Unify full-funnel strategies—from CTV reach to digital conversions—in one platform with AI-powered workflows, greater transparency, and open MCP integrations

NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Teads (NASDAQ: TEAD), the omnichannel outcomes platform, today announced the launch of the next generation of Teads Ad Manager (TAM), its unified, end-to-end advertising platform. The platform evolution is designed to help agencies and advertisers connect campaigns across connected TV (CTV) and digital environments, understand campaign impact across the funnel, extend performance across quality media placements, and work more efficiently through AI-assisted workflows.

As daily media consumption reaches an all-time high of 13 hours and 26 minutes per day, and streaming accounts for the majority of television viewership, consumer journeys have become increasingly cross-screen. Despite this shift, media planning, buying, and reporting remain heavily fragmented across disconnected tools, with 53% of marketers struggling to unify measurement across channels for optimization. The latest evolution of TAM solves this by uniting Teads’ premium global supply across CTV and digital with full-funnel measurement and AI workflows. TAM users can seamlessly connect media investments across screens, measure total campaign impact, and work smarter using their preferred AI tools.

“Marketing teams and agencies can no longer afford to manage brand and performance in isolated silos if they want to drive real business growth,” said Remi Cackel, Chief Product Officer at Teads. “By connecting the omnichannel journey in one platform and enabling AI-powered workflows, we’re giving our partners the control, efficiency, and intelligence needed to make every media investment deliver measurable impact.”

“Agencies require technology that simplifies media execution without compromising supply quality or data flexibility,” said Rheece Hemmings, Programmatic Manager at OMD, UK. “TAM’s connected toolset and open AI architecture allow our teams to plan, activate, and optimize cross-screen campaigns in minutes, giving us full visibility into how branding and performance work together to drive client growth.”

Key Platform Innovations
The next evolution of TAM introduces four key platform capabilities:

  • Omnichannel Strategies & Full-Funnel Measurement: Activate campaigns against multiple KPIs across CTV and digital within a single workflow and measure how upper-funnel brand activity drives lower-funnel outcomes—like tracking site visits generated by branding campaigns.
  • Unified Performance: Extend performance campaigns seamlessly across CTV and digital—including CTV InStream, HomeScreen, inRead, and Feed placements. Access premium, transparent media supply with built-in quality controls and flexible measurement integrations, including Conversion API (CAPI) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Agentic AI Workflows: Automate campaign planning, setup, management, and reporting with task-specific AI copilots. Go from brief to strategy with Strategy Builder or catch delivery and pacing risks instantly in Control Hub—slashing troubleshooting time from 15 minutes to under 60 seconds.1
  • Open Model Context Protocol (MCP) Interconnectivity: Connect Teads’ audience insights, reach forecasting, and inventory discovery directly into agency AI systems, including Claude, Gemini Enterprise, and Microsoft Copilot, through open, secure MCP integrations.

“MCP is really a game changer because it gives us exactly what we need from discovery through to campaign creation,” said Nami Hamidi, Head of Precision at Havas Media Network Italy. “It combines different data sources with TAM’s knowledge and data to help create the best strategy and media plan, with recommendations on audiences, websites, context and creatives, as well as estimates for CPMs and CTRs.”

Teads is also expanding its Teads Ad Manager Certified Agency Program. This global platform accreditation program provides agency teams with structured training in omnichannel media, performance advertising, and strategic planning. Certified partners gain priority beta access and industry recognition for their platform expertise.

Availability
Unified Performance capabilities are generally available to global enterprise clients today. Full-Funnel Measurement, Strategy Builder, Control Hub, and MCP integrations are currently available in closed beta to TAMbassadors, with broader global access planned through the end of 2026.

Study Reports Immediate Pain Freedom in 14 of 15 Patients; all Patients Achieved Favorable Pain Outcomes at a Mean Six-Month Follow-Up

Multi-Contact Probe Technology Enabled Mapping and Treatment of Trigeminal Nerve Distributions without Repeated Probe Repositioning

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: NMTC) (“NeuroOne” or the “Company”), a medical technology company focused on the surgical diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders, today announced the publication of initial clinical results evaluating its OneRF® Trigeminal Nerve Ablation System in the peer-reviewed journal Pain Management.

The article, “OneRF radiofrequency ablation system for the minimally invasive treatment of trigeminal neuralgia: initial clinical experience,” was published online in October 2026. Authored by Michael D. Staudt, Theresa A. Elder, Marshall T. Holland and David P. Darrow, the retrospective study evaluated 15 patients with medically refractory trigeminal neuralgia treated during the system’s limited market release.

Trigeminal neuralgia causes sudden, severe, electric shock–like facial pain that can interfere with eating, speaking, and other daily activities. For patients whose pain cannot be adequately controlled with medication, percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of the trigeminal nerve offers a minimally invasive treatment option.

Conventional radiofrequency systems typically use a single active tip that must be repositioned to map and treat different trigeminal nerve distributions. OneRF’s thin-film, multi-contact probe allows physicians to perform multiple contact-level mapping and lesioning along a single fixed trajectory without repositioning. The lack of needing to reposition the probe may allow for reduced procedure times, lower number of anesthesia cycles and, most importantly, less discomfort for the patient during the procedure.

Key findings from the published study include*:

  • Immediate pain freedom in 93.3% of patients: Fourteen of fifteen patients were pain-free immediately after treatment. The remaining patient experienced partial initial relief and became pain-free approximately one week later.
  • Favorable outcomes at follow-up: All 15 patients achieved a good clinical outcome, defined as a Barrow Neurological Institute pain score of I–IIIB, at a mean follow-up of six months.
  • Pain freedom without medication: Eight patients, or 53.3%, were pain-free and taking no pain medication at their last follow-up. Six additional patients were pain-free while continuing medication; one had residual pain controlled with medication.
  • Mapping and treatment along a fixed trajectory: Contact-level mapping was achieved in every case, and no patient required probe repositioning to map and treat multiple trigeminal distributions.
  • No observed off-target lesioning: The authors reported no off-target lesioning, ophthalmic complications, or anesthesia dolorosa.
  • Complications: One patient developed a cheek hematoma during needle insertion and repositioning, which was treated with ice and resolved after 1 week; this same patient also developed transient masseter weakness.

“Treating trigeminal neuralgia requires careful localization of the nerve distributions responsible for each patient’s pain,” said Michael D. Staudt, MD, lead author of the publication. “In this initial series, the multi-contact probe allowed us to map and treat those distributions along a single fixed trajectory. The early pain outcomes are encouraging, and longer follow-up will help us understand the durability of relief.”

Dave Rosa, President and Chief Executive Officer of NeuroOne, added, “This publication adds peer-reviewed clinical evidence to our experience with OneRF for trigeminal neuralgia. We are encouraged by the pain relief reported in this initial cohort and by the ability to map and treat multiple nerve distributions without repeated probe repositioning. These findings support continued adoption of the platform and its potential to simplify the treatment workflow.”

The authors emphasized that this was a small, retrospective series without a direct comparison group. Larger studies and longer follow-up are needed to establish long-term durability, comparative effectiveness, and the contribution of contact-specific mapping to patient outcomes.

The publication is available at: https://doi.org/10.1080/17581869.2026.2748288.

About the OneRF® Trigeminal Nerve Ablation System

The OneRF® Trigeminal Nerve Ablation System leverages NeuroOne’s proprietary radiofrequency ablation technology and features a multi-contact probe designed to enable stimulation, mapping and ablation during trigeminal neuralgia procedures. The system is designed to streamline procedural workflow by potentially reducing the number of probe repositioning and anesthesia cycles while providing physicians with temperature-monitored radiofrequency ablation.

The NeuroOne OneRF® Trigeminal Nerve Ablation System is indicated for use in procedures to create radiofrequency lesions for the treatment of pain, or for lesioning nerve tissue for functional neurosurgical procedures.

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Immutep Limited (ASX: IMM; NASDAQ: IMMP) (“Immutep” or “the Company”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company targeting cancer and autoimmune diseases, provides an update on its activities for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 (Q1 FY27).

EFTILAGIMOD ALFA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR CANCER

TACTI-004 (KEYNOTE-F91) – Phase III Trial in 1L NSCLC

Following the early discontinuation of the TACTI-004 study, Immutep has been conducting a detailed root cause analysis.

In September, Immutep announced that the ongoing root cause analysis identified structural differences between the efti used in TACTI-004 and the efti used in earlier successful clinical studies. These differences (e.g. a subtle difference in N-glycan structure) are considered potentially relevant given the markedly different immune activation profile observed in TACTI-004 compared to previous trials and the unexpected clinical outcome of the study.

Based on the currently available data from the root cause analysis to date, Immutep believes that the unexpected outcome of TACTI-004 cannot be explained by clinical factors (e.g. suboptimal protocol, substantial imbalance between treatment arms or safety findings) or trial execution factors (e.g. invalid randomisation pattern or general clinical trial conduct).

The Company will provide a further update on the root cause analysis at its Annual General Meeting on 27 November 2026.

New Manufacturing Run

Based on the findings from the root cause analysis to date, Immutep has contracted a manufacturing run of efti at 200 L scale. Ten GMP batches of efti have previously been manufactured at 200 L scale and used in successful Phase I and Phase II clinical studies of efti, including TACTI mel, TACTI-002 and INSIGHT-003. In contrast, TACTI-004 was conducted exclusively with efti manufactured at 2,000 L scale.

Future Clinical Development Focus

Immutep currently intends to focus the potential registration-directed clinical development of efti on:

  • HNSCC in patients with CPS <1; and
  • the neoadjuvant setting of STS.

This focus reflects the compelling clinical data generated to date, the Company’s interactions with the FDA, regulatory designations obtained, unmet medical need and substantial market potential in these indications.

Preparations for the next phase of clinical trials have commenced. Subject to final decisions on strategy and trial design, regulatory interactions, manufacturing timelines, partnering and resources, Immutep is targeting study start during H2 CY27.

Immutep’s licensing partner, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (“DRL”), has been consulted on and is supportive of this approach. The Company is also in preliminary discussions with other parties regarding the proposed development pathway.

INSIGHT-003 – Phase I Trial in Non-Squamous 1L NSCLC

The investigator-initiated INSIGHT-003 Phase I trial has been completed.

In this study, the combination of efti with KEYTRUDA® and chemotherapy has generated strong objective response rates (ORR) and disease control rates (DCR) in 51 evaluable patients with advanced or metastatic non-squamous 1L NSCLC across all PD-L1 expression levels.

As previously announced, mature overall survival (OS) results from INSIGHT-003 (data cut-off 27 March 2026) demonstrated a median overall survival (mOS) of 30.9 months in the overall study population.1

These results compare favourably with historical benchmarks. No new safety signal was identified since the previous data cut-off.

EFTISARC-NEO – Phase II Trial in Soft Tissue Sarcoma

Immutep announced in September that one of the two indications in which it intends to focus the registration-directed clinical development of efti is the neoadjuvant setting of soft tissue sarcoma (STS).

The investigator-initiated EFTISARC-NEO Phase II trial evaluating efti in combination with radiotherapy and KEYTRUDA® in the neoadjuvant setting for resectable STS has met its primary endpoint, with a median 51.5% tumour hyalinization/fibrosis in the evaluable population (N=38), significantly exceeding the prespecified 35% target (p<0.001). Patients also showed strong immune system activation in line with efti’s mode of action, including statistically significant increases in the expression of key cytokines and chemokines in peripheral blood. Patients are continuing to be followed up for disease-free survival.

Immutep also received Orphan Drug Designation for efti in this setting from the FDA in April 2026.

Subsequent to the end of the quarter, on 23 October 2026, Immutep announced health-related quality of life (HRQoL) data from the EFTISARC-NEO trial, presented in an ePoster at the ESMO Congress 2026 in Madrid. HRQoL, a secondary endpoint, remained stable during neoadjuvant treatment, with no statistically significant deterioration in any measured scale. After surgery, patients reported statistically significant improvements in the QLQ-C30 summary score (6.0 points; p=0.008) and in role and social functioning, and reported significantly lower fatigue than at baseline (by up to 14.2 points; p=0.001).

AIPAC-003 – Phase II Trial in Metastatic Breast Cancer

The AIPAC-003 Phase II trial evaluated efti in combination with chemotherapy in hormone receptor positive (HR+), HER2 negative/low metastatic breast cancer that is resistant to endocrine-based therapy, as well as in metastatic triple-negative breast cancer not eligible for PD-(L)1-based therapy. As previously announced, the trial closed effective 30 June 2026.

Investigator-Initiated Phase II Trial for Neoadjuvant Efti in HR+/HER2-Negative Breast Cancer

As previously announced, a proposed investigator-initiated Phase II trial evaluating neoadjuvant efti as monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapy prior to surgery in early-stage HR+/HER2-negative breast cancer remains on hold pending completion of the root cause analysis related to TACTI-004 and further strategic decisions.

IMP761 DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE

IMP761 – Phase I Trial

Development of IMP761, the Company’s agonist anti-LAG-3 antibody for autoimmune diseases, continues in line with previously disclosed plans and is now a co-priority alongside efti.

In June 2026, Immutep presented positive interim data from its placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomized, first-in-human Phase I study evaluating IMP761, a first-in-class LAG-3 agonist antibody, at the EULAR 2026 Congress in London.

The single ascending dose part of the study met its primary endpoint, demonstrating favourable safety and tolerability in healthy volunteers, with IMP761 well tolerated across all dose levels tested.

The data also showed statistically significant pharmacodynamic activity, including reduced local inflammatory responses and attenuated T-cell activity compared to placebo, with the 7 mg/kg dose achieving a statistically significant inhibition in skin blood perfusion (p = 0.029).

The pharmacokinetic profile supports once-every-four-weeks dosing. These encouraging results support further clinical evaluation of IMP761 in autoimmune diseases driven by T-cell-mediated inflammation, such as rheumatoid arthritis or type 1 diabetes, with additional trial updates expected at the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) Convergence 2026, taking place from 6 to 11 November 2026 in Orlando, Florida, USA. As announced on 19 October 2026, a late-breaking abstract on IMP761 has been accepted for poster presentation at the conference on 10 November 2026.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

During the quarter, Immutep continued to build its patent estate and was granted three new patents.

In particular, as announced in July, Immutep was granted its fourth United States patent directed to efti in combination with a PD-1 pathway inhibitor.

The Company was also granted a Russian patent directed to IMP761 and an Australian patent directed to an assay used to measure the potency of IMP761 as part of a quality control step in the production of the agonist LAG-3 antibody.

CORPORATE AND FINANCIAL SUMMARY

Change to American Depositary Share Ratio

Following the Nasdaq minimum bid price deficiency notification announced on 30 April 2026, Immutep announced on 21 September 2026 a change to the ratio of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs), effective 28 September 2026 (US Eastern time), from one ADS representing 10 ordinary shares to one ADS representing 200 ordinary shares.

For holders of ADSs, the change has the same practical effect as a reverse split of the ADSs on the basis of one new ADS for every 20 ADSs held. The Company’s ordinary shares quoted on the ASX are not affected, the number of ordinary shares on issue does not change, and the change does not alter the proportionate economic interest of any shareholder or ADS holder in the Company.

Subsequent to the end of the quarter, on 13 October 2026 Immutep announced that it had received written notification from Nasdaq confirming that it had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1), following a closing bid price at or above US$1.00 per ADS for 10 consecutive business days from 28 September 2026 to 9 October 2026. Nasdaq has advised that the matter is now closed.

Board and Audit and Risk Committee

Subsequent to the end of the quarter, Pete Meyers resigned as a Non-Executive Director effective 2 October 2026. As announced on 9 October 2026, following Mr Meyers’ resignation the Audit and Risk Committee comprises two members and the Company is not currently in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 12.7. The Board has commenced a search for an additional independent non-executive director with financial and accounting expertise who, once appointed, is intended to join the Audit and Risk Committee and be invited to chair it. The Company expects to complete the appointment during the financial year ending 30 June 2027. In the interim, Lis Boyce is acting as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. The Committee’s recommendations on financial reporting, accounting judgements and external audit continue to be referred to the full Board.

Cash Flow Summary

During the quarter, Immutep continued to exercise prudent cash management, particularly in light of the TACTI-004 Phase III discontinuation.

In September, Immutep announced it had received an A$0.86 million cash rebate under the Australian Government’s R&D Tax Incentive for eligible R&D activities conducted in FY2025. Following AusIndustry’s approval of an Advance Overseas Finding, certain of Immutep’s overseas R&D activities were eligible alongside its Australian activities.

Subsequent to the end of the quarter, on 28 October 2026, Immutep announced it had received a cash payment of €1.36 million (approximately A$2.16 million) from the French Government under its Crédit d’Impôt Recherche (CIR) research tax incentive program for eligible R&D activities conducted in calendar year 2025. Immutep is eligible for the CIR through its French subsidiary, Immutep S.A.S., which conducts research at its laboratory in France. As this payment was received after 30 September 2026, it is not included in the quarter-end cash and term deposits balance.

The non-dilutive funding from both incentives will be applied to Immutep’s current R&D activities for its product candidates, efti and IMP761. Immutep’s expected cash reach extends well into the first half of CY28.

The net cash used in G&A activities in the quarter was A$1.2 million compared to A$1.5 million in Q4 FY26.

In Q1 FY27, cash receipts from customers were A$6K, which is mainly due to research material sales. Net cash used in R&D activities was A$16.5 million for the quarter, compared with A$22.0 million in Q4 FY26, with the decrease primarily reflecting a decrease in clinical trial activity as the Company continued the close-out relating to TACTI-004. As invoices are generally payable approximately one month after issue, TACTI-004 payments are expected to decline significantly in subsequent quarters.

Payment for staff costs was A$2.4 million in the quarter, compared to A$2.5 million in Q4 FY26. Total net cash outflows used in operating activities in the quarter were A$19.1 million compared to net cash outflows of A$38.9 million in Q4 FY26.

Total net cash inflow received in investing activities for the quarter was A$5.0 million, which is mainly due to the transfer back of matured short-term investments to cash at bank. The short-term investments are comprised of term deposits with maturities of greater than 3 months and less than 12 months.

As at 30 September 2026, Immutep had total cash and term deposits of approximately A$48.50 million, comprising cash and cash equivalents of A$48.41 million and term deposits of A$0.09 million.

Payments to related parties and their associates of A$456K, comprises non-executive directors’ fees and executive directors’ remuneration.

After the TACTI-004 Phase III futility outcome, the Company has initiated cost reduction measures to preserve capital and extend its cash runway. These measures include a targeted reduction in headcount and other operating expense reductions, most of which took effect from the start of FY27. The discontinuation of TACTI-004 also precipitates a reduction in cash outlays due to the trial activity being wound down. At the time of preparing this report, the Company expects its cash runway to extend well into H1 of CY28.

$100 from every bottle sold will benefit Denver men’s ice hockey scholarships

Breckenridge Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey

DENVER, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Breckenridge Distillery, an award-winning craft distillery and subsidiary of Tilray Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLRY and TSX: TLRY), and University of Denver Athletics today announced the release of a limited-edition Breckenridge Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey celebrating the Denver Pioneers’ 2026 NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey National Championship.

The commemorative release celebrates Denver’s record 11th national championship while supporting the future of the program, with $100 from every bottle sold benefiting the Denver Men’s Ice Hockey Scholarship. The 230-bottle release was created from a special single barrel selected in collaboration with Denver Athletics supporters at Breckenridge Distillery and is bottled at 101.7 proof.

“Denver hockey’s tradition of excellence reflects the same values we bring to every bottle we make: dedication, craftsmanship and pride in representing Colorado at the highest level,” said Bryan Nolt, Founder and CEO of Breckenridge Distillery. “Having DU Athletics supporters join us in the barrel room to help select this whiskey made the process truly collaborative, and knowing the proceeds will support the next generation of Denver hockey players makes this release even more meaningful.”

The Pioneers captured their record 11th national championship on April 11, 2026, defeating Wisconsin in Las Vegas. Denver holds the all-time record with 11 national championships, including four in the past decade in 2017, 2022, 2024 and 2026. Under Richard and Kitzia Goodman Head Hockey Coach David Carle, Denver has captured its three most recent titles, delivering three championships in five years.

“Last spring’s 11th Denver hockey national championship, the program’s third title in five years, was a special moment in Denver Athletics history,” Vice Chancellor for Athletics and Ritchie Center Operations Josh Berlo said. “Special moments, especially ones of this magnitude, call for special commemoration. We are excited that a close group of supporters had the opportunity to provide input with Breckenridge Distillery and be a part of barrel tasting for this new product for our fans. To have a significant portion of the proceeds go towards hockey scholarships makes this a full circle commemoration and empowering future national success for the legacy and tradition that is Denver hockey.”

The collaboration brought a group of Denver Athletics supporters to Breckenridge Distillery for a behind-the-scenes experience in the barrel room. Participants toured the distillery, learned about the whiskey-making process and evaluated different barrels alongside the Breckenridge Distillery team before helping select the single barrel used for the commemorative release.

“We were welcomed with open arms at the Breckenridge distillery. They took us to a tasting area and provided us with the tools to evaluate different barrels and interact with each other and the staff,” said Tim Thompson, a University of Denver alumnus and DU Athletics supporter. “It was great fun to play a small role in this partnership between DU Athletics and Breckenridge Distillery.”

The limited-edition whiskey showcases Breckenridge Distillery’s grain-to-glass craftsmanship under the direction of Master Distiller Hans Stafsholt. Bottled at 101.7 proof, the single-barrel release offers aromas of balanced oak spice, caramel and brown sugar, followed by a creamy, viscous palate with notes of caramel, brown sugar and cinnamon and a hint of black pepper spice.

The 230-bottle limited release is available for $179.99 at Bonnie Brae Liquor, 785 S. University Blvd., Denver, Colorado, and Mondo Vino, 3601 W. 32nd Ave., Denver, Colorado. The bottle is also available for home delivery where permitted.

Age 21+. Always enjoy responsibly.

  • BlackLine partners with S3NS to expand its services on a trusted cloud in France, addressing stringent data residency and regulatory requirements.
  • Thales becomes the first customer to deploy BlackLine’s platform on S3NS’s PREMI3NS trusted cloud.
  • The partnership expands BlackLine’s secure infrastructure options, enabling regulated organizations to adopt AI-powered financial operations with greater data control.

PARIS and LOS ANGELES, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BlackLine, Inc. (Nasdaq: BL), the Agentic Financial Operations Platform™ for the Office of the CFO, and S3NS, a joint venture controlled by Thales in partnership with Google Cloud, today jointly announced their partnership in France for a new offering hosted on a trusted cloud infrastructure, further expanding BlackLine’s European cloud footprint. This strategic alliance enables organizations with stringent data residency and sovereignty requirements to modernize financial operations while maintaining greater control over where and how their data is managed.

Thales, a global leader in Defense, Aerospace, Cyber, and Digital, will be the first customer to implement BlackLine’s platform on this new infrastructure. The platform will run on PREMI3NS, the trusted cloud offering from S3NS. To support the rollout, Thales’ digital services division will build and operate the local deployment, highlighting the company’s dual role as both a flagship customer and a key integration partner.

This investment expands BlackLine’s ability to serve organizations operating in highly regulated European environments, where data control, security and regulatory requirements are increasingly important considerations in cloud and AI adoption. “Finance cannot compromise on trust. As AI takes on more consequential work, organizations need confidence not only in the accuracy, transparency, and governance of the technology, but also in where their most sensitive financial data resides and how it is controlled,” said Philippe Omer Decugis, Senior Vice President and General Manager for EMEA at BlackLine. “Consequently, data control and regulatory compliance are becoming an increasingly important part of the AI conversation. With this investment, we are giving organizations a path to put trusted AI to work in financial operations while meeting the stringent sovereignty requirements businesses demand.”

BlackLine’s Agentic Financial Operations Platform™, powered by Studio360 and Verity™ AI, enables finance and accounting teams to unify data, automate complex processes, and orchestrate workflows, across mission-critical financial operations. Its AI agents execute specialized financial tasks, from preparing account reconciliations to matching transactions, while keeping finance leaders firmly in control. The trusted cloud deployment model brings these capabilities to organizations requiring greater control over the location and operation of their financial data.

“Our mission at S3NS is to enable organizations to modernize with leading cloud technologies while meeting the highest requirements for data control and regulatory compliance,” said Cyprien Falque, CEO of S3NS. “By providing the Trusted cloud foundation for BlackLine, we are creating an environment where organizations can adopt advanced financial technology while maintaining the control and protections their most sensitive workloads require.”

“Data sovereignty isn’t optional for an organization like Thales, it’s foundational. Being the first to implement BlackLine’s trusted cloud offering reflects our commitment to bringing advanced AI-driven finance capabilities into our operations without compromising on the security and control our business demands,” said Stéphanie Pétris, VP Group Finance Transformation at Thales.

This new French offering with S3NS builds on BlackLine’s broader investment in security, governance and trusted AI, including its ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its Artificial Intelligence Management System. It is also part of BlackLine’s continued expansion of its global cloud footprint and trusted infrastructure, supporting customers as they scale digital finance and AI across increasingly complex environments.

The BlackLine Agentic Financial Operations Platform™, powered by Studio360 and Verity™ AI, is where the Office of the CFO scales AI across Record-to-Report, Invoice- to-Cash, and the processes where finance owns the controls and demands integrity at every step.
