Commenting, Xavier Durand, CEO of Coface, said:

“In the third quarter of 2026, the global economy continued to face significant geopolitical tensions and macroeconomic imbalances.
High energy prices, investments in artificial intelligence and the persistence of high public deficits led to a rise in interest rates, putting the most vulnerable borrowers – both corporates and sovereigns – under pressure. Corporate defaults remained at a record high, resulting in larger claims for credit insurance.
Against this backdrop, Coface reported Q3-26 revenue growth of +5.4%, primarily thanks to a record level of new business production and stronger client activity.
Non-insurance revenue continues to post solid performance with double-digit growth driven by all businesses, including factoring.
Our expertise and vigilance regarding risk management have once again enabled us to keep our combined ratio at a level below our mid-cycle target. We delivered these strong results while continuing to make strategic investments.
As Coface expects corporate defaults to continue their upward trend, we have once again significantly stepped up the number of prevention measures, while remaining committed to our clients.”

New business reached a new record high of €105m, driven by an increase in demand and benefiting from growth investments made by Coface.

Client activity had a positive impact of +2.5% in 9M-26 amid significant political and economic uncertainty, but with a modest pick-up in activity in Europe. Pricing remains negative at -1.3%, a slightly more favorable level than the historical average.

In the Northern Europe region, revenue was up +3.5% at constant and current FX. The region recorded strong growth in non-insurance activities due to strong commercial performance in factoring (+10.9%) and Business Information (+18.7%), improved client activity and a sharp increase in new business.

In Western Europe, revenue was down -0.5% at constant FX (+0.8% at current FX and perimeter), backed by solid growth in specialties, but was negatively impacted by the slowdown in client activity against a persistently challenging local backdrop.

In Central and Eastern Europe, revenue was slightly up by +0.5% at constant FX (+0.3% at current FX). Client activity continues to weigh on credit insurance and factoring, particularly in Poland.

In the Mediterranean & Africa region, which is driven by Italy and Spain, revenue increased +2.4% at constant FX and +3.0% at current FX, backed by strong growth in services, the resilience of the Gulf region and the recovery in client activity.

In North America, revenue rose slightly by +0.9% at constant FX (-1.7% on a reported basis). The region is benefiting from improved client activity and a positive sales momentum. The foreign exchange effect remains negative over the period.

In Latin America, revenue was up +1.5% at constant FX and +7.6% at current FX. The slowdown in client activity was offset by the strong increase in new business.

Revenue in the Asia-Pacific region was up by +2.7% at constant FX (-0.4% on a reported basis). The region recorded significant organic growth driven by new business, but revenue was affected by an unfavorable comparison base.

2. Result

  • Combined ratio

The combined ratio after reinsurance stood at 72.4% in 9M-26, up 0.5 ppt year on year.

(i) Loss ratio

The loss ratio before reinsurance stood at 36.6%, an improvement of 0.3 ppt year on year. The number of claims was almost stable (-0.9%) compared with the level reached in the third quarter of 2019 while the amount provisioned increased significantly (+10.8%), due to the return of large claims in Q3-26.

The Group’s reserving policy remained unchanged. The amount of provisions related to the opening year, although discounted, remained in line with the historical average. The level of reserve releases is stable at a high level and reflects the rigorous management of past claims. The net loss ratio improved by 1.9 ppt to 37.7% compared with 9M-25.

(ii) Cost ratio

Coface is pursuing its strict cost management policy while keeping up investment, in accordance with the Power the Core strategic plan. In 9M-2026, costs were up +4.6% at constant FX and perimeter and +5.3% at current FX.

The cost ratio before reinsurance stood at 36.8%, up 1.4 ppts year on year. This increase is mainly due to continued investment (2.4 ppts of which 1.4 ppt from service activities). Conversely, the improved product mix (Business Information, Debt Collection and fee and commission income) had a positive effect of 1.0 ppt.

  • Financial income

Income from financial investments was +€67.0m in the first nine months of the year. This amount includes a positive FX effect of €4.3m and a negative impact relating to application of IAS 29 (hyperinflation) in Turkey for -€11.0m.

Current income from the portfolio (i.e. excluding gains on sales, impairment and FX) was slightly up, reaching €79.1m. The accounting yield3, excluding gains on sales and fair value effect, was 2.5% in 9M-26. The yield on new investments was 4.0%.

Insurance finance expenses (IFE) amounted to €39.5m in 9M-26. They include a significant FX loss (-€11.7m) on technical liabilities, which reflects the gain recorded on assets and partially on net loss ratio.

  • Operating income and net income

Operating income totaled €242.8m in 9M-26, down -7.2%.

The effective tax rate in 9M-26 was 26% (vs. 23% in 9M-25).

Overall, net income (Group share) was €155.5m, down -11.8% compared with 9M-25, including €47.7m in Q3-26.

3. Shareholders’ equity

As of September 30, 2026, Group shareholders’ equity was €2,141.1m, down €71.9m or -3.2% (€2,213.0m at December 31, 2025).

The change is mainly due to positive net income of €155.5m, the dividend payment (-€186m), and the decrease in unrealized capital gains on financial assets (-€71m), as well as FX differences (€9m).

The annualized return on average tangible equity (RoATE) was 10.7% at September 30, 2026, down 0.7 ppt compared with the previous year, mainly due to lower underwriting income.

4. Outlook

The highly fragmented, uneven recovery of shipping through the Strait of Hormuz has not significantly lowered oil prices. At the same time, targeted strikes on Russian refineries have strained the market for petroleum products, particularly diesel. The resulting price increases trickle down throughout the economy and maintain inflationary pressure, leading central banks to raise policy rates.

In parallel, investments in data center capacity continued at a rapid pace. Demand for several components, including memories, far exceeds available supply, thus contributing to inflation. At the end of the quarter, doubts about the financial health of some highly indebted technology players also resurfaced.

The above trends have led to higher borrowing rates which in turn, in a highly indebted economy, reveal the fragility of both corporates and sovereigns (especially France).

Although the Group is based in France, its risk portfolio is highly diversified. France only represents 14% of Coface revenue and 10% of its risk exposure. French government bonds make up approximately 5% of the Group’s investment portfolio.

Against this ongoing difficult backdrop, Coface is staying extremely vigilant and continues to invest in data and technology. Service activities (Business Information, Debt Collection, factoring) grew 10%, including a very good volume of new factoring business. Services growth once again outperformed the insurance business, thus fully justifying Coface’s strategic choices.

Rising interest rates and energy costs will continue to put pressure on the most indebted countries and companies. Consequently, Coface has once again stepped up its targeted preventive measures while maintaining a high acceptance rate to support its clients.

Announcement no. 10/2026
Inside information

Revised financial ambition towards 2030 includes 5-7% organic growth per year and an EBIT margin1 in constant currencies in the mid-20% range over the period. Return on Invested Capital (ROIC)2 is expected to be around 20% in FY 2029/30. For FY 2026/27, Coloplast expects organic revenue growth of 5-7% and an EBIT margin in constant currencies and before special items of around 25%.

Coloplast is updating its financial ambition towards 2030 to reflect changes in the external environment related to the reimbursement change in US biologics, pricing pressure from healthcare reforms and inflationary pressure. Furthermore, the revised guidance includes a step up in investments in innovation and selected commercial areas to drive growth during and beyond the Impact4 period.

The updated financial ambition towards 2030:
Coloplast is committed to accelerating shareholder value creation by delivering organic growth above the market, strong development in EBIT, an improvement in ROIC and strong cash flow generation. The revised financial ambition includes:

  • Organic revenue growth of 5-7% per year, from previously organic revenue growth of 7-8% (5-year CAGR until FY 2029/30)
  • EBIT margin1 in constant currencies in the mid-20% range over the period, from previously absolute EBIT growth1 in line with or above revenue growth over the period (in constant currencies)
  • ROIC2 is expected to be around 20% in FY 2029/30, from previously more than 20% in FY 2029/30

On organic revenue growth, the revised financial ambition includes the following key assumptions in a market expected to grow 4-5%:

  • Mid-single digit growth in Wound & Tissue Repair, from previously around double-digit growth, driven by the 2026 reimbursement change in the out-patient setting in US biologics
  • Neutral to negative impact from pricing over the rest of the period
  • Based on current estimates, the impact from the Competitive Bidding Program in the US is included
  • Unchanged expectations on:
    • Chronic Care: continued good momentum, with growth above the market over the period
    • Interventional Urology: mid- to high-single digit growth over the period
    • A stable macroeconomic environment and no significant changes in tariffs or other trade restrictions
    • A stable supply and distribution of products across the company
    • No significant M&A deals in the period; M&A strategy focused on bolt-on acquisitions

On EBIT margin1, the revised financial ambition includes the following key assumptions:

  • A step up in investments, primarily impacting FY 2026/27, in key strategic priority areas:
    • Innovation and future pipeline beyond Impact4
    • Commercial areas: US Chronic Care, selected markets in Europe and Emerging markets and Interventional Urology
  • Biologics margin expected to improve to above 10% in FY 2026/27 and further increase over the Impact4 period
  • External headwinds from inflation and pricing pressure from healthcare reforms
  • Unchanged expectations on:
    • Gross margin accretion from Biologics and Voice & Respiratory Care and efficiency initiatives in Global Operations, while wage increases in Hungary and ramp up costs will continue to have negative impact
    • Leverage effect in Chronic Care and improvement in profitability in Interventional Urology

‘Funding the journey’ program to support step up in investments and partly offset external headwinds
To support the step up in investments needed for long-term growth and profitability improvements, Coloplast has initiated a broad ‘funding the journey’ program which will free up around DKK 500 million. The aim of the program is to redeploy resources to innovation and areas with significant growth potential, offset some of the external headwinds from inflation on costs of goods sold and headwinds from ramp up costs, and reduce organisational complexity, ultimately supporting our long-term shareholder value creation ambition. The full impact of the program is expected in FY 2027/28, with around 75% impact already in FY 2026/27, primarily impacting operating expenses.

The program includes the following initiatives:

  • Rightsizing of our organisation in China to better reflect the current market environment, completed at the end of FY 2025/26 with benefit in FY 2026/27
  • Biologics refocusing of the organisation towards in-patient and return to growth in FY 2026/27 to deliver margin improvement
  • Simplifying the organisational structure of selected areas
  • Addressing indirect procurement spend

Other financial assumptions for the period:

  • Net debt/EBITDA ratio is expected to decrease to below 2.0x towards FY 2029/30
  • Unchanged dividend policy to pay out excess cash through dividends, with a target payout ratio of 60-80% of net profit
  • The remaining assumptions on capex-to-sales ratio, tax rate, NWC-to-sales ratio and free cash flow-to-sales ratio are unchanged

For FY 2026/27, the assumptions are as follows:

  • Organic revenue growth of 5-7%:
    • Chronic Care: growth above the market
    • Wound & Tissue Repair: slow start in Biologics in Q1, with return to growth expected in Q2. Advanced Wound Dressings: continued softer momentum in Europe, partly offset by easier baseline in China
    • Interventional Urology: mid- to high-single digit growth
    • Pricing pressure from healthcare reforms in France and Germany
  • EBIT margin in constant currencies and before special items of around 25%:
    • Gross margin: inflationary headwinds of 3-4% (impacting raw materials and freight, accounting for around 55% of total costs of goods sold of DKK 9.7 billion in FY 2025/26) and continued ramp-up, primarily in Portugal
    • Step up in investments impacting operating expenses
    • ‘Funding the journey’ to support the step up in investments through resource reallocation, while partly offsetting gross margin headwinds
    • Immaterial impact from tariffs; our products are expected to remain exempted
  • Reported revenue growth in DKK of 7-9% (around 2%-points positive impact from currencies), while the reported EBIT margin1 will include up to 50 basis points positive impact from currencies, calculated using current spot rates
  • ROIC2 is expected to be around 16%
  • Special items expected to be around DKK 200 million, related to our ‘funding the journey’ program
  • Capex-to-sales ratio is expected to be around 5%
  • The effective tax rate is expected to be around 22%

This announcement is available in a Danish and an English-language version. In the event of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

The Coloplast story begins back in 1954. Elise Sørensen is a nurse. Her sister Thora has just had an ostomy operation and is afraid to go out in public, fearing that her stoma might leak. Two Clinical Programs, a 500-Patient Vision, and a November that Could Be a Game-Changer for the Growing Wall Street Story

DENVER, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —  (247MarketNews.com) — In a market where the latest investment trends often dominate attention, NeOnc Technologies Holdings (NASDAQ: NTHI) is developing a story that could prove far more meaningful.

The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company is advancing potential treatments for some of the most difficult-to-treat brain cancers while building an ambitious clinical development strategy that could reach approximately 500 patients across 30 hospitals in three countries.

Now, NeOnc is preparing to bring its research into the international spotlight and today the company announced that data from both its intranasal NEO100 and oral NEO212 programs will be presented at the 31st Annual Meeting and Education Day of the Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO), taking place November 12–15 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.

The two poster presentations, scheduled for November 13, represent an important opportunity to showcase the progress of both clinical programs before a specialized audience of neuro-oncology researchers and physicians.

For investors, the timing adds another dimension to an already developing story involving innovative drug delivery, preliminary clinical observations, international development ambitions, and potentially significant market interest.

Two Clinical Programs. One Major Neuro-Oncology Meeting.

NeOnc’s announcement is particularly interesting because it involves two distinct investigational approaches targeting challenging central nervous system cancers.

Presentation Number 1: NEO100 and Updated Clinical Observations is titled: “Durable Radiographic Remission and Prolonged Survival with Intranasal NEO100 in Recurrent WHO Grade III/IV IDH1-Mutant Astrocytoma: Updated Results from a Phase 1/2a Study and Compassionate Use Experience.”

Thomas C. Chen, MD, PhD, of the University of Southern California and NeOnc Technologies Holdings, will present the findings.

The title alone makes this presentation particularly noteworthy. It focuses on updated results involving recurrent WHO Grade III/IV IDH1-mutant astrocytoma, an aggressive category of brain cancer where treatment options remain challenging.

Importantly, the presentation combines information from a Phase 1/2a study and compassionate-use experience.

The emphasis on durable radiographic remission and prolonged survival makes the updated findings worth watching, although the presentation’s title should not be interpreted as proof of established treatment efficacy.

For NeOnc, the presentation offers an opportunity to provide additional scientific context around its intranasal treatment approach and the clinical observations generated to date.

Presentation Number 2: NEO212 and TMZ-Resistant Brain Cancer, “Oral NEO212 in TMZ-Resistant Recurrent GBM and Brain Metastases: Phase 1 Safety, PK, and Early Signals of Activity.”

Josh Neman, PhD, of the University of Southern California and NeOnc Technologies Holdings, will present the research.

This presentation examines NEO212 in the context of recurrent glioblastoma that is resistant to temozolomide (TMZ), as well as brain metastases.

The focus on Phase 1 safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and early signals of activity is significant because it provides an opportunity to examine how the investigational oral treatment is being evaluated in difficult-to-treat CNS cancers.

NEO212 has completed Phase 1 dose escalation and is advancing toward Phase 2 development.

The two presentations demonstrate that NeOnc is not relying on a single investigational candidate to drive its development strategy.

Instead, the company is advancing two distinct programs that could offer different approaches to addressing the challenges of brain cancer treatment.

NEO100: A Different Approach to Getting Treatment into the Brain

At the center of NeOnc’s development strategy is NEO100, a highly purified form of perillyl alcohol administered intranasally.

The delivery approach is designed to provide a non-invasive route to the brain.

That matters because one of the greatest obstacles in developing treatments for brain cancer is the blood-brain barrier.

The blood-brain barrier serves as the brain’s natural protective defense system, but that protection also creates a major obstacle for drug developers. Many potential therapies struggle to reach tumors in sufficient concentrations because of this biological barrier.

NeOnc is investigating a different approach.

Rather than relying exclusively on conventional delivery methods, its NEO100 program investigates intranasal administration as a potential way to deliver treatment toward the brain, where drug delivery remains one of the biggest obstacles to therapeutic progress.

Early Clinical Observations Give the Story a Foundation

The upcoming SNO presentation follows earlier clinical observations that have attracted attention.

The company’s appearance on Health Uncensored with Dr. Drew on Fox Business Network also brought the patient experience into the conversation.

One patient described reaching two years on therapy and reported tolerating treatment without reactions.

During the discussion, when Dr. Drew asked about the tumor’s status, physician Dr. Wallace responded, “We can’t see it, actually, at this moment.”

It was a striking moment, illustrating why continued research in this field matters. For families facing aggressive brain cancer, the objective isn’t simply another clinical milestone or a better number on a presentation slide.

It is more time together. Another birthday. Another anniversary. Another opportunity to experience everyday life.

The upcoming presentation could provide additional information as the company continues evaluating NEO100.

NEO212: Another Potential Piece of the Brain Cancer Strategy

While NEO100 is attracting attention for its intranasal delivery approach, NEO212 represents another important component of NeOnc’s development strategy.

NEO212 is an investigational oral conjugate of temozolomide and NEO100, which is being studied for central nervous system cancers, including recurrent glioblastoma.

The company’s upcoming SNO presentation will focus on Phase 1 safety, pharmacokinetics, and early signals of activity in TMZ-resistant recurrent glioblastoma and brain metastases.

NEO212 is being developed under an FDA investigational new drug application.

Its completion of Phase 1 dose escalation and progression toward Phase 2 development represent important steps in the company’s broader clinical strategy.

Together, NEO100 and NEO212 give NeOnc two investigational programs to advance, with different administration approaches and areas of clinical investigation.

For investors following the company, the November 13 presentations could provide an important opportunity to learn more about both programs.

A 500-Patient Ambition That Changes the Conversation

The SNO announcement comes against the backdrop of NeOnc’s broader clinical ambitions.

During its appearance on Health Uncensored with Dr. Drew on Fox Business Network, the company outlined plans for a pivotal clinical trial targeting approximately 500 patients across 30 hospitals in three countries.

A proposed trial of that scale is not a small undertaking. It represents a planned expansion of NeOnc’s clinical ambitions and an opportunity to investigate its treatment approach in a much larger patient population.

The proposal also signals where management wants to take the program and the upcoming SNO presentations provide another opportunity to build scientific visibility as NeOnc works toward its longer-term objectives.

More Than Drug Development: A Broader Technology and International Story

NeOnc’s ambitions also extend beyond conventional drug development.

Its research platform combines patented 3D bioprinting technology with artificial intelligence to create patient-derived tumor models and help researchers evaluate potential treatments, which could support a more personalized understanding of tumor biology and treatment response.

The company also highlighted molecular characteristics, including IDH mutations, as part of its precision-medicine strategy.

For the market, the broader takeaway is that NeOnc is building a story around several interconnected capabilities:

  • Investigational drug development through NEO100 and NEO212.
  • Innovative intranasal and oral delivery approaches.
  • Patient-derived tumor modeling.
  • AI-assisted research.
  • Precision-medicine development.
  • International clinical and business ambitions.

The company’s international ambitions have also been reinforced by developments in Abu Dhabi, including the appointment of Ali Alabedin, Head of Islamic Banking Group at First Abu Dhabi Bank, to the company’s board.

These developments add an international dimension to a company whose clinical ambitions are increasingly extending beyond a single market.

Now Comes the Interesting Part for Traders: Potential Short Squeeze

While the clinical story is compelling on its own, NTHI has another ingredient that could make its shares particularly interesting to traders: short interest.

Based on Nasdaq’s October 15 market-data snapshot, approximately 877,000 shares were reported short.

At the same time, the stock had recovered from an approximate $2.50 low to eclipse the $3 level, where the potential trading implications become interesting.

The reported short position represents approximately 5.6 days of trading volume using the referenced ten-day average. Five or more days to cover is the sweet spot. If short sellers needed to cover 500,000 shares over a relatively short period, that would represent more than three full days of average trading volume.

That is a meaningful amount of potential buying demand relative to the cited trading activity.

The Technical Levels That Could Make a Difference

Based on the recent trading information cited in the original investment analysis, the $3.30–$3.40 area represents an important initial zone to watch.

Above that, the recent high near $3.55 becomes another potential technical hurdle.

A sustained move through that level, particularly if accompanied by expanding trading volume, could attract momentum traders and potentially increase pressure on short positions.

Wall Street’s Price Targets Add Another Layer

Published analyst coverage has also placed considerably higher values on NTHI.

Roth Capital analyst Jonathan Aschoff initiated coverage with a Buy rating and a $20 price target.

The valuation thesis included projected future commercial potential for NEO100 and NEO212, with anticipated launches in 2029 and 2030, respectively, according to the analyst’s model.

Cantech Letter’s summary of the research cited projected 2033 operating income of $667 million.

These figures represent analyst assumptions and projections rather than established financial results or guaranteed future valuations.

Nevertheless, they illustrate the potential commercial opportunity envisioned in the bullish investment thesis if NeOnc’s programs successfully progress through clinical development and ultimately achieve commercialization.

That question could become increasingly relevant as additional milestones arrive.

For a clinical-stage company developing treatments for difficult-to-treat brain cancers, having two investigational programs represented at the same scientific meeting is a meaningful development and it also gives the investment community two distinct areas of research to follow rather than a single clinical catalyst.

The Bigger Picture: Investing in What Matters

There are plenty of companies competing for attention in today’s stock market. Some are selling the promise of faster computers, more powerful chips, or the next generation of artificial intelligence.

NeOnc is pursuing something different and is attempting to advance potential therapies for patients facing one of medicine’s most challenging diseases while developing technology designed to improve how researchers understand tumors and investigate treatment possibilities.

The company’s story now brings together two investigational drug programs, upcoming scientific presentations, a proposed 500-patient international clinical trial, an innovative intranasal delivery strategy, patented research technology, and international relationships.

Add the potential commercial opportunity outlined in analyst research and the trading dynamics associated with previously reported short interest, and NTHI has several developments that investors may want to monitor.

The November 13 SNO presentations could be particularly important because they bring both clinical programs into the scientific spotlight at the same time.

And for patients and families confronting aggressive brain cancers, the ultimate measure of success will be whether promising research can eventually translate into safer and more effective treatment options.

Pursuant to the resolution of the General Meeting of Coop Pank AS (hereinafter Coop Pank) of 8 April 2026 and the resolution of Coop Pank’s Supervisory Board of 9 April 2026, Coop Pank carried out the second stage of its share buyback programme from 2 September to 31 October 2026 (hereinafter the Second Buyback Programme).

The share buybacks were carried out under the authorisation granted by Finantsinspektsioon (the Financial Supervision Authority) on 16 March 2026, permitting Coop Pank to repurchase up to 3,109,716 of its own shares for a maximum total amount of EUR 3,000,000.

Under the Second Buyback Programme, Coop Pank acquired 298,421 shares for a total consideration of EUR 699,300. Throughout the Second Buyback Programme, Coop Pank published summary information on the previous week’s transactions every Monday in a stock exchange announcement.

Comment by Paavo Truu, Chief Financial Officer of Coop Pank:

“The purpose of the Second Buyback Programme was to repurchase our own shares on the market to cover the shares to be issued under the bank’s share option programme. Given the short buyback period and the applicable buyback volume limits, we were unable to repurchase all the shares required to cover the options to be exercised in 2027. The bank will therefore continue repurchasing shares under a third programme until the target volume has been reached. The current authorisation granted by Finantsinspektsioon permits share buybacks until 16 March 2027.”

Coop Pank, based on Estonian capital, is one of the five universal banks operating in Estonia. The bank has 240,600 clients who use everyday banking services. Coop Pank uses the synergy created between retail trade and banking and brings everyday banking solutions closer to people. The majority shareholder of the Bank is a domestic retail chain Coop Eesti, the sales network of which comprises 330 stores.

Appendix – Auctions terms

Refinancing principles adjustable rate mortgage loans
Jyske Realkredit offers fixed-rate non-callable bonds for adjusting interest rates on the loans.

When adjusting the interest rates, the bonds are sold at one or more auctions. The price is determined as a weighted average of the prices obtained at the auctions.

Type of auction
The auction of bonds in capital centres E will be conducted on Bloomberg’s auction system.

Bids
Bids for the offered bonds must be made in terms of amount and price.

For bonds maturing within 14 months, bids must be made correct to three decimals. For other bonds, bids must be made with an accuracy of two decimals.

For all bonds bids must be made in multiples of DKK 1,000,000

Conditional offer for bonds with interest rate triggers
For the bonds offered with an interest rate trigger, it is a condition for the final completion of the sale (allotment) that there is no increase in interest rates of more than 5 percentage points. Reference is made to the Act on Mortgage Loans and Mortgage Bonds, etc.

Allotment
All bids above the cut-off price will be settled in full at the cut-off fixing spread. For bids at the exact cut-off price, proportional allocation may be used. No bids below the cut-off price will be settled.

All trades concluded will be published through Nasdaq Copenhagen.

Allotment at the auction will take place as soon as possible, and not later than 5 minutes after closing.

Value date
All bonds will be subject to long settlement. The value date of all trades executed at the auction will be 4 of January 2027.

Reverse facility
As the bonds traded will be subject to long settlement, Jyske Realkredit offers a reverse facility to auction participants whose bids have been accepted and who require the bonds after only two days.

By means of the reverse facility, Jyske Realkredit offers to sell the allotted bonds subject to the conventional two settlement days and subsequently repurchase them with 4 of January 2027 as the value date.

The size of the reverse facility will be determined on an individual basis but cannot exceed the amount allotted to each individual bidder.

The reverse facility can be made conditional on the investor providing a corresponding amount of Jyske Realkredit covered bonds (SDO) or mortgage bonds (RO) maturing on 1st of January 2027 or a corresponding amount of DKK SDO/SDRO level 1B AAA rated covered bonds issued from other Danish mortgage institutions maturing on 1st of January 2027.

Reverse facilities will be arranged on an individual basis by contacting Jyske Realkredit

Credit Ratings
All auctioned bonds issued through Capital Centre E are rated AAA by S&P.

Reservations regarding auctions
If, contrary to expectations, technical problems should prevent Jyske Realkredit from conducting an auction through Bloombergs auction system, a stock ex-change announcement will be issued containing the practical details of the auction.

Other terms
Jyske Realkredit is not obliged to sell the announced offering, and the offering may furthermore be subject to changes following loan disbursements in the auction period. In addition, the entire or parts of the offering may be postponed, but not later than the second-last business day of this quarter.

On or before the second-last business day of this quarter, it must be ascertained whether the number of purchasers was sufficient for all the covered bonds offered. If a sale of bonds has to be cancelled, the market will be notified immediately by a stock exchange announcement.
