September Revenue Booked Through September 28 Approaches Twice August Levels, with Distributor Partnerships Now Spanning Six Key U.S. Markets

SANTA MARIA, Calif., Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AMASS Brands Group (NASDAQ: AMSS) (“AMASS” or “the Company”), a premium, multi-category beverage platform spanning non-alcohol, functional, and alcohol 2.0 products, today announced that AMASS Electrolytes has achieved an approximately $1.4 million annualized revenue run rate following the line’s May 2026 launch. September revenue from its sparkling electrolyte mixers and hydration powders totaled approximately $116,000 through September 28, up 89% from August and more than triple June’s revenue, the line’s first full month of sales.

Since its debut, AMASS Electrolytes has established distributor partnerships across six key U.S. markets: California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan and New York. The business combines wholesale distribution of sparkling electrolyte mixers with a direct-to-consumer business in hydration powders.

“Electrolytes have moved out of the sports aisle and into everyday drinking occasions. We built this line to target both sides of the bar, hydration by day and cocktail-ready by night,” said Mark Thomas Lynn, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AMASS. “Four months after launch, the business has reached an approximately $1.4 million annualized revenue run rate, and September revenue through the 28th is already nearly double August’s total.”

“The next phase is about repeat purchases, reaching more accounts in the six markets we already serve, and growing a powder business we sell and ship ourselves,” Lynn continued. “We have the distributor relationships and the digital capability in house. This is about pointing them at one focused opportunity.”

An Everyday Approach to Electrolytes

AMASS Electrolytes brings together sparkling mixers and portable powders designed around taste, convenience and everyday occasions. Its sparkling format serves both as a standalone beverage and a cocktail mixer, while powders expand the brand’s reach into at-home and on-the-go consumption. AMASS expects to further expand its electrolyte business through an established national platform serving approximately 20,000 beverage alcohol accounts, with reach across all 50 states and 606 distinct chain banners reached to date. The Company’s strategy combines introducing AMASS Electrolytes to existing portfolio accounts with pursuing new distribution in grocery, natural and wellness channels.

Next Phase of Growth

AMASS is prioritizing three areas:

  • Expand distribution: Increase penetration within its six current markets and pursue additional retail and distributor opportunities.
  • Build repeat purchases: Support existing accounts and develop consumer awareness around everyday electrolyte occasions.
  • Scale hydration powders online: Grow direct-to-consumer sales through the Company’s in-house digital marketing capabilities.

The powder format also carries a capital efficiency advantage. Powders ship without water or glass, which means lower freight cost, denser pallets and less cash tied up in inventory than ready-to-drink formats.

About AMASS Electrolytes

AMASS Electrolytes are crafted with clean ingredients and designed to support recovery and everyday performance with a blend of essential electrolytes and real Pacific sea salt. The sparkling mixers are consumable as a standalone beverage or as a mixer with alcoholic or non-alcoholic spirits, and the hydration powders extend the line into at-home and on-the-go occasions. The line contains lower calories and sugar versus competitors and is Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, and Vegan. Formulations vary by flavor to deliver the right taste profile for each occasion, and full nutritional information for every AMASS Electrolytes flavor is available at www.amass.com.

About AMASS Brands Group

Revenue Run Rate and Unaudited Information
The approximately $1.4 million annualized revenue run rate is calculated by multiplying September 2026 AMASS Electrolytes revenue booked through September 28, 2026 of approximately $116,000 by 12, resulting in $1.392 million. It does not extrapolate additional revenue for the remaining days of September. It is not revenue earned over the preceding 12 months, a full-year forecast or a guarantee of future performance. Revenue figures are unaudited and subject to normal quarter-end adjustments. Monthly revenue may fluctuate due to order timing, distributor inventory purchases, seasonality and other factors. The figures in this release relate to AMASS Electrolytes, not the Company’s total consolidated revenue.

New ShareFile Enterprise offering helps organizations scale collaboration without scaling manual administration and security work through enterprise identity management, native data loss prevention and AI-driven threat detection

BURLINGTON, Mass., Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Progress Software (Nasdaq: PRGS), an AI infrastructure software leader, today announced Progress® ShareFile® Enterprise, a new offering that helps larger and regulated organizations scale sensitive document collaboration from a single platform with enhanced capabilities that support governance and security. By combining automated access, SOC-connected visibility, native data loss prevention, intelligent risk monitoring and rich investigation context, ShareFile Enterprise gives IT and security teams greater visibility, control and governance over sensitive document workflows, without disrupting the user experience.

The result is a more scalable approach to document collaboration and file sharing that helps organizations reduce administrative burden, strengthen governance and support growth without changing how employees, clients and partners work.

Sensitive document collaboration in many organizations is expanding faster than the controls built to govern it. As organizations grow, more people and workflows interact with sensitive and confidential information. At the same time, IT and security teams often rely on manual provisioning, disconnected monitoring workflows, log exports, user judgment and fragmented investigations of anomalies. Together, these create additional operational overhead as collaboration scales. The challenge is no longer simply securing more files but maintaining consistent control without creating more work, increasing operational costs or slowing down the business.

“What became clear to us is that client collaboration is about much more than where files live,” said Scott Jenkins, Director of Information Technology, Keel Point. “We need the right controls, secure client experiences and workflows to support how we work with clients, families and their advisors. ShareFile gives us that foundation, and Enterprise gives us an opportunity to strengthen it with even greater security, governance and visibility.”

ShareFile Enterprise builds on established, secure ShareFile collaboration capabilities to meet the scale and governance needs of larger organizations, with enhanced access controls and unusual activity detection to help reduce administrative overhead and strengthen security. Native Data Loss Prevention applies consistent policies to sensitive content, AI-driven behavioral analytics helps surface unusual activity quickly and a centralized security experience connects alerts with the context teams need to support more informed investigation and response.

ShareFile Enterprise includes:

  • SCIM provisioning with Microsoft Entra ID: Automates employee provisioning and deactivation to help keep ShareFile access aligned with workforce changes and reduce repetitive access administration.
  • SIEM integration with Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel: Routes supported ShareFile activity and security events into existing SOC monitoring tools, providing ShareFile context where security teams already work and reducing dependence on manual log exports or custom integrations.
  • Native DLP (available as of October 1, 2026): Detects supported sensitive text-based content and allows administrators to apply policies that can alert, restrict external sharing or prevent downloads, moving sensitive-data protection from user reminders to consistent policy enforcement.
  • User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) (available as of October 1, 2026): Analyzes activity patterns to surface unusual behavior such as abnormal downloads, off-hours activity or atypical access patterns, helping security teams identify activity worth investigating sooner.
  • Centralized security operations experience (available as of October 1, 2026): Brings supported security alerts, user and activity context and investigation paths into one place, helping shorten the distance between seeing an alert, understanding what happened and determining the next appropriate action.

“For most of the last decade, as enterprises’ needs for document collaboration have scaled, they have had to layer manual security and administration work on top of the tools their teams use. With today’s governance and security standards, that model is reaching its limits,” said Loren Jarrett, EVP and General Manager, Digital Experience, Progress Software. “With the new ShareFile Enterprise offering, organizations can gain built-in control as collaboration grows, without scaling manual administration and disconnected processes. That means better outcomes and more time spent supporting the business.”

Appointment as Senior Strategic Advisor marks the Company’s expansion from clinical development toward commercialization of its DIFS™ platform in the United States, Europe and South America

DiTota spent over two decades in neuromodulation at Abbott and Medtronic, two of the largest companies in the field, including responsibility for Abbott’s North America commercial neuromodulation business, a division representing approximately $700 million in business

Nexalin’s Gen-2 SYNC device is already approved in China, Brazil, Oman and Israel; the engagement is intended to build the distribution relationships, go-to-market plan and commercial infrastructure required to convert those approvals into commercial sales

HOUSTON, TX, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nexalin Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: NXL) (the “Company” or “Nexalin”), developer of non-invasive Deep Intracranial Frequency Stimulation (DIFS™) technology, today announced the appointment of Robert DiTota as Senior Strategic Advisor, Global Commercialization, effective September 15, 2026. Mr. DiTota will work directly with Nexalin’s executive management team, and with its Board of Directors as requested, to advise on the Company’s commercial strategy, international distribution and market development plan, go-to-market approach, and the commercial infrastructure and organizational development needed to support distribution of the Company’s neurostimulation platform.

The appointment marks an expansion of focus for Nexalin. Over the past several years the Company has concentrated on building the clinical and regulatory foundation for its DIFS™ platform, including peer-reviewed publication of its Alzheimer’s trial results, completed clinical work in Brazil, an FDA Q-Submission meeting in support of a planned U.S. pilot study in Alzheimer’s disease, and the initiation of the HALO™ Clarity pivotal program in insomnia, which is ongoing. The Company’s Gen-2 SYNC 15 milliamp device has been approved in China, Brazil, Oman and Israel. With that foundation in place, Nexalin is now building the commercial capability to distribute its technology, beginning in those approved markets and extending to the United States and Europe as regulatory milestones are achieved.

The Company is pursuing that opportunity in a market that Grand View Research estimates at approximately $7.0 billion in 2026 and projects will reach $13.9 billion by 2033. Nexalin’s position in that market rests on its clinical record. The Company’s Gen-2 SYNC device was evaluated in a randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled trial that showed statistically significant improvement versus sham on the Mini-Mental State Examination (P = .001) and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (P = .03), together with treatment-associated changes in functional connectivity observed on MRI, and those results were published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease and in Radiology. The Company believes that combination of controlled clinical data, peer-reviewed publication and regulatory approval in four countries differentiates its DIFS™ platform within non-invasive neurostimulation and provides a foundation for commercial development.

Mr. DiTota has spent more than two decades in neuroscience and medical device sales, including over 20 years in neuromodulation at Medtronic and Abbott. Beginning in 2016 he held a series of increasingly senior commercial roles at Abbott Medical Devices, most recently as Divisional Vice President of Sales for North America Commercial Neuromodulation, where he was responsible for downstream marketing, commercial excellence, sales operations, enterprise accounts, commercial strategy and sales training across a division representing approximately $700 million in business, as well as for the division’s merger and acquisition activity. As Vice President of Sales for North America Movement Disorders, he increased revenue by more than $20 million within his first year in the role. Earlier at Abbott, as Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast, he led a market development effort that opened 60 new implanting centers and grew that business from zero to more than $16 million.

Prior to Abbott, Mr. DiTota spent nine years at Medtronic, Inc., where he supported the Deep Brain Stimulation franchise across the New York metropolitan region and served as a sales and marketing representative on the launch of Medtronic’s Activa platform. He is a named co-author on published research in deep brain stimulation, including work appearing in the Journal of Clinical Neuroscience.

“The clinical and regulatory work of the past several years is what makes this next phase possible,” said Mark White, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nexalin Technology. “We have approvals in four countries and a growing body of published data behind the technology. What we need to build now is the commercial organization that turns that into sales. Rob has spent his career doing exactly that in neuromodulation, at Abbott and at Medtronic,in the United States. He understands how these products reach physicians and patients, how distribution partners are selected and held accountable, and what has to be in place before a launch. We are fortunate to have him working alongside us as we make this transition.”

“Nexalin has established an important clinical and regulatory foundation,” said Robert DiTota. “The company has generated controlled clinical data, published peer-reviewed results, and secured regulatory approvals for its Gen-2 SYNC device in four countries. The commercial opportunity now is to translate that foundation into disciplined market development in approved geographies while continuing to build the evidence, regulatory strategy and infrastructure needed for broader commercialization. That is the work in front of us.”

The Company intends to provide further updates as its commercialization strategy advances.

RYET’s previously announced developments since its IPO show how the strategy is taking shape. HanLink offers Chinese language practice assisted by AI, together with tools for teachers. YeeZo brings content planning and production tools into supervised university learning; a contract covering 10 laboratories is intended to support that model at a larger institutional scale. Alongside these products, Smart Campus Services extends the Company’s work into daily campus operations. The Company believes this institutional experience can help it develop technology and services around practical customer needs.

Cogni AI extends the same practical approach into enterprise and infrastructure work. Its recently announced deployment for Ningxia highway engineering archives helps structure records and check information against source documents. Engineers work alongside the customer, with the aim of turning implementation experience into capabilities that can be adapted for other institutions and markets.

Formind aims to make these applications repeatable and economical to deliver. YeeZo is designed to reduce avoidable generation and rework through better production planning. Experience from Cogni AI implementations is intended to inform reusable processing methods. For international deployment, the Company plans to work with partners that understand local language, procurement, regulation and customer support.

Building Global Bridges of Education

Formind’s international strategy builds on RYET’s own education technology experience and institutional relationships in China. The Company intends to work with academic and industry partners to adapt relevant technology, teaching resources and technical knowledge for institutions in other markets.

Teachers and users need preparation, institutions need to fit technology into their courses and operations, and customers need continuing support. Formind intends to organize those services with local partners, with the aim of creating opportunities for licensing, training and longer-term institutional relationships.

The Saudi initiative shows how those relationships have developed. HanLink’s school pilot and university cooperation were followed by local commercialization through Link Door Smart Company, a separate company owned by RYET’s CEO and CTO. RYET’s regional headquarters through Soft Cloud Smart Technology Company, its Wadi Makkah cooperation framework and its collaboration with Intersect Holding are intended to support further opportunities in research, technology localization and vocational education.

The proposed Saudi automotive and new energy vehicle institute with Changan Anyi and Intersect extends that approach into industrial education. It envisages degree and vocational pathways linking technical study with practical training. Management sees potential to connect Chinese automotive expertise with education and AI applications for electric vehicles. New programs and projects would depend on partners, definitive agreements, funding and applicable approvals.

Malaysia and the United States provide further connections. Formind Global Holdings Sdn. Bhd., the Company’s Malaysian subsidiary, has entered into a City University Malaysia agreement covering student recruitment and support. In the United States, RYET announced a HanLink pilot with the Center on Chinese Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, supported by a Company grant, to evaluate AI-assisted learning. These initiatives reflect the Company’s aim to bring students, educators and technology into international programs adapted to each institution.

Looking Ahead

CEO Maggie Fu’s experience at Manhattan Associates and IgnitionOne, together with CTO Calvin Zhao’s work co-founding and developing SearchIgnite, brings U.S. software industry experience to the Company’s international strategy.

“Our aim is to make AI useful in the work a customer actually needs to do,” said Calvin Zhao (CTO). “That means combining models with software, domain knowledge and reliable delivery. We see that process as the foundation for taking our applications into further industries and international markets.”

Management intends to advance Formind through opportunities supported by customer demand and delivery experience, building international relationships around products and services that institutions can adopt, use and expand.

The longer-term ambition is a global business in which education and AI applications strengthen each other. The Company believes this approach could create opportunities for continuing software, training and support services across education and industry.

The new website brings that direction into one corporate destination, enabling investors, institutions and partners to explore Formind’s capabilities and follow its development.

66% of AI Users Save at Least Three Hours Per Week as Contractors Seek Clearer Use Cases and Trade-Specific Technology

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ServiceTitan (Nasdaq: TTAN), the software platform that powers the trades, today released its The Update: 2026 State of AI in the Trades report, revealing that contractors are increasingly focused on how to effectively implement AI and translate its productivity benefits into measurable business results. Based on a survey of more than 1,000 residential and commercial trades contractors across the U.S., the findings highlight growing demand for clearer use cases, trade-specific technology, and AI solutions that integrate into existing business operations.

“Over the next few years, the businesses that pull ahead will be the ones that weave AI into the fabric of their operations,” said Abhishek Mathur, Chief Technology and Product Officer at ServiceTitan. “Every job, every customer interaction, every dispatch decision becomes a learning moment that will improve future performance while increasing efficiency of operations.”

AI delivers measurable productivity gains
AI users are reporting tangible productivity benefits, with 66% saving at least three hours per week. However, fewer than half report improved profitability (47%) or increased revenue (43%), highlighting an opportunity to translate efficiency into broader business outcomes.

Workforce challenges are a leading driver of AI experimentation
Difficulty hiring and the workforce gap is the top reason contractors cite for experimenting with AI (37%), followed by providing off-hours support (34%) and reducing operating costs (33%). The findings suggest contractors are looking to AI to help extend the capacity of their existing teams and support operational needs amid persistent workforce pressures.

The biggest barriers have shifted from cost to understanding how to use AI effectively
High purchase cost fell 12 percentage points from the previous survey to 17%, ranking last among the key barriers measured. Instead, 44% of contractors cite understanding how to use AI in their business as a barrier, 43% point to a lack of clear use cases, and 40% cite integration with existing software. The shift suggests contractors are increasingly focused on how to successfully implement AI and generate meaningful value from the technology.

Contractors want AI built for the way they work
As contractors look for clearer paths to implementation, 38% say AI trained on trade-specific data would encourage greater adoption, second only to clearer ROI at 40%. Additionally, 61% of users prefer AI and automation to be built directly into their core platform, pointing to growing demand for technology designed around the specific workflows and operational needs of the trades.

AI adoption is outpacing trust
Despite growing usage and demonstrated productivity benefits, only 11% of contractors place high or complete trust in the AI tools they use, while 58% report little or no trust. Among AI users, accuracy and reliability are the leading concern, cited by 35%, underscoring the importance of trustworthy technology grounded in relevant data and designed around real-world trade workflows.

MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cycurion, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCU) (“Cycurion” or the “Company”) today announced that it has resolved the previously disclosed John Doe defamation action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The defendant, who published under anonymous aliases, has admitted the accusations were false and has signed a retraction and personal apology.

Cycurion previously stated it would identify anonymous posters who accused the Company and its officers of fraud, securities violations, stock manipulation, and other criminal conduct — and hold them accountable. Those accusations were false. That commitment has now been met in this case.

“We do not litigate for theater. We said we would pursue the people who used aliases to accuse this Company of crimes it did not commit. We did,” said L. Kevin Kelly, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cycurion. “The defendant has retracted those statements in writing and apologized. He is barred from repeating them, barred from trading our stock, and required to cooperate. Words have consequences. So do false ones.”

What the Settlement Requires

Without identifying the individual by name, and without disclosing confidential payment terms, the Company confirms the settlement includes:

A signed retraction and apology. The defendant acknowledges that the accusations were false, that he had no factual basis for them, and that he regrets the harm caused to Cycurion, its CEO, and the Company’s officers, directors, and employees. Cycurion is free to use and publish the signed retraction and apology.

A permanent stop. The defendant is prohibited from making, publishing, or causing to be published any further statement that disparages, defames, or casts Cycurion or its leadership in a negative light, including any suggestion of fraud, securities violations, or criminal conduct.

A permanent ban on trading Cycurion securities and on public commentary about the Company. The defendant has represented that he holds no long or short position in Cycurion securities and has agreed he will not trade those securities or derivatives, advise others to do so, or publish analysis or opinion concerning Cycurion on any social media platform, message board, or public forum.

Full and truthful cooperation. The defendant has agreed to cooperate regarding short selling and naked short selling of Cycurion stock, and any coordination with other investors, short sellers, or market makers relating to Cycurion securities.

Teeth. The parties will file a stipulated dismissal with prejudice. A confession of judgment will be held in escrow, with additional remedies immediately available if the defendant fails to cooperate truthfully or otherwise breaches the agreement.

The Standard Going Forward

Defamatory posts on message boards that falsely accuse a public company and its officers of crimes are not protected speech. Cycurion will continue to identify anonymous posters, compel their identities through the courts, and hold them accountable. This resolution is limited to the John Doe defamation action. Separate previously disclosed legal matters remain pending and will be addressed in later updates.

“Shareholders should take this as evidence, not a speech,” Kelly said. “We told the market what we would do. We did it. We will do it again if we have to.”

NEW YORK, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Inspired Entertainment, Inc. (“Inspired” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: INSE), a leading B2B provider of gaming content, systems and solutions, today provided an update following the Brazilian government’s recently announced decision to prohibit regulated online betting and gaming operations in Brazil.

Inspired is disappointed by the decision, particularly given the significant investment made by the industry to establish a regulated and responsible online gaming market in Brazil. The Company will comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and is working closely with its operator partners as they implement the required changes.

Brazil has grown into a meaningful market for Inspired and an important contributor to the Company’s rapidly growing digital business. The Company expects substantially all of its existing revenue contribution from Brazil to be impacted for as long as the prohibition remains in effect.

There remains uncertainty regarding the ultimate outcome and timing of the regulatory process. The provisional measure is subject to consideration by the Brazilian Congress within 120 days, and Inspired understands that industry participants and trade associations are also evaluating legal challenges to the measure, including potential requests for injunctive relief. The Company will continue to monitor these developments closely but is not assuming a reversal of the prohibition in its current outlook.

Assuming the shutdown remains in effect through the end of 2026, before any potential legislative or legal resolution, the Company currently estimates fourth quarter revenue to be approximately $3 million lower as a result.

“We are disappointed by the provisional executive measure issued in Brazil, particularly following the industry’s substantial investment in developing a regulated market with appropriate consumer protections,” said Brooks Pierce, President and Chief Executive Officer of Inspired Entertainment. “We respect the regulatory process and are complying with the new requirements alongside our operator partners. While Brazil had become a meaningful contributor to our rapidly growing digital business, Inspired remains well diversified across products, customers and geographies.”

Given the evolving situation in Brazil and the uncertainty around its timing and ultimate resolution, Inspired expects to update its full year 2026 outlook when it reports third quarter results, at which point the Company expects to have greater visibility into the potential impact.
