EXOSENS RAISES FULL-YEAR 2026 GUIDANCE, DRIVEN BY FASTER-THAN-EXPECTED CAPACITY RAMP-UP AND STRONG COMMERCIAL MOMENTUM
- Faster-than-expected ramp-up of additional European production capacity for high-performance image intensifier tubes, meeting growing global demand for advanced night vision solutions sooner than anticipated
- Accelerating adoption of mission-critical imaging technologies across drone, counter-drone and long-range surveillance applications
- Strong momentum in nuclear instrumentation, driven by increasing demand for next-generation SMR technologies
- 2026 guidance raised: c.20% revenue growth and c.25% adjusted EBITDA growth at midpoint vs. 2025, implying further profitability improvement
- Revenue in the range of €558-570 million (vs. €520-540 million previously)
- Adjusted EBITDA in the range of €186-192 million (vs. €168-178 million previously)
Press release, Mérignac (France), 17 September 2026 – Exosens (EXENS; FR001400Q9V2), a high-tech company focused on providing mission- and performance-critical amplification, detection and imaging technologies, today announces an upward revision to its full-year 2026 guidance.
This guidance upgrade builds on Exosens’ strong first-half 2026 performance and reflects sustained commercial momentum and continued disciplined execution driving industry-leading profitability.
In Amplification, Exosens maintained production throughout August at its European facilities for the first time, with the extended operating schedule implemented as planned. Newly installed production equipment was also successfully commissioned. These operational milestones have confirmed the faster-than-expected ramp-up of additional capacity for high-performance image intensifier tubes in Europe, enabling the Group to meet growing global demand for advanced night vision solutions sooner than anticipated.
In Detection & Imaging, Exosens continues to benefit from the accelerating adoption of its mission-critical imaging technologies across drone, counter-drone and long-range surveillance applications. To meet this growing customer demand, the Group is scaling its industrial capabilities, with plans to triple production capacity for thermal cameras and double capacity for cooled infrared cameras in 2026. Commercial momentum in nuclear instrumentation also remains strong, particularly in next-generation SMR applications.
Against this backdrop, Exosens is raising its full-year 2026 guidance and now expects:
- Revenue in the range of €558 million to €570 million (compared with €520 million to €540 million previously);
- Adjusted EBITDA in the range of €186 million to €192 million (compared with €168 million to €178 million previously);
- Capital expenditure at around 9% of revenue (excluding capitalized R&D expenses of around 3% of revenue), driven by production capacity expansion in Europe and the U.S. (unchanged).
“Building on our strong first-half performance, we continue to see sustained commercial momentum across our markets. The faster-than-expected ramp-up of additional European production capacity for high-performance image intensifier tubes enables us to meet growing global demand for advanced night vision solutions sooner than anticipated. At the same time, our imaging technologies continue to gain traction, particularly across drone and surveillance applications, while demand in the nuclear market remains strong. This sustained momentum, combined with continued operational discipline, gives us confidence to raise our full-year 2026 guidance and supports our industry-leading profitability. Firmly focused on executing our strategy, we are well positioned to leverage our expanding industrial capabilities and recognized technology leadership to capture additional commercial opportunities and deliver sustained profitable growth over the long term,” said Jérôme Cerisier, CEO of Exosens.
Exosens will communicate its full-year 2027 guidance upon publication of the Group’s full-year 2026 results on 22 February 2027.

LA HULPE, BELGIUM – 17 September 2026, 7:00 a.m. CEST – Banqup Group SA (Euronext: BANQ) (Banqup, Company), a European fintech provider that simplifies financial flows through an innovative secured platform for e-invoicing, e-payment, e-reporting and e-trust solutions with built-in compliance at its core, today announced an operational and growth update on its footprint in the French market, timed with the 81st Congress of the Expert-Comptable Media Association (ECMA). Following years of regulatory delays across France, the official launch of the national e-invoicing mandate has triggered a significant growth in the number of users, proving the long-term strategic value of Banqup’s partner-led expansion model.
Partner-led blueprint delivers unprecedented scale
Banqup serves as the core technology provider behind jefacture.com, the accredited platform (Plateforme Agréée / PA) created by ECMA—the digital arm established by the French National Board of Chartered Accountants (CNOEC).
Rather than building costly direct sales networks, Banqup leveraged ECMA’s trusted distribution channel to embed its financial operating platform directly into the accounting ecosystem. Today, this channel strategy accounts for:
- Almost 175,000 registered business clients, actively using the platform.
- Nearly 4,900 chartered accounting firms, directing their client networks onto jefacture.com.
This partner-led Go-To-Market (GTM) playbook serves as the primary template Banqup is replicating across other key European growth markets facing mandatory e-invoicing transitions. Also, the onboarded network is an opportunity for upsell towards other products such as the payment module.
Management Commentary
“We have consistently communicated to our shareholders that the French market represented a major growth driver for Banqup,” said Koen De Brabander, CEO of Banqup Group. “While regulatory postponements delayed the initial timeline, the current adoption metrics prove that our patience and strategic execution is paying off. jefacture.com is now operating as a primary engine of automated financial workflows in France, validating our technology stack and our ability to monetize complex compliance shifts.”

Wereldhave N.V. (‘Wereldhave’), through Wereldhave Belgium (70% owned by Wereldhave), announces the sale of retail park De Mael in Bruges (Belgium) to a consortium of private investors. The divestment of this non-core asset is in line with Wereldhave’s strategy to reduce leverage while focusing its portfolio on Full Service Centers.
Gross proceeds from the transaction amount to € 49.2 million, excluding transfer tax, reflecting a premium to the asset’s latest book value. Proceeds from the sale will further strengthen Wereldhave’s balance sheet, reducing the net loan-to-value (LTV) ratio by approximately 110bps compared with 30 June 2026. Transfer of the asset is scheduled for Q2 2027.
“This divestment reflects our disciplined approach to portfolio management. While our recent acquisitions in Belgium and Luxembourg have been made at net initial yields of 8%+, we have now sold De Mael at a 5.6% net initial yield. This accretive capital rotation strengthens our balance sheet while sharpening our focus on Full Service Centers.” said Matthijs Storm, CEO of Wereldhave.
Wereldhave was advised on the transaction by Avenue Real Estate.
