AS Tallinna Sadam (hereinafter Tallinna Sadam) and TT-Line GmbH (hereinafter TT-Line) have signed an agreement for the operation of a vessel on the Muuga (Estonia)–Vuosaari (Finland) route. The route will be served by a ro-pax ferry with around 2 000 freight lanemeters and a restaurant/café, a passenger lounge and other facilities for passengers and truckdrivers as well as cabins. The vessel used is intended to be announced in November. The vessel is expected to start operating on the route during the first quarter of 2027, with the exact launch date to be confirmed.

The Muuga–Vuosaari ferry connection is of strategic importance for freight transport between Estonia and Finland. It provides logistics and transport companies with a fast maritime route and helps divert trucks and trailers away from the city centres of Tallinn and Helsinki. The connection supports the competitiveness of Estonia’s export-oriented economy by improving companies’ access to Finnish and, more broadly, Nordic markets. At the same time, it strengthens the position of Estonia and Muuga harbour as a key north-south transport and transit corridor, linking Finland to the Baltic states and, subsequently, to Central and Southern Europe.

The regular ferry route between the cargo harbours operated by the ports of Tallinn and Helsinki was launched in 2017 and has been served by both Tallink and Eckerö Line. Currently, the route is operated by Eckerö Line with the vessel Finbo Cargo.

“Freight volumes on the Muuga–Vuosaari route have grown steadily over the years and are now approaching the limits of what can be handled with a single vessel. This clearly demonstrates market demand for additional capacity and more frequent departures. The addition of a second operator will provide customers with greater choice and flexibility, strengthen the reliability of the connection and support further growth in trade between Estonia and Finland,” said Rene Pärt, Member of the Management Board of Tallinna Sadam.

The agreement will contribute to the port’s revenues through vessel call, cargo and passenger fees, while enabling more efficient use of existing infrastructure.

TT-Line is a family-owned shipping company established in 1962 in Germany.  Its fleet consists of 9 ro-pax vessels. The company’s core business is the transport of passengers, passenger vehicles and freight, connecting Germany,Sweden, Poland and Lithuania and serving routes that include the ports of Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg, Karlshamn, Świnoujście and Klaipėda.

Tallinna Sadam is one of the largest cargo- and passenger port complexes in the Baltic Sea region. In addition to passenger and freight services, Tallinna Sadam group also operates in shipping business via its subsidiaries – OÜ TS Laevad provides ferry services between the Estonian mainland and the largest islands, and OÜ TS Shipping charters its multifunctional vessel Botnica for icebreaking and offshore services in Estonia and projects abroad. Tallinna Sadam group is also a shareholder of an associate AS Green Marine, which provides waste management services.

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — LPL Financial LLC announced today that Praxis Financial Partners advisors Scott Christian, CFP®, Cecil Loyd, CIMA®, Jay Gentry, CIMA® and Matt Dion have joined LPL Financial’s broker-dealer and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) platform. The team reported serving approximately $1.1 billion in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets* and joins LPL from Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.

Based in Alpharetta, Ga., Praxis Financial Partners is a planning-focused wealth management practice serving business owners, corporate retirees, successful executives and multigenerational families across 24 states. The firm traces its roots to 2013, when Christian and Loyd launched Praxis after working together for decades. The name “Praxis,” derived from the Greek word for “process,” reflects the team’s planning-based philosophy. Gentry joined the practice in 2020 after 20 years in asset management distribution, while Dion joined in 2024 after 15 years as an advisor.

Today, the practice combines the experience of four advisors with a tenured support team that includes Jody Smith, Zac Hirschler, Ashlyn Presley, Ellen Rick, Seleena Harris and Parvathy Eashwaran. The team credits its service model as a key reason for its client retention, referral growth and longstanding multigenerational relationships.

“We’ve always believed that good financial advice begins with understanding what matters most to each client,” Christian said. “We take the time to learn their goals, priorities and risk tolerance, then develop customized strategies supported by an ongoing review process. Every client is different, and our objective is to create solutions tailored to their unique circumstances rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.”

Collaboration is central to the firm’s client experience. The advisors regularly work together on client strategies and maintain weekly investment committee meetings, where portfolio decisions, market developments and investment opportunities are evaluated collectively. By managing a significant portion of client assets in-house, the team provides clients with direct access to the advisors responsible for investment decisions and portfolio construction.

“The foundation of our business is service,” Gentry said. “Many of our client relationships span multiple generations, and that continuity is made possible by an incredible team of professionals who care deeply about the people we serve. Our clients know they can count on the same familiar faces year after year, and that’s something we are incredibly proud of.”

Why Praxis Financial Partners Chose LPL

As the firm evaluated its next chapter, the advisors sought a partner that would provide greater flexibility, advanced planning capabilities and access to emerging technology.

“The financial advice landscape continues to evolve rapidly, and we wanted a partner that allows us to stay ahead of those changes,” Christian said. “LPL’s open architecture platform gives us the freedom to build the wealth management ecosystem we believe best serves our clients. The planning tools, flexibility and ability to create our own technology stack will help us continue delivering exceptional service while positioning the firm for future growth.”

Dion added, “We were looking for a partner committed to innovation and focused on helping advisors deliver greater value. LPL’s technology and resources will enable us to continue enhancing the client experience while maintaining the personalized service our clients expect.”

The team also valued LPL’s ability to support its long-term independence strategy. After evaluating more than a dozen firms, Praxis selected LPL because it offered the resources and scale the advisors were seeking while allowing them to maintain ownership of their business and preserve future succession and continuity options.

LPL Chief Growth Officer Marc Cohen said, “Scott, Cecil, Jay and Matt have built Praxis Financial Partners with a clear sense of purpose. Even the firm’s name speaks to their disciplined, planning-first approach, and that philosophy comes through in everything from their collaborative investment process to the multigenerational relationships they’ve cultivated over the years. They’ve created a business that balances deep technical expertise with a genuine commitment to understanding what matters most to each client. We are honored they chose LPL for this next chapter and look forward to supporting Praxis Financial Partners as they continue evolving their business while staying true to the values that have driven their success.”

Companies to Meet Formally with FDA’s Center for Veterinary Medicine on November 19th for Pre-Submission Conference; U.S. Manufacturing Strategy Underway to Support Potential 2027 Veterinary Product Launch

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Endovia Health Sciences, Inc. (“Endovia” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: EDVA), in association with Lupvindol BioSciences (“Lupvindol”), today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (“FDA”) Center for Veterinary Medicine has determined that the proposed use of CannEpil®, an investigational cannabidiol (“CBD”) and tetrahydrocannabinol (“THC”) oral solution, for the control of pain associated with bone cancer in dogs qualifies as a “minor use” under the Minor Use and Minor Species (“MUMS”) program.

The FDA determination establishes CannEpil’s eligibility to pursue the conditional approval pathway for this proposed indication. The FDA further determined that the minor-use status will be maintained through approval of the applicable New Animal Drug Application (“NADA”).

Under the MUMS framework, qualifying new animal drugs may be eligible for conditional approval which is a regulatory pathway designed to facilitate earlier availability of therapies for uncommon diseases and conditions in animals. Conditional approval requires satisfaction of applicable FDA requirements, including safety and manufacturing standards and a reasonable expectation of effectiveness, while allowing additional effectiveness data required for full approval to be collected following conditional approval.

Endovia and Lupvindol are scheduled to meet formally with the FDA on November 19, 2026, for a Pre-Submission Conference to discuss and align with the FDA on the proposed CannEpil® development program, including the studies, manufacturing requirements and regulatory submissions necessary to pursue conditional approval.

In parallel with the regulatory program, Endovia and Lupvindol are actively sourcing and finalizing U.S.-based manufacturing capabilities for CannEpil®. This work is intended to establish a scalable, FDA-compliant domestic supply chain capable of supporting the clinical and regulatory program and, subject to receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals, a potential commercial launch for veterinary use in 2027.

“This determination represents an important regulatory milestone for CannEpil® and provides greater clarity around the pathway we are pursuing with the FDA,” said Brady Cobb, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Endovia Health Sciences. “Importantly, we are not waiting to begin preparing for commercialization. Alongside Lupvindol, we are advancing our FDA development program while simultaneously working to establish U.S. manufacturing and supply capabilities that can support a potential veterinary launch in 2027, subject to regulatory approval.”

Cobb continued, “We believe CannEpil has the potential to demonstrate what a science-driven, federally regulated cannabinoid medicine can look like in the United States. Our veterinary program gives us an opportunity to address a serious unmet need for dogs suffering from cancer-related pain while building the regulatory, manufacturing and scientific infrastructure that we believe can support the broader development of CannEpil.”

The MUMS conditional approval pathway was established to encourage development of new animal drugs for uncommon conditions affecting relatively small populations. Following conditional approval, a sponsor may legally market a qualifying animal drug while continuing to collect the additional effectiveness data necessary to support full FDA approval, subject to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and annual FDA renewal.

CannEpil® remains an investigational new animal drug and has not been approved or conditionally approved by the FDA. The Company’s anticipated development timelines, including a potential 2027 commercial launch, remain subject to FDA review, successful completion of applicable regulatory requirements, manufacturing readiness and other factors.

Second tranche completes the strategic relationship announced on June 16, 2026, adding exposure to anorthosite — an aluminum-rich rock characteristic of the lunar highlands — for sustainable alumina, refractory systems, lunar regolith simulants and research into 3D-printed lunar construction materials

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — via IBN — Greenland Mines Ltd (“Greenland Mines” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: GRML; FSE: HK6), a Greenland-focused critical-minerals development company, today announced that it has exercised in full its option to acquire an additional 9.9% of Anortech.

When Greenland Mines made its initial investment in June, the Company described AnorTech as a differentiated critical-materials and processing platform: sustainable smelter-grade alumina, high-purity alumina, CO2-free cement, and related industrial materials from AnorTech’s 100%-owned Gronne Bjerg anorthosite project, approximately 80 kilometers from the capital of Nuuk on open tidewater. Greenland Mines sees Gronne Bjerg as a potential source of feedstock for U.S. smelter-grade and high-purity alumina production in a market where net imports met an estimated 71% of U.S. alumina consumption in 2025, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Today’s exercise reflects a second, and increasingly important, dimension of that platform — anorthosite’s potential role in lunar construction research.

Anorthosite — a rock composed predominantly of plagioclase feldspar — is a major component of the lunar highlands. Terrestrial anorthosite can serve as an analogue for aspects of lunar highlands geology and as a component of lunar regolith simulants. AnorTech reports that it has supplied its anorthosite to space-sector researchers for use as a lunar simulant.

AnorTech reports that its natural anorthosite shares compositional and mineralogical characteristics with lunar highlands materials, supporting the development and testing of technologies on Earth. Over more than a decade, it has advanced anorthosite-based lunar regolith simulants, 3D-printable concrete and construction materials, refractory concretes and cements, and both smelter-grade and high-purity alumina production. Its work includes research into potential lunar construction applications; deployment would require further testing under lunar conditions.

Greenland Mines’ strategy is to build a critical-materials platform spanning advantaged upstream assets in Greenland and U.S. refining and manufacturing opportunities, supported by partnerships in allied jurisdictions — the Company’s North Atlantic Critical Metals Corridor. AnorTech extends that platform in two directions:

Exposure to proprietary, patent-pending processes to produce sustainable smelter-grade and high-purity alumina from anorthosite without bauxite-residue tailings, generating saleable amorphous-silica and calcium silicate by-products, together with CO2-free refractory cement, 3D-printable cement and alumina-based catalysts. AnorTech has shipped 15 tons of Gronne Bjerg anorthosite to Ontario in preparation for pilot-plant testing. AnorTech reports that its alumina flowsheet has been demonstrated at laboratory scale, with a planned pilot program intended to produce smelter-grade and high-purity alumina samples for engineering tests and customer evaluation.

Potential dual-use applications — including simulants, printable construction materials, refractories and resource-processing technologies — relevant to research on using the Moon’s own materials for construction and reducing the amount of material that must be transported from Earth.

The characteristics that make Gronne Bjerg attractive as a terrestrial industrial-minerals project — a massive and homogeneous anorthosite body averaging 32% aluminum oxide, on deep-water tidewater approximately 80 kilometers from Nuuk and its international airport, adjacent to significant hydroelectric potential — could also support the supply of lunar-analogue material for research and testing on Earth. Greenland Mines sees the project’s tidewater location as a potential link between feedstock from a friendly North Atlantic jurisdiction and future U.S. alumina refining, helping bring more processing and manufacturing value into the United States. Greenland Mines believes the combination of AnorTech’s materials science and Greenland’s resource base positions the group to participate in space-materials research, defence, advanced-manufacturing and supply-chain-security themes that are increasingly central to allied industrial policy.

Bo Møller Stensgaard, President of Greenland Mines, commented:

“Rebuilding America’s aluminum and advanced-materials industries requires secure feedstock and more refining capacity on U.S. soil. We see the opportunity to connect Greenland resources with U.S. production of smelter-grade alumina for American aluminum smelters and high-purity alumina for semiconductor and other advanced-materials supply chains. The objective is a supply chain from Greenland to the United States that can operate independently of Chinese refining, with more processing, manufacturing and value creation in America. That is how feedstock from friendly shores could support greater U.S. industrial self-sufficiency.

“Alongside that U.S. industrial opportunity, AnorTech’s simulants and materials development support research on lunar surface infrastructure and the use of local resources for construction. Doubling our position gives Greenland Mines shareholders exposure to this U.S. industrial strategy, alongside longer-term potential in lunar applications.”

Jim Cambon, President of AnorTech, commented:

“Greenland Mines’ decision to exercise its option in full is a strong endorsement of what we are building at AnorTech. Greenland Mines understands the value we are creating from Greenland anorthosite and its exciting future as a key component in the aluminum critical mineral supply chain and as a material for research into future lunar construction. We are moving our smelter grade alumina and high purity alumina technologies towards commercialization while continuing our successful test programs on 3D-printable and refractory cements, which may also inform future lunar construction applications. We are working with a number of groups in the space industry who are using our anorthosite as a lunar simulant and we expect this sector to grow as lunar programs ramp up.  We look forward to maximizing the synergies between our companies and working with Greenland Mines as a strategic shareholder as we advance our lunar materials, smelter grade alumina and high purity alumina programs.”

Transaction Terms

The option to acquire an additional 9.9% of AnorTech was granted under the share exchange agreement between the Company and AnorTech dated June 15, 2026, announced on June 16, 2026, and completed on June 22, 2026, through which Greenland Mines acquired its initial 19,958,503 AnorTech shares. On completion of the exercise, Greenland Mines will hold 45,127,172 AnorTech shares.

Under the option granted to Greenland Mines pursuant to the share exchange agreement dated June 15, 2026 (the “Option”), the Company has exercised the Option in full to acquire 25,168,669 AnorTech common shares (the “Option Shares”) at a deemed price of C$0.30 per Option Share, for aggregate consideration of approximately US$5,298,000 (C$7,550,000). The consideration is satisfied through the issuance by Greenland Mines to AnorTech of common shares of Greenland Mines, with the exact number of shares based on the 10-day volume-weighted average trading price of the Greenland Mines common shares on Nasdaq at the time of closing.

Following the issuance of the Option Shares, Greenland Mines will own 45,127,172 AnorTech common shares, representing 19.9% of AnorTech’s issued and outstanding share capital. The Option Shares are subject to a contractual lock-up of 60 months from issuance, consistent with the initial tranche, in addition to a four-month Canadian statutory hold period. One-half of the Greenland Mines shares issued to AnorTech are subject to a 12-month contractual lock-up and the remaining one-half to a 24-month contractual lock-up. AnorTech currently owns 318,000 shares of Greenland Mines from previous transactions. The Greenland Mines shares will be issued in a private transaction exempt from the registration requirements of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Completion of the exercise is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange and customary closing conditions.

About Greenland Mines Ltd

Greenland Mines Ltd is a Nasdaq-listed resource development and mining company focused on the development of the Skaergaard Project in southeast Greenland and the Sarfartoq neodymium-praseodymium rare earths project in southwest Greenland. The Company’s strategy is centered on building a multi-asset platform with exposure to rare earth magnet materials, precious metals and select midstream processing opportunities, while advancing its assets and broader North Atlantic Critical Metals Corridor vision linking Greenland resources with allied downstream jurisdictions and industrial infrastructure.

About AnorTech Inc.

AnorTech (formerly Hudson Resources Inc.) is pioneering the next generation of sustainable materials from anorthosite with over 12 years experience in developing anorthosite products and 25 years experience exploring, building and operating projects in Greenland. The Company owns 100% of the Gronne Bjerg anorthosite project in Greenland — strategically located approximately 80 km from Nuuk, the capital of Greenland, on open tidewater and adjacent to significant hydroelectric potential. AnorTech is advancing multiple product lines towards commercialization, including zero-waste smelter grade alumina (SGA) and high purity alumina (HPA); next generation alumina-based catalysts for CO2 capture; CO2-free refractory cement and advanced 3D-printable cement; and research into lunar construction materials using anorthosite-based concrete. Its high-purity alumina development work could support a domestic U.S. supply of advanced materials, including synthetic sapphire for semiconductor applications, by combining Greenland feedstock with potential U.S. refining and manufacturing. AnorTech filed a U.S. provisional patent in 2025 to protect its proprietary sustainable SGA and HPA process and has shipped 15 tons of Gronne Bjerg anorthosite to Ontario in preparation for pilot plant testing. AnorTech has over C$3 million in working capital.

Five-year ordering period through September 2031 positions Cyabra to compete to supply AI-powered image and video analysis that uncovers manipulated, synthetic, and inauthentic content

New York, NY, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —  Cyabra, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYAB) (“Cyabra” or the “Company”), an artificial intelligence (“AI”)-powered narrative intelligence company that helps governments and enterprises detect coordinated manipulation and protect digital trust, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cyabra Strategy Inc., has been awarded positions under both the Image Information and Video Information categories of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Specialized Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Tools multi-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The five-year ordering period runs through September 2031, during which Cyabra is eligible to compete for task orders from FBI headquarters divisions and field offices across the United States.

As generative AI tools make deepfake videos, altered imagery, and synthetic visual content faster, cheaper, and harder to detect manually, federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies increasingly need scalable, evidence-based analysis. Cyabra’s narrative intelligence platform, delivered as cloud-native SaaS, equips analysts with authenticity scoring and supporting forensic signals for images and video. Capabilities include detection of GAN- and diffusion-generated content, face swaps and splice points, plus C2PA content-provenance checks and account authenticity scoring for context on who is sharing the content.

“When an image or video surfaces in an investigation, the first question is whether it is real, and the next is whether the account sharing it is authentic,” said Dan Brahmy, Co-Founder and CEO of Cyabra. “The FBI’s decision to create dedicated image and video categories signals that investigative demand is moving toward evidence-based answers that hold up under scrutiny. Selection in both positions Cyabra to compete for that demand, and we are committed to building our U.S. public sector business, where we see significant opportunity.”

“Our selection for this FBI contract vehicle reflects the strength of Cyabra’s visual AI analysis capabilities,” said Keith E. Noble, Ph.D., Vice President of U.S. Government Sales at Cyabra. “This IDIQ gives FBI divisions a streamlined way to acquire image and video analysis in support of their investigative missions, and we look forward to competing to provide ours.”

Selection for the FBI’s Specialized OSINT Tools IDIQ vehicle is an important step in Cyabra’s federal expansion strategy. It builds on Cyabra’s existing public-sector contract vehicles and channel partnerships serving U.S. federal, defense, and intelligence agencies. Cyabra believes the award establishes a pathway to recurring federal license revenue and a credible reference point as the Company pursues additional federal opportunities.

Expands technology portfolio and addressable market, with $500 million or more in expected annual cost synergies and immediate non-GAAP EPS accretion

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Skyworks (Nasdaq: SWKS) today announced the successful completion of its combination with Qorvo. The close of the transaction creates a U.S.-based, global leader in high-performance radio frequency (RF), power management, and analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions.

“This combination is about far more than bringing two companies together,” said Phil Brace, chief executive officer and president of Skyworks. “Our customers are tackling increasingly complex challenges and need partners with the capabilities, engineering expertise and scale to help them innovate faster. Together, we are well positioned to deliver more integrated, system-level solutions and accelerate the next generation of connected technologies. Today marks an important milestone—but it is only the beginning. We see an extraordinary opportunity to create long-term value for our customers, shareholders and employees while helping shape the future of our industry.”

The transaction creates a larger, more diversified semiconductor company, combining complementary RF, analog, and power technologies with expanded engineering capabilities — approximately 8,000 engineers and more than 12,000 issued and pending patents.

In Mobile, the combination broadens its RF front-end portfolio, positioning the company to benefit from rising RF complexity. As 5G-Advanced evolves and the industry moves toward 6G, smartphones are expected to support more frequency bands, new spectrum and AI-driven features, increasing demand for highly integrated RF solutions.

Beyond Mobile, the combination more than doubles Skyworks’ addressable market and establishes a platform spanning physical AI and connected edge, defense and aerospace, data center and networking, and automotive. It also broadens the technology portfolio into RF GaN, low-voltage power, and wired broadband.

Skyworks will benefit from greater end-market breadth, strengthened domestic manufacturing, and annualized cost synergies of $500 million or more, expected to be realized within 24 to 36 months post-close when the companies are fully integrated.

The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to non-GAAP EPS while maintaining a favorable capital structure. Skyworks will provide financial guidance on its fiscal fourth-quarter earnings call on Nov. 3.

Bob Bruggeworth, former chief executive officer and president of Qorvo and a member of the Skyworks Board of Directors, added, “This next chapter begins with an immense amount of pride. I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand our teams preparing for this moment with tremendous focus and discipline. I have great confidence in the future of the combined company and its ability to deliver on the promise of the combination.”

Under the terms of the merger agreement, Qorvo shareholders are entitled to receive $32.50 in cash and 0.960 of Skyworks’ common share for each share of Qorvo common stock they owned. Legacy Skyworks shareholders own approximately 63% of the combined company and legacy Qorvo shareholders own approximately 37%, on a fully diluted basis. The company will continue to operate as Skyworks and trade under the SWKS ticker symbol on the NASDAQ market.

As previously announced, Phil Brace will continue to serve as chief executive officer and president of Skyworks. Bob Bruggeworth, Richard Clemmer and Chris Koopmans, formerly on the Qorvo board of directors, have each joined the Skyworks Board of Directors.
