(LSE, NASDAQ Iceland: AMRQ, OTCQX: AMRQF), an independent mine development company focused on unlocking Greenland’s mineral potential, is pleased to announce that gold production from its Nalunaq gold mine in southern Greenland for the third quarter ended 30 September 2026, (“Q3 2026”) was ~12 koz and gold production for the nine month period was ~21 koz. Eldur Olafsson, CEO of Amaroq, commented:

“We are pleased to have delivered another strong quarter at Nalunaq, demonstrating the progress we have made since production began, the growing consistency of our operations and the impact of enhanced recoveries, as a result of the commissioning of the flotation recovery circuit earlier in the summer. Achieving our goal of 12 koz of gold production, originally guided for Q4 2026, a quarter earlier, is a testament to the work and effort our teams have put in place and the quality of the resource base at Nalunaq.

“We remain confident in delivering on our full-year production guidance range and look forward to building on this momentum through the remainder of the year. I am also very pleased to note the inclusion of Amaroq in the FTSE 250 Index; this clearly validates our strategy of moving our listing from AIM to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and will open us up to inclusion in further index tracking funds and the commensurate impact on liquidity of indexation.”

Madrid, 6 October.- Listed technology services company Lleida.net (BME:LLN, EPA:ALLLN) has increased the SMS traffic it delivers to Spanish operators by 40% since January, driven by mandatory sender registration.

Growth accelerated with the first steps of the regulation and has soared since it took full effect on 15 September. Spain is the main destination for the company’s SMS traffic.

Lleida.net estimates its market share at between 20% and 25% of quality SMS traffic in Spain, which is transactional, non-advertising traffic such as two-step verification codes and notifications. Sender registration has enabled the company to calculate that share.

Since 15 September, telecommunications operators must block SMS, MMS and RCS messages that use as their sender a trade name or alias not entered in the CNMC’s Alias Register, or that arrive through a provider not authorised in that register. The measure stems from Order TDF/149/2025 and CNMC Circular 1/2026, and its aim is to curb smishing, the SMS fraud that impersonates banks, companies and public authorities.

“For years, anyone could pass themselves off as a bank or a public authority on a mobile phone screen. Requiring every sender to be identified restores trust in a channel that millions of people use every day, and rewards the companies that operate legitimately,” said Sisco Sapena, CEO and founder of Lleida.net.

Lleida.net is a telecommunications operator with its own numbering assigned by the CNMC, and it can assign numbers to its clients. With the register, traffic from the major messaging platforms is being channelled to authorised providers.

The register has also boosted activity among the company’s clients, who have increased their traffic with Lleida.net after registering their senders.

Founded in 1995, Lleida.net is one of Europe’s leading providers of certified notification, electronic contracting and digital signature services. The company holds more than 300 patents in more than 60 countries and is listed on BME Growth (Madrid) and Euronext Growth (Paris), as well as in Frankfurt and Stuttgart.

Sabadell and Paris, 6 October 2026

BPCE has acquired a stake equivalent to approximately 7% of the share capital of Banco de Sabadell, S.A. (“Sabadell”) through market purchases and financial instruments. BPCE and Sabadell wish to underline the friendly nature of this equity investment, with BPCE intending to be a stable and long-term shareholder and to be represented on the board of directors of Sabadell, the fourth-largest Spanish bank, which holds leading positions in SME financing. The parties are also willing to explore strategic cooperation to make BPCE’s capabilities available to Sabadell’s clients and to create additional value together.

“BPCE’s investment in Sabadell is fully in line with its Vision 2030 strategic plan. It marks a further step in its ambition to develop and diversify its presence in Europe. It reflects our confidence in Sabadell’s management, strategy and long-term potential”, said Nicolas Namias, CEO of BPCE. “We share a strong belief in the importance of having deep roots in the communities and markets where we operate, serving our clients and supporting the real economy. Sabadell’s leading positions in Spain, combined with Groupe BPCE’s expertise and international capabilities, create promising opportunities for cooperation and value creation for our clients and the Spanish economy”.

Banco Sabadell Chairman, Josep Oliu, stated: “We are very pleased to welcome BPCE as a shareholder of our institution. Their decision to invest in our company is a recognition of the strength of our standalone project, the work carried out by our professionals, and the growth opportunities that lie ahead. Their presence reinforces the strength and stability of our shareholder base.”

Marc Armengol, Chief Executive Officer of Banco Sabadell, said: “This transaction strengthens our ability to continue executing our strategic plan and generating sustainable long-term value. The investment of BPCE brings us a partner with a long-term vision and extensive experience, which we believe can complement our capabilities and help us successfully seize the opportunities presented by the market.”

Following this acquisition, BPCE has become a strategic shareholder for Sabadell. BPCE, the second-largest banking group in France and the fourth largest in the eurozone by shareholders’ equity, and Sabadell, the fourth-largest Spanish bank, are leading players in their respective markets.

With Sabadell’s support, BPCE will initiate the steps and discussions required with the Spanish and European supervisory authorities in connection with the appointment of a director to Sabadell’s board, subject to applicable governance procedures and required approvals.

BPCE and Sabadell intend to explore business cooperation opportunities, in particular in corporate and investment banking, equipment leasing, consumer credit, and cross-border clients business. These discussions, which the parties expect to conclude in early 2027, will aim to identify areas where cooperation could support Sabadell’s development in Spain while further strengthening BPCE’s European footprint. Press Release

Trifork strengthens focus on the public sector with new Vice President

Copenhagen, 6 October 2026
Trifork Group AG

Trifork strengthens its focus on the public sector in Denmark and appoints Charlotte Pockendahl Andersen as Vice President.

In her new role, Charlotte will be responsible for consolidating and developing Trifork’s efforts toward public sector customers in Denmark as a key focus area. The aim is to bring Trifork’s products, technologies, and specialist expertise more clearly into play in the development of modern, secure, and efficient digital solutions.

For nearly 30 years, Trifork has developed and operated mission-critical digital solutions. At the same time, the public sector is undergoing significant change. AI is creating new opportunities in areas such as administration, learning, education, and improved digital services, while also placing greater demands on data, security, governance, and technology infrastructure.

“Trifork combines strong technology expertise, products, and experience in complex digital solutions. I see significant potential in bringing these strengths together even more clearly around the needs facing Denmark’s public sector – not least in education, where digitalization and AI will play an increasingly important role in the years ahead,” says Charlotte Pockendahl Andersen.

The growing use of AI is also driving larger data volumes, increased compute requirements, and new demands on architecture and operating models. This makes both cost and technology dependencies key considerations for public sector organizations.

“AI is not only about new features and smarter solutions. It is also about building a robust technology platform with control over data, security, and costs. This is especially important in the public sector and in education, where solutions must operate securely and responsibly at scale,” says Charlotte Pockendahl Andersen.

As Vice President, Charlotte will strengthen the connection across Trifork’s existing products and expertise, build a clearer position in the Danish market, and make it easier for public sector organizations to access Trifork’s full range of capabilities.

CEO of Trifork Group, Jørn Larsen, says:

“For 30 years, Trifork has delivered digital solutions to the public sector in Denmark. We now see an opportunity to bring our expertise together even more clearly and strengthen our efforts in an area that is changing rapidly. The education sector is particularly interesting, as technology, AI, and new digital ways of working will play an increasingly important role. With Charlotte, we have a strong leader who can bring these efforts together and make it easier for customers to access expertise across Trifork.”

About Charlotte Pockendahl Andersen
Charlotte brings broad experience from consulting, financial services, and pensions, as well as from major international companies. Her experience includes:
• Valcon – Partner focused on business and digital transformation.
• Edlund – Head of Product Management; established a product platform for the life and pension sector.
• ATP – Head of Business Solutions and Process Design, responsible for areas including business processes, enterprise architecture, and major transformation programs.
• Danske Bank – Project Manager responsible for major organizational and technology projects.
