Participation supports the Company’s strategy to expand AI capabilities, enhance user engagement and explore new opportunities within Meta’s AI ecosystem

FREEHOLD, N.J., Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Change Agents Corporation (Nasdaq: CHGA) (“Change Agents” or the “Company”), a technology company developing commercial agentic AI software through its wholly owned subsidiary, Avalon Quantum AI, LLC, and potentially pursuing AI-enabled drone technologies through a separate wholly owned subsidiary, Autonomous Air Defense LLC, today announced that it has joined Meta’s Muse Developer Program to advance the development and potential integration of its AI-powered applications, Catch-Up and Beacon, within Meta’s expanding artificial intelligence ecosystem.

Meta launched Muse in September 2026 as a personal AI agent designed to complete everyday tasks on a user’s behalf, and opened the platform to third-party developer connectors on September 18, 2026. The program allows outside developers to connect their applications to Muse so that users can reach them through natural language requests inside Meta’s AI environment.

Participation in the program provides Change Agents with an opportunity to explore how its proprietary applications can leverage Meta’s AI developer tools and integration capabilities to deliver more intuitive, personalized and accessible user experiences. The initiative is part of the Company’s broader strategy to expand the functionality of its technology portfolio, accelerate innovation and position its applications for broader adoption as AI-powered assistants become increasingly integrated into everyday digital interactions.

Through the program, Change Agents intends to evaluate opportunities to connect Catch-Up and Beacon with Meta’s Muse AI platform, potentially allowing users to interact with the Company’s applications through natural language conversations and AI-driven workflows. These capabilities could help simplify how users access information, engage with the applications and take advantage of their respective features. The announcement follows the commercial launch of Beacon, the Company’s AI search visibility platform for small businesses, on October 28, 2026.

“Joining Meta’s Muse Developer Program represents an exciting step forward in our strategy to expand the reach and capabilities of our AI-powered applications,” said Michael Mathews, Director of Change Agents. “We believe the next phase of artificial intelligence will be defined by applications that move beyond traditional interfaces and become seamlessly integrated into how people communicate, access information and manage their daily activities. By exploring opportunities within Meta’s AI ecosystem, we see the potential to make Catch-Up and Beacon more accessible, enhance their functionality and introduce our technology to a broader audience.”

The initiative is expected to support the continued development of both applications, with a focus on enhancing AI-driven functionality, improving user experiences and exploring new distribution opportunities. By pursuing integration with established AI platforms, Change Agents aims to reduce barriers to adoption and create additional opportunities to scale its technology without relying exclusively on standalone application distribution.

“Importantly, we view this initiative as part of a larger opportunity to build a scalable portfolio of AI applications that can operate across multiple platforms and ecosystems,” continued Mathews. “As AI assistants become an increasingly important gateway for consumers and businesses to access digital services, we believe positioning our applications within these environments could create meaningful opportunities for user acquisition, engagement and long-term growth.”

The Company’s participation in the Muse Developer Program is an initial step in evaluating potential integrations. Any future deployment or availability of Catch-Up or Beacon through Muse would be subject to applicable development, testing and approval requirements. There can be no assurance that any proposed integration will be approved or commercially launched.

TORONTO, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — GLOBEX MINING ENTERPRISES INC. (GMX – Toronto Stock Exchange, G1MN – Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Berlin, Munich, Tradegate, Lang & Schwarz, LS Exchange, TTMzero, Düsseldorf and Quotrix Düsseldorf Stock Exchanges and GLBXF – OTCQX International in the US) is pleased to inform shareholders that it has increased the size of its contiguous GEM Hills claim block to 20 unpatented lode claims by staking in October 2026.

The project was initially acquired in October 2025 through the staking of 8 unpatented lode claims. It is situated on the eastern flank of the Clover Mountains in Lincoln County, southeastern Nevada, approximately 170 km linearly northeast of Las Vegas.

Each claim covers an area of 8.36 hectares, totalling a surface area of 167.22 hectares. All claims are located on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) public land and sit outside of any designated conservation areas.

Location map of Globex’s Gem Hills rare earth elements (REE) property

Location map of Globex’s Gem Hills rare earth elements (REE) property. Also shown is the location of MP Materials Mountain Pass REE mine and the Virgin Mountain REE project (optioned from Globex to Lodestar Minerals). Mountain Pass accounted for approximately 12% to 14% of the world’s rare earth mined output (mainly LREE). The U.S. government, primarily through the Department of Defense (DoD), provides significant support to MP Materials’ Mountain Pass rare earth mine, all aimed at securing a domestic supply chain for defense and high-tech industries, reducing REE reliance on China, and boosting U.S. industrial independence.

Mining History, Geology and Sampling had been already described in Globex’s previous press release dated February 11, 2026. In the following only a short summary:

The Gem Hills Project covers rare earth element (REE) mineralization discovered during a 2024 regional prospecting campaign. The property is located outside any known mining district at the southeastern margin of the Caliente Caldera Complex of Tertiary age. Exploration in 2024 and 2025 including surface rock sampling, hand trenching, and dump sampling from 1930s era historic workings confirmed an initial mineralized footprint extending along a 90-meter strike length that remains open to the north and south.

The REE mineralization developed directly at the brecciated/faulted contact to Devonian limestone/dolomite, extending further away as a mixed clayey breccia zone of carbonate rock and volcanic rock with lower grades, locally extending also into argillic-phyllic altered volcanic rocks. Apparently, especially the carbonate fragments had been replaced by an REE rich mineral association and mostly, but not always, also by more or less abundant black manganese oxide minerals.

Mineralization Profile and Historical Sampling Highlights

The Gem Hills Project stands out for its high Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO) grades, significant Heavy Rare Earth Element (HREE) enrichment, and an environmentally favourable, near-zero radiation profile.

Mineralization is characterized by a high-value suite of both Light Rare Earth Elements (LREE) specifically praseodymium and neodymium and critical HREE, including gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, and erbium. Notable yttrium enrichment is also present, with assays reaching up to 0.435% Y₂O₃.

Core Sampling Results
Historical sampling from the autumn 2025 program (and one foundational 2024 sample) highlighted the following resource potential from 34 property wide rock samples:

  • TREO Grades: 18 samples returned significant values ranging from 0.28% to 5.26% TREO, yielding a strong average of approximately 1.7% TREO.
  • HREO Distribution: Heavy Rare Earth Oxides account for an average of 8% of the TREO (ranging up to 19%), with the highest heavy fractions concentrated in mine dump samples.
  • High-Value REO Share: High value critical oxides (comprising premium HREO and LREO) average roughly 17% of the total mix, spanning from 1.5% up to 39.7%.
  • Magnet Feedstocks (Nd+Pr): Combined Neodymium and Praseodymium (Nd₂O₃ + Pr₂O₃) average 13.7% of the TREO, hitting a peak combined grade of 1.14% (equivalent to 11.4 kg/t).
  • Targeted HREE Enrichment: Premium elements like Dysprosium and Terbium show intense, localized enrichment, peaking at 0.09% Dy₂O₃ (0.9 kg/t) and 0.016% Tb₂O₃ (0.16 kg/t), respectively.

A Rare, Low-Radioactivity Advantage

Crucially, the Gem Hills mineralization features an absence of dangerous uranium and thorium anomalies, matching normal background radiation levels. While low-radioactivity REE deposits (such as carbonatites) typically lack the Heavy Rare Earth elements required by modern technology, Gem Hills combines an environmentally clean, low-radiation profile with a relatively high HREE share. This offers a unique, lower-cost, and safer pathway for critical metal recovery without the regulatory and environmental liabilities of high-radioactivity ores.

Ore Mineralogy & XRD Analysis

To determine the REE-rich ore mineralogy, three powdered samples were submitted to the Momentum Transfer laboratory for High-Resolution Synchrotron X-ray Diffraction (XRD) measurements. These analyses were performed at beamline ID31 at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF), and the final report was received on October 19, 2026.

The submitted channel samples represented varying grades and widths across three trenches:

  • Sample H-07: 1.889% TREO (0.60 m channel sample from Trench E)
  • Sample H-25: 2.281% TREO (0.95 m channel sample from Trench C)
  • Sample H-29: 2.642% TREO (1.75 m channel sample from Trench B)

The relative abundance of the major, minor, and trace mineral phases calculated from the powdered samples revealed the following mineralogical profile:

  • Major Mineral Phases: Calcite, aragonite, dolomite, nacrite (26%–46%), gibbsite (0.25%–10%), and nordstrandite (0%–17%). Nacrite (Al2Si2O5(OH)4) is the highest temperature polytype of the kaolin group, exclusively requiring hydrothermal or pneumatolytic processes to precipitate. Gibbsite and nordstrandite are polymorph minerals sharing the same chemical formula, Al(OH)3.
  • Minor Mineral Phases: Quartz and fluorite. Notably, fluorite is relatively abundant, reaching up to 9.6%. Because it is invisible to the naked eye or a hand lens, it is interpreted to be finely dispersed as microscopic grains within the ore matrix.
  • Trace and Additional Phases: Manganese oxides (lithiophorite and cryptomelane), iron oxides (hematite and goethite), sphalerite (0.5%–2.4%), alunite (0%–0.8%), Na-mica (likely illite), smectite (montmorillonite), and traces of all three TiO2 polymorphs (anatase, rutile, and brookite).

REE Hosting Mechanism

Bastnaesite was the only discrete REE mineral phase detected, occurring in trace amounts up to 0.18%. Consequently, the bulk of the REE mineralization (>90%) is adsorbed to the clay minerals nacrite, gibbsite, and nordstrandite, with a minor fraction potentially hosted within fluorite.

Macroscopically, abundant clay like minerals (up to 50%) characterize the project’s signature “black & white mottled breccia” ore. The XRD results confirm that the white patches consist of nacrite, gibbsite, and nordstrandite, while the surrounding black matrix is a mixture of manganese oxides and carbonate minerals.

Genetic Model for Gem Hills

Based on the local geological setting and mineral assemblages, a comprehensive genetic model has been established.

The Gem Hills Rare Earth Element (REE) mineral occurrence represents a highly localized, multi-stage magmatic-hydrothermal system telescoped by late-stage regional fluids and overprinted by a district-scale caldera-wide alteration system. The deposit is structurally localized along a near vertical NW-SE fault zone near to a Tertiary caldera rim, acting as a focused chemical trap at the contact between reactive Paleozoic carbonate rocks to the west and calc-alkaline rhyolite & latite to the east.

The formation of the Gem Hills REE mineralization occurred across three overlapping (telescoped) hydrothermal stages:

  • Stage 1: Deep Alkaline Magmatic-Hydrothermal Input — Initial injection of magmatic fluids derived from alkaline monzonite-syenite intrusion exsolving highly incompatible fluids rich in F, CO₂, LREE, and HREE.
  • Stage 2: Waning Advanced Argillic Overprint & REE Adsorption Trap — Acidic, cooler hydrothermal fluids created the relatively high-temperature nacrite and aluminum hydroxides, establishing the perfect clay-adsorption environment to trap the migrating rare earth elements.
  • Stage 3: District-Scale Caldera Vapor-Phase & Regional Oxidized Fluid Event — Late-stage overprinting by regional oxidized fluids introducing the abundant manganese and iron oxides that form the breccia’s dark matrix.

Classification and Deposit Type

The Gem Hills REE mineralization stands alone and may represent an entirely new class of hydrothermal-metasomatic REE ion-adsorption clay deposits. While typical ion-adsorption deposits are regolith hosted, relying on slow, surface weathering processes that yield low grades, Gem Hills stands out by delivering exceptionally high REE grades generated through a robust, multi-stage hydrothermal system. This distinctive genetic origin positions Gem Hills as a highly unique target with potentially disruptive economics for the critical minerals sector.

A Highly De-Risked Strategic Opportunity

If an economic orebody is outlined, combining Nevada’s tier-one mining jurisdiction with a high-grade, potentially easily processable, and relatively clean orebody, the Gem Hills Project represents a highly de-risked opportunity for potential direct federal funding, forward-purchasing agreements, and strategic DoD price floor guarantees. Management believes these attributes significantly elevate the project’s valuation and attractiveness to potential option partners seeking to secure long-term domestic supply.

The Gem Hills Project combines an exceptional heavy rare earth element (HREE) enrichment profile with highly favorable preliminary mineralogical and environmental indicators. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis has confirmed that the REE mineralization is hosted within a hydrothermal-metasomatic, ion-adsorption style setting associated with nacrite, gibbsite, and nordstrandite. Unlike refractory hard-rock deposits (such as bastnäsite or monazite) that require energy intensive, highly complex chemical cracking, the Gem Hills REE are bound via a unique hydrothermal-metasomatic mechanism to nacrite, gibbsite, and nordstrandite. This mineralogical architecture, subject to additional detailed metallurgical test work and positive results, could be expected to allow for significantly milder, lower cost leaching processes  with a reduction in both CapEx and OpEx for processing infrastructure.

Furthermore, initial geochemical sampling indicates an exceptionally clean environmental profile, with baseline thorium levels remaining below 20 ppm alongside very low uranium values. Management believes these combined technical attributes substantially de-risk early-stage exploration variables, positioning Gem Hills as a premier candidate for systematic advancement.

As a project generator, Globex options projects to qualified strategic partners equipped to fund and execute the next phases of exploration, including systematic drilling and formal metallurgical bench testing. While early indicators align closely with the criteria prioritized by U.S. federal funding mechanisms such as the Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III and Department of Energy (DOE) critical mineral grants, the primary near-term focus will be either the execution of a definitive option agreement to advance the project’s technical and economic baseline frameworks or work programs funded by Globex.

CARSON CITY, Nev., Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BioVie Inc. (NASDAQ: BIVI) (“BioVie” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage company developing innovative drug therapies for neurological and neurodegenerative diseases, today announced the Company has been invited to present a late-breaking oral presentation at the 4th Long COVID International Conference 2026 to be held in Nice, France from November 12-13, 2026.

Dr. Penelope Markham, BioVie’s Senior Vice President and Program Lead for Long COVID, will share the presentation titled “Bezisterim Improves Fatigue, Post-Exertional Malaise, and Cognition in Prespecified High-Symptom-Burden Subgroups of the Phase 2 Randomized ADDRESS-LC Trial in Long COVID” during the “Session 8: Clinical Trials” session, starting 3:30 p.m. on Friday, November 13. The presentation will include new biomarker data that has not been shared previously.

The ADDRESS-LC trial, a randomized, placebo-controlled signal seeking, exploratory study, showed treatment with bezisterim showed a consistent trend toward improvement across most patient-reported and objective efficacy measures compared with placebo. In pre-specified, exploratory analyses, patients with more severe baseline fatigue, post-exertional malaise (PEM), or objective cognitive impairment – symptoms affecting approximately 78% of trial participants in at least one domain – experienced the greatest benefits with bezisterim, including statistically significant improvements in multiple measures corresponding to their most pronounced symptoms.

“We look forward to presenting initial biomarker data at the upcoming Long COVID conference that are consistent with the clinical findings observed in ADDRESS-LC,” said Penelope Markham, BioVie’s Senior Vice President and Program Lead for Long COVID. “The biomarkers provide further biological support for the potential of bezisterim in treating Long COVID. Our Trial observed a consistent and clinically coherent pattern of improvement across measures of fatigue, post-exertional malaise, clinician- and patient-reported outcomes, and objective measures of cognition function among patients with greater baseline symptom burden.”

About Long COVID

An estimated 17-20 million U.S. adults reported to be living with Long COVID,1 with 3.8 million experiencing significant limitation to their daily lives.2 Almost 50 percent of those with Long COVID develop persistent or intermittent symptoms.3 The neurological and neuropsychiatric symptoms are among the most common and disabling manifestations of the condition and include fatigue, PEM, sleep disturbance, and persistent sense of difficulty with thinking and memory.4 Chronic innate inflammation accompanied by ongoing immune dysregulation is among the leading hypotheses proposed to explain the symptoms in Long COVID, with numerous investigators describing findings in Long COVID that appear to be supportive of the intended biological targets of bezisterim. Currently, there are no FDA-approved treatment options for Long-COVID.

About the ADDRESS-LC trial

The Phase 2 ADDRESS-LC study (NCT06847191), which is fully funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of War (DoW), is a randomized (1:1), placebo-controlled, signal-finding proof-of-concept, multicenter trial evaluating the efficacy, safety and tolerability of bezisterim in adult participants with Long COVID who have cognitive impairment sequelae and fatigue. The study compared bezisterim, administered as a 20 mg oral capsule twice daily, with a matching placebo to assess its effects on neurocognitive and fatigue-related symptoms. The trial evaluated 22 clinical outcome measures, with no single endpoint pre-specified as the primary determinant of study success. Endpoints include assessing changes in overall clinical benefit, subjective and objective cognitive function, fatigue, sleep disturbance, Quality of Life and PEM. As a signal-finding study, the trial was designed to identify efficacy signals, measure treatment effect magnitude, and identify patient subgroups most likely to benefit, to inform the design of future Phase 3 trials

About Bezisterim

Bezisterim (NE3107) is an investigational oral drug that crosses the blood-brain barrier and works to reduce inflammation and improve insulin sensitivity without suppressing the immune system and with a low risk of drug-drug interactions. By modulating key pathways involved in neuroinflammation (ERK, NFκB, TNFα), bezisterim may have therapeutic potential in several disease indications, including Parkinson’s disease (PD), Long COVID (LC), and Alzheimer’s disease (AD).

In PD, BioVie completed the SUNRISE-PD trial, which enrolled 57 patients to establish proof of mechanism and proof of concept in individuals with early-stage disease who had not previously been treated with carbidopa/levodopa. Topline results showed that patients treated with bezisterim experienced improvements with blood-based markers of inflammation, as well as a broad range of biomarkers associated with cellular health and neuronal integrity. Clinically, patients treated with bezisterim demonstrated greater improvements than those receiving placebo across multiple measures of daily functioning, motor symptoms, and non-motor symptoms.

For LC, the ADDRESS-LC trial enrolled approximately 200 patients to evaluate whether bezisterim may help reduce brain fog, fatigue, and other lingering neurological symptoms associated with LC. The hypothesis being studied is that these symptoms may be triggered by persistent circulation of spike protein fragments that trigger inflammation via NFκB activation (which bezisterim has been shown to modulate).

In AD, BioVie has conducted Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials. Preliminary data from these trials suggest improvements in cognition and biomarkers, supporting further trials to evaluate its potential as a therapy for the six million Americans living with AD.

Terms of the U.S. Department of War (DoW) Award

The Long COVID study is supported by the Assistant Secretary of War for Health Affairs and endorsed by the DoW by a fully funded award in the amount of $13.13 million through the Peer-Reviewed Medical Research Program (PRMRP) under Award No. HT9425-24-1-0113. Opinions, interpretations, conclusions and recommendations in this press release are those of the author and are not necessarily endorsed by the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs or the DoW.

About BioVie Inc.

BioVie Inc. (NASDAQ: BIVI) is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing therapies for neurological disorders and advanced liver disease. Its lead investigational drug candidate, bezisterim (NE3107), targets neuroinflammation and insulin resistance, which are believed to be key drivers of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. Bezisterim is also being studied for Long COVID, where persistent inflammation is thought to underlie symptoms such as brain fog and fatigue.

In liver disease, BioVie is advancing BIV201, a continuous infusion of terlipressin treatment that has received FDA Orphan and Fast Track designations. The active agent is approved in the U.S. and in about 40 countries for related complications of advanced liver cirrhosis, and the Company plans to study BIV201 in a Phase 3 trial for the reduction of further decompensation in patients with cirrhosis and ascites. Two oral presentations mark Afirma’s strongest podium presence in recent years, alongside eight posters

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Veracyte, Inc. (Nasdaq: VCYT), a leading cancer diagnostics company, today announced that 10 abstracts involving its Afirma thyroid test will be presented at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the American Thyroid Association (ATA), November 4–7 in Philadelphia. The conference includes two oral presentations and eight posters, with five studies conducted independently of Veracyte.

The studies explore how gene expression can provide insights beyond individual genetic alterations to inform thyroid nodule diagnosis and assessment of cancer aggressiveness. Oral presentations from Johns Hopkins and MD Anderson will examine potential imaging and treatment targets. Posters include studies using the Veracyte Genomic Resource for Intelligent Discovery (GRID) research database to investigate preoperative diagnosis and recurrence risk, as well as independent research on molecular testing and long-term outcomes.

“Patients facing a thyroid nodule diagnosis need to know whether they have cancer and, if they do, how that cancer might behave,” said Phillip Febbo, M.D., Veracyte’s chief scientific and medical officer. “These studies build on Afirma’s long-established role in thyroid nodule diagnosis and explore how gene expression data can help researchers answer additional questions about cancer risk and biology.”
