Modelled conductive responses are distributed along more than nine hundred (900) metres of the mapped Alps-Alturas shear corridor

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Maxus Mining Inc. (“Maxus” or the “Company”) (CSE: MAXM | OTCQB: MXMGF | FRA: R7V) is pleased to announce results from a first-pass interpretation (the “Interpretation”) and Maxwell plate modelling (the “Modelling”) of preliminary 2026 airborne versatile time-domain electromagnetic (“VTEM”) data acquired over the Alturas West Antimony Project (the “Project” or “Alturas West”) in British Columbia. Convolutions Geoscience Corp. (“Convolutions”) completed the work and provided external quality-control review of survey data during acquisition. The interpretation will be refined following review of the final processed survey data and drilling observations.

The interpretation focused on electromagnetic responses within and adjacent to the mineralized Alps-Alturas shear corridor. A series of Maxwell plate models was fitted to selected responses distributed along a structural corridor spanning more than nine hundred (900) metres, including responses beneath and adjacent to the historic Alps-Alturas mine workings. The fitted plates are simplified, non-unique representations of possible conductive sources and should not be interpreted as direct geological contacts or as evidence of a single continuous conductor.1

The Modelling provides additional constraints on the subsurface geometry of conductive features within the structural corridor and has been integrated with surface geology, historical workings, and structural measurements to refine drill targeting during the ongoing Alturas West drill program.

Highlights

More than nine hundred (900) metre modelled-response corridor: Multiple fitted Maxwell plate responses are distributed along a corridor spanning more than nine hundred (900) metres of the mapped Alps-Alturas shear zone, including responses beneath or adjacent to the historic workings (Please see Figures 1 to 3).

Modelled geometry provides structural constraints: Several fitted plates have moderate northerly dips, locally about forty-five (45) degrees, while one response is modelled with a contrasting southerly dip, indicating changes in geometry along strike (Please see Figures 2 and 3).

Possible structural complexity identified: Changes in fitted plate position and orientation along strike may be consistent with faults, structural offsets or changes in shear-zone geometry.

Drill targets refined: Integration of Maxwell plate interpretation with mapped geology, historical workings, structural measurements, and planned drill locations has helped refine the location and orientation of drill targets across Alturas West (Please see Figure 1).

Geophysical Survey & Interpretation

The 2026 VTEM survey grids across the Alturas West and East claim blocks were comprised of 354 line-kilometres (including tie lines) of helicopter-borne surveying completed by Geotech Ltd. of Aurora, Ontario, at a nominal line spacing of one hundred (100) metres.

The Interpretation focused on electromagnetic responses associated with the prospective shear zone hosting the historic Alps-Alturas antimony mine on the Alturas West claim block. Maxwell plate Modelling was used to estimate the location, orientation, and geometry of conductive sources identified within and adjacent to the structural corridor. The models were fitted line by line using simplified rectangular plate geometries. As a result, adjacent plates may overlap in the composite model; these overlaps result from the Modelling approach and should not be interpreted as evidence of overlapping or intersecting geological bodies.

In plan view, the projected footprints of multiple fitted Maxwell plates are distributed along a corridor spanning more than nine hundred (900) metres of the mapped Alps-Alturas shear corridor (Please see Figure 1). The modelled Maxwell plates provide a geophysical framework that can be compared with mapped geology, historical workings, surface mineralization, and current drilling.

Three-dimensional visualization of the line-by-line Maxwell plate models indicates that several fitted plates have moderate northerly dips, locally approximately forty-five (45) degrees and broadly consistent with the current geological interpretation. At least one fitted response toward the eastern portion of the confidently modelled corridor has a contrasting southerly dip. The change in modelled geometry may indicate local structural complexity, including changes in shear-zone orientation or structural offsets.

The Maxwell plate Interpretation has been integrated with mapped geology, historical workings, surface structural measurements, and drill targeting. Observations from the ongoing drill program will continue to be incorporated into the geological and geophysical model to evaluate the source and significance of the conductive responses.

The geological source of the conductive responses has not yet been confirmed. The geophysical data do not, on their own, establish the presence, grade or continuity of antimony mineralization. Drilling observations and physical-property measurements will be used to evaluate the source and significance of the responses.

Ongoing Alturas West Drill Program

The Company’s ongoing drill campaign at Alturas West is focused on testing the Alps-Alturas shear zone associated with the historic Alps-Alturas antimony mine. The Maxwell plate Interpretation has been incorporated as one input to the drill-targeting process and provides additional constraints on the possible location and orientation of conductive targets along the structural corridor. The Company’s summer 2026 drill program marks the first drilling on the Project in history.

The Company expects to provide an update on the ongoing Alturas West drill program shortly, including progress to date and initial geological observations from drilling.

The Company will continue integrating drilling observations, structural measurements, and geophysical information as the program advances, with the objective of developing an increasingly detailed three-dimensional geological and structural model of the Alturas West mineralized system.

Pulsed Magnetic-Field Experiments Produce Hotter, Denser Toroidal Plasmas While Demonstrating Plasma Stability

FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — American Fusion Inc. (AMFN) (“American Fusion” or the “Company”), a developer of advanced fusion-energy technology, today announced results from the latest series of experiments conducted by the American Fusion™ technical team at the Company’s facility involving its proprietary Texatron™ fusion-energy technology.

The latest experiments represent an important advancement in the Company’s ongoing development program. The AMFN team used high-voltage capacitor banks to generate a series of short-duration, high-intensity pulsed magnetic fields designed to rapidly compress—or implode—a toroidal plasma.

According to observations from the experimental program, the pulsed magnetic-field configuration produced toroidal plasmas that were hotter and denser than those generated during the Company’s earlier high-current experiments. Importantly, the Company also reports that the resulting toroidal plasma structures remained stable against significant magnetohydrodynamic (“MHD”) instabilities during the experimental pulse.

Supporting the Texatron™ Shock-Heating Concept

The Texatron™ is being developed around a pulsed approach to fusion rather than attempting to maintain plasma continuously for extended periods.

In the latest configuration, electrical energy stored in a capacitor bank is released rapidly to create an intense transient magnetic field. The field compresses the electrically conducting toroidal plasma. Rapid compression can increase plasma density while shock processes can convert part of the compression energy into thermal energy, increasing plasma temperature.

American Fusion believes the latest observations support two important elements of the Texatron™ development concept: rapid magnetic compression can produce increasingly hot and dense toroidal plasmas, and the toroidal structure can remain organized during the violent compression event rather than immediately being disrupted by MHD instabilities.

Plasma stability is particularly important because fusion performance ultimately depends not simply upon achieving high temperature, but upon simultaneously achieving sufficient temperature, fuel density and confinement.

“These latest experiments were extraordinary to witness,” said Dr. John E. Brandenburg, Chief Technology Officer of American Fusion. “From a scientific-development standpoint, it feels like playing 18 holes of golf and getting a hole-in-one on every hole. Test after test, we saw the behavior we were looking for: strong magnetic compression, hotter and denser plasma, and a remarkably robust toroidal plasma structure. These results give our team increased confidence in the fundamental Texatron™ concept and a very clear direction for the next phase of testing.”

Independent Observation of the Test Program

The Company said the experimental sessions were also observed by Fabrice David, who was present throughout the latest testing program.

“I was personally present for every test session in this series and observed the experiments and the resulting data,” said Fabrice David. “Based on what I personally witnessed and reviewed during the testing, I can independently confirm the results reported from these test sessions. The consistency of the observed plasma behavior across the experiments was particularly noteworthy.”

The Company notes that Mr. David’s statement represents his independent observation and review of the testing and should not be interpreted as third-party laboratory certification, peer review or independent validation of commercial fusion performance unless and until such testing is conducted under an applicable independent verification protocol.

From Plasma Compression to Direct Electricity

The experiments are also relevant to another important element of the Texatron™ architecture: American Fusion’s proposed direct magnetic-to-electric energy-conversion system.

The Company is developing Texatron™ around the use of deuterium and helium-3 (D–³He) as fusion fuels. The principal D–³He reaction releases most of its fusion energy in energetic charged particles.

American Fusion’s concept is that, following each fusion pulse, energy deposited into the toroidal plasma causes the plasma to expand against the surrounding magnetic field. The changing magnetic flux created by that expansion can then induce electrical current in surrounding conductors.

In this architecture, the energized toroidal plasma would effectively function as a magnetic armature within an electrical generator. The conceptual sequence is:

electrical pulse → magnetic compression → shock heating → fusion → plasma expansion → changing magnetic field → electrical output.

The Company’s development objective is ultimately to convert fusion energy into electricity electromagnetically, potentially reducing reliance on the conventional heat → steam → turbine → generator cycle used by most thermal power plants. The direct-conversion concept remains under development and has not yet been demonstrated as a commercial power-generation system.

Why Plasma Stability Matters

A plasma is an extremely hot collection of electrically charged particles. Unlike an ordinary gas, plasma responds strongly to electric and magnetic fields.

One of the longstanding challenges in fusion research is that a hot plasma can develop instabilities that cause it to distort, move, or lose confinement. These behaviors are commonly described through magnetohydrodynamics, or MHD.

The Texatron™ approach seeks to create a stable, toroidal—or doughnut-shaped—plasma and then compress that structure extremely rapidly with pulsed magnetic fields.

A simple analogy is a magnetic smoke ring. If the ring maintains its structure while being rapidly squeezed from the outside, its density and temperature can increase dramatically. The latest experiments showed that the Texatron™ toroidal plasma remained organized during this compression process.

Next Phase of Texatron™ Testing

American Fusion said its technical team will continue increasing the sophistication of its experimental program, with emphasis on quantitative measurement and repeatability.

Future testing is expected to focus on characterizing plasma temperature, density, magnetic-field strength, compression behavior, confinement time and stability, while continuing development toward D–³He fusion-relevant operating conditions.

The Company also intends to continue evaluating the magnetic-armature concept and the ability of the Texatron™ architecture to recover energy electromagnetically from an expanding plasma.

“These experiments are important because we are not simply trying to make a plasma,” said Brent Nelson, Executive Chairman of American Fusion Inc. “We are systematically testing the individual physical principles that have to work together for Texatron™ to accomplish its ultimate objective. Seeing hotter, denser and stable toroidal plasmas from the new pulsed magnetic-field configuration is an encouraging development for the entire American Fusion™ team.”

Leadership and Engineering Update

As American Fusion™ accelerates the Texatron™ development and testing program, Travis Yakimishyn is assuming the new role of Senior Electrical Engineer, allowing him to take an even more hands-on role in the Company’s engineering activities. In this position, Yakimishyn will focus his experience directly on the design, development, testing and advancement of electrical and technical solutions supporting the Texatron™ platform. The Company believes this increased engineering focus will further strengthen the technical team as American Fusion™ progresses from its current experimental program toward increasingly advanced Texatron™ systems.

NDA supported by positive results from the APEX pivotal trial demonstrating clinically meaningful responses and evidence of disease modification in patients with AdvSM

PDUFA target action date set for June 29, 2027

WALTHAM, Mass. and BOULDER, Colo., Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cogent Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: COGT), a biotechnology company focused on developing precision therapies for genetically defined diseases, today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has accepted its New Drug Application (NDA) for bezuclastinib in patients with Advanced Systemic Mastocytosis (AdvSM) and assigned a Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) target action date of June 29, 2027. In addition, the FDA communicated that at this time, there is no plan to hold an advisory committee, nor have they identified any potential review issues.

“With the FDA’s acceptance of our NDA in Advanced Systemic Mastocytosis, we have reached another important regulatory milestone for bezuclastinib and are one step closer to potentially bringing this therapy to patients with AdvSM,” said Andrew Robbins, Cogent’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “Together with the NDAs currently under review for NonAdvSM and GIST patients, this milestone further reinforces the potential of bezuclastinib across multiple patient populations with KIT-driven diseases. With an excellent commercial and medical team in place, we are excited and ready for the potential launches later this year.”

The NDA acceptance is supported by data from the APEX pivotal trial, which was most recently presented at the 2026 European Hematology Association (EHA) Congress, in which bezuclastinib demonstrated clinically meaningful responses and durable clinical activity in patients with AdvSM. As of the March 31, 2026 data cutoff, the primary endpoint of response per mIWG-MRT-ECNM criteria demonstrated a 65% overall response rate, including 57% of patients achieving CR, CRh or PR as best response. Response by pure pathological response (PPR) criteria was 81%. Bezuclastinib also demonstrated durable clinical activity, with a 12-month progression-free survival rate of 79% and 12-month overall survival rate of 87%, with median PFS and OS not yet mature.

Cogent continues to advance bezuclastinib toward potential approvals and commercialization across its three indications. The Company’s NDA for NonAdvanced Systemic Mastocytosis is under FDA review, with a PDUFA target action date of December 30, 2026, and the NDA for GIST is also under FDA review, with a PDUFA target action date of November 30, 2026. Together, these regulatory milestones represent significant progress toward bringing bezuclastinib to patients across a broad spectrum of KIT-driven diseases.

Bezuclastinib – Expanded Access Program
Working with the FDA, Cogent has established active Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) for U.S. patients with SM or GIST who meet disease-specific criteria and could benefit from treatment with bezuclastinib or the combination of bezuclastinib and sunitinib. Inducement Grants Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4)
Cogent also announced today that, on September 10, 2026, the Compensation Committee of Cogent’s Board of Directors, made up entirely of independent directors, approved the grants of “inducement” equity awards to nine new employees under the company’s 2020 Inducement Plan with grant dates of September 10, 2026 and September 14, 2026. The awards were approved in accordance with Listing Rule 5635(c)(4) of the corporate governance rules of the Nasdaq Stock Market. The employees received, in the aggregate, (i) nonqualified options to purchase 39,300 shares of Cogent common stock and (ii) 33,600 restricted stock units (RSUs). Each option has a 10-year term, an exercise price equal to the closing price of Cogent’s common stock on the grant date, and a 4-year vesting schedule with 25% vesting on the 1-year anniversary of the grant date and the remainder vesting in equal monthly installments over the subsequent 36 months, provided such employee remains employed through each such vesting date. The RSUs vest annually in equal installments over 4 years from the grant date, provided such employee remains employed through each such vesting date.

PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — HP Inc. today announced the HP ZBook Ultra G3a, a new mobile workstation designed from the ground up to serve as a personal AI factory for professionals. Powered by AMD and enhanced by Perplexity, the HP ZBook Ultra G3a 16” combines workstation-class performance, local AI capabilities, and intelligent workflow experiences for demanding professional environments.

As organizations move from AI experimentation to production, professionals still face fragmented tools, disconnected applications, and complex setup requirements. HP is addressing that gap by bringing together AMD-powered local performance, Perplexity Computer to complete end-to-end work, and Autodesk®ii application support in one mobile workstation built for professional use.

“Professionals need AI experiences that are powerful, reliable, and integrated into the way they work,” said Jim Nottingham, Senior Vice President and Division President, Advanced Compute and Solutions, HP Inc. “With the HP ZBook Ultra G3a 16”, HP is bringing a local AI factory and workflow-ready tools together to help customers apply agentic AI to their most demanding work.”

Local AI performance, engineered with AMD

HP and AMD co-engineered the HP ZBook Ultra G3a 16” to support large local AI models, AI agents, and professional applications in a thin-and-light mobile form factor. Powered by up to AMD Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 and up to 192 GB of unified memory, this single-chip system helps professionals design, build, analyze, and run AI locally without moving work to a larger system or relying on the cloud for every task.

“Together, HP and AMD are ushering in the era of Personal AI, where extraordinary AI power moves from the data center into the hands of professionals. For years, the most powerful AI has lived in the cloud,” said Jack Huynh, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Computing and Graphics Group at AMD. “Now, with up to 192GB of unified memory and the ability to run models up to 300 billion parameters locally, that power is right beside you, working alongside you and your most demanding applications. The new ZBook shows what’s possible when AI becomes truly personal, giving people the freedom to explore bigger ideas, solve harder problems, and bring their most ambitious ideas to life.”

This on-device approach can help organizations reduce cloud dependency and manage inference costs, while giving professionals more control over performance, latency, privacy, and where work runs.

Agentic AI, ready for professional workflows

The HP ZBook Ultra is engineered to run large local models, AI agents, and demanding professional applications at the same time. Ready-to-use workflow tools help customers apply AI to defined tasks without requiring teams to assemble hardware, models, connectors, prompts, and instructions on their own.

“Professionals shouldn’t have to build their own AI stack to put their workstation to work,” said Ryan Foutty, Vice President of Business at Perplexity. “With HP, we’re bringing them Portable Computer, a mode of Personal Computer that runs AI models, agents, and tools on the device. Work starts locally, and when a step needs frontier intelligence, users can choose to bring in a cloud model without starting over. Businesses get the benefits of local AI without giving up access to the cloud or control over when they use it.”

HP and Perplexity are enabling professionals to use AI more effectively with the applications they already rely on. Powered by Perplexity Portable Computer for Windows’s MCP Connector to Autodesk Revit®, customers can use local, on-device AI alongside their project data, keeping proprietary data on-device and minimizing cloud token costs. This helps professionals spend less time selecting tools, finding instructions, and writing prompts, and more time designing, creating, and solving problems. Additionally, Perplexity and HP have co-developed task-based Skills exclusively available to HP customers, designed to help users offload repetitive tasks and spend more time doing the work they enjoy.

Mobile workstation performance for advanced workloads

Built for all-day productivity on the go, the HP ZBook Ultra G3a 16″ gives architects, engineers, designers, and technical teams workstation-class performance in a highly mobile design starting at 4.2 lbs. and 17.9 mm thin. A new thermal design delivers up to 81.8% higher TDPiii, enabling up to 100W of performance for advanced workloads away from the desk.

  • Run complex AI models, agents, and advanced workloads simultaneously, including up to 300B-parameter LLMs locally, powered by AMD Radeon™ integrated graphics with up to 192GB unified memory, 160GB dedicated VRAM, and 55 TOPS NPU.
  • Support demanding design and visualization workflows, including Autodesk Revit 2027, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Chaos Enscape visualization.
  • Stay productive beyond Wi-Fi with secure 5G through HP Go connectivity.
  • Extend device life and simplify serviceability with an easily IT-replaceable keyboard and design features built for long-term use.

A more controlled path for IT

IT leaders are being asked to support AI adoption while managing cost, security, and governance. The HP ZBook Ultra G3a 16” is a new anchor in HP’s broader agentic AI portfolio, alongside HP ZGX Nano, HP ZGX Fury, HP Boost, and HP Remote System Controller, giving IT teams a more controlled path to scale local AI.

In addition, HP’s new Local AI Value Calculator, available on HP.com will bring HP Z workstations customers a clear understanding of how moving AI workloads from the cloud to local devices can lower costs, provide valuable insight into performance, and help deliver faster return on investment for everyday AI use.

By supporting local inference, large memory capacity, elastic scaling, and longer device life, HP gives organizations greater flexibility as AI models, frameworks, and workflows evolve.

Two episodes are live. Each takes a single number a company reports and works through what it leaves out — the same question GEX Management asks when it evaluates a business.

DALLAS, TX, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — GEX Management, Inc. (OTC: GXXM), a strategy and operations focused firm based in Dallas, Texas, today announced the launch of “What the Numbers Miss,” a recurring podcast published on the Company’s website and distributed through Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

The format is narrow by design. Each episode takes one number a business commonly reports, works through the arithmetic behind it, and identifies what the single figure leaves out. Episodes run approximately eleven minutes. Two are live as of today.

The First Two Episodes

Episode 1, “The Ten Thousand Dollar Gap,” examines the distance between a home care aide’s hourly wage and annual earnings. PHI’s Direct Care Workers in the United States: Key Facts 2025 reports a median hourly wage of $17.36 in 2024 and median annual earnings of just under $26,000, with 46 percent of that workforce working part time at under thirty-five hours a week. The two figures do not reconcile across a full-time year, and the episode works through what that difference says about how a turnover number should be read.

Episode 2, “The Sentence on the Careers Page,” examines the line many employers publish about offering health benefits. The Kaiser Family Foundation’s 2025 Employer Health Benefits Survey reports that 80 percent of workers at firms offering coverage are eligible for it, and that 76 percent of those eligible enroll, leaving 61 percent of workers covered. The episode works through the distance between offered, eligible and enrolled, and what separates a change in eligibility from a change in take-up.

The Conditions Behind the Show

Federal data describes two pressures running at the same time. The CMS Office of the Actuary reports freestanding home health spending of $169.4 billion in 2024, an increase of 10.2 percent, while the CMS CY2026 Home Health Prospective Payment System final rule sets aggregate Medicare payments to home health agencies 1.3 percent lower. Separately, the U.S. Census Bureau’s Business Trends and Outlook Survey put artificial intelligence use among businesses nationally at 19.8 percent as of May 2026, with roughly 37 percent among firms of 250 or more employees against under 20 percent among firms with fewer than 20.

Neither of those is a technology story on its own. Both are operating questions about what a reported number actually contains, and who has the means to find out.

“Most companies are run on numbers that were never built to answer the question being asked of them,” said Mr. Sri Vanamali, Chief Executive Officer of GEX Management. “A turnover rate, a benefits line, a growth figure — each one is two or three different things added together, and the part that matters is usually the part that got averaged away. Finding it is not an academic exercise. It is the difference between a business you can improve and one you cannot.”

“There is a widening gap between the companies that can see themselves clearly and the ones that cannot, and it does not track with how good the business is. It tracks with size,” said Mr. Vanamali. “Healthcare is where that shows up most sharply right now, because demand and reimbursement are moving in opposite directions and there is no room left for reading a number wrong. Closing that gap is the work. It is why healthcare services and technology are the two sectors we prioritize, and this show is that argument made in public.”

A cargo capacity of up to 2,220 pounds gives travelers room to bring more of the equipment that makes each trip their own.

Winnebago’s towable display highlights the brand’s continued momentum in the travel trailer category, featuring the Access, Micro Minnie and Thrive product families. Together, these products span key price points and camping styles, helping make RV ownership more affordable while delivering the features, quality and innovation customers expect from the Winnebago name.

On the motorized side, Grand Design will introduce the Lineage Series E 30DC, the brand’s first gas-powered motorhome and a significant expansion of the rapidly growing Lineage family. Built on a Ford® chassis, the Series E opens a new chapter for Grand Design motorized products while delivering the thoughtful features and customer-driven design the brand has become known for.

Beyond the products themselves, visitors can experience the engineering and construction innovations that continue to set Grand Design apart. Interactive displays will showcase the brand’s patent-pending Worry-Free Roof, the OMEGA fifth-wheel frame backed by a five-year warranty, and an all-new wire harness system designed to improve durability and serviceability. Grand Design also will have product engineers on-site to answer questions and provide a deeper look into the design, testing and manufacturing processes behind the company’s fifth-wheel lineup.

Newmar
Built in Nappanee, Indiana, Newmar motorcoaches have been synonymous with unrivaled outdoor luxury experiences for more than 50 years. Newmar will showcase 18 luxury motorhomes at Booth D1, offering one of its largest public displays of the year and giving attendees an early opportunity to experience the company’s 2027 model year lineup.

NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nasdaq Verafin and Stablecore today announced a partnership that unifies digital asset and traditional banking data to help financial institutions detect financial crime across fiat and digital asset activity. Stablecore provides the infrastructure banks and credit unions use to offer stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and other digital asset services inside their existing systems. The partnership brings digital asset transaction activity from Stablecore directly into the Nasdaq Verafin platform, giving banks and credit unions a consolidated view of financial crime risk exposure as they expand into digital asset services. With a more complete view of financial crime risk exposure, this partnership helps financial institutions meet customer demand for digital asset offerings while addressing evolving compliance requirements.

Financial institutions have historically had limited visibility into on-chain financial activity, leaving a gap when financial crime spans fiat and digital asset channels. The partnership will help address this gap by integrating fiat-to-digital asset and digital asset-to-fiat transaction flows from Stablecore with existing customer data and compliance infrastructure in Nasdaq Verafin’s comprehensive anti-financial crime platform. Through this partnership, Stablecore houses digital asset holdings and transaction information without storing personally identifiable information, while the bank’s core banking system retains customer and account data. Data from both sources flows into Nasdaq Verafin, where it is consolidated into a single customer profile for investigation and risk assessment.

“Criminals increasingly move between on-chain and off-chain channels to obscure their activity and avoid detection,” said Rob Norris, SVP, Head of Product Strategy, Nasdaq Verafin. “By integrating Stablecore’s digital asset infrastructure with Nasdaq Verafin’s holistic financial crime management technology platform, we are giving financial institutions visibility into the full scope of their customers’ transactions, so that criminals cannot hide no matter where they move money.”

The partnership comes as adoption of stablecoins, tokenized deposits and digital assets continues to grow among consumers and businesses. Today’s global digital asset market represents approximately $2.4 trillion in value, more than double the range recorded in late 2022 to early 2023. By integrating stablecoin, tokenized deposit and digital asset transaction data from Stablecore into the Nasdaq Verafin platform, financial institutions can conduct investigations faster and monitor the flow of money on- and off-chain.

“Digital assets become viable within banking when financial institutions can have the same very high standards around compliance and fraud detection as their existing products,” said Alex Treece, Co-founder and CEO, Stablecore. “Through this partnership, Stablecore provides the infrastructure for secure digital asset services while Nasdaq Verafin ensures that activity is monitored with the same rigor as traditional payments – a significant evolution in making digital assets a safe and secure option for banks, credit unions and their customers.”

The integration is currently in beta with select customers, including Amarillo National Bank, with plans to roll out to mutual customers of Nasdaq Verafin and Stablecore in Q4 2026 and Q1 2027. Following the initial integration, Nasdaq Verafin and Stablecore will partner to offer real-time sanctions screening for counterparties receiving digital asset transfers. This capability will integrate directly into Nasdaq Verafin’s existing sanctions screening program, allowing financial institutions to build a robust BSA/AML compliance program that protects against digital assets sanctions risks.

“Our customers want access to emerging payment methods, and we need to meet that demand without compromising safety,” said William Ware, President, Amarillo National Bank. “This partnership ensures our team maintains full visibility across traditional and digital assets activity, while allowing our team to seamlessly incorporate on-chain data into our investigations.”
