VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — HI-VIEW RESOURCES INC. (“Hi-View” or the “Company”) (CSE: GXLD; OTCQB: GXLDF; FSE: B630) has completed its 2026 exploration program at their Toodoggone projects in north-central British Columbia.

R Nick Horsley, Chief Executive Officer of Hi-View, commented: “Our team delivered an exceptional 2026 program, exceeding both scope and budget with a disciplined, multi-disciplinary approach that integrated geochemical sampling, advanced geophysics, and detailed geological mapping. The work has already generated a suite of compelling geochemical and geophysical anomalies across multiple target areas. While we await final assays and complete interpretation of the geophysical data, our preliminary results are highly encouraging. We are energized by what we’re seeing and look forward to sharing the full picture as we advance the most promising targets.

Nader Mostaghimi, Vice President of Exploration of Hi-View, commented: “Our 2026 exploration program has built meaningfully on the strong foundation established through previous work, while delivering significant advancements in our understanding of our projects. This summer’s mapping, sampling, and geophysical programs have provided greater definition of the geological controls on mineralization and allowed us to further refine and prioritize several key exploration targets. The progress made this year represents an important step forward in our exploration strategy, and we are encouraged by the potential these results present as we advance our robust and diverse group of projects toward the next phase of exploration.”

WE SEEK SAFE HARBOUR

As a result of a stronger than expected revenue performance in the continuing operations, Gabriel Holding A/S upgrades its expectations for both revenue and operating profit (EBIT) for the full financial year 2025/26.

In the fourth quarter of the financial year, revenue growth in the range of 13% was achieved, exceeding management’s expectations for the quarter. The revenue development during the quarter was driven by growth across all parts of the continuing operations.

Based on the preliminary and unaudited financial results, management now expects the following for the financial year just ended, relating to the continuing operations:

  • Revenue in the range of DKK 537-539 million (previously announced guidance: DKK 528-532 million).
  • Operating profit (EBIT) in the range of DKK 50-52 million (previous announced guidance: DKK 44-46 million).

In August 2024, Gabriel announced its intention to seek a sale of the FurnMaster business units. These activities have therefore been classified as discontinued operations. On 16 July 2026, an agreement was reached to sell the Group’s European furniture manufacturing activities to Leggett & Platt. The transaction was completed on 14 August 2026. The total impact of the divestment will be determined and reported in connection with the publication of the 2025/26 Annual Report.

The Group’s Mexican subsidiary was not part of the transaction and remains held for sale.

The discontinued operations generated a total result after tax of DKK -39.6 million during the first nine months of the financial year. Reference is therefore made to the quarterly announcement published on 26 August 2026. The final and audited figures, including profit contributions after tax from discontinued operations, for the full financial year 2025/26 will be published as planned in the annual report on 25 November 2026.

Disclosure requirements of the Irish Takeover Rules

Under Rule 8.3(a) of the Irish Takeover Rules, any person who is ‘interested’ (directly or indirectly) in 1% or more of any class of ‘relevant securities’ of Kenmare must make an ‘opening position disclosure’ by no later than 3.30pm (Irish/UK time) on the tenth ‘business day’ following the commencement of the ‘offer period’. An ‘opening position disclosure’ must contain the details specified in Rule 8.6(a) of the Irish Takeover Rules, including details of the person’s interests and short positions in any ‘relevant securities’ of Kenmare. Relevant persons who deal in any ‘relevant securities’ of Kenmare prior to the deadline for making an ‘opening position disclosure’ must instead make a dealing disclosure as described below.

Under Rule 8.3(b) of the Irish Takeover Rules, any person ‘interested’ (directly or indirectly) in 1% or more of any class of ‘relevant securities’ of Kenmare must disclose all ‘dealings’ in such ‘relevant securities’ during the ‘offer period’. The disclosure of a ‘dealing’ in ‘relevant securities’ by a person to whom Rule 8.3(b) applies must be made by no later than 3.30 pm (Irish/UK time) on the business day following the date of the transaction. A dealing disclosure must contain the details specified in Rule 8.6(b) of the Irish Takeover Rules, including details of the dealing concerned and of the person’s interests and short positions in any ‘relevant securities’ of Kenmare.

All ‘dealings’ in ‘relevant securities’ of Kenmare by IRH, or by any party acting in concert with IRH, must also be disclosed by no later than 12 noon (Irish/UK time) on the ‘business’ day following the date of the relevant transaction. If two or more persons co-operate on the basis of an agreement, either express or tacit, either oral or written, to acquire for one or more of them an interest in relevant securities, they will be deemed to be a single person for these purposes.

Disclosure tables, giving details of the companies in whose ‘relevant securities’ ‘opening positions’ and ‘dealings’ should be disclosed, can be found on the Takeover Panel’s website at www.irishtakeoverpanel.ie.

‘Interests’ in securities arise, in summary, when a person has long economic exposure, whether conditional or absolute, to changes in the price of securities. In particular, a person will be treated as having an ‘interest’ by virtue of the ownership or control of securities, or by virtue of any option in respect of, or derivative referenced to, securities.

Terms in quotation marks in this section are defined in the Irish Takeover Rules, which can also be found on the Irish Takeover Panel’s website. If you are in any doubt as to whether or not you are required to disclose a dealing or an opening position under Rule 8, please consult the Irish Takeover Panel’s website at www.irishtakeoverpanel.ie or contact the Irish Takeover Panel on telephone number +353 1 678 9020.
