Disclaimers and/or forward-looking statements

The forward-looking statements, objectives and targets contained herein are based on Ipsen’s management strategy, current views and assumptions. Such statements involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties that may cause actual results, performance or events to differ materially from those anticipated herein. All of the above risks could affect Ipsen’s future ability to achieve its financial targets, which were set assuming reasonable macroeconomic conditions based on the information available today. Use of the words ‘believes’, ‘anticipates’ and ‘expects’ and similar expressions are intended to identify forward-looking statements, including Ipsen’s expectations regarding future events, including regulatory filings and determinations. Moreover, the targets described in this document were prepared without taking into account external-growth assumptions and potential future acquisitions, which may alter these parameters. These objectives are based on data and assumptions regarded as reasonable by Ipsen. These targets depend on conditions or facts likely to happen in the future, and not exclusively on historical data. Actual results may depart significantly from these targets given the occurrence of certain risks and uncertainties, notably the fact that a promising medicine in early development phase or clinical trial may end up never being launched on the market or reaching its commercial targets, notably for regulatory or competition reasons. Ipsen must face or might face competition from generic medicine that might translate into a loss of market share. Furthermore, the research and development process involves several stages each of which involves the substantial risk that Ipsen may fail to achieve its objectives and be forced to abandon its efforts with regards to a medicine in which it has invested significant sums. Therefore, Ipsen cannot be certain that favorable results obtained during preclinical trials will be confirmed subsequently during clinical trials, or that the results of clinical trials will be sufficient to demonstrate the safe and effective nature of the medicine concerned. There can be no guarantees a medicine will receive the necessary regulatory approvals or that the medicine will prove to be commercially successful. If underlying assumptions prove inaccurate or risks or uncertainties materialize, actual results may differ materially from those set forth in the forward-looking statements. Other risks and uncertainties include but are not limited to, general industry conditions and competition; general economic factors, including interest rate and currency exchange rate fluctuations; the impact of pharmaceutical industry regulation and healthcare legislation and risks arising from unexpected regulatory or political changes such as changes in tax regulation and regulations on trade and tariffs, such as protectionist measures, especially in the United States; global trends toward healthcare cost containment; technological advances, new medicine and patents attained by competitors; challenges inherent in new-medicine development, including obtaining regulatory approval; Ipsen’s ability to accurately predict future market conditions; manufacturing difficulties or delays; financial instability of international economies and sovereign risk; dependence on the effectiveness of Ipsen’s patents and other protections for innovative medicines; and the exposure to litigation, including patent litigation, and/or regulatory actions. Ipsen also depends on third parties to develop and market some of its medicines which could potentially generate substantial royalties; these partners could behave in such ways which could cause damage to Ipsen’s activities and financial results. Ipsen cannot be certain that its partners will fulfil their obligations. It might be unable to obtain any benefit from those agreements. A default by any of Ipsen’s partners could generate lower revenues than expected. Such situations could have a negative impact on Ipsen’s business, financial position or performance. Ipsen expressly disclaims any obligation or undertaking to update or revise any forward-looking statements, targets or estimates contained in this press release to reflect any change in events, conditions, assumptions or circumstances on which any such statements are based, unless so required by applicable law. Ipsen’s business is subject to the risk factors outlined in its registration documents filed with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers. The risks and uncertainties set out are not exhaustive and the reader is advised to refer to Ipsen’s latest Universal Registration Document, available on ipsen.com.

WUHU, China, Sept. 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — LEPAS, Chery Auto’s Premium NEV brand, will host its inaugural LEPAS Global Elegant Lifestyle Week this October during the 2026 Chery International User Summit. Bringing together global users, partners and cross-industry guests, the event will explore new possibilities for mobility and everyday life in the new energy era — extending elegance beyond the car to the way people connect with mobility and lifestyle.

Ahead of the event, LEPAS has stepped into cultural and lifestyle settings worldwide this summer — from historic cinemas in Europe and equestrian events in Southeast Asia to fashion gatherings in South Africa and art spaces in London. Through these engagements, LEPAS is exploring how “elegant mobility” can connect with diverse cultures and lifestyles.

image1

One Vision of Elegance, Expressed Across Cultures

Across these settings, LEPAS moves beyond its role as a means of transport to become part of local aesthetic and cultural experiences: at a Malaysian equestrian event, sharing the field with young riders; at the Transilvania International Film Festival, celebrating originality with the creative community; at the Venice International Film Festival, joining filmmakers from around the world; and at London Design Festival, exploring the meaning of elegance with designers. Each offers a distinct expression of an elegant lifestyle shaped by its cultural context.

[LEPAS x Malaysian Prime Minister Cup Equestrian Competition]

This reflects LEPAS’s exploration of elegance as a value that can be perceived and experienced. Through three core pillars — Leopard Aesthetics, Elegant Technology and Exquisite Space — LEPAS maintains a consistent expression across cultures: design encourages self-expression, technology supports a composed experience, and space accommodates everyday life. Bringing these values into real-life settings makes LEPAS’s approach to elegance tangible for global customers.

In the Name of Elegance, Across Global Markets

For LEPAS, globalization means maintaining consistent brand values while understanding local cultures, responding to users’ needs, and building trust through sustained engagement.

In South Africa, LEPAS began connecting with communities before its products entered the market. Through sporting events, fashion shows, cultural gatherings and community initiatives, the brand has made its idea of elegance more tangible while building a local presence and connection.

From cultural engagement to market development, LEPAS builds awareness of elegance through lifestyle experiences, enters markets through brand and product launches, and supports elegant mobility through services. Together, these efforts make elegant living relevant across markets.

From individual events to citywide engagement, and from the car to everyday life, LEPAS is gradually expanding from an automotive brand into a lifestyle brand. Beyond how people move, it explores how mobility can become part of everyday life, with technology working in the background and elegance taking center stage.

This October, LEPAS Global Elegant Lifestyle Week will bring these explorations together, further connecting global users, partners and cross-industry guests through mobility and lifestyle.

About LEPAS

LEPAS is Chery Auto’s Premium NEV brand, dedicated to creating elegant mobility experiences for users worldwide. Committed to becoming the Preferred Brand for Elegant Mobility Life, LEPAS brings together Leopard Aesthetics, Elegant Technology, and Exquisite Space – transforming elegance into a driving experience you can see, feel, and trust. CALGARY, Alberta, Sept. 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Jura Energy Corporation (“Jura” or the “Company”) provides clarification regarding a news article published by a Pakistani newspaper, Dawn, on September 13, 2026, which reported the possible revocation of petroleum rights held by the Company’s subsidiaries, Spud Energy Pty Limited (“SEPL”) and Frontier Holdings Limited (“FHL”), in Pakistan.

According to the media report, the Petroleum Division of the Government of Pakistan has reportedly sought the advice of Pakistan’s Economic Coordination Committee (“ECC”), a cabinet-level decision-taking body, regarding possible courses of action in connection with the March 2025 transfer of a 73% shareholding in Jura by Phoenix Exploration (“Phoenix”) to IDL Investments Limited (“IDL”) (the “Share Transfer”).

The article reports two options to be under consideration by the Petroleum Division: (i) revocation of the petroleum rights held by FHL and SEPL; or (ii) issuance of a warning to the Company, followed by retrospective regularisation of the share transfer.

Company’s Position

In July 2025, Jura received a Show Cause Notice from the Petroleum Division in relation to the Share Transfer. In Jura’s response, SEPL and FHL explained the reasons why the Share Transfer did not require prior consent of the Government under the applicable Pakistan Petroleum (Exploration and Production) Rules, 1986 and 2001 (the “Rules”). Jura’s position was supported by an independent legal opinion from a renowned Pakistani lawyer.

In light of the matters reported in the media, Jura has written to the regulatory authorities to seek clarification regarding the matters referred to in the article, including the reported courses of action under consideration by the Petroleum Division.

Jura will continue to engage constructively with the relevant authorities and will assess any response or further information received in relation to the matter. The Company believes it has been in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations throughout and is committed to remaining so.

No Revocation of Petroleum Rights has been notified

Jura emphasizes that the media report describes possible courses of action reportedly under consideration by the relevant authorities and does not, in itself, constitute a confirmed decision to revoke the Company’s petroleum rights. In fact, Jura has had no communication from the regulatory authorities on this matter since it last responded to a query in June 2026. The press article may therefore not accurately reflect the situation.

The Company is not aware of any confirmed decision revoking the petroleum rights held by FHL or SEPL and has a number of legal and other avenues open to it if such an unusual decision were to be taken. Jura will continue to monitor developments and provide further disclosure as and when required by applicable securities laws and regulations.

About Jura Energy Corporation

Jura is an international energy company engaged in the exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas properties in Pakistan. Jura is based in Calgary, Alberta, and listed on the TSX-V trading under the symbol JEC. Jura conducts its business in Pakistan through its subsidiaries, Frontier Holdings Limited and Spud Energy Pty Limited.
