Växjö, Sweden, 23 October 2026 * * * JLT Mobile Computers, a leading supplier of rugged computers for demanding environments, publishes its interim report for the period January–September 2026 today.

Summary of key figures

  July–Sept   January–Sept
Order Intake, MSEK 15.2 (30.1)   64.9 (111.6)
Net Sales, MSEK 16.9 (28.2)   75.1 (104.0)
Operating Profit, MSEK -4.5 (1.6)   -5.9 (1.1)
Profit after taxes, MSEK -4.6 (1.3)   -6.8 (0.9)
Cashflow, MSEK 2.5 (8.1)   -7.2 (2.9)

CEO comments

The period was characterized by weak demand, particularly in our largest segment, warehousing and logistics. This development was primarily attributable to component shortages and sharply higher prices, combined with geopolitical uncertainty and elevated energy costs. In some cases, memory prices increased by as much as 15 times as suppliers prioritized products for AI and server applications. As a result, JLT, like other industry participants, raised prices for its computers. This contributed to more cautious investment decisions and longer sales cycles. At the same time, our growth segments—container ports and construction and mining equipment—remained stable during the first nine months of the year despite the challenging market conditions.

During the quarter, order intake amounted to SEK 15.2 million and net sales to SEK 16.9 million, both significantly below the corresponding period of the prior year. The lower sales volume weighed on earnings, and operating loss amounted to SEK 4.5 million. For the first nine months of the year, order intake totaled SEK 64.9 million, net sales SEK 75.1 million, and operating loss SEK 5.9 million.

At the same time, the gross margin continued to demonstrate resilience. For the first nine months of the year, it was 41.5 percent, compared with 38.0 percent in the corresponding period of 2025. The improvement was primarily driven by a higher share of revenue from service agreements and a favorable currency effect from the stronger U.S. dollar. However, due to the lower sales volume, gross profit was insufficient to cover the cost base.

Cash flow was positive at SEK 2.5 million for the quarter but amounted to negative SEK 7.2 million for the first nine months of the year. At the end of the period, the Group had SEK 9.7 million in cash and cash equivalents, an equity ratio of 54 percent, and no interest-bearing debt. Our financial position provides flexibility, but developments during the year underscore the importance of continued cost and capital discipline.

Our priorities are clear: increase sales activity, expand our partner network, broaden the business into additional application areas, and align the cost base with the lower level of activity. Market uncertainty persists and sales cycles remain long, but the underlying need for reliable, rugged computers is unchanged, particularly in our target segments.

We are working with determination to improve near-term performance while strengthening our long-term position. A competitive product portfolio, a strong gross margin, and an experienced team provide a solid foundation. In the near term, our priorities are to strengthen order intake, protect cash flow, and align the cost base ahead of the fourth quarter and next year.

  • EVX-01 induced an immune response in all patients in the trial with 89% of the vaccine neoantigens generating potent specific T-cell responses
  • Three-year data from the EVX-01 phase 2 trial in patients with advanced melanoma to be presented at the ESMO 2026 Congress supplementing very convincing two-year data from the trial
  • The data will be presented at a poster session on October 24, 2026, followed by a webinar on October 29, 2026, providing further insights into the findings

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, October 23, 2026 – Evaxion A/S (NASDAQ: EVAX) (“Evaxion”), a clinical-stage TechBio company developing novel immunotherapies with its pioneering AI-Immunology™ platform, announces new three-year immune and clinical outcome data for personalized cancer vaccine EVX-01 in patients with advanced melanoma.

The data demonstrates EVX-01 inducing an immune response in all patients, with 89% of its personalised vaccine antigen targets inducing a tumor-specific immune response in treated patients. Further, sustained T-cell responses were observed, with preserved magnitude and breadth of the specific immune response, during the third year of the phase 2 trial in which EVX-01 was administered as monotherapy.

The new data also shows that all patients maintained their clinical response observed at two-year follow-up with no tumor progression observed through the third year of EVX-01 treatment alone. The data will be presented in a poster presentation at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026 held in Madrid, Spain, tomorrow.

The new findings supplement the unprecedented two-year data presented at ESMO in 2025, showing a 75% Objective Response Rate with 25% of patients obtaining a complete response.

“We are delighted to announce yet another set of strong immune and clinical data for EVX-01. The 89% target precision documented in the trial is another confirmation that AI-Immunology™ identifies and selects the most therapeutically relevant vaccine targets. Thus, the new data supports both EVX-01 as a promising personalized cancer vaccine and our platform as a validated technology for discovery and design of novel treatments,” says Birgitte Rønø, CSO and COO of Evaxion.

“What makes these three-year findings particularly compelling is not only the durability of clinical responses, but also the sustained strength and breadth of vaccine-induced T-cell immunity. These results offer an exciting glimpse into the future of precision oncology, where we can harness the unique biology of each patient’s tumor to train the immune system to recognize and target cancer with remarkable specificity. The prospect of translating this highly personalized immune response into long-lasting disease control represents an important step forward and offers renewed hope for patients facing advanced cancer“, says Professor Muhammad Adnan Khattak, Oncology, One Clinical Research, Hollywood Private Hospital & Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia, key opinion leader and one of the trial’s investigators.

Building on convincing two-year results
In addition to promising response rates, the two-year data from the trial also showed a durable clinical benefit, with 92% of patients still responding at two years of follow-up and no relapses observed.

54% of patients had a deepened response following initiation of EVX-01 treatment, improving from stable disease or partial response to partial or complete response. Tumor reduction (target lesions) was observed in 15 out of the 16 patients enrolled in the trial.

EVX-01 induced an immune response in all patients, with 86% of the vaccine neoantigens generating potent specific T-cell responses as measured at the two-year follow-up. Analyses of additional samples collected during the one-year extension phase further increased this neoantigen hit-rate to 89%.

Evaxion maintains a cash runway extending well into the second half of 2027.

About the phase 2 trial
The phase 2 trial investigated EVX-01 in patients with advanced melanoma. Each patient enrolled in the trial received a unique vaccine designed and manufactured based on their individual biology.

In the first two-years, patients received EVX-01 in combination with MSD’s (Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA) anti-PD-1 therapy, KEYTRUDA® (pembrolizumab). KEYTRUDA® is a registered trademark of Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, a subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA.

Six out of 12 responders continued in the trial’s one-year extension, where they received EVX-01 as stand-alone therapy.

Webinar on October 29, 2026
Evaxion will host a webinar featuring key opinion leader and trial investigator, Professor Muhammad Adnan Khattak, on October 29, 2026, at 15.30 CET/10.30am EDT.

The webinar can be attended through registration via this link.

In the webinar, Professor Khattak will present the three-year clinical and immune data from the EVX-01 phase 2 trial in patients with advanced melanoma. The presentation will highlight clinical outcomes, durability of responses and vaccine-induced immune responses following three years of follow-up. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session, with participants encouraged to submit questions.

President and CEO Antti Aarnio
SATO’s economic occupancy rate developed positively during the period under review and was 95.5% (95.2) at the end of the period. The improvement in the occupancy rate is primarily driven by strong operational performance, which we are continuously developing.

In summer, B2B sales reached a record-high level. Demand for rental housing has been increased by factors including the ongoing data centre investments particularly in Espoo.

SATO’s average rent per square metre remained unchanged and was EUR 18.51 per m2 per month (18.51) at the end of the review period. Net sales increased to EUR 244.1 million (235.5) and net rental income was EUR 169.1 million (166.2).

The number of vacant rental apartments in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area has continued to decrease, but the development is slow and the oversupply in the market persists.

During the summer, we inspected all SATOhome balconies with fibre cement railings. The renovations of the around 1,500 balconies taken out of use as a precautionary measure will be completed by the end of the year.

SATO’s new accounting system was launched successfully on 1 October as the final part of SATO’s major system overhaul.

The general uncertainty in the housing market continued despite the upturn seen in the Finnish economy. Uncertainty about personal finances and the Finnish economy has increased the popularity of rental housing in all income categories.

Antti Aarnio, President and CEO of SATO

Outlook
European and Finnish economic development is governed by geopolitics. The war in the Middle East and its repercussions are slowing down economic growth and accelerating inflation in the euro area. This has kept market rates on an upward trajectory since late February. The Middle East crisis has pushed up the energy prices in particular and, consequently, accelerated inflation. To keep price increases in check, the European Central Bank has raised the deposit facility rate twice in line with market expectations.

The Finnish economy has picked up this year. The autumn interim forecast of the Bank of Finland shows that GDP will increase by 1.7% in 2026 and by 1.6% in 2027. Inflation is projected to be 2.4% this year and fall to 1.4% next year as energy prices will decline. Despite the projected growth, the labour market is recovering slowly and Finland’s general government finances still remain in deficit.

Unemployment and the general uncertainty are still reflected in weak consumer confidence, but business confidence has nevertheless remained above the long-term average.

In its economic outlook published in early October, the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries (CFCI) forecasts that construction activity will grow by 2% this year and 4% next year. However, growth is uneven: infrastructure and commercial construction are gaining momentum, particularly from data centre projects, while residential construction still remains at a historically low level.

According to CFCI, housing production will continue to decline this year and is not expected to return to growth next year. Investor demand remains low, and publicly subsidised housing production is contracting sharply. Modest growth in non-subsidised owner-occupied housing construction is not enough to offset the decline in other housing starts. However, CFCI believes that the conditions for a recovery are beginning to emerge. Population growth has remained relatively strong, particularly in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, while the number of owner-occupied and rental apartments available on the market has started to decrease.

Led by the Ministry of Finance, the group on economic trends in construction estimated in September that there will be no growth in housing starts in 2026. Recovery is expected to begin next year as the oversupply will gradually decline.

The number of vacant apartments in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area has continued to decline. However, progress remains slow, and the oversupply of rental homes and the intense competition for good tenants will continue. The imbalance between supply and demand will not enable any large-scale commencement of newbuild rental housing construction or rent increases reflecting rising costs.

In the years ahead, the imbalance in the rental housing market will be corrected when state-subsidised housing production decreases. According to the forecast by the CFCI, construction starts for subsidised apartment buildings will fall to around 3,000 apartments in 2027, compared with more than 9,000 in 2024.

According to Statistics Finland’s October figures, 1.04 million households lived in rental homes at the end of 2025, an increase of 11,000 from the previous year. Over the past ten years, the number of households living in rental homes has grown by around 200,000. The largest increase in absolute terms has been among households where the oldest member is aged 30 or over. In total, 1.6 million people lived in rental homes at the end of 2025.

The attractiveness of rental housing is increased by changes in the population’s life situations, mobility of work, and economic uncertainty. In addition, the high interest rate level and general economic uncertainty reduce willingness for large investments related to owner-occupied housing. The convenience and flexibility of rental housing are emphasised among young adults in particular.

It is important to continue urban development and land use planning that support diverse housing options. This will help ensure that growth centres will meet the residents’ diverse needs in the future, too.

In line with its majority shareholder’s operating model, SATO Corporation will not publish guidance on its 2026 earnings. The parent company of Balder Finska Otas AB is Fastighets AB Balder, which is quoted on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
