Tegoprubart-treated patients maintained statistically significantly higher kidney function as measured by mean eGFR through 24 months, with an approximately 13 mL/min/1.73 m² advantage versus tacrolimus (71 vs. 58 mL/min/1.73 m²) at month 24

No rejections occurred in the tegoprubart arm beyond six months post-transplant, compared with seven in the tacrolimus arm

Tegoprubart granted U.S. FDA Fast Track designation for the prevention of rejection in kidney transplantation

Phase 3 LEGACY study expected to initiate in the fourth quarter of 2026

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eledon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Eledon”) (Nasdaq: ELDN) today announced updated long-term data from its Phase 2 BESTOW clinical program evaluating tegoprubart in patients undergoing kidney transplantation, presented at the International Congress of The Transplantation Society, taking place September 20-23, 2026, in Sydney, Australia. The Company also announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Fast Track designation to tegoprubart for the prevention of rejection in kidney transplantation.

“The BESTOW extension study data and continued improvements in kidney function and safety profile with tegoprubart versus standard of care tacrolimus further strengthen our belief in tegoprubart’s potential to become the new cornerstone immunosuppression therapy for kidney transplant recipients,” said David-Alexandre C. Gros, M.D., Chief Executive Officer of Eledon. “These long-term results, together with FDA Fast Track designation, support our plans to initiate the Phase 3 LEGACY study in kidney transplantation in the fourth quarter and advance tegoprubart as quickly as possible for transplant patients in need of better immunosuppressive options to improve long-term outcomes.”

The FDA’s Fast Track process is designed to facilitate the development and expedite the review of drugs that treat serious conditions and address significant unmet medical needs. Companies receiving Fast Track designation may be eligible for more frequent interactions with the FDA, rolling review of future marketing applications, and eligibility for Accelerated Approval and Priority Review.

Updated Phase 2 BESTOW Results

  • As of the data cutoff in the BESTOW long-term extension study, 90 patients had been followed through 18 months, and 81 patients had been followed through 24 months. Tegoprubart-treated patients maintained statistically significantly higher mean estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), a measure of kidney graft function, at months 18, 21, and 24, with an approximately 13 mL/min/1.73 m² advantage over tacrolimus at month 24 (71 vs. 58 mL/min/1.73 m² [95% CI: 2.6, 23.3]). See Figure 1.
  • There were no reported cases of biopsy-proven acute rejection (BPAR) in the tegoprubart arm beyond six months post-transplant compared with seven in the tacrolimus arm. One new case of graft loss was observed in the tacrolimus arm.

Next Steps

Following its successful End-of-Phase 2 meeting with the FDA, Eledon remains on track to initiate its global Phase 3 trial of tegoprubart in kidney transplantation (LEGACY) in the fourth quarter of 2026. The LEGACY trial is expected to enroll approximately 600 patients, with a primary endpoint of non-inferiority of tegoprubart versus tacrolimus on a composite efficacy failure endpoint at 12 months, defined as a combination of biopsy-proven acute rejection (BPAR), graft loss, and death.

LUXEMBOURG, Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Koryx Copper S.A. (TSXV:KRY) (NSX:KYX) (OTCQX:KRYXF) (“Koryx” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce assay results from 18 drill holes (7,074m) received as part of the ongoing infill and expansion drill program on the wholly-owned Haib Copper Project (“Haib” or the “Project”) in southern Namibia.

Haib is a massive, disseminated porphyry Cu/Mo/Au deposit and is envisaged to produce a Cu and Mo concentrate via large-scale open pit mining and conventional sulphide milling and flotation.

Heye Daun, Koryx Copper’s President & CEO commented: “This release covers assay results from a further 18 drill holes totalling 7,074m. Consistent with our prior results, we continue to see very wide intercepts across the Haib deposit, together with some notably higher-grade zones near surface, and this set of results demonstrates this well, particularly within Target Area 3 where the mine plan is scheduled to begin. With the infill and expansion drilling program now complete, our technical team is focused on completing the geological modelling and estimation work required for the updated MRE and PFS, both of which remain on track for publication before the end of 2026.”

Description of Drill Results

Target Area 1

HM190, located in the northeast of Target 1 and in line with expectations, is a shallow hole that returned consistent near-surface copper mineralisation, including a 22m interval grading 0.42% Cu from 58 to 80m. The proximity of these intervals to surface highlights the potential for shallow copper mineralisation in this part of the system. While molybdenum is practically absent, gold shows some concentration between 160 and 166m, where two samples returned grades >0.1g/t Au.

HM193 was collared in Target 1 and drilled through the Quartz Vein into Target 2 mineralisation. Copper intersections below 202m (28m @ 0.39% Cu and 22m @ 0.68% Cu) are associated with low-grade molybdenum (<50ppm) and above-average gold (>0.03g/t), which is typical of Target 1 mineralisation. Below 202m, within Target 2, there is a general increase in Mo tenor associated with very wide, lower-grade copper zones (194m @ 0.34% Cu and 169m @ 0.36% Cu), although, as demonstrated by the 8m @ 1.05% Cu intersection, higher-grade zones do occur. Overall, the results for HM193 correlate well with the current geological model.

HM198 intersected mineralisation from surface, with 0 to 20m grading 0.24% Cu, together with elevated molybdenum (157ppm) and gold (0–4m @ 0.11g/t). Apart from a deeper 16m interval grading 0.29% Cu, copper grades are low for the remainder of the hole. Located in the south of Target 1 to better define the limit of copper mineralisation, the results for HM198 are expected to produce a marginal reduction in mineralised tonnage in this area.

Copper and molybdenum grades in HM204 are generally low throughout the hole. The 22m interval from 224m downhole contains above-average gold mineralisation (>0.035g/t), which materially contributes to the CuEq grade. Tungsten is evident between 156 and 246m, with a best interval of 6m @ 258ppm W.

Target Area 2

Results for HM189, an infill hole in the south of Target 2, correlate well with the existing grade model. Copper mineralisation is contained in relatively narrow bands (6 to 14m) up to 450m downhole, supported by higher molybdenum grades. Below 450m, a 115m interval grading 0.27% Cu was returned, while the high molybdenum grade (160ppm) materially affects the CuEq grade. Gold is present, with two samples returning >0.1g/t, as is tungsten, with multiple samples returning >100ppm and a best result of 359ppm over 2m.

HM194 was drilled into Target 2 from outside the western limit of mineralisation and intersected several discrete zones of copper mineralisation, the most substantial being a 58m interval grading 0.45% Cu. As is typical of this area, molybdenum is notably enriched, as is gold. Tungsten is also present, with the best intervals being 8m @ 338ppm and 2m @ 580ppm.

HMRC012, located south of Target 2 to delineate the limit of mineralisation in this area, shows that the tenor of copper and molybdenum is low and that the trace lies beyond the main mineralisation. The only appreciable mineralisation occurs in a 4m interval grading 0.77% Cu and 724ppm Mo.

Copper mineralisation to 400m within HMRC015, an infill hole, is restricted to relatively narrow zones (<10m) with grades just above 0.30%, associated with low molybdenum. Below 400m, a significant zone of 79m grading 0.43% Cu is intersected, and it is clear that the hole ended in mineralisation. This final interval lies outside the current model but correlates well with projections of the main higher-grade Target 2 mineralisation. As such, a slight increase in higher-grade tonnage is expected in this area.

Target Area 3

HM182 is an infill hole located on the western edge of Target 3 showing a high-grade zone from surface averaging 0.42% Cu over 58m, including 20m @ 0.59% Cu. Below this, a further 42m zone grades 0.32% Cu, with materially higher Mo grades averaging 178ppm over the full interval. Below this, copper mineralisation is contained within at least seven zones varying in thickness from 4 to 18m, with copper typically >0.4% Cu. Mo is more variable. Results are generally in line with expectations, although the near-surface intersection is significantly higher grade than predicted by the model.

Results for HM186, an infill hole in the west of Target 3, are in line with expectations. The 150m interval grading 0.34% Cu from surface includes 14m @ 0.57% Cu and 8m @ 0.89% Cu. Deeper in the sequence, the Cu tenor is generally low, with slightly elevated molybdenum grades.

Copper results for HM191, a centrally located infill hole, are in line with expectations. Three wide zones returned copper grades >0.35% Cu, supported by good molybdenum grades. The widest and deepest interval is 82m at 0.51% Cu, including 20m @ 0.95% Cu. Gold is also present, with two samples between 334 and 366m returning grades >0.23g/t.

Results for HM192 returned a substantial 102m interval grading 0.38% Cu from 6 to 108m, including 6m at 0.66% Cu and 166ppm Mo. Multiple copper zones were intersected at depth, including 54m @ 0.36% Cu. Significant gold, for Haib, was returned between 376 and 390m, with 4m @ 0.10g/t Au and 8m @ 0.11g/t Au.

Results for HM199, an infill hole located in the centre of Target 3, are exceptional, although in line with expectations. From 4m downhole, a 16m interval grading 0.73% Cu was returned. The standout result, however, is 224m @ 0.46% Cu, including 26m @ 0.68% Cu and 20m @ 0.71% Cu. Gold is present throughout, with the best intervals being 24m @ 0.11g/t and 4m @ 0.10g/t.

Results for HM202, located in the eastern half of Target 3, generally correlate with the current model. At least seven zones were intersected, five of them with widths >28m. Copper grades vary within a narrow range, typically between 0.30 and 0.40% Cu, while molybdenum occurs at higher grades at the top and bottom of the borehole.

HM205 is drilled in the northeast of Target 3 and shows that copper mineralisation extends closer to surface than currently modelled. The 52m interval grading 0.39% Cu, including 12m @ 0.61% Cu, lies outside the current model and is expected to improve the near-surface higher-grade tonnage in this area. Mo grades are relatively low throughout, while gold is slightly above average.

Overall, results for HMRC017, an infill hole, correlate well with the current model. Mineralised intervals vary in thickness from 10m to 56m, with grades generally in the 0.35–0.40% Cu range, while molybdenum shows a marked increase below 92m. Gold is present, with two samples returning 0.16 and 0.11g/t.

Target Area 4

HM200 is located in the south of Target 4 and returned results for the first 158m of this infill borehole that correlate well with the current model. However, the high-grade interval predicted between 156 and 300m did not materialise. The reasons for this are not yet understood but will be assessed.

  1. True widths are unknown. Widths are interval widths and not true widths. The reported intervals are calculated using the following parameters:
    1. Only CuEq (%) was used to determine the intervals.
    2. The target composite grade is ≥0.30% CuEq.
    3. Composites start and end with samples ≥0.30% CuEq.
    4. Grades between 0.20% and 0.30% are included in interval but generally constitute <40% of the interval.
    5. Consecutive samples between 0.20% and 0.30% should be fewer than 5 samples (10m).
    6. Grades below 0.20% are included but generally constitute <20% of the interval.
    7. Consecutive grades <0.2% should be fewer than 2 samples (4m).
  2. Mineral Resource (MRE) copper equivalent (CuEq%) values have been calculated using commodity type and price considering the relevant recovery rate. The following metal prices were used Cu US$4.54/lb; Mo US$22.68/lb; Au US$4,000/oz along with the following recoveries indicated from test work, Cu 89%; Mo 65% and Au 50%. The CuEq was then calculated using CuEq = [(Cu grade/100 * 0.89 Cu recovery * 2204.62 * $4.54 Cu price/lb) + (Mo ppm/1000000 * 0.65 Mo recovery * 2204.62 * $22.68 Mo price/lb) + (Au grade * 0.50 Au recovery * 4000 Au price/oz / 31.1035)] / [0.89 Cu Recovery * 2204.62 * $4.54 Cu price/lb]

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

All drill core is HQ sized at collar and reduced to NQ size in fresh rock. The core was all logged, photographed, and cut in half with a diamond saw. Half of the core was bagged and sent to ALS Laboratories Ltd. in Johannesburg, South Africa for analysis (SANAS Accredited Testing Laboratory, No. T0387) and ActLabs in Canada, while the other half was quartered with one quarter archived and stored on site for verification and reference purposes while the other quarter will be used for metallurgical test work. 33 elements are analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) utilizing a 4-acid digestion and gold is assayed for using a 30g fire assay method. Duplicate samples, blanks, and certified standards are included with every batch and are actively used to ensure proper quality assurance and quality control (“QA/QC”) The QA/QC frequency is 1 in 20 for each of blanks, duplicates and standards.

About Koryx Copper S.A.

Koryx Copper S.A. is a Luxembourg domiciled copper development Company focused on advancing its 100% owned Haib Copper Project in Namibia whilst also building a portfolio of copper exploration licenses in Zambia. Haib is a large copper porphyry deposit in southern Namibia with significant gold and molybdenum credits and a long history of exploration and project development by multiple operators.

More than 160,000m of drilling has been conducted at Haib since the 1970’s with significant exploration programs led by companies including Falconbridge (1964), Rio Tinto (1975), Teck (2014) and Koryx Copper (2021-2026). Extensive further drilling, metallurgical testing and various technical studies have been completed at Haib. Additional studies are underway aiming to demonstrate Haib as a future long-life, low-cost, low-risk open pit, sulphide milling and flotation copper project with additional heap leach potential.

Mineralisation at Haib is typical of a porphyry copper deposit and is dominantly chalcopyrite with minor bornite and chalcocite present and only minor secondary copper minerals at surface due to the arid environment. Haib is one of only a few examples of a Paleoproterozoic porphyry copper deposit in the world. Due to its age, the deposit has been subjected to multiple metamorphic and deformation events but still retains many of the classic mineralisation and alteration features typical of these deposits.

Further details of the Haib Copper Project are available in the technical report titled “March 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate Haib Copper Project, Namibia, National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report” dated effective March 16, 2026. The report and other information are available on the Company’s website at www.koryxcopper.com and under the Company’s profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.

Table 1 shows assay results, including drill hole locations and orientations, and is also linked here. Reported assay intervals represent downhole intersections, not true widths. True widths can be estimated at approximately 70-80% of the reported intervals.

Figure 1 shows the locations of the drill holes reported in this news release, as well as the other holes completed in 2026, the remaining planned 2026 drill collar locations and the drill collars of pre-2026 drilling of the South Zone.

Figure 2 presents a South Zone cross-section highlighting drill hole SNR26-108, and Figure 3 presents a South Zone cross-section highlighting drill holes SNR26-116 and SNR26-129. The sections are viewed to the northwest (310°) and illustrate strong continuity of mineralization hosted within structurally controlled quartz veins and hydrothermal breccia zones.

Sampling, Laboratory Analyses and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)

Most core samples consist of halved drill core cut by manual sawing using industry standard core saws. In rare cases, and where required by physical core conditions, manual splitting may be used. Half of the core is retained in the original core box for reference samples and any required future work, including QA/QC. Core samples, controlled by a unique bar-coded reference number, are delivered to ALS’s Kamloops facility and prepared using the PREP-31 package. Each core sample is crushed to better than 70% passing a 2mm (Tyler 9 mesh, US Std. No.10) screen. A split of 250g is taken and pulverized to better than 85% passing a 75-micron (Tyler 200 mesh, US Std. No. 200) screen.

Further analytical and assay procedures are conducted in ALS’s North Vancouver facility. A 0.75g subsample of the pulverized split is subjected to four acid digestion and analyzed via ICP-MS (method code ME-MS61m (+Hg)) which reports a suite of 49 elements.

All samples are also analyzed for gold by fire assay with an AES finish, method code Au-ICP21 (30g sample size) or Au-ICP22 (50g sample size). Samples returning gold values over 10ppm are subjected to over-limit check assays using fire assay and a gravimetric finish (method code Au-GRA21 and a 30g sample size, or Au-GRAV22 and a 50g sample size). The switch to 50g aliquots applies to 2026 resource infill drill holes starting at, and including, SNR26-98. Other over-limit elements may also be subjected to ore grade analyses which vary depending on the element of interest.

ALS’s facilities are accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard for gold assays, and all analytical methods include quality control materials at set frequencies with established data acceptance criteria.

QA/QC incorporates the laboratory’s internal quality assurance controls as well as Westhaven’s field controls, including the insertion of quarter core duplicates, certified reference materials and blanks, each at a rate of roughly one per 20-25 core samples.
Additional blanks are inserted following samples with visible gold or significant concentrations of ginguro (fine grained bands of dark gray to black sulphides).

QA/QC data are evaluated on receipt for failures, and appropriate action is taken if results for duplicates, standards and blanks fall outside allowed tolerances. Westhaven’s ongoing QA/QC programs are consistent with industry best practices and include auditing of all exploration data. Any significant changes will be reported when available.

SINGAPORE, Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG), a leading global provider of customer engagement and marketing technology services, today announced that its enterprise-grade AI agent platform, GPTBots.ai, has integrated Jev — the “System One” decision model from TypeSafe AI — to build what the team calls a “two-layer AI architecture”: one layer that thinks, and one layer that judges.

Aurora Mobile Limited

(Screenshot of the GPTBots.ai Console)

The integration introduces a two-layer AI architecture inside GPTBots.ai: one layer that handles reasoning, and one layer that handles decisions — each optimized for what it does best. The move comes just one week after TypeSafe AI released Jev on September 15, a purpose-built decision model that has since been integrated by Vercel, Cloudflare, LangChain, and other major developer platforms.

The Problem: Enterprise AI Pays for Thinking When It Only Needs to Judge

Every AI agent workflow is full of decisions that don’t require language generation. Is this a billing question or a technical one? Does this retrieved document actually answer the user’s question? Which model should handle this task? These are binary or categorical judgments — yes/no, this/that, relevant/irrelevant — yet most platforms run them through full-scale LLMs that generate paragraphs of text just to arrive at a single classification.

The result: enterprises pay for words they don’t need, wait for tokens that could have been a millisecond decision, and get no reliable measure of how confident the model actually is.

The Solution: A Dedicated Decision Layer

Jev was built for this exact gap. It does not generate text. It takes unstructured state as input and returns structured, probabilistic decisions — Choice, Score, or Yes/No — in a single parallel pass, with calibrated confidence scores attached to every answer.

According to TypeSafe’s published benchmarks:

  • Speed: 70–500ms end-to-end, vs. 3–329 seconds for frontier LLMs
  • Cost: $0.042 per million input tokens; output is free — up to 445× cheaper than comparable LLM decision tasks
  • Reliability: 0% structured output error rate, vs. up to 45.5% for some frontier models
  • Adoption: Integrated by Vercel, Cloudflare, LangChain, and Langfuse within days of launch

How GPTBots.ai Builds the Two-Layer Architecture

GPTBots.ai is not adding Jev as an afterthought. The platform already operated several decision-layer mechanisms. The Jev integration deepens and unifies these capabilities under a single, purpose-built model.

The architecture divides work by nature. The Decision Layer, powered by Jev, handles fast, high-volume judgments — routing, filtering, classification, relevance scoring — in under 500ms at a fraction of the cost of an LLM call. The Reasoning Layer handles complex reasoning, text generation, and open-ended dialogue using general-purpose LLMs such as GPT and Claude. Each task runs on the engine best suited for it.

Three existing GPTBots.ai capabilities now powered by Jev:

1. Model Auto-Router — Picking the right brain before the task starts

Before any task begins, GPTBots.ai evaluates the incoming query and routes it to the best-matched model. With Jev, this routing decision becomes faster and calibrated. Jev assesses query complexity, domain, and urgency, then returns a probabilistic recommendation that the router acts on in milliseconds — replacing an expensive LLM call with a sub-500ms judgment at a fraction of a cent.

2. Dynamic Top-K — Filtering noise out of knowledge retrieval

When RAG retrieves dozens of document chunks, not all are relevant. GPTBots.ai’s Dynamic Top-K capability discards irrelevant chunks before they reach the LLM. Jev strengthens this step by scoring each chunk’s semantic relevance as a calibrated probability — so only the highest-confidence knowledge reaches the model, reducing hallucination risk and token waste.

3. Intent Classification in FlowAgent and Workflow — Routing to the right business branch

GPTBots.ai’s FlowAgent and Workflow modules include a Classifier that identifies user intent and routes conversations to the correct business branch. With Jev, each routing decision carries a confidence score: high-confidence cases move forward automatically, uncertain cases escalate to a stronger model or a human agent.

“We already had the building blocks — model routing, dynamic retrieval, intent classification,” said Chris Lo, Founder and CEO of GPTBots.ai. “What Jev gives us is a dedicated decision engine that handles these judgments at a speed and cost point that changes the economics of the entire pipeline. Instead of paying for a full LLM call on every routing decision, we now pay a fraction of a cent per judgment — and get calibrated confidence scores to boot.”

Confidence-Driven Execution: Act, Review, Escalate

The two-layer architecture introduces a configurable confidence threshold system. Every Jev decision comes with a probability score. Enterprises can set their own thresholds per workflow — deciding which decisions execute automatically, which require review, and which escalate to human agents. A billing classification might auto-execute at high confidence; a compliance decision might require near-certainty. The platform adapts to the cost of being wrong, not just the speed of being right.

What This Means for Enterprise Customers

  • Cost reduction: Decision tasks that previously consumed full LLM tokens now cost fractions of a cent. For platforms processing millions of judgments daily, the savings compound quickly.
  • Lower latency: Sub-500ms decision responses keep real-time conversations and automated workflows moving without waiting for LLM round-trips.
  • Calibrated confidence: Every decision comes with a probability score — replacing “the model seems sure” with a number you can build automation rules around.
  • Zero type errors: Jev outputs are schema-guaranteed. No JSON parsing failures, no malformed responses, no pipeline breaks from unexpected output formats.

Autonomous vehicle and ADAS teams using RTMaps will get two compression modes to apply across their pipeline – lossless and content-adaptive.

Join the demonstration at AutoSens Europe in Barcelona, September 22–24, stand 131; and at dSPACE User Conference, September 23 in Santa Clara, California

Herzliya, Israel, Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Beamr Imaging Ltd. (Nasdaq: BMR), a leader in video optimization technology and solutions, and Intempora, a dSPACE company and pioneer in advanced software solutions for autonomous driving, today announced that the companies will demonstrate Beamr’s ML-Safe lossless compression for RTMaps – reducing video data at the point of capture in the test vehicle, in real time, with zero data loss.

The demonstration will be presented at AutoSens Europe, September 22–24 (stand 131), and at the dSPACE User Conference on September 23.

Autonomous vehicle (AV) teams produce massive video datasets. That volume strains every stage of development. It starts at capture in the test vehicle’s data logger, with recordings of tens of terabytes in one shift; grows as data moves to the cloud and data center; and grows again with simulation and training, where teams add synthetic data to what they recorded.

Beamr demonstrates lossless compression for 12-bit Bayer – the test vehicle camera’s raw output. Until now, the encoder in the test vehicle did not accept the 12-bit Bayer format, leaving teams to store it as heavy raw files or discard data they may later need. Beamr’s lossless video data compression runs in real time on the GPU already in the test vehicle’s data logger. Initial Beamr testing showed a 47% reduction on recordings from eight 8-megapixel cameras, nearly doubling how much each vehicle can capture – and smaller files move off the vehicle faster, shortening the time it takes to get recordings to the cloud.

ML-Safe lossless compression joins Beamr’s content-adaptive compression, giving RTMaps users two modes to apply across their pipeline. Content-adaptive compression reduces video data load by up to 50% while preserving ML model accuracy, capture more in the vehicle, and move it faster and at lower cost. RTMaps (Real-Time Multisensor Applications) is a modular development and execution middleware, designed to acquire, synchronize, process, record and replay heterogeneous data streams in real-time.

“The volume of sensor and video data our users move through RTMaps, and then store and manage in IVS (Intempora Validation Suite), keeps growing. Coping with this volume is one of the hardest parts of AV development,” said Nicolas Du Lac, CEO of Intempora. “Compression is essential to keep that data workable, and together with Beamr we are demonstrating it in two modes – lossy when a smaller file with preserved ML accuracy aligns with their needs, and lossless when the data has to stay bit-exact.”

“The volume of high-resolution camera data is one of the biggest challenges our customers face in data logging and data-driven development,” said Peter Ngure, Product Manager at dSPACE. “Efficient compression at the point of capture, without compromising data integrity, is an important building block. We welcome Intempora’s collaboration with technology partners like Beamr, giving RTMaps users more options to manage their data across the toolchain.”

“AV and ADAS teams see value with compression that matches what each development stage needs. Beamr’s ML-Safe solution lets them make this decision with confidence,” said Haggai Barel, Beamr COO. “Teams can already apply lossy content-adaptive compression that reduces data held in the cloud and the datasets that feed simulation and training; and now we are demonstrating lossless compression that keeps data bit-exact where it is captured in the data logger.”

Under Tilray ownership, BrewDog is back on the front foot — with fresh investment, renewed energy and award-winning beers driving the next chapter for one of the UK and Europe’s biggest craft beer brands.

BrewDog Lost

ELLON, Scotland and LONDON, Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BrewDog, by Tilray Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLRY; TSX: TLRY), is launching a major multi-platform marketing campaign to make one message unmistakable: BrewDog is entering a new era under Tilray ownership, with fresh investment, renewed energy and strong backing behind its beers, bars, people and next chapter of growth.

Irwin D. Simon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Tilray Brands, comments: “This is BrewDog’s first major campaign in a long time, and it is only the beginning. Since acquiring BrewDog, Tilray has moved quickly to put real capital, focus and operating discipline behind the business, including nearly £50 million of investment across operations, working capital, people and the platform needed to support growth. BrewDog is one of the biggest and most recognised beer brands in the UK and across Europe, and we see tremendous opportunity to re-energise it, strengthen its connection with consumers, and build it into an even bigger global business. We are proud to keep brewing BrewDog beer in Ellon, proud to honour its Scottish brewing heritage and fully committed to backing the people, beers, bars, and brewing excellence that make BrewDog such a great beer brand. This campaign is a clear signal of our commitment to the brand, and it is one of many investments we intend to make as we drive BrewDog’s next chapter of growth.”

BrewDog Letter

The campaign will bring that message to market through major out-of-home and above-the-line activity across high-impact consumer, customer, and trade touchpoints. Launching on 21 September, it includes large-format outdoor advertising, digital screens in high-traffic areas and a letter from Tilray, BrewDog’s new owner, in 70,000 print copies of City AM. The City AM letter outlines Tilray’s commitment to BrewDog’s future, including renewed investment in the brand, its people, bars, and brewing heritage.

The creative carries the stand-out lines BrewDog fans and customers expect from the brand, including ‘No More Cunning Stunts. Just Great Beer’ alongside Punk IPA, ‘We’ve Flipped the Bird’ alongside Wingman and ‘A Little Less Allegation’ alongside Elvis Juice. Together, the work draws a confident line under the past while keeping BrewDog’s bold, irreverent personality front and centre.

BrewDog Punk IPA

Stuart Harrison, Chief Growth Officer, BrewDog, comments: “For our customers and trade partners, this campaign is just the beginning — and a clear way to show that BrewDog is entering a new era. Under Tilray ownership, we are investing behind the brand, backing our retail, wholesale and on-trade partners, and giving them the tools, offers and visibility to drive footfall, rate of sale and profitable growth. At the centre of that growth is great beer quality — the beers consumers love and the consistency, credibility, and performance our partners expect from BrewDog. We have the scale, recognition, and portfolio to win with consumers and deliver for customers, and we could not be more excited to work with our partners to capture the opportunity ahead.”

BrewDog Hazy

John Beasley, Chief Marketing Officer, BrewDog, comments: “BrewDog has always been at its best when it brings energy, attitude, and ambition to the beer category. Under New Ownership is more than a campaign; it is a statement that BrewDog is back with focus, investment, and the creative firepower to reignite momentum. We are here to support our partners, excite customers and remind the market why BrewDog remains one of the UK and Europe’s greatest beer brands.”

The campaign follows strong momentum across BrewDog’s beer portfolio, drinks platform and innovation pipeline. BrewDog recently swept up at the 2026 World Beer Awards, with Hazy Jane, Wingman and Mackie’s Two Scoops earning Gold and Scotland Country Winner awards, while Punk IPA, Lost Lager, Black Heart, and Mello were recognised among the World’s Best Beers.

To support the campaign, BrewDog will offer high-impact promotions and activations across supermarkets, on-trade, convenience, BrewDog bars and online. In grocery, BrewDog will offer £3 four-packs of Punk IPA direct to consumers, backed by high-impact in-store media, digital screens, social activity, and fixture messaging designed to drive visibility, footfall, and rate of sale. The discounted packs will also be available on BrewDog.com for a limited time.

BrewDog Wingman

To help pubs and bars bring that momentum to customers, BrewDog is giving new and existing on-trade customers the chance to win one of up to 1,000 free kegs of Wingman, session IPA. Promoted through trade press, route-to-market customers and the field sales team, operators simply register their interest before 12th October for the chance to win. Full terms and conditions apply.

In October, convenience retailers will be able to buy cases of Punk IPA and Hazy Jane at strong promotional pricing in participating wholesalers, giving them a timely reason to stock BrewDog’s leading beers and pass the saving on to shoppers. High-impact depot and in-store visibility will aim to drive distribution and rate of sale.

Across BrewDog’s UK and Ireland bars, the campaign will bring the ‘Under New Ownership’ message to life through high-impact customer touchpoints from the moment guests walk through the door. Customers will also be invited to raise a glass to BrewDog’s next chapter with a ‘Pint on the New Owner’ available through BrewDog Treats, giving fans and supporters a reason to come in, celebrate the brand’s future and be part of what comes next.

BrewDog 'A Little Less Allegation'

Since acquiring BrewDog, Tilray has invested £50 million to stabilise business operations and has reopened 16 BrewDog bars, including an industry-first community bar in Inverurie, Scotland. BrewDog has also strengthened its growth platform through new partnerships and high-profile brand moments, including a partnership with Underbelly, a five-year official beer partnership with Leicester Tigers, the £1 million World Cup bar tab and Park IPA, a summer out-of-home campaign with Deliveroo that put 20,000 cold cans of Punk IPA into consumers’ hands. Tilray has also expanded BrewDog’s platform beyond its core portfolio. Earlier this year, Tilray, the fourth largest craft brewer in the U.S., introduced 24 Tilray-owned American craft beers into BrewDog bars, including SweetWater, Montauk, 10 Barrel, Shock Top, Alpine, Green Flash and Blue Point, expanding choice for UK consumers and showcasing BrewDog’s bar platform. That platform is also supporting new formats and occasions, including the UK launch of Hi*Ball Energy Drink and BrewDog’s Liquid Visions, a premium craft beer series featuring new hop varieties, fresh beer styles, and creative collaborations. Hi*Ball is also now the official energy drink partner of Wolverhampton Wanders Football Club.

Across supermarkets, pubs, bars and BrewDog’s UK and Ireland venues, the ‘Under New Ownership’ campaign gives consumers, customers and trade partners a clear reason to get behind BrewDog’s next chapter — with great beer, strong promotions and the energy of a brand moving forward with renewed focus, confidence and momentum.

  • Deployment strengthens Plug’s growing presence across hydrogen production, refueling and industrial decarbonization projects in New Zealand and Australia
  • 1 MW GenEco electrolyzer will produce hydrogen for HWR Hydrogen’s Invercargill refueling station and dual-fuel heavy transport fleet
  • From distributed hydrogen production to large-scale industrial projects, Plug technology is supporting a growing range of hydrogen applications across the region

SLINGERLANDS, N.Y., Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG), a global leader in comprehensive hydrogen solutions for the hydrogen economy, today announced the shipment of a 1 MW GenEco™ PEM electrolyzer to HWR Hydrogen, a division of H.W. Richardson Group Limited, expanding Plug’s GenEco footprint across New Zealand and Australia.

The unit will be installed at HWR Hydrogen’s refueling station in Invercargill, New Zealand, where it will produce hydrogen to support HWR’s fleet of dual-fuel hydrogen-diesel heavy trucks.

The project represents another step in the development of New Zealand’s emerging hydrogen ecosystem, where locally produced hydrogen is increasingly being deployed to address emissions from heavy transport and other hard-to-decarbonize applications. It also builds on Plug’s existing presence in the country, including deployed electrolyzer technology supporting Hiringa Energy’s green hydrogen refueling network.

Across New Zealand and Australia, hydrogen projects are moving into real-world deployment across transportation, refueling and industrial applications, ranging from distributed production serving local demand to major industrial projects requiring hundreds of megawatts of electrolyzer capacity.

“What’s important about this project isn’t simply the size of the electrolyzer. It’s what it represents,” said José Luis Crespo, CEO of Plug. “Plug is building a strong presence alongside this emerging market, with the technology and experience to support projects at every scale. As hydrogen adoption grows across New Zealand and Australia, we’re positioned to grow with it.”

Once installed, the system will enable local hydrogen production at HWR Hydrogen’s Invercargill refueling station, supporting the company’s dual-fuel fleet while helping establish the infrastructure required for broader hydrogen adoption across Southland and the South Island.

“We’re looking forward to installing the Plug GenEco electrolyzer equipment, which we will use at our refueling station initially to supply hydrogen for Change Fuel Technologies built dual-fuel trucks operated by HWR and other customers across the Southland region. The station will also be ready to refuel OEM-supplied hydrogen vehicles for HWR companies and the wider industry as they become available,” said Gareth Wishart, GM Technology & Innovation at HWR. “Bringing Plug equipment and capabilities to Invercargill is about proving out a model we can extend across the South Island as adoption grows.”

Plug’s work with HWR adds to a growing portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. In Australia, Plug was selected to supply a 50 MW GenEco PEM electrolyzer system for Orica’s Hunter Valley Hydrogen Hub, the largest renewable hydrogen project in Australia to reach FID, which is expected to produce approximately 4,700 metric tons of renewable hydrogen annually. In New Zealand, Plug technology is already deployed to support Hiringa Energy’s green hydrogen refueling network.

Final Acceptance Certificate confirms successful completion of the one-year operational liability period

MONTREAL, Sept. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — PyroGenesis Inc. (“PyroGenesis” or the “Company”) (TSX: PYR) (OTCQX: PYRGF) (FRA: 8PY1), a leader in ultra-high temperature processes and engineering innovation, and a plasma-based technology provider to heavy industry & defense, announces today that its subsidiary Pyro Green-Gas (“PGG”), received the Final Acceptance Certificate for a previously announced major project undertaken for Tata Steel (the “Client”), one of the world’s leading diversified steel producers. The certificate confirms successful completion of the one-year operational liability period and formally transfers responsibility for future operation of the system to the Client.

“The Final Acceptance Certificate announced today marks the culmination of years of close collaboration with Tata Steel to develop and implement a solution for one of its largest steelmaking facilities,” said Mr. P. Peter Pascali, President and CEO of PyroGenesis. “The steel industry’s off-gas processing sector has traditionally been dominated by some of the world’s largest engineering firms, making the successful completion and final acceptance of a system of this scale particularly significant for PyroGenesis. The system installed for Tata Steel covers an area equivalent to a football field and spans the height of a five-storey building. Having demonstrated our technology and engineering capabilities at this scale, we are now attracting interest from other major steelmakers. With more than 1,400 blast furnaces installed across 477 plants in 55 countries1 and continued investment in blast-furnace steelmaking – with approximately 70% of planned new global steel projects expected to incorporate blast furnaces2 – we believe there is a significant market opportunity for our advanced coke-oven gas cleaning and other steel industry technologies.”

About the Final Acceptance Certificate

As announced on July 15, 2025, PGG completed a major project for Tata Steel to develop and supply coke-oven gas purification solutions and hydrogen production processes designed to separate and recover hydrogen while removing toxic contaminants from coke oven gas. Under the terms of the agreement, PGG successfully passed all required project milestones. These milestones included (i) an Integrated Cold Test, which confirmed that all equipment and components met or exceeded the required operating and safety standards, and (ii) a Provisional Acceptance Test, which verified that the systems met agreed-upon contractual specifications.

The project completion announced in July 2025 initiated a one-year compliance and defects liability period during which system performance was monitored and PGG remained responsible for addressing any operational deficiencies. Such periods are standard for industrial projects of this scale. Generally, following the conclusion of such one-year period, a client may either extend the evaluation period or issue final acceptance, thereby assuming responsibility for future operations. Tata Steel has now issued the signed Final Acceptance Certificate, confirming completion of PGG’s work under the agreement and the transfer of responsibility for future operations of the system to Tata Steel.

About the Tata Steel Coke-Oven Gas Valorization and Hydrogen Production Project

Blast furnaces utilize coking coal, or “coke”, as part of the process to transform iron ore into steel. Coke acts as both a fuel to generate the intense heat required for smelting and as a reducing agent to remove oxygen from the iron ore. The gas released during the coke production process, known as coke-oven gas, is a toxic mix of human carcinogens comprised of approximately 54% hydrogen with the balance consisting of methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, tar, naphthalene, and other hydrocarbons which must be separated and removed before the hydrogen can be cleaned, reformed, and reused3. PyroGenesis’ subsidiary Pyro Green-Gas has decades of experience designing and installing technology solutions specifically for these situations.

As stated above, PGG supplied both coke-oven gas purification solutions and hydrogen production processes geared to extract hydrogen and other toxic gases from the blast furnace process. The gases were then separated, cleaned, and processed to render hydrogen to a 99.999% purity level. The plant has been in continuous 24 hrs./day operation at the Tata steel facility in Kalinganagar, India, where the newly reformed hydrogen produced by the system is being reused in other applications at the facility, thereby improving production efficiency and environmental outcomes. The systems installed by PGG are purifying 32,000 cubic meters of coke-oven gas per hour while extracting 620 cubic meters of ready-to-use hydrogen per hour.
