NEW YORK, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Getty Images Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK: GETY) (“Getty Images” or the “Company”), the preeminent source of authentic global visual content and coverage, today announced that it has moved forward to implement its previously disclosed financial restructuring, which includes an equity investment of up to $533 million from members of the Getty family, through certain of their affiliated entities, and affiliates of Koch Equity Development (“KED”) (together, the “Equity Investors”), as well as a significant reduction in the Company’s outstanding debt. With non-operating legal liabilities addressed and a substantially strengthened balance sheet, Getty Images will be well positioned to invest in future growth, continue serving customers and supporting contributors globally, and execute against its long-term strategy.

The Company has launched a solicitation process for formal approval of the prepackaged plan of reorganization and, to implement the plan in the most efficient manner, has commenced voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”) for certain of its U.S. entities. Under a Restructuring Support Agreement entered into on October 12, 2026, the plan already has the support of the Company’s major financial stakeholder groups, including the Equity Investors and lenders across the capital structure.

Getty Images will continue operating in the ordinary course throughout the process. There is no anticipated impact on content contributors, partners, customers, employees, or vendors, and the Company expects to continue fulfilling obligations and serving stakeholders as usual.

“Today’s filing is a procedural step to implement the financial restructuring previously announced. Getty Images continues to operate normally, serving customers and supporting contributors and partners around the world. This process addresses our capital structure and certain non-operating liabilities and supports expanded investment into our content and services,” said Craig Peters, Chief Executive Officer of Getty Images.

The Company expects to complete the restructuring by year end after customary regulatory approvals are obtained and emerge as a privately held company owned by the Equity Investors.

Additional Information about the Court Process

As part of the process, the Company has filed with the Court a series of customary motions to facilitate fulfilling commitments to employees, serving customers, and making pre- and post-filing payments to vendors in the ordinary course. The Company expects to fund the restructuring with financing from an affiliate of KED of up to $143 million, in addition to cash generated from ongoing operations.

TORONTO, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hudbay Minerals Inc. (“Hudbay” or the “Company”) (TSX, NYSE: HBM) today announced the results of the definitive feasibility study and related pre-feasibility studies (collectively, the “DFS”) for its 70%-owned Copper World project in Arizona, located approximately 50 kilometres (31 miles) southeast of Tucson. Copper World is 30%-owned by Mitsubishi Corporation (“Mitsubishi”) pursuant to a joint venture agreement entered into with Hudbay in January 2026. Supported by a robust DFS, Hudbay and Mitsubishi have formally approved the final investment decision to proceed with the construction and development of Copper World as the next major copper mine in the U.S. with first production targeted for the second half of 2029. Hudbay will be filing a technical report pursuant to National Instrument 43-101 containing the results of the DFS for Copper World. All dollar amounts are in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise noted. “Tonnes” refer to metric tonnes and “tons” refer to imperial or U.S. short tons.

Copper World Will Be One of the Largest Open-Pit Copper Mines in the United States, Doubling Hudbay’s Annual Copper Production Levels

  • With first production projected in the second half of 2029, Copper World will be the first of the next generation of long-life, low-cost copper mines in the Americas.
  • Copper World DFS outlines annual copper production of 102,000 tonnes over the first 10 years, an 11% increase when compared to 92,000 tonnes in Hudbay’s 2023 pre-feasibility study for Copper World (“2023 PFS”).
  • Average annual cash costsi of $1.65 per pound over the first 10 years continues to position Copper World as one of the lowest cost open-pit copper mines in the U.S.ii
  • Hudbay’s consolidated annual copper production is expected to increase to approximately 250,000 tonnes, doubling current production levels, with other brownfield growth projects underway.

Robust Base Case Project Economics and Strong Returns with Unique Extension Optionality

  • The base case for the Copper World project (“Base Case”) contemplates a 15-year mine life utilizing mineral reserves, requires only state and local permits and contemplates a comparable total mill feed tonnage to the 2023 PFS. Base Case after-tax net present value (8%) of $1.2 billion and internal rate of return of 17% at a long-term copper price of $5.00 per pound, increasing to $2.3 billion and 22%, respectively, at a copper price of $6.00 per pound.
  • Base Case further optimizes the 2023 PFS mine plan with an in-pit crushing and conveying system in year four and an expansion of the concentrator from 60,000 tons per day to 90,000 tons per day in year five. Concentrator expansion enables a 43% increase in average annual copper production to 120,000 tonnes in years six to 10 compared to 84,000 tonnes over the first five years.
  • The extension case for the Copper World project contemplates a 37-year mine life utilizing only measured and indicated mineral resources and expands mining activities onto federal lands in year 10, subject to obtaining federal permits (“Extension Case”), maintaining annual copper production of 117,000 tonnes from years 11 to 20. The Extension Case incorporates and further optimizes the second phase from Hudbay’s 2022 preliminary economic assessment (“2022 PEA”) with less additional growth capital. Extension Case after-tax net present value (8%) of $2.5 billion and internal rate of return of 19% at a long-term copper price of $5.00 per pound, increasing to $4.0 billion and 24%, respectively, at a copper price of $6.00 per pound.

Copper World is One of the Lowest Capital Intensity Copper Projects, Prudently Funded with Low-Leverage Financing Plan

  • Initial growth capital of $2.07 billioniii ($1.84 billion net of precious metals stream deposit) includes approximately $200 million related to changes in project scope since the 2023 PFS providing an optimized pathway to the expansion to 90,000 tons per day in year five.
  • Copper World maintains an attractive capital intensity of approximately $22,600 per annual copper tonne using average production in years five to twelve, including the expansion capital in years three and four.
  • Well balanced project funding plan with initial capital provided by Mitsubishi’s $600 million initial joint venture equity investment and Wheaton Precious Metals Corp.’s (“Wheaton”) $230 million deposit for the existing precious metals stream, followed by approximately $650 million in anticipated project-level debt financing, representing less than 30% leverage. Balance of funding from Hudbay and Mitsubishi’s pro-rata equity capital contributions is deferred to 2028.

Transformative Copper World Project to be Delivered with Disciplined Capital Allocation and Prudent Funding Plan Leading to Superior IRRs for Hudbay

  • With the successful execution of its disciplined capital allocation strategy, attracting Mitsubishi as a long-term strategic joint venture partner and prudent project funding plan, Hudbay’s Copper World capital contributions are expected to be approximately $500 million, representing less than 25% of the initial growth capital, with capital contributions not required until 2028. Hudbay is well-positioned to fund capital contributions from its existing cash balance and liquidity, as well as projected strong free cash flow from its diversified operations during Copper World’s project development.
  • The levered IRR to Hudbay increases to 32% at $5.00 per pound of copper long-term in the Base Case and to 44% at $6.00 per pound of copper in the Extension Case. Copper World’s final investment decision enables Hudbay to deliver on its growth initiatives and maximize long-term risk-adjusted returns, while maintaining strong financial discipline within Hudbay’s holistic capital allocation framework.
  • Copper World is expected to deliver average annual EBITDAiv of $661 million over the first 10 years in the Base Case and $735 million over the next 10 years in the Extension Case at a copper price of $5.00 per pound. Using a copper price of $6.00 per pound, Copper World’s annual EBITDA over these periods increases to $859 million and $963 million in the Base Case and Extension Case, respectively, representing an 80% to 90% increase in Hudbay’s consolidated annual EBITDA as compared to 2025.
  • Copper World project sanctioning is supported by Hudbay’s strong balance sheet, which has been further improved with a proactive two-year extension of the Company’s senior secured revolving credit facilities from November 2028 to November 2030 and an upsize of the facilities to $700 million. Closing of the upsized credit facilities is expected in the fourth quarter and the extended term will provide increased financial flexibility to manage the maturity of the Company’s 6.125% coupon 2029 senior unsecured notes and develop the Copper World project. The amended credit facilities also include an improved pricing grid reflecting the enhanced financial position of Hudbay and feature an opportunity to increase the facility by an additional $150 million at Hudbay’s discretion during the four-year tenor, providing additional financial flexibility.

Copper World Expected to Deliver Strong Benefits to All Stakeholders for Decades

  • Copper World is one of the highest-grade open pit copper projects in the Americasv with proven and probable mineral reserves of 390 million tonnes at 0.47% copper and a 15-year mine life with a low strip ratio of 1.5.
  • Measured and indicated resources of 1.2 billion tonnes (inclusive of reserves) at 0.40% copper have the potential to extend the mine life for decades, to a total of 37 years, as demonstrated by the Extension Case.
  • Significant benefits for the community and local economy in Arizona through payments of $1.1 billion to $3.7 billion in total U.S. taxes and the creation of over 1,000 construction jobs, 500 permanent, multi-generational jobs and up to 3,000 indirect jobs.
  • The fully permitted concentrate leach facility—which would produce “Made in America” copper cathode for the U.S. critical minerals supply chain—represents a key future upside opportunity. Backed by advanced engineering work, it has the potential to add approximately $377 million of additional after-tax net present value to Copper Worldvi.

“The approval of the development of Copper World represents a significant milestone for Hudbay, our partners at Mitsubishi, our stakeholders, and the copper landscape in the U.S.,” said Peter Kukielski, Hudbay’s Chief Executive Officer. “Copper World is one of the most attractive copper growth projects in the Americas, offering some of the highest copper grades, lowest cash costs and favourable capital intensity. This project adds more than 100,000 tonnes of annual copper production over the first 10 years, and the DFS demonstrates the full potential of the project in the Extension Case, delivering higher annual copper production for more than 30 years. It also adds a fourth operating asset to our diversified operating platform and further enhances our tier one operating jurisdictions profile with the addition of the U.S. We are continuing to set the new gold standard in copper as we embark on building a leading copper district in Arizona.”

“The robust Copper World DFS and our joint final investment decision paves the road to production in the second half of 2029, establishing a low-capital intensity, high-margin operation that will generate strong long-term returns for Hudbay, Mitsubishi and our stakeholders,” said Eugene Lei, Hudbay’s President and Chief Financial Officer and Chair of the Copper World Joint Venture Board. “We successfully executed a disciplined capital allocation strategy and ideal funding plan that only requires Hudbay to fund one-quarter of the project capital cost and defers Hudbay’s first capital contribution to 2028, resulting in superior IRRs. We are well-positioned to fund our share of the Copper World project capital and make generational investments in our operating mines with existing cash on hand and strong free cash flow from our diversified operations to double our copper production per share.”

“The final investment decision for Copper World marks the beginning of a new phase for the joint venture,” said Taro Abe, Mitsubishi’s Critical Minerals Division COO, Mineral Resources Group. “We are pleased to move forward with the project and advance it toward first production in the second half of 2029. Copper World is important to our growth strategy and the U.S. copper landscape, with the potential to deliver lasting benefits to communities and stakeholders. As a committed long-term partner, we continue to leverage our broad business footprint in North America and extensive experience in mining project development and marketing to maximize the value of the Copper World joint venture.”

Copper World De-Risked and Optimized Through Feasibility and Pre-feasibility Studies

The Copper World project includes four deposits discovered in 2021, together with the East deposit. Copper World is planned to be a traditional open pit shovel and truck operation with a conventional flotation concentrator producing copper concentrate and molybdenum concentrate. A new resource model was completed for the 2022 PEA, which contemplated a two-phased mine plan with Phase I as a stand-alone operation requiring state and local permits only and Phase II expanding onto federal lands requiring federal permits. Phase I contemplated a 60,000 tons per day sulfide concentrator and Phase II assumed an expansion of the concentrator to 90,000 tons per day.

In September 2023, Hudbay released the 2023 PFS for Copper World reflecting the results of further technical work on Phase I of the project. Phase I had a mine life of 20 years, reflecting a 60,000 tons per day sulfide concentrator that would produce copper concentrate as a final product. The 2023 PFS also contemplated the addition of a concentrate leach facility and a solvent extraction and electrowinning plant in year five that would allow the project to produce copper cathode.

Since 2023, Hudbay has focused on metallurgical testing and progressing the engineering of the initial operation to a feasibility study level, in addition to completing related pre-feasibility studies on the mill expansion and IPCC projects listed below, trade-off studies and de-risking activities. Hudbay has also received all major permits required to bring the mine plan into operation under the 60,000 tons per day concentrator scenario and secured Mitsubishi as a 30% joint venture partner.

The principal enhancements since the 2023 PFS include several optimizations:

  • Concentrator Expansion to 90,000 tons per day – The current plan contemplates an expansion of the milling capacity starting in year five to 90,000 tons per day from 60,000 tons per day. The $443 million in capital invested in year four for the concentrator expansion is expected to be funded from cash flows from the operation and a $70 million additional payment from Wheaton in year five.
  • In-Pit Crushing and Conveying (“IPCC”) – Copper World’s development plan contemplates the addition of an IPCC system starting in year four to efficiently manage the higher mined material tonnages to match the concentrator expansion throughput in year five. The IPCC system will have a nominal design capacity of 100,000 tons per day and forms a critical component of the mine plan that will convey ore from the East pit to stockpiles and the processing plant. The IPCC will enable fewer haul trucks and lower emissions and operating costs.
  • Enhanced Tailings Strategy – The current plan contemplates a conversion from conventional tailings deposition to filtered tailings for approximately one-third of the total volume of tailings in the Base Case starting in year five, enabling the concentrator expansion with no additional water supply required.
  • Lower Mine Strip Ratio – The mine plan has been optimized for space constraints for tailings and waste rock disposition in the Base Case, reflecting a new flotation recovery formulation with updated price and cost assumptions and resulting in an approximately 20% smaller East pit with a significant reduction in the strip ratio through lower waste mined.
  • Extension Case Illustrates Project’s Full Potential – Pre-feasibility work has been advanced on the scenario that contemplates an extension of mining activities onto Copper World’s unpatented claims and the associated federal lands in year 10, subject to obtaining federal permits. The Extension Case incorporates and further optimizes the second phase from Hudbay’s 2022 PEA, illustrating the full potential of Copper World and extending the mine life to 37 years. Under FAST41, mining projects in Arizona have received federal permits in approximately three years.
  • Concentrate Leach Facility Continues to Provide Future Optionality – Significant engineering work has advanced to pre-feasibility level on the concentrate leach facility to establish its technical viability and provide the option to produce “Made in America” copper cathode in the future. The Company will continue to evaluate Copper World’s concentrate leach facility considering future market conditions, such as premiums for copper metal in the U.S., and the unique strategic opportunity it presents as one of the few fully permitted domestic copper cathode producing facilities in the U.S. It also presents opportunities to unlock potential synergies with Hudbay’s Cactus project in Arizona.

2026 DFS Summary

The Base Case presented in the DFS is used to support the mineral reserve estimates of 390 million tonnes with strong copper grades of 0.47% over a 15 year mine plan. Total mill feed tonnage in the Base Case is comparable to the 2023 PFS. The Base Case is limited to the exterior boundary of Copper World’s private landholdings requiring only state and local permits. All major permits have been obtained for construction and initial operations. Please refer to Figure 1 for an overview of the site layout in the Base Case.

  • Base Case after-tax net present value (8%) is $1.2 billion with an internal rate of return of 17% and an initial payback period of 5.4 years at a long-term copper price of $5.00 per pound. At a copper price of $6.00 per pound, the after-tax net present value (8%) increases to $2.3 billion and the internal rate of return increases to 22%.
  • Base Case average annual copper production is 102,000 tonnes over the first 10 years at average cash costsi and sustaining cash costsi of $1.65 and $2.22 per pound of copper, respectively.
  • Base Case annual average EBITDA is $566 million at a long-term copper price of $5.00 per pound, increasing to $742 million at a long-term copper price of $6.00 per pound.

The Extension Case reflects a phased development approach that minimizes initial waste rock movement while operations remain constrained to the existing exterior boundary over the first 10 years and then expand beyond Copper World’s private property and onto its unpatented lode and mill site claims starting in year 10 to achieve and sustain a higher total material movement capacity. The Extension Case contemplates a 37-year mine life utilizing only measured and indicated mineral resources totalling 1,048 million tonnes and requires federal permits by year 10 of operations.

  • Extension Case after-tax net present value (8%) is $2.5 billion with an internal rate of return of 19% and an initial payback period of 5.4 years at a long-term copper price of $5.00 per pound. At a copper price of $6.00 per pound, the after-tax net present value (8%) increases to $4.0 billion and the internal rate of return increases to 24%.
  • Extension Case average annual copper production over the first 10 years is similar to the Base Case with 101,000 tonnes and increases to 117,000 tonnes on over the period from year 11 to 20. Average cash costsi and sustaining cash costsi over the 10-year period from year 11 to 20 are expected to be $1.76 and $2.20 per pound of copper, respectively.
  • Extension Case average annual EBITDA is $522 million over the mine life and $735 million over the period from year 11 to 20 at a long-term copper price of $5.00 per pound.

As shown in Figure 2, following the concentrator expansion in year five, annual copper production increases to an average of 122,000 tonnes between year five and year twelve in the Base Case, excluding low-grade stockpile years at the end of the mine life, and average annual cash costsi decrease to $1.46 per pound of copper over this period. The elevated production levels further extend to beyond year 20 in the Extension Case as additional resources are mined and utilize the larger concentrator capacity.

1 Calculated assuming the following long-term commodity prices: copper price of $5.00 per pound ($5.50 per pound in year 1 and $5.13 per pound in year 2), gold stream price of $540 per ounce (15% of market price), silver stream price of $6.75 per ounce (15% of market price), and molybdenum price of $17.50 per pound. Reflects the terms of the amended Wheaton stream agreement, including an upfront deposit of $230 million in the first year of construction in exchange for the delivery of 92.5% of the gold and silver contained in the mineral production, followed by an additional deposit of $70 million five years after commercial production is achieved, subject to the concentrator expansion reaching 90,000 tons per day.
2 Total initial growth capital expenditures are in 2026 dollars and net of $127 million of anticipated equipment financing. Equipment financing payments are incorporated in sustaining cash costs.
3 Expansion project capital estimates are based on pre-feasibility studies.
4 Copper production includes copper contained in concentrate sold. Average annual copper production excludes partial year of production in year 15 in the Base Case.

Initial Growth Capital Represents Attractive Capital Intensity of $22,600 per tonne

Growth capital includes two phases of construction. The first phase consists of the mine, 60,000 tons per day concentrator process plant, and related infrastructure totalling $2,070 millioniii in 2026 dollars ($1,840 million net of the precious metal stream payment) to be incurred over a 36-month period prior to commercial production in the second half of 2029. This includes approximately $200 million of initial growth capital related to project scope changes since the 2023 PFS. The second phase of construction consists of optimizations including the molybdenum processing plant, the IPCC system and the concentrator expansion. The molybdenum processing plant is planned for year one of operations and totals $25 million. The IPCC investment totals $242 million and is planned for year three in order to optimize hauling and rehandling costs starting in year four as the mine operations approach the East pit. The concentrator expansion capital totals $443 million and is planned for year four of operations to expand the daily processing capacity to 90,000 tons per day starting in year five, incorporating additional equipment and construction activities. The expansion capital in the second phase of construction is based on feasibility and pre-feasibility level studies and is expected to be fully funded by the cash flow generated by the operation. For further details on the capital cost estimates, timing and cash flows, please refer to Exhibit 1.

Copper World’s capital intensity is approximately $22,600 per annual copper tonne using the increased average annual production in years five to twelve and reflecting the initial growth capital of $2,070 millioniii, IPCC expansion growth capital of $242 million in year three and concentrator expansion growth capital of $443 million in year four. This favourably positions Copper World at a lower capital intensity cost than peer copper projects and recent builds, as shown in Figure 3.

Hudbay’s 2026 growth capital spending guidance related to the Copper World joint venture includes approximately $135 million of expenditures before project sanctioning, as previously disclosed. With the sanctioning of Copper World, the Company now expects growth expenditures related to the Copper World joint venture to total $245 million in 2026, reflecting an increase of $110 million related to project construction and development costs in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Mineral Reserve and Resource Estimates

The changes between the 2023 and 2026 mineral resource estimates inclusive of mineral reserves represent the impacts of changes in the technical and economic criteria used to report resources, including the use of a NSR cut-off replacing a copper cut-off, updated metal prices, use of a new flotation recovery formulation and removal of the leachable mineral resource estimates. The change in copper metal contained in the measured and indicated mineral resource estimates is negligible, while the metal content in inferred mineral resource estimates has increased by 5% and presents additional upside potential in the future to enhance the production profile and further extend mine life beyond the Extension Case. The overall reduction in head grade is due to the replacement of high-grade leachable resources at low recoveries with lower grade flotation resources but with higher processing recovery.

The 2026 mineral reserve estimates of 390 million tonnes at 0.47% copper represent a comparable tonnage at a lower average copper grade to the 2023 PFS mineral reserve estimates of 385 million tonnes at 0.54% copper. The reduction in grade is related to a change in the mine planning strategy aiming at an approximately 20% smaller pit compared to the 2023 PFS, resulting in a significant reduction in the strip ratio. As the space for tailings and waste rock disposal is the main constraint on mine planning in the Base Case, the significant reduction in the strip ratio offsets the loss in metal production while also considering the new flotation recovery formulation and updated metal price forecast and cost assumptions. The higher-grade mineralization to be recovered at the expense of more waste excavation is not lost and is later recovered in the mine plan of the Extension Case which is not subject to the same land constraints for waste and tailings disposal.

The current mineral reserve and resource estimates for Copper World (effective as of August 1, 2026) are summarized below and replace the prior mineral reserve and resource estimates set forth in the 2023 PFS.

1 CIM Definition Standards (2014) were used for reporting the mineral reserves and mineral resources.
2 Mineral resources are estimated as of August 1, 2026. Mineral resource estimates are inclusive of mineral reserves and have been calculated using the following assumptions: metal prices of $5.00 per pound copper, $20.00 per pound molybdenum, $3,600 per ounce gold and $50.00 per ounce silver; operating costs of $1.61 per ton mined, $5.34 per ton processed, G&A costs of $0.69 per ton processed; metallurgical recovery rates vary according to elemental content and are based on preliminary metallurgical test work.
3 Mineral resource estimates that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. Mineral resource estimates are based on resource pit design and do not include factors for mining recovery or dilution.
4 An NSR cut-off value of $5.80 per ton was used to define material reserve estimates. A minimum copper grade of 0.1% and a minimum copper recovery of 48% were also applied to mineral reserves due to the limited tailings capacity.
5 An NSR cut-off value of $6.03 per ton was used to define mineral resource estimates.
6 Mineral resources are not mineral reserves as they do not have demonstrated economic viability.

Executed a Disciplined Capital Allocation Strategy to Deliver Superior Financial Returns with Significant Financial Flexibility

In 2022, Hudbay introduced a three prerequisites (“3-P”) plan for Copper World that included a prudent financial strategy and balance sheet targets that would need to be achieved prior to a final investment decision. The Company successfully completed all of the key elements of the 3-P plan with the completion of the joint venture transaction with Mitsubishi, the enhanced precious metals stream agreement with Wheaton and the achievement of stated balance sheet targets well ahead of schedule. In early 2026, Hudbay implemented a holistic capital allocation framework to maintain strong financial discipline, deliver growth initiatives and maximize long-term risk-adjusted returns. The final investment decision to proceed with the development of Copper World is fully aligned with Hudbay’s capital allocation framework.

  • Secured the Premier Joint Venture Partner to Develop Copper World – In August 2025, Hudbay announced a $600 million strategic investment from Mitsubishi for a 30% joint venture interest in Copper World, securing a long-term strategic partner with one of the largest Japanese trading houses with a global mining presence and a significant U.S. based business. Mitsubishi was the strategic partner of choice with investments in a world-class portfolio of large and high-quality copper assets, including five of the top twenty copper mines globally. The final investment decision for the construction of Copper World by Mitsubishi validates the attractive long-term value of Copper World as a world-class copper asset and endorses the strong technical capabilities of Hudbay. In addition to the initial strategic investment, as part of the final investment decision, Mitsubishi will contribute up to $423 million in future pro-rata equity contributions for the development of Copper World. Assuming $650 million of project-level debt in the Copper World funding plan, Mitsubishi’s pro-rata equity contribution would be reduced to be approximately $218 million.
  • Enhanced the Precious Metals Stream – In 2025, Hudbay agreed on terms with Wheaton to amend the existing precious metals streaming agreement. Wheaton is expected to contribute its $230 million stream deposit within the first four months of the final investment decision. Recognizing the long-term potential at Copper World, Wheaton agreed to provide an additional contingent payment of up to $70 million on a future mill expansion. The terms also amended ongoing payments for gold and silver from fixed pricing to 15% of spot prices to provide Hudbay with upside exposure to higher precious metals prices.
  • Achieved Balance Sheet Targets to Position for Low-Leverage Project Development – Hudbay achieved more than $600 million of cash and cash equivalents in mid-2025, before accounting for the proceeds from the joint venture transaction, ahead of schedule. The Company also far exceeded its net debt to adjusted EBITDAiv target of less than 1.2x, and as of June 30, 2026, reported a net debt to adjusted EBITDAiv of negative 0.1x. Copper World funding plan anticipates approximately $650 million of project-level debt, prudently representing less than 30% project financial leverage, maintaining low consolidated Hudbay debt leverage levels below 1.0x net debt to adjusted EBITDA.

As a result of Hudbay’s disciplined capital allocation strategy and prudent funding plan for Copper World, the Company’s first capital contribution is deferred to 2028 after Mitsubishi’s $600 million initial investment, Wheaton $230 million deposit for the existing precious metals stream, $127 million of equipment financing, approximately $650 million of low-cost debt financing at the asset level, alongside Mitsubishi’s future pro-rata equity capital contributions, as shown in Figure 4. This results in an increase in the expected Copper World project’s levered IRR to Hudbay to 32% in the Base Case at a long-term price of $5.00 per pound of copper and 44% in the Extension Case at a long-term price of $6.00 per pound of copper.

Hudbay is well-positioned to fund its capital contributions through the Company’s existing cash balance, continued free cash flow generation from the existing operations and significant undrawn availability under its credit facilities. Hudbay has recently improved long-term balance sheet resilience with a proactive two-year extension and upsize of the Company’s senior secured credit facilities which is expected to close in the fourth quarter. Under the revised terms, the size of the credit facilities has been increased to $700 million from the existing $450 million and the term has been extended from November 2028 to November 2030, providing additional financial flexibility to manage the maturity of the 6.125% coupon 2029 senior unsecured notes and develop the Copper World project. The upsized $700 million revolving credit facility includes an improved pricing grid reflecting the enhanced financial position of Hudbay and features an opportunity to increase the facility by an additional $150 million at Hudbay’s discretion during the four-year tenor, providing additional financial flexibility. After adjusting for the expected increase in size of the credit facilities, Hudbay’s proforma liquidity as of June 30, 2026 is approximately $1.3 billion.

Copper World Generates Significant Social & Environmental Benefits

Global copper market fundamentals are expected to be strong with a structural deficit emerging in the near to medium term. Global mine production is expected to struggle to keep pace with metal demand from electrification and the rapid expansion of datacentres. The U.S. is expected to remain a copper metal importer during this period, and domestic supply will be required to help meet growing U.S. metal demand related to increased manufacturing capacity, infrastructure development, bolstering the country’s energy independence and national security needs.

The Copper World project is expected to generate significant benefits for the community and local economy in Arizona through significant job creation, tax revenue, economic development and the ability to produce “Arizona Copper Made for America”. Over the anticipated 15-year life of the operation in the Base Case, the Company expects to contribute more than $1.1 billion in total U.S. taxes, including approximately $200 million in taxes to the state of Arizona and $362 million in local property taxes. This increases to $3.7 billion in total U.S. taxes over the 37-year mine life in the Extension Case. Hudbay expects Copper World to create more than 1,000 construction jobs, 500 permanent operating roles and up to 3,000 indirect employment opportunities in Arizona.

Significant engineering work has been advanced on the concentrate leach facility, including the recent completion of a PFS that confirmed the technical viability of the facility for Copper World and the ability to produce copper cathode. Using the Extension Case, the concentrate leach facility adds approximately $226 million to the after-tax net present value (8%), which increases to $377 million at time of sanctioning the construction of the facility, assuming a 10% cathode premium to the long-term copper price of $5.00 per pound. Producing copper cathode is expected to reduce the logistics costs and greenhouse gas emissions associated with overseas shipping, and smelting and refining activities related to copper concentrate The Company will continue to evaluate the concentrate leach facility considering future market conditions, such as premiums for copper metal in the U.S., potential government incentives and the unique strategic opportunity it presents as one of the few fully permitted domestic copper cathode producing facilities in the U.S. Copper World’s concentrate leach facility also has the potential to unlock synergies with Hudbay’s Cactus project in Arizona.

WISeQey Issues CEO Letter to Shareholders: Building an Intelligent, Secure Platform for the Intelligence Age

Geneva, Switzerland – October 21, 2026 – WISeQey Corp. (formerly known as WISeKey International Holding AG, “WISeQey”) (Nasdaq/SIX: WQEY), a global quantum cybersecurity and space IoT company, today issued a Letter to Shareholders from its Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Carlos Moreira, outlining the Group’s strategy and priorities following its redomiciliation and the Nasdaq listing of its space connectivity subsidiary, WISeSat.Space Holdings Corp (Nasdaq: SAIQ) (“WISeSat.Space”).

Dear Shareholders,

October marks an important new chapter for our Group. Following the successful completion of our cross-border merger and redomiciliation, WISeQey Corp. began trading on Nasdaq and the SIX Swiss Exchange under the unified ticker WQEY on October 5, 2026. This milestone establishes the corporate foundation for our next phase of development: bringing together the Group’s technologies to build trusted infrastructure for the Intelligence Age.

Alongside this achievement, our subsidiary WISeSat.Space successfully completed its business combination with Columbus Acquisition Corp., with its ordinary shares commencing trading on Nasdaq under SAIQ on October 2, 2026. The listing established a dedicated public-market platform to advance our ambition of bringing cybersecurity to space and delivering trusted satellite connectivity. As disclosed via the October 14, 2026 SEC filing, WISeQey remains WISeSat.Space’s largest shareholder, directly holding 23,387,061 WISeSat.Space shares, including Class F shares on an as-converted basis. Including the 3,018,294 shares held by SEALSQ, WISeQey reports aggregate beneficial ownership of 26,405,355 shares, representing approximately 88.5% of the ordinary-share class under the filing’s beneficial-ownership methodology.

The structure also allows each business to present a more focused investment proposition, while WISeQey works to connect complementary technologies and develop opportunities across the Group. Our objective is to combine the focus of dedicated public companies with the commercial advantages of collaboration across secure semiconductors, digital identity and satellite connectivity. With these transactions completed, our focus is on commercial execution, turning our technologies into customer deployments, building revenue-generating relationships and allocating capital to opportunities with a clear path to long-term shareholder value.

Building Trust Into Intelligent Systems
These milestones support a clear strategic objective: to integrate the Group’s complementary technologies into an intelligent, secure platform connecting people, devices, machines and satellites.

As artificial intelligence becomes embedded in everyday infrastructure, connected systems will increasingly exchange information, make decisions and initiate transactions autonomously. Their usefulness will depend on whether their identities, data and actions can be trusted. Our ambition is to provide that foundation of trust, from the semiconductor inside a device to the networks and services through which it operates.

We intend to bring together five complementary capabilities:

  • Secure semiconductors and post-quantum cryptography, through SEALSQ, to establish hardware-based trust and strengthen protection against emerging threats.
  • Digital identity and public key infrastructure, to authenticate people, devices and services and protect their interactions.
  • Secure satellite connectivity, through WISeSat.Space, to extend trusted communications beyond terrestrial networks.
  • Artificial intelligence, to support intelligent services operating with authenticated identities and protected data.
  • Trusted machine transactions, through technologies such as SEALCOIN, to support secure interactions and exchanges between connected devices.

Our next step is to connect these capabilities by creating a platform in which a device can establish its identity, communicate securely, verify the origin and integrity of information, and participate in authorized transactions. We see potential applications across industrial automation, logistics, energy, connected mobility and critical infrastructure.

Connecting Our Capabilities
The collaboration between SEALSQ and WISeSat.Space illustrates this strategy in practice. SEALSQ’s $10 million PIPE investment, completed alongside WISeSat.Space’s business combination, provided capital to advance satellite infrastructure and support the planned integration of post-quantum security across space, ground and user systems. The collaboration aims to combine satellite capacity with secure semiconductors, cryptography and trusted identity helping customers authenticate connected devices and protect the data they exchange beyond the reach of terrestrial networks.

Our Priorities for Shareholder Value
For WQEY shareholders, our objective is to build long-term value through both our strategic holdings and turn the Group’s combined capabilities into revenue-generation commercial opportunities. Our listed subsidiaries provide focused platforms for development and financing, while WISeQey’s role is to drive collaboration, prioritize opportunities where our businesses are stronger together, and translate those advantages into long-term shareholder value.

Our priorities are execution, disciplined capital allocation and commercialization. We will focus on translating technology into customer deployments, expanding industrial partnerships and developing services that address concrete security and connectivity needs. We will evaluate investments against their commercial potential, funding requirements and expected contribution to shareholder value.

We enter this next chapter with a clear conviction: as intelligence becomes more distributed and autonomous, trust must be built into its foundations. WISeQey’s ambition is to help make that possible.

Thank you for your continued confidence and support. We are focused on earning that trust through disciplined execution, commercial progress and a sustained commitment to creating long-term value for you, our shareholders.

Reports Q3-2026 Production & Operational Highlights

Serabi Gold plc (“Serabi” or the “Company”) (AIM: SRB, TSX: SBI, OTCQX: SRBIF), the Brazilian focused gold mining and development company, is pleased to announce the Company’s production results and operating highlights for Q3-2026 (all financial amounts are expressed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated).

Q3-2026 OPERATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

  • Quarterly gold production of 11,008 ounces, a 9% decrease from Q3-2025.
    • Driven by lower-than-expected grades from Palito Complex.
  • Cash as at 30 September 2026 of $63.2 million vs $65.7 million as at 30 June 2026, reflecting operational cash generation offset by payment of the Company’s maiden dividend of $5.1 million in July 2026.
    • $3.4 million of additional cash received on 1 October 2026 from sale of bullion in September 2026.
    • Company remains debt-free.
  • Installation of the fourth ball mill at Palito Complex completed on time and budget and in final commissioning, increasing annual processing throughput to 330ktpa in 2027.
  • The full transition from selective open stoping to mechanised sublevel stoping at Coringa remains on track for Q4-2026.
  • Coringa Mine currently operates under a 3-year GUIA licence which expires on January 29, 2027.
    • Discussions are ongoing with the Agência Nacional de Mineração (“ANM”), regarding continuation of the current GUIA.
  • For the operating licence (“LO”) at Coringa, the Company requires a change of land use approval from the Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária (“INCRA”) as well as the approval of the Estudo de Componente Indígena (“ECI”) from Fundação Nacional dos Povos Indígenas (“FUNAI”), the Brazilian governmental protection agency for Indigenous groups, which are both progressing.
    • In September, Secretaria de Estado de Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade do Pará (“SEMAS”), the Brazilian governmental agency responsible for environmental policy and licensing, agreed the company can by-pass the installation license (“LI”) and apply directly for the LO, the final step with SEMAS.
    • Change of land use is in the final stage, requiring approvals by INCRA at the state and federal levels.
  • Due to permitting delays affecting planned production ramp up, FY2026 gold production is now expected to be at similar levels to FY2025, compared with previous guidance of over 53,000 ounces.

Mike Hodgson, CEO of Serabi, commented:

“Serabi recorded a solid third quarter of over 11,000 ounces of gold produced, taking the total production year to date to approximately 34,000 ounces. Whilst over 23,000 of these ounces came from the Coringa mine and the balance from Palito, it is the Coringa grades that set it apart.

Our immediate priority during FY2026 has been, to secure the outstanding approvals at Coringa, primarily the LO and in the near-term the continuation to operate under the GUIA trial mining license. These approvals would have enabled us to process additional Coringa material through the expanded Palito plant in the fourth quarter. As these approvals have still not been received, we are unable to deliver the previously anticipated increase in Q4-2026 production and FY2026 gold production is now expected to be at similar levels to FY2025, compared with previous guidance of over 53,000 ounces.

We continue to make steady progress towards the LO with the ECI and the change of land use agreements close to conclusion.   In parallel, we continue to have positive dialogue with the ANM to allow the continued operations of Coringa until the receipt of the LO.

Operationally, Coringa continued to perform very well with average milled grades of close to 8 g/t Au. Year-to-date milled grade of 7.74 g/t Au has been recorded. In contrast, Palito grades were disappointing with the year-to-date average of 4.90 g/t Au. Q4-2026 is expected to see Palito grades improve as we increase mine output from the G3 vein where higher volume and higher-grade blocks await.

Importantly, our longer-term growth strategy remains unchanged. We have increased plant capacity at Palito from 650tpd to over 900tpd, with the fourth ball mill now in final commissioning, providing the additional processing capacity to support increased production once the necessary Coringa approvals are secured.

The transition of mining method from manual selective mining to mechanized sublevel open stoping remains on track. Mining is now ongoing at four zones at Coringa: Serra, Serra South, Meio and Galena. The development of Serra South and Galena in 2026 has been substantial on capital expenditures, we therefore expect significantly lower capital expenditures in 2027.

Brownfield drilling continues across both Palito and Coringa as we seek to materially grow the Group’s resource base. With a strong financial position and lower capital expenditure expected in 2027 following the significant development undertaken at Coringa this year, we have the flexibility to continue investing in that growth strategy.”

BACKGROUND TO CORINGA PERMITTING

Coringa currently operates under a GUIA trial mining licence, which permits the transportation of up to 100,000 tonnes of ore annually from Coringa to the Palito Complex. As at 30 September 2026, 85,602 tonnes had been transported against the current annual allowance. Until an increase to this limit or the LO is granted, additional surface-stockpiled material at Coringa as well as additional ROM cannot be transported to Palito Complex.

The Company is progressing two parallel permitting routes. In the near term, it remains in discussions with the ANM regarding the continuation of operations under the GUIA. In parallel, the Company is advancing the approvals required for the LO, including completion of the ECI with FUNAI and change-of-land-use approval from INCRA.

The ECI has been approved by both Indigenous groups and remains subject to final approval by FUNAI. The change-of-land-use process has been technically and legally agreed and requires final approvals at state and federal levels. Following a site visit to Coringa in September 2026, SEMAS confirmed that, as the operation is already working under the GUIA as the LO will not require either a processing plant or a tailings facility at Coringa, the Company may bypass the LI stage. Once the outstanding FUNAI and INCRA approvals have been received, the Company will therefore be able to apply directly for the LO, the final stage of the SEMAS approval process. Approval of the LO would then enable the ANM to issue the Portaria de Lavra, or mining concession which completes the permitting process at Coringa.

The Company continues to have positive dialogue with ANM to continue operations under the GUIA trial mining license, and this has been backed up by our legal petition supporting the request to continue.

GROWTH AND OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The transition at Coringa from manual selective mining to mechanised sublevel open stoping remains on track. Mining is now under way across four zones — Serra, Serra South, Meio and Galena. Significant development expenditure has been incurred at Serra South and Galena during 2026, and the Company therefore expects capital expenditure to be materially lower in 2027.

The additional processing capacity provided by the fourth ball mill also creates the potential to recommence mining at São Chico, which has been on care and maintenance since 2023. Previous processing constraints, together with the fact that São Chico ore is not suitable for ore sorting, limited the economic rationale for continuing operations. In the current gold-price environment, the Company is assessing the potential for a restart, including resampling the existing surface stockpile and evaluating re-entry into the upper mine levels. Any decision to recommence operations would be subject to completion of this assessment and renewal of the São Chico GUIA licence.

Assay Results
Assay results reported within this release include those provided by the Company’s own on-site laboratory facilities at Palito and have not yet been independently verified. Serabi closely monitors the performance of its own facility against results from independent laboratory analysis for quality control purpose. As a matter of normal practice, the Company sends duplicate samples derived from a variety of the Company’s activities to accredited laboratory facilities for independent verification. Since mid-2019, over 10,000 exploration drill core samples have been assayed at both the Palito laboratory and certified external laboratory, in most cases the ALS laboratory in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. When comparing significant assays with grades exceeding 1 g/t gold, comparison between Palito versus external results record an average over-estimation by the Palito laboratory of 6.7% over this period. Based on the results of this work, the Company’s management are satisfied that the Company’s own facility shows sufficiently good correlation with independent laboratory facilities for exploration drill samples. The Company would expect that in the preparation of any future independent Reserve/Resource statement undertaken in compliance with a recognized standard, the independent authors of such a statement would not use Palito assay results without sufficient duplicates from an appropriately certificated laboratory.

  • Klépierre’s total revenue for the first nine months of 2026 amounted to €1,257.1 million

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PERIOD

Strong operating momentum in a healthy consumer environment

Demand for high-quality and profitable retail space is stronger than ever, while new supply remains scarce. This uninterrupted favorable market backdrop continued to benefit Klépierre’s best-in-class portfolio. For the fourth consecutive year, Klépierre has maintained a strong positive operating performance with further growing in-store traffic and retailer sales, improving occupancy and rental uplift.

In the first nine months of 2026, the attractiveness of the Group’s venues was underpinned by retailer sales and footfall growth of +3.9%3 and +1.1% respectively, maintaining the robust first half period results and providing further market share gains. Every region and segment posted positive retailer sales growth, with Southern Europe again delivering a remarkable performance and Health & Beauty continuing to lead the pack.

The unabated demand for Klépierre’s malls generated greater leasing tension. Over the first nine months of 2026, the Group sustained a strong rental uplift4 on renewals and relettings at +5.5% and achieved a higher occupancy at 97.1%, up 10 basis points year-on-year.

Continued cash flow generation

Over the first nine months of 2026, net rental income was up 4.6% year-on-year, driven by 3.8% like-for-like growth5 (once again 300 basis points above indexation), and contributions from Casamassima (Italy) and Aqua Portimão (Portugal) acquisitions.

The Group continued to monetize its growing audience, with Mall Income expanding by 13.6% over the first nine months of the year. Mall Income growth sustained a healthy pace in the third quarter, as Klépierre’s dedicated local teams continued to roll out the expansion strategy. In Specialty Leasing, Klépierre boosted brand activations and promotional events across its malls. In Retail Media, the Group is pivoting from a legacy outsourced model to a hybrid approach combining fixed contractual fees with profit-sharing arrangements.

The strong operating performance generated a 5.4% growth in EBITDA2 and a 4% growth in net current cash flow per share.

A unique platform geared for capital value creation

Throughout the past years, Klépierre has continued to actively deploy capital in high-quality assets across Southern Europe’s most dynamic catchment areas. In addition to the ongoing extension projects of Le Gru (Turin, Italy) and Romagna (Rimini, Italy), the Group seized opportunities to acquire premier malls in Italy.

On October 15, 2026, the Group signed a binding agreement to acquire from its JV partner the remaining 50% stake of a mall portfolio, including Il Leone, a leading Italian shopping center located in the Lombardy region, for a total consideration of €196 million. This latest debt-funded transaction will further strengthen Klépierre’s exposure to Southern Europe, its largest and fastest-growing region. The deal is expected to be highly accretive from day one and to close by December 31, 2026.

Il Leone is a high-performing top Italian mall by Lake Garda (Italy), a highly affluent area and a premier tourist destination. The retail complex comprises a 60,000 sq.m. GLA enjoying an elevated sales density and benefiting from the most upscale retailer mix with Zara, Lefties, additional Inditex brands, as well as Apple, Sephora, Decathlon, and Pellizzari. Klépierre plans to unlock a value-creating extension project designed to enhance the dining offer and introduce a new entertainment component.

Industry-leading credit profile supporting competitive access to funding

Supported by its best-in-class A-/A6 credit ratings from S&P and Fitch, the Group raised €1,060 million in long-term financing, with an average 7-year maturity at a blended yield of 3.81%. Klépierre notably issued a new €500-million green bond maturing in September 2034 and carrying a 3.875% coupon.

As of September 30, 2026, Klépierre’s net debt-to-EBITDA stood at 6.6x and its interest coverage ratio at 7.0x. The Group’s average debt maturity was 6.1 years at an average cost of debt of 1.9%.

Consolidated net debt was stable at €7,312 million at the end of September 2026, compared with €7,352 million on June 30, 2026. Liquidity stood at €2,949 million7, covering 4.5 years of maturities.

Unrivalled sustainability leadership

Klépierre’s sustainability leadership was once again recognized by GRESB, with the Group ranking No. 1 in the European listed real estate category, across all asset classes. This achievement underlines the strength of its Act4Good® strategy, validated by the Science-Based Target initiative (SBTi), designed to build the most sustainable platform for commerce by 2030.

The strategy rests on four pillars: achieving net-zero carbon emissions, serving local communities, developing talent, and promoting sustainable lifestyles. Across its portfolio, Klépierre’s teams strive to reduce energy and resource consumption, contributing to lower operating costs for the benefits of our tenants. More responsible and inclusive shopping centres drive visitor engagement, loyalty and enhance the long-term attractiveness and growth of the portfolio.

2026 GUIDANCE REVISED UPWARD

Against the backdrop of continued geopolitical and macroeconomic volatility, Klépierre remains highly confident in its ability to deliver a solid operating and financial performance over the remainder of the year.

Accordingly, the Group raises its 2026 full-year guidance and now expects to achieve a minimum of €1,165 million EBITDA1 and to reach a net current cash flow per share of €2.83.

WUHU, China, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — On the stage of the 2026 iCAUR International User Summit, the iCAUR V25 made its global debut, rounding out the V-Series lineup. As iCAUR’s latest model for global markets, the V25 combines classic design, all-way capability, and open-ended customization, moving the “Future Classic” from a design concept into a concrete product that can be owned, driven, and continually customized. More than 500 user representatives from around the world joined global media, KOLs, and partners to witness the occasion. The three officially customized models — built on the V23, V25, and V27 respectively — then took the stage, extending the night’s focus from a single new car to infinite ways to use a car.

1

[iCAUR V25 Global Debut]

V25 Global Premiere Completes the V-Series “Personalized All-Way” Lineup

In the auto industry, “family design” usually means copying the same front fascia across three models. iCAUR’s V-Series has taken a different path. The iCAUR V23 is the brand’s starting point — the first to write Future Classic aesthetics into its product DNA and establish it as a “pure-electric, playful boxy SUV.” The iCAUR V27 takes the design language to a higher level, backing its “all-round hybrid SUV” positioning with a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 5.9 seconds, an NEDC range of 1,000 km, and a wading depth of 600 mm. The iCAUR V25 sits between the two, positioned as the “Personalized All-Way SUV”and covering a broader range of lifestyles.

Compared with the V23, the V25 BEV upgrades seating features, comfort, convenience, and safety across the board; compared with the V27, the V25 REEV differentiates itself through styling, safety features, and a more premium feel. It is not merely another model in the lineup, but a key step for the V-Series as it shifts from expanding product count to segmenting by user scenario.

This positioning reflects real demand. In an iCAUR product survey conducted in April 2026, 70% of respondents cited exterior design as a core purchase factor. Outdoor camping was a key use case for 55%, daily commuting for 53.7%, and medium- to long-distance travel for 50%. Aesthetic expression, freedom across scenarios, and self-definition make up what users expect from a car — and directly inform the development direction of the iCAUR V25. It is a car for users who think for themselves rather than follow trends, who have the taste to recognize what lasts, and who love to explore — staying open to new technology, new scenarios, and distant places. They don’t want a bigger car. They want one that feels more like them.

Boxy Design Reimagined and A Future Classic at First Sight

Yet the EV market faces a problem. Range gets longer, screens get bigger, but fewer and fewer cars in a parking lot are easy to pick out. When specs are easy to match, design is what’s actually scarce. Building a car that follows trends isn’t hard. What’s hard is building one people still love twenty years later. The V25’s answer is to bring the “Future Classic” out of design theory and into everyday life, reinterpreting it for everyday life.

It keeps iCAUR’s signature boxy silhouette, with a height-to-width ratio of 0.96, close to 1:1. The flat front end, clamshell hood, and upright windshield deliver more than a rugged look, and the flat roof turns every inch of length into forward visibility, rear headroom, and a neatly squared-off trunk opening. In the end, the design thinking translates into a 66.4% longitudinal space efficiency. The classic round LED headlights combine LED units with a thick-wall structure. From a distance, they read as classic; up close, as technology. The class-leading tire aspect ratio, flared fenders, and 21-inch wheels are often read as pure visual muscle. In fact, they are the outward expression of off-road capability that exceeds its class. In the details, semi-hidden mechanical door handles, blind-window design, a side-opening tailgate, a full-size spare tire, and a brick-style spare tire cover carry the family’s signature cues into every corner, while leaving owners room to make the car their own.

2

[iCAUR V25: Classic Boxy Look]

Two Technology Pillars: Fuel or Electric, Urban or Off-Road

For most EV users, choosing between a BEV and an REEV comes down to how they plan to use electricity and fuel in daily life. The iCAUR V25 offers both REEV and BEV powertrains.

The V25’s Golden REEV powertrain runs on either fuel or electricity, so long trips don’t have to compromise on range. This powertrain is not just about bigger range numbers. With a maximum thermal efficiency of 44.5% and a fuel-to-electricity conversion rate of 3.71 kWh/L, every liter of fuel is put to better use, delivering high output at low consumption. Five intelligent power-preservation strategies (Forced EV, EV Priority, Hybrid, Fuel First, and Forced Charge) hand the decision of how to use energy back to the user. You can commute on pure electric in the city, and power stays on tap on highways and climbs.

The same trade-off applies to driving dynamics. Traditional mechanical AWD carries extra weight and energy consumption all year round for the occasional unpaved road. The i-AWD, built on the i-SWIFT Agile Handling Platform is different: its value lies in switching between TWD and AWD based on road conditions, and distributing torque between wheels in milliseconds. With its dual-motor setup producing a combined output of 335 kW and 505 N·m, the V25 delivers stronger acceleration, plus power reserves for full loads, climbs, and towing. That lets it move easily between city streets and mountain trails, turning “Go Anywhere” into something real.

Five-Star Safety, Built to Be Trusted on Every Trip

On a spec sheet, safety often becomes a string of acronyms. The real difference lies beyond the spec sheet. The V25 is developed to meet mainstream five-star safety standards worldwide: a cage-type body structure built from five horizontal and six vertical beams and 80% high-strength and advanced high-strength steel, delivering a torsional stiffness of 30,000 N·m/deg. For a car that will carry a roof rack, tow 1.8 tonnes of gear, handle unpaved roads, and still feel tight with no rattles years down the road, stiffness isn’t a track metric. It’s a precondition for taking a beating. For occupant protection, the V25 adds a front center airbag to its six standard airbags, complemented by dual-stage load-limiting seat belts.

On active safety, the V25 offers L2 driver assistance, covering adaptive cruise control (ACC), lane departure warning (LDW), forward collision warning (FCW), automatic emergency braking (AEB), blind spot detection (BSD), and driver monitoring system (DMS), plus 540° high-definition surround-view camera system and automatic parking assist (APA). Whether it’s stop-and-go rush-hour traffic, driver fatigue on long highway drives, or blind spots in underground parking, the V25 has an answer for these common everyday scenarios, so every trip starts with confidence.

A Versatile, Comfortable Space That Fits a Whole Life Into One Car

In iCAUR’s product logic, a car shouldn’t decide how you live. What really sets the V25 apart from a traditional SUV is how it handles personalization. Customization used to belong to the aftermarket: drilling holes, cutting wires, trading safety for individuality. iCAUR builds more than 20 native modification interfaces into the vehicle, along with class-exclusive 1.8T towing capacity and class-leading 6 kW V2L output — so jet skis, RVs, camping power, cycling and photography gear all find a natural fit. The factory keeps the parts that should never be touched — the battery, motor, and electronic control systems, along with the chassis and safety architecture. Everything else is open to users, so they can freely create their own V25. The three officially customized models debuted that night — the V23 Forge, V25 Game Changer, and V27 Sun Roam — make that diversity concrete: three models from one family, each with a completely different design expression. The V25 Game Changer draws on gaming culture, expressing personality through controller-inspired details and joystick-inspired color accents. The V23 Forge reinforces its character with a widebody stance and gloss-black details, while the V27 Sun Roam blends exploration with refinement. All three are set to roll out to global markets from early 2027.

3

[iCAUR V25 Game Changer : Officially Customized Model]

The V25’s interior is generous too: 41 storage compartments, the most in its class, a 1,549 L trunk, and on the BEV version, a front trunk plus 22 L of underfloor storage. The front seats fold flat to create a lie-flat space with the rear seats, and with the openable panoramic sunroof and power sunshade, the V25 turns any stop into a campsite. The seats are upholstered in perforated microfiber and PVC. Front-seat ventilation, heating, and power adjustment, driver memory and welcome functions, and 15 class-leading speakers make long drives more comfortable.

From the spotlight on stage to everyday roads in different countries, the story of the iCAUR V25 has only just begun. For iCAUR, a classic is never a fixed look. It keeps gaining new meaning through each user’s choices. It can be an SUV with distinctive design and all-way capability, and it can also become a life partner for family trips, outdoor exploration, and personal interests. Classic Never Fades. As this boxy SUV heads into more markets, its answer will be written by users, one stroke at a time.

WUHU, China, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The iCAUR Global Brand Launch took place during the 2026 iCAUR International User Summit, marking the world premiere of the V25, which joins the V23 and V27 to complete the V Series family lineup. Held under the theme “Classic Never Fades | Make It Yours,” the event revolved around three pillars — future-classic design, official vehicle customization and user community — demonstrating how iCAUR builds product identity through classic design and cutting-edge technology, and empowers users with avenues for personal expression, forging lasting bonds spanning products and communities.

Future-Classic Design: Defining the V25 Through Restraint, Capability and Freedom

The event opened with the brand’s product philosophy. Dr. Su Jun, Vice President of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., posed the opening question: “What is a car really for?” to frame discussions around the bond between vehicles and people. He noted that amid ever-larger screens, extended driving ranges and proliferating technical jargon, the automotive industry faces another form of homogenization: more vehicles look alike, leaving little lasting impression. iCAUR’s answer lies in “Future-Classic Design”: distilling simple forms, distinct character and recognizability from timeless design language, then infusing them with futuristic attributes via technology, new-energy powertrains and novel usage scenarios.

Su Jun unpacked the V25 using three keywords: “Restraint, Capability, Freedom.” Restraint manifests in its boxy silhouette, near 1:1 body proportions, iconic round lamps and minimalist lines with no redundant flourishes. Capability is delivered by extended-range and battery-electric powertrain options, while the i-AWD system on all-wheel-drive variants supports diverse road conditions, delivering the “Go Anywhere” and “Go Further” confidence for urban, highway and mountain driving — the very foundation of the V25’s “All-Way SUV” positioning. Freedom is enabled by more than 20 ecosystem interfaces; camping gear, outdoor equipment and even a roof-mounted coffee maker can serve as extensions of users’ lifestyles. While boasting unique personalities of their own, the V25, V23 and V27 collectively uphold the family concept of classic design, all-terrain capability and self-expression.

Official Customization Takes the Stage: Classic Design Forms the Foundation; User Expression Completes Personalization

If Dr. Su Jun laid out iCAUR’s product fundamentals, Ronna Luo, CEO of iCAUR International, shifted focus to how users participate in shaping their vehicles. She explained that “Classic Never Fades” and “Make It Yours” operate on two levels: classic design creates an enduring foundation, and personalized customization imbues each vehicle with the owner’s unique identity. Classic therefore exists not merely in styling, but permeates users’ daily self-expression. She shared that roughly 50% of global iCAUR users customize their vehicles, and user creativity also fuels product iteration. In 2026, the V23 won the Red Dot Design Award and the V27 claimed the TADA Best Interior Design Award, testifying to its internationally recognized design prowess. Meanwhile, iCAUR intentionally preserves design headroom, inviting users to co-complete the vehicle.

【V25 on stage alongside three official customized models】

The three official customized vehicles showcased on-site serve as the most intuitive embodiment of this philosophy. The V23 Forge amplifies urban character with a wide-body kit and gloss-black accents, striking a bolder stance while retaining the V23’s playful spirit. The V27 Sun Roam draws inspiration from 1980s off-road vehicles and vintage cameras, pairing rugged proportions with refined details, crafted for those who cherish the journey itself. The V25 Game Changer injects adventure and gaming-inspired personality into its classic rugged silhouette, through widened wheel arches, rocker panel color schemes and controller-themed elements. Market rollout for the three models is scheduled no later than early 2027; deliveries will adopt KD assembly or dealer-fit kits, subject to local regulations and market conditions. Beyond the main stage, over 20 user- and partner-co-created customized vehicles surrounded the venue, extending “Classic Never Fades” from the stage into real-world usage scenarios.

From Market Expansion to Club Connect: Turning Co-creation into Long-term Relationships

Beyond official customized builds, iCAUR is institutionalizing and sustaining co-creation. Ronna Luo shared that iCAUR has expanded to over 40 markets in 2026, emerging as a preferred new-energy SUV option across multiple regions, with more than 100,000 users driving the V23 worldwide. Moving forward, every iCAUR showroom will feature a dedicated personal customization zone. At new model launches, iCAUR will also unveil bespoke classic editions in tandem, responding to user inspiration with tailored offerings.

iCAUR has established official user clubs in 9 countries to date. In 2027, the brand will connect users across additional markets via its global “Club Connect” programme, facilitating idea exchanges and leveraging user feedback to refine products and experiences. The event also welcomed iCAUR’s first cohort of 10 global brand ambassadors, including Mary-Ann (South Africa), Keem Yap (Malaysia), Humam Reno (Indonesia), Thomas Nawilis (Indonesia), Parawee (Thailand), and Humaid Yousuf Saif (UAE). Through Club Connect, iCAUR will continue to select users who contribute to the brand and community, transforming one-off co-creation activities into a permanent mechanism.

User Stories: Bringing “Classic Never Fades” Down to Tangible Daily Life

Beyond institutional frameworks, four user stories bring “Classic Never Fades” and personal expression to real life. South African owner Rod MacDonald fitted his V23 with roof LED lights, a black vented hood, round-lamp front bumper and all-terrain tires to fulfil weekend off-roading needs. He said the vehicle let him stay “true to himself” and had brought him new friends and renewed vitality. Malaysian user Yan Yan Lee utilised the flexible interior space to store photography gear and deployed a foldable front-row table to work between shoots, turning the V23 into a mobile photo studio. Khalid Al Shamesi from the UAE chose iCAUR out of resonance with “Classic Never Fades”, and recommended the vehicle to his father, wife and cousin, seeing the car as a carrier of timeless spirit and emotional bond. Kit Leung from Hong Kong, China, shared his dual identities: a rapper on stage and a father in daily life. He believes iCAUR’s classic design delivers rugged exterior and warm interior, never growing outdated, and perfectly matches his full self. The first cohort of global brand ambassadors also attended the ceremony, where Su Jun and Ronna Luo presented awards and took group photos with the users.

From the V25’s world premiere and the V Series family assembly, to official customization offerings and Club Connect, iCAUR anchors “Classic Never Fades” across three dimensions: products, customization and community. As the V25 and official customization kits launch in more markets and Club Connect expands throughout 2027, the bond between iCAUR and its users will evolve beyond a single launch event into ongoing co-creation. Classic design sets the long-term framework, while user expression defines each vehicle’s unique character. Classic Never Fades — they stem both from design’s restraint against the passage of time and from users continuously writing their own stories with their vehicles.
