facility reserves wiring space for next-generation Spectrum-X Ethernet and advanced InfiniBand architectures, providing the physical infrastructure required for rack-scale interconnects.
  • High-Capacity Structural Reinforcement & Hybrid Power Architecture: Anticipating the near two-ton weight of liquid-cooled computing racks, the facility implements reinforced flooring designed for high load capacities during the civil engineering phase. In terms of power routing, the facility adopts a flexible dual-track design: it supports the deployment of high-voltage smart PDUs to accommodate standard MGX and HGX nodes, while concurrently providing full forward-compatibility for 48V centralized DC power shelves and rack-level Battery Backup Unit specifications. This design aims to handle the high power density and transient power spikes anticipated with the Vera Rubin architecture, enhancing grid-level stability.
  • Deep Decoupling of MEP Facilities and IT Compute Modules: The design incorporates out-of-band environmental monitoring and micro-leak detection, together with standardized interfaces between facility infrastructure and IT equipment. This approach is intended to reduce the need for modifications to the facility during future compute hardware upgrades and minimize operational disruption.

Dual-Track Commercialization: HGX-Based Training and MGX-Based Inference

While building a high-standard physical foundation, 3 E Network is focused on steadily and efficiently commercializing its computing capacity and developing recurring revenue streams. The planned initial introduction of the HGX and MGX mixed computing architecture is intended to create an elastic compute pool. This dual-track approach corresponds to the two core commercial demands of the AI market, aiming to optimize hardware asset utilization and Return on Investment:

  1. HGX Core Zone (Addressing Large Model Pre-training): This zone is designed to accommodate a high-density deployment of high-performance HGX baseboards. Backed by centralized power and liquid cooling support, this zone is dedicated to providing excellent single-node interconnect bandwidth and rack-scale cluster scalability. The HGX cluster is designed to handle complex, trillion-parameter pre-training tasks of AI enterprises and foundational model developers. Its lossless interconnect significantly mitigates the “data wall” bottleneck, providing efficient compute throughput for training clusters.
  2. MGX Elastic Zone (Addressing Commercial Inference, Vertical Fine-tuning, and Agile Deployment): This zone is designed to accommodate modular clusters based on MGX specifications. By supporting flexible, heterogeneous combinations of CPUs, GPUs, and Data Processing Units, this zone is tailored for a broad spectrum of enterprise needs. As AI enters the application deployment phase, demand for concurrent compute power in Retrieval-Augmented Generation, industry-specific model fine-tuning, and edge computing has grown rapidly. The MGX cluster supports the efficient launch of these tasks with a more agile cost structure, accelerating AI adoption across industry-specific applications while helping 3 E Network capture a wider B2B customer base.

Strategic Perspective and Executive Remarks

Dr. Tingjun Yang, Chief Technology Officer of 3 E Network, stated: “Building modern AI computing infrastructure is a dual test of capital planning and engineering foresight. For the Mikkeli project, we are designing the facility’s physical infrastructure to accommodate the anticipated power, cooling and interconnect requirements of the Vera Rubin architecture and support future hardware upgrades. Our planned initial deployment of HGX- and MGX-based clusters is intended to address demand for model training and inference. Furthermore, relying on Finland’s unique advantages in green energy and natural cooling, we effectively integrate high energy efficiency with computing power. 3 E Network is committed to applying rigorous engineering standards to develop AI data center solutions that balance current commercialization capabilities with future technological scalability for our global partners.”

Luotea Plc
Stock exchange release
11 September 2026 at 2.30 p.m.

Inside information, negative profit warning: Luotea downgrades its outlook for 2026

Luotea downgrades its outlook for adjusted EBITA for 2026.

New outlook for 2026

In 2026 adjusted EBITA is expected to be better than the adjusted EBITA (EUR 7.0 million) in 2025.

Previously published outlook for 2026

In 2026 adjusted EBITA is expected to be better or materially better than the adjusted EBITA (EUR 7.0 million) in 2025.

Reasons for the revision of the outlook

The decline in net sales in the Finnish cleaning and support services business that materialised during the first half of 2026 has continued at the beginning of the second half of the year. The decrease in net sales, driven by intense competition and customers’ cost-saving programmes, has resulted in a decline in adjusted EBITA in the Finnish cleaning and support services business despite the efficiency measures implemented. Profitability in the Swedish business is expected to improve; however, the improvement is not considered sufficient to support the outlook for 2026 previously published by the company.

The company will continue measures to enhance the efficiency of its cost structure in Finland during the remainder of the year. As part of these measures, change negotiations have already been completed, resulting in the termination, or pending termination, of approximately 70 employees. In addition, approximately 100 employees will be temporarily laid off for periods of up to 30 days during the second half of the year.

The Proposed Transaction

The Proposed Transaction values REVS on an enterprise basis at approximately US$4,750,000, subject to customary closing adjustments for working capital, indebtedness, and transaction expenses. The purchase price is payable as follows:

  • Closing share consideration with an aggregate value of US$3,000,000, payable in common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares“) at closing, to be issued at a deemed price of C$0.23 per Common Share and subject to a six-month lock-up;
  • Closing cash consideration of US$500,000 payable at closing; and
  • Deferred consideration up to US$1,250,000, payable in Common Shares, in three annual tranches, contingent on REVS meeting gross profit performance milestones of (i) US$850,000 in Year 1, (ii) US$1,200,000 in Year 2, and (iii) US$2,000,000 in Year 3. The Common Shares issuable as deferred consideration will be priced based on the 20-day volume-weighted average trading price of the Common Shares as of the applicable issuance date, subject to a floor price of C$0.23 per Common Share and a ceiling price of C$0.50 per Common Share.

As part of the Proposed Transaction, the Company has agreed to provide REVS with an interim loan of up to US$200,000 (the “Loan“) during the exclusivity period to support REVS’ ongoing operations, repayable to the Company if the Proposed Transaction is not completed. As of the date of this press release, the Company has advanced US$150,000 to REVS under the Loan. REVS must submit a written request for drawdown on the loan with written approval from Hypercharge to advance funds in increments of US$50,000. Should the transaction not be completed or upon termination of the LOI, the loan will become payable within 6 months from the termination date, with interest to accrue at 5% per annum. Upon closing of the transaction, the loan and interest shall be extinguished. The parties have agreed to a 90-day exclusivity period, which may be extended by up to two additional 30-day periods. The parties extended exclusivity until September 30, 2026, as part of this Proposed Transaction.

The Proposed Transaction is subject to the Hypercharge’s board of directors’ approval and will not trigger a change of control for Hypercharge. The Proposed Transaction is classified as a Reviewable Transaction under TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) policy guidelines. New shares issued as part of this transaction are ~18.1M new shares as part of the closing share consideration with a potential of up to ~7.6M if REVS achieves their GP targets for the deferred consideration, as outlined above.

No finder’s fee is payable and there are no relationships with any non-arm’s length parties pursuant to the Transaction or the Loan.

The parties expect the Proposed Transaction to close in calendar Q3 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and receiving the requisite TSXV approvals.
