The offering is being conducted by Centurion One Capital Corp. as lead agent and sole bookrunner and is expected to close on or about October 5, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and receipt of all required regulatory approvals, including approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Under the offering, the Company expects to issue 14,285,714 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.14 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $2,000,000.

“We are very pleased with the strong support received for this financing and the full allocation of the offering,” stated Greg Cameron, Chief Executive Officer of Terra Clean Energy. “The proceeds will allow us to fund the previously announced work program at our Marysvale Uranium Mines Project in Utah. Field crews are scheduled to mobilize during the final week of September to begin construction of the drill pads and excavation of the permitted trenches, positioning the Company for its planned 10,000-foot core drilling program.”

The net proceeds from the offering will be used primarily to fund the Company’s previously announced and permitted work program at the Marysvale Uranium Mines Project, including the construction of five drill pads, excavation of seven exploration trenches and preparations for the planned 10,000-foot core drilling program. A portion of the proceeds will also be used for general working capital purposes.

Tarrytown, New York, USA, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —

  • People most at risk for MASLD/MASH remain largely unaware of the disease and its wider health risks
  • Patients facing this metabolic condition benefit from early intervention
  • The companies aim to remove barriers to non-invasive testing

Siemens Healthineers and Novo have announced a collaboration focused on advancing care for people living with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and its progressive form, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). The companies are engaged in several projects to strengthen disease awareness, support earlier assessment of the disease, and help expand patient access to non-invasive blood testing.

MASLD is a metabolic condition that affects millions of people worldwide – nearly a quarter of U.S. adults – and is closely associated with obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.[1] MASLD has become the leading indication for liver transplant for women [1] and healthcare costs associated with the disease are projected to surpass $635 billion by the end of the decade.[2] Though MASLD is reversible if caught early, low disease awareness and its silent progression have led to many individuals remaining undiagnosed until significant liver damage occurs. In fact, people most at risk for MASLD remain largely unaware of the disease and its wider health risks.[3]

“Too often, liver health flies under the radar,” said Michele Zwickl, head of Laboratory Solutions for Siemens Healthineers North America. “People deserve the same level of awareness as for other major diseases, creating a better opportunity to intervene before serious complications develop.”

Supporting earlier assessment and wider access through non-invasive testing

Assessment of liver fibrosis has relied heavily on specialized imaging equipment or invasive procedures such as liver biopsy, which are not widely accessible to patients. Clinicians recognize that liver biopsy remains necessary for certain patients, though there is growing consensus about the critical role that non-invasive tests play in the management of MASLD/MASH.[4,5]

As the global burden of metabolic disease rises, liver health experts are sounding the alarm about the importance of identifying the disease before it advances to fibrosis, cirrhosis, or other serious complications. The collaboration between Siemens Healthineers, a leading in vitro diagnostics company, and Novo, a global leader in cardiometabolic health, seeks to advance solutions that make MASH assessment more accessible and actionable across the healthcare continuum. This includes broader awareness and adoption of noninvasive testing (NIT) approaches that can provide clinicians with valuable information about liver health while helping reduce reliance on invasive procedures.

Among these approaches is a blood test from Siemens Healthineers. The Enhanced Liver Fibrosis (ELF®) test is the first and only blood test authorized in the United States to help clinicians assess risk of disease progression in patients with advanced fibrosis due to MASH and support patient management decisions. The simple test is available through major national laboratory providers and covered by a Category 1 CPT code (81517). Blood-based testing supports high patient demand and avoids failure rates and unreliable results reported for other non-invasive methods. For example, the ELF test results are not impacted by body composition characteristics such as BMI.

“Earlier triage is one of the most important opportunities to improve the future of MASH care,” said Michelle Long, senior international medical director for MASH at Novo. “Our collaboration recognizes that patients, clinicians, laboratories, health systems, and industry partners all have a role to play in creating a more effective pathway for liver disease assessment and management.”

LINCOLN, Neb.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– #BoardLeadership–The Governance Institute (TGI), a service of NRC Health, today released The Governance Advantage: Four Considerations for Hospital and Health System Board Assessment, a new report from its Blue Ribbon Committee on Hospital and Health System Board Assessment that identifies four considerations for boards to incorporate into their next assessment and current development efforts. VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Apollo Silver Corp. (“Apollo Silver” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: APGO | OTCQB: APGOF | Frankfurt: 6ZF) reports that Ejido Benito Juárez (the “Ejido”), located in Buenaventura Municipality, Chihuahua, Mexico, will call a second community assembly to consider lifting the moratorium on mineral exploration and development affecting lands which include the Cinco de Mayo project (the “Project”) and the acceptance of a long-term access agreement. Based on information available to the Company, the assembly convened for this purpose on September 20, 2026, was adjourned before business was conducted, and the Company understands that this was due to a lack of quorum. The Ejido will reconvene the assembly in accordance with the procedures set out under Mexican agrarian law. The Company is in discussions with the Consejo de Vigilancia (Oversight Council) of the Ejido to determine the next assembly date, which will likely occur in October.

“Ejido processes often take more than one assembly to conclude, and that is the path we have always planned for. Our engagement remains strong as the Ejido moves to reconvene.” said Colin Sutherland, President and Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Silver.

A first assembly on matters of this nature requires attendance by at least 50% plus one of the Ejido’s registered membership. Because the first assembly did not proceed, Mexican law permits the Ejido to call a second assembly, at which the 50% plus one attendance threshold does not apply and resolutions may be adopted by a simple majority of the ejidatarios in attendance, regardless of the number present, rather than by a majority of the Ejido’s total registered membership. This two-stage sequence is routine and applies generally to matters of this kind and is not specific to the Company or the Project.

The Company is not a participant in the assembly or its voting process, and respects that this is a matter for the community to decide. The Company’s future activities will continue to be guided by the results of the vote, together with applicable regulatory approvals and its ongoing engagement with the community.

About Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo is an approximate 25,000-hectare property located in the north central part of Chihuahua State, Mexico, approximately 190 kilometres northwest of the state capital of Chihuahua City in the Municipio de Buenaventura. The Project is prospective for and hosts carbonate replacement type deposits including the Upper Manto Pb-Zn-Ag (Au) deposit, which consists of two parallel and overlapping manto deposits referred to as the Jose Manto and the Bridge Zone. An independent technical report and Mineral Resource estimate (“MRE”) on the Upper Manto deposit was prepared in 2012 by Rosco Postle and Associates (“RPA”). At a NSR cut-off of US$100/t, Inferred MRE was estimated to total 12.45 million tonnes at 132 grams per tonne silver (“g/t Ag”), 2.86 per cent (“% Pb”) lead and 6.47 %t zinc (“Zn”) and 0.24 g/t (“Au”) (See Apollo Silver’s news release dated March 7, 2025). The total contained metals in the historical resource were 52.7 million ounces of Ag, 785 million pounds of Pb, 1,777 million pounds of Zn and 96,000 ounces of Au. See cautionary statement below.

A potential new discovery, the Pegaso Zone was drilled in 2012 and consists of 61.6 metres of massive sulphide intersected in drill hole CM-12-431, below and to the east of the Upper Manto deposit. The Pegaso Zone was not included in the 2012 Historical MRE and is considered a high-priority target with the potential to represent a significant new discovery. The notable intercept returned 349 g/t AgEq over 61.60 m from 927 m downhole including 89 g/t Ag, 0.78 g/t Au, 0.13% Cu, 2.1% Pb and 7.3% Zn (refer to MAG Silver news release dated July 18, 2012) The Company’s initial review of historical data suggests that the Pegaso Zone could indicate a larger and higher-grade resource at depth.
