Securities and Exchange Commis

EfTEN United Property Fund earned a net profit of 58 thousand euros in August and 624 thousand euros over the first eight months of 2026 (2 012 thousand euros in the same period last year). The net asset value (NAV) of the fund unit was 11.58 euros at the end of August, increasing 0.2% over the month.

The lower-than-usual profit was primarily related to the fund’s investment in the shares of EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS, the price of which fell by 1.8% on the Tallinn Stock Exchange in August 2026. If the fund’s investment in the shares of EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS were recognised on the basis of its net asset value, EfTEN United Property Fund would have earned 163 thousand euros of profit in August and the fund’s NAV would be 11.66 euros, increasing 0.6% over the month.

In August, the fund acquired a 5.9% holding in EfTEN Domina SIA, which owns the Domina shopping centre in Riga. The acquisition cost of the fund’s investment was 2,478 thousand euros, and in August the fund earned 31 thousand euros of profit from the change in the fair value of the holding.

In August, the fund also acquired an 80% holding in its subsidiary Invego Uus-Järveküla 2 OÜ, which is developing the expansion of the Uus-Järveküla residential district. The detailed plan for the expansion is in its final phase. The fund earns 10% annual interest income on the 700 thousand euro shareholder loan granted to the company at the end of July.

No new sales agreements were concluded in August in the development company Invego Uus-Järveküla OÜ, in which the fund holds an 80% stake. Three terraced-houses and two land plots remain unsold in the development project.

VALLOUREC SECURES A MAJOR CONTRACT WITH SUBSEA7 FOR PETROBRAS’ SEPIA 2 OFFSHORE PROJECT IN BRAZIL

Meudon, on September 16, 2026 – Vallourec, a world leader in premium seamless tubular solutions, announces that it has been awarded a major contract by Subsea7 for the supply of carbon steel seamless line pipe and thermal insulation coating for the Sepia 2 project, developed by Petrobras in the pre-salt Santos Basin, offshore Brazil.

This award follows the EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) contract recently secured by Subsea7 from Petrobras for the Sepia 2 project. Vallourec has secured the project’s entire carbon steel line pipe and external coating supply scope through a single integrated offer.

Under this contract, Vallourec will supply approximately 130 kilometers of rigid risers and flowlines, representing more than 15,000 tons of sour service carbon steel line pipe. The pipes will be produced at Vallourec’s Jeceaba mill in Minas Gerais, Brazil, with the related thermal insulation coating applied at the Vallourec Coating Solutions plant in Serra, Espírito Santo.

The Sepia 2 project is located in ultra-deep waters of the Santos Basin, a pre-salt area approximately 280 kilometers from the Brazilian coast, and is developed by a consortium led by Petrobras. It comprises 15 wells, as well as an export pipeline connected to a new
Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel, to be installed in a water depth of approximately 2,170 meters.

This success highlights Vallourec’s ability to meet the highly demanding thermal insulation requirements of the installation and operation phases in extreme deepwater conditions. Thanks to its advanced Syntactic Polypropylene solutions, Vallourec will stand alongside Subsea7 and Petrobras to meet these challenges throughout project execution.

Philippe Guillemot, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Vallourec Group, commented: “This contract illustrates the strength of Vallourec’s integrated offering, combining premium seamless line pipe and advanced thermal insulation coating. It confirms our position as a partner of choice for the most demanding pre-salt developments and showcases the excellence of our fully integrated industrial footprint in Brazil, from our Jeceaba mill to our Serra coating plant. I thank Subsea7 and Petrobras for this new mark of confidence, which rewards the dedication of our teams.”

Strategic shareholders commit A$7.1 million at a premium to market, the Company’s fourth consecutive equity raise priced at a premium, alongside A$3.75 million of non-dilutive R&D Tax Incentive pre-financing

SYDNEY, Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cambium Bio Limited (ASX: CMB) (“Cambium Bio” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage regenerative medicine company developing biologic therapies for ophthalmology, today announced that it has secured an A$10.85 million funding package to initiate its pivotal Phase 3 trial of Elate Ocular® in moderate to severe dry eye disease (“DED”). The package comprises A$7.1 million (US$5.0 million) in firm commitments from strategic shareholders through a placement priced at A$0.48 per share, a 4.3% premium to the last closing price, and an A$3.75 million secured facility that pre-finances the Company’s FY2027 Research and Development Tax Incentive refund.

Highlights

  • Strategic capital at a premium. A$7.1 million committed by strategic shareholders, extending a track record of raising capital at a premium.
  • Funding to initiate the pivotal trial. CAMOMILE-2 is a single 475-patient Phase 3 trial that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has confirmed is sufficient to support a Biologics License Application (BLA). Initiation is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026.
  • A potential first-in-class biologic. Elate Ocular® is a biologic derived from human platelet lysate. To the Company’s knowledge, no biologic therapy has been approved for the treatment of dry eye disease, and Elate Ocular® has the potential to be the first. The program holds FDA Fast Track designation.
  • Clear path to registration. Topline data from the pivotal trial are targeted for late calendar 2027. Subject to the trial meeting its co-primary sign and symptom endpoints, the Company intends to file a BLA with the FDA in 2028.

Karolis Rosickas, Chief Executive Officer of Cambium Bio, said:

“Our strategic shareholders have once again backed Cambium Bio at a premium to market, and that support now gives us the funding to start the pivotal trial of Elate Ocular®. Dry eye disease still has no approved biologic therapy. With one pivotal trial agreed with the FDA, Fast Track designation and the funding in place to initiate that trial, our path is clear: topline data in late 2027 and a BLA filing in 2028.”

The placement is conditional on shareholder approval at the Company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting. Full details are in the Company’s ASX announcement dated 16 September 2026 at www.asx.com.au.
