A first-of-its-kind 5G workflow integrates Haivision’s bonded cellular transmitters with EVS’s T-Motion media production robotic systems for seamless remote camera operation

MONTREAL, Canada AND LIÈGE, Belgium, Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Haivision (TSX: HAI), a leading global provider of mission-critical, real-time video networking and visual collaboration solutions, and EVS, a leading provider of live video technology for broadcast and new media productions, today announced a joint demonstration at IBC2026 showcasing the future of remote production through bonded cellular video contribution and robotic camera control over public and private 5G networks.

At this year’s show, the companies will unveil a live remote production workflow connecting the EVS stand at IBC in Amsterdam with EVS headquarters in Liège almost 250 kilometers away, enabling EVS T-Motion real-time media production robotic and camera control (Pan/Tilt/Zoom/Focus and painting colorimetry) via the Haivision Pro460 5G video transmitter, Haivision StreamHub receiver and the EVS Choreon unified robotic controller. The demonstration highlights how Haivision’s bonded cellular and 5G contribution technology integrates with EVS’s robotic camera systems to deliver broadcast-grade reliability for long-distance remote operation of motorized production assets.

“This demonstration shows how robotic camera systems and next-generation connectivity can fundamentally reshape remote production,” said Benoit Dentan, Vice President, T-Motion Robotics Solution, at EVS. “By integrating our Choreon robotic controller with Haivision’s 5G video contribution technology, we’re proving that broadcasters can operate precision robotics from virtually anywhere with the responsiveness they expect in live environments. It’s a major step toward fully connected, automated production workflows that scale across studios, venues, and continents.”

A Breakthrough in Scalable Remote Production
The joint demo illustrates how public and private 5G networks can function as a unified production fabric, enabling low latency, resilient connectivity for remote control, monitoring, and contribution of critical live production elements. This capability unlocks new possibilities for cost-efficient, flexible, and scalable remote production, optimizing on-site resources while maintaining the precision required for live events.

“Broadcasters are looking for practical, scalable ways to extend remote production, and 5G is now making that possible,” said Jean-Marc Racine, Chief Product Officer and EVP Broadcast, Haivision. “By combining Haivision’s ultra-low latency contribution technology with EVS’s T-Motion media production robotic systems, we’re demonstrating a workflow that delivers the responsiveness and reliability live production demands, even across long distances. This collaboration shows how cellular bonding over 5G can become a true production backbone, enabling new levels of flexibility, automation, and creative possibility.”

The Future of Remote Production
Visitors to IBC2026 can see how live video contribution combined with 5G-enabled remote operation can transform live event coverage and studio automation at the EVS stand (Hall 7, 7.B11).

The results of the Everest Group report and Concentrix client outcomes demonstrate that the company’s proprietary iX Suite, including its autonomous capabilities, Agentic Operating Framework (AOF), and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), are delivering measurable results and enabling clients to bring together people, technology, and operations into a single, coherent model.

Concentrix helps clients achieve measurable business outcomes, and recently delivered a 53% increase in sales conversion rates through Gen AI-powered advisor assistance, a 56% increase in revenue per chat through AI-driven sales training, and a 20X increase in monthly revenue through a transformed customer success operating model.

“Enterprises need technology that works at scale, inside their real-world operations,” said Chris Caldwell, President and CEO of Concentrix. “We bring together the people, technology, and intelligence, orchestrating human expertise and AI, to create experiences and outcomes that matter. Clients trust us with their customers, and that trust is what makes the difference between a strategy on paper and one that delivers. We’re proud that Everest Group continues to recognize both our vision and our proven ability to execute it.”

Everest Group’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) Services PEAK Matrix® 2026 report reflects a central challenge facing every enterprise today: incorporating new technology into business and operations requires operating model redesign. Everest Group identified the combination of consulting-led transformation, proven production-ready technology, and outcome accountability as the critical factors that accelerate value realization for buyers and found that growth in CXM is no longer driven by contact volumes, but by complexity, technology, and outcomes.

The recognition marks the eleventh consecutive time Concentrix has earned Leader positioning on the annual Everest Group CXM PEAK Matrix®. This year’s report evaluated providers across operational services, value-added services, CX consulting and process optimization, and technology, reflecting the full scope of what enterprise clients need as they operationalize AI at scale.
