Expects Full-Year Revenue of Approximately $65Million; Enhancing Long-Term Shareholder Value and Expanding into Robotics-Related Businesses to Be Key Priorities for 2026

CHENGDU, China, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — WeTouch Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: WETH) (“WeTouch” or the “Company”), a global provider of touch display solutions, today issued financial guidance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. Based on the Company’s first-half 2026 results and management’s current assessment of customer demand, anticipated order intake, production plans and expected delivery schedules, WeTouch expects full-year revenue and profitability for fiscal 2026 to improve further compared with fiscal 2025.

Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Guidance

  • Revenue: Expected to be approximately $65million, representing an increase of approximately 40% compared with fiscal 2025.
  • Net Income and Net Margin: Net income is expected to be approximately $11.7 million, representing an increase of approximately 60% compared with fiscal 2025; net margin is expected to be approximately 18%.
  • 2026 Priorities: While continuing to drive growth in its existing businesses, the Company will prioritize enhancing long-term shareholder value and accelerating its expansion into robotics-related businesses.

All guidance metrics are presented in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

First-Half 2026 Performance and Full-Year Outlook

For the first half of fiscal 2026, WeTouch reported revenue of $30.3 million, an increase of 9.4% year over year, and net income of $6.0 million, an increase of 25.5% year over year. The Company’s first-half revenue and earnings growth provided a foundation for its full-year financial guidance.

The full-year guidance assumes a higher level of revenue in the second half of 2026 than in the first half, primarily based on anticipated customer orders and product delivery schedules, continued demand across the Company’s core application markets, further expansion of domestic and overseas customers and sales channels, and the gradual development of robotics-related customers and application opportunities.

“The Company’s first-half 2026 performance reflected steady demand across our core markets and meaningful growth in profitability,” said Zongyi Lian, Chief Executive Officer of WeTouch Technology Inc. “Based on our current assessment of customer demand and delivery schedules, we expect higher revenue and continued solid profitability in the second half, supporting an acceleration in our full-year growth rate.

“We will remain focused on executing customer programs, expanding new domestic and overseas business opportunities, optimizing our product mix and maintaining disciplined cost management, while developing new customer programs and product opportunities for robotics-related applications.”

Mr. Lian continued, “In the next phase, WeTouch intends to accelerate its expansion into robotics-related businesses and opportunities across the robotics value chain. Leveraging our existing touch display technology, human-machine interface capabilities, integrated touch display modules, customized solutions and intelligent hardware manufacturing capabilities, we plan to pursue opportunities in display and interaction modules for robotics, intelligent control components and related complete-system solutions, while advancing customer collaboration, product development and appropriate strategic partnerships across the robotics value chain. We will advance these initiatives in line with actual orders, technical development progress and market demand, with the goal of cultivating new sources of growth while maintaining healthy profitability.”

Shareholder Value and Strategic Capital Investment

Management believes the Company’s current market valuation does not fully reflect its operating performance, balance sheet strength and long-term prospects. While the Company cannot control its market valuation, improving market recognition of the Company’s value and enhancing long-term shareholder value will be key priorities for 2026. The Company plans to pursue these objectives by consistently executing its operating plan, improving the clarity and frequency of investor communications, allocating capital prudently, and continuing to evaluate appropriate shareholder return measures, subject to market conditions, applicable law and Board approval.

The Company has completed the required corporate approval and compliance procedures relating to the proposed issuance, including stockholder approval obtained at the Company’s special meeting of stockholders on September 4, 2026. The proposed transaction contemplates the issuance and sale of an aggregate of 31,037,830 shares of common stock at $1.25 per share, representing anticipated gross proceeds of approximately $38.8 million. The issuance transaction has not yet closed. Upon closing, 11,153,472 shares are expected to be issued to Qixun Technology (Samoa) Limited and 19,884,358 shares are expected to be issued to Qihong Technology (Samoa) Limited. The shares to be issued will be subject to a one-year lock-up period. Qixun and Qihong are investment holding entities controlled by Guangde Cai, the Company’s founder. Qixun is held by Chengdu Haobote Technology Co., Ltd., and Qihong is wholly owned by Sichuan Weiyida Trading Co., Ltd. According to the Company’s proxy statement, Mr. Cai is the sole shareholder and sole director of each of the two intermediate holding companies. Upon closing, Mr. Cai may be deemed to beneficially own approximately 70.19% of the Company’s outstanding common stock and, together with his affiliates, may exercise control over matters requiring stockholder approval. The Company intends to use the proceeds, if and when received, to develop complete touchscreen systems in-house or acquire such systems from established manufacturers.

Mr. Lian added, “We believe the public market does not currently fully recognize the Company’s operating momentum, profitability and financial resources. Our focus is not on managing the stock price, but on creating sustainable shareholder value through operating execution, transparent communication and disciplined capital allocation. The proposed strategic investment by entities controlled by our founder reflects their long-term commitment to the Company and, upon closing, is expected to provide us with additional capital to advance our complete touchscreen systems strategy.”

Key Assumptions Underlying the Financial Guidance

  • Demand remains stable across automotive, medical, industrial control, point-of-sale terminal, gaming equipment and other specialized touchscreen application markets;
  • Anticipated customer orders and product deliveries proceed according to expected schedules;
  • Continued expansion of overseas customers, regional sales channels and project-based cooperation;
  • Further expansion of higher-value touch display products, integrated touch display modules and customized solutions, together with the gradual development of robotics-related application opportunities; and
  • Continued cost discipline, improved production efficiency and strengthened operating expense management.

This guidance reflects management’s estimates as of the date of this press release. Actual results may differ materially from this guidance due to changes in customer demand, order timing, production and delivery schedules, product mix, foreign currency exchange rates, raw material and labor costs, competitive conditions, macroeconomic developments and other risks described in the Company’s filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

New 262 km² area creates a contiguous approximately 454 km² project position after evaluation of previous geological work evidenced a potential for further rare earths eastward of the Sarfartoq deposit

District-Scale strategy fast tracks development of ST1’s $2.05 Billion High-Case NPV deposit while systematically unlocking a new rare earths region

Expansion comes days after President Trump’s announcement of a landmark U.S.-Denmark-Greenland Security Agreement that highlights Greenland’s growing strategic importance

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — via IBN — Greenland Mines Ltd (Nasdaq: GRML) (“Greenland Mines” or the “Company”), a Western-aligned critical-minerals developer, today announced that after significant reconnaissance, it has submitted an application to the Government of Greenland for a new license covering approximately 262 km² immediately east of the Company’s existing Sarfartoq license, MEL 2020-32.

This new license will increase Greenland Mines’ control at Sarfartoq from approximately 192 km² to approximately 454 km² — more than doubling the footprint across the known rare earth and carbonatite district.

Dr. Bo Møller Stensgaard, President of Greenland Mines Ltd. commentary:

“This application is about building Sarfartoq at district scale. At ST1, we now have a new S-K 1300 Mineral Resource Estimate, an independent Initial Assessment with exceptional High-case economics. We are advancing a defined rare earth neodymium and praseodymium dominated development asset — but we do not believe the opportunity ends at ST1.

“Our strategy is straightforward: advance ST1 toward development, unlock the value of the less-developed known ST zones and systematically test the wider district for the next rare earth discovery.”

Developing ST1, Expanding Sarfartoq

The license application follows a series of major technical and operational milestones at Sarfartoq in Western Greenland. Greenland Mines recently delivered a new independent Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”) under U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Regulation S-K Subpart 1300 (“S-K 1300”), and released an independent Initial Assessment focused on the ST1 Neodymium-Praseodymium dominated rare earth deposit at Sarfartoq.

The new Hybrid open-pit and underground MRE comprises 6.9 million tons of Indicated Mineral Resources grading 1.60% total rare earth oxides (“TREO”) and 5.3 million tons of Inferred Mineral Resources grading 0.96% TREO. On a combined Indicated-plus-Inferred basis, the Hybrid scenario contains approximately 12.2 million tons grading 1.32% TREO. Mineral Resources are not Mineral Reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability.

Sarfartoq’s Initial Assessment includes a high-case pre-tax NPV of approximately $2.05 billion, and its planned annual neodymium-praseodymium oxide (NdPr oxide) production would represent approximately 34% of all NdPr oxide currently refined outside China at 2025 consumption levels.

Importantly, the MRE and Initial Assessment relate to ST1 Neodymium-Praseodymium dominated rare earth deposit only. The broader Sarfartoq Carbonatite Complex hosts multiple additional known rare earth occurrences — including ST40, ST19, ST24, ST31 and ST43 — that remain substantially less developed than ST1 and do not contribute to the current ST1 Mineral Resource Estimate or its economic analysis.

Greenland Mines intends to pursue a disciplined two-track strategy at Sarfartoq: advance the ST1 through the next stages of technical, environmental and mine-development work, while systematically evaluating known satellite targets and generating new discoveries across the broader district.

Strategic Rationale

Sarfartoq is a carbonatite-hosted rare earth project enriched in neodymium (Nd) and praseodymium (Pr), the principal rare earth elements used in high-performance permanent magnets. The current ST1 economic analysis is driven predominantly by magnet rare earths, with neodymium and praseodymium accounting for approximately 84% of the modeled in-concentrate basket value.

The area covered by the new license application is not included in the current ST1 MRE, mine plan, NPV or IRR. No Mineral Resource has been estimated within the applied-for area, and the Company has not yet conducted sufficient exploration to define a Mineral Resource or determine whether economically recoverable mineralization is present within the applied-for area. The area should therefore be regarded as an exploration opportunity only.

Figure 1. Greenland Mines’ expanding Sarfartoq rare earth district in southwest Greenland. The existing MEL 2020-32 exploration license, outlined in yellow, hosts the Sarfartoq Carbonatite Complex, the ST1 Nd-Pr deposit and several known but less-developed rare earth zones. The new eastern exploration license application, M-MLSA-540, is shown in red. When granted, it would create a more connected project footprint, preserve strategic flexibility for future infrastructure and support the advancement of the southern ST zones. Historical stream-sediment geochemistry, regional aeromagnetic data and geological information also identify the applied-for area as a prospective new frontier for rare earth exploration.

Technical Information

The scientific and technical information relating to the ST1 Mineral Resource Estimate referenced in this release was prepared by Ronald G. Simpson, P.Geo., of GeoSim Services Inc., with technical and engineering support from Hassan Ghaffari, P.Eng., M.A.Sc., of Tetra Tech Canada Inc., each an independent Qualified Person as defined under S-K 1300. The Initial Assessment was prepared by Agricola Mining Consultants Pty Ltd. under the direction of Malcolm Castle, MAusIMM, an independent Qualified Person as defined under S-K 1300. The applicable Technical Report Summaries have an effective date of July 31, 2026.

The interpretation of historical regional stream-sediment, aeromagnetic and geological information concerning the applied-for area is a Company exploration interpretation and is not part of the current ST1 MRE or Initial Assessment.

Cautionary Note Regarding License Grant

The application for the new license area remains subject to review and approval by the Government of Greenland. No assurance can be given regarding the timing, terms or outcome of the application. Greenland exploration licenses are exclusive rights granted for specified areas and carry ongoing exploration commitments; applications are subject to Greenland’s statutory review and consultation process.

Cautionary Note Regarding Mineral Resources

Mineral Resources are not Mineral Reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. The Initial Assessment is preliminary in nature and includes Inferred Mineral Resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied that would enable them to be categorized as Mineral Reserves. There is no certainty that the results of the Initial Assessment will be realized. No Mineral Reserves have been estimated for the Sarfartoq Project.

Forward-Looking Statements

This news release contains “forward-looking statements” within the meaning of the U.S. Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 and other applicable securities laws. Forward-looking statements are often identified by words such as “believe,” “expect,” “anticipate,” “intend,” “plan,” “potential,” “could,” “may,” “will,” “should,” “estimate,” “target” and similar expressions.

The applied-for area does not contain a Mineral Resource, and no assurance can be given that exploration will result in a mineral discovery, a Mineral Resource estimate, a Mineral Reserve, an economically viable development project or production. Readers should not place undue reliance on forward-looking statements. All information in this release is provided as of its date, and the Company undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by applicable law.

Together, they strengthen our ability to execute, invest in the right opportunities and drive sustainable growth.”

EverHealth leadership transition

EverCommerce also announced that Brian Caulfield, Chief Revenue Officer of EverHealth, will lead the company’s Healthcare business on an interim basis while EverCommerce conducts a search for a permanent President of EverHealth.

Caulfield will focus on maintaining continuity for employees and customers, executing against EverHealth’s strategy and priorities, and maintaining momentum through the company’s 2027 planning process.

“Brian knows EverHealth, its customers and its commercial priorities well,” said Goor. “He has a broad view of the customer lifecycle and is well positioned to provide continuity while we conduct a thoughtful search for EverHealth’s next long-term leader.”

Long-tenured leaders to depart EverCommerce

The leadership appointments coincide with the announced departures of Matt Feierstein, President of EverCommerce and CEO of EverPro, and Evan Berlin, CEO of EverHealth. Both executives decided to leave the company after long tenures helping build and scale EverCommerce.

Feierstein joined PaySimple in its early years and played a central role in the growth of the business that ultimately became EverCommerce. During his tenure, he helped scale the company through more than 50 acquisitions, its evolution into EverCommerce and its 2021 initial public offering. Most recently, he led EverPro, as the company organized around its vertical-market businesses.

Berlin joined PaySimple in 2008 and went on to hold leadership roles spanning business development, business operations, corporate development, acquisition integration and general management before serving as EverCommerce Chief Operating Officer and, most recently, CEO of EverHealth.

Berlin is expected to remain with EverCommerce through October 16. Feierstein’s last day as an employee is expected to be October 9, after which he will continue supporting the company as a consultant through year-end.

“Matt and Evan have each made an extraordinary contribution to EverCommerce over many years,” said Goor. “Both helped build this company from its early PaySimple roots through significant growth, dozens of acquisitions and our evolution as a public company. I’m deeply grateful to both of them for what they’ve contributed and for their commitment to ensuring thoughtful, orderly transitions.”

HARRISON, N.J., September 21, 2026 /3BL/ – A new mini soccer space at Harrison High School will give children, families and student-athletes a permanent place to play, learn and connect, extending the community impact of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ beyond the tournament.

Through a collaboration with the NYNJ Host Committee and the U.S. Soccer Foundation, PSEG is proud to have helped bring the new soccer space, known as a “mini pitch,” to Harrison, serving  students and student-athletes while expanding access to soccer for the broader community. Installed at no cost to the community, the initiative is bringing new play spaces to communities across the region.

These mini pitches reflect PSEG’s long-standing commitment to strengthening the communities we serve, while creating new opportunities for recreation and wellness, connection and community engagement,” said Sara Pena, PSEG Director of External Affairs. “We’re grateful to partner with local leaders to create spaces that will inspire the next generation of athletes, teammates and community leaders.

Members of the boys’ and girls’ soccer teams at Harrison High School participated in a ceremonial first kick to mark the grand opening of the space, which will be used by students and athletic teams.

“The success of this World Cup should be measured not only by what we delivered during the tournament, but by what it leaves behind,” said Alex Lasry, CEO of the NYNJ Host Committee. “This mini pitch gives young people in Harrison a place to play, compete and come together for years to come. That kind of lasting community impact was central to our vision from the very beginning, and we’re proud to see it continue through partners like PSEG and the U.S. Soccer Foundation.

“This mini pitch creates an exciting new opportunity for our students to learn, compete and enjoy the game of soccer right here at Harrison High School,” said Dr. Maureen Kroog, Superintendent of Schools, Harrison Public Schools. “It will be a valuable resource for our student-athletes and physical education programs, while also helping foster teamwork, wellness and school pride. We are proud that our students will be able to carry the spirit of the World Cup forward and make this space their own for years to come.

“This new soccer field gives Harrison’s young people and families another place to play, spend time together and connect with their community,” said Harrison Mayor James Fife. “Projects like this happen when local organizations and community partners work together, and we appreciate PSEG’s partnership, along with FIFA and US Soccer, in helping bring this new space to Harrison.”

“At the U.S. Soccer Foundation, we believe every child deserves a safe place to play, be active and build confidence through sport,” said Ed Foster-Simeon, President and CEO of the U.S. Soccer Foundation. “This new mini pitch at Harrison High School is more than a space to play soccer. It’s a place where young people can come together, develop lifelong skills and strengthen connections with their teammates, families and community. We’re grateful to partner with PSEG and the NYNJ Host Committee to ensure the excitement and inspiration of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ continues to create opportunities for children in Harrison for years to come.”

DP World has launched the second edition of its English Academy in San Antonio, providing 28 local high school students with a fully funded English-language program designed to strengthen communication skills and support their future education and career opportunities.

The 2026 program builds on the success of the Academy’s inaugural in 2025, when 48 students enrolled and 44 completed the course. Final assessments of the 2025 edition showed improvement among all participants, particularly in vocabulary and their ability to hold conversations in English.

During the 2025 program, students completed 72 hours of instruction between July and December, attending three-hour classes every Saturday. Classes were conducted entirely in English, with a focus on speaking and activities designed to encourage conversation and build confidence. A final assessment found outstanding performance among the majority of participants, while student feedback showed high satisfaction with the program and its conversational approach.

“The English Academy really strengthened my confidence when speaking English and helped me become even clearer about my future and my interest in the language. I also became more confident speaking English with other people. Overall, it was a very good experience, which is why I decided to return,” said Sofía Barahona, a DP World English Academy student.

Expanding Access to English Education

Fully funded by DP World, the English Academy removes the cost of participation for students while providing an immersive learning environment focused on spoken English. The program responds to a broader skills need in Chile, which ranks 54th globally in the latest EF English Proficiency Index, which highlights the urgent need for oral communication to unlock international employment opportunities.

Yesenia Bustos, Sustainability Specialist at DP World in San Antonio, further explained: “This program allows us to support young students in our community by helping them improve their English proficiency, a skill that can undoubtedly open up greater personal and professional development opportunities in the future. In addition, it is an innovative initiative led by our team that provides a completely free benefit to participants.”

Ivania Madariaga, a DP World English Academy student, said: “The English Academy has strengthened my confidence in speaking English and having conversations with other people. It has also helped me a lot academically because English is now easier for me. It has also helped with my future plans because I will be able to communicate with people who do not speak Spanish.”

Building Opportunities for Young People in San Antonio

The English Academy is part of DP World’s wider support for education and youth development in San Antonio. Since 2016, more than 300 students have benefitted from its Pre-University Program, which helps them prepare for Chile’s Higher Education Admissions Test (PAES). The company also recognizes the accomplishments of employees’ children, celebrating those who demonstrate academic excellence across primary and secondary education.

In 2026, DP World in San Antonio also became the first port terminal in Chile to receive the Explora Logística Seal, recognizing its work to connect students from technical and vocational high schools with the logistics industry through structured educational visits.

Together, these initiatives support DP World’s “Our World, Our Future” sustainability strategy and its focus on expanding education and development opportunities in the communities where it operates.

Muscatine, IA. September 21, 2026 — In honor of National Ergonomics Month in October 2026, leading office furnishings manufacturer Allsteel has released a step-by-step guide to improving your ergonomic set-up. The proper ergonomic set-up not only facilitates a comfortable workday but also helps preserve energy for life outside the office. With insights from Lauren Gant, PhD, CPE (Certified Professional Ergonomist), Allsteel Senior Workplace Advisory Manager, the eight-step, bottom-up desk audit helps individuals achieve a more personalized ergonomic set-up.

Why Are Ergonomics Important for Workplace Wellness? Ergonomic principles directly support human wellbeing and organizational health:

  • Ergonomics is not about sitting rigidly and still. Dr. Gant emphasizes the importance of movement, noting, “The best posture is your next posture.” Monotonous or sedentary behaviors can become uncomfortable and may have health implications over an extended period of time. Dynamic movement, micro adjustments, and changing postures are all ways to combat static sitting.
  • The impact of ergonomics extends beyond the workday. Dr. Gant explains, “The right ergonomic guidance can have meaningful impacts on how people not only spend their day and feel at work, but also on how they feel at home and spending time with their family or doing the activities that they love.”
  • Ergonomics can also support inclusivity and a sense of belonging. Dr. Gant explores the inherently personal nature of ergonomics, noting, “When a workspace is designed to adapt to a person’s unique body, rather than forcing the person to adapt to the furniture, it sends a signal that the space is meant for them.”
  • In today’s hybrid working world, ergonomic support can play a role in the overall workplace experience. As employees increasingly expect the office to actively support them and earn the commute, ergonomic comfort can affect not only workplace wellness and performance, but also organizational health.

Step-by-Step Ergonomics “How-To” Guide

  1. Seat Height: Adjust your chair height so your feet rest flat on the floor, your knees are bent at approximately 85° to 100°, and your hips are at or slightly above knee level, with your thighs flat or tilted slightly down.
  2. Seat Depth: Ensure a 2- to 3-inch gap remains between the front edge of the seat and the back of your knees. This maintains leg circulation and allows your spine to rest properly against the backrest.
  3. Lumbar and Recline Tension: Adjust your chair’s lumbar support to actively cradle the curve of your lower back. Set the recline tension to securely support your weight while allowing effortless movement when you shift positions.
  4. Armrests and the “Lap Test”: Fold your hands in your lap to find your natural shoulder drop. Adjust your armrest height and width to meet your forearms at that point, with your shoulders relaxed and your elbows near your torso.
  5. Worksurface Height: Once your chair is adjusted, pull it up to your desk or worksurface. If your chair is too tall for the worksurface, you may be unable to fit your knees comfortably under the desk. Elevate the desk height with desk raisers or consider using a height-adjustable table. If your chair is too low compared to your worksurface, you may experience awkward postures in the arms, shoulders, and neck. Lower the desk height to coordinate with the chair, consider a height-adjustable table, use a keyboard tray to lower the keyboard and mouse, or elevate the seat height to meet the desk and use a footrest to support the legs and feet.
  6. Keyboard and Input Alignment: Keep your keyboard flat and your mouse next to your keyboard. Maintain straight, neutral wrists. Avoid resting wrists on hard table edges, which can restrict blood flow.
  7. Monitor Placement: Position your monitor directly in front of you, approximately one arm’s length away, with the top edge of the screen at or slightly below eye level. A monitor arm may also help support proper neck and shoulder postures while viewing.
  8. The 20-20-20 Rule: The 20-20-20 rule helps prevent eye strain: every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.

What People Get Wrong About Ergonomics – Many overlook or misunderstand key elements of ergonomics.

A few commonly misunderstood areas include:
Myth: There is one “perfect” posture.
Reality: Locking into a single position can cause fatigue or strain. Movement is an essential part of ergonomics.

Myth: Ergonomics stops at the desk.
Reality: Knowledge workers work not only at desks, but also across lounge and collaborative zones or focus rooms. Work Geometry must extend to every zone. For example, a sofa designed for work should have a shallower seat depth than a standard residential sofa to help reduce slumping when using a laptop.

Myth: Physical discomfort is purely mechanical.
Reality: Psychosocial factors, such as high stress, deadlines, or lack of social support, can manifest as physical tension.

Myth: Minimum ADA requirements make for inclusive design.
Reality: ADA represents the base requirements for accessibility and does not necessarily consider comfort or productivity. True inclusive design is aimed at accommodating different body sizes, ages, cognitive needs, expectations, and experiences.

How Can Office Furniture Meet Higher Ergonomic Standards?
Dr. Gant notes, “When we think about what it means for a product to be inherently ergonomic, we focus on four areas: fit, movement, comfort, and intuitiveness.” These core elements are deeply woven into Allsteel’s product offering, particularly in its newest task chair release, Levra™. Levra’s intuitive design focuses on being more human-centric than user-centric, with features such as a first-of-its-kind, patent-pending structural knit back and advanced weight-activated response.
