Agreement delivers AI-powered narrative open-source intelligence to understand narratives across social platforms, strengthening situational awareness and threat assessment surrounding major regional events

New York, NY, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cyabra, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYAB) (“Cyabra“ or the ”Company“), an artificial intelligence (“AI“)-powered narrative intelligence company that helps governments and enterprises detect coordinated manipulation and protect digital trust, today announced a new six-figure agreement to provide its platform to a national investigative and law enforcement agency in Southeast Asia.

Under the terms of the agreement, the agency’s investigative teams will use Cyabra’s narrative open-source intelligence, built on publicly available data, to analyze online narratives, detect coordinated activities, and evaluate evolving information trends. The deployment is designed to give investigative teams a clear, timely read on potential threats and security risks around major regional events.

As national security and law enforcement agencies worldwide face sophisticated digital influence operations, they are increasingly prioritizing evidence-based narrative intelligence to detect manufactured activity and protect public confidence.

The deployment equips the investigative agency with capabilities to assess digital risk surrounding public gatherings and high-profile regional events:

  • Event-Driven Risk Assessment: Identifying emerging digital narratives and evaluating potential threat vectors in advance of and during major regional events, summits, and high-visibility public gatherings.
  • Coordinated Behavior Detection: Surfacing inauthentic, coordinated accounts and state-linked troll farms, orchestrating digital manipulation to distort public sentiment or provoke unrest.
  • Proactive Threat Intelligence: Providing actionable early warnings by tracking velocity, sentiment shifts, and cross-platform amplification of harmful content before online campaigns escalate.
  • Enhanced National Security Preparedness: Delivering defensible, evidence-based reporting that empowers operational commanders and analysts to transition from reactive responses to proactive mitigation.

“Public trust is being shaped by inauthentic accounts and coordinated networks most people can’t see, and for investigative agencies, defending it starts with separating the real from the manufactured,” said Dan Brahmy, Co-Founder and CEO of Cyabra. “We believe Cyabra gives investigators the decision-grade clarity needed to protect public safety and critical institutions.”

This agreement marks another significant milestone in Cyabra’s ongoing expansion across the international public sector, building upon recent multi-year sovereign contracts and enterprise deployments across the Asia-Pacific region. By delivering cloud-native, high-security software tailored to defense, intelligence, and law enforcement frameworks, Cyabra provides the evidence, while the judgment, the authority, and the decision stay with the agency.

About Cyabra

Cyabra is an AI-powered narrative intelligence company that helps national security and defense organizations, government agencies, brands, communications agencies, and global enterprises restore trust and authenticity online by analyzing manipulated content, coordinated behaviors, and inauthentic actors. The platform helps teams understand who is operating, how activity is amplified, and where coordinated activity is shaping perception, translating evidence into clear mitigation steps. By reducing ambiguity and misdirected response, Cyabra enables proportionate, evidence-led action when clarity matters most.

The AI-native editor combines hands-on visual control, standard React code and an open workflow connected to every modern AI tool

Built for agencies to take on more ambitious work and grow their businesses

NEW YORK — Wix.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: WIX) today announced Studio Two, one of the most advanced editors in the company’s history. Studio Two is an open, AI-native system in which generating with AI, designing on the canvas and working in standard React code become one continuous way of building a site. The work is portable, so professionals can bring projects into Wix, take them out as standard code and bring them back, and run the finished site on Wix or deploy it anywhere they choose. For agencies, that opens the door to larger and more complex projects, with Wix’s infrastructure and business solutions available whenever they need them.

With Aria 2.0, the new version of Wix’s AI agent, professionals can generate and refine designs, create custom components, connect data and complete complex tasks, then continue on the canvas with pixel-level precision or edit the code directly. With Skills, they can save instructions and workflows once so Aria 2.0 consistently applies their standards across every project. AI accelerates the work, but the professional remains the creative director.

Studio Two is a truly open creation platform. Professionals can build with any AI tool, import projects into Wix, and export them as standard React projects to continue building in Claude, Codex, Cursor or any IDE, then bring them back for visual refinement, all while leveraging Wix’s native business solutions, with security, compliance and infrastructure handled out of the box. This openness extends to individual components: any component not natively available in Studio Two can be created on an external platform and imported, removing the constraints of a fixed component library. Sites can run on Wix’s managed infrastructure and business solutions, or be deployed outside Wix entirely, opening enterprise opportunities and new markets for agencies. The platform is also built for AI agents: MCP-powered capabilities let agents interact with and manage Wix business solutions like Wix stores and Wix Bookings.

Studio Two is built on the same foundation as Wix Harmony, the AI-native platform Wix launched this year for DIY users. The shared architecture lets Wix ship new capabilities faster across both products and opens a new funnel for partners. Partners can open any Wix Harmony site in Studio Two and continue working on it with the full range of advanced capabilities. This enables a real value for partners as a new source of leads, DIY users who need further assistance can be seamlessly handed off to them.

“We listened to our Partners’ feedback and built Studio Two around their needs. AI enables professionals to do much more, they can take on more work, grow their businesses and help clients with more than just their websites. The value of Partners will increase, but their role will evolve. Studio Two gives them an open platform to make that transition, combining the power of AI with the tools and infrastructure to deliver complete solutions for their clients,” said Avishai Abrahami, Co-Founder and CEO of Wix.

Highlights of  Studio Two include:

  • Truly open creation: Build with any AI tool, import projects into Wix, and export them to continue building or deploying elsewhere.
  • The most advanced Wix editor ever: Every Studio Two capability, rebuilt on an open, AI-ready foundation shared with Wix Harmony.
  • AI and hands-on design in one editor: Use Aria 2.0 to generate and refine a site, then switch to drag-and-drop editing to control every detail.
  • Powerful new tools: Advanced visual editing on an infinite canvas, vibe coding, advanced animations, variables, site styles, automatic responsiveness and more.
  • Built for AI agents: MCP-powered capabilities enable AI agents to manage nearly every aspect of a website and its business.
  • Skills: Save instructions and workflows once, so Aria 2.0 applies your standards across projects without repeating tasks.
  • A code layer for custom work: Generate or edit React components with Aria 2.0, or work directly in the browser-based Visual Studio Code environment.
  • Business functionality built in: Customize the design of Wix Stores, Wix Bookings and other solutions, and add functionality with drag-and-drop components that automatically connect to live data.
  • Enterprise opportunities: Export and deploy projects outside Wix, opening new markets and use cases.

“Studio Two brings together the things professionals need to do their best work. They can start with AI, work visually on the canvas, or go into code, and move between those approaches as the project requires. They stay in control of the result, while Wix provides the tools to make that work ready for clients,” said Gali Erez, VP Studio Two at Wix.

Studio Two is rolling out to Wix Partners, followed by a gradual rollout to all users. Existing Wix Studio sites remain supported, and partners can continue creating sites in both editors during the rollout.

Five-year facility refinances existing borrowings and provides additional capacity to support acquisitions and general corporate purposes

WASHINGTON, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Public Policy Holding Company, Inc. (“PPHC”, the “Group” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: PPHC), a leading global strategic communications provider offering a comprehensive range of advisory services in Government Relations, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications, announces that it has entered into a new $105 million senior secured credit facility with a U.S. commercial bank (the “New Facility”).

The New Facility comprises a $65 million term loan and a $40 million revolving credit facility. The Group intends to seek commitments from additional lenders through a syndication to increase the New Facility to an aggregate $150 million. The New Facility may include an additional uncommitted accordion option of up to $50 million. Syndication is being undertaken on a best-efforts basis and is currently anticipated to close in January 2027.

Key Terms

  • A five-year senior secured facility comprising a $65 million term loan and a $40 million revolving credit facility at initial closing.
  • Expected syndication to a total facility size of $150 million, anticipated to close in January 2027 on a best-efforts basis.
  • An uncommitted accordion option of up to an additional $50 million, subject to lender approval and the satisfaction of applicable conditions.
  • Interest payable at the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (“SOFR”) plus a margin of 185 to 230 basis points, determined by the Group’s net leverage ratio. An unused commitment fee of 15 to 25 basis points applies to undrawn revolving commitments, also based on net leverage.
  • Term loan amortization, stated as a percentage of the original balance, of 5.0% in each of years one and two, 7.5% in each of years three and four, and 10.0% in year five, with the remaining balance due at maturity on November 2, 2031. The revolving credit facility is interest only.
  • Secured by a blanket lien over the Group’s assets, with guarantees from substantially all subsidiaries.

Use of Proceeds

The proceeds of the New Facility will be used to refinance the Group’s existing debt, fund acquisitions including an immediate drawdown to fund the initial cash consideration for the acquisition of Reevemark LLC announced earlier today and provide additional capacity for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Existing Facilities

The Group’s existing borrowings under the credit arrangements first announced on March 1, 2023, and subsequently expanded and amended on April 30, 2024, June 6, 2024, and January 24, 2025, will be repaid and replaced by the New Facility shortly after closing. As of September 30, 2026, approximately $39.8 million was outstanding under the existing facilities.

Capital Allocation

The New Facility consolidates the Group’s borrowings into a single financing structure on more favorable terms, extends the Group’s debt maturity profile, and provides additional capacity to support its growth strategy.

The Group intends to maintain a prudent leverage ratio as it combines organic growth with targeted, earnings-accretive M&A. The PPHC Board of Directors considers that access to both debt and equity funding provides appropriate flexibility in the Group’s capital allocation, including the funding of acquisitions and deferred consideration, as well as the payment of dividends.

Stewart Hall, CEO of PPHC, commented:

“This new facility strengthens our financial position and provides additional capacity to execute our growth strategy while maintaining a disciplined approach to leverage and capital allocation. We remain focused on deploying capital selectively into opportunities that enhance our capabilities, broaden our geographic reach and create long-term value for shareholders.”

B/T Advisory acted as exclusive debt advisor, and Venable LLP acted as legal counsel to the Group. Further details of the New Facility, including the identity of the lender and a copy of the credit agreement, will be set out in a Current Report on Form 8-K to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which will be available at www.sec.gov and on the Company’s investor relations website.

  • 100% clinical success and no device-related adverse events in 20 First-in-Human Percutaneous Coronary Intervention procedures with next-generation robotic system
  • Robocath system demonstrates ability to efficiently and effectively support the full range of coronary interventions including in complex coronary artery disease patients
  • Principal investigator, Dr. Nejjari, shared the findings during the “Innovations in Robotics for Transcatheter Heart Interventions” session at TCT on November 1, 2026

ST. LOUIS and ROUEN, France, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Stereotaxis (NYSE: STXS), a pioneer and global leader in surgical robotics for minimally invasive endovascular intervention, today announced the findings from the first-in-human clinical results for Robocath’s next-generation robotic system during the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) conference in San Diego. The findings support a favorable performance profile for the system, with 100% clinical success rate and no device-related complications.

The study was conducted by Dr. Mohammed Nejjari and Dr. Franck Digne, Interventional Cardiologists at Centre Cardiologique du Nord (CCN) in Saint-Denis, France. This prospective pilot clinical study enrolled twenty patients undergoing PCI for coronary artery disease. Key findings from the study include:

  • 100% clinical success and 95% technical success: All 20 patients met the study’s clinical success criteria of minimal residual stenosis post PCI. In all but one procedure the physician was able to complete the procedure entirely robotically without conversion to manual.
  • No device-related adverse events: Clean safety profile with no intra-procedural vascular complications, major adverse events, or device related adverse events through 30-day follow-up
  • No physician radiation exposure: Operating physicians performed the procedures entirely protected from fluoroscopy radiation, supporting the system’s potential to reduce occupational risk in interventional cardiology.
  • Performance across lesion complexity: The study included A/B1, B2, and C-type lesions, representing three levels of procedural complexity, including in complex coronary disease in tortuous distal vasculature.

Dr. Nejjari discussed these findings during the November 1, 2026 scientific session “Innovations in Robotics for Transcatheter Heart Interventions” that took place at TCT. A manuscript documenting these findings has been submitted for publication and is under review.

“These initial findings mark an important milestone in the advance of robotic technology in interventional cardiology,” said Dr. Nejjari. “The results are very encouraging, particularly the clinical success and safety observed across the patient cohort including in complex PCI. We are excited for the potential of this robotic innovation to improve care for patients and benefit physician safety and workflow.

Robocath, a subsidiary of Stereotaxis, is a technology leader in pioneering advanced robotic innovations for interventional cardiology and neurointerventions. Brief Details the Evidence and Law Supporting the Jury’s Findings on Inducement, Contributory Infringement and Damages; Post-Judgment Interest Continues to Accrue During the Appeal

CORSICANA, Texas, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Birchtech Corp. (NYSE American: BCHT) TSX: BCHT) (“Birchtech” or the “Company”), a leader in specialty activated carbon technologies for sustainable air and water treatment, today announced that it has filed its appellee brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in response to the appeal filed by the CERT defendants challenging the approximately $78 million final judgment entered in favor of Birchtech by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Birchtech filed the brief on October 22, 2026, in Birchtech Corp. v. Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., et al., Federal Circuit Case No. 2026-1403, on appeal from District of Delaware Case No. 1:19-cv-01334-CJB. The brief asks the Federal Circuit to affirm the jury’s verdict and the District Court’s final judgment in full.

The patent litigation, which involves Birchtech’s patented SEA® (Sorbent Enhancement Additive) mercury emissions control technology for coal-fired power plants, was originally filed in July 2019 against 43 defendants. By the March 2024 jury trial, the case had narrowed to the remaining CERT defendants following settlements and license agreements with other defendants. A federal jury in the District of Delaware returned a unanimous $57 million verdict against the CERT defendants, finding them liable for willful infringement, along with inducing and contributory infringement. In December 2025, the Court increased the final judgment amount to $78.4 million awarded to Birchtech, inclusive of pre-judgment interest, with post-judgment interest continuing to accrue daily.

The brief responds to each of CERT’s challenges to the verdict and judgment, including those concerning liability, the jury instructions and damages. In doing so, it cites and quotes the District Court’s pretrial and post-trial opinions, issued before entry of final judgment, in which the Court reaffirmed the legal standards applied at trial and rejected many of the same arguments CERT now raises on appeal.

The appeal does not suspend the accrual of interest. Post-judgment interest on the judgment continues to accrue until it is paid.

Management Commentary

“Our response is absolute and clear in upholding the unanimous jury verdict and the $78 million final judgment the District Court entered on that verdict,” said Richard MacPherson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Birchtech. “We will continue to defend our SEA® patents, pursue full collection of the judgment with interest, and keep turning former users of our technology into licensed, long-term customers.”

Latest step in newcleo’s vertical integration strategy secures weighing equipment supply for its US and European MOX fuel manufacturing programs

LONDON and PARIS, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — newcleo plc (“newcleo” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: NWCL), a pioneer in advanced modular reactor (“AMR”) technology and nuclear fuel manufacturing, today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Bonifait Pesage, a French maker of nuclear-grade scales and precision weighing equipment that serves high profile customers across the French nuclear sector.

The deal extends the vertical integration approach newcleo has pursued since 2023, when it acquired Fucina, SRS and Rütschi. The acquisition of Bonifait Pesage brings another specialist supplier under the newcleo umbrella ahead of development of the Company’s planned mixed-oxide (MOX) fuel manufacturing facilities in the United States and Europe, where nuclear-grade weighing equipment will support the tracking and control of nuclear materials. Through the acquisition of Bonifait Pesage, newcleo gains preferred access to specialized precision weighing equipment, lowers its supply-chain exposure and can tailor equipment to its own requirements.

“Bonifait Pesage adds a further building block to the vertically integrated supply chain we have assembled to produce MOX fuel for our lead-cooled fast reactors,” said Stefano Buono, CEO and Co-Founder of newcleo. “Having their expertise and technologies inside newcleo will allow us to build our MOX fuel facilities on a supply chain we know and can rely on. We welcome the Bonifait Pesage team and will continue supporting their growth as a supplier to the wider nuclear industry.”

“Our team now joins a group that is building across the nuclear fuel cycle,” said Laurent Bonifait, Founder of Bonifait Pesage. “Operating as part of the newcleo team gives us a platform to grow leveraging the global growth of the nuclear industry, while we continue to serve the historical customers who rely on us.”

Bonifait Pesage, founded in 1954 and based in southern France, manufactures, installs, calibrates and services weighing equipment and provides technical support. Since 2017 it has been certified to maintain and verify weighing systems in ionizing-radiation environments, and its specialist staff are qualified to work in areas where radiation exposure may occur. The company reported revenue of approximately €2.1 million in 2025. The transaction valued Bonifait Pesage at an equity value of €1.8 million, with purchase consideration comprising a combination of cash and newcleo shares.
