Company Announcement

COPENHAGEN, Denmark and NORTH CHICAGO, Ill.; October 5, 2026

  • EPCORE DLBCL-2 is the first Phase 3 study of a bispecific antibody combination therapy to demonstrate statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) in frontline diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients
  • Based on the topline results, Genmab and AbbVie will engage global regulatory authorities

Genmab A/S (Nasdaq: GMAB) and AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) announced today positive topline results from the Phase 3 EPCORE DLBCL-2 trial evaluating fixed treatment duration epcoritamab, a T-cell engaging bispecific antibody administered subcutaneously, in combination with standard of care rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP), compared to R-CHOP alone, in newly diagnosed patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with an International Prognostic Index (IPI) score of 2 to 5. The trial demonstrated a statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) in DLBCL patients with an IPI score of 2 to 5. The risk of disease progression or death was reduced by 51% (HR 0.49 [95% CI 0.36, 0.67]; p-value < 0.0001). The safety profile of epcoritamab when administered in combination with standard of care R-CHOP was generally well tolerated and consistent with the previously reported safety profiles of the individual agents (epcoritamab and R-CHOP).

“These topline results of epcoritamab in combination with R-CHOP mark the first Phase 3 study to demonstrate a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival in patients with newly diagnosed DLBCL treated with a bispecific antibody combination and have the potential to reshape the frontline treatment landscape,” said Jan van de Winkel, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of Genmab. “While treatment advances have improved outcomes for patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, options for newly diagnosed patients remain limited, reinforcing the need for additional therapies that can treat as many patients as possible in the frontline setting.”

“DLBCL is an aggressive disease and the need to advance treatment options is critical. These positive topline results suggest that epcoritamab combined with R-CHOP could offer a potential new standard of care in newly diagnosed DLBCL patients,” said Daejin Abidoye, MD, vice president, therapeutic area head, oncology, solid tumor and hematology, AbbVie. “The findings further strengthen our understanding and potential of bispecifics across the lymphoma treatment landscape, as we work to address urgent needs in this patient population.”

“As an investigator with firsthand experience in both the landmark trial that established R-CHOP as a standard of care nearly 25 years ago and EPCORE DLBCL-2, it is particularly meaningful to see the potential benefit of bispecific antibody therapy in newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,” said Gilles Salles, MD, PhD, Chief of the Lymphoma Service and holder of the Steven A. Greenberg Chair at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. “The 51% reduction in the risk of progression or death is clinically meaningful and highly relevant to everyday practice. These results have the potential to be practice-changing and could mark an important step forward in bringing the opportunity of cure to more patients.”

Data will be submitted for presentation at a future medical meeting. Genmab and AbbVie will engage global regulatory authorities to determine next steps. Epcoritamab plus R-CHOP is an investigational combination not approved by regulatory authorities.

About the EPCORE® DLBCL-2 Trial
EPCORE DLBCL-2 (NCT05578976) is a global Phase 3 open label, multi-center, randomized trial to evaluate the efficacy of fixed duration, subcutaneous epcoritamab (GEN3013, DuoBody®-CD3xCD20) and standard of care rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) compared to R-CHOP alone in patients with newly diagnosed large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The trial enrolled subjects with an International Prognostic Index (IPI) score of 2 to 5, including patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (DLBCL, NOS), high-grade B-Cell lymphoma (HGBL) with MYC and BCL2 and/or BCL6 rearrangements, follicular lymphoma grade 3B (FL3B), T-cell/histiocyte-rich large B-Cell lymphoma (TCHR LBLC), and Epstein-Barr Virus-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (EBV+ DLBCL). The primary endpoint is PFS in participants with an International Prognostic Index (IPI) of 3-5 and the key secondary endpoint is PFS in total participants (IPI score of 2-5). The risk of disease progression or death for the primary endpoint population was reduced by 51% (HR 0.49 [95% CI 0.35, 0.69]; p-value < 0.0001). Patients were randomized 2:1 to receive a fixed-duration regimen of epcoritamab plus R-CHOP for six cycles followed by epcoritamab alone for two cycles, or R-CHOP for six cycles followed by rituximab for two cycles. The trial started on February 8, 2023, and is ongoing.

More information on this trial can be found at https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05578976 (NCT: NCT05578976).

About Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) DLBCL is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) worldwide, accounting for approximately 25-30 percent of all NHL cases.i,ii In the U.S., there are approximately 25,000 new cases of DLBCL diagnosed each year.iii DLBCL can arise in lymph nodes as well as in organs outside of the lymphatic system, occurs more commonly in the elderly and is slightly more prevalent in men.iv,v DLBCL is a fast-growing type of NHL, a cancer that develops in the lymphatic system and affects B-cell lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell. For many people living with DLBCL, their cancer either relapses, which means it may return after treatment, or becomes refractory, meaning it does not respond to treatment. Although new therapies have become available, treatment management can remain a challenge.iv,vi

About Epcoritamab
Epcoritamab is an IgG1-bispecific antibody created using Genmab’s proprietary DuoBody technology and administered subcutaneously. Genmab’s DuoBody-CD3 technology is designed to direct cytotoxic T cells selectively to elicit an immune response toward target cell types. Epcoritamab is designed to simultaneously bind to CD3 on T cells and CD20 on B cells and induces T-cell-mediated killing of CD20+ cells.vii

Epcoritamab (approved under the brand name EPKINLY® in the U.S. and Japan, and TEPKINLY® in the EU) has received regulatory approval in certain lymphoma indications in more than 65 countries. Where approved, epcoritamab is a readily accessible therapy. Epcoritamab is being co-developed by Genmab and AbbVie as part of the companies’ oncology collaboration. The companies share commercial responsibilities in the U.S. and Japan, with AbbVie responsible for further global commercialization. Both companies will pursue additional international regulatory approvals for the relapsed or refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma (FL) indication and additional approvals for the R/R diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) indication.

Genmab and AbbVie continue to evaluate the use of epcoritamab as a monotherapy, and in combination, across lines of therapy in a range of hematologic malignancies. This includes a trial evaluating epcoritamab in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) compared to chemoimmunotherapy in patients with previously untreated FL (NCT06191744). The safety and efficacy of epcoritamab has not been established for these investigational uses. Please visit www.clinicaltrials.gov for more information.

TORONTO, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Discovery Mining Ltd. (TSX: DSV, OTCQX: DSVSF) (“Discovery” or the “Company”) today confirmed that the Company has received the Cordero Project’s (“Cordero” or the “Project”) environmental impact assessment (“Manifesto de Impacto Ambiental” or “MIA”) permit and the Change of Land Use permit (“Change of Land Use”) from Mexico’s Federal Environmental Department (“SEMARNAT”). Tony Makuch, Discovery’s President, CEO and Chairman, commented: “We want to thank the Mexican regulators and authorities for their trust in us as we advance Cordero forward as a model of sustainability for all stakeholders. Cordero is a large-scale silver project that will produce the right mix of critical metals the world needs, with minimal negative environmental impact, while improving the use of water resources in the region, and generating substantial socio-economic benefits for Mexico. ABOUT DISCOVERY

Discovery Mining Ltd. is a growing precious metals company that is creating value for stakeholders through exposure to gold, silver and other critical minerals. MIDDLETON, Mass, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —  SCWorx Corp. (OTCQB: WORX) (the “Company”), a provider of data management solutions to healthcare providers, today announced that on October 2, 2026, the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) granted the Company’s request for reconsideration of the Panel’s September 17, 2026 decision to delist the Company’s common stock from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”). In its October 2, 2026 decision, the Panel determined that the Company now demonstrates compliance with the continued listing requirements of Nasdaq, including the minimum bid price requirement of Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the minimum publicly held shares requirement of Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(4), and granted the Company’s request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, subject to the conditions described below.

Trading in the Company’s common stock on Nasdaq, which has been suspended since April 14, 2026, will be reinstated on a date to be scheduled by Nasdaq. The Company is submitting Nasdaq’s reinstatement form today and expects to announce the reinstatement date once it is confirmed by Nasdaq. Until trading on Nasdaq is reinstated, the Company’s common stock will continue to be quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol “WORX.”

The Panel’s decision followed the Company’s September 16, 2026 private placement, which, together with the exercise of outstanding warrants, increased the Company’s publicly held shares to 549,092 shares as of September 17, 2026, above the 500,000-share minimum required by Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(4). On September 30, 2026, the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff confirmed that the Company had regained compliance with the publicly held shares requirement as of September 17, 2026. The Company’s closing bid price has been at or above $1.00 per share on every trading day since August 4, 2026, including the 10 consecutive trading days following September 17, 2026 required under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A).

“We are pleased that the Panel has recognized the steps the Company has taken to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s listing requirements and look forward to the resumption of trading on Nasdaq,” said Tim Hannibal, CEO of SCWorx.

As a condition of continued listing, the Panel required the Company to publicly disclose that each investor in the September 2026 private placement has agreed that it will not exercise its contractual right under the securities purchase agreement to terminate its purchase based on the Panel’s September 17, 2026 decision. Each of the investors has delivered that agreement to the Company. The Panel also imposed a Discretionary Panel Monitor under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5815(d)(4)(A) for a one-year period ending October 2, 2027, and required the Company to provide monthly reports of its shares outstanding, insider holdings and public float to Nasdaq through October 5, 2027. If Nasdaq determines that the Company fails any continued listing standard during the monitor period, the Company will not be permitted to submit a compliance plan or receive a cure or compliance period, and Nasdaq will promptly issue a Staff Delisting Determination, which the Company would be entitled to appeal to a Hearings Panel.

Additional information regarding the Panel’s decision and the investor agreements is set forth in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 5, 2026.

Hydro provides an update on the natural gas supply situation at the Alunorte alumina refinery.

Alunorte was informed in August 2026 by its supplier CELBA of disruptions to natural gas availability. Consequently, Alunorte has not received contracted gas deliveries and is currently sourcing gas in the market at spot based prices. Alunorte is in parallel progressing a long-term gas supply solution on competitive terms.

Hydro reported on the potential financial and production impact for the third quarter of 2026 in mid-August this year, estimating a lost alumina production of 100,000 to 120,000 tonnes and a financial impact of USD 75 to 100 million for Bauxite & Alumina. For the fourth quarter of 2026, the estimated cost impact of the difference between contract price and spot based gas prices for Alunorte is between USD 90-110 million.

Alunorte does not expect further interruption to gas supply as a result of the current situation and continues to manage the matter in close collaboration with infrastructure owner CELBA and the relevant authorities.

The financial impact remains uncertain and is subject to gas prices, contractual developments, and the implementation of a long-term solution.

Alunorte is also pursuing available legal remedies and other measures to protect its contractual rights and interests under the existing gas supply agreement.

Disclosure requirements of the Takeover Rules

Under Rule 8.3(b) of the Irish Takeover Rules, any person ‘interested’ (directly or indirectly) in 1% or more of any class of ‘relevant securities’ of ICG must disclose all ‘dealings’ in such ‘relevant securities’ during the ‘offer period’. The disclosure of a ‘dealing’ in ‘relevant securities’ by a person to whom Rule 8.3(b) applies must be made by no later than 3.30 pm (Irish/UK time) on the business day following the date of the relevant transaction. This requirement will continue until the ‘offer period’ ends. If two or more persons cooperate on the basis of any agreement either express or tacit, either oral or written, to acquire an ‘interest’ in ‘relevant securities’ of ICG, they will be deemed to be a single person for the purpose of Rule 8.3 of the Irish Takeover Rules. A dealing disclosure must contain the details specified in Rule 8.6(b) of the Irish Takeover Rules, including details of the dealing concerned and of the person’s interests and short positions in any ‘relevant securities’ of ICG.

All ‘dealings’ in ‘relevant securities’ of ICG by Bidco, or by any party ‘acting in concert’ with Bidco, must also be disclosed by no later than 12 noon (Irish/UK time) on the ‘business’ day following the date of the relevant transaction. If two or more persons co-operate on the basis of an agreement, either express or tacit, either oral or written, to acquire for one or more of them an ‘interest’ in ‘relevant securities’, they will be deemed to be a single person for these purposes.

Disclosure tables, giving details of the companies in whose ‘relevant securities’ and ‘dealings’ should be disclosed, can be found on the Irish Takeover Panel’s website at www.irishtakeoverpanel.ie.

‘Interests’ in securities arise, in summary, when a person has long economic exposure, whether conditional or absolute, to changes in the price of securities. In particular, a person will be treated as having an ‘interest’ by virtue of the ownership or control of securities, or by virtue of any option in respect of, or derivative referenced to, securities.

Terms in quotation marks in this section are defined in the Irish Takeover Rules, which can also be found on the Irish Takeover Panel’s website. If you are in any doubt as to whether or not you are required to disclose a dealing under Rule 8, please consult the Irish Takeover Panel’s website at www.irishtakeoverpanel.ie or contact the Irish Takeover Panel on telephone number +353 1 678 9020.
