DaVita’s care network reaches people in every corner of the U.S. as well as 14 countries around the world. In every community the comprehensive kidney care provider touches, DaVita extends beyond offering outstanding healthcare services to give back and promote kidney health.

How does DaVita work with the American Diabetes Association?

Chronic kidney disease is common in people with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes and can lead to kidney problems. Our ongoing collaboration with the American Diabetes Association (ADA) is one way we work to bring kidney health education to the population for whom it matters most.

In 2025 we’re proud to have:

  • Provided multi-language educational content about kidney disease prevention and management to more than 757,000 individuals.
  • Enhanced diabetes education for 150 DaVita dietitians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses through ADA Professional Memberships. These professionals grew their skills and credentials by completing continuing education credits or performing acts of service with the ADA.

Find more information about our work with the ADA here.

What is the DaVita Community Health Experience?

In 2025 we reimagined our DaVita Health Tour to create a new event titled  the Community Health Experience. We partnered with community organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, the YMCA and local nonprofits in Orlando, Houston and Los Angeles to provide free kidney health screening and education for at-risk communities.

The Community Health Experience screened more than 1,200 individuals for kidney disease — doubling our impact from 2024. Our community-led approach focused on early detection and prevention, helping to shift healthcare toward long-term well-being and aiming to reduce future need for costly interventions or treatments.

83% of program participants were black or Hispanic. Of those screened, 18% were at risk for kidney disease and 66% had hypertension. DaVita teammates rolled up their sleeves to make the initiative possible contributing more than 1,600 volunteer hours.

Learn more about the Community Health Experience here.

How do DaVita teammates get involved?

We exceeded our 5-year, 125,000-hour teammate volunteerism goal, with teammates logging 218,000+ hours of their time since 2021.

In just one example of our 2025 efforts, DaVita launched its first-ever Caring Across Communities in California, a statewide mobilization of volunteers. Through the new initiative nearly 600 teammates contributed more than 560 volunteer hours with 29 nonprofits in November 2025.

What is the DaVita Giving Foundation?

In alignment with our caring ethos and larger community goals, the DaVita Giving Foundation is another way we work to extend the reach of our positive influence on human health.

  • New in 2025, the DaVita Giving Foundation made a four-year commitment of $1M to KaBoom!, the national nonprofit that works to create equal access to playspaces. In its first year, DaVita teammates participated in DaVita Recess to build a new playspace at the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida.
  • Over the last two years of a three-year grant to Western Governors University’s (WGU) Michael O. Leavitt School of Health, the foundation continued to award scholarships to nursing students in Start Early, a program co-created by DaVita Inc. and WGU to help increase nursing degree completion. To date, the vast majority of scholarship recipients have persisted in their degree program or graduated. Learn more about the partnership here.
  • In its second year of support from the foundation, the National Kidney Foundation’s PEERs Program grew by 483 new mentees and 39 new mentors.
  • Through support from the foundation, the Food is Medicine Coalition provided 23,000+ medically tailored meals to people with food insecurity and medical nutrition needs in 2025, including individuals living with end stage kidney disease.

DaVita teammates carried their commitment to chronic kidney disease (CKD) prevention beyond borders by partnering with Bridge of Life. In Nepal, six DaVita volunteers worked alongside local clinicians and the Nepal Kidney Foundation, screening many people who traveled hours just for the chance to learn about their health. Together, we delivered screenings, health education, and referrals, building bridges between communities and the care everyone deserves.

DP World supported two community races in Santos, bringing together more than 1,800 registered participants and reinforcing the company’s long-term investment in sports, health, and community development in Brazil’s Baixada Santista region.

Through Santos’ Municipal Sports Incentive Program (Promifae), DP World sponsored the second Santos Historic Center Run and the Forest Run, with more than 100 DP World employees participating across the two events.

The events build on DP World’s longstanding connection to running in Santos. Earlier this year, the company marked its 13th participation in the 10KM Tribuna FM Race, fielding 520 runners and ranking among the five largest teams in the competition.

Running Through the Heart of Santos

The 5K Santos Historic Center Run, organized by the Santos Commercial Association (Associação Comercial de Santos – ACS), brought together 1,211 registered participants, including 75 DP World employees.

The race took runners through the streets of Santos’ Historic Center, connecting sport with an area closely linked to the city’s commercial and maritime history. DP World’s participation reflects its longstanding connection with Santos, where the company operates one of Brazil’s major private port terminals and supports the country’s international trade.

Connecting Sports, Community and Nature

One week later, DP World sponsored the Forest Run for the second consecutive year. The event welcomed 619 registered participants, including 30 DP World employees, for a 5K race centered around the Chico Mendes Botanical Garden.

Runners completed four kilometers through surrounding streets before finishing with a kilometer along the Botanical Garden’s trails. The event also featured a Kids Run for children ages 3 to 12, encouraging healthy habits from an early age.

The race highlighted one of Santos’ important green spaces, which is home to more than 300 catalogued plant species and serves as a destination for environmental education and recreation.

Investing in Santos Beyond Port Operations

Since 2015, DP World has invested more than BRL 11 million through Municipal Tax Incentive Programs for sports and culture, including Promifae and Promicult, supporting 160 projects and reaching more than 33,500 people in the Santos region.

These initiatives span sports, education, social inclusion, and community development, with support for activities including running, canoeing, surfing, gymnastics, cycling, skateboarding, and duathlon. The investments also contribute to the local economy by engaging professionals, organizers, suppliers, service providers, and businesses involved in delivering community programs.

Through these initiatives, DP World continues to promote health, opportunity, and community engagement in the regions where it operates.

The start of a new school year brings more than fresh notebooks and new classrooms. It brings possibilities. For students across the country, heading back to school means taking another step toward a degree, a rewarding career and a brighter future. But for many, that journey comes with obstacles, from the rising cost of education to a lack of support and career connections.

Over the past five years, KeyBank Foundation has invested more than $32 million in education-focused programs designed to help students succeed at every stage of their journey, from accessing higher education, to persisting through challenges, to preparing for meaningful careers after graduation. Across the country, nonprofit and higher education partners are helping turn that investment into measurable outcomes and life-changing opportunities for students.

Opening Doors Through Scholarships and Access

For many students, college begins with a simple question: Can I afford it? Scholarship programs supported by KeyBank Foundation are helping make the answer “yes.”

In Pittsburgh, support of scholarships through Pittsburgh Promise is helping students pursue higher education while contributing to broader community success. Today, Pittsburgh’s high school graduation rate has reached 87%, college persistence has climbed to 78%, and achievement gaps continue to narrow.

In two of KeyBank’s largest markets, Buffalo and Cleveland, KeyBank Foundation has provided longstanding support for Say Yes Buffalo and Say Yes Cleveland. These initiatives help remove financial barriers to higher education by connecting eligible students with tuition scholarships, wraparound support services and resources that help students succeed from high school through college and beyond. More recently, KeyBank Foundation also supported the expansion of Say Yes into Niagara Falls, helping extend access to these resources to additional students and families.

At the University of Colorado Foundation, scholarship support is helping students access higher education and stay on track to complete their degrees. Through the program, 20 students received scholarships, and 10 junior recipients are on track to graduate by or before summer 2026. Students report reduced financial stress, less reliance on student loans and a greater ability to focus on academics, leadership opportunities, and personal and professional development as they prepare for life after graduation.

A scholarship is more than financial assistance. It’s reassurance, confidence and the freedom to focus on the future.

Supporting Success Beyond Enrollment

Getting into college is one milestone. Staying on track is another.

Organizations like Native Forward Scholars Fund are helping students navigate that journey through leadership development, financial literacy and career-readiness programming. Over the past two years, Native Forward engaged 427 Native students, more than doubling its goal, while reaching a population where 97% of participants come from low-to-moderate-income households.

In Oregon, Latino Network‘s Escalera and Fuerza programs are helping students stay engaged and focused on their goals. The results are powerful: 93% of seniors graduated from high school, and 94% of summer participants enrolled in college the following fall.

Building Pathways from Education to Employment
Students don’t just want a diploma, they want success after graduation. That’s why career exploration and workforce development programs are so important.

Through Hartford Promise’s College to Career Pipeline, 475 students received career coaching, professional development and real-world work experience. The program helped students secure 35 internships and 27 jobs, while connecting them with more than 60 employers.

Meanwhile, students participating in Le Moyne College’s ERIE21 Tech Saturdays are exploring STEM careers through hands-on learning, workplace visits and mentorship opportunities that help them envision futures in technology, healthcare and other high-demand fields

Beyond the Numbers

The true impact of education isn’t measured only by grades, diplomas or statistics. It’s first-generation college students who realize higher education is within reach. It’s teenagers who discover a career path they never knew existed. It’s graduates who walk across a stage knowing they have the skills, confidence and support to build a successful future.

As students head back to school this year, many are doing so with greater opportunity, stronger support systems and a clearer path forward. That’s the power of investing in education and in the potential of every student, helping them thrive today while building the workforce, leaders and innovators who will strengthen our communities and economy for years to come. By supporting students, KeyBank Foundation is helping create pathways to prosperity that benefit individuals, families and the communities we serve.

We are proud of the lasting impact Mary Kay has had on generations of German women and excited to continue building businesses, confidence, and lasting connections for years to come,” said Elke Kopp, General Manager of Mary Kay Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

MUNICH, September 8, 2026 /3BL/ – With Beauty Is More Beautiful Shared™, Mary Kay Germany is bringing the company’s largest-ever global brand campaign to the German market. At the heart of the campaign is a belief that has shaped Mary Kay for more than 60 years: beauty has its greatest impact when it is shared. At a time when beauty is increasingly influenced by digital platforms, filters, and self-presentation, Beauty Is More Beautiful Shared™ deliberately takes a different approach. The campaign puts authentic connections, mutual inspiration, and the unifying power of women center stage.

“Beauty Is More Beautiful Shared™ reflects who we are and what we have always stood for: women supporting women,” said Ryan Rogers, Chief Executive Officer of Mary Kay Inc. “As we enter our next phase of growth, we celebrate and empower every Mary Kay woman, from our Independent Beauty Consultants to their customers. Beauty Is More Beautiful Shared™ is more than a campaign; it is a movement.”

For many women in Germany, beauty is a shared experience that transcends generations. The campaign celebrates how customers and Independent Beauty Consultants connect through trusted relationships, exchanging beauty knowledge, product recommendations, and personal experiences that create meaningful bonds and lasting communities across age groups.
