CarGurus brings its predictive intelligence to VIN-level marketing, helping dealers boost the right vehicles at the right time to protect margin

BOSTON, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CarGurus (Nasdaq: CARG), the No. 1 most visited automotive shopping site in the U.S.2, announced details on the latest addition to its dealer platform: VINMax, which extends CarGurus’ consumer demand data and AI-powered predictive intelligence into marketing for the first time. Dealers are getting more listing views, more leads, and faster turn time with VINMax handling the targeting and promotion decisions automatically based on CarGurus’ real-time supply and demand data.

“VINMax is one of CarGurus’ fastest-growing product launches, a signal of the value it provides dealers in maintaining healthy inventory and strong margins,” said Ben Kasdon, Vice President of Dealer Product Management at CarGurus. “Using live market data, it determines where extra visibility can make the biggest difference so dealers can act earlier on VINs at risk of aging while making the most of demand for their strongest inventory.”

CarGurus’ Intelligence Comes to Marketing

VINMax expands CarGurus’ growing dealer solutions across inventory, marketing, lead conversion, and data. Built on the same data and intelligence architecture as PriceVantage and Shopper Signals, VINMax is the first CarGurus product to bring automated, predictive intelligence to marketing.

“Our solutions complement each other to give dealers a more intelligent toolkit across their workflow,” Kasdon added. “PriceVantage identifies when a price change can maximize margin on a high-demand vehicle, or improve performance on slow-moving inventory. When a vehicle is priced right, VINMax determines where more visibility can help drive a sale. Shopper Signals then flags the shoppers most likely to buy. Together, they help dealers act earlier and more decisively to protect and grow margin.”

Using CarGurus’ proprietary marketplace data, VINMax identifies VINs that would benefit most from extra exposure and promotes them automatically on CarGurus and through off-site channels. Vehicles with strong demand get maximized to capture full value at peak interest, while VINMax catches underperforming inventory early, using consumer demand signals to boost high-potential VINs before they age.

An analysis of VINMax-boosted listings on CarGurus shows the impact:

  • Vehicles sold 9 days faster than comparable non-boosted listings, a 23% improvement in turn time1
  • Listings also generated 34% more daily leads than comparable non-boosted listings3

Proposed acquisition would bring a gold-backed decentralized financial ecosystem, including decentralized financial infrastructure targeting retail, institutional, and blockchain markets.

  • A retail and institutional platform designed for the rapidly growing stablecoin industry, delivering compliance-focused infrastructure for payments, yield, lending and open-ecosystem, industry-wide decentralized financial applications.
  • Institutional gold-based infrastructure spanning gold as a currency, gold-collateralized USD products and gold-backed financial products, anchored to an Ethereum-based Layer 2 network designed as a stable foundation for the next generation of industry products.
  • Proprietary yield engines designed to power institutional products targeting competitive returns by bridging traditional and decentralized markets.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Amaze Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: AMZE) (“Amaze” or the “Company”) today announced it has entered into a binding Letter of Intent (“LOI”) to acquire the assets of BullionFX, including its core platform Alchemy (collectively, the “BullionFX Assets”), for stock valued at approximately $155 million.

The BullionFX Assets comprise the technology, infrastructure and intellectual property behind a blockchain financial ecosystem built around auditable physical gold. If completed, the acquisition would mark a strategic expansion for Amaze beyond creator commerce and into gold-backed digital-asset infrastructure. The transaction comes amid a broad resurgence in cryptocurrency markets, rapid growth in volume within the stablecoin industry, renewed institutional engagement with digital assets, and continued strength in gold as a long-established store of value. Adjusted stablecoin transaction volume hit $1.79 trillion in June 2026, up 125% year on year, according to Visa Onchain Analytics (Allium).

“Crypto’s renewed momentum and gold’s enduring role as a store of value have opened a rare window for infrastructure built on both,” said Joel Krutz, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Amaze. “Alchemy is a full-stack, gold-backed financial ecosystem, and we believe bringing it into the public markets can create meaningful long-term value for our stockholders.”

The acquisition gives Amaze the technology, infrastructure and intellectual property behind a comprehensive decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem in which every unit of digital value is tied to physical gold held by independent custodians. The platform’s architecture supports lending and borrowing protocols, yield products, cross-chain interoperability, and an Ethereum-based Layer 2 network that links traditional and decentralized finance while offering the rapidly growing market of gold- and USD-backed stablecoins users’ broad functionality, including access to yield opportunities.

Following closing, Amaze intends to prioritize activation of the self-custody retail wallet and yield engines and, as an initial institutional application, to pursue a listed Stable Asset Treasury (“SAT”) vehicle for gold and USD, subject to applicable regulatory approvals.

“We have seen traditional financial markets adopt blockchain, and more recently stablecoins, as a direct result of retail users seeking more control, custody, and transferability of their own assets. We believe traditional finance will increasingly bridge with decentralized finance to extract the ideal attributes of both industries. Alchemy is well-positioned to compete in bringing to market a range of bridged traditional and decentralized financial products to introduce innovative financial offerings on a retail and institutional level while seeking to mitigate certain risks associated with traditional stablecoin models,” said Stephen Moss, Founder, BullionFX. “Joining a publicly listed company gives Alchemy the access and institutional credibility to accelerate our mission. That mission is a stable, transparent financial ecosystem for retail users that bridges traditional and decentralized finance.”

INSIDE THE ALCHEMY PLATFORM

$GOLD, Backed by Physical Gold. Alchemy’s core $GOLD token is designed to be backed one-to-one by vaulted, independently custodied and audited physical gold, with reserves intended to be subject to real-time attestation through third-party, institutional-grade audit mechanisms. $GOLD is designed to serve as the network’s settlement asset, combining the stability of a hard asset with the speed and transparency of blockchain settlement.

Built for the Stablecoin Industry. Alchemy is a retail and institutional platform designed for the rapidly growing stablecoin industry. Its compliance-focused architecture is built to support gold-linked payments, yield, lending and borrowing, cross-chain interoperability and open-ecosystem DeFi applications that third-party developers can build on.

Institutional Gold Infrastructure on Ethereum Layer 2. For institutions, Alchemy provides gold-based infrastructure spanning gold as a currency, gold-collateralized USD products and gold-backed financial products. Running on an Ethereum-based Layer 2 network, it is designed to bring gold’s stability on-chain as a foundation for future industry products.

Proprietary Yield Engines. Alchemy’s proprietary yield engines for gold and USD are designed to power institutional products targeting competitive returns by bridging traditional and decentralized markets.

Self-Custody for Retail. A planned self-custody retail wallet is designed to give users direct access to gold-linked payments, yield and DeFi applications while keeping control of their own assets.

“Stablecoins have proven the demand for digital money. The next question is what that money is anchored to,” said Simon Rahme, Co-Founder and CTO, BullionFX | Alchemy. “We engineered Alchemy’s Layer 2 so that gold sits inside the settlement layer itself rather than on top of it. That gives developers and institutions a base for payments, lending and yield products, with reserves designed to be verifiable on-chain.”

Transaction Terms

Under the LOI, which contains certain binding provisions, the parties will work toward definitive agreements. The transaction, if consummated, will result in significant issuance of Amaze common stock to BullionFX. Final terms are subject to due diligence, regulatory review, approval by each party’s board of directors and other customary closing conditions.

November 17 FDA Meeting Could Define the Next Phase for NEO212

DALLAS, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — (www.InvestorsTape.com) — NeOnc Technologies Holdings (NASDAQ: NTHI) is heading toward another potentially important regulatory milestone, with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration scheduled to meet with the company on November 17, 2026, for an in-person End-of-Phase 1 Type B meeting concerning NEO212, its oral perillyl alcohol-temozolomide conjugate being developed for aggressive central nervous system cancers.

NeOnc plans to seek agency feedback on the proposed patient population, Phase 2 trial design, endpoints, dose selection and the evidence that could ultimately support a future marketing application. The company also intends to discuss potential registrational strategies and whether a future study could potentially support an accelerated-approval pathway.

NEO212 enters that discussion with a completed Phase 1 dose-escalation program and a defined recommended Phase 2 dose of 610 mg, following dose escalation to a protocol-defined maximum tolerated dose of 810 mg. The company has reported early signals of potential activity in heavily pretreated patients, including a patient with recurrent IDH1 wild-type, MGMT-methylated glioblastoma who experienced approximately a 60% tumor reduction and 21 months of disease control. Another heavily pretreated patient with lung cancer metastatic to the brain experienced stable disease for approximately 16 months. These observations remain individual-patient findings rather than controlled evidence of efficacy, making the design and outcome of larger studies critical. NeOnc has also secured UAE IND authorization for NEO212, creating an international clinical-development pathway alongside its U.S. regulatory discussions.

NeOnc CEO Amir Heshmatpour summarized the immediate objective: “This meeting will help us understand FDA’s feedback on the population, study design and endpoints for the next stage of development.” The November meeting follows FDA written feedback earlier this year concerning NEO212’s chemistry, manufacturing and controls program and the planned transition from a capsule to a tablet formulation. That makes the upcoming discussion potentially important not only for clinical strategy, but also for clarifying the practical development path toward a larger study.

The NEO212 story is unfolding alongside meaningful progress from NeOnc’s lead program, NEO100. In August, the company reported topline Phase 2a results in recurrent or progressive Grade III and Grade IV IDH1-mutant glioma, with six-month progression-free survival of 48.9% versus a prespecified 20% benchmark (p=0.0047) and median overall survival of 26.09 months. NeOnc also reported that 86.7% of patients were alive at six months, five of 24 patients remained on treatment at the data cutoff, and one partial response remained ongoing beyond 114 days. The company said it plans to request an FDA Type B meeting to discuss a potential registrational pathway in this setting.

The company has also been building its financial position around those clinical catalysts. In September, NeOnc completed a $15 million registered direct offering priced at $4.20 per share, alongside warrants with a $4.20 exercise price. The financing involved new and existing healthcare-focused institutional investors, with proceeds designated for working capital, general corporate purposes and the redemption of Series A convertible preferred stock. Days later, NeOnc announced that it had redeemed all 6,000 outstanding Series A preferred shares for $6 million in cash, stating that the transaction eliminated the related potential dilution without issuing common shares in the redemption.

There has also been notable insider activity. NeOnc reported in September that its executives had made approximately $629,000 in open-market purchases following the positive NEO100 Phase 2a results, including CEO Amir Heshmatpour’s purchase of an additional 35,000 shares for approximately $115,400 and 111,000 shares purchased by Heshmatpour since the August clinical readout. These purchases are factual disclosures of insider transactions and do not establish future clinical or market performance.

Wall Street has added another layer to the story. Roth Capital analyst Jonathan Aschoff initiated coverage of NeOnc in September with a reported $20 price target, while the research firm identified potential pivotal-trial starts for NEO100 and NEO212 as future development milestones. That is an analyst view rather than a company forecast or regulatory determination.

For NTHI, the November 17 FDA meeting now sits at the center of a broader sequence of catalysts: regulatory feedback for NEO212, continued advancement of NEO100 following its Phase 2a readout, potential registrational discussions, international development in the UAE and further financing and clinical execution.

For investors tracking the CNS biotech space, that makes November 17 a date with potentially significant implications for the company’s development roadmap heading into 2027.

Vivos Management is Executing on Plan to Immediately Reduce Overhead by an Estimated $3.6 million Annually While Also Driving Top-Line Revenue

LITTLETON, Colo., Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. (“Vivos” or “the Company”) (Nasdaq: VVOS), a medical device and healthcare services company focused on developing and commercializing diagnostic and treatment methods for patients with obstructive sleep apnea (“OSA”) and other breathing and sleep disorders, today announced execution by management on a restructuring and cost reduction plan aimed at saving an estimated $3.6 million annually, beginning in Q4 2026. Parts of the plan have already been implemented, with additional reductions going into effect October 1, 2026. The primary savings in the plan come from staff reductions, vendor relationship changes, negotiated contract savings, and more. The Company expects the full measure of cuts to take place in the fourth quarter of 2026.

In addition to the announced expense reductions, management has also pursued a number of revenue growth initiatives that are beginning to deliver meaningful financial returns. Consistent with the Company’s previously announced growth, referrals into the Company’s Las Vegas Sleep and Airway Medicine Centers continued to rise approximately 3-fold from the first of June through September 27. Revenue from the recent surge in referrals is expected to begin showing up in the fourth quarter and into 2027.

Additional revenue is expected from the Company’s EEG diagnostic testing and treatment initiative, which has also grown from near zero in May to a projected annualized run rate of between $1.5 and $3.0 million in the fourth quarter. The Company is also executing on a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program that is expected to add to top line revenue at an annualized rate of up to $3.5 million by the first quarter of 2027.

Vivos management is also actively engaged in renegotiating legacy payer contracts to bring them up to market rates. The expected range of revenue impact is between $2.4 million and $5.6 million, with very little associated costs. The full realization of these fee increase are expected in early 2027 and throughout the next six to nine months.

R. Kirk Huntsman, Vivos’ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Our management team is laser focused on all of our restructuring and revenue growth initiatives. Perhaps the most compelling is our ongoing conversions and replacement of legacy IT and software systems and infrastructure that dramatically leverage AI and allow us significant and material labor savings.”

When all of these operational expense reductions and revenue growth initiatives are factored in, Vivos management believes the Company will be on track to meet its stated objective of being cash flow positive by late 2026 or early 2027 and profitable in 2027.

About Vivos Therapeutics, Inc.

Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: VVOS) is a medical technology and healthcare services company focused on developing and commercializing innovative diagnostic and treatment methods for patients suffering from breathing and sleep issues arising from certain dentofacial abnormalities such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and snoring in adults. Vivos’ devices have been cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for adult patients diagnosed with all severity levels of OSA and moderate-to-severe OSA in children ages 6 to 17. Vivos’ groundbreaking Complete Airway Repositioning and Expansion (CARE) devices are the only FDA 510(k) cleared technology for treating severe OSA in adults and the flagship DNA appliance is the first to receive clearance for treating moderate to severe OSA in children.

OSA affects an estimated one billion adults aged 30-69 years old worldwide, yet 80% or more remain undiagnosed and unaware of their condition. These chronic disorders are not just a sleep issue—they are closely linked to many serious chronic health conditions. While the medical community has made strides in treating sleep disorders, breathing and sleep health remain areas that are still not fully understood. As a result, legacy OSA treatments like CPAP are often mechanistic and fail to address the root causes. Vivos CARE oral medical devices are designed to help address anatomical factors often associated with OSA.

Through innovative technology, education, and acquisitions of, or commercial collaborations with, sleep healthcare providers, Vivos is empowering healthcare providers to address the complex needs of OSA patients more thoroughly..

A 2019 analysis published in The Lancet Respiratory Medicine estimated that approximately 936 million adults aged 30 to 69 worldwide have OSA. Through technology, education, provider partnerships and acquisitions, Vivos seeks to expand access to more comprehensive and personalized OSA diagnosis and treatment.

Vivos calls the use of its appliances and related clinical protocols to treat OSA The Vivos Method, a proprietary, clinically effective solution that is a nonsurgical, noninvasive, and nonpharmaceutical approach designed to address the complex needs of OSA patients, and which provides hope to allow patients to Breathe New Life.

  • Rapid completion of Part A enrollment underscores strong operational execution and investigator engagement in relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia
  • Full Part A population expected to provide important efficacy insights across subjects who relapsed from or were refractory to first line (1L) AML treatment, including intensive 7+3 and venetoclax-based regimens
  • Expect final Part A dataset to approximate 50/50 between 1L 7+3 and venetoclax-based regimens
  • Absence of cardiotoxicity continues to differentiate Annamycin from conventional anthracyclines

HOUSTON, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Moleculin Biotech, Inc. (Nasdaq: MBRX) (“Moleculin” or the “Company”) today announced that it has completed and closed enrollment in Part A of its pivotal Phase 2/3 MIRACLE trial evaluating Annamycin in combination with cytarabine (AnnAraC) for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML), with 89 subjects enrolled and an additional subject currently in screening. With Part A enrollment closed, the Company remains on track for its planned comprehensive data readout of Part A in the first quarter of 2027.

The rapid pace of enrollment underscores the significant unmet need in R/R AML as well as strong engagement from investigators and clinical sites participating in MIRACLE. The Company expects the expanded Part A dataset to provide important insight into the potential efficacy of AnnAraC across subjects who have relapsed from or are refractory to different first-line (1L) AML treatment approaches, including subjects previously treated with intensive 7+3 chemotherapy and those previously treated with venetoclax-based regimens. Such treatment approaches associated with 1L patient populations are commonly, while not universally, deemed as “fit” and “unfit”, respectively.

“Completing enrollment in Part A of MIRACLE is an important milestone for Moleculin and a strong demonstration of the operational execution behind this pivotal program,” said Walter Klemp, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moleculin. “We have maintained a rapid pace of enrollment in a global, randomized AML trial and, importantly, remain on track in the first quarter of 2027 for our planned comprehensive data readout – one much deeper in data than our first interim n45 readout. Our focus turns to the maturation and analysis of this substantially larger dataset and what it may tell us about the potential of AnnAraC across distinct and clinically important R/R AML patient populations such as “fit” and “unfit” subjects.”

Mr. Klemp continued, “We are particularly excited about the composition of the additional subjects enrolled in Part A and the opportunity that the full Part A population may provide to better understand efficacy based on prior 1L treatment. We estimate that Part A will end with approximately a 50/50 split between “fit” and “unfit” subjects, compared to a roughly 70/30 split, respectively, in the first 45 subjects in Part A. While we are mindful that this shift in composition to more “unfit” subjects represents a more challenging environment for achieving treatment responses, it should provide valuable insight into Annamycin’s ability to fill critical unmet needs. Lastly, we continue to see a lack of cardiotoxicity in MIRACLE’s blinded data.”

“Completing Part A enrollment reflects the execution of our team and investigators and moves us directly toward what we believe will be one of the most important milestones in Annamycin’s development,” Mr. Klemp added. “We are grateful to the patients and families participating in MIRACLE and to the investigators and clinical teams whose commitment has enabled us to reach this milestone at such a rapid pace. With enrollment complete and the trial on track for a comprehensive Q1 2027 readout, we believe Moleculin is entering a potentially defining period for the MIRACLE program.”

About the MIRACLE Trial

MIRACLE is a pivotal Phase 2/3 study of Annamycin in combination with cytarabine for the treatment of adult subjects with AML who are refractory to, or have relapsed (R/R) after, induction therapy. Part A of the trial is a randomized, double-blind portion of the study that compares two different doses of Annamycin plus cytarabine to a control arm of cytarabine plus placebo, all with just one cycle of therapy.

Importantly, as specified by the MIRACLE protocol, remission rates for all three arms, including the control arm, reflect outcomes measured after only a single cycle of therapy. The most commonly cited historical benchmarks in this setting, including the MIRROS and CLASSIC I studies, as well as Moleculin’s own MB-106 study, permitted multiple cycles of treatment. The Company therefore expects absolute remission rates for both the control and Annamycin arms to be lower than those reported in such multi-cycle datasets and believes the most meaningful comparison is the performance of the Annamycin arms relative to the concurrent, randomized control arm evaluated on the same single-cycle basis.

The comprehensive Part A analysis is expected to evaluate efficacy and safety across the complete randomized population and support selection of the optimal Annamycin dose for advancement into Part B of MIRACLE.

About Moleculin Biotech, Inc.

Moleculin Biotech, Inc. is a Phase 3 clinical stage pharmaceutical company advancing a pipeline of therapeutic candidates addressing hard-to-treat tumors and viruses. The Company’s lead program, Annamycin (also known as naxtarubicin), has shown to be an efficacious and well tolerated anthracycline designed to avoid multidrug resistance mechanisms and to lack the cardiotoxicity common with currently prescribed anthracyclines. Annamycin is currently in development for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and soft tissue sarcoma (STS) lung metastases.

The Company is conducting the MIRACLE (Moleculin R/R AML AnnAraC Clinical Evaluation) Trial (MB-108), a pivotal, adaptive design, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2/3 trial evaluating Annamycin in combination with cytarabine (also referred to as “Ara-C”), together referred to as AnnAraC, for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia. Following a successful Phase 1B/2 study (MB-106), with input from the FDA, the Company believes it has substantially de-risked the development pathway toward a potential approval for Annamycin for the treatment of AML. This study remains subject to appropriate future filings with potential additional feedback from the FDA and their foreign equivalents.

Additionally, the Company is developing WP1066, an Immune/Transcription Modulator capable of inhibiting p-STAT3 and other oncogenic transcription factors while also stimulating a natural immune response, targeting brain tumors, pancreatic and other cancers. Moleculin also has in its pipeline a portfolio of antimetabolites, including WP1122 for the potential treatment of pathogenic viruses, as well as certain cancer indications.

Two-year agreements support vehicle registration enforcement and establish a citation-based processing fee model in a new state

SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — OMNIQ CORP. (OTCQB: OMQS) (“OMNIQ” or the “Company”), a provider of AI-based computer vision solutions, today announced that two Pennsylvania municipalities have selected Q Shield™, its Safe City platform, for vehicle registration enforcement. The agreements mark OMNIQ’s first deployments in Pennsylvania. One is with a borough in the northeast; the other is with a township in the southeast.

Q Shield™ identifies vehicles with suspended, revoked or expired registrations and, at one of the two sites, vehicles without required insurance coverage. It sends potential violations to authorized officers, who review the information and make the final enforcement decision. Officers can review activity remotely, extending coverage along busy roads without remaining stationed at a camera. The platform can also support other public safety alerts and investigations according to an agency’s configuration and authority.

The initial deployments will include a combined 18 cameras across nine intersections along corridors carrying approximately 80,000 vehicles per day, based on PennDOT traffic data. Both projects are expected to go live in 2026. OMNIQ is also in discussions with additional Pennsylvania municipalities.

Under the two-year agreements, OMNIQ will receive a processing fee associated with citations issued following agency review and authorization. The fee model creates a transaction-based recurring revenue opportunity tied to enforcement activity. Both agreements include a six-month evaluation period. Each department retains control over enforcement decisions according to its policies, staffing and applicable law.

“These agreements demonstrate the value and scalability of Q Shield for municipalities seeking to expand public-safety capabilities without proportionally increasing personnel,” said Shai Lustgarten, CEO of OMNIQ. “Pennsylvania represents a new market for the platform and a repeatable transaction-based revenue opportunity for OMNIQ. With two municipalities moving toward deployment and additional communities in discussion, we believe Q Shield can become an important part of our recurring-revenue growth strategy.”
