Geochemical and geophysical results expand known target footprints and support district-scale exploration potential across TDG’s 100%-owned Toodoggone mineral claims

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — TDG Gold Corp. (“TDG” or the “Company”) (TSXV: TDG | OTCQX: TDGGF) reports that interim results from its 2026 regional exploration program have expanded and better-defined exploration target areas at Baker–North Quartz, Black Gossan and Price–Trident. Each target area is characterized by kilometre-plus-scale geophysical responses or groupings of responses, located within TDG’s 100%-owned mineral claims in a corridor stretching northwest from Amarc-Freeport’s Aurora gold-rich copper porphyry discovery in BC’s Toodoggone District.

The results extend the exploration footprint beyond historical showings and support evaluating multiple potential mineralizing centres across an approximately 15-kilometre prospective corridor extending northwest of the Aurora Complex (Figure 1). Integrated soil geochemistry has identified additional gold- and copper-anomalous areas, the potential of which is supported by geophysical anomalies, providing a common technical basis for comparing and prioritizing opportunities across the corridor.

Key results

  • Baker–North Quartz: Gold and copper soil anomalies extend across several kilometres, while preliminary modelling identifies separate induced polarization (“IP”) chargeability responses distributed over an approximately 3.5-kilometre span. These responses extend the area of interest beyond the historical Baker high-grade gold-copper-silver mine workings and are not interpreted to be a single continuous body, rather a complex of anomalies.
  • Black Gossan: Preliminary modelling outlines a pronounced chargeability response with an approximately 2.1-kilometre horizontal extent in section, associated with relatively low resistivity, mapped alteration, soil geochemistry anomalies and magnetic contrasts.
  • Price–Trident: Copper and gold soil enrichment, intrusive geology and a local magnetic feature are associated with separate shallow and deeper chargeability responses across an approximately 1.45-kilometre span.

Remaining 2026 fieldwork, outstanding assays and final geophysical interpretations will support target ranking, with emphasis on geological setting, geochemical coherence, potential for near-surface mineralization and support from multiple independent datasets.

“The significance of this work is the combination of scale and multiple opportunities within one wholly-owned corridor,” said Paul Geddes, TDG’s SVP Business Development & Strategy. “A consistent technical framework allows us to compare those opportunities and identify where the strongest evidence comes together. That provides a better basis for selecting where to focus the next stage of exploration.”

A Corridor-Scale Strategy for Target Prioritization

The 2026 program integrates soil geochemistry, direct-current induced polarization (“DCIP”) and passive magnetotellurics across TDG’s 100%-owned mineral claims covering an area that encompasses TDG’s mineral-resource-stage Shasta project (PEA initiated June 2026), Aurora West and Baker, and extends as far north as the Saunders target (Figure 1). It represents the first comprehensive assessment of the broader corridor using consistent geochemical and geophysical coverage, looking beyond historical showings to determine whether they represent isolated occurrences or surface expressions of larger mineralized systems.

The principal exploration model is a corridor containing multiple intrusive-related hydrothermal centres and associated epithermal systems. Of particular interest are telescoped environments, where younger, shallower gold-rich mineralization may overprint earlier copper–gold porphyry system(s).

The regional alignment of Aurora West, Shasta, Newberry, Price–Trident, Black Gossan, Baker–North Quartz, and emerging targets farther north, defines a northwest-trending corridor with demonstrated copper, gold and silver endowment. TDG’s integrated approach is intended to identify the strongest near-surface opportunities and determine where multiple datasets support priority targets for potential drill testing.

Soil Survey: Expanding Target Footprints

3,455 soil samples have been collected against an expanded plan of approximately 5,000 samples.

Phase I established regional reconnaissance coverage using 200-by-200-metre and 200-by-400-metre sampling. Its purpose was to evaluate previously underexplored ground and identify new gold, copper and pathfinder-element anomalies.

Phases II and III are providing detailed follow-up through predominantly 100-by-100-metre sampling, locally with 50-by-50-metre infill, in areas of interest. This closer-spaced coverage is designed to refine anomaly boundaries, establish internal trends and identify the best locations for potential drill testing.

Results received to date demonstrate that the geochemical footprints around several historical occurrences are substantially broader than the individual showings that originally defined them. Around Baker–North Quartz, anomalous gold and copper values are distributed across several kilometres, extending the target well beyond the former Baker mine workings. Additional anomalous areas have been identified through Price–Trident and northward along the corridor.

The soil data also identify new areas of gold and copper enrichment where no established target had previously been defined (Figure 1). These anomalies may represent surface expressions of previously unrecognized mineralizing centres and allow TDG to evaluate the continuity of prospective trends between known occurrences.

North of Trident, emerging soil anomalies extend the investigation toward the property boundary and occur along the broader regional trend that continues toward Finlay Minerals’ (Freeport JV) neighbouring “Gold” target. The neighbouring occurrence is referenced for regional geological context only and is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on TDG’s property.

Geophysics: Investigating the Systems Below Surface

The 2026 geophysical program comprises approximately 55 line-kilometres of DCIP across eight regional lines, with approximately 48 line-kilometres completed and one seven-kilometre line remaining. The lines provide consistent, large-area coverage across the corridor, extending beyond individual historical showings.

The program also includes ground-based passive magnetotelluric data, acquired to provide complementary information on subsurface resistivity and the possible deeper architecture of the mineralizing systems.

Integrated IP, resistivity and magnetotelluric data help evaluate potential sulphide-bearing rocks, alteration, intrusive contacts and structures below surface. Preliminary modelling shows associations with known occurrences and soil anomalies, allowing TDG to assess target scale and prioritize areas supported by multiple independent datasets for potential drilling.

Target Findings

Baker–North Quartz: Expanded Footprint and Multiple Responses

The 2026 soil survey has expanded the gold and copper footprint around Baker–North Quartz to several kilometres, well beyond the area historically explored around the Baker veins.

Preliminary DCIP inversion modelling identifies several separate chargeability responses across an approximately 3.5-kilometre span. These responses occur within a broader magnetic low containing distinct internal magnetic features. They are not presently interpreted as one continuous body but collectively demonstrate that the broader Baker–North Quartz area contains multiple subsurface targets.

Baker is historically recognized as an epithermal gold–silver system with some porphyry affinities. Previous drilling also demonstrated that mineralization extends beyond the high-grade veins. In 2023, resampling of historical drill hole BK86-10 returned 100.3 metres grading 1.07 grams per tonne (“g/t”) gold, 0.10% copper and 4 g/t silver, including 37.4 metres grading 2.69 g/t gold and 0.19% copper. Reported drill intervals are core lengths. Estimated true widths are 40–60% of core length, and historical core recovery is unknown. Additional information is available in TDG’s August 15, 2023 news release.

The expanded soil footprint, multiple IP responses and historical broad mineralized drill intersections support evaluating Baker as a potentially larger hydrothermal system than indicated previously.

Black Gossan: Kilometre-Scale Subsurface Response

Preliminary DCIP modelling identifies a pronounced chargeability response over an approximately 2.1-kilometre horizontal extent in section, accompanied by relatively low resistivity.

The response is substantially larger than the historical surface occurrence and is associated with mapped alteration, anomalous soil geochemistry and magnetic contrasts. This combination supports the interpretation of a potentially extensive sulphide-bearing hydrothermal system.

Further interpretation will focus on identifying the most prospective near-surface portion of the response and distinguishing possible copper-bearing mineralization from a predominantly pyritic alteration envelope. The extent of the geophysical response does not necessarily represent a mineralized or economic deposit footprint.

Price–Trident: Coincident Geochemical and Geophysical Target

The Price–Trident area contains copper and gold soil enrichment associated with intrusive geology and a local magnetic feature. Preliminary modelling identifies separate shallow and deeper chargeability responses across an approximately 1.45-kilometre span in the broader Price–Trident sector.

The spatial relationship between the geochemistry, geology, magnetics and DCIP supports evaluating Price–Trident as an intrusive-related hydrothermal system with potential for near-surface copper–gold mineralization and associated epithermal mineralization.

The 2026 program has improved the definition of this target and provides a framework for locating the strongest convergence of surface geochemistry and subsurface geophysics.

Greater Shasta–Newberry (GSN): Evaluating Growth and Nearby Targets

In the GSN area, detailed soil sampling is improving coverage around the existing Shasta epithermal gold–silver mineral resource. The objective is to assess whether geochemical patterns, geological structures and geophysical responses identify opportunities to extend mineralization beyond the areas tested by historical and recent drilling.

Newberry remains an undrilled target situated along the same broader corridor as Shasta. Its multi-element soil signature, structural position and magnetic character support continued evaluation as a potential epithermal or intrusive-related target.

The integrated regional program provides, for the first time, a common dataset with which to assess Shasta, Newberry and the intervening ground. This is intended to help determine whether opportunities exist for resource growth at Shasta, nearby satellite mineralization or additional mineralizing centres along trend.

Emerging Regional Targets

Reconnaissance soil sampling has identified additional anomalous areas away from the principal historical showings. Follow-up work is evaluating these new targets based on their gold, copper and pathfinder-element signatures, geological setting, magnetic character and proximity to DCIP responses.

These areas remain at an early stage, but they expand the Company’s target inventory and demonstrate the benefit of assessing the entire corridor rather than limiting exploration to known occurrences.

Next Steps: Target Ranking and Selection

Remaining soil assays, infill sampling, geological mapping and final DCIP, resistivity, magnetic and magnetotelluric interpretations will be combined into a corridor-wide target-ranking framework.

Targets will be evaluated according to the strength, size and coherence of their geochemical response; interpreted depth and geometry of geophysical features; geological and structural setting; potential for near-surface mineralization; and the degree of agreement between independent datasets.

The objective is to develop a ranked portfolio from which to select targets for potential drill testing of:

  • extensions to known mineralized systems, including Baker and Shasta;
  • potential near-surface, gold-rich telescoped porphyry systems, using Aurora as a regional exploration model;
  • near-surface, bulk-tonnage epithermal gold–silver opportunities; and
  • potential new mineralizing centres identified through regional exploration.

TDG expects the completed program to provide the technical basis for selecting and sequencing follow-up ahead of the 2027 field season, with priority given to targets supported by the strongest combination of geological, geochemical and geophysical evidence.

Soil Sampling, Analytical Methods and Quality Assurance/Quality Control

Soil samples were collected predominantly from the B-horizon by trained field personnel using standardized procedures. Samples followed documented chain of custody between collection, processing and delivery to the analytical laboratory.

Samples were submitted to ALS Canada Ltd. (“ALS”) in Kamloops, British Columbia, for preparation and to ALS in Vancouver, British Columbia, for analysis.

Analysis utilized method AuME-ST43, comprising aqua-regia extraction of a 25-gram aliquot followed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy for gold and multiple elements. The method provides a lower gold detection limit of 0.1 parts per billion. Aqua regia provides a partial extraction, and reported results may not represent the total concentration of certain elements in the sample.

Quality assurance and quality control (“QA/QC”) are maintained internally by ALS through the use of certified reference materials, blanks and duplicates. TDG maintains an additional QA/QC program through the blind insertion of certified reference materials, blank samples and duplicate samples into the analytical sequence. If a QA/QC sample returns a result outside acceptable limits, an investigation is initiated and, where warranted, samples associated with the affected batch are reanalyzed.

Technical Disclosure

Soil anomalies identify areas of relative geochemical enrichment but do not establish the presence, dimensions, grade or continuity of mineralization. Geophysical anomalies may have multiple geological causes. Chargeability responses can reflect non-economic sulphides, including pyrite, and preliminary inversion geometries remain subject to refinement.

The exploration targets discussed in this release, other than the existing Shasta mineral resource, are conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to define mineral resources at these targets, and it is uncertain whether further exploration will result in the discovery of a mineral resource.

References to nearby deposits, discoveries and occurrences are provided solely for geological context and are not necessarily indicative of mineralization on TDG’s properties.

  • Immunovant’s proof-of-concept study of IMVT-1402 (imeroprubart) in cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE) did not achieve statistical significance on the primary endpoint of Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index Activity (CLASI-A) percent change from baseline at Week 12
  • Positive trends were observed on multiple endpoints, with deeper IgG reductions resulting in improved clinical outcomes, but the study did not meet Immunovant’s internal bar to continue development of IMVT-1402 in CLE
  • IMVT-1402 demonstrated a favorable safety and tolerability profile, consistent with prior studies
  • All other clinical development timelines remain on track

DURHAM, N.C., Sept. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Immunovant (Nasdaq: IMVT) today announced topline results from Period 1 of its proof-of-concept trial evaluating IMVT-1402 (imeroprubart) for the treatment of cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE).

The study did not achieve statistical significance on its primary endpoint of percent change from baseline in the Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index Activity (CLASI-A) score at Week 12. Numerical trends favoring IMVT-1402 over placebo were observed across multiple endpoints, and patients who achieved deeper IgG reductions from baseline were more likely to achieve improved clinical responses. However, due to the competitive landscape and the clinical results observed, Immunovant plans to stop development in CLE.

“On behalf of everyone at Immunovant, I want to thank the patients living with CLE who volunteered for this study and the investigators and clinical site teams who conducted it with such care. Their contributions advance our understanding of FcRn inhibition in autoimmune disease and will inform our work going forward,” said Eric Venker, M.D., Pharm.D., Chief Executive Officer of Immunovant.

Immunovant remains focused on rapidly advancing the clinical development of IMVT-1402 across multiple autoimmune diseases with significant unmet need, including Graves’ disease, difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis, myasthenia gravis, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, and Sjogren’s disease.

About the Proof-of-Concept Study of IMVT-1402 in CLE
The proof-of-concept clinical study (NCT06980805) of IMVT-1402 (imeroprubart) in CLE is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, global trial that assessed the safety and efficacy of IMVT-1402 in adult patients with CLE. The study enrolled 57 patients. In Period 1, patients were randomized to IMVT-1402 vs. placebo for a 12-week treatment period. The primary endpoint was the percent change from Period 1 baseline in CLASI-A score at Week 12.

TORONTO, Sept. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Inventus Mining Corp. (TSXV: IVS) (“Inventus” or the “Company”) is pleased to report results from 100 drill holes from its now-complete Phase 2 drill program at the 100%-owned Pardo “River of Gold” Project, located 65 km northeast of Sudbury, Ontario. Results from an additional 89 drill holes remain pending (Figure 1).

The latest drilling continues to strengthen the Company’s view of Pardo as a large, shallow gold system with multiple stacked gold-bearing layers and more than one potential development opportunity.

Drilling has identified several areas of higher-grade gold within the Main Conglomerate Layer (“Main Layer” or “MiBC”), highlighted by 4.96 g/t gold over 2.09 m, including 30.04 g/t gold over 0.33 m in PD-26-348, beginning only 2.72 m from surface.

Importantly, these higher-grade results are being returned from several different areas demonstrating continuity. The Main Layer also contains broader lower-grade mineralization between and around higher-grade intervals, showing that the MiBC itself may have potential beyond the higher-grade material being targeted for direct ship ore (“DSO”) development.

Gold mineralization also occurs within the Matinenda Conglomerate (“MaC”), Upper Conglomerate (“MiPC”) and Upper Sandstone (“MiBS”) layers. Together, the MiBC, MaC, MiPC and MiBS form a shallow, stacked system of multiple gold-bearing layers at Pardo (Figure 2). The Company is advancing the shallow, higher-grade portions of the Main Layer as part of its DSO development strategy, while larger volumes of mineralized material, including lower-grade mineralization across all four layers, are defining a broader bulk-tonnage opportunity.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Multiple areas of shallow, higher-grade Main Layer mineralization continue to demonstrate continuity within the near-surface DSO area, where the Main Layer occurs within approximately 15 metres of surface.
  • Main Layer drilling highlights include:
    • 4.96 g/t gold over 2.09 m, including 30.04 g/t gold over 0.33 m, beginning only 2.72 m from surface in PD-26-348.
    • 2.48 g/t gold over 3.71 m, including 8.44 g/t gold over 0.97 m and 12.61 g/t gold over 0.50 m in PD-26-332.
    • 1.05 g/t gold over 8.25 m, including 3.01 g/t gold over 2.55 m and 9.49 g/t gold over 0.44 m in PD-26-324.
    • 2.03 g/t gold over 2.42 m, including 4.02 g/t gold over 1.00 m and 5.74 g/t gold over 0.50 m in PD-26-333.
    • 1.38 g/t gold over 4.78 m, including 2.60 g/t gold over 2.35 m and 6.27 g/t gold over 0.43 m in PD-26-359.
    • 2.00 g/t gold over 2.28 m, including 4.00 g/t gold over 1.00 m and 9.31 g/t gold over 0.30 m in PD-26-379.
  • Broad lower-grade gold mineralization occurs within the Main Layer itself and within the MaC, MiPC and MiBS layers, showing that gold mineralization at Pardo extends well beyond the higher-grade areas of the Main Layer.
  • Examples of broader lower-grade mineralization include:
    • 0.54 g/t gold over 3.75 m in the MiBC, including 2.67 g/t gold over 0.43 m, in PD-26-367.
    • 0.23 g/t gold over 5.76 m in the MiBC, including 1.08 g/t gold over 0.50 m, in PD-26-399.
    • 0.81 g/t gold over 2.95 m in the MaC, including 1.33 g/t gold over 1.42 m, in PD-26-305.
    • 0.48 g/t gold over 4.88 m in the MaC, including 0.70 g/t gold over 2.58 m, in PD-26-306.
    • 0.50 g/t gold over 5.92 m in the MiPC, including 1.29 g/t gold over 1.30 m, in PD-26-369.
    • 0.27 g/t gold over 6.71 m in the MiPC and 0.43 g/t gold over 1.70 m in the MiBS in PD-26-375.
    • 0.72 g/t gold over 1.84 m in the MiBS in PD-26-316.
  • Gold mineralization also occurs within the Matinenda Conglomerate (“MaC”), Upper Conglomerate (“MiPC”) and Upper Sandstone (“MiBS”) layers. Together, the MiBC, MaC, MiPC and MiBS form a shallow, stacked system of multiple gold-bearing layers at Pardo (Figure 2). The Company believes the higher-grade portions of the Main Layer could support its DSO development strategy, while the broader lower-grade mineralization across all four layers provides additional bulk-tonnage potential. Heap leaching is being evaluated as one potential lower-cost processing option that could further improve the economics of this material.
  • Results from an additional 89 drill holes remain pending, with Phase 3 drilling planned to begin in mid-October and the maiden mineral resource estimate planned for Q4 2026.

Wesley Whymark, CEO & Director, comments: “These results continue to build our confidence in Pardo. The Main Layer remains the foundation of our near-term development strategy, and we are seeing strong gold grades across several different areas. PD-26-348 is a great example, returning nearly 5 g/t gold over more than two metres starting less than three metres below surface.”

“What is becoming equally interesting is the amount of lower-grade gold mineralization throughout the system. The Main Layer itself contains broader lower-grade intervals in addition to the higher-grade zones, while the MaC, MiPC and MiBS layers are also returning broad gold-bearing intervals. This means we need to look at Pardo as more than just a single high-grade layer.”

“Our DSO area is defined by how close the Main Layer is to surface, not by where the higher-grade gold ends. Strong Main Layer grades continue below and outside the DSO area, while broader lower-grade mineralization across several layers is building a separate bulk-tonnage opportunity. With 89 drill results pending, Phase 3 drilling starting in mid-October, the maiden resource estimate underway, there is still a lot more to come from Pardo.”

PHASE 2 DRILLING UPDATE

Inventus has now completed its Phase 2 drill program at Pardo. The program targeted the shallow and laterally extensive Main Layer, together with the MiPC, MiBS and MaC layers.

Results from 100 holes are reported in this release (see Tables 1 and 2), with assays from another 89 holes pending.

The latest drilling continues to identify several areas of strong Main Layer mineralization across the property. Hole PD-26-348 returned 4.96 g/t gold over 2.09 m from only 2.72 m depth, including 30.04 g/t gold over 0.33 m. Nearby drilling returned 1.71 g/t gold over 1.43 m in PD-26-345, while PD-26-333 returned 2.03 g/t gold over 2.42 m, including 4.02 g/t gold over 1.00 m.

Another area of strong mineralization is highlighted by PD-26-332, which returned 2.48 g/t gold over 3.71 m, including 8.44 g/t gold over 0.97 m and 12.61 g/t gold over 0.50 m.

Additional Main Layer results include 1.88 g/t gold over 1.42 m in PD-26-358, 1.38 g/t gold over 4.78 m in PD-26-359, and 1.64 g/t gold over 1.55 m in PD-26-366.

Farther north, drilling returned 2.00 g/t gold over 2.28 m in PD-26-379 and 2.34 g/t gold over 1.44 m in PD-26-381.

The drilling also shows that the Main Layer contains a wider range of gold grades than the higher-grade highlights alone suggest. Lower-grade MiBC intervals can extend for several metres, including 0.54 g/t gold over 3.75 m in PD-26-367 and 0.40 g/t gold over 4.28 m in PD-26-337. This broader mineralized material adds to the bulk-tonnage potential at Pardo.

The importance of these results is their distribution. Higher-grade Main Layer mineralization is being intersected in several different parts of the drilled area, supporting the Company’s interpretation of a laterally extensive mineralized layer containing multiple areas of higher-grade gold mineralization. This drilling is helping Inventus better understand the full extent and grade distribution of the gold-bearing layers improving confidence ahead of the planned maiden mineral resource estimate. With Phase 2 drilling now complete, Phase 3 drilling is planned to begin in mid-October 2026.

BROAD LOWER-GRADE MINERALIZATION AND BULK-TONNAGE POTENTIAL

One of the more important developments from Phase 2 drilling is the amount of lower-grade gold mineralization being identified throughout the Pardo system.

This mineralization is not limited to the layers above and below the Main Layer. The MiBC itself contains both higher-grade zones and broader lower-grade intervals. This is important because it increases the amount of mineralized material that could potentially be considered in a larger-scale development scenario, beyond the shallow part of higher-grade material currently being advanced for DSO development.

The MaC layer also continues to return encouraging results, including 0.81 g/t gold over 2.95 m in PD-26-305, including 1.33 g/t gold over 1.42 m, and 0.48 g/t gold over 4.88 m in PD-26-306, including 0.70 g/t gold over 2.58 m.

These results build on previously reported drilling that demonstrated the MaC can also contain higher-grade gold (see news release July 6, 2026). The MaC therefore has potential both as a source of broader lower-grade mineralization and as another layer capable of hosting higher-grade gold.

The MiPC layer is particularly interesting because of its thickness and shallow position. Recent results include 0.50 g/t gold over 5.92 m in PD-26-369, including 1.29 g/t gold over 1.30 m, 0.40 g/t gold over 4.63 m in PD-26-368, 0.32 g/t gold over 4.67 m in PD-26-320, and 0.27 g/t gold over 6.71 m in PD-26-375. Other MiPC intersections have been observed to exceed seven and eight metres in thickness.

The MiBS layer has also returned gold mineralization, including 0.72 g/t gold over 1.84 m in PD-26-316, 0.43 g/t gold over 1.70 m in PD-26-375, and 0.34 g/t gold over 3.04 m in PD-26-429. Together, the results demonstrate that Pardo is not simply a single gold-bearing layer. It is a shallow, stacked system where gold occurs across several layers and across a range of grades.

The broader lower-grade mineralization within the MiBC, MaC, MiPC and MiBS layers is defining a significant bulk-tonnage opportunity at Pardo that is expected to be further outlined in the upcoming maiden mineral resource estimate. The shallow, flat-lying geometry of these stacked gold-bearing layers is particularly important because they occur close together, near surface and could potentially be accessed within the same development area.

Earlier heap-leach test work at Pardo returned very encouraging gold recoveries (see news release August 6, 2026), and the Company is continuing to evaluate heap leaching as a potential lower-cost processing method for this material. If further testing continues to support these results, heap leaching could improve the economics of a future bulk-tonnage operation, but the bulk-tonnage potential itself is not dependent on this processing method. Together, the shallow higher-grade DSO potential of the Main Layer and the broader bulk-tonnage opportunity across multiple gold-bearing layers continue to expand the scale and development potential of Pardo.

NEXT STEPS

  • Complete and report assays from the 89 drill holes currently pending.
  • Incorporate Phase 2 drilling results into the geological model for the planned maiden mineral resource estimate.
  • Commence Phase 3 drilling in mid-October 2026 to further expand the footprint of gold mineralization.
  • Advance the shallow higher-grade portions of the Main Layer including the ore sorting test work and incorporated into a preliminary economic assessment for the Company’s planned DSO development strategy.
  • Continue metallurgical test work on the lower-grade mineralization from the MiBC, MaC, MiPC and MiBS layers including heap leaching.
  • Evaluate the potential for the stacked gold-bearing layers to increase the overall scale and development strategy at Pardo.

Technical Information

Drill core samples collected by Inventus and described in this news release were subject to robust QA/QC protocols. PQ-size drill core was placed in core boxes by the contracted drill crew and then transported by Inventus personnel to a secure processing facility in Sudbury, Ontario. The core was reviewed, with core metreage blocks checked to verify core integrity and recovery, geologically logged, and sample intervals marked. Whole-core samples were then photographed and inserted into clean plastic bags with sample tags. Certified reference materials were inserted into the sample stream at a rate of no less than 10%.

Samples were then transported in secure sealed bags with security tags for preparation and assay by MSA Labs or Paragon Geochemical in Timmins, Ontario. Samples were processed, whereby the entire sample was crushed to 80% passing 2 mm and then riffle split into two (2) or three (3) 300- to 500-g jars for gold analysis by PhotonAssay. Duplicate or triplicate samples were analyzed, and the results averaged. MSA Labs and Paragon Geochemical are both an ISO 17025:2017 accredited geochemical testing laboratory.

John Chambers, PhD, and Nilanjana Sadhu, PhD, to share early insights from pioneering population-scale proteomic study of 10,000 participants in Singapore

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Sept. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Seer, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEER) today announced that researchers from Nanyang Technological University will present early findings from the PRECISE-SG100K study at the 2026 Human Proteome Organization (HUPO) World Congress, taking place September 27 to October 1 at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Led by John Chambers, PhD, Chief Scientific Officer of PRECISE and Lead PI of PRECISE-SG100K, the study represents an ambitious effort to bring deep molecular characterization to population health at unprecedented scale. By integrating proteomic data with genomic, clinical and phenotypic information from Singapore’s multi-ethnic population, PRECISE-SG100K is creating a uniquely rich resource for understanding how biological and population-level differences contribute to health and disease.

As the PRECISE-SG100K program evolved, the investigators expanded its proteomic strategy to include deep, unbiased mass spectrometry-based profiling in 10,000 participants. This complementary arm of the study combines Seer’s Proteograph® Product Suite with high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), enabling researchers to interrogate the circulating proteome across a broad dynamic range and at peptide-level resolution. The approach provides an important discovery dimension to the study, allowing investigators to look beyond predefined protein targets and explore biological signals that may not have been anticipated at the outset.

In April 2026, Seer announced that the Proteograph Product Suite had been selected for this 10,000-participant component of PRECISE-SG100K. By enriching proteins across the enormous dynamic range of plasma before mass spectrometry analysis, Proteograph can increase the depth of protein coverage by approximately 7 to 10-fold compared with direct plasma analysis on leading mass spectrometry platforms. That additional depth brings into view lower-abundance proteins and potential biomarkers that can otherwise go undetected, while preserving the peptide-level information needed to investigate protein variants and other molecular differences.

For population-scale studies, depth alone is not enough. Biological signals must also be measured robustly and reproducibly across thousands of samples. The Proteograph workflow is designed to deliver consistent sample processing and high-quality proteomic data at scale, helping investigators distinguish meaningful biological variation from technical variability and increasing confidence in the signals identified across the cohort.

“As biology enters the AI era, the value of our models will ultimately depend on the richness and resolution of the biological data we can generate,” said Omid Farokhzad, Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Seer. “Proteins are the functional layer of biology, yet the plasma proteome spans an extraordinary dynamic range, and many potentially important disease signals are present at low abundance. Proteograph changes what mass spectrometry can see. John Chambers and the PRECISE-SG100K team have created a pioneering study that brings together population scale, diversity and deep, peptide-resolved proteomics in a way that can uncover biology that might otherwise remain hidden.”

“The combination of Proteograph enrichment and high-performance mass spectrometry has allowed us to interrogate the circulating proteome with a level of depth, consistency and reproducibility, and to bring deep biological resolution to population-scale analysis,” said John Chambers, PhD, Chief Scientific Officer of PRECISE and Lead PI of the PRECISE-SG100K study. “The proteomic data generated using this technology are already revealing proteogenomic and epidemiological signals and show strong potential to accelerate biomarker discovery and broaden the reach of precision medicine.”

Seer Poster Presentation

From Peaks to Power: Context-Driven Determinants of Accuracy in Large-Scale Proteomics

Date: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 | Time: 1:15 p.m. SGT | Location: Exhibit Hall | Session: PS03.002

Presenter: Lee Cantrell, Bioinformatics Scientist III, Seer

Authors: Lee Cantrell, Seth Just, Serafim Batzoglou

Population-scale proteomics creates the opportunity to make statistically powered, in-depth biological observations across large cohorts. Realizing that opportunity requires more than depth alone: quantitative fidelity and reproducibility must be maintained as studies scale. This poster examines the acquisition context required to preserve biological signal across large numbers of samples and what those requirements mean for the design of large clinical and population studies.

Together, the presentations illustrate both the scientific ambition and the technical requirements of a new generation of population proteomics studies. PRECISE-SG100K demonstrates what becomes possible when deep, peptide-resolved mass spectrometry is incorporated into a richly characterized, multi-ethnic population cohort, while From Peaks to Power examines what is required to preserve quantitative fidelity as studies reach this scale. Together, they point toward proteomic datasets with the breadth, depth and reproducibility needed to support biomarker discovery, population health research and increasingly data-intensive approaches to biology.

  • AC Immune to host webcast & conference call today at 10:00am EDT / 16:00 CEST details below

Lausanne, Switzerland, September 23, 2026 – AC Immune SA (NASDAQ: ACIU), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing targeted therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases, today announced positive safety and immunogenicity results through week-100 in Part 1 of VacSYn, its randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial of ACI-7104 in patients with early-stage Parkinson’s disease (PD). The study is being conducted in two parts with the aim for Part 1 being to show safety, tolerability and immunogenicity while Part 2 is designed to provide evidence of clinical activity as the basis for a Phase 3 decision. The Part 1 data reported today includes results from all 34 patients randomized into the study (25 patients receiving ACI-7104 and nine receiving placebo).

The primary endpoints for Part 1 of the VacSYn trial of ACI-7104 were safety, tolerability and immunogenicity, all of which were met. ACI-7104 was generally safe and well-tolerated and shown to be strongly immunogenic, with 100% of patients developing antibodies against the immunizing a-syn target antigen PD01 after three immunizations. Antibody reactivity against the aggregated species of a-syn was also demonstrated. Robust antibody penetration into the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) was observed in all patients.

Part 1 of VacSYn was not designed for biomarker or clinical outcomes evaluation; however, additional exploratory analyses included monitoring the impact of ACI-7104 treatment on certain biomarkers (such as total a-syn and Neurofilament Light chain in the CSF), as well as clinical measures of disease activity. A signal was observed for total a-syn in the CSF, providing preliminary evidence consistent with target engagement. Exploratory correlation analyses identified trends suggesting an association between immunogenicity (antibody levels) and disease activity measures. While the sample size in Part 1 was limited, these observations provide a clear basis for further investigation.

The VacSYn trial of ACI-7104 in early-stage Parkinson’s disease continues in Part 1 (2-year extension) and is advancing toward the initiation of Part 2 (expansion). The final design of Part 2 is being consolidated and will be submitted to the FDA for review, with meetings expected early in 2027.

Martin Zügel, Interim CEO of AC Immune SA, commented: “The results from the complete data set at week-100 in Part 1 are encouraging, with all primary endpoints met, strong immunogenicity demonstrated, and a 100% response rate. This program is one of our strongest active immunotherapies, with ACI-7104-induced antibodies demonstrating preferential binding to aggregated a-syn species. We will now refine our approach to the next development steps in the program and discuss our plans with regulators before embarking on an expanded Phase 2 trial designed to provide evidence of clinical activity as the basis for entry into Phase 3.”

Günther Staffler, Executive Vice President, Development at AC Immune SA, commented: “We are pleased to have observed strong and boostable immune responses, with significant antibody penetration into the CSF and signals for target engagement. Together with the favorable safety profile through week-100, and exploratory correlations between antibody titers and disease activity measures, we are confident that these results provide a strong foundation for the continued development of ACI-7104 into Part 2.”

About VacSYn

VacSYn (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT06015841) is an adaptive, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, and biomarker-based Phase 2 study in patients with early PD, consisting of two parts. Part 1 includes 34 patients randomized 3:1 to receive ACI-7104 or placebo, respectively. The results reported today include data from all participants 100 weeks since initiation of treatment. The study is being conducted in two parts with the aim for Part 1 being to show safety, tolerability and immunogenicity while Part 2 is designed to provide evidence of clinical activity and support a Phase 3 decision.

About ACI-7104

ACI-7104.056 is an optimized formulation of its clinically validated anti-a-syn predecessor active immunotherapy that generated a target-specific antibody response against pathological oligomeric a-syn to inhibit spreading and downstream neurodegeneration in early Parkinson’s disease. The accumulation of alpha-synuclein protein aggregates has been shown to cause inflammatory stress in cells and contribute to the degeneration of neurons in the brain. It has been known to play a key role in the development of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s Disease.

About AC Immune SA

AC Immune (NASDAQ: ACIU) is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a pipeline of products, including both active immunotherapies and small molecules, targeting key misfolded proteins and pathways for the treatment of multiple neurodegenerative diseases. The company has a growing focus on its wholly owned proprietary clinical-stage programs, including: ACI-7104, an active immunotherapy targeting α-synuclein (α-syn) in Parkinson’s disease; and ACI-19764, a small molecule inhibitor of the NLRP3 inflammasome.

BASEL, Switzerland and LONDON and NEW YORK, Sept. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Roivant (Nasdaq: ROIV) today announced topline results from Period 1 of Immunovant’s proof-of-concept trial evaluating IMVT-1402 (imeroprubart) for the treatment of cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE).
