– Acquired Significantly Below Replacement Cost –
– 2026 Year-to-Date Investments Total $439 Million –

WINTER PARK, Fla., Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CTO Realty Growth, Inc. (NYSE: CTO) (the “Company” or “CTO”) today announced the acquisition of Summit Woods Crossing (the “Property”), a 545,000-square-foot open-air power center situated on 57 acres in the Kansas City, Missouri metro area, for a purchase price of $103.0 million, or $189 per square foot.

“Summit Woods Crossing is a market-dominant, open-air center that is nearly 100% occupied and strengthens our presence in Kansas City,” said John P. Albright, President and Chief Executive Officer of CTO Realty Growth. “The acquisition reflects what we look for in an investment: a purchase price well below replacement cost, an attractive yield, and in-place rents below market. It brings our year-to-date investment volume, inclusive of both property and structured investments, to $439 million at a blended initial cash yield of approximately 9.0%, and has helped grow our portfolio 30% this year, from 5.5 million to 7.1 million square feet.”

Summit Woods Crossing is located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, approximately twenty miles southeast of Kansas City. Lee’s Summit is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live in America, offering superior quality life, a vibrant downtown, and award-winning schools. The Property is anchored by Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Best Buy, TJ Maxx, and Total Wine, with an on-site SuperTarget not owned by the Company. Summit Woods Crossing attracts approximately 7.3 million visits annually and has a population of 113,000 and an average household income of $123,000 within a five-mile radius.

Debuts at Innovation Forum to Record Attendance

CHICAGO and LONDON, Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Descartes Systems Group (Nasdaq:DSGX) (TSX:DSG), the global leader in uniting logistics-intensive businesses in commerce, introduced the Descartes Agent Control Plane at its Innovation Forum in Chicago, which this year brings together a record number of customers, speakers and sponsors to explore innovation in supply chain and logistics technology. Built on the Descartes Global Logistics Network™ (Descartes GLN™), the Agent Control Plane is designed to build trust in AI agents by coordinating them across applications and trading partners to execute multi-step workflows within defined guardrails, policies and human oversight.

“Even with connected systems, supply chain teams devote significant time to interpreting updates from emails, messages and portals, rekeying information and coordinating next steps to move orders forward,” said Ken Wood, Executive Vice President, Product Management at Descartes. “The Agent Control Plane brings our logistics capabilities together so AI agents can take on more of that work across applications, conversations and company boundaries; keep it moving as replies and approvals arrive; and act on events as they occur within permissions and approval points defined by customers. It’s an important step in our AI strategy, helping customers build on the Descartes solutions and AI platforms they already use and apply AI to the operational outcomes that matter, from reducing manual follow-up to keeping customer commitments on track.”

The Agent Control Plane combines the operationally ready data and connectivity of the Descartes GLN with capabilities from Descartes solutions to help AI agents coordinate work across applications and trading partners, and to make Descartes agents available within the AI platforms customers already use. The GLN supplies the logistics context to connect changes in one part of a shipment’s journey with actions needed elsewhere, while the Agent Control Plane applies customer-defined permissions and approvals and maintains a traceable record of agent actions. Together, they help reduce manual handoffs, accelerate responses to changing conditions and give teams more time to focus on exceptions and customer relationships.

“We’re pleased to welcome such a strong community of customers, sponsors and speakers to this year’s Innovation Forum,” said Edward J. Ryan, CEO at Descartes. “Record participation reflects the value of bringing this community together to share experiences, learn from one another and explore new possibilities. The conversations we have here help us understand our customers’ priorities and shape how we continue to innovate in support of their success.”

Bringing together 1,000+ attendees and 200+ speakers this year, the three-day Innovation Forum features sessions across fleet performance management, transportation management, global trade intelligence, logistics service providers and ecommerce operations. Industry and customer presentations, discussions with Descartes product specialists and hands-on demonstrations at the Technology Fair give attendees opportunities to explore practical ways to improve operations and gain more value from their technology investments.

CALGARY, Alberta, Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Marvel Biosciences Corp. (TSXV: MRVL | OTCQB: MBCOF), and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Marvel Biotechnology Inc. (collectively the “Company” or “Marvel”), a drug discovery company developing novel therapeutics for autism spectrum disorder (“ASD”) and related neurodevelopmental disorders, is pleased to announce it has signed a letter of intent with Novatech, widely recognized as the premier Asia-Pacific (APAC) full-service clinical CRO for small to mid-sized biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

The signing of the LOI marks an important development milestone for Marvel as MB-204 advances from preclinical development toward first-in-human clinical evaluation. The planned Phase 1 program is designed to establish the initial safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic profile of MB-204 in humans, while generating clinical data to inform subsequent development. This transition is supported by encouraging preclinical findings, with MB-204 demonstrating immediate, robust and durable effects, including measurable carry-over effects following cessation of treatment, across multiple mouse models relevant to neurodevelopmental disorders, including Oprm1, Rett and Fragile X models. Together, these findings provide a scientific rationale for advancing MB-204 into clinical development and establishing its initial human safety and pharmacokinetic profile.

“We are pleased to begin moving forward into a Phase I trial for MB-204 in partnership with Novatech following the recent closing of our private placement and signing of a letter-of-intent,” said Marvel’s CEO Rod Matheson. “Novatech provides end-to-end clinical trial management, site selection, regulatory and ethics submissions, biostatistics, data management, and medical writing. They have an early-phase clinical focus including First-in-Human and proof-of-concept studies. The trial will be conducted in Australia which offers a streamlined and favourable regulatory environment as well as a generous 43% tax credit. We look forward to updating the market on our single ascending dose and multiple ascending dose studies as we progress. This marks Marvel’s transition from a pre-clinical to clinical phase company.”

Corporate Update:

  • The Phase I single ascending dose (SAD) study is expected to begin in Q4 of 2026. The SAD study is designed to test the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics (PK) of MB-204 as well as include a potential biomarker and several cognitive endpoints. The data from the SAD will inform the design of the subsequent multiple ascending dose (MAD) study.
  • Marvel has previously developed a novel liquid-based formulation of MB-204 for its Phase 1 trial SAD study which improved the drug’s PK in pre-clinical studies and may facilitate administration in patient populations where swallowing solid dosage forms may present challenges. The work was conducted with a grant from the National Research Council of Canada.
  • The Company is currently preparing manuscripts for scientific publication and will provide a future update on conference participation.
  • In collaboration with the iBrain Inserm Lab, Marvel is planning an upcoming experiment to test the efficacy of MB-204 against Yamo Pharmaceuticals’ L1-79 (repurposed racemic N-methyl Tyrosine) in a mouse model of autism. L1-79 recently demonstrated efficacy in a Phase 2 study.

Definitions

Trading Volume represents the notional value of trades, i.e. the product of the quantity of assets transacted and the trade price at the time the transaction was executed. The quantity represents the total U.S. dollar equivalent value of matched trades transacted between a buyer and seller through our platform during the period of measurement.

Average Trading Spread represents total commissions earned from transactions on the Bullish Exchange for the period, expressed as a percentage of the trading volume for the period. Management reviews this metric, which reflects the cost of trading on the Bullish Exchange, changes in fair value of perpetual futures, and rebates, for insight into the average revenue generated per unit of trading volume on our platform.

Volatility is calculated using 1-minute price intervals from Coindesk Data’s Adaptive Diversified Liquidity Index for BTC and ETH. We determine the daily volatility by measuring the standard deviation of these minute-by-minute price changes, which provides a more granular view of price fluctuations. This daily figure is then converted to an annualized volatility by multiplying it by the square root of 365, a standard practice for making risk metrics comparable over a one-year period.
