“Rexel achieved its best quarterly sales performance since 2022, confirming the acceleration of our growth trajectory. This performance was led by the United States, where our exposure to data centers and other attractive verticals, combined with our increasingly differentiated value proposition, enabled us to capture particularly strong demand. Europe and Asia-Pacific also maintained positive momentum, demonstrating the resilience and diversification of our portfolio. These results illustrate how our strategic repositioning toward high-growth segments and value-added services is transforming Rexel’s business model and raising its visibility. The acquisitions completed and announced in 2026, including GCG, will further accelerate our transformation.
This very strong performance leads us to raise our full-year 2026 guidance for the second time and reinforces our confidence in our ability to sustain profitable growth and continue creating value through the execution of our Axelerate 2028 roadmap.”

Outlook

Rexel is raising its full-year 2026 guidance for the second time this year, on the back of its acceleration in sales. This momentum is driven by high-growth segments, notably data centers and electrification. The upgrade also reflects the Group’s differentiated positioning in electrification, digital solutions, value-added services and the contribution of recent acquisitions. Together with historically high backlog levels, these factors provide additional visibility for the remainder of the year despite a macroeconomic and geopolitical environment that remains volatile.

In this context, Rexel is upgrading its guidance for full-year 2026, as follows:

  • Same-day sales growth of c. 7% (vs c. 5% upgraded in Q2 26)
  • Current adjusted EBITA margin1 of at least 6.4% (vs at least 6.2% upgraded in Q2 26)
  • Free cash flow conversion2 above 65% (unchanged)

Reminder of Rexel’s key medium-term ambitions:

  • Sales growth potential of between 5% and 8%, with targeted M&A representing between 2% and 3%
  • Current adjusted EBITA margin above 7%
  • An average conversion rate of 65% of EBITDAaL into Free Cash Flow before interest and tax

1 Excluding (i) amortization of PPA and (ii) the non-recurring effect related to changes in copper-based cable prices.

2 FCF Before interest and tax/EBITDAaL

NB: The estimated impacts per quarter of (i) calendar effects by geography, (ii) changes in the consolidation scope and (iii) currency fluctuations (based on assumptions of average rates over the rest of the year for the Group’s main currencies) are detailed in appendix 2

Disclaimer

The Group is exposed to fluctuations in copper prices in connection with its distribution of cable products. Cables accounted for approximately 16% of the Group’s sales and copper accounts for approximately 60% of the composition of cables. This exposure is indirect since cable prices also reflect copper suppliers’ commercial policies and the competitive environment in the Group’s markets. Changes in copper prices have an estimated so-called “recurring” effect and an estimated so called “non-recurring” effect on the Group’s performance assessed as part of the monthly internal reporting process of the Rexel Group: i) the recurring effect related to the change in copper-based cable prices corresponds to the change in value of the copper part included in the sales price of cables from one period to another. This effect mainly relates to the Group’s sales; ii) the non-recurring effect related to the change in copper-based cable prices corresponds to the effect of copper price variations on the sales price of cables between the time they are purchased and the time they are sold, until all such inventory has been sold (direct effect on gross profit). Practically, the non-recurring effect on gross profit is determined by comparing the historical purchase price for copper-based cable and the supplier price effective at the date of the sale of the cables by the Rexel Group. Additionally, the non-recurring effect on current EBITA corresponds to the non-recurring effect on gross profit, which may be offset, when appropriate, by the non-recurring portion of changes in the distribution and administrative expenses.

The impact of these two effects is assessed for as much of the Group’s total cable sales as possible, over each period. Group procedures require that entities that do not have the information systems capable of such exhaustive calculations to estimate these effects based on a sample representing at least 70% of the sales in the period. The results are then extrapolated to all cables sold during the period for that entity. Considering the sales covered. the Rexel Group considers such estimates of the impact of the two effects to be reasonable.

PRESS RELEASE
October 22, 2026

REVENUE FOR THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2026

Disciplined execution and tangible progress on the Group’s strategic priorities in a challenging environment

Focused action plan to restore Gucci desirability and rebuild foundations for sustainable growth

Solid momentum at Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Brioni, Kering Jewelry and Kering Eyewear, with clear action plans to further unlock their full potential

Revenue: €3,345 million
Stable on a reported basis, -1% on a comparable basis

“Third-quarter revenue reflects the phasing we anticipated, in a softer macroeconomic environment.

The recovery of Gucci remains our defining priority. We are steadily strengthening desirability and advancing our product development at pace. Reflecting the complementarity of our portfolio, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta and Brioni, as well as Kering Eyewear and Kering Jewelry, continue to extend their strong trajectory and we are doubling down on the renewal of Balenciaga and Alexander McQueen.

Unlocking the Group’s full potential requires restoring momentum at Gucci, accelerating on product excellence, delivering our action plan in China, realizing the full benefits of our Group platform and embedding a culture of execution across the organization.

The transformation of Kering is a multi-season undertaking, but the improvements we are seeing across the Group, notably in desirability and key operating indicators, reinforce our confidence in the direction we have set, and the determination of our teams to deliver it.”

(1)   Change on a comparable scope and exchange rate basis

2025 figures have been restated to exclude the contribution of Kering Beauté.

Kering revenue in the third quarter of 2026 amounted to €3,345 million, stable as reported and down 1% on a comparable basis year-on-year. The change in reported revenue included a positive currency effect of 1 percentage point and no scope impact.

Third-quarter revenue reflected the anticipated second-half phasing and a more difficult comparison base, compounded by softer macroeconomic trends. Traffic remained the main constraint, while conversion, average price and average ticket remained supportive across most Houses, helped by stronger product execution and improved client engagement.

By channel, in the third quarter:

  • Sales from the directly operated retail network, including e-commerce, declined by 3% on a comparable basis, remaining uneven across regions and Houses.
  • Wholesale and Other revenues were up 3% on a comparable basis.

In the first nine months of 2026, the Group generated revenue of €10,565 million, down 2% as reported and stable on a comparable basis, while advancing the optimization of its store network. Following 75 net store closures in 2025, Kering completed a further 105 net store closures during the first nine months of the year, including 128 closures and 23 openings, thereby exceeding its full-year objective of 100 net closures ahead of schedule. The Group now plans at least 125 net closures for the full year 2026.

Kering Fashion & Leather Goods

In the third quarter of 2026, Kering Fashion & Leather Goods revenue amounted to €2,743 million, down 1% as reported and 3% on a comparable basis.

The performance of Gucci, which is part of this segment, is detailed in a dedicated section.

Sales in the directly operated retail network were down 4% on a comparable basis. Excluding Gucci, retail sales increased by 2%, driven by continued growth at Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta and Brioni, underscoring the increasing breadth of the Group’s portfolio.

  • Saint Laurent growth was notably driven by sustained momentum in North America and Western Europe, and strong engagement from VICs (Very Important Clients) and Core clients.
  • Bottega Veneta again outperformed across key markets, supported by sustained brand desirability, strong momentum in leather goods and successful product introductions. The House also advanced its diversification strategy, notably in ready-to-wear, while benefitting from strong engagement among VICs.
  • Balenciaga remained resilient in leather goods, while its ready-to-wear and shoes categories were still challenged.
  • Alexander McQueen pursued its repositioning, sharpening its British tailoring identity, enhancing its product offering and streamlining its distribution footprint as part of its turnaround plan.
  • Brioni maintained strong growth, supported by its highly personalized client relationship and the strength of its bespoke offer.

Wholesale and Other revenues of the segment increased by 4% on a comparable basis.

of which Gucci

Gucci recorded revenue of €1,291 million in the third quarter, down 4% as reported and down 6% on a comparable basis.

The performance of Gucci reflected a more demanding comparison base and a less pronounced newness effect than in the second quarter. While traffic remained the main constraint, conversion, average price and average ticket improved further, supported by the progressive rollout of new collections.

The House pressed ahead with its product transformation agenda, further refining its product and pricing architecture, enhancing quality and improving time to market. Handbags were at the forefront of these efforts, supported by a richer offering, while ready-to-wear and shoes remain key areas of focus.

Sales from the directly operated retail network declined by 9% on a comparable basis. North America remained the House’s most resilient market against a more demanding comparison base, while lower traffic weighed on performance in Asia Pacific, particularly in Mainland China, and in Japan.

Wholesale and Other revenues were up 35% on a comparable basis in the third quarter. Wholesale, which amounted to €120 million, or 9% of the quarterly sales, was up 45% on a comparable basis, reflecting a low comparison base and order-book effects as new collections came through.

Kering Jewelry

In the third quarter of 2026, Kering Jewelry delivered another strong performance against a more demanding comparison base. Revenue amounted to €239 million, up 12% as reported and 11% on a comparable basis, reflecting the strength of the division’s complementary Houses.

Boucheron maintained strong momentum, supported by the enduring appeal of its iconic collections Quatre and Serpent Bohème and good performance in Japan and South Korea. Pomellato continued to build momentum, particularly in Japan, driven by sustained demand for Nudo, Iconica and Together. Performance at DoDo and Qeelin was mixed, though the Houses moved forward with their product initiatives, notably with Qeelin’s successful launch of Wulu Purple Jade.

Sales in the directly operated retail network increased by 18% on both a reported and a comparable basis, while Wholesale and Other revenues decreased by 6%.

Kering Eyewear

In the third quarter of 2026, Kering Eyewear revenue amounted to €373 million, up 6% as reported and up 4% on a comparable basis, reflecting the resilience of the business despite the anticipated phasing effects between the third and fourth quarters. Performance was supported by ongoing innovation and strong commercial execution across the portfolio, with growth across all regions. Key developments during the quarter included the launch of the Fall Winter 2026 collection of Maui Jim, initiatives celebrating the fortieth anniversary of Lindberg, as well as successful sales and marketing campaigns across key markets.

Corporate & Other

In the third quarter of 2026, revenue from Corporate & Other amounted to €27 million, down 5% on a reported and a comparable basis, primarily reflecting the end of rental income following the real estate transactions.

Within the segment, Ginori 1735 delivered strong double-digit growth, reflecting the steady progress in brand development and desirability across key markets.

OUTLOOK

Kering is fully mobilized on the execution of its strategic plan. The Group continues to prioritize the quality of its revenue and the depth of its transformation, with progress on both fronts: several Houses are showing strong momentum and the recovery at Gucci is gradually taking shape.

While short-term revenue trends reflect a more challenging macroeconomic environment, Kering confirms its objective of improving its recurring operating margin in 2026, supported by the efficiency measures under way, while maintaining strong investment in the desirability of its Houses.

Official Customizations: Classic Design with Distinct Personalities

The three official customized models each strike a unique tone within the same family design language. The V25 Game Changer draws inspiration from game consoles and controllers, translating elements of digital gaming into automotive design. It embeds this personal passion into the iconic boxy silhouette via joystick-inspired color palettes and bespoke detailing. The V23 Forge retains the original body outline of the V23, amplifying its stance with flared wide-body wheel arches, a vertical grille and gloss-black trim. It keeps its urban character while adding a powerful, rugged edge. The V27 Sun Roam pays homage to 1980s off-road vehicles and vintage cameras, pairing robust proportions with refined detailing to cater to users who prioritize travel experiences.

2

【V Series official customized vehicles】

While the three models follow different design directions, they collectively demonstrate that classic design can retain strong brand recognizability, while still leaving ample room for individual aesthetic expression.

Diverse Creations: Bringing Cultural Heritage and Personal Passions to Life

Regional cultures take physical shape in the liveries of independent custom builds. Golden Horizon adorns the V27 with motifs inspired by UAE sand dunes, city skylines and Arabic geometric patterns. Wild Pursuit uses sand hues and rainforest olive green, combining tiger claw markings, mountain outlines and tropical flora to capture Malaysia’s natural and cultural identity. Mondrian Mosaic is built on a silver-white V23, using black dividing lines to frame blocks of red, yellow, green and blue, a nod to South Africa’s cultural diversity. As viewers trace along the bodywork, they see not just color schemes, but also the environments and daily lives familiar to each creator.

3

【iCAUR customized vehicles presenting lifestyle diversity】

Personal interests also steer the direction of these custom builds. PET ADVENTURE is fitted with pet transport gear, mats, food bowls and leashes, and even a V27-shaped scratching board. REEL RANGER is purpose-built for fishing trips, equipped with a canoe rack and roof cargo bag. A craft-beer themed V23 channels brewing culture and urban leisure with a purple-and-yellow color scheme, while FUNFORCE leans into a drift aesthetic for the V23 with a wide-body kit and rear spoiler. These works push customization beyond pure styling into functional customization, offering actionable lifestyle inspiration for other users.

Customization Interactions: Turning Vehicle Capabilities into Hands-On Experiences

Equipment displays and interactive activities are arranged around each customized vehicle. A water-sports themed V23 features wave graphics that echo its theme, paired with paddleboard racks and awnings to showcase gear-carrying capacity and outdoor relaxation. A nine-square toss game invites attendees to join in. The camping-focused V23 transforms the car into a fully fledged campsite with a roof platform integrated with a tent, awning and rotating ladder. Visitors can test quick-set seating beside the vehicle, handling outdoor gear themselves and walking through the whole routine from arrival to rest.

4

【Users participating in interactions at the iCAUR customized vehicle event】

Photography is another gateway to exploring these builds. A racing-inspired V23 conveys speed with sharp geometric lines and diagonal patterns, and hosts a photo check-in activity. The outdoor off-road V27 combines auxiliary lights with a roof platform and side ladder to showcase backcountry utility, with a spinning-wheel photo pose to add fun.

The photography-themed V27 turns shooting itself into part of the experience. The model’s factory roof rails, dashboard mounting points and top threaded interfaces provide solid anchor points for camera gear, framing the vehicle as a mobile shooting platform. After trying high-position jib shooting, guests can scan a QR code to retrieve their photos or videos, extending the experience beyond the venue. In this way, partners’ professional expertise is translated into accessible, participatory lifestyle moments.

Indoor Ecosystem: Discovering Classics Through Senses and User Stories

Stepping into the indoor eco-exhibition hall, classic architectural elements blend with contemporary design to craft a brand space steeped in lifestyle atmosphere. The Classic Time Memory Zone exhibits music players, headphones and vintage lifestyle objects from different eras. The Ebony Noble fragrance fills the space with warm woody notes to enrich the sensory journey, and guests can interact with the AiMOGA robot for an up-close taste of future intelligent mobility. Classics are experienced through form, sound and scent, tying “Classic Never Fades” to timeless aesthetics.

5

【Users visiting and sharing the iCAUR indoor eco-exhibition】

This feeling extends further into tangible daily life. Lifestyle vignettes feature surfing, cycling and travel, while the personalized customization ecosystem zone displays exterior kits, body accessories and outdoor equipment, helping users match available options to their weekday routines and weekend getaways. The user co-creation story zone showcases owners’ custom ideas and experiences, explaining the thinking behind each design and how the vehicle fits into their lives. Real vehicles, practical gear and owner narratives complement one another, making the connection between classic design, technology and the ecosystem easy to grasp.

From On-Site Showcase to Long-Term Vision: Sustained Co-Creation Through Customization and Community

The rich variety of concepts shown at the event also maps to upcoming products and services. Ronna Luo, CEO of iCAUR International, shared that the three official customized vehicles are scheduled for launch no later than early 2027. Rollout will follow either KD (Knocked Down) assembly or dealer-fit kits, subject to local regulations and market conditions. Moving forward, every iCAUR showroom will host a dedicated customization zone. When new models launch, custom variants will be displayed alongside them to give users creative references and ready-to-choose options.

User exchange will also have lasting support. iCAUR has set up official user clubs across 9 markets; it will connect users in more countries via Club Connect in 2027. Insights gathered from these exchanges will feed back into product and experience upgrades. The brand’s first cohort of ambassadors was unveiled at the summit, and this framework will continue to recognize users who contribute to the brand and its community.

These arrangements create a pathway for creative concepts seen at the event to enter everyday use. They also shift users from passive spectators of custom builds into active participants in product and ecosystem development. This is the core meaning of “Classic Never Fades”: to uphold classic design while continuously responding to evolving lifestyle needs. It makes self-expression achievable, ensures real user voices are heard, and lets each vehicle accrue unique, user-owned value over years of use.

Collaboration will connect ABB with pre-screened Lincoln Tech graduates to support long-term field service technician hiring needs.

Parsippany, NJ, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Lincoln Educational Services Corporation (NASDAQ: LINC), a national leader in specialized technical training for 80 years, today announced a workforce development partnership with ABB, a global technology leader in electrification and automation. Through the partnership, Lincoln Tech’s WorkforceLinc division will support ABB in building a recurring national pipeline of entry-level electrical and electronic technician candidates.

The partnership is focused on candidate sourcing, preliminary screening, and referral. WorkforceLinc will identify and engage students and recent graduates from Lincoln Tech’s Electrical and Electronic Systems Technology (EEST) programs, confirm foundational qualifications and employment interests, and refer aligned candidates to ABB for final interview and hiring consideration.

Lincoln Tech’s EEST programs provide hands-on instruction in electrical and electronic fundamentals, AC and DC theory, circuitry, schematic interpretation, introductory industrial systems, safety practices, and career readiness. Referred candidates will bring this foundational preparation to ABB, which will retain full discretion over hiring, onboarding, and role-specific training.

“Lincoln Tech has always been committed to connecting career-focused education with the real workforce needs of employers,” says Scott Shaw, Lincoln Tech’s President and CEO. “What makes this partnership unique is our ability to engage students from the moment they enter a Lincoln Tech campus through graduation and career placement. By combining our national recruiting infrastructure with the strength of our Electrical and Electronic Systems Technology programs, we can help ABB build a sustainable pipeline of emerging technical talent while creating meaningful career opportunities for our graduates.”

WorkforceLinc will leverage a national recruiting model that combines the efforts of campus leadership, instructors, career services teams, and a dedicated recruitment team operating regionally across Lincoln Tech’s network of 22 campuses. This structure enables ABB’s employment opportunities and employer message to be introduced throughout a student’s educational journey, beginning when the student first enters Lincoln Tech and continuing through graduation. Through multiple points of engagement, WorkforceLinc will build awareness of ABB career opportunities, identify qualified candidates early, and maintain a consistent pipeline of talent aligned with ABB’s hiring needs.

The collaboration is designed to create a repeatable, scalable technician pipeline capable of supporting ABB’s long-term workforce strategy. Through continuous recruiting engagement across Lincoln Tech’s campuses, WorkforceLinc will provide up to 120 vetted candidate referrals annually, aligned with ABB’s active hiring demand, geographic priorities, and workforce planning objectives. Candidate flow will be adjusted based on hiring forecasts and open positions to ensure referrals remain closely aligned with ABB’s operational needs.

“Building and leading a world-class service organization in the critical power industry requires a continuous investment in people, skills, and development,” says Ryan Baham, Country Service Manager, ABB Critical Power Service. “We are excited to partner with Lincoln Tech to help create a strong talent pipeline of future technicians and service professionals. This partnership reflects ABB’s commitment to developing the next generation of talent while providing students with meaningful career opportunities in a growing and highly specialized industry. We look forward to welcoming these future professionals to our team and supporting their long-term success.”

By connecting ABB with a recurring national pool of pre-screened Lincoln Tech graduates, the partnership will create stronger career pathways for emerging technicians while helping ABB maintain consistent access to entry-level electrical and electronic talent. The collaboration reflects both organizations’ commitment to strengthening the technical workforce and supporting long-term career opportunities for Lincoln Tech graduates.

Powered by Paylocity’s Ignite AI, Recruiting Optimizer helps organizations improve recruiter productivity by 35%, fill roles faster by 25%, and reduce candidate drop-off by 15%.

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Paylocity (NASDAQ: PCTY), a leading provider of HCM, Finance, and IT solutions, today introduced Recruiting Optimizer, a new AI-powered solution that extends Paylocity Recruiting with AI agents embedded directly into recruiting workflows to automate the identification, engagement, and candidate hiring process while making recruiting teams more productive.

Rising applicant volumes make it harder for recruiting teams to identify qualified candidates, keep applicants engaged, and fully leverage existing talent pools. Recruiting Optimizer uses purpose-built AI agents to automate recruiting workflows across talent rediscovery, candidate engagement, screening, and interview scheduling. Recruiters maintain control by configuring the criteria, triggers, and decision points each agent follows, while reviewing outputs and exercising judgment at key stages of the hiring process. This allows routine tasks to be automated at scale, while keeping people in control of candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.

As part of Paylocity Ignite AI, Recruiting Optimizer introduces two agents:

  • Candidate Engagement Agent delivers an always-on candidate experience that keeps applicants engaged from initial interest through hiring. Conversational AI, across web and SMS, helps candidates find and apply for relevant roles and complete predefined screening questions, while assisting with interview scheduling based on recruiter-defined criteria. By automating high-volume candidate interactions, organizations can reduce candidate drop-off, accelerate time-to-hire, and manage larger candidate pipelines without adding headcount.
  • Talent Rediscovery Agent helps recruiters identify qualified candidates already in their talent pools by surfacing previous applicants who match current hiring needs and summarizing their prior application and interview activity for the recruiter’s review. By helping recruiters quickly reconnect with qualified candidates who have already expressed interest in the organization, it reduces sourcing effort and helps fill roles faster.

“Before implementing Paylocity’s latest recruiting tools, our recruiters spent a significant amount of time on administrative work, from scheduling interviews and screening candidates to managing follow-ups,” said Dale Jakins, HR Director, Tim Dahle Auto Group. “By automating much of that work, these new capabilities have helped us save approximately 5–8 hours per week, giving recruiters more time to identify top talent, build meaningful candidate relationships, and make faster, more informed hiring decisions.”

“Recruiting is filled with candidate interactions where delays can mean losing top candidates, extending time-to-fill, and putting additional strain on teams,” said Melissa King, SVP of Products & Technology at Paylocity. “Recruiting Optimizer helps organizations remove friction from the hiring process by embedding AI directly into recruiting workflows, helping recruiters be more productive while keeping them in control of hiring decisions.”

Woven into the flow of recruiting work, Recruiting Optimizer complements Paylocity Recruiting’s existing tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, reporting, and extending offers. Through Paylocity’s unified platform, the solution connects recruiting with onboarding and the employee record, reducing duplicate entry and creating a more seamless transition from candidate to employee.
