Year-Over-Year Sales Growth Climbed From 95% to 111% to 136% Over the Trailing Year, 13 Weeks, and Latest Four Weeks, While Good Twin Delivered Its Strongest Direct-to-Consumer Month Ever

SANTA MARIA, Calif., Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AMASS Brands Group (NASDAQ: AMSS) (“AMASS” or “the Company”), a premium, multi-category beverage platform spanning non-alcohol, functional, and alcohol 2.0 products, today announced that Good Twin, the Company’s organic non-alcoholic sparkling wine, grew retail sales 136% year over year during the four weeks ended August 8, 2026, nearly eight times the 17% growth of the broader U.S. non-alcoholic wine category, according to NielsenIQ.1

Importantly, Good Twin’s growth continues to accelerate rather than moderate. Year-over-year retail sales increased 95% over the trailing 52 weeks, 111% over the trailing 13 weeks and 136% during the latest four-week period, the strongest growth rate of the year. Retail case volume increased 128%, making Good Twin the second-fastest-growing brand among the top 15 non-alcoholic wine brands in the United States.1

The data also suggests Good Twin’s growth is being driven by consumer demand rather than expanded distribution. Dollar sales per point of distribution increased 75% year over year, the fastest velocity improvement among the top 15 non-alcoholic wine brands, while the brand’s absolute retail velocity ranked among the top three in the category. At the same time, Good Twin gained a statistically significant 0.58 share points within the non- alcoholic wine category while relying more heavily on expanded displays than promotional discounting, indicating healthy consumer demand rather than price-driven volume. 1

“Good Twin’s growth isn’t just continuing, it’s accelerating,” said Mark Thomas Lynn, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AMASS. “We’re seeing stronger consumer demand across both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels while the brand still reaches only a fraction of the stores served by many of its largest competitors. When retail velocity is accelerating faster than distribution, it tells us demand is outpacing shelf space. That’s exactly the position we want to be in because it creates a long runway for future growth as we continue expanding distribution.”

Good Twin’s retail momentum continues to strengthen across multiple measures. The brand now ranks as the #13 non-alcoholic wine brand in the U.S., #1 organic non-alcoholic wine priced under $20, #2 organic non-alcoholic wine overall and #6 non-alcoholic sparkling wine nationally. 1 That retail momentum is being reinforced by record direct-to-consumer performance. August was the strongest month in the brand’s history, surpassing the previous monthly sales record by 11% and July by 15%. Direct-to-consumer revenue increased 569% year over year as order volume rose 500%, while the brand also established new monthly records for orders, customers and average order value. Importantly, that growth was achieved with lower promotional spending than the prior year, demonstrating continued pricing discipline. Returning customers increased roughly sevenfold, subscription orders grew 6.5 times year over year and Good Twin expanded its shipping footprint to 47 states, up from 35 a year earlier.2

Leading Residential Roofing Platform Unifies Sales, Production and Customer Management Across its Family of Leading Roofing Brands

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ServiceTitan (Nasdaq: TTAN), the software platform that powers the trades, today announced that Canopy Services, a residential roofing platform backed by Trivest Partners, has standardized operations on ServiceTitan to support continued growth across its expanding family of roofing brands. By bringing sales, production, customer management, and reporting onto a single platform, Canopy has established a repeatable operating model that enables growth while preserving the local expertise and customer relationships that define each brand.

“As roofing businesses grow, they need technology that can support the complexity of their operations without slowing them down,” said Nina Katsman, General Manager of Exteriors at ServiceTitan. “Canopy is a great example of what’s possible when technology providers and roofing operators work together to solve the industry’s unique operational challenges. We’re committed to continuing that collaboration to ensure roofing businesses have the tools they need to grow with confidence.”

Since standardizing operations on ServiceTitan, Canopy has seen measurable success across its entire business, including improvements in the four metrics they focus on to drive the health of their business: call center booking rates, cancelled rates, close rates and average ticket size. ServiceTitan’s end-to-end platform is also giving Canopy’s leadership team real-time visibility across every brand, creating a consistent operational framework to support future growth.

“When we first adopted ServiceTitan, we knew roofing had unique operational needs that weren’t always reflected in traditional field service software. Throughout our partnership, the ServiceTitan team listened to our feedback and continued investing in the platform to better support roofing-specific workflows,” said Tim Russell, CEO of Canopy Services. “For us, it’s about freedom within a framework. ServiceTitan gives each of our brands the ability to serve its local market while providing the consistent operational framework we need to stay aligned and continue growing.”

Unlike traditional field service businesses, roofing contractors manage longer project lifecycles, complex production handoffs and sales-driven workflows that require specialized operational support. Historically, roofing contractors have relied on multiple disconnected systems to manage their sales, production and customer workflows. Working alongside roofing customers like Canopy, ServiceTitan has continued expanding its roofing-specific capabilities to address those operational needs. Today, contractors can manage every stage of the customer journey on a single platform built to support the way roofing businesses operate.

“Having one system across our business has changed the way our team operates every day,” said Scott Knuckles, General Manager of Adam Vaillancourt Roofing & Gutters and a Canopy brand. “Sales, production and leadership are all working from the same information, so we’re spending less time tracking down updates and more time delivering for our customers. We’ve also seen the platform continue to evolve alongside our business, making it easier to manage the unique workflows that matter most to roofing contractors.”

Canopy’s continued investment in ServiceTitan reflects a broader shift across the roofing industry toward unified operating platforms that give contractors clearer visibility into sales, production and customer management as they grow. As contractors continue to modernize their businesses, ServiceTitan remains committed to delivering roofing-specific innovation that helps customers scale with greater efficiency, visibility and consistency.

Proprietary silicon photonic architecture targets critical bandwidth, energy efficiency and
scalability demands of AI inference

Optical processors aim to cut the energy and bandwidth cost of moving data in AI systems

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Q/C Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: QCLS) (“Q/C Technologies” or “the Company”), a developer of next-generation optical computing solutions, today announced the appointment of Chief Technology Officer Yossef (“Yossi”) Ehrlichman, Ph.D. Dr. Ehrlichman joined the Company earlier this year as founding manager of photonic integrated circuit (PIC) development and will now lead the Company’s optical processing unit (OPU) program and overall technology strategy.

Dr. Ehrlichman brings 15 years of experience developing and commercializing silicon photonic integrated circuits, spanning device design, foundry process development and volume production. He is a named inventor on issued U.S. patents covering linearized optical digital-to-analog conversion and multi-electrode micro-ring devices — two of the building blocks central to the Company’s OPU architecture.

“Scaling optical computing for AI means addressing the energy and time spent moving data and converting signals between electronics and optics,” said Dr. Ehrlichman. “Our integrated photonics program is developing the components needed to keep data in optical form through more of the computation and bring those components together into scalable systems. These efforts lay the foundation for our long-term goal of integrating optical processing and memory in a complete computing platform. We are taking a staged approach, with clear milestones, and I look forward to reporting our progress.”

“Yossi combines deep silicon photonics experience with a disciplined, milestone-driven engineering approach, and he has already built the foundation of an exceptional team that we are continuing to expand,” said Executive Chairman Joshua Silverman. “With Yossi leading our integrated photonics track alongside our optical AI model for image generation, Q/C Technologies is pursuing optical computing from two complementary directions. We will update shareholders as the program reaches each of its defined milestones.”

About Q/C Technologies, Inc.

Q/C Technologies believes the next leap in frontier computing is optical. The Company is pioneering next-generation optical computing solutions designed to harness the properties of light to perform complex computations naturally via interference. Overcoming key challenges posed by electronic GPUs, Q/C Technologies seeks to develop proprietary optical processing units with orders of magnitude faster clock speed and bandwidth and vastly improved energy efficiency relative to traditional computing architectures. qctechnologies.com

Recognition reflects a successful ground-up restructuring that positions the Harvard spinout to extend its legacy of leadership in closing the quantum applications gap

BOSTON, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Zapata Quantum (OTCQB: ZPTA) (“Zapata,” “Zapata Quantum” or the “Company”), a leader in quantum computing algorithm and application development, today announced that its CEO, Sumit Kapur, has been selected by The Boston Business Journal for the publication’s annual Power 50: Movement Makers.

The Boston Business Journal chooses honorees who are cultivating positive and impactful changes in business, economic prosperity and community well-being in Greater Boston. Honorees were selected through nominations from the community and the publication’s own editorial team.

“I am honored to be recognized alongside so many outstanding leaders in Boston,” said Kapur. “The credit belongs to the entire Zapata Quantum team and reflects the long arc of innovation that began in Harvard’s quantum computing lab and The Engine built by MIT.”

“Having spent my formative years on Harvard’s campus, I’ve seen firsthand Boston’s position as a hub for advanced technology and spinouts from academia, and we are proud to be a part of that tradition as we continue to build the tools that help organizations close the quantum applications gap, especially as quantum hardware is advancing faster than the applications that will run on it,” Kapur added.

In the last two years, Kapur has seen Zapata through a successful restructuring and repositioning around its original focus to advance the discovery, development and deployment of quantum software applications. As part of that effort, Zapata rebuilt its team around original leadership from Harvard’s quantum computing lab while adding experienced talent from companies including Palantir, Oracle and Northrop Grumman, combining deep quantum expertise with enterprise software and commercialization experience.

As high-value AI applications drive explosive memory-footprint growth amid tight supply, new connectivity architectures enhance optimal memory utilization and reuse

Highlights

  • New Leo X-Series optimizes token economics: Paired with Astera Labs’ Scorpio X-Series Fabric Switches, Leo X-Series enables fabric-attached memory for long-context, KV-cache-intensive workloads. Platform-specific interfaces and customizable features improve inference performance with up to 62% faster time to first token (TTFT) and up to 22% more tokens per second (TPS). [1]
  • New Leo 2 E-Series and P-Series address CPU-attached capacity and rack-scale memory: The expanded Leo family supports CPU-attached DDR4 & DDR5 memory expansion with PCIe® 6, single x16 and dual x8 host connectivity and CXL® 3.2 support. The new E & P-Series Smart Memory Controllers double memory bandwidth and capacity versus the previous generation.
  • Reliable memory reuse improves infrastructure TCO: Hyperscale-grade RAS, memory-health management, on-chip hardware engines, and automated repair enable reliable reuse of previously deployed DDR4 DIMMs alongside DDR5 memory in new, high-volume cloud server fleets.
  • Growing customer engagement and design-win momentum: The expanded Leo family is driving increased design activity and new design wins across a broadening set of AI labs, hyperscale and neocloud customers.

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Astera Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALAB), a leader in semiconductor-based connectivity solutions for rack-scale AI infrastructure, today announced three new memory connectivity solutions—Leo X-Series and the Leo 2 E & P-Series—extending its hyperscale-proven Leo Smart Memory Controller™ family across direct fabric-attached GPU memory and CPU-attached expansion and pooled/shared memory architectures.

“Agentic AI adoption is outpacing the industry’s ability to provision memory for it, and that gap is widening every quarter,” said Matt Kimball, vice president and principal analyst at Moor Insights & Strategy. “That growth is landing at the worst possible time for memory supply, with DDR5 tight and pricing climbing, so every gigabyte already deployed has to work harder. The new Leo X-Series and Leo 2 E and P-Series Smart Memory Controllers immediately address KV-cache-intensive AI workloads, improve memory utilization, and reliably reuse previously deployed memory across both AI and general-purpose cloud infrastructure, instead of simply buying more of it.”

New Leo X-Series: direct fabric-attached memory for agentic AI
The new Leo X-Series is a fabric-attached Smart Memory Controller purpose-built to directly support AI accelerator-side memory demand. Paired with Astera Labs’ Scorpio fabric switches, using PCIe and platform-specific protocols for scaling up GPUs, Leo X-Series enables direct connectivity to AI fabrics and a dedicated memory tier for offloading KV cache and agent context. As context windows grow and multi-turn sessions retain more prior tokens, larger KV-cache capacity with low-latency and high bandwidth access becomes critical for the highest-value agentic AI inference workloads, helping minimize response times and deliver a more responsive user experience.

By connecting memory directly to the scale-up fabric, Leo X-Series provides a lower-latency and higher bandwidth path for GPU-to-KV-cache access versus architectures that rely solely on CPU-attached memory or NVMe storage tiers. Leo X-Series’ support for PCIe in addition to platform-specific custom interfaces allows hyperscalers and AI platform providers to build a customized memory companion architecture suited to their compute platform rather than a one-size-fits-all design. These capabilities are designed to improve KV-cache performance and token economics, delivering up to 62% lower TTFT and up to 22% more TPS. [1]

Enhanced Leo 2 E-Series and Leo 2 P-Series for memory expansion and pooling/sharing
The enhanced Leo 2 E & P-Series provide complementary approaches to CPU-attached capacity and rack-scale memory utilization that can support AI agents, in-memory databases, and general-purpose cloud workloads. These devices support four DDR4 or DDR5 memory controllers that double memory bandwidth and capacity versus the previous generation, while an optimized chip package fits add-in cards and other designs to optimize DIMM integration density.

  • Leo 2 E-Series provides direct CPU-attached CXL 3.2 memory expansion via PCIe 6 x16 host connectivity. It delivers additional memory capacity without requiring another CPU socket and enables infrastructure providers to redeploy previously deployed memory in new, state-of-the-art cloud servers supporting high-volume workloads.
  • Leo 2 P-Series enables disaggregated CXL memory architectures with pooling and sharing across hosts, supported by dual-port PCIe 6 x8 connectivity and dynamic capacity management. Hosts can draw pooled memory on demand instead of over-provisioning every server, turning stranded DRAM into a rack-level resource increasing utilization which is critical in a memory supply constrained environment.

A common foundation for reliable, interoperable memory deployment and re-use
Across the Leo family, hyperscale-grade RAS and memory-health management support reliable operation for evolving compute and memory platforms. Purpose-built memory test engines and automated repair engines help extend maximum lifetime for existing memory DIMMs, assist with pre-deployment testing, and identify reliable DIMMs for reuse. Enhanced memory error reporting, event recording, scrubbing, customizable thermal management, and resilient firmware updates help protect workloads and extend memory service life. Workload monitoring, performance profiling, hotness tracking, software-defined data placement, and latency optimization help fine-tune memory placement and access latency for long-context agentic AI and general purpose workloads. Telemetry and management integration, together with Astera Labs’ COSMOS software suite, provides fleet-wide visibility as operators combine previously deployed DDR4, newly deployed DDR5 in modern cloud server fleets, pooled, and accelerator-attached capacity across the rack.

“Agentic AI is where the economics of AI infrastructure are being decided, and those economics depend on putting every usable gigabyte of memory to work,” said Thad Omura, senior vice president, Compute Connectivity Group at Astera Labs. “The enhanced Leo family gives infrastructure providers purpose-built ways to connect memory to accelerators, CPUs, and hosts across the rack—turning previously deployed and stranded capacity into a resource that new AI and cloud workloads can use. We’re seeing that translate into broader customer engagement across AI labs, hyperscalers, and neoclouds.”

The enhanced Leo family was developed by Astera Labs in close collaboration with CPU and GPU ecosystem partners, including AMD, Arm, Intel, and major memory suppliers, alongside additional hyperscale and OEM collaborators. The family is sampling today with hyperscaler customers.

Astera Labs will demonstrate Leo family capabilities—including direct fabric-attached memory for Agentic AI, DDR4 reuse, dynamic memory pooling, and Agentic AI memory tiering with Scorpio X-Series—at AI Infra Summit 2026 at the Santa Clara Convention Center, September 15–17.

Partnership with SAGE, 2026 Large Integrator of the Year, Opens a National Enterprise Sales Channel and Adds Installation Capability Across

Partnership was led by Ed Burnett, Cloudastructure’s Chief Security and Operations Officer and former Vice President of U.S. Security and Global Fraud Investigations at UPS

PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cloudastructure, Inc. (“Cloudastructure” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CSAI), an award-winning provider of AI-powered surveillance, remote monitoring, and cloud-based security analytics, today announced a nationwide partnership with SAGE Integration Holdings, LLC (“SAGE”), one of the nation’s leading enterprise security systems integrators. Under the non-exclusive agreement, SAGE has become an authorized reseller of Cloudastructure’s AI surveillance, remote guarding and remote video surveillance solutions and hardware, and Cloudastructure gains access to SAGE’s nationwide and global network of certified installation and service resources.

The partnership was led by Ed Burnett, Cloudastructure’s Chief Security and Operations Officer and former Vice President of U.S. Security and Global Fraud Investigations at UPS, where he spent two decades running one of the largest corporate security programs in America. Several members of SAGE’s senior team worked alongside Burnett during that period, and the agreement grew directly out of those working relationships.

“I spent twenty years making these decisions at UPS, and I chose cloud video early, when much of the industry was still skeptical of it,” said Ed Burnett, Chief Security and Operations Officer of Cloudastructure. “I know how much the platform choice matters, and I know it is only half the job. The right decision is worth very little if you cannot get it installed and supported to the same standard in every market, on schedule. Very few organizations can deliver that level of consistency at national scale.”

The agreement opens a national sales channel into Fortune 100 and other enterprise accounts while pairing it with the field capability to deploy at scale. SAGE, named 2026 Large Integrator of the Year by Security Systems News and the PSA Security Network, operates across 62 major U.S. metropolitan areas and 20 countries, serving clients in critical infrastructure, healthcare, biotech and pharmaceutical, higher education, commercial real estate, transportation and technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, SAGE is authorized to resell Cloudastructure’s full solution set, including:

  • AI Surveillance – Cloud-native, camera-agnostic AI that integrates with existing security infrastructure to deliver real-time threat detection, license plate and facial recognition, customizable motion detection and searchable cloud-based video storage.
  • Remote Guarding – AI-triggered, human-verified monitoring with live two-way audio intervention, real-time incident response and escalation to on-site personnel or law enforcement when required.
  • Remote Video Surveillance – Mobile surveillance trailers and enclosures that extend AI surveillance and remote guarding to construction sites, freight yards, equipment yards and other locations where permanent security infrastructure is not practical.
  • Enterprise Cameras & Hardware – Enterprise-grade cameras, audio systems and related hardware designed for seamless integration with Cloudastructure’s cloud-native AI surveillance platform.

Each deployment carries subscription-based monitoring revenue, aligning both companies around long-term recurring value rather than one-time transactions.

“Enterprise security buyers do not have a technology problem anymore, they have a coverage problem,” said James McCormick, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Cloudastructure. “Enterprise organizations can already buy AI solutions. What they cannot easily do is deploy and support them to the same standard across every site they operate. That gap is where enterprise security projects stall, and it is what this agreement closes.”

McCormick continued, “The category is moving from hardware you own and footage you review to cloud-native software you subscribe to and guards who act while something is still happening. Reaching Fortune 100 security teams through an integrator they already trust puts us in front of enterprise buyers years earlier than we could reach them on our own.”

For cloud-native security platforms, installation capacity is often the limiting factor in serving large enterprise customers. Organizations with hundreds of locations need a partner that can survey, install, commission and support deployments at scale while maintaining consistent service standards. Through its partnership with SAGE, Cloudastructure now has that nationwide capability without expanding its own field organization. The Company’s camera-agnostic platform is compatible with approximately 99% of existing commercial-grade camera systems, including analog cameras connected through encoders. This enables SAGE to leverage infrastructure already installed at customer sites, helping reduce deployment time and upfront capital costs while transforming existing camera networks into AI-powered, remotely monitored security systems. Where needed, SAGE can also deploy new cameras and hardware as part of a complete solution.

“Our clients are asking for outcomes, not cameras,” said John Nemerofsky, Chief Operating Officer of SAGE Integration. “They want to know a trained remote guard is watching at 2 a.m. and will act on what they see, not an algorithm filing an alert or footage someone reviews on Monday. Cloudastructure keeps a human in the loop, using the camera infrastructure a client already has, which matters enormously to an enterprise running thousands of cameras across hundreds of sites. Adding their AI and remote guarding to our portfolio gives our clients a measurable reduction in risk on the infrastructure they already own.”

SAGE will begin offering Cloudastructure’s solutions to its enterprise client base immediately, with joint go-to-market activity across both organizations’ key verticals.

  • Expanded distribution. Through SAGE Integration, Cloudastructure gains access to a national enterprise sales channel and nationwide installation capabilities without expanding its direct field organization. This enables the Company to scale its market reach while maintaining a capital-efficient operating model.
  • Growth in recurring revenue. Every SAGE deployment includes Cloudastructure’s subscription-based AI surveillance and remote guarding services, supporting the Company’s transition toward higher-margin, recurring revenue. Subscription services revenue increased 164% year over year in the second quarter of 2026 and represented approximately 62% of total revenue, compared with approximately 27% in the prior-year period.
  • Accelerated access to enterprise customers. Many large organizations procure security technology through established systems integrators. By partnering with SAGE, Cloudastructure expects to engage enterprise customers more efficiently and broaden its presence within larger, multi-site organizations.
  • Expanded market opportunity. SAGE serves customers across critical infrastructure, healthcare, higher education, commercial real estate, transportation and logistics, verticals that align closely with Cloudastructure’s cloud-native AI surveillance platform. The partnership also expands the reach of the Company’s remote video surveillance trailers and enclosures, which provide security for construction sites, freight yards, equipment yards and other locations where permanent infrastructure may not be practical.

SAGE, named 2026 Large Integrator of the Year by Security Systems News and the PSA Security Network, is recognized for its financial performance, international expansion and sustained investment in its people. The company also received the 2024 Bill Bozeman Award, which honors an integrator whose impact extends beyond its own growth to elevate the broader security industry. Built on more than 30 years of security integration experience, with roots dating to AYSCO in 1988 and DTS Security, SAGE is also a Honeywell Integrated Security Platinum Partner. Many of SAGE’s enterprise customers operate dozens or even hundreds of facilities, creating meaningful opportunities to expand deployments over time. Combined with Cloudastructure’s customer retention rate of approximately 99%, management believes the partnership has the potential to accelerate recurring subscription revenue growth through both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
