ANDOVER, Mass., Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Vicor has granted a non-exclusive license to a new OEM licensee with the right to procure Vertical Power Delivery (VPD) modules covered by Vicor patents from unlicensed suppliers. VPD enables high-performance AI compute and network processors fueled at a high current density from a low voltage source. VPD systems, consisting of a “multi-cell converter” and a VPD network, enable breakthrough performance by avoiding the “the last inch problem” of Lateral Power Delivery (LPD). VPD systems are protected by foundational patents to innovations conceived during a decade of pioneering research conducted by Vicor in the U.S.

VPD licensees can source VPD solutions from unlicensed global suppliers, whose multi-cell Voltage Regulators (VR) or Integrated Voltage Regulators (IVRs) are stacked in a multi-layer system. VPD solutions using high current density and high gain MCM™ current multipliers manufactured as ChiPs™ (Converters housed in Package™) in a Vicor fab are also available to licensees. MCMs enable substantially higher total system efficiency, are much thinner and mechanically and thermally adept. By procuring VPD modules for high-performance AI accelerators from Vicor, licensees may earn substantial discounts on licensing royalties for commodity VPD modules from unlicensed suppliers. The Vicor licensing practice provides OEMs and hyperscalers with multi-source flexibility, supply chain redundancy, and scalability, including from U.S. based Vicor fabs.

As high-performance compute and network processors migrate to VPD, unlicensed OEMs and hyperscalers may need a license to secure their supply chain. Potential licensees may expect a structured licensing practice providing much lower royalty rates for early adopters. Supply agreements with infringing suppliers may contain indemnification provisions for recovery of royalties and monetary damages, but cannot overcome importation bans.

About Vicor
Vicor designs, manufactures and markets modular power components and complete power systems based upon a portfolio of patented technologies. Vicor licenses its patents to OEMs and hyper-scalers needing supply chain assurance, flexibility and scalability. Headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, Vicor modules and power system technology are used in high performance computing, industrial, transportation, aerospace and defense.

  • Software rollout begins in Q4 2026: CNH will begin releasing software updates that give customers more time to address certain emissions-system faults.
  • Helping maximize uptime: The updates are intended to help customers reduce avoidable downtime during critical operating periods.

Oak Brook, USA — September 16, 2026 — CNH (NYSE: CNH), a global leader in agricultural and construction equipment and technology, today announced that it will begin rolling out software updates in the fourth quarter of 2026 to align with updated U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidance related to emissions-system fault inducement timing.

With these updates, customers will have more time to plan and complete repairs before certain engine derates are triggered — helping reduce downtime when every hour counts. Software availability will begin with priority products in Q4 2026 and expand to additional applications throughout 2027.

For owners and operators, that means added flexibility, fewer avoidable interruptions and more confidence during peak operating windows.

“Customers have been clear: they need solutions that help them stay productive, especially during seasonally critical windows,” said Scott Harris, President North America, CNH. “These updates are designed to give operators more practical flexibility in addressing emissions-system issues while supporting the performance and reliability they depend on across farms and jobsites.”

CNH is developing revised engine software aligned with the updated EPA guidance. The initial rollout will prioritize high-horsepower agricultural equipment, with additional product families being added throughout 2027. Once available, customers with a CNH Electronic Service Tool subscription will be able to perform the software update themselves, while dealers can also support installation remotely or on site.

The updates reflect CNH’s continued focus on practical solutions that help customers manage service needs with confidence and keep their operations moving.

Entrepreneur and Concordia Eco Resort owner, Tim Allen, to Guide Centcore’s TC/DC Development; Brian Moses Discusses RoboAgent’s Next-Generation Embedded Coaching Platform with SmallCapVoice’s Stuart Smith

VERO BEACH, Fla., Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Mitesco, Inc. (OTCQB: MITI) today announced that its subsidiary, Centcore, LLC, has entered into an agreement with entrepreneur and Concordia Eco Resort owner Tim Allen to host early prototypes of Centcore’s TC/DC platform at properties affiliated with Allen. In addition to serving as a deployment partner, Allen will provide strategic input on the ongoing development and commercialization of the technology.

Separately, the company’s RoboAgent AI sales force automation platform is being prepared for a late fourth-quarter rollout. The solution will feature the new “Robo Coach” module, which delivers AI-driven, interpretive sales coaching based on content developed by Brian Moses (www.brianmoses.com), a recognized leader in real estate sales training. Moses recently discussed the platform’s embedded coaching capabilities with Stuart Smith of SmallCapVoice, highlighting RoboAgent’s potential to enhance sales performance and productivity.

The edge computing platform known as “TC/DC” is Centcore’s proposed compact, distributed data center designed to place computing capacity in non-obtrusive used locations instead of expense and complex data centers. The initial prototype installations are intended to give Centcore practical settings in which to evaluate installation, power use, operations and the suitability of different property types.

Allen founded TLA Consulting in 2009 and later established TLA AI Lab, where his work includes AI-enabled CRM, automation and growth systems. He is also the owner of Concordia Eco Resort in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, where he has led property redevelopment, operations and sustainability initiatives. Mitesco believes his experience with both technology-enabled operations and property management will provide useful input as Centcore develops and tests its prototypes.

“Tim brings a valuable combination of operating experience and a practical understanding of how technology must work at a real property,” said Brian Valania, Chief Executive Officer of Mitesco. “Hosting early units will help us learn from actual installations, while his consulting work will help inform the next stage of TC/DC development.”

“I’m interested in seeing how the TC/DC performs in an actual property setting,” said Allen. “Early prototypes give us a chance to identify practical requirements and help Centcore make informed decisions as the design develops.”

OTC.QB:MITI

Separately, Brian Moses, whose content has been integrated into the new Robo Coach coaching modules, recently spoke with Stuart Smith of www.SmallCapVoice.com about the importance of RoboAgent for real estate professionals. Their discussion focused on the coaching module being developed within the platform, which is intended to provide sales guidance alongside an agent’s daily contacts, tasks and client activity. To review this key interview go to: https://youtu.be/tM5JWWjfzHY.

“Agents face decisions every day about how to follow up, move a conversation forward and serve a client,” said Moses. “The goal of embedding coaching in RoboAgent is to make useful guidance available while they’re doing that work, when they can put it into practice.” The Robo Agent application software is currently under test by a number of the most well-known, publicly held real estate agencies nationwide. More about Robo Agent can be found at: https://youtu.be/Y3hDsZ1SpYQ?is=c6T-JcoMBnrgjFyy.

To participate, all potential bidders must be approved by Freddie Mac and successfully complete a qualification package to access the secure data room containing information about the NPLs and to bid on the NPL pool(s). The bids are to be made on an all-or-none basis for any pool separately.
