Appointments strengthen rare-disease commercialization planning and strategic partnering capabilities as Ebstrocel™ advances toward potential commercialization

BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — INmune Bio Inc. (NASDAQ: INMB) (the “Company”), a late-stage biotechnology company focused on inflammation and immunology, today announced the appointments of R. Duane Clark II and James Sapirstein, R.Ph., MBA, to its Board of Directors. The appointments add commercial and strategic operating expertise as INmune Bio prepares Ebstrocel™ for potential rare-disease commercialization and pursues business-development and partnering opportunities across its pipeline.

Mr. Clark brings more than 40 years of global pharmaceutical and biotechnology leadership, with particular depth in rare diseases, immunology and specialty-product commercialization. He currently serves as General Manager, U.S. Rare Diseases at Sanofi, where he leads a multi-billion-dollar business spanning seven rare-disease brands with full profit-and-loss responsibility. His experience includes multiple product launches, market-access strategy, M&A integration, and leadership across sales, marketing, medical and commercial operations. Earlier in his career, he led Sanofi’s U.K. and Ireland multiple sclerosis business and held commercial and business-development roles at CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting Services, Encysive Pharmaceuticals, Astellas Pharma, Ortho Biotech and Marion Laboratories.

Mr. Sapirstein brings more than 40 years of biopharmaceutical leadership spanning business development, licensing, commercialization, capital formation and public-company leadership experience. He has led six global commercial product launches and participated in more than 20 additional launches. His career includes senior roles at Gilead Sciences, Bristol Myers Squibb, Hoffmann-La Roche, Eli Lilly and Serono Laboratories. He also founded and led Tobira Therapeutics, which was later acquired by Allergan in a transaction with total potential consideration of up to approximately $1.7 billion, including contingent milestone payments. Mr. Sapirstein also brings extensive experience structuring strategic transactions and guiding biotechnology companies through growth, restructuring, and value-creating exits.

“These appointments bring capabilities directly aligned  with INmune Bio’s next stage of growth,” said David Moss, Chief Executive Officer of INmune Bio. “Duane’s rare-disease leadership leading a major rare-disease business will strengthen our planning for market access and potential commercialization of Ebstrocel. James’s business development, licensing, and financing experience will support our evaluation of strategic opportunities for our broader pipeline. Together, they add practical experience to help us translate development progress into potential patient and shareholder value.”

The new directors strengthen the Board in:

  • Rare-disease commercialization: Guide market access and pricing, patient identification, commercial infrastructure and launch execution for Ebstrocel™ in recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (RDEB) and potential additional rare-disease indications.
  • Business development and strategic transactions: Strengthen the evaluation and negotiation of licensing, distribution, co-development and other strategic relationships intended to accelerate development and broaden commercial reach.
  • Commercial scale and execution: Help align clinical, regulatory, manufacturing and commercial functions as INmune Bio advances from late-stage development toward potential product launches.

“Ebstrocel has the potential to address important unmet needs in rare disease, and INmune Bio is approaching the stage at which disciplined launch and market-access planning can become a meaningful competitive advantage,” said Mr. Clark. “I look forward to helping the Company build a patient-focused commercialization strategy and the capabilities required to execute it.”

“INmune Bio has multiple opportunities to create value through focused internal development and well-structured strategic partnerships,” said Mr. Sapirstein. “I look forward to contributing my business-development, transaction and commercialization experience as the Company evaluates the best path to advance its differentiated platforms.”

  • CRB-913 demonstrated statistically significant and clinically meaningful mean weight loss of 5% at 60 mg after 12 weeks with no plateau observed

  • CRB-913 was generally well tolerated with psychiatric adverse events broadly in line with GLP-1 drugs and a favorable emerging GI tolerability profile

  • Data support CRB-913’s potential to establish a new class of oral non-incretin obesity medicines

  • Data selected for late-breaking presentation at ObesityWeek® 2026

  • Company will hold an investor call at 8:00am EDT today

NORWOOD, Mass., Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —  Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRBP), a clinical-stage company focused on new therapies in oncology and obesity, today announced positive topline data from the Company’s CANYON-1 Phase 1b clinical trial of CRB-913 for the treatment of obesity. The data demonstrated statistically significant and clinically meaningful weight loss at all three doses with the 60 mg dose achieving a mean weight loss of 5% at 12 weeks. CRB-913 was associated with a favorable safety profile and fewer gastrointestinal (GI) adverse events based on cross-trial comparison with published data of currently marketed oral GLP-1 drugs. These data support CRB-913’s potential to establish a new class of oral, non-incretin obesity medicines.

“From a clinical practice perspective, a substantial number of patients with obesity either cannot tolerate GLP-1 receptor agonists or do not achieve an adequate therapeutic response,” said Harold Bays, M.D., Medical Director, Louisville Metabolic and Atherosclerosis Research Center/Monroe Biomedical Research, Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and an investigator on the CANYON-1 trial. “In addition, more than 60% discontinue treatment within the first year. What I find particularly encouraging about the CANYON-1 study results is that weight reduction had not yet plateaued by the end of the 12-week treatment period, and that CRB-913 appears to have avoided the depressive effects associated with earlier central nervous system-acting cannabinoid receptor agonists. These findings support the potential emergence of the first agent in a new class of obesity medications, offering a novel mechanism of action to help treat the global epidemic of obesity.”

Yuval Cohen, Ph.D., CEO of Corbus Pharmaceuticals, added, “We set out to test a key hypothesis: by successfully designing a peripherally restricted CB1 inverse agonist, can we deliver a safe and tolerable therapeutic alternative with competitive weight loss to oral GLP-1s? The CANYON-1 data provide an important confirmatory milestone of this hypothesis. We are excited about these results and look forward to the Phase 2 study of CRB-913.”

Study Design
The CANYON-1 Phase 1b clinical trial was a 16-week double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study that enrolled 254 obese, non-diabetic adult participants at 15 investigational sites in the United States (NCT07310901). The trial included three CRB-913 cohorts of 20 mg, 40 mg, and 60 mg dosed orally once-daily as well as a placebo cohort (randomization of 1:1:1:1). A dose titration regimen was used with all participants receiving CRB-913 commencing at 20 mg/day and then titrating up every two weeks to either 40 mg/day or 60 mg/day depending on their assigned cohort. Participants were dosed for 12 weeks and followed for an additional 4 weeks.

Topline Efficacy
CRB-913 demonstrated rapid, statistically significant and clinically meaningful weight loss at all dose levels, with no evidence of plateauing at any of the doses.

The LS means, and p-values are the Mixed Model for Repeated Measures (MMRM) with percent change from baseline as the dependent variable; sex, treatment group, visit and treatment group-by-visit interaction as categorical fixed effects, and the baseline weight as a covariate. An unstructured covariate matrix is used.

Weight loss response rates were significantly higher across all three CRB-913 cohorts compared to the placebo cohort. All participants who completed the study and received CRB-913 at the 60 mg dose lost weight, with 44.4% losing at least 5.0% from baseline. Similarly, 6.7% of the participants in that cohort lost more than 7.5% of their weight from baseline. The highest recorded weight loss for this cohort was 13.4% from baseline.

Topline Safety and Tolerability2
CRB-913 was generally safe and well tolerated. Treatment discontinuations due to AEs with CRB-913 (3.1%-13.1%) were in line with those recorded with approved oral GLP-1s (6.9%-20.7%) and markedly less than the 13%-42% study discontinuation rate reported with monlunabant.

Psychiatric AEs of Special Interest:
Treatment emergent psychiatric AEs were infrequent, mild to moderate, and transient. There were no serious or severe psychiatric AEs reported in the study. There were no cases of suicidality and only one case of transient depressive symptom (moderate) out of a total of 188 participants dosed with CRB-913. Psychiatric AEs were noted across all cohorts, including placebo, and generally showed no dose-related patterns. The most common psychiatric AE was irritability, and all cases were mild.

Psychiatric AEs were broadly in line with those reported for clinical studies for liraglutide, semaglutide and tirzepatide. The psychiatric AEs were lower than those seen with monlunabant, a recently studied but subsequently discontinued CB1 inverse agonist with significantly higher brain penetration than CRB-913.

TORONTO, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Belo Sun Mining Corp. (TSX: BSX) (OTCQX: BSXGF) (the “Company” or “Belo Sun”) announced that its wholly-owned Brazilian subsidiary, Belo Sun Mineração Ltda. (“Belo Sun Mineração”), was formally notified on September 11, 2026, of a request for suspension of provisional relief (Suspensão de Tutela Provisória, or “STP”) filed by Brazil’s Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office (“MPF”) before the Brazilian Supreme Court (“STF”), concerning the Installation License (“LI”) for the Company’s Volta Grande Gold Project (the “Project”) in Pará, Brazil.

The STP proceeding (STP 1.156/PA) seeks to immediately suspend the judicial decision issued by the Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region (“TRF-1”) on February 13, 2026, in Interlocutory Appeal No. 1004658-74.2026.4.01.0000, which reinstated the LI and authorized the resumption of regular installation activities. The decision found that the Company had demonstrated compliance with the applicable judicial requirements, including completion of an Indigenous Component Study (“ECI”) based on primary data and consultation under the applicable protocol. The MPF also seeks the continuation of that suspension until a final and non-appealable judgment is rendered in the underlying civil public action concerning the ECI.

STF President Justice Edson Fachin issued an order dated September 2, 2026 and directed Belo Sun Mineração, the State of Pará, the Federal Government, FUNAI and the Municipality of Senador José Porfírio to respond within a common 72-hour deadline. The State of Pará and Belo Sun have already filed their response, requesting that the STP be denied.

Clovis Torres, Chief Executive Officer of Belo Sun commented: “We remain confident in the strength and validity of our Installation License. The TRF-1 court reinstated the license after confirming that we fully satisfied all judicial conditions, including completing the Indigenous Component Study with primary data and carrying out transparent consultations. These are facts which have been previously acknowledged by FUNAI. A STP is an exceptional procedural remedy that requires a showing of a concrete risk of serious harm to public order, health, safety or the economy. As we continue working collaboratively through the conciliation process, we see no basis for such an emergency suspension and will vigorously defend the project and validity of the Installation License.”

The STF is expected to rule on the interim request after receiving the responses from the parties and interested entities formally notified in the proceeding, followed by a submission from the Prosecutor General’s Office.

The LI remains reinstated and in effect while the STF considers the submissions.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Apollo Silver Corp. (“Apollo Silver” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: APGO | OTCQB: APGOF | Frankfurt: 6ZF) today reaffirmed its support for Ejido Benito Juárez (the “Ejido”) in addressing the water challenges that affect agriculture, livestock and livelihoods on its lands in Chihuahua, Mexico. The Company has expressed its commitment to working with the Ejido over the long term on practical solutions to those challenges, beginning with independent technical work on the aquifer, the springs and the existing wells.

“Water is the first question at Ejido Benito Juárez, and it should be,” said Tom Peregoodoff, Executive Chair of Apollo Silver. “The wells and springs of Ejido Benito Juárez have sustained families and their farmland for generations. We have agreed to present the Ejido with a plan outlining our long-term commitment to advancing solutions to their water challenges, including direct support for their agriculture and their livestock.”

The scope, the priorities and the sequencing of the water program will be defined jointly with the Ejido and in accordance with applicable authorizations. The assembly resolution reinstating mineral exploration at Cinco de Mayo is in process; pending that resolution taking effect, Apollo Silver will continue to meet with the community and its representatives ahead of any significant field activity.

Apollo Silver also notes the position of President Claudia Sheinbaum’s administration that mining remains an important contributor to the Mexican economy and that water is to be treated as a right of the communities that depend on it, reflected in the reforms to Mexican water law. The Company believes both propositions can be true at the same time, and intends that community water be part of the resolution wherever it operates.

Pairing year-long continuous glucose monitoring with automated insulin delivery to further simplify diabetes management for patients

Brings Eversense 365 to the growing community of iLet Bionic Pancreas users

Plan for commercial launch of the integrated system in Q4 2026

GERMANTOWN, Md., Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Senseonics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SENS), maker of the Eversense 365 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System, the world’s first and only long-term, one-year implantable sensing technology, today announced a partnership with Beta Bionics, Inc (NASDAQ: BBNX), a pioneering leader in the development of advanced diabetes management solutions. The companies are collaborating to integrate Eversense® 365 CGM with Beta Bionics’ iLet® Bionic Pancreas automated insulin delivery (AID) system designed to simplify diabetes management. The integrated device will aim to provide people with diabetes a world-class, truly differentiated AID experience, combining year-long, exceptionally accurate glucose sensing1 with fully adaptive insulin delivery technology that does not require carb counting* and autonomously determines and delivers user insulin doses.

Eversense 365’s unique implantable design, consistent performance over an entire year2, and reduced device burden make it well-suited for AID systems, helping users focus less on their diabetes management technology and more on living their lives — and giving even more people with diabetes the freedom to choose the AID experience that best fits their lives.

“Our Eversense 365 is redefining the CGM market with long-term implantable technology designed to empower better diabetes management and reduce device burden. This collaboration with Beta Bionics will expand our reach to a greater population of people to enable them to manage their diabetes with the most advanced technologies available today,” said Tim Goodnow, PhD, President and Chief Executive Officer of Senseonics. “We are excited to be working with Beta Bionics on integrating Eversense 365 with the iLet Bionic Pancreas to give more people with diabetes a differentiated AID option and greater choice in finding the experience that is right for them. Building on the early success from our first pump integration, we believe the combination of year-long glucose sensing and advanced automated insulin delivery offers compelling, differentiated benefits for people with diabetes and expands the choices available to them within the AID category.”

Senseonics expects development of the Eversense 365-iLet integration to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2026. Commercial launch is planned following completion of integration activities in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to required testing, validation activities and applicable regulatory requirements.

Board to recommend that shareholders approve renaming the Company Milk Makeup plc

  • The Company’s Board of Directors has approved the voluntary delisting of the Company’s Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants from Nasdaq and the deregistration of those securities under the Exchange Act.
  • Company expects to file a Form 25 with the SEC on or about September 24, 2026; delisting expected to become effective on or about October 4, 2026, with the last day of trading on Nasdaq expected to be October 2, 2026.
  • Following completion of the sale of Obagi Medical, Waldencast is a single-brand company; shareholders will be asked at an Extraordinary General Meeting to approve renaming the Company Milk Makeup plc. If approved, the Company intends to seek to have its Class A Ordinary Shares quoted in an over-the-counter market under a new ticker symbol “MLKM”.

LONDON, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Waldencast plc (NASDAQ: WALD) (“Waldencast” or the “Company”) today announced that it has notified the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) of its decision to voluntarily delist its Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”), and its redeemable warrants, each whole warrant exercisable for one Class A Ordinary Share at an exercise price of $11.50 per share (the “Warrants”), from Nasdaq and to deregister such securities under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).

The Company intends to file a Form 25 (Notification of Removal from Listing) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to remove its Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants from listing on Nasdaq on or about September 24, 2026, and as a result, Waldencast expects that the last trading day of its Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants on Nasdaq will be on or about October 2, 2026. Thereafter, on or about October 5, 2026, the Company intends to file a Form 15 (Certification and Notice of Termination of Registration) with the SEC to suspend the Company’s reporting obligations under Sections 12(g) and 15(d) of the Exchange Act. Upon filing of the Form 15, the Company’s obligation to file periodic reports with the SEC, including Annual Reports on Form 20-F and Current Reports on Form 6-K, will be suspended immediately. The Section 12(b) deregistration is expected to become effective 90 days after the Form 25 filing.

The decision to delist and deregister the Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) following an evaluation of a range of factors, including, among others:

  • The direct and indirect costs of maintaining a Nasdaq listing and U.S. public reporting status (including audit, legal, advisory, insurance, transfer agent and compliance costs), which have become disproportionate to the size of the Company following the divestiture of Obagi Medical.
  • The substantial demands that public company reporting, including compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, places on senior management’s time and on the Company’s finance organization – time the Board believes is better directed to building the Milk Makeup brand.
  • The limited trading volume in, and limited public float of, the Company’s Class A Ordinary Shares, and the concentration of the Company’s share register, which the Board believes have not delivered the liquidity, research coverage or valuation benefits that a public listing is intended to provide.
  • The Board’s assessment that the Company’s capital structure and financing needs no longer depend on access to the U.S. public equity markets following the full debt paydown with the proceeds from the Obagi Japan trademark sale and the Obagi Medical divestiture.
  • The alternatives available to the Company and the Board’s conclusion that the expected cost savings and operational focus outweigh the reduction in liquidity and public information that will result. In the year ended December 31, 2025, the Company incurred central headquarters costs of $18.5 million. The Board expects that a substantial portion of those costs will be eliminated following the delisting and deregistration.

The Board considered the interests of all shareholders, including minority holders, in reaching this decision, and consulted with its financial and legal advisors.

Subject to shareholder approval, the Board has resolved to recommend that the Company be renamed Milk Makeup plc, so that the corporate identity of the Company aligns with its sole operating brand following completion of the sale of Obagi Medical. A change of name requires approval by special resolution under the Company’s Articles of Association and Jersey law. The Company intends to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting in the coming weeks, and a notice of meeting and accompanying materials will be made available to shareholders in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association. The delisting and deregistration described above are not conditional on approval of the change of name, and the Company intends to proceed on the timetable set out in this announcement regardless of the outcome of the vote.

Following the delisting of the Company’s Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants from trading on Nasdaq, the Company intends to seek to have its Class A Ordinary Shares quoted in an over-the-counter market under the ticker “MLKM”, where it intends to publish annual audited financial statements. There is no guarantee, however, that trading of the Company’s Class A Ordinary Shares will occur in an over-the-counter market or otherwise.

Separately, any further allocation of transaction proceeds from the sale of Obagi Medical to Bridgepoint, completed on July 30, 2026, remains subject to review by the Board.

The Company reserves the right to postpone or withdraw the above filings prior to their effectiveness; if necessary, the Company will make any further announcements as required by the Nasdaq listing standards and other applicable laws.

The Company expects to publish a trading update for the six months ended June 30, 2026, and comparable periods in the coming weeks.

Non-GAAP Financial Measures

This press release and the accompanying tables include non-GAAP financial measures, including, among others, organic net sales; adjusted gross profit and its related margin; adjusted operating income and its related margin; adjusted net (loss) income and its related margin; diluted net (loss) income per common share, as adjusted; adjusted EBITDA and its related margin; free cash flow; and net debt. The reconciliations of historic non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures are provided in the tables below. These non-GAAP financial measures should not be considered in isolation or as a substitute for the comparable GAAP measures. In addition, these non-GAAP measures may not be the same as similar measures provided by other companies due to potential differences in methods of calculation and items being excluded. They should be read only in connection with the company’s consolidated financial statements presented in accordance with GAAP.

We define our non-GAAP financial measures as follows:

  • Organic net sales: net sales excluding the impact of acquisitions, divestitures, held for sale businesses, discontinued brands, exited product categories and foreign exchange. To adjust organic net sales for the impact of acquisitions, the net sales of an acquired business are excluded from fiscal quarters constituting or falling within the current period and prior period where the applicable fiscal quarter in the prior period did not include the acquired business for the entire quarter. To adjust organic net sales for the impact of divestitures, held for sale businesses, discontinued brands and exited product categories, the net sales of a divested business, held for sale business, discontinued brand or exited product category are excluded from all periods. To adjust organic net sales for the impact of foreign exchange, current period net sales for entities reporting in currencies other than the U.S. dollar are translated into U.S. dollars at the average monthly exchange rates in effect during the corresponding period of the prior fiscal year, rather than at the actual average monthly exchange rate in effect during the current period of the current fiscal year.
  • Adjusted gross profit and its related margin: gross profit, before plant closure related costs, net and warehouse and manufacturing consolidation and other costs, net.
  • Adjusted operating income and its related margin: operating loss before goodwill impairment, costs associated with acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions, productivity and transformation costs, certain litigation expenses, net, long-lived asset and intangibles impairment, plant closure related costs, net, proceeds from insurance claim, CEO succession costs, warehouse and manufacturing consolidation and other costs, net.
  • Adjusted net (loss) income and its related margin and diluted net (loss) income per common share, as adjusted: net loss, adjusted to exclude the impact of goodwill impairment, costs associated with acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions, productivity and transformation costs, certain litigation expenses, net, long-lived asset and intangibles impairment, plant closure related costs, net, proceeds from insurance claim, CEO succession costs, warehouse and manufacturing consolidation and other costs, net , unrealized currency losses, loss (gain) on sales of assets, and the related tax effects of such adjustments.
  • Adjusted EBITDA and its related margin: net loss before depreciation and amortization, equity in net loss of equity-method investees, net interest expense, income taxes, stock-based compensation, net, unrealized currency losses, certain litigation expenses, net, proceeds from insurance claim, productivity and transformation costs, plant closure related costs, net, warehouse and manufacturing consolidation and other costs, net, CEO succession costs, costs associated with acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions, loss (gain) on sales of assets, goodwill impairment and long-lived asset and intangibles impairment.
  • Free cash flow: net cash provided by (used in) operating activities less purchases of property, plant and equipment.
  • Net debt: total debt less cash and cash equivalents.

We believe that the non-GAAP financial measures presented provide useful additional information to investors about current trends in the company’s operations and are useful for period-over-period comparisons of operations. We provide:

  • Organic net sales to demonstrate the growth rate of net sales excluding the impact of acquisitions, divestitures, held for sale businesses, discontinued brands, and exited product categories and foreign exchange, and believe organic net sales is useful to investors because it enables them to better understand the growth of our business from period to period.
  • Adjusted results as important supplemental measures of our performance and believe they are frequently used by securities analysts, investors and other interested parties in the evaluation of our Company and companies in our industry.
  • Free cash flow as one factor in evaluating the amount of cash available for discretionary investments.
  • Net debt as a useful measure to monitor leverage and evaluate the balance sheet.

We discuss the Company’s net secured leverage ratio as calculated under our credit agreement as a measure of our financial condition, liquidity and compliance with our credit agreement. For a description of the material terms of our credit agreement and risks of non-compliance with our credit agreement, see “Liquidity and Capital Resources” under “Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations” and “Risk Factors” in our most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K, our subsequent Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, our Annual Report on Form 10-K expected to be filed today and our other filings from time to time with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
