Extends Exchange Election Deadline to November 15 to Facilitate Canadian Shareholder Participation

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. (CSE: HG) (OTCQB: HGRAF) (“HydroGraph” or the “Company”) today reminded its Canadian shareholders of the steps required to defer Canadian capital gains tax in connection with its proposed corporate redomicile transactions (the “Redomicile Transactions”).

Extension of deadline for the election option for exchangeable shares

The Company announced that it has extended the election deadline to November 15, 2026 to give shareholders more time to act. The Redomicile Transactions will be considered at the Special Meeting of Securityholders on October 29, 2026.

KEY CANADIAN SHAREHOLDER ACTIONS — SUMMARY

If you hold HydroGraph shares in a registered or tax-exempt account — TFSA, RRSP, RRIF, LIRA, LIF or similar — you do not need to do anything in respect of these particular shares. These accounts are exempt of capital gains tax and are not eligible for Exchangeable Shares.

If you are a Canadian resident and do not hold your shares in a tax-exempt account  — and you want to defer capital gains tax in respect of such shares, there are two steps. Both are required. Completing only one will not achieve the deferral.

Step 1 — Elect to receive Exchangeable Shares by November 15, 2026. Instead of receiving  Hydrograph Inc. “New U.S. Parent” common stock, you can elect to receive Exchangeable Shares of HydroGraph ExchangeCo Ltd. How you make this election depends on how you hold your shares (see below). The deadline is 5:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on November 15, 2026 — but your broker’s internal cut-off is earlier, so contact them now.

Step 2 — File the joint tax election in 2027. If you elect Exchangeable Shares, you must also submit the information needed for a joint tax election under subsection 85(1) or 85(2) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) (and, if applicable to you, the applicable provisions of the Taxation Act (Quebec)). The information for the completion of the election forms will be submitted by you through a dedicated portal on the Company’s website.  You will be advised of the date on which you can start submitting that information and the applicable deadline in 2027.

If you do nothing: You will automatically receive Hydrograph Inc. “New U.S. Parent” common stock. This is treated as a “Deemed Election” and is a fully taxable transaction for Canadian federal income tax purposes.

Shareholders should consult their own financial, legal and tax advisors before deciding.

HOW TO MAKE THE ELECTION

If you hold shares through a broker or bank (most shareholders)

The large majority of HydroGraph shareholders hold their shares beneficially through a broker, bank, trust company or other financial intermediary. If that is you and you want Exchangeable Shares, contact your broker or intermediary immediately and instruct them to submit the Letter of Transmittal and Consideration Election Form on your behalf.

If you have not received those instructions from your broker, contact your broker directly. Brokers set their own internal deadlines, which are significantly earlier than the Company’s extended November 15,2026 deadline. Follow your broker’s instructions exactly.

If you are a registered shareholder

Complete, sign and return the Letter of Transmittal and Consideration Election Form, together with any physical share certificates, to the Depositary, Endeavor Trust Corporation. The form must be received by Endeavor Trust Corporation no later than 5:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on November 15, 2026.

MORE ON THE JOINT TAX ELECTION

Electing Exchangeable Shares is only the first half of the tax deferral. To actually defer the Canadian income tax on capital gains that would otherwise arise on the disposition of your HydroGraph Common Shares, you must also complete a joint tax election under subsection 85(1) or 85(2) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) (and, if applicable to you, the applicable provisions of the Taxation Act (Quebec)).  The information for the completion of the election forms will be submitted by you through a dedicated portal on the Company’s website.  You will be advised of the date on which you can start submitting that information and the applicable deadline in 2027.

Full details of the election and the tax consequences are set out in the Management Information Circular dated September 16, 2026.

KEY DATES

October 29, 2026 — Special Meeting of Securityholders.

November 15, 2026, 5:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) — Deadline to elect Exchangeable Shares. Broker deadlines are earlier.

  • Dynamic changes in PD-L1 expression on circulating cancer-associated macrophage-like cells (CAML) were significantly associated with progression-free survival and overall survival following immunotherapies including the BriaCell regimen
  • Findings from a prospective pooled analysis of 111 heavily pretreated metastatic breast cancer patients support further evaluation of circulating CAML PD-L1 as a potential biomarker of clinical benefit from immunotherapies
  • Pooled analysis includes patients from multiple studies, including BriaCell’s earlier Phase 1/2 Bria-IMT™ study

PHILADELPHIA and VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. (Nasdaq: BCTX, BCTXL) (TSX: BCT) (“BriaCell” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel immunotherapies to transform cancer care, today announced the presentation of clinical biomarker findings from a prospective pooled analysis of patients with metastatic breast cancer (“MBC”) treated with immune based therapies including the BriaCell regimen at the European Society for Medical Oncology (“ESMO”) Congress 2026, taking place October 23-27, 2026 in Madrid, Spain. The data shown is pooled from several studies including BriaCell’s Phase 1/2 Bria-IMT study.

The analysis evaluated changes in programmed death-ligand 1 (“PD-L1”) expression on circulating cancer-associated macrophage-like cells (“CAMLs”) before and after initiation of immunotherapy and their association with progression-free survival (“PFS”) and overall survival (“OS”). The findings suggest that changes in CAML PD-L1 following treatment may provide information regarding clinical outcomes that are not captured by a single pretreatment measurement.

“We are encouraged by these findings showing that dynamic changes in a circulating immune biomarker were associated with progression-free and overall survival in patients with metastatic breast cancer treated with immunotherapies,” stated Dr. William V. Williams, BriaCell’s President and CEO. “These results support further study of CAML PD-L1 as a potential tool for understanding treatment response and identifying patients most likely to benefit from immunotherapy, including the Bria-IMT regimen.”

Poster #4506 – Monitoring Circulating Cancer Associated Macrophage-like Cell PD-L1 Predicts Clinical Outcomes in Metastatic Breast Cancer Treated with Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors

The prospective, multi-institutional pooled analysis included 111 patients with MBC who had received at least one prior line of therapy and were treated with pembrolizumab, retifanlimab, atezolizumab, or nivolumab. Some also received combination therapy with the Bria-IMT regimen. Patients had a median age of 59 years, with a range of 32 to 77 years, and had received a median of two prior metastatic lines of therapy, with a range of one to 13.

Among the 111 patients, 39% were estrogen receptor-positive, 31% were progesterone receptor-positive, 5% were HER2-positive, and 60% had triple-negative breast cancer.

Peripheral blood samples were collected prior to initiation of immunotherapy, approximately 37 days after initiation of immunotherapy (“T1”), and approximately three months after initiation of immunotherapy (“T2”). CAMLs were isolated from blood samples, and PD-L1 expression was categorized as low or high.

Key findings included:

  • At baseline, CAML PD-L1 was not significantly associated with either PFS or OS.
  • At T1, approximately 37 days following initiation of immunotherapy, CAML PD-L1 was significantly associated with PFS (HR=1.86; p=0.0276), but not OS (HR=1.28; p=0.5663).
  • At T2, approximately three months following initiation of immunotherapy, CAML PD-L1 was significantly associated with both PFS (HR=2.73; p=0.0028) and OS (HR=2.27; p=0.0420).
  • Pretreatment tumor PD-L1 combined positive score (“CPS”) of 10 or greater was not significantly associated with improved PFS or OS in the pooled population.

“These findings suggest that monitoring dynamic PD-L1 changes in circulating tumor-associated immune cells following initiation of immunotherapy may provide information regarding clinical benefit in patients with MBC and are consistent with findings reported in the Bria-IMT Phase 2 study,” stated Giuseppe Del Priore, MD, MPH, BriaCell’s Chief Medical Officer. “Further studies are needed to validate CAML PD-L1 as a predictive biomarker.”

About BriaCell’s Pivotal Phase 3 Clinical Study of Bria-IMT Combination Regimen in MBC patients

BriaCell’s pivotal Phase 3 study of Bria-IMT plus an immune check point inhibitor (CPI) in metastatic breast cancer is ongoing.

The study’s primary endpoint is overall survival, comparing patients treated with the Bria-IMT combination regimen with patients receiving physician’s choice treatment. The planned interim analysis will be conducted following 144 patient deaths. Positive results from the pivotal Phase 3 study could support a potential application for marketing approval of Bria-IMT in metastatic breast cancer. BriaCell reported positive Phase 2 survival data in a similar MBC patient population treated with the same Bria-IMT combination regimen. The Bria-IMT combination regimen has received FDA Fast Track designation.

For additional information on BriaCell’s pivotal Phase 3 study of Bria-IMT and an immune check point inhibitor in metastatic breast cancer, please visit ClinicalTrials.gov NCT06072612.

  • Six-year NATALEE analysis showed ~20% reduction in risk of death compared to ET alone1
  • Benefit increased over time in invasive disease-free survival and across key secondary endpoints1-3
  • Patients off Kisqali for a median of three years, with clinical benefit continuing to deepen after treatment completion1-3

Basel, October 23, 2026 – Novartis today announced results from the six-year follow-up analysis of the Phase III NATALEE trial, reporting positive, clinically meaningful overall survival (OS) data with Kisqali® (ribociclib) plus endocrine therapy (ET) compared to ET alone1. The study was in the broadest early breast cancer (eBC) population of patients with stage II and III HR+/HER2- early breast cancer at high risk of recurrence, including those with high-risk node-negative (N0) disease and all node-positive patients1,2. Kisqali plus ET reduced the risk of death by nearly 20% (19.1%) compared to ET alone (HR=0.809; 95% CI: 0.661-0.989), with consistent overall survival benefit observed across all key subgroups1. These late-breaking results will be presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Annual Meeting 2026.

Patients have been off Kisqali for a median of three years (38 months) and have passed the five-year protocol-specified ET duration1,2. The invasive disease-free survival (iDFS) benefit increased from 4.1% at five years to 5.3% at six years, underscoring the long-term value of dual inhibition, with benefit observed years after treatment completion1,3.

Fewer patients treated with Kisqali plus ET experienced metastatic recurrence compared to ET alone, and OS continued to increase over time, with the absolute difference increasing from 1.2% at five years to 2.1% at six years1,3. Breast-cancer specific survival (BCSS) was supportive of OS benefit, showing a ~30% reduction in risk of breast cancer-specific deaths (HR=0.709; 95% CI: 0.559-0.890) compared to ET alone1.

Six-year NATALEE results reinforce long-term clinical benefit
“The NATALEE six-year data clearly demonstrate a clinically meaningful improvement in overall survival with ribociclib plus endocrine therapy,” said Dennis J. Slamon, MD, Chief of the Division of Hematology/Oncology, UCLA Department of Medicine. “These findings have very important implications for patients as well as health care providers worldwide and further strengthen the role of ribociclib in treating patients with HR+/HER2- early breast cancer at high risk of recurrence.”

Benefits observed across major efficacy endpoints, with sustained or increasing improvements over six years1,3.

Endpoint Hazard Ratio 95% CI Absolute Benefit at 5Y Absolute Benefit at 6Y
Overall Survival (OS) 0.809 0.661-0.989 1.2% 2.1%
Breast-Cancer Specific Survival (BCSS) 0.709 0.559-0.890 1.5% 2.6%
Invasive Disease-Free Survival (iDFS) 0.741 0.646-0.849 4.1% 5.3%
Distant Disease-Free Survival (DDFS) 0.744 0.646-0.858 3.7% 4.9%
Distant Recurrence-Free Survival (DRFS) 0.738 0.631-0.846 3.5% 4.4%

“The clinically meaningful overall survival benefit observed in NATALEE underscores Kisqali as a standard of care for eligible patients and its foundational role in early breast cancer treatment,” said Andrea Myers, Global Head, Oncology Development, Novartis, Ad Interim. “These findings demonstrate the value of combining CDK4/6i with endocrine therapy in the broadest population of patients at high risk of recurrence, including those with high-risk node-negative disease and all node-positive patients.”

With longer follow-up, the safety profile remained consistent with previous analyses, and no new safety signals were observed1-3. Overall, rates of secondary primary malignancies (SPMs) were 3.0% with Kisqali plus ET and 3.3% with ET alone1. SPMs leading to death were 0.2% in both the Kisqali plus ET and ET alone arms1.

Building on established Kisqali overall survival evidence
Kisqali is the only CDK4/6 inhibitor to demonstrate statistically significant OS benefit across three randomized controlled trials (MONALEESA-2, MONALEESA-3, and MONALEESA-7) in metastatic breast cancer and clinically meaningful OS in the broadest early breast cancer population at high risk of recurrence, including node-negative and node-positive disease1,4-14.

“For those diagnosed with early breast cancer who face a higher risk of recurrence, having meaningful long-term overall survival data is invaluable,” said Jean A. Sachs, Chief Executive Officer, Living Beyond Breast Cancer. “These new insights help with important, shared decision-making conversations with their medical team, and make clear the importance of continued research to support those navigating complex decisions.”

About NATALEE
NATALEE is a global Phase III, multi-center, randomized, open-label trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kisqali with ET as an adjuvant treatment versus ET alone in the broadest range of patients with stage II and III HR+/HER2- eBC, being conducted in collaboration with TRIO15,16. The adjuvant ET in both treatment arms was a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor (NSAI; anastrozole or letrozole) and goserelin, if applicable15,16. The primary endpoint of NATALEE is invasive disease-free survival (iDFS) as defined by the Standardized Definitions for Efficacy End Points (STEEP) criteria15,16. A total of 5,101 adult patients with HR+/HER2- eBC across 20 countries were randomized in the trial15,16.

About Kisqali® (ribociclib)
Kisqali® (ribociclib) is a selective cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, helping slow the progression of cancer by inhibiting two proteins called cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6 (CDK4/6). These proteins, when over-activated, enable cancer cells to grow and divide quickly. Targeting CDK4/6 with enhanced precision plays a role in tumor control.

Kisqali has been approved as a treatment for breast cancer by regulatory authorities in more than 100 countries worldwide, including the US FDA and the European Commission16,17. In the US, Kisqali is indicated in combination with an AI as an adjuvant treatment for adults with HR+/HER2- stage II and III eBC at high risk of recurrence, as well as for the treatment of adults with HR+/HER2- advanced or metastatic breast cancer (mBC) as initial ET; Kisqali is also approved in the metastatic setting in combination with fulvestrant as initial ET or following disease progression on ET16. In the EU, Kisqali is approved in combination with an AI for the adjuvant treatment of patients with HR+/HER2- eBC at high risk of recurrence; and for the treatment of women with HR+/HER2- locally advanced or mBC in combination with either an AI or fulvestrant as initial ET or following disease progression who have prior endocrine therapy17. In pre- or peri-menopausal women, the ET should be combined with a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonist16,17.

In EBC, Kisqali is the only CDK4/6 inhibitor recommended by the NCCN Guidelines® for breast cancer as Category 1 preferred for both all node-positive disease as well as for patients with no nodal involvement with high-risk disease characteristics, such as tumor size >5 cm, or for tumors sized 2-5 cm, either Grade 2 with high genomic risk/Ki-67 ≥20% or Grade 318. Kisqali approvals in eBC from regulatory authorities worldwide are ongoing, including recent approval from China’s National Medical Products Administration19. In mBC, Kisqali has consistently demonstrated statistically significant overall survival benefit across three Phase III trials4-14. The NCCN Guidelines® also recommend Kisqali as the only Category 1 preferred CDK4/6 inhibitor for first-line treatment of people living with HR+/HER2- MBC when combined with an AI, making Kisqali the preferred first-line treatment of choice for US prescribers in HR+/HER2- mBC18.

In addition, Kisqali has achieved the highest score (A) on the European Society for Medical Oncology-Magnitude of Clinical Benefit Scale (ESMO-MCBS) for eBC; and has the highest rating of any CDK4/6 inhibitor on the ESMO Magnitude of Clinical Benefit Scale, achieving a score of four out of five for first-line pre-menopausal patients with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer20,21. Further, Kisqali in combination with either letrozole or fulvestrant has uniquely, among other CDK4/6 inhibitors, received a score of four out of five for post-menopausal patients with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer treated in the first line22.

Kisqali was developed by Novartis under a research collaboration with Astex Pharmaceuticals.

  • Bombardier is expanding its presence across the country, hiring 800 people for jobs located in its home base of Kansas as well as Texas, Indiana, and Connecticut
  • This strategy includes an initial phase of investment estimated at $270M earmarked for infrastructure growth
  • Bombardier selects Texas as pillar of ongoing Services expansion with 150 high-skilled new jobs planned for the state; expands in Midwest with Fort Wayne, Indiana, Service Center to open in November(1)

Global 8000 at Service Centre

MONTREAL, Oct. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bombardier today announced that it is continuing to significantly enhance its American footprint. The company plans to hire 800 people across America. Today, Bombardier is actively recruiting for 500 positions across the country and plans to create an additional 300 jobs through footprint expansion projects(1). Texas is planned to be the next pillar of expansion and will account for 150 of the 300 new jobs. Hiring activities will further be spread across the company’s U.S. home base in Kansas as well as in Indiana and Connecticut. Job creation in these states will be driven by infrastructure investments, which will total an estimated $270M in the first phase.

“Our American service network is a key pillar of Bombardier’s growth strategy. This new wave of expansion and hiring reflects our long-term confidence in this market and our employees in America,” said Eric Martel, President & CEO, Bombardier. “Based on our constructive conversations with the U.S. administration, we see a bright path forward for our highly skilled aerospace workers as well as a positive environment for Bombardier to continue pursuing direct investments to grow our American footprint.”

Bombardier’s Learning Center in Wichita, Kansas represents one component of Bombardier’s broader investment in this iconic city. Inaugurated last week, the new North American Learning Center reinforces the company’s commitment to developing talent, enhancing capabilities and supporting the long-term growth of its Kansas operations.

Bombardier’s newest American service facility at Fort Wayne International Airport in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is an approximately 64,500-square-foot facility that will accommodate up to six aircraft and offer scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modifications, avionics installations and AOG support. The company will further launch new footprint expansion projects in Dallas, Texas, and Connecticut.

In 2025, the company’s U.S. activities supported 27,200 American jobs(2) throughout its service and manufacturing facilities, as well as within a broad supply chain, where Bombardier spent $2.8 billion. The 27,200 jobs across America, supported by Bombardier activities, carried a 7-to-1 ratio: for every one Bombardier job, activities support seven additional jobs across the economy through supplier purchases and household spending(2). Based on current hiring and expansion plans, the total number of jobs supported is projected to exceed 33,000(1).

Bombardier’s American workers are based all around the United States with sites in Kansas, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Connecticut, Illinois, Delaware, California, Washington D.C. and New Jersey, with Bombardier’s overall direct employment presence covering more than 20 states. Bombardier continues to invest in the people, infrastructure and capabilities that support its customers and grow the American aerospace industry.

BEIJING, Oct. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — WeRide (NASDAQ: WRD, HKEX: 0800), a global leader in autonomous driving technology, has been named among the “Top 10 Automotive AI Application Cases of 2026” at the 2026 World Intelligent Connected Vehicles Conference (WICV). The recognition highlights WeRide’s innovative Physical AI flywheel powered by WeRide GENESIS and WeRide WITT, demonstrating how the company is translating cutting-edge AI technologies into large-scale commercial applications.

WeRide's Physical AI flywheel recognised among the "Top 10 Automotive AI Application Cases of 2026".

WeRide’s Physical AI flywheel recognised among the “Top 10 Automotive AI Application Cases of 2026”.

The selected case of WeRide’s Physical AI flywheel, highlights the practical application of the collaborative application of cutting-edge AI technologies in autonomous driving development. At its core, the flywheel brings together WeRide GENESIS, WeRide’s proprietary general-purpose simulation model, and WeRide WITT, WeRide’s Physical AI Cognitive Foundation Model. WeRide WITT extracts and validates physical facts from real-world road data, while WeRide GENESIS uses these insights to generate high-fidelity simulation scenarios that adhere to real-world physical laws, strengthening training in complex driving scenarios and long-tail situations. Together, the two models empower vehicle-side models, improve development efficiency and adaptability to complex scenarios, and support the deployment of autonomous driving technology across cities and vehicle platforms.

Focusing on the path to scaled production of autonomous driving, Dr. Tony Han, Founder and CEO of WeRide, delivered a keynote titled “The Critical Leap Toward Scaled Deployment of Autonomous Driving” at the conference’s Key Technology Forum, sharing WeRide’s experience in applying L4 expertise to L2 advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

Dr. Han highlighted “intelligence density” as a key metric for evaluating ADAS solutions: how much intelligence each TOPS of computing power can deliver. The goal is to achieve a higher level of intelligent driving with limited computing resources. He also emphasized that investing in safety is essential to earning user trust and building long-term brand value. As the technology advances and its applications expand, safety must remain a priority at every stage, protecting not only passengers inside the vehicle but also every road user outside it.

WICV 2026 was held in Yizhuang, Beijing, from October 21 to 23, and was co-hosted by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Transport, and the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality. This year’s conference was themed “Pooling Wisdom, Boundless Connectivity: Advancing Steadily Towards a New Era of Automated Driving”. The conference has been held annually since 2018 and serves as a major industry event for intelligent connected vehicles, as well as an important platform for policy development and international cooperation.

WeRide’s autonomous driving technologies were also showcased in real-world applications during the conference. During WICV 2026, WeRide deployed more than a dozen Robotaxis and Robobuses, providing autonomous ride experiences and shuttle services for attendees. The nearly 7-kilometer Robotaxi experience route started and ended at the main venue, while Robobuses provided shuttle services connecting conference venues and visitor destinations, including Yonghui Building, BAIC BluePark, Rocket Street, and Robot World.

Today, WeRide has commercialized its full-stack autonomous driving technologies spanning L2 to L4, with operations spanning more than 60 cities across 13 countries worldwide. Its L4 autonomous driving fleet comprises approximately 3,600 vehicles, supported by extensive operating experience across different cities and real-world use cases.

WeRide’s autonomous passenger vehicles are already operating publicly in major global cities, including Guangzhou, Beijing, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Singapore, Riyadh, and Zurich. Through global mobility platforms such as Uber and Grab, as well as local partners including SBB, ioki and TXAI, WeRide is integrating autonomous driving into more urban transportation networks and will soon launch services in additional markets including Spain and Denmark.

WeRide’s L4 autonomous driving technology is also empowering mass-produced passenger vehicles through shared technology architecture. WRD 3.0, WeRide’s one-stage end-to-end L2++ ADAS solution, has been deployed on models including the Chery Exeed Sterra, GAC AION N60, AION i60, and GAC Trumpchi Y7. To date, WRD 3.0 has secured production design wins across more than 30 vehicle models, bringing advanced driving technologies to a broader consumer base.

As the intelligent connected vehicle industry enters a new phase of development, WeRide will continue to advance Physical AI innovation and promote technological synergies across L2 to L4. Working with global industry partners, WeRide will expand the real-world application of its technologies at scale, translating technological progress into safer and more reliable mobility experiences.
