Las Vegas, Nevada, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Broad Arrow Auctions, driven by Hagerty (NYSE: HGTY), has released official results for its 2026 Las Vegas Auction, the auction house’s second annual sale as the official auction partner of Concours at Wynn Las Vegas. Held October 31 at Wynn Las Vegas against the vibrant backdrop of the Strip, the single-day auction was a noteworthy success, achieving $92.8 million in total sales with 76 percent of all lots sold (64 of 84 lots). Broad Arrow’s 2026 Las Vegas sale now stands as the highest grossing collector car auction ever held in Las Vegas.
“We are thrilled with the results from our second annual Las Vegas Auction,” says Barney Ruprecht, VP of Auctions for Broad Arrow. “This catalog represented one of our most significant and most exciting offerings to date, and the total stands as one of Broad Arrow’s highest grossing sales since our first auction in 2022. The record-setting supercars and hypercars on offer were perfectly matched to the assembly on the concours lawn, and the results have aided in solidifying Las Vegas as an emerging powerhouse on the collector car auction calendar. We look forward to continuing the momentum in Zürich next weekend as we close out our 2026 live auction calendar.”
The single-day Las Vegas Auction, taken by Broad Arrow Auctioneer, Thomas Forrester, saw a standing-room-only sale from start to finish, fueled by a 63 percent increase in registered bidders over 2025, with 35 percent bidding with Broad Arrow for the very first time. No less than 10 new world record auction prices were set on the day, led by outstanding prices for the exceptional lineup of highly desirable Ferrari supercars and hypercars on offer. The top sale of the auction was the highly anticipated, time-capsule, 106-mile 1997 Ferrari F50, accompanied by an incredible assortment of original factory accessories, which eventually sold for a final $18,705,000 to a bidder in the room. The lauded Ferrari halo car becomes the most valuable F50 ever sold at auction, surpassing the previous world record by more than $4 million.
Ferrari continued to dominate the sale, with a modern-day Ferrari supercar, a 2025 Ferrari Daytona SP3, closing out the auction on a high note. A stunning example of the second model in Ferrari’s extremely sought after “Icona” series, the SP3 is finished in the exquisite Tailor Made shade of Verde Francesca over a two-tone Nero Alcantara and Mustard Aunde Jeans interior. Offered from its original owner, the curator of an exceptional private collection, the SP3 is an exceptionally specified example of the 600 produced and displayed just 81 miles at cataloging. Following a lengthy bidding competition between collectors in the room and on the phone, the SP3 sold for a final $18,540,000, surpassing its high estimate and setting a new world record for a non-charity example of the model.
Additional exceptional modern collectible Ferraris that set new world record auction prices at Broad Arrow’s Las Vegas Auction include a low-mileage, extensively specified 2014 Ferrari LaFerrari at $8,805,000 and a 2019 Ferrari 488 Pista finished in Giallo Modena paint with a two-tone stripe at a final $1,297,500.
Outside the hot Ferrari market, sought-after supercars across multiple top marques also drew significant interest and exceptional results. A one-of-80 2023 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport finished in two-tone Argent (silver) and Black Carbon over Havana upholstery sold for $4,570,000, an exceedingly rare, track-focused 2015 McLaren P1 GTR by Lanzante sold for a final world record price of $3,415,000, a highly appointed, bespoke 2019 Koenigsegg Regera sold for a final $2,645,000, and a low-mileage 2009 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster in Special-ordered in Arctic White over Silver Arrow Tobacco Brown leather sold for $747,500, setting a new world record auction price for the model.

Broad-based growth in Ostomy Care ex. China, with continued good contribution from our latest SenSura® Mio product launches.

Good momentum in Voice & Respiratory Care driven by Laryngectomy and a pick up in Tracheostomy related to order phasing.
Sales in Biologics declined by 12%, with continued impact from the out-patient reimbursement change, while the in-patient business continued its good momentum with around double-digit growth. The EBIT margin before PPA amortisation was 1%. Advanced Wound Dressings grew 9%, primarily benefiting from the annualisation of the product return in China.
Continued strong momentum in Interventional Urology, driven by the US Men’s Health business.

2030 financial ambition: organic revenue growth of 5-7% per year and an EBIT margin1 in the mid-20% range over the period. ROIC4 expected around 20% in FY 2029/30. For further information, please refer to the stock exchange announcement here: 10/2026.

“We delivered strong 6% organic growth for the full year and 4% EBIT growth, broadly in line with our updated guidance from April 2026. My first six months as CEO have strengthened my belief that Coloplast is uniquely positioned for long-term success, with leading positions in attractive markets and significant opportunities for growth. What stands out is the strong growth in Chronic Care and Interventional Urology in the US, including reaching 20% market share in Ostomy Care this year, while the biologics market has now gone through a reimbursement change. We also continued to see strong contributions from new products globally, underlining the strength of our innovation pipeline. The priorities we have set, our updated long-term ambition and our ‘funding the journey’ programme give us a clear path forward and will enable us to step up investments in innovation and commercial opportunities to drive long-term growth and value creation,” says Gavin Wood, President & CEO.

The Coloplast story begins back in 1954. Elise Sørensen is a nurse. Her sister Thora has just had an ostomy operation and is afraid to go out in public, fearing that her stoma might leak. Listening to her sister’s problems, Elise conceives the idea of the world’s first adhesive ostomy bag.
Based on Elise’s idea, Aage Louis-Hansen, a civil engineer and plastics manufacturer, and his wife Johanne Louis-Hansen, a trained nurse, created the ostomy bag. A bag that does not leak, giving Thora – and thousands of people like her – the chance to live the life they want.
A simple solution that makes a difference.
Today, the Coloplast Group develops products and services that help millions of people live more independent lives through solutions tailored to their needs. Globally, our business areas include Ostomy Care, Continence Care, Voice & Respiratory Care, Wound & Tissue Repair, and Interventional Urology.

Revenue rose to $3.2 million from $192,000 in the second quarter of 2025, driven by the first full quarter of results from Veloce Media Group (“Veloce”), which the Company acquired on February 17, 2026.
With this filing, the Company is current on all periodic reports cited in its previously announced Nasdaq notices. The filing cures the Company’s previously announced deficiency under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires timely filing of periodic reports with the SEC. The Company will provide an update when it receives Nasdaq’s formal compliance determination.
Second Quarter 2026 Highlights (compared with Q2 2025)
Revenue of $3.2 million, up 1,584% from $192,000.
Sequential revenue growth of 169% over the first quarter of 2026, which included Veloce for only part of the period.
Veloce, acquired February 17, 2026, generated most of the quarter’s revenue in its first full quarter as part of SEGG Media.
Six-Month and Balance Sheet Highlights
Revenue for the first six months of 2026 was $4.4 million, up 966% from $416,000 a year earlier.
Total assets were $121.9 million at June 30, 2026, compared with $52.9 million at December 31, 2025.
Total stockholders’ equity was $68.2 million, compared with $21.0 million at year-end.
Veloce Expands SEGG Media’s Revenue Base
A year ago, the Company’s revenue came primarily from legacy lottery and gaming operations. Today, most of it comes from digital media and advertising: sponsorships, branded content, media production, content licensing and commercial partnerships across Veloce’s portfolio of motorsport, esports, gaming and creator-led brands, including Quadrant. The Company also generates revenue from data services and from its gaming operations in Mexico.
Veloce continues to operate as a standalone business. Management intends to use its content capabilities, commercial relationships and owned media ecosystem of more than 500 million monthly digital views to support the growth of Sports.com, Concerts.com and Lottery.com.
Expiration of Public Warrants
On October 29, 2026, the Company’s publicly traded warrants (formerly Nasdaq: LTRYW) expired under their original terms on the fifth anniversary of the Company’s 2021 business combination. The warrants were exercisable for an aggregate of 14,375 shares of common stock at $16,100.00 per share, as adjusted for prior reverse stock splits. None were exercised, and none remain outstanding. Nasdaq has filed a Form 25 to remove the warrants from listing.
The expiration simplifies the Company’s capital structure and has no effect on the Company’s financial statements or on the listing of its common stock, which continues to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “SEGG.”
Management Commentary
Robert J. Stubblefield, Chief Financial Officer and Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of SEGG Media, said: “A year ago we were doing about $200,000 a quarter in revenue. This quarter we did $3.2 million, and most of it came from businesses we didn’t own twelve months ago. There’s more work ahead, particularly on our cost structure. But the business underneath is larger and more diversified, and with our reporting current, we can put more of our attention on growing it.”
