Initial deployment targets select employees, with potential to expand across the company’s broader workforce

Bond’s enterprise customers include two of the three largest companies in the world and one of the three largest credit card companies

NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Our Bond, Inc. (“Bond”) (NASDAQ: OBAI), the creator of the world’s first AI-powered Preventative Personal Security platform adopted by leading multinational companies, today announced that an S&P 500 financial technology company has selected Bond to provide personal security services for its executives and at-risk employees.

The agreement marks another enterprise customer win for Bond, adding to its growing presence across multinational corporations, municipalities and other organizations. The initial deployment will cover a select group of executives and at-risk employees, with the potential to expand across the company’s broader workforce over time. Many of Bond’s enterprise customers start with an initial deployment covering executives, their family members and specific at-risk employees, but have returned for additional licenses after their initial deployment, offering the Bond service across the broader workforce including employees in other countries.

Innovation creates new opportunities to accomplish personal and corporate goals. Protecting employees outside of the corporate facilities has been an extremely expensive task, which companies can practically only achieve relative to a few executives. Bond changes that reality with its category defining AI-powered Preventative Personal Security platform. Employees face potential risks while traveling, commuting and going about their daily lives, driving demand for security that is not limited by location. When employees experience violent incidents, in their professional or private lives – it is both tragic and expensive for the employers, given that corporations cover medical costs, absenteeism due to injuries, potential churn and the cost of hiring and training replacements. Bond addresses this need through its AI-powered platform, combining on-demand technology with trained Personal Security Agents who respond by video within seconds from its 24/7 Command Centers to help identify potential threats, prevent incidents from escalating and coordinate emergency assistance when needed. A study by Ernst & Young (EY) found that organizations offering Bond to their employees can expect savings of approximately $181 per employee per year, mainly from reduced medical costs, higher productivity and lower absenteeism.

“Companies have historically invested heavily in protecting their facilities, but that protection often ends when employees leave the building,” said Doron Kempel, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Our Bond. “Bond addresses this gap by providing preventative personal security wherever employees are. Being selected by an S&P 500 company to protect its executives is an important validation of our platform. We see this as a starting point, and our goal is to earn the opportunity to protect more of the company’s employees over time. This approach of ‘land and expand’ is common in the B2B space and aligns with a reality of introducing a new paradigm for which there is no precedent of usage and initial budget allocation.”

Five-patient Phase 1b Crohn’s disease cohort showed a 47.5% reduction in mean endoscopic disease activity and a 58.8% reduction in mean fecal calprotectin after 14 days

Intestinal exposure and tissue analyses strengthen the rationale for an oral, once-daily therapy targeting the ileum and colon

Phase 2b ASCENTRA-UC study enrolling; Phase 2a Crohn’s disease study being initiated

Denver, CO, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Palisade Bio, Inc. (Nasdaq: PALI) (“Palisade” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing oral therapies for immune-mediated diseases, announced clinical and translational findings presented in one oral presentation and three moderated posters at United European Gastroenterology (UEG) Week 2026, held October 17–20 in Barcelona, Spain. The findings connect targeted intestinal exposure to PALI-0008, the active metabolite of PALI-2108, with PDE4 target engagement, reduced intestinal inflammation and early clinical activity in ulcerative colitis (UC) and fibrostenotic Crohn’s disease (FSCD).

The new analyses build on previously reported Phase 1b results: a 47.5% reduction in mean endoscopic disease activity after 14 days in five patients with FSCD, and clinical response in all five patients in a separate UC cohort assessed after seven days. Palisade is enrolling the Phase 2b ASCENTRA-UC study and initiating a Phase 2a open-label study in Crohn’s disease.

“The strength of these findings is the connection between drug exposure at the site of disease, biological activity in intestinal tissue and early improvement on endoscopy,” said Mitch Jones, M.D., Ph.D., President and Chief Medical Officer of Palisade Bio. “In patients with longstanding fibrostenotic Crohn’s disease, most of whom were receiving biologic therapy, we observed endoscopic improvement within two weeks alongside reduced intestinal inflammation. Together with our UC findings, these results strengthen our confidence in advancing PALI-2108 as a once-daily oral treatment targeting both the ileum and colon. The exploratory tissue-remodeling signals also provide us with a compelling rationale to investigate its potential beyond inflammation.”

Rapid Endoscopic Improvement in Fibrostenotic Crohn’s Disease

Oral presentation OP003, presented by Florian Rieder, M.D., Cleveland Clinic, describes a Phase 1b open-label study in five patients with symptomatic ileal strictures and a mean disease duration of 15.4 years. Four of five patients were receiving concomitant biologic therapy. Patients received PALI-2108 once daily with food over 14 days, with titration to target doses of 20, 25 or 30 mg.

  • Previously reported endoscopic activity: Mean Simple Endoscopic Score for Crohn’s Disease (SES-CD) decreased by 47.5%. Two of five patients (40%) achieved endoscopic response, and two of five (40%) achieved endoscopic remission, defined as an SES-CD of 0–2.
  • Reduced intestinal inflammation: Mean fecal calprotectin decreased by 58.8% from baseline. Ileal tissue cAMP increased, consistent with PDE4 target engagement; exploratory analyses identified an inverse association between changes in tissue cAMP and fecal calprotectin.
  • Evidence of tissue-level activity: Paired biopsy analyses showed reductions in inflammatory-cell populations. Exploratory single-nucleus RNA analyses identified reduced PDE4D expression in ileal enterocytes in three of four patients with paired sprovamples.
  • Exploratory stricture observation: One stricture that could not be traversed by the endoscope at baseline was traversable at Day 14. This single-patient observation does not establish reversal of fibrosis.
  • Favorable short-term tolerability: All reported adverse events were mild. No serious adverse events, treatment discontinuations, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or headache were reported in this five-patient cohort.

Exploratory changes in collagen-degradation and macrophage-associated biomarkers were consistent with potential extracellular matrix remodeling and support further investigation of PALI-2108’s effects on fibrotic disease. These analyses do not establish an antifibrotic clinical benefit.

Early Clinical Activity and Histologic Improvement in Ulcerative Colitis

Moderated poster MP0844 builds on previously reported findings from five patients in the Phase 1b UC cohort, which evaluated titration to 30 mg twice daily. At the Day 7 assessment, all five patients achieved clinical response and two achieved clinical remission. Tissue analyses showed reductions in inflammatory-cell populations and improvements in histologic disease activity, alongside evidence of PDE4 target engagement.

These findings support ASCENTRA-UC, the ongoing Phase 2b study evaluating PALI-2108 at 15 mg and 30 mg once daily versus placebo in approximately 204 patients.

Intestinal Drug Exposure Supports Once-Daily Development

Moderated poster MP0564 further characterizes PALI-2108’s targeted delivery profile. In evaluated FSCD patients, mean intestinal tissue concentrations of active PALI-0008 were approximately 7.3-fold higher than peak plasma concentrations, with exposure demonstrated in the ileum, ascending colon and descending colon. Pharmacokinetic findings also supported sustained plasma exposure above the estimated PDE4 IC90, the concentration associated with 90% inhibition in vitro, over 24 hours at 30 mg once daily.

Together, these findings support the development of a once-daily oral therapy designed to concentrate PDE4 activity in intestinal tissue while providing sustained systemic exposure with a more gradual rise in plasma drug concentrations.

Transcriptomic Analyses Support Biomarker Development

Moderated poster MP0845 describes an exploratory analysis of approximately 3,000 transcriptomic samples from more than 15 studies. Composite signatures incorporating PDE4/cAMP signaling and inflammatory pathways improved separation of responder and non-responder phenotypes compared with PDE4 gene expression alone. The work supports further investigation of biomarkers that may help characterize treatment response; prospective predictive utility for PALI-2108 has not been established.

The UC and FSCD clinical findings are exploratory and derive from small, short-duration, open-label cohorts without placebo controls. They require confirmation in larger controlled studies. The studies do not establish comparative efficacy or safety, durable benefit, or reversal of intestinal fibrosis.

The presentations are available on the Publications page of the Company’s website.

About PALI-2108

PALI-2108 is an investigational oral PDE4 inhibitor prodrug designed for localized bioactivation in the terminal ileum and colon and being developed for once-daily dosing. Its active metabolite, PALI-0008, inhibits PDE4, increasing intracellular cAMP to modulate inflammatory signaling. Phase 1 studies have provided evidence of intestinal exposure, target engagement, favorable short-term tolerability and early clinical activity, supporting Phase 2 development in UC and Crohn’s disease. PALI-2108 has not been approved for any indication.

About Palisade Bio

Palisade Bio is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing oral therapies for immune-mediated diseases. Its lead program, PALI-2108, is advancing through Phase 2 development in inflammatory bowel disease.

New collaboration will bring Capitalization Table data to FactSet Workstation, strengthening and expanding its private markets offering for investment professionals

NORWALK, Conn., Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — FactSet, a leading global intelligence and AI solutions provider to the financial markets, has entered into a partnership with Nasdaq Private Market (NPM), a leading provider of liquidity, capital and investment solutions for private companies and investors, to integrate Capitalization (Cap) Table data into its platform. The intelligence sourced from NPM is expected to support more informed due diligence, valuation analysis, and deal sourcing – areas where reliable, structured data has historically been difficult to obtain.

The partnership comes at a particularly relevant moment. While private markets have grown significantly over the past decade, transparency, reporting standards, and data-sharing practices have struggled to keep pace. As investment professionals across all firm types are allocating more capital to private assets, the need for accurate, structured private markets data has grown sharply.

FactSet’s collaboration with NPM directly addresses this need. The integrated solution will give investment professionals a deeper insight into private company ownership structures and how financing transactions, such as new funding rounds, secondary sales, and dilutive events, affect ownership stakes and capital structure over time.

Critically, the Cap Table data sourced through NPM is supported by verifiable, auditable documentation and filings, rather than relying solely on modelled ownership estimates. This will provide financial and advisory firms with a higher degree of confidence in the data underpinning their investment and dealmaking workflows.

The NPM data also complements the private-company, funding, deal, and M&A data FactSet already provides. This enables clients to develop a more complete and connected view of private-market activity, spanning a company’s early funding history through to its current ownership and capital structure.

“Private markets have grown significantly, but the underlying ownership data hasn’t kept pace. As a result, firms have largely relied on modelled estimates rather than source documents. As an active secondary trading venue and private company share settlement engine, Nasdaq Private Market operates differently, working directly with the legal documentation that underpins private company ownership. The unique access to high-quality source data forms the basis of our partnership. The agreement also reflects FactSet’s ongoing commitment to expanding our private markets capabilities and ensuring clients have access to comprehensive, high-quality data across both public and private markets, all within a single platform.” – said Eric Weitzman, Senior Vice President, Senior Director of Data Partnerships at FactSet.

“Cap table data and in particular, share-class level information, is fundamental to how investment professionals evaluate private company investment opportunities and potential outcomes, and we are pleased to be working with FactSet to make this data more accessible to the market,” – said James Brooks, Chief Strategy Officer at Nasdaq Private Market.

The partnership reflects FactSet’s continued investment in private markets data capabilities and commitment to provide a top-grade trusted financial intelligence for all firm types across public and private markets within a unified ecosystem.

Calibration Guidelines bring recommendations from leading providers into repair and claims workflows to support proper and consistent vehicle repairs

CHICAGO, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — As advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) become more common and complex, repairers and insurers need trusted calibration guidance at the point of decision. CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC), a leading SaaS and AI platform powering the insurance and repair economy, today announced Calibration Guidelines, a new capability that brings recommendations from leading providers directly into existing estimating workflows.

“The growing complexity of today’s vehicles is raising the stakes for every participant in the repair ecosystem,” said Dan Risley, vice president, Automotive Services Group for CCC. “Supporting safe, proper, and consistent repairs requires collaboration across repairers, insurers, automakers, diagnostics providers, and technology partners. CCC is helping make trusted calibration guidance easier to access and apply as repair and claims decisions are being made.”

Industry stakeholders, including leading repair associations and consumer advocacy groups, have increasingly identified ADAS calibrations as one of the collision repair industry’s most pressing issues, citing the need for easier access to trusted repair guidance.

“ADAS represents one of the most significant technological changes our industry has ever faced,” said Erick Bickett, Director, PACE Calibration Centers. “The pace and magnitude of this change demand collaboration across the entire industry. We appreciate CCC’s leadership in making calibration guidance more accessible at the point where critical repair decisions are made and for their work as part of CIECA’s ADAS Calibration Committee. Together, these efforts are important steps toward greater transparency and proper repairers.”

CCC’s Calibration Guidelines sources recommendations, informed by vehicle manufacturers’ repair and calibration requirements, from leading calibration and diagnostics providers. Current participants include asTech (via adasThink), Azimuth, Opus (via ADAS Map Pro), Kinetic and REVV.

“No single stakeholder can solve this challenge alone,” Risley added. “The industry’s continued focus on ADAS calibration reflects a shared commitment to consumers, safer roadways, and the proper repair of increasingly sophisticated vehicles. CCC is proud to support those efforts by helping connect trusted information with the people who need it.”

Calibration Guidelines is available to all CCC ONE users at no additional cost from CCC. Customers with a contracted participating provider can access recommendations through the Diagnostics button in CCC ONE; insurers using Advanced or Intelligent Estimating in APEX can also access the capability.

TAIPEI, Taiwan, and BOTHELL, Wash., Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — YD Bio Limited (“YD Bio” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: YDES), a biotechnology company advancing DNA methylation-based cancer detection and ophthalmologic innovations, today announced a strategic collaboration with EG BioMed Co., Ltd., a Taiwan registered company and an affiliate of YD Bio (“EG BioMed”), and digital health provider JoiiUp. The partnership integrates an AI Cancer Risk Assessment (the “Assessment”), jointly developed by YD Bio and EG BioMed, into JoiiUp’s JoiiSports app, expanding access to personalized health insights for corporate wellness programs and healthcare institutions.

Key Collaboration Highlights

  • Clinically Validated Data: The Assessment was developed in collaboration with three Taipei Medical University (TMU) affiliated hospitals and validated using over 1,200 clinical records.
  • Broad Immediate Reach: JoiiUp brings over 12 years of workplace health promotion experience, actively supporting the employee wellness programs of over 400 companies.
  • Non-Invasive Profiling: The tool utilizes an online health questionnaire and proprietary AI models mapped against medical literature to analyze demographic data, lifestyle habits, and family history across ten cancer types—requiring no blood draws or imaging.
  • Actionable Digital Integration: By leveraging Single Sign-On (SSO), users can seamlessly access the Assessment directly within the JoiiSports app to generate personalized risk reports and targeted lifestyle recommendations.

Strategic Market Integration

The integration will connect the Assessment with JoiiUp’s existing exercise, nutrition, and sleep management ecosystem. Initial deployment is expected to focus on JoiiUp’s existing corporate partner network, enabling employers to seamlessly add targeted cancer risk analysis to their employee health benefits. Following successful corporate implementation, the companies plan to expand the offering to healthcare institutions as a supplementary tool for patient education and consultation.

Management Perspectives

“A key to cancer prevention is understanding risk early and taking timely action,” said Dr. Ethan Shen, Chairman and CEO of YD Bio. “This Assessment is the first step in building a comprehensive cancer management pathway spanning risk assessment, early detection, and precision medicine. Through JoiiUp, we are bringing personalized risk analysis directly into everyday health management and supporting vital follow-up discussions with healthcare professionals.”

Dr. Ruo-Kai Lin, Professor at TMU and Chief of R&D at EG BioMed, noted: “Through questionnaires and personalized analysis, we hope to help users understand their risks and inform discussions with healthcare professionals. Partnering with JoiiUp makes this clinically validated information vastly more accessible.”

Important Regulatory Disclosure

The Assessment is a cancer risk-stratification and health guidance tool. It uses statistical and artificial intelligence methods applied to health information self-reported by the user. Its output does not represent the probability of developing cancer. It does not diagnose cancer and is not intended for cancer diagnosis, screening, early detection, disease prediction, or treatment decision-making; it cannot replace professional medical evaluation, diagnostic testing, or consultation with a qualified healthcare provider, and does not replace recommended cancer screening.
